Annie sat for our cat, Tuna, over a long weekend. She was extremely kind and self-sufficient. When we arrived home, Tuna was relaxed and happy and our apartment was as clean and tidy as we had left it. Annie would be welcome to sit for us again any time, we'd highly recommend her.
I could not have asked for a better first experience with zeewoi! Jordan and Nataki were great at communicating from the very start, and they sent me pictures and updates every day. I didn’t have to worry for a moment that my cat Anya was feeling lonely because I could tell she warmed up right away, even though she’s usually quite shy! They also went above and beyond making sure my apartment was tidy for when I got home. So grateful and would definitely be honored for them to sit for me again any time!
Francesco has been taking care of my furry babies and my place while I'm away for well over a year now, and I couldn't appreciate him more. He is a joy to communicate with, and the most reliable person one could hope for. Being able to count on him while I'm traveling makes a world of difference, because I know I don't need to worry about anything while I'm away. Benny and Zumba love him and are very well taken care of. I know because I come home to two very relaxed and happy kitties. I am super grateful to have found Francesco!
Hannah and Joseph were so kind, so communicative, and clean! Kevin seemed so happy in all the photos they sent. Not only did they wash my sheets and towels they used (without my requesting it, simply out of the kindness of their hearts), they ALSO then put my fresh sheets on the bed! 🥹❤️ Such incredible sitters. 10 stars!
Misti was wonderful! She was able to come by before I left town to meet my dog, Grace, which I really appreciated. She sent daily pics or videos and made sure that Grace got tons of snuggle time, which is a major requirement to keep my dog happy :) Cats and skateboards are evil enemies to Grace and it sounds like Misti experienced both and handled it flawlessly! Misti was a great communicator, left everything tidy for me when I got home and Grace was super mellow and relaxed, which tells me she got all the care she needed while I was gone. I highly recommend Misti - I'll definitely be asking her to sit again!
Lilly and Thomas stayed at our house and cared for our dogs for a month. I think they took the dogs to the beach nearly every day. Seeing pictures of our dogs on the beach made our time away from them feel so much better. Our house was immaculate when we returned, and we felt so fortunate to have such kind and loving people step in for us in our absence. Anyone would be super lucky to have them in their home.
Gwynn was wonderful! She was super communicative, flexible to come to our house beforehand to get oriented, and attentive to details. She connected with our pup, Scout, immediately and we felt so assured that he would be well cared for with her. We hope Gwynn can come stay again another time!
I was thrilled to have Courtenay as our sitter. We had a few last minute changes and she was very accommodating. She is a very pleasant, well spoken person who bonded very quickly with our dog, Pepe. We were in Europe and Courtenay keep us we’ll informed via internet, pictures and all. We came home to a clean house, a happy pet and a delicious pie she left for us in the refrigerator. You would be very pleased to have her as your sitter. Lucy Hottle
Wendy was great, she kept us updated on the dogs and all the fun she had hiking with them on the mountain. I returned home to a very tidy house. My dogs just loved her. I will definitely have Wendy sit for me again and would be very lucky to have her do a sit for you.
Julian and Susan were amazing, we came home to happy healthy creatures and a clean, tidy home and yard. They communicated with us during our vacation, both about anything unusual and just to let us know when things were going well (as they were the majority of the time). They are very adaptable and capable people, I highly recommend them for your home and pet needs.

Lani is an excellent Pet Sitter and housesitter. Communication was easy, our pet Cleo appreciated her loving care. We came home to a relaxed and happy cat. I would happily ask Lani to housesit again.
Once again, having AnnaMarie take care of our pups was absolutely the right choice!! Her frequent updates, care of our house and fur babies was stellar! Although the dogs were thrilled to see us when we returned, as we chatted with Annemarie, we could see them continuing to go to her for affection and cuddles. It was so sweet to watch our one-year-old lick her ear and Annamarie just giggled and happily tolerated it. What a great sport😎. We would highly recommend her to anyone and would also suggest if you happen to see a less than perfect review for her ( there is only 1)I know the true story... it's unfortunate that some people are so unappreciative of someone who will go out of their way to care for their home and Pets (at no charge🙃🙃)-- it just boggles my mind and am confident they are not being honest! Suffice it to say she is a gem and perfect sitter in every way- if you can get a chance to book with her- do not hesitate! We truly think of her as part of our family now and all 5 of our pups would agree!
