We have used Bay Paws two times now for slightly extended stays. Both times went off without a hitch. Very accommodating staff and took very good care of our dog and cat for several days. Thanks guys!

I I was very glad to find a facility that offered a very clean space for my dog is reactive to other dogs. I did pay for one on one play, which I’m note quite sure happened as I checked ( obsessively) in the video system and my dog was always in his space, curled up in the same space. But I have to say I was very disappointed with his groom. He definetly was bathed and blown dry and his feet and nails were done. His face around his eyes was shaved and clean. His hair around his face looked the same as he came in. His beard was not trim and his tail was trimmed unevenly if at all.

I took my dog here for occasional doggy day care and boarding. My dog got a protozoa after his first boarding stay at Bay Paws with bloody diarrhea and a trip to the ER vet. I tried to give Bay Paws the benefit of the doubt, but to be cautious I backed off on doggy daycare for a while and took him to the vet for boarding. After some time, I gave Bay Paws another chance, because he enjoyed going and they have cameras. My dog did ok - on the positives he got to see his friends and I could check in on the camera when I wanted. On the bad side, one time he was sent home wet and smelling like urine. Another time after a several-day boarding stay, he was sent home with all his biscuits and treats when my instructions were to give him those occasionally and one before bed. He was also on pain meds to take with his evening meal, and I could see more often than not at night his bowl was full. I can't say for sure if he was getting his medicine separately. Things were up and down like this for a while. Recently, Taz was sent home with a pretty badly cut nose and no one told me. I called the next day and I was told he got into a scuffle and that the staff didn't see any damage so they cleared him. I don't see how they missed this cut. When I called it out, they didn't offer any apologies and said I signed a waiver so they wouldn't be held liable for any vet visits. That lack of empathy for my dog and rudeness made me angry and I won't be going back.

I did some research prior to moving from TN and reached out to Bay Paws while en route on my move to FL as I needed to board my sweet girl to head back to my old state to finalize loose ends. They got me set up while on the phone for boarding and daycare and when I showed up I was so worried my 1 year old pup would have separation anxiety as this was the first time we’d be apart. Needless to say, she had the absolute BEST time that week and she’s now going to daycare on my busy work days as a result. I LOVED that they had webcams set up so I could check in on her, I honestly think I was missing her more than she was missing me. Haha when I picked her up to bring her home after a few days, she tried to climb out the window because she did not want to leave! She loves Bay Paws and the staff loves her just as much! I 1000% recommend Bay Paws to anyone and everyone looking for either boarding or daycare - the staff is so caring, the facility is always pristine and clean and the staff are beyond what I could ask for while caring for my baby girl! You won’t regret this decision and I know that Coco and I sure don’t; she is obsessed with this location and I love that for her! PS: I love that they sent me photos from one of their pool pawty days, she definitely thrives being around these other furry babies.

I regret to write this review because we loved bay paws 2 years ago. I wrote a raving review on Google, how amazing they were with our big German Shepherd, who is very skittish. However, every time since then we have been hit with unprofessionalism, chaos, missing files, and records lost every single time when my dog is brought in, when at time of setting appointment we are told that everything is current. We drive a half hour each way to bring our dog here. As of July of this year dogs are now apparently required to have a flu shot. If I won’t put the flu shot in myself or my families body why would I put it into my animals? Why would they not let us know at the time of making the appointment and tell us know that all vaccines are current? We made a vet appointment specifically to update him on all of his shots and the flu vaccine was not even mentioned at his vet office. When we took our dog in today and all the files were missing once again we learned that they have him in the computer as a Yorkie. The front desk lady spoke to the manager whom was very rude and told her to just send us home. Wave your money and your time. They have gone downhill tremendously.

Stella is an older dog with separation anxiety and Bay Paws took such great care of her- gave her meds and updated me during her stay as to how she was doing. Will definitely be boarding her there again! Thanks!

Lifesavers!! We just moved to Clearwater from Atlanta. Drove for two days. My pets were exhausted and stressed. Bay Paws allowed us to bring them there for the day for rest and play time while we moved in and unpacked. My pets loved it there. Thank you for taking care of our babies. They will be back soon.

We boarded our cat at Bay Paws for several days. The staff took excellent care of him. Not only were his basic needs taken care of, he was taken out to be played with and snuggled several times a day. Bay Paws is extremely clean. The staff is friendly and attentive. We were sent several photos and videos of our little Peter while we were away. It put our minds at ease.

