I am extremely happy with the service I received. During the normal course of pet sitting I received constant updates by text, along with pictures, I never had to wonder if someone was there while I was away on vacation. On the later part of my vacation, one of our dogs fell very ill, and the sitter assigned to us went well far beyond our expectations, taking our dog to the vet, picking up medication and administering it, and even cooking a special meal recommended by the vet in their own home and bringing it to him. Simply amazing.

Absolutely love the team. I’ve had Katie and her team sit my dogs and cats for years. I trust them, and they treat my pets like their own. All my pets love Katie and her team. I’ve had pets who have had serious medical issues, and I’ve never worried while I’ve been gone knowing they’d receive all their meds and top level care.

Katherine is absolutley incredible at what she does! She loves animals and it shows! This was our 1st time leaving our puppy and we felt so comfortable knowing he was getting cared for by Katherine. She updates you a few times a day and makes you feel at ease knowing your fur baby is in good hands. I'm ready to plan another trip away, so Oliver can have another great time with his friends and Katie! She is the best out there!!

Katie is fantastic. My boy absolutely loves his friend Katie. It makes my day when she sends me photos or videos of him during the day. Everyone with claws and paws has been nothing short of amazing. Quick responses, they do their best to fit me in if I need it last min! They always take such good care of my animals and always send me pictures when I’m away and missing my babies! 10/10 recommend.

Katie is the BEST!!! We have a very difficult cat and Katie went above and beyond to accommodate. Our cat has anxiety problems and is afraid of everything, he runs and hides from strangers. She was able to get him to come out of hiding. She sent videos and updates while we were gone. We give Katie 10 stars because 5 is not enough. Will definitely be using Claws and Paws in the future.

We’ve been taking our dogs here for many years. Blue Rock provides great care for our dogs when we are not able to have them with us. They are very friendly and even provide pictures of the dogs on their Facebook page so you can see your dog even when you’re away. I would definitely recommend Blue Rock Kennel for boarding your dog.

I recently boarded my German Shepherd who has health issues and is anxious as a result. The owners of this boarding kennel were more than willing to give Myla the extra attention and special handling that she needed and she seemed to love it there. She even gave one of the owners a little lick which is not her usual style. I truly appreciate the level of care Blue Rock offers and will definitely book again in the future. Thank you Blue Rock!

My dogs were never kenneled my husband forbid our dogs to be kenneled, we planned a vacation and looked around for a kennel for our 2 dogs. After visiting numerous kennels we settled on blue rock. When we dropped them off we were all sad even the grand kids but after getting regular updates and seeing how happy they were our vacation was great. We were assured they were in good hands planning another vacation this year. Thank you blue rock.

They were able to add on days very last minute before my days already booked. Fantastic place for the pups! Lily and Puppasito looked like they had a blast on the pictures they posted daily on fb. Definitely made it less stressful while we were away!

After 9 years, we were faced with boarding our dog while we went on vacation. In the past she had always stayed with family or close friends in her own home. What struck me when looking at Blue Rock Kennel was the family atmosphere, limited amount of dogs and their willingness to help me by sending daily photos, etc. All this for an extremely reasonable fee! We will definitely be returning to Blue Rock Kennel!

We used Daisy Maisy Dog for our pet sitting service this past week. They were amazing. Very professional and responsive. Will be using them again end of this month. Relieved we found a pet sitting service that took such good care of our furry family.

We took Romo there today for the first time. We have definitely found our new groomer. They were polite, professional and did an amazing job. They were even able to do his nails ( he's never cooperated before )

There are always such friendly staff that offer great customer service. They always make sure to get your pet in as soon as possible, don’t take too long to groom your pet, and do an awesome job grooming! I have a guiena pig that tends to have lots of hair and needs it trimmed frequently, A Natural Paw always trims him up neat and tidy! I also usually get a bath for him as he sometimes can get a little smelly and when I come back to pick him up, he smells so clean! I’ve only been here two times so far, but I most definitely will be coming back plenty more! I highly recommend giving this place a try!

Took our mixed Yorkie for a cut and teeth cleaning. When we pick Loki up, not only did he look great but that bad breath was completely gone. They even fitted him with a flea collar at no charge. Tiffany is great! Man,I hope I got her name right.. she's definitely our groomer from this day forward. If your in Smyrna, I recommend A Natural Paw.

I would give no stars if I could. They cut my 10 year old poodle where he has bare spots on his legs and back. Worst cut he ever had. Owner said that is the way they do it. Beware and do not go to A Natural Paw in Smyrna De. Nasty job- no accountability and they charge a lot for it. If you love your dog do not take them there.

