Their pickup and drop-off service are super convenient, and we love how our dog gets excited seeing the Maddawgs team. Madison and crew are total pros – our furry friend gets excellent exercise, socialization, and heaps of love. Big thumbs up for the cute photo updates too. I have been using Maddawgs Petcare since it opened and I cannot possibly have enough good things to say. I use them for daily park trips + overnight sitting and let me just say, my pups are beyond words happy ALL the time! I love knowing that all of the staff love my pups as if they are their own! My favourite part is that they always send updates/photos once a service has been completed! 10/10!!

All Around Hound is amazing! I travel frequently for work, and they always take great care of my two energetic dogs. The staff is incredibly patient and caring, especially since my two 90-pound pups can be reactive in some situations. They go above and beyond to ensure both my dogs and I feel safe and comfortable. I can’t recommend this place and its team enough!

My dogs love being a part of the All Around Hound family!! They always come home from daycare completely tuckered out - I love reading their report cards to see how they spent their day. The groomer at All Around Hound is fantastic! She is so patient with reactive dogs, and does an amazing job even if they’re squirmy. My doodles and schnauzer mix always come home looking fabulous and smelling great! Photo of them after grooming included for cute factor.

Peanut has been going to All Around Hound for daycare, boarding, grooming and training for almost four years. Everyone there is great with her and they are great with their human clients too. She usually drags me through the door when we arrive in the morning and has her ritual seat on the green bench for a treat when I pick her up. I never worry about her when I leave her with them and she always comes home happy. Their love for animals is obvious every day and in their work with Through Your Pets Eyes Rescue.

Absolutely LOVE the staff at All Around Hound!! They have become a second family for our miniature pinscher, Hugo. We have been bringing him there since he was 10 weeks old and he is now 1.5 yrs old. I would like to especially call out Paige, she has so much patience and love for all of the dogs that enter the facility, specifically working with Hugo; he is quite shy and reactive but she works wonders with him and he is always very excited to see her in the mornings. They are a fear-free, science-based training facility that also does daycare and boarding. We've had Hugo there for daycare as well as boarding and we will always continue to send him there. We also refer any friends or family members who have dogs and are looking for wonderful care. All Around Hound also sends photo updates and readily answers any questions that you may have regarding your pet or their services. Our family loves you All Around Hound.

Amazing!!! We stumbled on All Around Hound and could not be happier. Thor absolutely loves going to daycare. He goes 2 days a week and is mad at me on the days I do not take him. You can tell the staff totally enjoy what they do. They are so good with the pups and provide a lot of personal attention. Would not even hesitate to recommend them!! Think the look on his face says it all. Wanted to add to my previous review. Still five stars, super impressed with the care and attention the pups well being. Staff is amazing. Thor has now stayed in their VIP room, amazing!! A private room with all the amenities, personal toys, couches, radio , raised dog dishes, and special treats. Best part is they still get to be a part of the daycare, but can then retire to their private place!! Well worth the little bit extra, oh and of course extra snuggles from staff who are on site 24/7!! Check it out!!

All around hound is an amazing place with amazing staff. I found my sweet little baby Kiki there, after i took her home i kept bringing her there for daycare because she loved the staff so much and they clearly loved her. My pup holds a special place in her heart for the staff, especially Sam and Paige. Sam helped my little rescue baby grow into a beautiful confident little girl, who is no longer scared of people! Kelsey the owner of the place is amazing, even though its her business shes extremely interactive with the dogs and clients. Shes always playing with the dogs there or cuddling them, shes not the typical business owner. The place is well organized, my pup always comes home with everything i drop her off with, accept for treats of course! The growth this place has given my dog i will always be appreciative for, because of all around hound i have the perfect doggo.

We have been taking our whippet Sloane to AAH for almost a year now for half day daycare 3 times a week. We love the staff and how friendly they are at drop off and pick up! They have worked with her on crate training and isolation training throughout her days with lots of treats! She always comes home clean and sleepy from lots of snuggles and playtime. We love the daily report cards and pictures that shows who her playtime pals are! We also signed up to the beginner flyball course and loved it so much we are now part of the team which is a lot of fun!

