I could not have asked for a better first experience with zeewoi! Jordan and Nataki were great at communicating from the very start, and they sent me pictures and updates every day. I didn’t have to worry for a moment that my cat Anya was feeling lonely because I could tell she warmed up right away, even though she’s usually quite shy! They also went above and beyond making sure my apartment was tidy for when I got home. So grateful and would definitely be honored for them to sit for me again any time!

Misti was wonderful! She was able to come by before I left town to meet my dog, Grace, which I really appreciated. She sent daily pics or videos and made sure that Grace got tons of snuggle time, which is a major requirement to keep my dog happy :) Cats and skateboards are evil enemies to Grace and it sounds like Misti experienced both and handled it flawlessly! Misti was a great communicator, left everything tidy for me when I got home and Grace was super mellow and relaxed, which tells me she got all the care she needed while I was gone. I highly recommend Misti - I'll definitely be asking her to sit again!

Lilly and Thomas stayed at our house and cared for our dogs for a month. I think they took the dogs to the beach nearly every day. Seeing pictures of our dogs on the beach made our time away from them feel so much better. Our house was immaculate when we returned, and we felt so fortunate to have such kind and loving people step in for us in our absence. Anyone would be super lucky to have them in their home.

Leslie consistently demonstrated outstanding communication skills, both initially and throughout the entire process, and I would gladly give her more stars if possible. Leslie arrived as scheduled, and instantly the animals fell in love with her and Bennie. Our cats love our dogs but usually won't come in the house when a strange dog is here but they didnt even hesitate to come meet Bennie. Bennie was very calm and a true gentleman. Leslie sent pictures throughout the sit reassuring us the gang were all getting along and enjoying her and Bennie's company. She read through the welcome guide before we left as well as we showed her around. It was very nice getting the chance to know her a bit before we ledt the following morning. We felt very comfortable knowing our home and pets were in good hands. It is very apparent when you meet Leslie that she truly does love animals. When our Molly decided to hide, Leslie called us right away because she feared Molly may have gotten spooked by a firework going off in the neighborhood and escaped under the gate. I felt so bad for Leslie because she blamed herself because it was on her watch. I have trackers on all my pets and it turned out that Molly was still in the house and just hiding really well. She can curl up.pretty small. Lealie took our Lab to check the walking route and see if Molly was there. When I called and told her Molly had to be at the house because her tracker showed her there, she returned to our home and Molly hreeted her as she came in the front door. I was very appreciative of Leslie's phone call though because she didnt wait hours to call, she searched the yard and house and called right away. We decided to cut our trip short a day and asked Leslie if she minded if we came home a day early. We let her know we didnt expect her to leave early and made sure she was comfortable with our decision. As a pet parent, it is imperative that we remember the sitters are also on vacation and we didnt want to intrude on her time. As it turned out, we ended up stopping by the ER on our way home where my husband was diagnosed with a brain aneurysm. Unfortunately we had both the RV and my car and I needed to figure out how to get them home. I reached out to Leslie who offerred to give me a ride back to the hospital after I dropped o e vehicle off at home so I could retrieve the second vehicle. BTW, the surgeon was able to repair my hubbys aneurysm and he will be coming home soon. Leslie was a comfort during this frightening time and even stayed an extra day to help out and care for our home and pets. She was a teue blessing. Leslie left the house spotless along with so.e fresh flowers for me when I got back from visiting my husband. If you get an opportunity to host Leslie in your home, rest assured your home and pets will be well loved and well taken care of. We.would welcome.Leslie back anytime. She is not just a pet sitter, she is a new trusted friend.

Last week I went to drop my dog Cooper off at Backwoods, before we went on vacation and I alway feel bad when he cannot come with us. I dropped him off on a Friday and he could not control himself in the truck. He was excited. So excited that when I left, he didn't seem to care. This is where you want to take your dog. We started taking Coop to Sara's in December and booked through rover. On the way to her house, our fight to Florida was canceled. I explained the situation to Sara and she was more than flexible. This was our first interaction and I could not be more grateful. We ended up going on a local trip and Sara accommodated us on short notice. We received daily pictures of Coop with other dogs and updates with how he was doing. Backwoods has great facilities for their guests with tons of space and amenities. Coop has some kidney problems and has to go out side and drinks a ton. This is not a problem as they have a constant water supply and get lots of outdoor time. Everything is clean and they are really quick to respond with texts or phone calls. If you are looking for a place to take you pet we would highly recommend going here.

