I have been boarding my dog with Happy Yap for a couple years now, and every time we visit it is a great experience. Christine and her husband are amazing people with big hearts. They show a lot of care for the dogs and the owners. I have worried about boarding my dog at other boarders, but I have never had to worry about my dog while he has been at happy yap. The owners have run their boarding business for a long time and their experience doing it shows. I have been impressed by the communication and consistency in boarding my dog with happy yap. One of the unique benefits of boarding here is that dogs get to spend the days playing in large fenced in horse pastures and then get to spend the nights in individual kennels inside. I have a dog with some separation anxiety, and a severe fear of being left locked up. The atmosphere and setting at Happy Yap let’s him get socialization with the other dogs and let’s him get his energy out during the day, so that he ends up sleeping well in the kennel at night. I can’t say enough good things about the this boarder and the people that run it and I am so grateful to have found a boarder where I don’t worry at all about my dog while I’m away. Happy Yap is an amazing daycare and you can tell they truly care about our pets. They have multiple open areas where the dogs roam, but the fencing around the perimeter is secure. Their rates are also among the best in town, plus they do boarding!

This place is GREAT!! We've been going to Happy Yap for over a year and couldn't have found a better place! Kevin and Christine are very intuned to each of the dogs there to insure the safety of all the dogs in their care. They spent quite a bit of time evaluating our dog to insure a good fit for her and the others already there. They also maintain very high standards for health. We love that the facility has a barn and fenced land to roam and explore. The dogs are played with and exercised and most importantly loved. Camp days are our happiest🐾🐾

Our pup, Red, loves going to camp at Happy Yap. Like someone else mentioned, he get’s excited when we pull into the driveway and is always tired and ready for a long nap when we pick him up! I couldn’t recommend HY enough if you are looking for overnight / weekend boarding options. It is comforting to know Red gets to run around outside while we are away instead of just sitting in a pen all day. Take a look at the screen shots of his activity when he stays at HY - when it’s not raining all week, you can see the difference on Fri-Sun! Happy Yap is the perfect place to keep your dog active while knowing they will be safe and take care of.

Christine and Kevin are great and selective with the pups who come to Happy Yap so you know your pup will have a good time and be safe! My pup always comes back home happy and exhausted after a day of playing with his friends 😊 …

I take Riley to Happy Yap about twice weekly, and he could not be more excited each time. From the moment I say "camp" when he wakes up to pulling into Happy Yap, he is jumping for joy. It feels great to know that while I have to work full time, Riley is not sitting at home bored. The icing on the cake is that Christine and Kevin each have a caring, personal relationship with your dog. And an exercised dog is a good dog. Overall, I could not recommend Happy Yap more!

Our pup Ruthie loves her days at the farm with Kristine and the gang. She comes home calmer and already gets excited when we pull in the Happy Yap driveway. Best place we have tried in Knoxville! I think Kristine takes dogs that seem to work well together and makes sure everyone is happy!

Happy Yap is an amazing doggie daycare! The owners Christine and Kevin are wonderful and really take great care of the pups. They also offer boarding if your dog is a customer. Our dog loved it.

I have sent two dogs to Happy Yap, a husky and a pug. They both loved it. My pug still goes once a week and as soon as I pull in the drive way she gets so excited. The owners clearly love dogs and I love that my dog is getting fresh air and exercise.

Happy Yap is the best place you could ever dream of leaving your puppers. It’s a family run business and you can tell they truly care for the animals. This is especially noticeable when you pull up and your dog can’t wait to get out of the car and doesn’t want to leave when you go to pick them up. All I have to say is “daycare” in the morning and my pups is waiting by the door, tail wagging. The facility offers outdoor running areas, covered areas, inside areas (with heat in the winter), and someone out playing with them the entire time. The rate for daycare (drop off as early as 7am and pick up as early as 6pm) is super reasonable ($22), and they also offer bulk packages. Boarding is also offered for only $30/day - this includes one day of daycare and an overnight - but you must already be a regular daycare participant (since they’ll be with all the other puppers throughout the day). If you give them an opportunity, you’re guaranteed to love Happy Yap and your pups will love you for taking them.

Yogi had a great time! Very awesome staff who was patient with me (I’m really annoying when it comes to my dog) and were patient with Yogi who gets anxious. Absolutely confident in them whether it comes to day care or as a kennel for a few days.

