Caitlin and Natalia have looked after Winnie a number of times now, she’s a rescue greyhound and can be very shy/ stubborn but they’ve absolutely won her over! I always feel very comfortable leaving Winnie in their capable hands and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. I always come home to a happy chilled out hound :)

Natalia and Caitlin have been fantastic looking after Luna. She has never been left before so we were concerned about how she would be. Getting regular updates and pics meant we could see how happy Luna was and what a great job Natalia and Caitlin do! Luna goes for weekly walks with Natalia and Caitlin and they also recently looked after her for the weekend for us - we are very happy and feel at ease knowing they are looking after Luna Will continue to use and would highly recommend!

Excellent pet care services!! I could not recommend Natalia and Caitlin more, they are fantastic! They looked after our Pomeranian Pixel for 9 days while we were abroad, and Pixel just loved them. I was a bit concerned leaving my fur baby for the first time, but they were very professional from the beginning, meeting her and taking time to get to know her before we left. They were also very reassuring while I was away, providing updates on my puppy, and I could just see how much love she was getting, how well they looked after her and how happy she was in the end. We will definitely prefer their services in the future, and I 100% recommend them to anyone looking for any pet care services 😊

We were very lucky to find Board and Bones to look after our dog, who can be quite nervous in new surroundings. Sharon is very patient with her and I know she is in excellent hands when we leave her. After 8 years of being relatively dissatisfied with finding somewhere for my, slightly neurotic, Manchester Terrier I am delighted to have found Sharon at Boards n' Bones. My little dog is a rescue with one eye who was extremely nervous when she arrived. She has been going to Sharon for four years now once a week for socialising but also stays for longer when I am away. I cannot recommend Sharon enough....she is lovely and takes good care of our dogs. I love the fact that small to medium dogs are allowed only as our Bella (miniature poodle) gets scared of bigger dogs. We have booked Bella in last minute with no issues at all, Bella adjusted easily there. All the daily updates we receive are also great. We are very happy to have found a reliable place for our girl in case we need it.

Finding Sharon was a godsend for us! Our usual boarder had ceased trading and we were desperate to finally get away after the endless lockdowns. Sharon is so professional and so caring of all of the dogs she looks after. We struggle to trust anyone with our little boy, but he couldn’t be in safer hands. We get continual updates (more than we get from anyone looking after our kids!) and so we can fully relax knowing Casper’s in safe hands. He loves going to Board n Bones and doesn’t look back when we drop him off. Highly recommend!!

Sharon genuinely loves the pups she boards! She made Hector feel completely at home and he had a wonderful few days days with her and the family (dog and human). We loved receiving Sharon's daily pupdates, they were both reassuring and hilarious! Gavin looks after Edie like she is his own and is really flexible with what days she goes in the week. It’s also lovely to know that she gets to spend the whole day off-lead in a lovely secure paddock fully supervised- she can’t wait to spend the day with her doggy-friends. We get photos and updates from Gavin every day she goes. With the pick-up and drop-off service, this is the best value and best doggy-daycare in Croydon! Thanks Gavin!

Milo started Charlie Bears in December last year. He was a very nervous pomeranian puppy and I was worried about sending him to daycare, but I didn’t need to worry. When Milo sees Gavin it is so clear to me how much he enjoys daycare. He cannot contain his excitement to go, bouncing up and down the walls the moment he sees him. It’s the same whenever I mention Gavin’s name to him. It’s reassuring and lovely to see Milo so happy. He has become really well socialised with other dogs which I put down to daycare. The pictures are also a bonus to see what Milo has been upto during the day. All there is for me to say is a big thank you to Gavin and if you’re considering putting your dog into this daycare don’t hesitate, he/she will be well looked after.

My Sprocker Spaniel, Dexter has been going to Charlie Bears Doggy Daycare for over a month now and I would highly recommend! Dexter enjoys playing with other dogs, and he always comes home very happy! It is always nice to receive pictures of Dexter, and it is great to see he is kept well entertained throughout the day! My dog Choccy has been with Louise in daycare almost every day for the past few months while I am at work. Choccy absolutely loves her and he has the best time at hers and at different parks during their long walks. Louise sends plenty of pictures during the day which put me at ease very quickly and I can see how amazingly she takes care of Choccy. She is super passionate about dogs and has so much patience. I can tell she loves each pup with her whole heart. Louise is also super flexible and so so reliable! I can only recommend her!