I brought my golden retriever puppy for day training with Sam, and then began doing daycare as well and I could not be more thrilled with how my puppy is doing. Sam is incredible, knowledgeable & personable. She makes you feel so comfortable and hopeful! She has laid such an amazing foundation for our puppy and we are so happy. All of the staff that I’ve met at the front desk are beyond friendly & my puppy just adores them. There isn’t a single person at this facility that isn’t lovely!

My dog absolutely loves going to All Around Hound!! I first brought Caine in for training back in October 2023. Sam was so great with both Caine and I and the results were excellent! I signed Caine up for daycare to be sure he was well socialized. Again, the results have been excellent. He loves all people and dogs. It is truly worry free bringing him because they all treat him like part of their own family. He even gets cuddle time when he needs it. I have never felt comfortable leaving my dogs with anyone but with All Around Hound I would not hesitate to utilize any of their services or to leave him over night if I needed to. I can't thank All Around Hound enough, the peace of mind when bringing him there is truly priceless ❤️ 🐾

This place is stellar! They take photos of the dogs through the day, post them on social media, and send you a report card for the end of your dog’s visit! The report card shares their bathroom etiquette, who they played with, and has a short description of their day. Also boarding here was seemless! A tired dog falls asleep on the car ride home and he does so after every stay with All Around Hound. 10/10

I have found Whispurring Tails (Juliette) to be a wonderful service. Juliette is professional and truly cares for the animals she takes on. Juliette went above and beyond what I expected of her, such as clearing snow and taking care of issues in the house. I loved having daily email updates while I was away and impressed by how well my cats took to Juliette. Knowing Juliette is available makes me confident in going away because I know my house and cats will be well taken care of.

I have had Juliette cat sit my pet on 2 occasions to date and have been very pleased with her care. My pet really enjoys Juliette's personality and level of care. Juliette is GREAT with animals. I would not hesitate to recommend her services.

Juliette provided caring and professional pet sitting, and with and with her updates I felt like I could relax and not worry about my cats, and that there were no house emergencies. She is very reliable, and my cat, Charlie, adored her. He was happy enough to see us when we came home, but he was relaxed and not stressed out. Juliette completed an in-depth consultation with us to establish a relationship. It showed that she put the effort in to ensure that she wasn't just checking on the pets but that she was making sure to maintain their living environment while we were gone. I would highly recommend Juliette for cat sitting! She went above and beyond caring for our two cats while we were away. On top of the regular feeding, cleaning litter boxes, changing water fountain and water dishes...she did what I valued the most and spent time with them by playing, combing, snuggling and being company for them. Juliette is very professional with the many other things involving the care of our home...like open/close curtains, turn on/off lights, shovel snow, take out garbage, check mail... I would highly recommend her for cats and I'm sure she's great with dogs too!

Very happy with Juliette's service. Juliette has been walking our 2.5 year old female English labrador for four months. She provides daily updates with pictures for every walk and our dog looks forward to seeing her. From a business standpoint, Juliette is very professional. She shows proof of insurance and she is trained in, among other things, animal first aid. She also provides formal invoices for her services and accepts payment by e-transfer. This is the person you want to trust with your animal. Highly recommended.

Juliette came recommended by a friend. Finding her was my lucky day! From the initial one hour introduction appointment to her visits every week, she is always professional and caring! Great experience. There are few people who aren't close friends or family that I would trust with my pet, but I trust WhisPurring Tails. I was so impressed with how professional, prepared, and friendly Juliette was, and how thorough she was in her pre-questions to ensure she was prepared for every possible scenario. She was also very flexible with meeting me for key pick up/drop off and was available on short notice. She also sends a picture when she is there so you can see your pet is happy and well! Gives me a lot of peace of mind when I can't be there. Will be using this service again.

Loved having Juliette sit our two cats while we were on vacation! You can tell she genuinely loves what she does and really cares about your pets. I will definitely use her again next time we are out of town.