Lindsay and Bryce provided excellent care to our two cats while we were gone. They are great communicators, took amazing care of our apartment and send regular updates and photos so that we knew all was going well. We would absolutely recommend them as responsible and thoughtful pet sitters who can be entrusted with the care of your home and pets.
Kelly and Chris are lovely people and we loved having them at the house! They were very engaged from the start, asking questions and wanting to know all the details on our pets. We were completely comfortable going away and didn’t worry during our trip knowing our kiddos were in such great hands. K & C gave us pics & updates as requested, and we loved seeing our pets have such a good time with them! They left the house in as good or better shake as it was found, laundering and folding linens and tidying up so well we could hardly tell they stayed here! They were communicative before the sit, during, and after. Kelly and Chris were the ideal sitters in every way. We’d welcome them back anytime and highly recommend them to others. Thanks you two!
Richard was exemplary as a house and pet sitter. He was attentive and thorough with his review of instructions, compliant with requests, provided regular home/pet updates, and maintained our home perfectly. An excellent citizen, mature house sitter and reliable.
BriAnna was our first pet sitter and we loved her :). She made every step very simple for us, communication was great, Pastis and Anubis seemed to be very happy with her, and the house was very clean when we came back. We highly recommend BriAnna to take care of your pets and we would love to have her back!
Angie and her husband Joe were a great fit for our house and pet sitting needs! They kept in communication with us before our vacation started, and were able to arrive a little early so we could walk them through how various systems worked and where controls were located. Our dog bonded with Angie very quickly and I think he was hoping she would stay after we returned home :) We got regular updates and pet photos while we were traveling. Although we were out of cell phone range for several days, we never had a doubt that things at home would be just fine while they were there! They were also very flexible and understanding. Due to our flight schedule we arrived home in the middle of the night. Angie was able to feed and walk our dog, clean up and leave in the morning without waking us up! The house was left clean, the garden was thriving and our pup was happy. We are happy, and would be happy to have them back again as sitters anytime.
5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Tyler, THANK YOU for allowing us to enjoy a few nights for the first time in a decade! Dean & Diana Smith
Judith was one of the most considerate, trustworthy sitters we've ever had. We had to leave in a rush for a family emergency and really didn't have time to prepare the house as we usually do, but Judith took all in stride, leaving the apartment spotless. She sent photos of Baby Boo and Janet on arrival, putting us immediately at ease because it was so obvious the cats were completely comfortable, zero stress, allowing us to relax that they were in such good hands. She sent photos and video every day, which delighted us, confident that they were getting next level care. Judith would take care of anyone's home and pets with as much care as she did at ours, and we highly recommend. Hope she can come back!!
David was an outstanding house/pet sitter for our active pup Tosha, older kitty Rascal, and 4 chickens. Rascal came home with a deep, gaping wound the day before we left for 11 days, and David was very responsible in monitoring the healing process with photos and texts to us. He exercised Tosha in the neighborhood and local parks, and obviously enjoyed her company. Our house was spotless and extremely neat when we got home, which is always welcoming after a long trip. We are very grateful for the excellent care David gave to our precious pets and home.

Your pet deserves only the very the best. And that is most certainly Pupchella! Cassidy and her staff check all the boxes. From my very first conversation with Cassidy I knew she was a true professional and a pack leader at heart. She is beyond knowledgeable and very serious about her business taking great pride in what she does. EVERY client is treated warm and lovingly. She takes the time to meet EVERY client personally, placing and scheduling them accordingly for best fit. Whether it's socialization and exercise through group, personal solo walks or special overnight stays, her clients get the very best care, attention, love and quickly feel part of the Pupchella family. My Aussie, Finn, jumps right in the car with "Auntie Cas" and never even looks back. People ask if I have a hard time letting him go. Those that know me would assume YES, but not with Cassidy. I have zero worries or hesitations. He's with the best and having the best time. He's one happy pupper at Pupchella.