Louise (Pawsome Pets) has provided excellent daycare and boarding services for our dog for almost 3 years. She goes over and above and it is evident that she genuinely cares for the dogs. She is very accommodating, even with last minute requests when possible! Our dog is always excited and happy to see her and knackered when he returns home - a bonus!

Louise at Pawsome Pets has been looking after my dog Cali for the last 2.5 years since she was a pup firstly with at home visits while she was waiting for her jabs, then onto regular walks and occasional boarding. Cali absolutely loves her and waits longingly at the door for her so I know she’s treated well. She sends photos during each walk and sleepover which is lovely to see her having a good time socialising while we’re not around. Louise has often been accommodating for short notice walks which has been super helpful.

We love Louise and so does our dog Bruce! The love, care and attention she gives each dog is incredible snd when you see her with the dogs you can clearly see this. Louise often comes in my house with various dogs when I’m working from home and it’s evident how much the dogs in her care love her back!! Our dog is always so excited to see her which is exactly what you want when you are trusting your fur babies to someone

Louise has looked after two of my dogs. They could not have been more different, Samson was an older calm Jack Russell/Westie cross and Tigger is a young excitable Cockerpoo. Anna has been an absolute life saver to me of late. Sometimes life throws things at you unexpectedly - with a broken ankle and unable to walk Finn I was very worried about how I would manage. Anna has been extremely flexible ensuring that Finn gets the walkies he needs and lots of fun outside times! The gang truly are a little family of the cutest dogs! Anna was so great and enthusiastic when it came to taking care of our spaniel! She did drop in visits to give our dog breakfast and morning walks. And she sent pictures and videos everyday so we knew our dog was happy.

Our Frenchie absolutely adores Anna, Beadie and all of his other mates on his walks. He always jumps up to greet Anna like a friend he hasn’t seen for years. The pictures, videos and scorecard mean that we always feel like we know what’s going on on the walks. Would highly recommend

Bodhi absolutely adores Anna and we’re so delighted to have found such a wonderful human to support us with Bodhi’s adventures! To find a person you trust with your dog and house key is very important and Anna is perfect! I never thought I’d trust anyone enough with this responsibility but Anna has become like family to us and we’d lost without her! A true gem!

Anna is amazing! She has been regularly walking my French bulldog for the last year and every time without fail I get videos, pictures and a report card. Lola adores her and her French bulldog Beadie. Anna has also helped out when I have needed to take Lola to the vets using her dog taxi service, where she waited for us and then took us home. She has also done some pop ins when I have to work late to check on Lola, feed and play with her. When Lola was injured she tailored walks to help her to recover and has just been an absolute life saver. I honestly do not know what I would do without her. I cannot recommend her enough!

The Boss Dog Care Service deserves a 5 star rating. I am very pleased my cats, Zoe and Getty received high quality care when I travelled. I had timely video footages of their daily activities and routine. They adjusted very well to the care, play and treats they received. I was very relaxed and smiled throughout my holiday knowing they were safe, well fed and had clean litter boxes. I definitely will be using this service again.

Once you meet Anna, you quickly realise there is no other puppy sitter like her. She is excellent at her job and we hope to keep her with us as long as we can. Our Meesha is always very well taken care of and would not have forgiven us if we found a different sitter for her.

I’ve recently started dog walks with Anna, and has been a successful transition for my dog Mabel who is a little nervous of new people. As soon as Anna met Mabel, I know immediately that Mabel will soon love her as Anna was so gentle, patient and professional. I loved that Anna knew how to handle a nervous dog from the get go! Anna provides a summary/pictures/videos of the walk and is so lovely to see Mabel having such a great time. I feel like Anna may be a low key dog whisperer as is probably the quickest Mabel has learned to trust someone new. 100% recommended 😊

Anna has been taking care of our dog since almost a year now - twice a week - our dog always goes excitedly running to the door when I say "Anna" which shows how much she enjoys her walks. Anna always provides a 5-star service which includes being on time, keeping us updated on how the walk went, and sending us lots of pictures + videos + a report card for each day. She helped our dog progress from solo walks as a puppy to off-lead group walks. We are very grateful for all Anna does, and are very happy to recommend her to anyone else. She is one of the few people we feel completely at ease leaving our dog with as we know she is very responsible and will make sure the dogs are safe (whilst still having a good time!).

