Red Fern and staff, I want to take the time to say thank you. I am more than satisfied with Red Fern, the staff, all services and how well the facility is run and how clean everything is. Every interaction I've had has been positive and I feel that my dogs are special. Your staff is always smiling, upbeat, and positive. They are excited when my socialized puppy comes in, and very slow and calm when I bring in my adult dog who is not socialized, is high anxiety, who is unsure and scared of everything. While going to daycare and during boarding the staff sent photos and report cards letting me know how they were doing and how much fun they were having. I am so grateful I have a place to bring them where I know they will be taken care of. I will definitely be coming back for daycare and boarding and referring everyone that has doggy needs. I wish I could give Red Fern and its staff more than five stars because this place is truly the best! Had to place our two pups there for an extended two-month board due to a family emergency and they’re having the best time! I can’t begin to put in words the peace of mind you feel as a paw-rent knowing your fur-babies are well cared for. Love the daily photos, videos, report cards too - so you can see them having so much fun & reading about their day. Red Fern also employs the best staff that genuinely love their job and the doggos entrusted into their care. They’re especially great at fulfilling dietary needs, dispensing meds, etc. Andrew, Emily, Savannah, Bryce, Ashley are some of the really great people there. I highly recommend Red Fern - our pups Beau and Lu are so happy and having the best time!

This place is incredible! Our Aussie stayed here 3 nights and 4 days while we were out of town and she told us she loved it. The facility is awesome, spotless and has so many great amenities. There are size-specific indoor and outdoor play areas, a full grooming station, regular and deluxe "rooms," with beds and everything for your pup. The doggy pool will be done soon too which is perfect for this Florida weather. Also a full grooming room is available. Most importantly, DA, Garnett and the staff are incredible and accommodating with great communication and care. Thank you for taking such great care of Shiva!

I have been taking my pup to Red Fern for daycare while I am at work for almost a year now and have had such a great experience. Ever since day one, the staff has been so welcoming and willing to work one on one with her due to socialization issues. I am so happy to have a place like Red Fern for my Quinn to go to and have a blast! Thank you for everything!

Our pup Appa loves Red Fern. He especially loves pool time and group play! As well, grooming always does an amazing job, making sure he comes home looking and smelling his best! He has been enjoying his time there for the past 2 years and will continue to do so! Much love to the Red Fern family, they are the nicest and most caring around!

I seriously can't say enough good things about this place! We have boarded our dog here a couple times now and even have taken her for doggy daycare so she can play with other dogs for a bit. The staff is amazing, so friendly and always willing to answer any question you might have. They listen to concerns and seem to care about my furbaby almost as much as I do! I love that the more we bring our dog here they remember her by her name and seem happy to see her. I was anxious about boarding her and taking her to daycare because we had never done it before but I'm happy we found Red Fern. I also love that they send daily pictures so you can stay updated and see how your pup is doing.

Very clean location with beautiful installations, even a pool. Your dog will be well tended to. As you can see in the picture, Cloé was sad to leave the pool.

11/10!!! I wish I could give more than 5 stars! They love your pet just as if they are their own. We chose the Top Dog Package for our lab Goose and enjoyed the daily pictures and report cards while we were on vacation. We picked him up at 9:00 a.m. and the groomer already had him bathed and dried by the time we got there (Thank You!!!). The whole experience from dropping him off, to picking him up 10 days later was absolutely amazing. Bryce was extremely professional, helpful, and kind during our initial tour, drop-off and pick-up. Thank you Bryce and to all the staff who took great care of our Goose during his stay!