I checked out a few different places for dog boarding before I came to Pawz. The staff was very friendly and everything I saw during the tour made me feel very comfortable that this was the place for my dog, Penny. During her visit, I was provided with a daily report card to inform me of the progress Penny was making, as well as some pictures of her. I spoke with the owner on multiple occasions and he and his staff were very helpful from the beginning of Penny’s stay all the way until the end. They went above and beyond for us and Penny. I recommend Pawz to any dog owner out there that is looking for doggy day care or dog boarding!

Dubya just loves PAWZ. The staff is wonderful. The facility is amazing. So glad we connected. He's a senior dog and the interactions he has with the human and dog friends helped to make him a happy pupper.

We are so grateful for Dandylion’s second family… PAWZ. They are patient with her special needs and we feel so comfortable leaving her where she’s happy to be. We book our dogs with PAWZ every time we go out of town. They always take great care of our pups and seem to care for them as well as we do at home. They are always responsive to our calls and messages and flexible with us if travel plans don’t always work out exactly right. Thank you, PAWZ!

We love boarding our two pups with the crew at Pawz. They always take such great and detailed care of them, and it's a fun vacation for them to get their energy out! Gracie loves Pawz. We’ve used daycare and boarding services and are extremely happy with both. We’ve never seen our dog strain her leash to get inside a boarding place before we found Pawz. Staff are friendly and welcoming and clearly care about their furry clients!

We needed a doggy day care for a short period as we were passing through the area. I called and they were able to fit Samson, our 90 lb golden doodle, in their facility. They offer door pick-up and drop-off service along with grooming, training and a plethora of services. See their website for services. Samson loved his playing there and the staff loved having him. We’ll go back when we get back in this area. I was pleasantly surprised the first day with a report card which had pictures and videos. Awesome place!!! Had a last minute lodging need for our 100 lb dog...who was still recovering from a recent surgery. Owner Alisa was able to accommodate us quickly, asked all the right questions, offered special services given his condition and regular updates all week long. It's not easy to trust a new caregiver with a family member, but we were in a pinch. RBSC exceeded our expectations!

I didn't know of this place until I was house sitting and needed to take their dog to doggy daycare every week. The people are so nice. They really do love your dogs like their own. The client's dog I was caring for LOVES this place. She knew what days she would go and would always get so excited when we pulled up. She couldn't wait to get out of my car and into daycare. I have dogs of my own and won't lie, I wouldn't mind putting my dog here either. It really is a wonderful facility. Recommend 100%

We started taking our 9 month old Doberman Puppy to Daycare at the end of July. Even after the first visit we were sold on Royal Bark and the staff there. Roma loved going and was always so tired after a day of playing with all her friends. But, not 2 weeks after we started regular daycare visits, we had a leak at our house causing substantial damage to our home making it not livable. Jama and the whole crew at Royal Bark didn’t bat an eye and took Roma in for boarding and daily daycare at the drop of a hat with less than 24 hours notice. Over the next few weeks as we worked out when we could and couldn’t have Roma with us they were so flexible on letting us make game time decisions on if we needed to board her or not. We are finally out of the worst of it and can get back to just our normal daycare routine but I will always be grateful for how they made the care of our girl one thing we didn’t have to worry about during that time! Royal Bark makes everything so easy in terms of getting a reservation and communication. The online profiles are user friendly and easy to navigate and we love getting a report card daily, and photos and videos of our girl at daycare! We, and Roma love all the crew at Royal Bark and are so glad we found them! The easy pick/up drop off line and Thursday/Friday optional pupcups don’t hurt either 😊

We’re new in town and found this place on google. What an amazing job they did on my golden doodle Brody! They were so kind, worked very fast and did a fantastic, meticulous job. We will definitely be back!

We needed to travel cross country and had never boarded our 8 year old dog. Needless to say, we were anxious. Alisa, Jama and staff came to the rescue and took wonderful care of our baby, sending regular updates complete with pictures and videos. We would never board her anywhere else.

Our dog Ruby has been going to Royal Bark since she was a puppy. I’m positive that she is a happier, healthier dog because of her years of playtime there. We love seeing her report card photos and knowing that a whole team of people loves our dog as much as we do. We have used Royal Bark’s daycare, bath, and boarding services and would recommend them all!

We visited town for a family event and needed a place to drop our pup off for the day. They were great to work with over email, told us everything we needed to know, and scheduling was so easy. She was exhausted when we picked her up, very clean, and we got a report card that night that showed her playing with other dogs. Great experience. We will definitely bring her back next time we are in Knoxville. If you live there, this is a great spot for your dog!