I brought my Pomeranians to A Natural Paw on Saturday, April 29. It wasn’t until I got home that I noticed Cooper’s ears were sloppy and uneven. Later that night, I felt a big mat behind Parker’s ears. I also found that neither had been brushed and both of their paws had the same erratic pattern as their ears. Additionally, their fur was uneven around their bodies. Spots were missed and some areas weren’t trimmed. Im very disappointed and won’t be back.

I love this place! I rescued a poor cute little dog who has fluffy, curly fur that was matted to the point that it was painful for him to be touched, and the people at this place took such good care of him and now he's my little happy and healthy, handsome man!!

We take our boys here every month and they do a wonderful job.

After a friend of mine told me of a few good experiences here, I took my Whiskey girl for her 2nd ever grooming. She’s about 10 mo. Old and a bit timid, despite her big goofy size. She seemed to take to the crew pretty well and was returned to me smelling great and in good spirits. She had nice, short nails and a pretty pink bow. She was happy, happy! I will definitely be returning when she’s due for it and would absolutely recommend others to give them a try as well!

I took my Shihpoo there and he has had some bad grooming experiences where he wouldn’t let anyone groom him. I took my Roman to natural Paw and they were able to groom him completely with no issues! I am so grateful for them. This is Roman forever groomers! 5 plus stars from me!!

My older doodle has boarded w Julie’s families for several years w good success. Her families are carefully vetted. Also important to me is that Julie checks on the dog’s well being throughout the duration of the stay.

We have used Dog Boarding with Families (DBF) multiple times and at multiple local locations (eg Wayne) in the past 6 months. We have had a great experience from everything to pre-meeting our host families to logistics including drop off, pick up and payment. More importantly our dog has received great care and adjusted well with the families. We highly recommend their services!!

We had to go out of town and I was so stressed out because our usual dog sitter was on vacation, I called Julie because I needed someone the next day , Julie was so helpful she found us someone right away, she paired our dog Millie with Judy who was also absolutely amazing , Millie stayed with with Judy for three nights. Julie has been helping me find a friendly, loving, comfortable home for my dog Rocky for the past six years. It makes taking a trip so easy. I never worry about Rocky when we are out of town. He is cared for just as he would be in his own home. He has stayed with a few different families over the past years and each one has been wonderful! Sharing lots of pictures and letting him snuggle next to them on the couch just like he enjoys doing with us at home. Julie knows what she is doing and offers a valuable service!

We are very happy with the family Julie placed us with. We continue to drop off our dog, Boomer, with them when we travel. We have gone on 3 trips and have already booked them for a trip in September. The family is very nice and takes great care of Boomer. We highly recommend Julie and her boarding business.

The best boarding option for your dog. Our dog Boris has stayed multiple times and it’s a relief to be able to go away knowing he is in excellent hands. By staying in a loving home with outdoor space and sometimes other furry friends to hand out with we know he is having a wonderful time. He loves it so much it’s like a vacation for the dog! I highly recommend.

Baby chicken fever!!! Paul was so helpful and let me place custom baby chick orders in advance and I was able to get fancy and colored egg layers. Everyone was super helpful at the counter and at the shop, and we got everything we needed for our flock.

we love getting chicks from here! they do have everything to offer for any of your pet needs, my daughter loves looking at their indoor bird and bunny selection! we travel an hour to get here and it’s always well worth the trip.

My husband Mike bought all his chicks, food, supplies as well as our dog food. Sadly Mike passed away in March. We had bought gift certificates for Mike at Christmas to begin over after a medical incident happened and we had to rehome the chickens. I asked Paul if we could still use the gift certificates. He said absolutely and shared stories of when Mike would come in to order new chicks or to get food. Thank you Paul and staff for your kindness to Mike and to me. Absolutely love this small business! I purchased a rabbit from here two years ago and he is thriving! They usually have a nice assortment of small animals- including bunnies, hamsters & guinea pigs. They also have finches and parakeets for sale and an assortment of fish & lizards. And of course equipment and everything related to said animals. They also have chicks for sale, which I saw on their fb page. Please support this local small business!

My boyfriend and I are always going to be customers of our friendly neighborhood pet store!!! I love going in and seeing all the critters whether they have fur/feathers or otherwise it's always a great experience and they are very nice and helpful when you have questions about your animals. I have purchased chickens/lizards/hamsters and also birds and I have never been disappointed or treated with anything other than great people, awesome animals and great merchandise. 👍Thanks so much

Nice store. Not much bad to say really, the pet food is sold at good prices. Only complaint is that the rabbits are in a very small cage, hopefully they are not in there 24/7. Apparently their mice are normally sold as food, but I went for pets and they were all white. This isn't a complaint, I was just wondering if you could get some variation? But really nice workers, small, but not too small of a store. Comfortable, I felt welcomed and it was a nice little store for your pets or to shop to get pets.