We have two young Shelties that needed care from Heidi for 4 days. This was somewhat an emergency considering the person that had agreed to do the job, cancelled 9 days before my wife’s flight to Vancouver. I have had 2 failed spinal surgeries and can’t get out of bed to let them out so scheduling Heidi for 3 visits a day was great. We had Heidi come over for a meet and greet to see how the dogs were with her and after half an hour they mellowed out and Heidi was able to get them close to her for interaction. You can tell Heidi is an excellent fit with any animals while we watched her interact delicately and getting down to their level to reduce any tension. She was so patient and loving towards them both and they got along famously. Seeing this went well so we had her come for another one on one visit to further the dogs familiarization with her. This too went flawlessly. Every visit was on time and very professional encouraging the dogs outside and back in. Heidi also cleaned any mess’s and catered to other needs. Heidi’s service is a 20 out of 10 going the extra distance other companies don’t. Heidi herself is very pleasant and knowledgeable about animals and will treat your fur babies as her own. We definitely would employ her services again. We were so happy with her service that we paid her more than what she was asking for a premium service and paid her for the time she offered as a free meet and greet as well as the second one. Heidi has been taking care of our cat for the past four years whenever we are away. She is completely reliable and very responsive, I often text to find out how things are at home and will always get a timely reply back. She is trustworthy and her rates are reasonable. Best of all, our cat likes her - and our cat doesn't like many people! I would recommend her services to anyone - you won't have to worry with Heidi looking after your pets.

I was stuck in a tough spot with my wife going into labor early and some minor complications and Heidi helped me out last minute for over a week coming to my house. I don’t trust too many people with my dog and she did a wonderful job especially to accommodate me and my dog loved her. And my dog is on a few different medications and she took care of that too. Great communication, she loves all animals and now I have someone dependable to watch my dog ! Thanks!

Recently left on a month vacation and had our cats watched by Heidi. Both are seniors and it was the first time I had left them alone with someone who wasn’t family and I was a little nervous as one of my kitties is very anxious and skittish. Needless to say, Heidi befriended, not one, but BOTH of my furbabies to my absolute shock. Heidi took care of my four cats while we were away for two weeks. Just before we left to catch our flight, one of my cats got outside and wouldn’t come back in. Upon my request, Heidi made an extra trip to make sure he came back in while we were away. Everything was great when we got home. Thanks Heidi!!

We have been using Happy at Home pet sitting for a few years and heard about the company through a neighbour that also used the services! Heidi is awesome! She is friendly, reliable, and truly cares about our two dogs and two cats. She comes by every week day to walk our large Cane Corso dog and makes sure our old dog goes outside as well! She has utilized our training tips and tools as we requested when walking our large dog and has even given us great suggestions! She always updates us on how the walks go as well!! Heidi also checks in on our cats when we are out of town and gives us updates. When she is on vacation or away she will do her best and have someone cover her. I would highly recommend her for all of your fur babies!!!!

Used Heidi at Happy at Home Pet Sitting for roughly 5 years before moving out of Sherwood Park. Amazing service! So good with our pets and some not-so-easy to walk Basset Hounds. Happy at home pet sitting was so integral to making our schedule work that it made the decision to move away so much more difficult as I don't know if we will be able to find someone so helpful and reliable. I am comfortable recommending Heidi to anybody I know! Also very reasonable pricing!

I’ve had Heidi roughly 5-6 times in the past 6 years to look after my cats when away. Whenever I’ve come home, they appeared very well taken care of and comfortable with no indiscretions apparent. Heidi has a very good vibe with animals, as I’ve witnessed my cats coming to greet her when we meet before hand.

I highly recommend Sarah. We feel peace of mind while we are away, knowing our cat Venus is being fed twice a day and Sarah plays with her. Very grateful for the service she offers.

We have been using Sarah for the past several years and appreciate her services. Sarah takes care of our cats 4-5 times per year, we have multiples so it is very important that the litter boxes are cleaned daily as well as our cats being super social it is nice to know that individual time is spent with them. The extra things like checking our furnace and being able to shovel the driveway is always appreciated. We had an older cat that needed daily pills and with Sarah that was always done. Have referred her to several people - excellent service.