I brought my small, crazy dogs here that are notoriously difficult with nail trims. Caroline was patient and kind and did such a great job. Met the owner and he's a solid dude. Very kind and I trust them completely. Plan to board my dogs here next time I take a trip! Got a tour of the facility and it feels safe. I've never boarded my dogs before and this is the first place I've ever been excited about!

Laura is the perfect combination of a petsitter with the equivalent of a veterinarian's knowledge when it comes to cats and a level of caring and compassion that can only be matched by a pet parent. I am so thankful to have found her! My cats are well taken care of and happy when I return from a trip. What more could I ask for?Thank you Laura for your expertise, professionalism and caring!

I have absolutely loved having Mrs Laura as a pet sitter! She has been so sweet and kind, while staying professional and understanding 1000x percent what my cat needed! My cat can be picky and clumsy and is way too spoiled, but she was pleased to listen to every little thing and work with me! She also was so nice and would send me updates daily - couldn’t have asked for better!

Laura Perry is an excellent petsitter. She cleans up after the cats, washes all their bowls, plays with them, gets my mail, she goes out of her way for me. I know that the "Kids" will be safe when I am gone. Laura understands that taking care of animals is not always and easy job. A couple of my cats were seniors and getting to the end of their days, Laura was not put off by any special need they had nor was she hesitant at the thought that she might find them "sleeping". I appreciate her so much.

To sit the record straight from the start, my furry babies are my children. Winston and Clementine are the miracles that make my life fulfilled. So, I wouldn't trust their care with just anyone, and I certainly wouldn't let just anyone into my home without my being there. Being a single "mom", retired, and loving to travel warranted the best pet sitter I could find. I found the best in Laura Perry. Whether I have to leave my "kids" for over night, or for a week or longer, I know Laura's care of them will be of the highest quality. Not all of her caring visits to my home have gone without problems. However, her professionalism in taking care of the issue(s) was amazing and my babies were safe, secure, loved on, and well treated. Laura is definitely a jewel to us furry friend lovers.

Laura is a dream. She is very reliable and very comfortable--and loving--towards my cat Rudi. She really cares about him. She has cared for him a few times and we really depend on her because he needs medication twice a day. On one occasion, when we were away for quite awhile, our kitty had a medical incident and she took care of taking him to the Animal Emergency Clinic, contacted us, checked on him, brought him home and so on. She was amazing! She really went the extra mile. I have tried a number of sitters with varying results and I have to say that Laura is outstanding. She really knows what she is doing and you know your animal is safe and loved with her.

Laura is a wonderful, caring petsitter who communicates exceptionally well. She has cared for my two cats for several years, whenever I travel for a few days up to a full week. Daily I get calls detailing how they are doing and she always lets me know about the status of my house, mail, plants or anything that seems a little out of order. I feel completely at ease knowing she is looking after my cats and my home. I particularly enjoy her messages about them - she describes how they are playing, or asking for attention, or wanting to go outside, and sometimes she sends picture messages of them. One of my cats requires an oral medicine dose daily and the other has required topical treatments. Laura makes certain to understand precise instructions from the vet and my preferences regarding food amounts and types. She has shared insights and tips regarding what works and what doesn't with her own pets. We recently made a long trip and she provided excellent ideas for traveling with my cats and a boxer, together in one vehicle. I highly recommend Laura to anyone who dearly loves their pet(s), and needs care for them while away from home.

Laura Perry is the reason I can go on vacation with confidence knowing my pets are getting better care than if I were home! Laura is the consumate professional; she is organized, meticulous and dependable. She takes the time to really get to know each of my pets, and since I have a multi-species family, that's a challenge. My dogs, cats and birds are happy and relaxed when I come home so I know they've had great care. Laura also takes care of my mail and waters my plants. If there's anything out of the ordinary going on at my home, as in roofers ariving a week late, Laura handles it superbly. Laura truly cares about providing the best care possible for our pets. She is thorough, clean and professional. Some of our kitties have special needs and diets, and she handles all of it wonderfully. I appreciate her flexibility and her preparedness in case of an emergency.