Our Rabbit Thumper came to you for 2 weeks. I was so worried about leaving him as he had never been left before. He is also a house Rabbit. I cannot rate this place enough, it is absolutely fantastic and he was so well cared for. The photos on facebook were so lovely to see, I was looking daily to see which other animals had arrived. It was so lovely to see him outside in the fresh air but what I really loved was the arrivals and departures boards on the website-this was a fantastic touch. Thank you for looking after Thumper so well he will definitely come back for his holiday 😊

So happy to have found a lovely boarding centre where we know our rabbit Harley will be well looked after when we're away. Lorraine clearly cares a great deal about the animals staying with her and we really appreciated that Lorraine shared a photo of Harley on the Now Boarding Croydon Facebook page while we were on holiday so we could see how he was getting on. Would highly recommend!

I have been taking my rabbit Rolo to stay with Lorraine for a few years now and once he stayed there for around 2 months whilst I was moving home. Rolo has always been well cared for and I feel very happy to have somewhere to leave him where I know he will be looked after and happy! Lorraine always asks for vaccination certificates which gives me confidence that all the animals in her care have up to date vaccinations so I know Rolo will be safe there. There have been a few times when I have had flight delays or similar and Lorraine has always been accommodating! Very pleased with the service and I would thoroughly recommend Lorraine and her family

I'm disappointed to say that I didn't share the same positive experience as the other customers have reported. There is no doubt that our 2 male Guinea Pigs were cared for during their stay here. This review is more to do with the interactions with me as the pet owner. Communication with me was very poor, not one single update either during the GP's 4 day stay nor when I picked them up. Yet the owners thought it was appropriate to take pictures of the GP's & post on social media for their own gain, without the common courtesy of asking permission. Unfortunately, I was held up driving across London to collect, I'd let Lorraine know & she was ok with this. When I arrived, I feel like the boys had been in their carrier for some considerable time, they were petrified. I can only believe that they were put in at a certain time & left regardless. Also worth noting that there is a cat roaming around the house where the boys were left in their carrier. Bottom line, it feels like this is very much a business transaction for Lorraine, once you've paid that's the comms over with & for a place that is looking after my pets, I expect a little more heart & care to be shown towards them. I won't be returning.

Have been taking guinea pigs to stay at Now Boarding Croydon for several years now. Responses are always prompt and the guinea pigs seem to really enjoy their time being looked after. Would recommend!

Claw & Paw were brilliant, Brett took care of our cat Kismet for a week whilst we were away and sent daily photo updates which we really appreciated. Previously we have used catteries and he always comes back rattled and unhappy but when we got back this time he seemed very happy and definitely benefited from being able to stay in his own house. Will definitely use Claw & Paw pet sitting again! It was easy to book, and Brett is very trustworthy and our cat loved him!

Brett was great. Really well organised. Easy to arrange. Came and did a pre visit to check everything out. Felt much happier having someone come in rather than just using the automatic feeder. The cat seemed happy. Would definitely use again.

Knowing our cats are being visited and looked after by Brett while we are away gives us peace of mind, and means we have a little bit of flexibility when we both need to be away from home for work or holiday. We look forward to the photo updates from Brett when we are away!

Claw and Paw are super professional and have looked after our cat Michael really well. Brett met with us beforehand and talked me through the process then sent me pictures every day while I was on holiday. Sometimes Michael huffs a bit when we go away but we came home to a very happy cat. I had to go away urgently after this and Claw & Paw were able to step in and ensure Michael was well looked after. I highly recommend their service!