I have known Sara from when she started this business and have been a long-time client. The first two cats I had were both diabetic and she was reliable in coming twice a day to give their insulin. When I got my current fur babies, Sara was the first person I thought of to sit and care for them when I was going to be away. She provides thorough service, and will call or text before each booking to clarify kitties' needs, dates, and if there are any new considerations she needs to be aware of. In addition for feeding, watering, and cleaning litter, Sara plays with them and it didn't take any time at all for them to warm up to her and look forward to her daily visits. Sarah looked after our diabetic cat for us several times. Our cat required two injections daily, but the dosage could vary slightly as he was newly diagnosed and management of his care was fluctuating. I was very confident leaving him in her care because she had experience giving insulin and was knowledgeable about the disease. But more than that, if she didn’t know something she would ask. I never worried that she would make a decision about his insulin dosage independently without checking with us first, so I completely trusted her with his care. She reported everything to us while we were away, and the updates were reassuring. His litter was always properly cleaned, and I know she spent some time with him rather than hurrying out the door.

Sarah’s care is so attentive and caring. Our cat was smitten with her at first contact so you know she has that aura that animals tap into. We felt very comfortable and confident while on vacation that all was well. Sarah sent photos and updates and the fact that she has pet first aide in her skill set helped us to enjoy our vacation worry free. I love the professionalism Sarah presents and the very clear contracts she presents. The extras are great too (garbage pick up, mail, lights off and on, water plants). Sarah will be our go to. I’ve already passed her cards along to friends/acquaintances

Kitties at home has provided me with the best service one could hope for. I have used their services the past 8 years I have been living in Sherwood Park with no issues at any time ever. The price is fair and the service is excellent. You can really tell Sarah (the owner) loves animals treats them with the utmost care and respect. For example, Sarah takes care to have your pet's veterinary info on hand in case of emergency. In addition, she will keep coming to your house until you specifically tell her you are home so that you know your pet will be taken care of even if you have unexpected travel delays and are unable to make contact.

Very professional and reliable. Immediately upon meeting Sarah I felt very comfortable with her checking in on my cat while I was away. In total, I was away for three weeks. Sarah kept me up to date on how my cat was doing, and sent pictures as requested. I've already scheduled her again for my next vacation. I would highly recommend!

Erica from Kitties at Home took care of my cat for six days while I was away. I received email updates with pictures and my cat was calm and relaxed when I returned home. I will definitely be using Kitties at Home again.

Erica from Kitties at Home cared for our cat while we enjoyed 10 days away from home and she did a great job. We received a couple of emails with pictures of our cat playing and having a great time. When we got home, you could tell our cat was very well taken care of. Erica came to collect the amount owing and return our keys and our cat rushed to the door to say hello to her as well!! We are going to be using this service for all of our away from home plans and we highly recommend Erica for pet sitting. 💯

We feel so fortunate to have found such a great place to care for our cat and dog when we leave town and can't bring them with us! If you're nervous about leaving them in boarding (as we were the first time), I'd highly recommend asking for a tour of the facilities. Seeing everything put my worry at ease, and we feel confident that they're in good hands at Sublime Cat & Canine! The staff are very friendly, attentive, and communicative. We love that you can get updates about your pet via text. The pricing seems fair, and the booking process (including modifications or cancellations) is very straightforward. Their pick-up/drop-off hours are also very reasonable and relatively flexible.

I was nervous about taking my elderly tiny dog to daycare - she's deaf, a bit frail, and doesn't handle change well. These folks completely assuaged my fears and took great care of my dog for 4 days of overnight boarding. She almost didn't want to go home with me. 😆 I especially loved that they have folks stay overnight with the dogs in the runs and give lots of cuddles, which I know made all the difference in the world to my anxious pup.

We found ourselves needing boarding for our dog for a longer duration than expected , and sublime treated Banjo as their own. We felt like they treated him just like family and we were so pleased with the level of care provided. During his stay he ended up needing a vet visit a few times, and the staff at Sublime helped us find a vet with an open appointment, and they even took him there for us! They texted us updates frequently and always answered our questions quickly. I highly recommend Sublime!! It’s so nice to know we have a second home for our dog if we need one.

**⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Sublime Cat and Canine is Amazing!** We recently boarded both our dog and cat at Sublime Cat and Canine, and they absolutely loved their stay! Our dog is a senior and normally has anxiety, but during their stay, they didn’t show any signs of it, which was such a relief. The staff provided us with constant updates, which really put our minds at ease. Our cat was also groomed during their stay, and we’ve noticed a remarkable difference—no shedding at all! Both pets were so happy and well taken care of that they didn’t even want to leave when we came to pick them up. Our dog especially loved the walks and the fun lick mats they provided. We couldn’t be more pleased with the care they received. We highly recommend Sublime Cat and Canine to anyone looking for a top-notch boarding experience. We’ll definitely be back!

My 1.5 year old dog Gracie loves going to daycare at Sublime. When I drop her off she’s excited and when I pick her up she’s ready for a long nap. The girls who work here are so kind and I feel like they really care about Gracie. The staff are always quick to respond to any questions I have and if I email them during the day to ask how Gracie is doing, they always get back to me quickly. I highly recommend Sublime!

I can't recommend this dog boarding service enough! They took excellent care of my two dogs. I love that they are cage/kennel free and that you can buy add-ons to their services like one on one play time and extra treats. They post throughout the day on facebook so you can always check in on how your pup is doing. My dogs came back happy and well-exercised. A huge thank you for providing such a wonderful experience for them! 🐾❤️

The best care I could possibly expect for our dog Leo. He loves going there almost everyday, even gets excited as we pull up. The staff are all very kind, pleasant and willing to help. Like their tagline says, simply sublime!

I take my two boys here for grooming, and Sarah always does a fabulous job! Our biggest guy, Smokey, is quite sensitive with his nails and ears, but she always handles him with ease. I always get a great follow up from her on how their time was, and they always look adorable! Thank you!!

My husky mix absolutely LOVES coming here, he whines when I don't open the door fast enough. The girls are amazing. You can tell they love what they do! My boy and the other dogs are all well cared for, the facility is HUGE, and they have consistent long term staff (i always see the same 4 girls during drop off and pick up) They offer other little services and updates. We’ve been going to Posh Pooch for a few years with our dog and two cats, either for daycare or longer term boarding when travelling, and they always take such good care of our animals. The staff is just so great, and the posted pictures daily let us know our pets are safe and having fun! Additional services like baths and trimming are always done with the utmost of care and have them looking great! Highly recommend Posh Pooch!

Our pups (3) have been attending Posh Pooch for years. They love it. Always very excited to go. The staff are incredible, friendly and very helpful. One of our pups was a senior dog with some health issues. They listened and kept an eye on him when he was there. I have always felt comfortable leaving them in their care.

The team at Posh Pooch are excellent with my Boston, letting him charm them all instead of playing with the others but he also comes home pooped. They are great with his nail trims too. When he had a muscle injury, they made sure he hung out with the calmer groups so he was bored and safe. We really appreciate the care they take, AND they are even nice to us humans (not always the case in my experience). Highly recommend!!

OMG I love this place! The ladies take great care of my baby and they post photos of them all the time. Rates are reasonable for both daycare and overnights. The place is clean and smells good. We just tried out the hotel this past weekend and my little guy did really well. Even with the separation anxiety he has at home, he seemed to do just fine with the overnights in his hotel room in his own. We will be back for sure! 😄

Had a major surgery done so had to find a place for my dog. Researched a bunch and co-workers used this place so gave it a try. Daily updates of your dog on FB, and the facility is big, open and each room for your dog is spacious and clean and the staff care for your dogs like their own. My dog loved this place so much she didnt wanna go home when picked up. Would use this place again and not worry. A++++++++ Thanks for taking care of Bridgette

I’ve taken my Pomeranian Sophie for daycare few times now and she loves it! I am a new puppy owner and once I was really concerned about she being really thirsty after picking her up and they explained to me super nicely that it was normal and reassure me, which felt really good because as many of you I love my puppy and it just feels so good to take her to a place where I feel like she’s safe, cared for and loved. The staff is beyond kind and my puppy is always happy to see them. Another great thing is that they keep their social media really active so for someone anxious like me, to be able to see some pictures or stories of her having fun gives me so much peace of mind. I highly recommend this daycare!