Laura was great with our 2 dogs. They love when she comes over and they get to spend time with her. Being able to schedule Laura when we had to work late or had events came up made us rest easy that the dogs would be cared for.She is flexible and provides reports on how they did that day. I can not say enough about Brandy and Brandon. They have been incredible to work with over the years. My dogs are always well taken care of. I always have updates throughout the visits and I know I have dependable and flexible dog sitting always available when needed. My husband and I used Critter Care and Cab for the first time to board our dog (an adult spaniel mix) for a long weekend trip. We appreciated the fact that Brandy managed the experience professionally and made it convenient for us with regards to pick-up and drop-off. We also loved the fact that Brandy is very passionate about animals, and treats her "clients" as temporary family members while under her care. We loved the fact that our pup wasn't in a sterile environment with limited interaction and a lot of other dogs. We would definitely work with Critter Care and Cab again, and would (and have) recommend its services to others.

Brandy was so easy to work with when I dropped off my dog for overnight boarding. The whole process was quick, affordable, and incredibly stress-free...which is the most important detail for me! Brandy is the best pet sitter! My husband and I have her pet sit when we go on trips, so our three dogs can be at home and not in a kennel. We recently used Bark at Home to catsit for us while out of town. They did a great job, checked in and sent photos, and were very accommodating about a couple of foster kittens that entered the picture last minute. They were patient and understanding that I'm a huge worrier and put up with me triple checking that they had all the info they needed. We plan to use them again and would recommend!

Brandon and his crew treat my fur babies like they are their own. They are super reliable, and we have NEVER been left without service. Brandon does whatever it takes to ensure we are always covered, and I can not say that about other service providers we tried in the past. He really takes time to learn about your pet’s needs and your expectations before the first “official” service day. It’s so much more convenient not having to drop our boy at doggy daycare- I know he’s safe- he has his toys, his food, his treats and the safety our home provides him. We could not be happier! Kirby gets plenty of playtime and is ready for nap time when they are all done!

I could not recommend Bark at Home’s Services enough. Brandon, the owner, is such a nice guy who communicates in a very timely manner and is so professional. They treat animals like their own. We used their services for house/cat/ dog sitting and were very pleased. They come out to your home and do a consult before to make sure they learn all about your fur babies and how to care for them best. We will definitely use their services in the future!

Brandon and his team are fabulous! We have four dogs and five cats and we always feel as though each are given special attention and cared for while we are on vacation as if we were still home. Also, while our animals feel loved and safe, so does our home. Brandon's team always ensures that our home is a top priority while we are on vacation, second only to the animals.

Bark at home is an excellent business, they took care of everything on my list and my dogs loved the girl that visited with them. They also send you pictures of how happy your dogs are while you are away. They are a very well organized and professional business. I recently moved to Knoxville and have been using Bark at Home for my 5 year old standard poodle. Bark at home has been extremely reliable and trustworthy. Additionally, the entire team loves dogs and really cares about my dog. He is happy when Bark at Home visits and eats well when I’m not there. I don’t have to worry about my dog when Bark at home is there! I’d highly recommend Bark at Home for your pet care when you are away.

My dog came home with a cut on his paw and he didn't act like himself. He is a 10 month old boxer so he should be full of energy. Instead he was lethargic and 2 pounds under what he went in at. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Birchwood Kennel is a top notch place to entrust your fur babies! I left my two babies with them for 5 day’s and my baby girl had really bad anxiety, I then called my Vet. Dave called me to tell me that he went and picked up the medication that my vet had prescribed to my babies and he touched bases with me the next morning to tell me that they were doing a lot better. The staff will go above and beyond to make sure your 4 legged family members are well loved and taken care of. I know from personal experience and will always entrust my babies with them. #lovingthisplace

I just dropped off my very anxious Beagle and they took her right away to get her settled and graciously accepted her anxiety meds. When I dropped her off and saw the home and inviting pet area I felt like my dog will have a nice stay. We typically send her to one of the more corporate facilities but I wanted to try a place closer to my house that had a more "homelike" feel. I will update after her stay but the staff seemed friendly and willing to go the extra mile for my last minute thanksgiving pet care needs!

The staff is friendly and attentive. My dog loves going to daycare. The new groomer, Scarlett, gives great baths and haircuts. It’s so easy to have my dog groomed while he’s at daycare, but you don’t have to use the boarding or daycare services to book grooming appointments. This place is fantastic! Highly recommended!

I would like to thank Siren and Zero, the groomers for Birchwood Kennels, for doing an amazing Job on my two dogs. When they brought my dogs to me, I was very happy with the way the look. Both of them were very soft and smelled wonderful. Great job guys! Definitely have found a new home for my pups.