A few months ahead of a three week trip out of the country, we were introduced to Red Fern. We stopped by one Sunday just to see what the place looked like and were surprised to see it open and bustling with employees. (Our Vet offers boarding but one person comes in on a Sunday just to feed the dogs). Unannounced, Ashley offered to give us a quick tour and we met other employees, saw the facilities, and got to see a bunch of happy guest. Needless to say, that day we knew this was a night and day difference to boarding with our Vet. We took our pups for daycare a few times before the trip, just to get them acclimated to the place. By the third visit, they were all excited to be there. They absolutely love this place and so do we, AND WE’RE PICKIE WHEN IT COMES TO OUR PUPS. When it came time to board we used their daily photo service and received photos, each and every day, and even a couple of weekly report cards, a summary of how each did that week. Bottom line, I hope they don’t change a thing. This is a top notch place, offering services at reasonable prices. Best of all, they offered us peace of mind while we traveled. By the way, while boarding our youngest had her one year birthday. The Staff celebrated with her by giving her a special whip cream bowl!! Thank you Red Fern and Staff!

We absolutely love this establishment & especially the staff!!!! We had to board our boy Moose for the 1st time ever when we came to Ocala, my father was in the hospital & my in-laws did not want our dog at their house because they have cats. So we found Red Fern & I’m so thankful we did! My father ended up having to go to hospice & passing away. Red Fern’s staff was amazing through our difficult time! We originally planned to be there just a few days but with the circumstances it ended up being over a week. Then when we came back for the funeral we had to board him again and again they were just as amazing!! They were so helpful and understanding at Red Fern. Knowing our sweet boy was being so well taken care of relieved a huge stress from us! I am now needing to board my dog in another part of Florida and wishing I had a place like Red Fern!! They really are special and now that we are needing a boarding service again we see just how wonderful Red Fern is! Thank you for being such a great, well kept, fun and loving environment for our fur baby! (The pictures I attached are some they text me along with updates of how he was doing while he was staying there.)

Autumn watched my dog for a couple days on short notice and treated him so good I didn't think he'd come home...highly recommend!

I had to leave town on short notice and was in a pinch because I couldn't bring my dog. I contacted Autumn and she was a life saver. You can tell she really loves animals. My dog definitely could. Definitely recommend her! Thanks Autumn!!

Review: We had Ani care for our 4 cats and tourtise while we were on a 4 week vacation. She was wonderful. She took excellent care of our animals. She also is great at handling the unexpected. We lost water during our vacation and she had to bring gallons of water for our pets. She sent wonderful update photos and texts. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for hight quality care of your animals. You can tell She really cares for your pets.

Ani is very pleasant and dependable, professional and detail-oriented. I have used her a couple of times to care for my cat. When I leave on vacation, I feel assured that we are in good hands.

My kitty loves her. Ani has a warm and loving personality. She is efficient and sends notices with pictures. I strongly recommend her services.

I highly recommend Ani the Per Nanny!!! For almost a year now, Ani has taken care of my multiple giant breed dogs. She does a lunch visit with them each workday and stays with them when I’m out of town. The dogs love her and I trust her to take good care of them when I’m gone. She is reliable and truly cares about my babies!

I have usedAni multiple times and my dogs dearly love her. I took a week cruise and she kept my three dogs. I couldn’t be more pleased with her. I highly recommend her services. She is a wonderful, kind , responsible person.

Ani was great in taking came of my pets for the week I was gone out of the country. They were in good hands which was relief for me being so far away. She even sent me pictures of them everyday. Besides the scaredy cats. Haha. I would recommend her. She is watching the furbabies again soon too.

I can't really say enough about this place. I wouldn't trust most of my family or friends with my dog, they're like our kids. Dogwalker ranch goes above and beyond. My 9 month old Rotty named Harmony has stayed there 3 times now and she loves the place and the staff. They've even taken the time to give me some free training tips during pick ups. I wouldn't hesitate to leave my girl here. My last Rotty lived to 10 and died from cancer. She stayed here countless times and absolutely loved everyone up there. They boarded her twice for me when she was having problems toward the end of life. Both times she had wounds with stitches and was on medication. Both times I was able to leave her there with no concern. Dogwalker is a great facility and the owners really care, even putting in lots of time with the dogs themselves!!!

Absolutely awesome place to board your dogs. Such a family friendly vibe. They know my dogs as soon as we come in and my pups forget all about me when we get there. Recommend to anyone that wants a loving, fun and safe place for there pup!