Gaylene is fabulous! She is professional, thorough, and genuinely cares about the pets and homes she looks after. I can’t recommend her enough if you are travelling out of town and need someone to look after your home or pets.

This was the first time using Gaylene's services and I am super thankful for everything she did. From the first meeting, she was super professional with all of the paperwork she provided and her attention to detail. This was our first time leaving our cat by himself and Gaylene made sure he was taken care of. She also ensured that all aspects of our home were taken care of even during the coldest days of -40C. She went above and beyond by clearing our furnace exhaust of ice buildup. She was super responsive during her visits and provided us with the picture updates of our cat. She provided us with the peace of mind we wanted while away from home. Definitely will use her services again. 10/10. Would recommend Gaylene to anyone looking to use her services.

I hired Take Care Home and Pet Watch for the first time while I was away in November/December 2023. Gaylene was amazing - so organized - punctual - personable. It was nice to be away on a trip worry-free knowing my home was being looked after so carefully. It was a pleasure to work with Gaylene and will definitely be using her services again in the future.

This was my first time using a service like this and Gaylene made it comfortable and stress free. She takes time to ask about the particularities with your house and makes sure she knows where everything is in case of emergencies and so she can tell if anything is out of the ordinary in her visits. I booked with Gaylene with very short notice and she was super accommodating, not only with frequency of visits I needed but also when I needed to extend. I will definitely by utilizing her services again!

Gaylene was super to work with - very professional and friendly. I liked knowing she was insured and bonded, and had a plan for any emergency that might occur - so much better than asking friends or family to give up their time. We felt very comfortable leaving our home, plants, yard and our little fish tank in Gaylene’s competent hands. Together we planned out how many home checks and what days she would come to the house, and she was very practical and careful. We will definitely use her services in the future.

It was our first time to rely on someone other than a friend to care for our house while traveling. Gaylene has been amazing, organized and punctual and took care of our house and cat as if they were her own. Very pleased with the service she provides and looking forward to dealing with her on our next trip.

Gaylene is wonderful, and I look forward to hiring her again in the future! I was just away for a week and this was my first time hiring somebody to watch my cats. This experience made me feel at ease for this trip, and future ones where I may need a pet sitter/home watch again. Gaylene came by my house to meet the cats and get the keys. She is very friendly, and showed her business license and insurance for the company. She came by, as scheduled, 3 times during the week, cleaned their litter, gave wet food and water, and topped off their dry food. She even sent me a few pictures of the kitties. She offered plant watering and mail pickup as well. When I got home, my 13 year old and 1 year old cat were both content and cared for. When Gaylene came to drop off my keys, both cats came running to the door to greet her again. I highly recommend her services! It was a fantastic experience.

I had just moved to Edmonton and was so happy to have found Take Care Home & Pet Watch! Gaylene was super kind and did so well with our 2 cats, she even let us extend our trip last minute and it was great to know they were happy and safe. It's so much more comforting to know your pets can stay home and not go to a facility. I got pictures and updates which was so nice! 10/10 service, I highly recommend if you are needing a home and/or pet sitter to contact Gaylene!

Let me start by saying this is such an amazing daycare and I am so happy that I was able to squeeze in and get a spot before they started getting so busy!! Which is also awesome by the way, they deserve it🤩 I actually left my former daycare for this one, my dog got sick multiple times at the old daycare with kennel cough, which is unfortunately why I had to leave. Though I will say that they were also a great daycare, they could just improve with some cleanliness procedures. Buuuttt I found this place as a result which is a gift !! The staff is awesome, the owner is very kind and always looking for ways to improve his business. They are accommodating of my crazy crackhead of a dog, and are always happy to cater to any of his needs no matter how picky (he wont eat unless a scoop of pumpkin purée is mixed into his kibble). I don’t know what I would do without them, my dog his such a high energy level that walks just don’t do it for him no matter how long. This is a welcome solution ☺️

Absolutely amazing service!!! Due to the wildfire situation in Jasper I had to find a last minute solution for dog boarding. Their team did not hesitate to help us out and take my dog Remi on board. He’s a very shy Shepard mix and I was nervous about how he would handle a new place but after seeing his daily update pictures I could tell my pup was relaxed, happy and in great hands. Thank you to all the amazing staff here. We will definitely be supporting this business moving forward and I suggest you do too!