Hello all! Very happy for everyone who has had a good experience here! My question though to Birchwood Kennels is when someone does not have a good experience or complaints or questions... Do you all just remove yourselves from the situation and comments so that no one can see the poor reviews? That's pretty pathetic with all due respect. Pet owners deserve better, pets deserve better.

I would like to take a moment and review Birchwood Kennels. I have not boarded any of my dogs in years. I called a couple of vets, including my own, to make a recommendation and they recommended Birchwood. They are precise with their instructions and the paperwork was online. The day of drop off went smoothly. They had it down to a science. You pulled around the area and they came out and got the dogs unloaded. I was in and out in no time. Picking up the dogs went just as easily. I highly recommend Birchwood and plan to use them in the future!

I have a Giant Schnauzer that is a handful to groom! Scarlet and Birchwood Kennels did an excellent job! I’ve never been able to get her fur so soft! Her cut was true to a GS! I highly recommend Scarlett! She just moved from another state and is trying to build her clients here! We are lucky to have her in our community! Plus, $10 off your first groom! We will be back!

Today was our first time @ Birchwood Kennels and I must say I am impressed with customer/client service. The new groomer Scarlett has such a calmness about her that not only kept me calm but my Glory girl as well. I received text of pic and video of her first appointment to help me see how she was doing. David was full of knowledge and understanding about my Bernedoodle! When Glory came out she was happy and smelled so good! Thank you Scarlett and David for making our experience smooth and easy. Thank you Scarlett for the adorable bows in her hair at no extra charge ;)

Can’t say enough great things about Birchwood Kennels! We send our sweet puppy, Ruby, there for daycare and grooming and it’s been a lifesaver. You can tell that Dave and his staff genuinely care for Ruby and always go above and beyond for her. Dave is great at communicating and super easy to work with. I’d recommend them to anyone

"She is a terrible pet nanny. She does NOT care for the dogs at her house. She does NOT pay attention to the dogs. She will leave the house unsupervised with 6 or more dogs running around. SHE DOES NOT CARE. She does not give them love or affection, she just complains around the clock. She is MONEY HUNGRY and cares for noone or animal but HERSELF."

She is a nightmare of a pet nanny. She does not care about the animals. She will leave your dogs unsupervised. Completely unprofessionally.

Since her beginnings years ago Jennifer Mills has made my vacations 2 plus a year a total package as i never have trusted anyone else to my Riley and now Boon during my absences. I don't do reviews often but after 8 years it was time! By far she has reliably taken care of my pet family better than i could hope. She provides me with regular updates and pics of them that makes me feel less guilty about my absences! Priceless!

I can’t say enough about Jennifer and her crew. They are professional and the booking process is a breeze. We have an entire zoo at our house and they do a fantastic job. We have been using Pet Nanny for almost 1 year and I wouldn’t trust my furry family to anybody else.

My pups just love Pet Nanny and her crew! It is so much more comforting having the dogs (2 labs) stay at our home instead of sending them off to a kennel. Jennifer feeds them and plays with them in the back yard AND sends me a picture with an update while we are away. I would give 10 stars if I could! (And so would my pups!)

Pet Nanny Care has taken care of my dogs for 6+ years. They have been with us through the grief of losing two of our dogs to old age, to the joy of getting a new puppy. I go to work every day knowing that my animals are in the best of hands and the staff loves them like their own. I really don't know what we would have done without them all of these years. They are professional, reasonably priced, and I can't recommend them enough.

When we moved across town and our old petsitter refused to come sit just once when we were in a bind, Jennifer stepped up. She's now been our petsitter for 3 years and does an excellent job, caring about the pets, and not just the money like some other sitters. Thank you Pet Nanny!!

We have used Jennifer from Pet Nanny Pet Care to take care of our furry babies for years. Pet Nanny Pet Care is dependable and caring. They have worked with us with medicines and aging kitties and puppies and we know our kids are well taken care of with them. And to top it off, their prices are very reasonable as well.

Waggy Tails is the best! So easy to schedule. Jana takes such good care of our pets while we are away. We never have to worry and it's so much less stress on the pets than going to a kennel.