I can't say enough good things about Dogwalker Ranch! I recently left my beagle there while I took a vacation to New England after my sister recommended them. I was absolutely thrilled with the level of care he received. From the moment I dropped him off, the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely passionate about animals. The facility is clean, spacious, and well-maintained, which immediately put my mind at ease. They provided regular updates and photos, allowing me to see how happy my pup was during his stay. I could tell he was well-loved and well-cared for, playing and socializing. When I picked him up, he was healthy, happy, and even a little reluctant to leave his new friends behind! I highly recommend Dogwalker Ranch to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring place for their furry family members. I will definitely be returning the next time I need a kennel. This place killed my Rottweiler puppy, King! Please, trust your dogs when they show signs of fear or discomfort. My dog had stayed here a few times, and each time, I could tell he was scared and uneasy. This last time, I should have trusted my gut when the guy with the beard came to get King, and my dog cowered in fear and started growling—something he never does. What shocked me even more was the man’s reaction. He got frustrated and threw the leash down at King. I thought maybe I was overreacting until my daughter asked, “Mommy, why did that man throw the leash at King like that?” I brushed it off, thinking the guy might’ve been having a bad day. Before this visit, my dog had just gotten his shots and was perfectly healthy, with no issues. But when I picked him up, he was coughing, and I immediately knew he had caught something from this facility. Unfortunately, things quickly got worse, and my puppy lost his life before it had really even begun. When I called Dogwalker Ranch to tell them what happened, they took no responsibility and gave me every excuse as to why it couldn’t have been their facility. I am absolutely heartbroken and devastated. Do not bring your dog here!

I love this place they make my dogs and me feel like family. I never worry when I bring them here as I know they are in great hands. I recommend Dogwalker to anyone.

My dog stayed here for a week while we were on vacation. Staff is amazing! They went above and beyond to make sure my girl was comfy and happy. The staff here, AMAZING! They really love dogs! We take Biscotti our cattle dog for daycare once a week. Its been great with helping him transition from being a shelter dog. While on vacation, we left Biscotti and Pippa, my blind dog, for a few days and they had a great time! I really appreciate the extra time and attentiveness Liz showed in our dogs, especially for Pippa's special needs. Plus getting a few texted pictures while on vacation was always wonderful! Highly recommend, especially for such reasonable pricing.

I’ve been boarding with “Miss Patti” for 5 years now. The biggest reasons why we always choose her boarding business are; she does not put them in a kennel, but she checks every dog coming in to make sure they will be good with other dogs so you know you’re dog will be safe. They get a room and the dogs play in “packs”. She accommodates our dogs every time and bends over backwards for us. Her prices are the best in town, we have 3 dogs and after paying one full for the first dog, she discounts the other two. We can go out of town without stressing about our dogs. Highly recommend, she is the best in town!

All we can say is how GRATEFUL WE ARE! We had our kiddos (Tucker & Bailey) sleep over here for a long weekend and they had a blast. Normally they don't eat when boarded due to anxiety but they felt so at home that they ate most of the food we left for them. I was kept up to date constantly by Patti on what my little stinkers were up to and I appreciate that she runs such a close knit daycare that my pups weren't homesick at all lol Thank you so much!!! it was our first boarding and we already scheduled their next play dates.

We are so thankful to have found this place!! Patti is amazing and she will take care of your dog like it was her own. I don't think ours wanted to come home LOL! Highly recommend!

I have been using this facility (boarding) for 3 years and I can always tell they love animals. I love bringing my fur baby for drop off and all of the staff get excited for my boy :) If I call and leave a message they always call back same day and if I write them emails they are always kind and give a response in a timely manner. They are also very reasonably priced IMO. On another note the facility lets you know well ahead of time if you need to update your vaccines for the stay of your animal and I greatly appreciate that. All the love for cuddle bugs and their staff <3

People should go to BBB to report their complaints. I'm sure this facility has a couple building codes that are not within regulations. We had a horrible experience with this place. They did not answer their phones over 4 days. They did not send any pictures until we begged them on day 5 of finally getting through to their office. Melissa was so rude when we were concerned about the well being of our dogs & not being able to reach them. We will never take our dogs here again. This was our first & this will be our last time trying this place. 0 stars .