We found Brett at relatively short notice after deciding against using a cattery and couldn’t be more happy with him and his services. He was very professional and asked all of the right questions on the initial meeting such as vet information, medical and food requirements etc. He was able to come at our preferred times to feed and spend some time with our cat and even put the bins out on collection day. He sent us daily updates and photographs of our cat via WhatsApp which is a nice touch and very reassuring. The online portal is great where you can make sure all the information Brett has about your pet is up to date and he has the correct days. The prices are also reasonable for the service. Our cat seemed very content when we arrived back home. We will definitely be using Claw and Paw pet sitting again and would highly recommend.

We love pets Sutton have been walking our Golden for 2 years now and we can not fault the brilliant service. Each of the team go above and beyond for every walk. Our Golden is fairly large, full of energy and can not keep away from water - this only seems to make Andrea’s team love Sunny even more. Brilliant communication and dog walking expertise puts us at ease everyday. Dogs are walked individually, at times dogs may be paired up with one other like minded friend and walker. No pack walks. Many photo and video updates are constantly sent for each walk, which only makes us feel more at ease. Sunny has such a brilliant time, is always excited to see any of the team, and comes home ready for a nap. I was anxious to return to work and leave Sunny however, there was no need to worry thanks to Andrea and the whole team. I can not recommend this team more.

We have used We Love Pets for walking our dog for the last two and a half years. Our dog absolutely loves everyone and his walks. We get photos of every walk so we can see how he’s getting on. Each dog walker only walks one or two dogs, but they meet at the park so that the dogs can socialise and play together. They are all so caring, I can’t recommend them enough.

Andrea and her team are brilliant. The service is professional but also really personal. We have complete trust in all of the lovely walkers that take our dogs out. The booking system is really straight forward and it is flexible and fits in with our schedules. You get loads of photos from each walk showing what a good time they’re having. Andrea has also looked after our dogs (and our house!) when we’ve been on holiday and it gave us so much peace of mind. She really loves the animals and I really can’t recommend her service enough… 5 stars!!!

Louise was absolutely amazing looking after my horse while I was away on holiday. Sending me updates, making sure that everything was as it should be and treating Celtic as if he was her own! This was our first experience of home sitting for our 6 month old spaniel. It was important for us to have our dog still in her own home environment. Louise was excellent, sending us regular photo and video updates which reassured us our pup was having a great time without us! We would be very happy to use the service again and recommend to others

Our experience with Louise (at the Epsom branch) has been nothing short of exceptional! She provides an outstanding, well-organised service for our beloved doggie, Emily. The weekly walks with Tracy are affectionately termed her "adventure walks" by us, as Emily gets to explore some wonderful local areas and enjoys quality time with her paw pals. I know a lot of effort from Louise has gone into ensuring she has the right “group” for her which we are very grateful for too. We also receive all the videos and photos showcasing Emily's joyous adventures after each walk! Initially, I had reservations about boarding Emily due to her sensitive nature. However, Louise promptly alleviated my concerns by offering a pre-boarding visit and a trial night. It was reassuring to know that Michelle, whom we already knew from some of Emily's walks, oversees the boarding too. Michelle's familiarity with Emily ensures a seamless transition each time, and Emily adores the extended family atmosphere there, especially the children who regale her with their storybooks! Louise and the whole team provide a top-notch service. Emily's happiness and well-being are paramount in their care and I really recommend them.

I have been using We Love Pets Epsom for over 2 years and I posted my first review after 5 months of weekly walks with my dog Max. The review has held true every week since. Max was collected on time, he had the best social time with the other dogs being walked. He was returned with his tail wagging and paws cleaned when necessary. The walkers were always polite and enthusiastic. A fabulous, helpful and professional team. I absolutely loved receiving photos of the walk later that day. I can't speak highly enough.

We had a phenomenal experience with Louise who runs this branch of We Love Pets. Louise helped look after our puppy Belgian Malinois who is active and headstrong. Not only did she take the time to get to know him, she also went above and beyond to help maintain the training we were doing with him when she took him out for walks. The care, patience and love she showed him has helped him become affectionate and cuddly as a young adult dog. Our dog really bonded with Louise over the time she worked with us. The service she provides is exceptional, I highly recommend this company and Louise in particular.