Summer and her team are great, I would absolutely recommend them to anyone! My husband and I are both from out of state so when we needed to be gone for a weekend having family watch our puppy was out of the question. Finding Waggy Tails was the best thing that ever happened. Puppies need a little extra attention than the regular dog and we definitely didn't want to board him. Waggy Tails was the perfect solution. Ace was able to stay in his own home and the overnight visits were exactly what he needed. He just wasn't able to last from the usual 10pm to 7 or 8am times that a neighbor may be able to check in. Waggy Tails is very reliable and you can trust that your dog will be loved and taken care of while you're away.

I haven't used Waggy tails in a while but Waggy tails was great! Jana was great, I was able to meet her before my trip and she was very sweet and patient. My cat needed a pill twice a day and needed to be separated from my other cat while I was gone so she'd actually get her food and Jana made sure both cats were fine and that my cat moochie got her pill. She sent photos and update every time she went over. I would highly recommend but it does get expensive if you're gone awhile.

I moved here about 6 months ago and my dog trainer recommended Waggy Tails for my 3 dogs when I travel for work. Every experience has been wonderful, the dogs and my home are cared for very well and I enjoy the updates while I am away. The cost is actually cheaper than keeping the dogs in a kennel, and my pets are less stressed and get more personal attention. Having large and "agressive" breeds, it can sometimes be difficult finding sitters who are willing to take on the challenge of 3 dogs, but Waggy tails welcomed my four legged family with open arms. Since I don't have any family or close friends in the area, I was so thankful that during an emergency hospitalization, I was able to contact Waggy Tails and have someone in my home that very evening caring for my dogs. I strongly recommend setting up a meet and greet with a Waggy Tails sitter and giving them a try, I don't think you'll ever want to use anyone else!

My husband and I moved to Knoxville last year and have been using Waggy Tails for our dogs regularly since then. They do an excellent job and the dogs love them! I am a veterinarian and I have been very satisfied with their work. They have braved snowy/icy conditions to come see my girls and always keep me updated on any situations that may develop. They are also very accommodating to other needs and will bring in our mail and feed our fish also! Our dogs are MUCH happier at home than they would be in a boarding facility and Waggy Tails is extremely competitive with their prices. I highly recommend them!

Summer & her team at Waggy Tails have been amazing with our pets. Our golden loves seeing them come and is always well taken care of - which says a lot; he's a handful. Waggy Tails always worked around our hectic schedules. Even if only notified the night before we needed them, they were always willing to take care of us. We feel like our pets have a fairy godmother who is always there to watch out for them. Two paws way up!

Isabel, Jana and Summer went above and beyond to care for my two beloved cats, during a SNOW STORM none the less!! I went out of town for the weekend, but ended up stuck for an extra 2 days due to the snow causing flight cancellations. So not only did they care for my cats an extra 2 days without hesitation- Summer trekked out in 8 inches of snow on bad road conditions to make sure my cats were safe & fed, even walking up a snowy icy hill impassable by vehicle. They kept me updated the entire time and sent sweet photos. Life savers!! THANK YOU!

I LOVE Waggy Tails! My dogs are my children so leaving them with a stranger is SO hard to do. Even from the first meet/greet, Lisa has always taken such great care of my 2 huskies Zoey and Dylan! She is thoughtful, caring, fun and will always call if something seems out of sorts with my dogs. She has given me such peace of mind knowing I can trust someone with the 2 beings I cherish the most in the world. Waggy Tails is WONDERFUL and I highly recommend Lisa!! Pets R People is an amazing daycare. I have 2 dogs that have gone there for years. The staff are amazing and truly care about our pups. From the front desk, to the owner -everyone has always been very helpful and personable. My dogs love it here. We boarded our babies June 11-20, 2021. They love the staff. They took such great care of them and sent me a few pictures during their stay. Very accommodating to give me updates when I would text or call. Wonderful place to board and doggie day care. I want to thank them for their service they provide and the quality of care provided. The owners and staff of Pets R People 2 are great. They manage the socializing to account for different behaviors and energy levels, and provide great care. Best in Knoxville.

I really love this place for a ton of reasons. My dog is naturally anxious and the staff is so great and patient with her. Their communication with me is always effective and timely. I feel 100% comfortable boarding her and dropping her off for day care. I would absolutely recommend bringing your pet here!

My GSD loves this daycare!! When I make the turn on the road heading to Pets R People 2, she becomes excited. It is such a comfort to know she is having such a great time.

The best place in Knoxville for our dog! Mr. Binx loves going to daycare here and we even board him here while out of town. We have tried a few different locations around Knoxville but this is by far the best!