I moved down to Ocala, FL temporarily and we were nervous about where to send our Giant Schnauzer, Roxy for Doggie Daycare because back home in Rockmart, GA we were spoiled at Precious Paws. How could we possibly find another Daycare as good? But, luckily we found a fantastic place, Cuddle Bugs Per Resort! They have been great and really love Roxy and she has been so happy there! However, today was her last day there because I’m moving down to our Villages office and will be taking her down there for Doggie Daycare. The folks at Cuddle Bugs Pet Resort were so sweet and had a party for her and sent her home with her favorite ball from there and the letter pictured here. We are so appreciative of the love they have shown to her and we’re hoping we are this blessed with the next daycare❤️ 🐾

Incredible facility and staff! Our Nanook is a 4 mo Great Dane with teeerrrrible skittishness whom multiple vets/boarding facilities refused. Julia welcomed him with open arms and worked with him, on short notice, while we were away. Her kindness, Haley's comforting self, Kelly's help, and Jason's knowledge were above anything I've ever witnessed. Our family is forever grateful for their eagerness to help our baby and continued updates (extra praise for the pictures) to help mama's anxiety. All of the stars and all of the love to Cuddle Bugs!!!!

I need to board my dog,Zeus, while we visited family for the Thanksgiving holiday and they immediately showed affection towards my boy and showed they genuinely cared for the animals they take care of. They immediately took note of the special needs my dog has( he is allergic to chicken and can’t have it) and didn’t even bat an eye. When I picked Zeus up he was happy and jumping around as he was when I dropped him off. I am very picky about who watches my dogs, and probably sent a bunch of emails checking and was always treated with respect and a smile. Thanks for taking care of my dog

We traveled to Ocala Florida to visit family. There was a few days that we couldn’t bring our dog where we needed to go so we googled a pet day care in the area for the day. Cuddle bug came up and we called them. They quickly were able to get our doodle signed up and ready to go the next day. It was her first time at a day care so naturally we were a little nervous dropping her off but when picking her up we knew we picked the best place. She came out so happy and the staff was excellent and made us feel like our dog was part of their family. The next day they posted pictures and you could see how happy she was. Our only disappointment is we headed home and can’t take her back till our next visit because she loved it there. Thank you for taking such good care of our girl

My golden retriever hates this place. She runs to the door pulling on the lease as hard as she can to get out. The odor is horrible. One breath will tell you this place is not maintained and filthy. I will not return to this place

This is the best place for doggie day care and boarding! My dog absolutely loves going. Julia and the staff do a wonderful job. You can accumulate points to be used toward services like teeth brushing and nail trims, even boarding! My pup is very high energy but I can rest assured that they are watching over him! Love all the pictures they post on Facebook. They make sure to include ALL the dogs. Their business hours are great for those of us who work. Open early and close late! Can't say enough about Cuddle Bugs Pet Resort!!

I have taken some time to think about my review. I want this review to accurately reflect Cuddle Bugs - and each time I try to write a review, I get emotional. We have moved from Michigan and a WONDERFUL boarder/groomer. I just knew it would be difficult to find someone just as loving. I was wrong. Because 2020 has been a horrible year for everyone, I won't bore you with details; however, I lost my mom and my dog within days of each other. I called Cuddle Bugs to board my big boy while flying back to Michigan to bury my mom. To say I was a complete mess when calling would be an understatement. Steve super patient with me while I was blubbering trying to figure out dates/times, and whatnot. Not only is Cuddle Bugs loving to the pet-children in their care; they are also caring toward their parents. The staff is great. Our big boy knows when we turn into the driveway. He starts getting excited and doesn't even look back when taken to the daycare room. We have boarded and have had daycare several times since moving to Florida. You will be happy with their care - but more importantly, so will your dog.

Dana is so great. She comes to feed and play with my kitten Darling and she loves it. Dana sends me tons of pictures that make me laugh while I am away and even buys her little toys. I feel so comfortable when I am away that Darling will be looked after well. Dana is a great find!