My family has been a Pupchella client for over 3 years. My dog Brody LOVES playgroup and jumps at the chance to spend time boarding with Cassidy. At this point, Cassidy is more like family to us! We are beyond lucky to have found her and her amazing staff. Everyone at Pupchella truly cares for each dog and they consistently go above and beyond (ie. cleaning up a boxes of shredded tissues, being on call to pick up my dog when I went into labor to have my daughter and countless of other situations). Cassidy has built her small business on a solid foundation of quality care, consistency and clear communication all backed by years of experience. There's no one else I trust to care for my fur baby!
I wanted to share my experience with this company to caution others who might consider using their services. I urge you to read this entire review. You will be glad you did. Below are the reasons why Pupchella (Cassidy/Owner) does not deserve our business and perhaps yours... 1. Mysterious Facilities- Safety- Business Model: You cannot visit the facility where your dog is for playgroup as she rents out fenced-in yards from private residences. This should be a major red flag, one that I ignored. I did not think much of this until our dog escaped from playgroup, and we received a phone call he was found in another location. The woman who reached out to us did not work for Pupchella, and luckily she called my husband and brought him home to us. Pupchella did not contact us when this happened. Instead, my husband contacted Cassidy (owner) to alert her the dog was brought home by a total stranger. We are so grateful to that kind soul. Pupchella employees take lots of photos of your dog having a great time. Who doesn’t like to see pictures of their dog having a good time? I did. I loved it until I realized the impact it had on my dog’s safety. I was told there would be no more than 8-10 dogs at the playgroup. Cassidy had a slip of the tongue and told me one day there were 15 dogs. An increased number of dogs, excessive photo-taking, and facilities you cannot visit are not secure. What else don’t I know? 2. Vaccines: I was not asked to submit any vaccination records to Pupchella. My dog was adopted from a neighborhood shelter and approximately two weeks later, our dog was diagnosed with kennel cough. Vet said it was likely lingering due to life at the shelter. He had to stay out of the playgroup because it is highly contagious. I question how many of Cassidy’s clients know that their dog was in the presence of a dog that had kennel cough... 3. Security System- Lack of Competency: Cassidy’s team could not figure out how to use our Ring security system. It is pretty intuitive, to be honest. Detailed messages were provided, and I physically showed her employees how to use it on the days I worked remotely. They were also shown how to work the system on our “meet and greet day.” The alarm system was frequently set off, and we were disrupted at work, time and time again. The employees often left the house unarmed at the end of their visit. 4. Payment Options: Cassidy offers a few different payment options; cash, check, and PayPal. We paid Cassidy using PayPal. When we did this, we were told not to click goods and services but friends and family. She told us she would receive a fee. I had never used PayPal before and was unaware that WE would be charged a fee when paying her business. Pupchella IS A COMPANY and provides a SERVICE. Cassidy’s company should be charged, not the customer. When we went to write Cassidy a check, using the address listed in the invoice, we were told the address was not correct. Her payment options are limited for a reason... 5. Cassidy lacks empathy and is disingenuous. Cassidy speaks poorly of her clients. When my dog escaped from playgroup, she told me she yelled at her employees, saying they were lucky it was our family/dog that escaped instead of rich Sudbury snobs, etc. We have video footage of Cassidy telling her employee to “honestly, disregard everything they say because they are annoying” caught by our Ring security system. “They” being my husband and I. Cassidy fooled me. Little did I know how little she thought of my husband and I and her other clients. I hope you find this information useful when choosing a company to care for your beloved pet.
Cassidy and the whole Pupchella team are unbelievable! Cassidy for one has been taking care of my dog since I adopted her in 2014. I have no idea what I would do without her and her services. I have used walking, playgroup and overnights - sometimes even last minute! I never have to worry about Audrey - I know she's in the best hands!
Cassidy is wonderful! She has been walking our dogs and puppy sitting for us for the past 6 months. She is always reliable and responsive, often able to help us at the last minute when needed. The dogs absolutely love her. She often brings over a puppy often friend for them to play with, which helps wear them out! She post pictures to Twitter, so we get to see what our pups are up to during the day. We couldn't be happier with her services and recommend her highly.
Hi, I wrote a review about seven months ago and I did not have the correct information. I have tried to remove the review; however, have failed. My dog was well taken care of while I used Pupchella. I do think there were times of miscommunication; however, it was resolved. Overall, I would recommend their services and any dog would be lucky.