We have been using We Love Pets Epsom for dog walking services for close to a year now. We have also used their house sitting services and we are very happy! Louise and her team are extremely professional, reliable, responsive, punctual and take a genuine interest in your pet. They have been accommodating on the odd occasion of any time changes, send loads of updates and photos when with our dog and overall ensure that our dog has a fab time, leaving us stress-free. The team at We Love Pets have been excellent in caring for our new puppy Belle! We have been using those services since the end of august. Louise was fantastic. She took the time to learn all about our two cats and their personalities for home visits. We had regular communication while we were away so we knew our cats were ok. The cats didn't seem to miss us at all they were being so well looked after. We will definitely use this company again. Thank you!

Instead of leaving a review I should attach a video of Rory when she realizes she is at Zoe's...she practically pulls my arm off running towards the door and runs straight in without looking back!! We have been taking Rory to Zoe's twice a week since she was a puppy and she absolutely loves it! She always comes back home content (and exhausted!). She loves getting a day to play with her doggy friends and we can relax at work knowing she is happy. She loves to be around other dogs so daycare is the perfect option for us. Rory has boarded with Zoe once and again, came back happy and bouncy and we enjoyed the little updates while we were away, she will definitely be going back again for our next holiday! Zoe and her dad, Paul, are both really friendly, approachable and have been brilliant at taking Rory last minute when the unexpected comes up. We always get little updates when we ask during the day and sometimes a little video of her enjoying herself on the walk! I'm really glad we found Zoe's, its been completely invaluable to us and was brilliant for Rory's early socializing! Zoe and Paul are the most amazing people! Our Cavapoo (Harper) went to Zoe’s Daycare for almost six months (twice a week) whilst we were staying in Croydon. She absolutely loved her time at daycare - she’d literally run into the door to see Zoe and Paul and to play with her new friends! We were working from home but wanted our puppy to be well socialised and have fun. We certainly had peace of mind knowing she was in a safe environment with Zoe and Paul. They’re so diligent, attentive and caring! We received pictures and videos often which I personally loved. Harper stayed overnight with Zoe and Paul too. It was so comforting for us know she was in the best hands and being so well cared for. We are moving out of the area and I know we won’t ever find such an amazing daycare. It really is one of a kind. We’re lucky enough to have come across Zoe and Paul and whenever we’re allowed to travel again we know exactly who’s going to be having Harper for an extended stay! Zoe and Paul are genuinely two of the most honest and caring people I’ve ever met. I know Harper’s going to miss her days with them and I will miss dropping her off and seeing her ‘wiggle bum’ with excitement to be at daycare. We couldn’t be happier with the care Harper received and would 100%+ recommend Zoe’s Doggy Daycare!

My labradoodle has been going to Zoe’s Doggy Daycare for over 18 months. She absolutely loves spending time there, and I am very happy with the care she receives. Zoe and Paul go out of their way to ensure my little fusspot is fed, and happy. When I pick her up in the evenings, she is always happy and tired. This is definitely her second home and I couldn’t imagine leaving her with anyone else.

Zoe's has been a wonderful second home for our dogs for the last four years. Our current springer gets so excited that she tries to drag me to Zoe's front door. Whether it's day care or boarding, Zoe and her family are utterly dedicated to the welfare of the dogs they look after; they are endlessly enthusiastic and inventive as we see in the photos and short videos Zoe sometimes sends us. Our dog Bella (A chocolate lab) has been going to Zoe's for the past 5 years and we must say that Zoe and her parents have been absolutely great with her. Bella enjoys spending time at Zoe's and comes back home happy after being with her doggie friends. Having placed Bella in Zoe's care for the past 5 years, we highly recommend Zoe's Doggie Day Care without any reservation. Our 8-month-old cockapoo Phyllis has been going to Zoe and her lovely family since she was 12 weeks old. Phyllis absolutely loves her doggy daycare - she's so excited when she sees Zoe in the mornings, and is exhausted and happy when she gets home after a fun day of walks and playing with the other dogs. For us, it's so important to know that Phyllis is happy and well cared for, and we couldn't recommend Zoe enough. She offers a great service and she's really flexible - she does pick up and drop off for us, sends pictures and videos of the dogs having fun during the day, and she recently gave Phyllis her first haircut. Most of all, she loves Phyllis, and Phyllis loves her! Thanks Zoe and family for taking such good care of our little girl.