I love to see a business that has their processes in place. Website with all the details I need to know before contacting, system to support the efficiency of the service provider, prompt call back etc etc. Right from the start I knew Dana Do! really was a concierge, someone who had the background to take care of our Charlie so we didn't have to worry while we were away and who was deeply passionate about pets. Systems are great, but proof is the interactions she had with who this is all about, our cat Charlie! He's a tough nut to crack, and she bonded with him quicker than any other sitter before. It was a joy to see how content Charlie was when we got back! I highly recommend Dana Do to care for your fur babies. She will take care of Charlie many more times!

Dana's services are priceless! While we were out of the country, we had her come by twice a day to care for our older cat who was being left alone. Twice a day every day we looked forward to her emails through her secured website. She would include lovely pics of him playing with his toys, eating, etc. This was SOOOO much better than the alternative, which was taking him to an unfamiliar location where he would be around unfamiliar people, animals, sounds, odors, etc. (he is timid enough as it is). Dana has been dependable, friendly and reliable. We will use her services again!

Dana took excellent care of our puppy, cat, fish, chickens and bunny while we are out of town for a cruise. She went above and beyond and also watered our garden and brought in our mail and the garbage barrels! After each visit we received an email that had notes from the visit and also pictures. Dana was amazing. She took such great care of my cats and provided daily updates and photos of them. I felt at ease while on vacation knowing she was spending time with them and making sure their kitty litter was clean and food/water bowls were fresh and full. And also she took great care of my plants. They looked healthy when I returned from my vacation. They looked better then when I take care of them haha. I will most definitely use her amazing trusting services again.

We live our 2 mini dachshunds and take them everywhere we can with us. However we needed to find a place we felt comfortable with in leaving them for a cruise. After careful consideration and reading reviews we decided that Sleepy Hollow was the place we could trust to leave our furbabies. They have stayed several times now. From a 7 night stay to a 2 day stay. We know that the staff is loving, caring and treats then like we do which gives us comfort. We're happy to have a place we can take them to. One in which treats them as we do. Makes it easier not to stress when you can see how happy they are.

Sleepy hollow is my go to Kennel the staff is amazing very friendly and helpful without a doubt one of the best and cleanest in the area. Both my Pug and Border Collie has stayed with them numerous times and they have been nothing but the best with them. The area is always clean. 5/5 recommendations.

I have boarded my pugs there twice. The facility is small and homey and clean. My dogs usually come back from other places smelly and needing a bath but not at Sleepy Hollow. The staff are nice and helpful. Highly recommend

My dogs run in there when we take em and that signs to me that they love it. They’re always received with hugs and love from the staff. We board them there and when we pick them up they are clean,pedicured and healthy. We walk thru the kennel and it’s clean and spacious. I’m a forever patron of Sleepy Hollow Boarding & Groom

Our pups were cared for by the team at Sleepy Hollow for 8 days. One pup is an older dog. The other a spunky yearling. They apprised us of the status and were very understanding when we checked on them. When we picked our pups up, they helped me load things and also gave us a review on their stay. Sleepy Hollow took the best care of our lab/pit. She seemed so content and Sleepy Hollow posts daily FB pics of your pet. This country setting is relaxing, clean and overflowing with genuine love for your pets. Our Mia took an immediate liking to the young man who works there. Wish I could remember his name. We adopted a young dog about six months ago right before a trip that we had planned. We took a chance with Sleepy Hollow and have absolutely no regrets! Our sweet Shep has stayed with Melissa and her team three times now and I am so thankful that I don't have to worry about him while we are away. I love that they post pictures and videos for us to see. Awful groomer our dog had an awful gouge on her neck. Shaved way to close on face. Won't ever return there. She's came home shaken from the visit.

Just picked up our dog, Drew, who was happily out playing with the other dogs! When we got there, Kathy let me see where Drew would be staying. The room was spacious and very clean. It is a bit of a drive for us to drop her off, but well worth it. The price is excellent and includes play time, she does have some nice extras that you can add on…we added a peanut butter Kong each day . We are headed home now and our dog appears happy and well cared for…see you next time!