Cassidy is phenomenal! I trust her whole heartily with my dogs. When they come home they’re always happy and especially tired!! She does a great job at what she does. 10/10 would recommend any day of the week!
I wish I could give 10 stars because that’s how much I love Cassidy, Taylor and the entire Pupchella crew! They take such good care of Bear! He LOVES going to playgroups and the all day adventures! I also have to be away for work some weeks and it gives me such peace of mind knowing he is having fun and well looked after. I can’t recommend Pupchella highly enough!! I am incredibly grateful.💖
I found Cassidy online back in March when I was looking for someone to take care of our Lola while we were away. I interviewed her and thought she was awesome! After the interview, Cassidy provided me with three references who were all wonderful and had been working with her a while! We then hired Cassidy for the first time to care for Lola every day for the week we were away. We got daily great texts updating us on Lola and when we got home Lola was very excited whenever I said the name Cassidy! Since vacation Cassidy has been very flexible, filling in whenever we need her for quick trips and/or just an awesome walk when Lola is home too long if we are working! We are very lucky to have found Cassidy.
My experience in the beginning of Pupchella was positive; however, my experience slowly declined after being with them for a year. The dog walkers are constantly changing and as someone that works in a small business if there is a high rotation of staff than I do think that it could be related to leadership. The owner herself is not good with communication. She also forgot to walk my dog on one occasion and did not offer any type of resolution (i.e. additional walk that week, discount, credit towards the next walk). I have decided to move in a different direction for a dog walker and when I attempted to get an address to send my last check too (because the dog walker forgot to take it with her) there has been radio silence in terms of how I can pay my last invoice. I wish the company the best in the future and hopefully this review allows reflection on the part of the owner of the business and illicit change for future customers.
We absolutely love WDYD! They are so friendly and provide such excellent care to the pups in their care. We recently moved closer, and are so excited about being on a weekly schedule with them. In our experience with other local daycares, we have found WDYD to be much friendlier, caring, and genuine. I eagerly recommend this business to anyone looking!! Thank you, Cindy and team, we are so grateful! (Pic of a zonked pup after a great day of playing :) )
They took my Frenchie Bogey last minute after a messy hike on a hot morning. Not only did they do an amazing job with his grooming, but they even managed to freshen up his breath. Highly recommend! Bonus they are a BBB Member!
Love this dog care center especially with no crates! Dogs have wide open rooms, A/C, and beds for naps and overnights. Super caring, fun, accommodating, clean, comfortable roomy play spaces for our pups! The staff is very attentive to our little loves. They have been so reliable and I don’t know what I’d do without them. Toby’s turning into a super social puppy!
Laura is so good grooming my difficult dog. He’s been happy with her. Professional clean organized and safe.
Great spot to board your doggo. Our corgi loves it and their grooming services are great especially before we pick her up!
Passing by I saw your sign We dig your dog and then saw Grooming, (I hadn’t checked out your facility as I had been in search of a new groomer since LC had closed) so glad I did because that was when I read Laura was there!!! She was always so fantastic with my dog Tucker. I got an appointment with her the very next day. Tucker was treated very well as he can be a handful, but Laura always knows how to handle him. Your facility is beautiful, staff working there are super friendly and I will definitely recommend you to everyone!!!
We Dig Your Dog is the best dog daycare/boarding/grooming facility my dog has been apart of. They truly care for your dog, have many different areas for them to play or rest, and are flexible to fit your dog's needs. Their prices are more than reasonable for never crating dogs, even during boarding. They always have things to say about my dog at the end of the dog and have been understanding and kind when my dog has had a cranky day or made a mistake. They are also so accommodating to my ever-changing schedule and last minute changes. Since moving to Massachusetts, We Dig Your Dog has been one of the best things to happen to both my dog and I, and I can't extend my gratitude enough :)
We visit to have Matt, from Nails by Matt, clip our dogs paws every 6 weeks. He does a fantastic job with our little guy. Highly recommend!
We Dig you dog is The best. Our small dog Cookie is well taken care when boarding and comes home happy. Star is relaxed and can do. Grooming at We Dig your Dog is simply THE BEST. Laura is amazing.
Such an amazing place. Setting up or moving around appointments is no issue with the manager Anne. Laura goes the extra mile to ensure both the dog and the customer have an amazing grooming experience. 5 stars!