I never write reviews, but I'm compelled to write this review because I'm still extremely upset with the treatment my puppy received on his last few days at this facility. There seem to be a disconnect between the front office staff and the boarding staff. You provide your boarding instructions to the office staff, however the boarding staff refuses to follow the directions. I had to call several times to request the staff keep my puppy in his jacket to stay warm and comfortable, because they kept removing his jacket. Everytime i called the office staff was cery sweet and would say, yes, no problem, they would take care of it, but it would only last for half a shift. I also requested they remove the water bowl from his kennel as I don't leave water in his kennel at home and he is a puppy and will drink until he can't drink anymore, and also knock the water over. I witnessed on Baw Paw dog boarding camera my puppy spill his water container in his kennel and water went all over his blanket and kennel floor. I called the after hours boarding staff and advised her that the water container was not supposed to be in his kennel and that someone needed to go clean up the water on the floor. I see the staff on camera go inside his kennel and refused to interact with him as he was happ someone was there and was jumping up, she yells at him and throws down the towel in the kennel and left the floor wet all evening. She also left his water bowl in the kennel all evening again as well. Extremely unacceptable to treat my puppy this way.

I love this place. The staff is amazing. I board my Lola girl on occassion and she seems happy there. And loves all of the staff. I just had her groomed/nail trim and she looks amazing. She groomed her exactly as I asked. I highly recommend...thank you. Before and after pics. 🥰 …

Thank you to Carrie and the wonderful staff at APC that took care of my Sadie Mae for ten days. She has the best time playing with all her friends. She is only 9 months and so full of energy but she always comes home from daycare exhausted! I would trust them to take care of my pup anytime. Highly recommend!

Today our puppies Rosie and Finn had a spa day to get fully groomed. Chelsea did a fabulous grooming job. One of their best and definitely Finn’s best ever.

We wouldn’t choose anywhere to bring our pup. Advantage pet is always accommodating and always takes great care of our dog. It’s clear everyone here truly loves animals. We’re so grateful. Highly recommended this place!

I have been taking my two dogs to Advantage Pet Center for just over a year now. I have a super high energy puppy that is nonstop running and playing all day! Bringing him here for daycare has been a saving grace! He is exhausted from the moment I pick him up and falls asleep in the car almost immediately. The dogs are in the huge play yard for the majority of the day and only put in kennels for their lunch break. My other dog has high anxiety and prefers to be around people instead of other dogs. The staff is aware of that and always gives her lots of attention and makes her feel at ease. The staff is absolutely amazing and loves my fur kids like they are their own. They absolutely love going here and know that if mama says “wanna go play with your friends” it means daycare time! And bonus, they have holiday parties for the dogs with special snacks and pictures!

My Puppy Sky absolutely loves this place. She is able to interact safely with other dogs, she gets to play and exercise which makes for a good nights rest. A Wonderful place!

Advantage rocks. Great customer service and support but above all great people doing what they do best. They have treated my Prince like a King. Absolutely recommend Advantage Pet Center to everyone needing pet daycare, boarding and grooming. Kudos to everyone at Advantage. My boy loved it.

Great group of people. We boarded two dogs over the holidays. One of our dogs had some health issues and they called us to give us updates. I felt like we were in very very, very good hands. I would highly recommend them !

I am over joyed that my kids found this establishment for our fur baby! The ladies who we interacted with all went above and beyond (Sorry I dont have their names on me as I write this review). From the moment they answered the phone until the time they texted and informed us that Nacho (hopefully, his name helps track down everyone from his appointment) was ready, the service was above and beyond. They really care about the health and safety of not just your pet but all of the pets that they service. One of the ladies even called the vet 4 hours away to confirm Nachos shots were up to date. She could've simply turned us away. Now I do have to advise that over the years, Nacho has let it be known to us and professionals that he does not like being bathed and or groomed and only a few people has been able to handle him. He is a timid yet feisty Chihuahua and super old. We have Nick named him Cujo. When my kids picked him back up, the staff informed us they did the best they could. Let me tell you..... They're best was above and beyond! They were able to hit all of the spots that were over due for some TLC. If they will have us back, we are new customers. Sorry for the long review, but we are grateful and want to let any and everyone know who are looking for top notch service for their pets that this is the place to be.

This is a wonderful boarding accommodation i always use for my dog. The staff is kind caring and very professional. My dog is well taken care of and she loves being there. Highly recommend them for fur babies.