I have been taking my dog Lucy to Zoe's for daycare five days a week for the past three months, and the only reason I had to stop is because of a change in circumstances. Lucy loved it there - it was a home away from home! Sometimes she didn't even want to leave in the evenings! Zoe and Paul are great - really friendly and flexible when I had to work late, which was such a huge support - and I was happy to leave Lucy in such safe hands. They gave Lucy a lot of love and cuddles, as well as some lovely walks, and I know they were sad to see her go. Lucy will miss them very much!

Zoe has been looking after Jack & Molly for over 2 years, its become their second home! Not only do I feel confident and happy that I'm leaving my dogs with someone who cares for them as much as I do, Zoe and Co continuously go out of their way by dropping and picking up Jack and Molly when we are working late, popping round to remove ticks because I'm awful at it, and so much more! Molly is totally spoilt with her favourite lunchtime treat at the breakfast bar with Paul, not the service she gets at home! Zoe also now grooms both dogs, she takes such care and they come back looking and smelling fabulous! I could not recommend Zoe's Doggy Daycare highly enough! We'd be totally lost without her!

My doggy Teddy has being attending Zoe’s Doggie daycare since he was a 10 week Pup. Cannot fault Zoe and her team for the care and attention they provide for my Cavapoo dog. I would have no hesitation in recommending Zoe for daycare, walks or holiday care for your fur babies.

We're so glad we found Zoe. We needed holiday boarding for our newly adopted cockapoo Maisie, and Zoe was brilliant. She made sure Maisie had a few visits before we went away, and gave us regular updates during her stay. We've been using Gina's service for years and our cat Willow is now 19 years old, so it was really reassuring to know that she was coming twice a day to feed and check in on him. Gina went out of her way to deal with his fussy eating and to make sure he got his special kidney diet food and his daily medication, even phoning the local vet to ask for advice. She also sent us photos and a lovely video of Willow to put our minds at ease while we were away. Amazing service, clearly cares a lot about the animals, would highly recommend!

Gina has been looking after my cat for a number of years. The cat is not particularly sociable so even now, any interaction is celebrated and Gina has never tried to force her to be friendlier - although bribery with cat snacks has worked on occasion! I trust Gina implicitly to ensure my cat is happy and healthy in my absence. I have no transport so Gina also runs us to and from the vet a couple of times a year for check ups. All in all, Gina provides a wonderful service.

Gina's pet petrol has been amazing. She's reliably looked after my elderly house cat who has lots of health problems and it is such a relief knowing he is in safe hands! Gina goes above and beyond, and is so good with cats... mine loves her, and I know she always makes a fuss of him. I always come home from trips away to an immaculate house, empty litter tray and very happy, well fed cat!

We only discovered Gina earlier this year, but now I don't know how we ever managed without her. She's looked after our two moggies on several occasions, and she's completely reliable. The cats don't tell us off so much when we get back home as they used, so they're obviously happy with Gina too. Highly recommended.

First time using Gina's services and I was extremely satisfied. Gina was professional and took excellent care of our little Sami (cat) by visiting once a day for a week for feeds and managing his litter! I felt more at ease knowing Gina was there to support us as it is never nice leaving your pets when you go abroad. When we arrived home Sami was very happy and chatting away to us obviously telling us how well he had been looked after.... lots of kisses and cuddle!!!! I would highly recommend Gina. We have used Gina's Pat Patrol 4 times in about 18 months and always return to a happy and content cat. Gina and Sue have clearly earned her trust and make a fuss. The service is professional and value for money, with feedback left after visits. The house is always in good order on our return. I would recommend using Gina over using a cattery, especially for rescue animals (such as ours) who can be nervous.

Gina has been looking after our home and taking great care of our cats since they were kittens, the eldest is now sixteen and half years old. It's peace of mind for us knowing that she is coming into our home everyday while we are away. Such a fantastic, thoughtful and thoroughly professional service. Lucky us!