So far my experience was that the people there really care about the pets which gives me assurance to leave my dog. The staff are friendly and cooperative. We asked them to see us the facility and they were nice enough to show us around and give us a tour. I have left my dog for a week there too and he seemed to have some good time. The staff also sent us photos every now and then which was just fantastic. I would definitely recommend this daycare!

Thanks to all the amazing workers here. I know that my pup feels so happy and safe with them. My only concern is that if you're boarding your dog and want daycare after that night, make sure you stop by in the morning, checkout your dog, walk back to the frontdesk, check the dog back in, to save yourself from "late charges". Good luck making sense of that. The system is becoming less friendly in my opinion. I just boarded my dog overnight and picked her up the next day by 7PM (the usual time at which I pick her up after daycare everyday) but Instead of using her daycare passes for the day after boarding, I was charged as "Late Checkout Care". Basically what this means is that if I stopped by in the morning by 11AM picked her up and literally gave her back to them the same second, it'd have counted as daycare instead of late checkout. Edit: despite my concern above this place is definitely a 5 star

The staff is awesome and very accommodating. They sent me a couple of pictures (attached) to show how she was doing. As you will read below, they will do everything possible to ensure your pet is safe, happy and healthy. Two years ago I rescued my cat, who at 4 months old, had been dropped off by the lake. Since then we’ve never been apart, until this trip. By putting her in a kennel, I was worried that she might feel like I’ve abandoned her too. So, I selected their big glass room to help her feel comfortable plus, it’s a pretty big view of the outside. After a few days of not eating, which is normal for some pets, the staff called. They asked if I wanted them to use a different type of food (wet vs dry). They did it and she ate just a little bit. However, after a day or so of still not eating, the staff called again. This time they asked if there was anything else I wanted them to try. I told them I would talk with my vet for guidance, but a friend could stop by on the way to work, in hopes of getting her to eat. In the meantime, I called my vet to discuss the situation. My vet stated cats in severe distress can develop liver issues and to avoid that potential health risk, I might want to consider having her picked up. Since this was my first cat in a kennel, I didn’t want to take any chances. So within a couple of hours I had her picked up. After she was home she started to eat later that day. Though she still had to stay alone for a few more days, but at least she was eating, drinking and was being visited/monitored everyday. I very much appreciated the staff’s diligent communication, support and understanding during our stay.

We have used All Creatures to kennel our dog several times. We also have used the grooming services. They take very good care of our dog and he looks so handsome after the grooming. I have recommended their services to a number of friends.

They are AMAZING at All Kreatures. We have had our fur baby, Dante, stay with them several times. Every time they have been wonderful with him and he is happy to be there. We love that he can get special play dates and we can get pictures of him while we are away.

We've used several boarding facilities in West Knox/Farragut over the past 7 years and All Kreatures is our favorite. The best review is from our 3 dogs, who never seem anxious to leave when we pick them up! That's a big tell. Some places, they couldn't get out fast enough on pick-up day.

We LOVE All Kreatures! Over the past 23 years we have boarded several of our dogs at All Kreatures, and they have taken wonderful care of them. We couldn’t have asked for better care than what they provided….even in our dogs’ senior years.

All Kreatures is the best!! Our pups get so excited coming in the facility, and are happy and tired when they leave. We've boarded with All Kreatures multiple times, and have had zero issues. I'm lucky enough to work with the facility for some marketing, so I get a behind the scenes look, and they're amazing. They prioritize cleanliness, the health of the boarded pets, and safety over everything. The kennels are so clean, spacious, and each time I'm there, staff members are inside kennels snuggling and playing with your pets. We <3 you guys, thank you!

We love All Kreatures. Our Bully The Dude is always so happy and content there. I love they have the option for extra one on one time and we always opt for the bath before we pick him up. The staff is nice and very responsive to availability.

Jeff is awesome. The staff are awesome. My dogs had not been kenneled in years and I had to board them for a week so I chose All Kreatures based on a few friend recommendations. They were great. They sent me photos of my baby doggies. They fed them and included all their medicines. When I called to check on them, the girls always gave me details on how they were doing. I will take my dogs there again!

This is a great place for your fur baby. They are incredibly friendly and do an amazing job. Our dog has a lot of anxiety and is very anxious around people. We never worry about her while she is there. If you are looking for a place that has great prices and even better service then All Kreatures pet care is the place.