We have been going to BTT for 6 years now and it’s so sad to say that we will not be going back. It was clean in the beginning now it should get O- Stars. We love that our pets are treated well there. Our dog was so happy when we made the turn to go into their driveway but happy to get home. The owner is very knowledgeable about pet care but maybe not in the up keeping of her facility. Wishing them well in the future. Maggie S.

Our rescue dog Peanut has had three owners and has been in three shelters before we adopted her. Bedtime Tails is exceptional. Peanut had her own private room with a raised platform type bed which we put her pet bed on top. She was taken out 5 time each day to play with dogs her own size. The last outdoor play time is around 8 pm at night. For a small fee they will give your pet extra attention and even doggie ice cream (the treat is not really ice cream and has no sugar. Specially made for dogs) Peanut got here treat at noon. She had her own dog food twice a day along with a little doggie ice cream at noon. A few of her dog biscuits after each play time. If you are looking for a caring facility to look after your cat or dog while you are away for a day(s), week or more this is a great choice. Peanut will be a regular customer when every we need someone to look after her when we can not.

Josey always returns happy and sleepy after a stay with Kathy at Bedtime tails. Bath nails and ears are a great way to finish off her stay. We are confident she's getting great care while we're away. We just moved to the Villages and have a 10 year old Weimaraner (JD). We brought JD to BTT for 9 nights. When we picked her up she was happy and very healthy. Thank you BTT for taking care of her. We will be returning soon. Keep up the good work.

My dog Bella has severe separation anxiety and can be nervous around other dogs. I do not use a pet boarding service often, but life happens and occasionally we need someone to look after her. We have tried so many places and have always ended up with horrible results - isolation, anxiety, days of recovery, and even throwing up and bloody stools. But now I finally found Ms. Cathy! She listened to our story and was willing to work with us to help keep Bella as comfortable as possible, and without tranquilizers. This is the first time I have been separated from Bella and had no issues. She was her normal self when I picked her up and I could tell from her behavior she had been well cared for. I highly recommend Bedtime Tails! I may even plan another a trip in the near future. :)

My first choice was booked so I asked for a recommendation. Bedtime Tails was one of the recommended places. They offered a tour which I really enjoyed seeing where my pup was going to be for 10 days. If my dog could talk, I think she'd say she had a great time. She came back looking healthier than before we dropped her off and happy. I took advantage of the additional services they offer, so when I picked up my little one she was smelling good, with cut nails and her ears cleaned. I highly recommend this place. I will definitely be using them again as my first choice when the time comes.

I left my 11 year old rescue poodle with Cathy for 4 days. My dog takes a LOT of medicine. Cathy took excellent care of her and I am very grateful for the time I had to get out of town for a while. I hesitated leaving her in a kennel, but Cathy seems to run an excellent facility. UPDATE Second visit...Amber is now 12 and even more fragile. I left her even longer. This poodle is a rescue that requires a lot of care...old and fragile. Cathy returned her in PERFECT condition. Yes she is a lot of work, but Cathy and staff did it perfectly.

My boy Simba spent the weekend here. He doesn't always get along well with other dogs (possessive and protective of his family). They said they would see how he did and if he had any issues they would change him to alone outings. Well! He did amazing and got to spend a bunch of time playing with other dogs in a happy and healthy environment. Will definitely be using again.

“Moo” came home and was just the same boy when he left! Our Boy Bunch loved going to Palmetto and did so for many years 2011 until 2017 when he passed. Palmetto Kennels has been our #1 place to go for boarding and grooming for years. We just brought our newest addition, Violet (cockapoo, 18 weeks) to Kathy for her first big girl grooming and she is so cute. We had to laugh, though, she wanted to turn around & go back to Kathy rather then go home! Great job!