My dog has been attending maples since she was a puppy. She goes to daily doggy daycare and sleep overs when I’m out of town. The staff are so friendly, loving and she can’t get out of the car fast enough, she knows when we pull in the parking lot. I love all the great activities they do with the dogs. There’s so much enrichment. It’s great some one is always on site for the overnights. It’s so nice to know while I’m at work she’s having fun, playing, splashing in pools and getting tummy rubs. I highly recommend maples

We've always had a great experience with Maple's, both daycare and boarding. We have never been worried about leaving our dogs. They always come home happy and tired. The staff are well trained and friendly.

My dog Lando has been going since he was 6 months old and loves it! He was a really anxious puppy and is now comfortable playing with all the staff and pups. We appreciate all the Maples staff!

My dog and I adore Maple’s Doghouse! She goes there for daycare and I always feel secure leaving her there. I absolutely love that they go above and beyond to make memories of my dog by doing “class photos” and theme day pictures. The pictures bring me so much joy! I always know the staff genuinely care about the dogs, so I know that she’s in great hands. Plus, their drop off and pick up hours are extremely reasonable! The booking system is easy to use and makes the process very seamless. The best part is my pup is tuckered out for 3-4 days after a day of playing at daycare! It makes everyone much happier in my house, especially on the really cold or really hot days when we can’t be outside as much as we would like.

Maples is such a great place for pups! Our lab absolutely loves going to daycare. She can't get out of the car fast enough when we pull up! The staff are all so lovely, it's clear they really care and enjoy what they do. I always feel confident our dog is in good hands while she's there. They have different areas for different dogs and an outdoor space! Plus, they do super cute themed photoshoots with the dogs, which is just so fun!

Love Maples doghouse!! Our dog Dill has been going there since he was a puppy and he loves it so much! You should see how excited he gets in the car when he realizes we're pulling into the parking lot. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I love how they share photos of the pups playing. Dill always comes home tired and happy. Highly recommend!

Our dog Cash money has been going to Maples for two years now. Twice a week and for overnights when we need. It’s his favourite place! The staff are so friendly and treat him like their own. My favourite is the monthly themed photos they do, we never want to miss those. The videos and pictures they share on their social media’s always brightens my day. Highly recommend this daycare!

Paula is one of a kind. I take my "dog in law" Kaiser here from time to time and he just loves the place. He's SO excited in the car when he recognizes where we are going and seem likes he doesn't really want to leave at the end of the day too. When he gets home, he plops down to sleep after a fun-packed day with his friends. There are staggered pick up and drop off times to avoid potential issues which can happen at those commercial places where everybody lines up. This place has a slightly different program compared to typical "dog daycares", but if it works you will be 100% satisfied. Paula is absolutely great to work with and is flexible and courteous. Just a great experience all around. BTW the photo Paula took here says it all I think. One happy customer I'd say! :-)

Paula really saved us when a family member last-minute cancelled on watching our dog while we were away. We reached out to Paula and she communicated her qualifications and her provided care. It was such a positive experience and our dog had so much fun! She kept us informed of our dogs ongoings and sent us pictures of him as well! We had so much peace of mind while we were away, knowing our dog was in good hands. I’m so happy we have found Paula!