We bring our pup Sophie here and she loves it! The drop off and pick up is very easy and they are always willing to accommodate our times. Sophie is well cared for and I would highly recommend Log Cabin Kennels!
We have left our dog at Log Cabin Kennels in Williamson twice in the past 3 months, and I will say they are very good with our dog. They treat her like she is their own dog . The kennels are very clean. They provide food and bedding if needed. We can pick her up on Sunday, which is very convenient. Most other kennels are not open on Sunday's so you have to wait until Monday to pick your dog up. The owners are very accommodating, which I very much appreciate. I highly recommend this place.
We were nervous leaving our 1 year old lab at a kennel for the 1st time. Dolores took great care of our baby and even sent us a video and pictures of her playing with her dogs. This put us at ease and made us more comfortable with the situation. We look forward to using Log Cabin Kennels again and would recommend them.
We recently had our 2 dogs stay with Dolores and Ed at the kennel and couldn’t have asked for a better experience or people to care for our dogs. It’s a family environment and the dogs are cared for wonderfully, we had no worries. They sent us pictures of the dogs playing and we will definitely use only Log Cabin Kennels in the future.
I know when I take my yellow lab there, he will be well taken care of by people who love dogs and are concerned for his well-being. They are also most accommodating in trying to work with your travel schedule. Overall, a great kennel.

Sara is the best!! We highly recommend her grooming and pet-sitting services. We had been to two other groomers before trying her (mainly bc we didn't even know about her yet) and she did a fantastic job with our labradoodle! Our young labradoodle is very skittish around strangers. We were reluctant to leave him with anyone when we went on vacation, but he loved staying with her and acted sad when we brought him home. Don't think twice about leaving your pet with Sara, you won't be disappointed!!

Lauryn took exceptional care of our two cats- taking extra care to make sure they were safe, comfortable, and happy. She went out of her way to return one day when one cat was being fussy and not eating, and also wanted to check in on them (and the house) during bad weather. There was great communication with Lauryn before, during, and after her time taking care of our pets. We really enjoyed the daily photos/videos and regular updates. She clearly has a great amount of experience and love for animals (she gave a lot of individual attention to each cat). We took our 15 month old Shihtzu to stay a day and overnight with Lauryn. He was a pampered pup! Lauryn took him for walks on his leash, he played in her fenced in back yard with her dog, and he met some of her dog’s friends down the street! Lauryn took pictures and videos of our pup’s adventures and texted them to us while we were away. Lauryn’s communication is excellent. We met with Lauryn and her dog the week before and I was so impressed with her love of animals. Lauryn treated our pup like he was her own. I would definitely recommend Lauryn’s pet care service and we will be visiting again!
We would highly recommend Lauryn as a pet sitter! She was referred to us by friends whose family has enjoyed and valued her services. She didn’t disappoint. We have two small dogs. When she came, one was 9 and was being treated for an eye abrasion and needed eye drops three times per day and the other was 7 months who had just gone into heat! I was concerned as I was afraid that one wouldn’t cooperate with a stranger to put in eye drops and that I had never had a dog in heat in my life and neither had Lauryn. It worked out so well. Lauryn sent us pictures and an update every morning and answered each time we contacted her. She had Sylvester under control and spent time with them every visit! We were so relieved and so comfortable after the first day! Our last experience (pre Covid) with another sitter put us on edge and we only had one dog then, so this experience was just the opposite! Lauryn and Dave watched our Golden Retriever overnight and it was an outstanding experience! We received photos throughout her stay and it was evident that Lauryn is an animal lover- she even brushed our dog! We were very pleased with the services Lauryn provided for our 2 guinea pigs Rover and Sparky. We did a meet and greet prior to dropping them off. Her house is very tidy and clean. Felt she was very thorough and had us complete a sheet for how to care for them while we were gone. She took the time to send us daily photo updates and gave the pigs lots of extra cuddles while we were away. She kept the cage clean and provided them with daily treats and food. She also had a special spot for them ready to go when I dropped them off. She provides various payment methods as well. I would highly recommend her services.
Bubba has Idiopathic Epilepsy and it's been hard for us to leave him due to his condition. Most boarding facilities do not accept special needs dogs. Also finding a dog sitter that has experience and we can fully trust was also a challenge. Then I stumbled upon Pet Care by A Step Above and Beyond and quickly inquired. I received a quick response from Lauryn and she asked unbiased and necessary questions about our dog so she can better judge if they can take him in. Bubba is also a rescue so we weren't really comfortable bringing him into a kennel since the environment will bring him stress. Finding out that A Step Above and Beyond is an in-home pet care gave us the peace of mind we were looking for for a pet boarding facility. Lauryn is so kind, professional, and knowledgeable with pet care. She and her husband welcomed our Bubba into their home and took excellent care of him. They communicated well with us in terms of if Bubba has a seizure and they went above and beyond to meet our requests. Lauryn never missed a day to update me with photos and videos which every furparent will appreciate. Bubba's stay was so amazing he did not wanna leave the couch when we picked him up. Came to inquire re: services for my very well bred and well behaved dog. The male owner was extremely rude to me throughout the brief conversation and asked how I found out about them. I replied I found them on the internet. He then argued with me saying they were not on the internet and practically slammed the door in my face. Would never trust my sweet dog to the care of people who act that way.
Amazing people! Treat your dog as if he/she were their own. So grateful :) for them and their care of our pupsters, past and present.
Best day care and boarding, mostly for larger dogs. Not cheap, but best I've seen. Not typical day care place and usually only by referral. Doesn't advertise.