All of us who have been adopted into the life of a dog knows how important it is to find someone trustworthy when we inevitably have to board them for some reason. Can I just say, we've tried two other places here in town before someone recommended Palmetto Kennels. We have finally found our boy's "home away from home." We have a hundred pound pile of fluff who absolutely loves going to Palmetto Kennels. So much so that when we pick him up, he stares out the back window like he's leaving forever! He is well taken care of and I appreciate that the owners are on-site. I am no longer anxious about leaving him.

Daphne took great care of our pup Amelia and we are so grateful to have found a loving home away from home for her, I felt very comfortable leaving her with Palmetto Kennels

We love this place! The beagles always come out nice and clean with a new scarf every month. The groomers are super friendly and pleasant to deal with!!

Superb care of your fur babies. We've had our two dogs there on several occasions. They can hardly wait to get out of the car when we drive up. They come home relaxed and well cared for. We feel so happy that Palmetto takes such wonderful care of our dogs when we have to be away.

We’ve been taking our fur-ever babies to Palmetto for 18 years! They’re awesome! Never once did I worry about their care when we boarded our pups. We always returned to find them happy and healthy! We love their special outdoor packages, too! The walks & playtime are great! The rating only goes to 5, but they are definitely 10+!

The staff are friendly. Good interaction with my dog and great groom for a fair price. Very timely in having my pup's cut done and ready to pick up.

What a wonderful kennel and staff! My German Shepherds are actually happy to go there for grooming or boarding and love Daphne and the staff. They never leave stressed in any way. I always get playtime a couple times a day for my dogs. The grooming is the best and most reasonably priced anywhere! I am an hard to please dog mom and want my dogs treated with the same love and care I give them! Palmetto does this!!!! I cannot express in words how much I love Palmetto Kennels! I have boarded both my dog Minnie and my two cats there. The staff is extremely friendly and professional, and you can tell that they really care about the animals they watch over. One of my favorite things about them is that they post play time pics of the dogs on Facebook. It's so great to see my baby out there for everyone to see how cute she is! I also have always trusted them with my cats in the Jungle Room. Even my older girl who thrives on routine is comfortable there. I no longer live in the Ocala area, but I can honestly say we've had a really tough time finding a boarder that we love as much as Palmetto in our new area.

You know you’ve found your trusted doggy Care when your dogs can’t get out of the car fast enough to run to Eddies house. He’s been great so far, super flexible with dates and times, fair prices! Eddie also keeps me posted throughout the day with Videos of them playing I thought I’d never find a “good enough” place for both my Shibas, boy I was wrong!

I have been between Miami and Ocala for the past 3 months and was worried of where to have our baby Germany stay in the meantime. My cocker spaniel, Lily, has never been around other dogs until she stayed with Edwin. He took such excellent care of her and now I think she is missing her canine friends! I would recommend for everyone to leave their pets here! They truly love them as if they were their own!

I had never left my dogs anywhere before for a vacation. I tried a couple of one day visits and they did great. Eddie sent daily photos and videos to put my mind at ease. I have a 5 month year old puppy named Mila and she’s a lab mix with boxer and she loves going to eddys she has so much fun and time and Eddy looks after her and makes sure she’s okay and he provides good care and happiness with all the dogs and he’s a really good with all dogs highly recommended!!! My shihtzu, Oreo, doesn’t like strangers at all. He’s definitely a mommy’s boy and has separation anxiety. From the very first day, Eddie made Oreo feel at home. It gives me an incredible sense of peace knowing that my baby will be loved and taken care of while I’m away. If Eddie is ever unavailable, I refuse to leave Oreo with anyone else. I was visiting the area and found Eddie by googling cage-free boarding - and thank goodness! My dog hates to be in a crate or kennel. He was so happy and well cared for during his stay - and Eddie sent me pictures and videos daily, so I always felt secure knowing my dog was doing well. He very obviously loves animals and it shows in the care he gives to the dogs who visit him. As a side note, I had an issue with my car, and he even went way out of his way to help me. I’m only mentioning this part to demonstrate that he is a truly good person and a humanitarian as well. Thanks so much Eddie. I will definitely be back when I’m in the area again.