Our Pepa is not an easy dog to take care of, she has quite a bit of demand and needs special care because of some events in the past that made her not trust other dogs and some humans. We tried many things on our long trips away from Edmonton (dog sitting in our house, in other people's houses, in boarding facilities, with family, etc) and there were always some things that didn't work great. This all changed once we met Paula two years ago, she knew how to get to Pepa, to know her, and give her what she needs. Lots of extra care, special treatment, careful love, and a constant search for getting closer to improve her stay. On top of that, Paula kept her communication with us while away quite active, answering quickly to our messages, asking questions, showing results, sending videos and photos of Pepa's improvement, etc. Pepa loves it there, two +30 days stay and no problems. Every time we leave we do it with peace in mind that our beloved god is in the best place possible, this is now her second home. We are extremely thankful for Paula's services, professionalism, and love for all the doggies at a senseful and competitive price. Highly recommended!

I cannot say enough good things about Paula's Pawtastic Pet Care. On short notice Paula accommodated us to board my beautiful basset hound Luna for 2 weeks. Paula has been amazing and very accommodating of our 3 dogs. We love that we can send them to board together and they still get the feeling of being in a home. All our dogs are characters and she has embraced all their idiosyncrasies! Thank you Paula!

My pups absolutely love going to Paula’s! They go there once a week for daycare and always come home tired. They have so much fun playing with all the other pups. She also watched them for two weeks while I was on vacation and I never had to worry about them, she provided frequent updates and was quick to reach out when there were questions or concerns. They slept for days after. I definitely recommend Paula! Super happy to have found her!

Amazing facility. The staff at cozy kitty are kind, reliable, and always take great care of my two kitties when I am away. I am grateful to have a trustworthy boarding facility to bring my cats to when I go on vacation. My cats always enjoy their stay and meeting new friends.

Really happy with this facility. I've worked in kennels before but our cat facilities were nothing compared to Cozy Kitty's. They have very large private kennels with cat furniture as well as a nice room with many cat condos for the cats to go roam around in. The staff are very attentive and it seems like our cat had a great time roaming around.

We have left our cat couple times here, the first time she was less than 6 months and second time was after a year. She was comfortable in the second time, the staff is very nice, they take care of pets and also you can enquire about them regularly from time to time. Always recommend to book in advance so you have a slot for your loved fur babies to be in safe hands. They also get an opportunity to make friends with other. The teams posts pictures of all guests (cute cats) on their IG profile and it's a relief when you see them.

I really adore this place! First time I’ve used it was when my husband and I had our honeymoon. It was really reassuring to see what they offer, and how the staff is very compassionate, accommodating and very understanding. From each staff member, and all the guest cats, there’s so much warm. I get really anxious when my cats are away, but I feel more at ease knowing the quality of professionalism and care there is. My biggest of thanks for caring for my cats as if they were your own.

Frisky had a really good stay here, amazing and loving staff for helping him settle in for a month. Even surprised us when we learnt that he made some new fur friends when he was supposedly a cat hater! Staff is great with updating us on him as well. We will choose this boarding place again on our next trip away :)

I boarded my cat, Pearl, for a week while I was travelling. The staff at Cozy Kitty Accommodations were very kind, respectful and gave updates on Pearl throughout the week. Pearl was anxious at first as it is a new environment but the staff kept a detailed chart of her daily eating/litter use. When she came home she was healthy and happy :) I would definitely trust to board Pearl here again!

I wish I could have commented better, but we dropped off a healthy cat and after 8 days we received a sick cat. Not sure what happens inside as because of "covid" we were not able to see the inside. I think the only important thing in this business is to keep cats healthy, and if that doesn't happen then it's a disaster for the business. The staff are very kind and helpful at the front desk. Anyway, we trusted google map rating, but I would never let my cat be in this place again or do not recommend it to friends and families. Cheers!

Not super thrilled. Even though according to their records she was eating okay, they introduced treats into her diet and there were 6 days of her stay where she ate nothing but treats, which caused problems when I finally got her home. The place was clean and she didn't seem overly traumatized when I got her home, so it wasn't all bad.

They took great care of my fur baby Dr. Melon. I will use them anytime I have to board my kitty. He was very happy when he got home.

I recently had my kitty Skittles in at cozy kitty and they were super amazing. They kept track of everything for her, and even sent pics and updates when asked. This was my first time leaving her for an extended time and I would definitely leave her with cozy kitty again. 😺 They even hand fed her after a couple of days of not eating fully.