I wanted to share that my dog Mack said "he gives a 10 paw review". I have been taking my boy to Camp Bow for daycare for several months now and overall experience has been wonderful. From the moment I found the facility you just know you found your place. The owners and staff treat you and 4 legged kids like family and go out of their way to be attentive to your dog and their specific needs. The facility is so clean, well run and I never have to worry when I leave my boy. We just had our first boarding experience and I was forever grateful for the excellent care my dog got during this stay. I have been to several facilities since living in Florida and hands down Camp Bow has been the best. My dog has separation anxiety and hates to be away from his mom. He does very well at Camp Bow Wow and I appreciate the love and care they give to him and the other dogs. They have exceeded my expectations of giving good quality care and it was amazing to see my boy out in the yard playing and interacting during this week long stay. I know he was in good hands, and most importantly he enjoyed his stay. My dog truly found his comfort level at this facility and I cant thank them enough.

My 2 boys had an absolute blast at Camp staying overnight for 3 nights. We were able to check on them anytime we wanted (in Camp and in their cabin at night) and the staff was amazing enough to send us sweet pictures of our babies while we were away. It is so hard to find a place with so much transparency when caring for pets, and Doug, Brandi, Kelly, Chris and everyone else’s at Camp Bow Wow were phenomenal in taking care of our dogs (and me as a helicopter mom). Would recommend to anyone looking for a clean, honest, caring place to socialize your dogs in camp and/or peace of mind when boarding your fur babies 💕🐾

Camp Bow Wow is the BEST! Lexi loves going and loves everyone that works there. The owners and camp counselors are exceptional. They know their clients and make each and everyone of them feel special. I have no worries when I leave Lexi there. I know she is safe and supervised. They are a one stop shop. Daycare, Boarding, Bathing. They also offer ONE on ONE time. Their facility is spotless and NEVER smells. It's really beautiful and modern. I love checking in on Lexi during the day via the cameras. So fun to watch!! Thank you CBW!!

My pups have been going to camp for a couple weeks now and were even boarded for a couple nights. I am very weird about who watched my babies, but I feel so comfortable sending them to camp! They always come home so happy and tired and are excited the second I pull into the parking lot! They love it here!

My dog Maia has been a Camp Bow Wow Clearwater-Carillon camper since their opening. The staff is incredibly friendly and genuinely care about the dogs. I love how clean and well kept the facility is and how they take the time to interact with the pawrents and the community. They have so many fun activities for the dogs throughout the year and really cater to the dog’s personality while not missing a beat on their needs. Maia is more interested in human interactions than dogs and I know she gets the attention she wants while at Camp. Highly recommend. I debated not leaving a review just so we could gatekeep this amazing place—but as anxious dog parents, we have to spread the word for others like us! The team at Camp Bow Wow is absolutely incredible. They’re genuinely kind and treat our dog like one of their own. Unlike other dog camps we checked out, Camp Bow Wow welcomed us with open arms and gave us a full tour of the facility, showing us every room and detail. They’ve thought of everything to keep the pups happy and healthy—some things we hadn’t even considered! Our husky, Winnie, can’t contain her excitement whenever we say, “It’s time for camp!” She practically screams in true husky fashion when she realizes where she’s going. Thank you, Camp Bow Wow, for giving us peace of mind and taking such great care of our fur baby!

I love this location the front desk and owners are so nice. My dog champ has so much fun while he is there. He gets to interact with other dogs that are the same size and energy. They also offer other services during your day care visit such as individual play or grooming. Every time I mentioned camp bow wow is head turns to the side. The word is definitely apart of his vocabulary.

We LOVE the owners & staff at Camp Bow Bow. They treat our pup Marla like their own. Sometimes, we think Marla loves being there more than our home! She hugs & kisses everyone when she arrives & runs to play with the other dogs without even looking back at us. We researched many places, and decided to bring Marla here. We’re so happy we did. We travel a lot, and we have peace of mind she’s happy here while we’re gone.

Camp Bow Wow is the only place I would trust with my dog. Staff is caring and knowledgeable, and the facility is spotless. My 2 year old Dauchsund can't get there quick enough he absolutely loves it!

One of the best Canp Bow bows. Super clean and friendly. They actually get to know your dog and super friendly to her. There extended hours all year are great for the parents, but our dog walks in with tail waging and heads straight back to her fur friends.

This place is fantastic!! I had been to another facility before, this place is LIGHT YEARS ahead of some of the other facilities. My dealings with Paws Inn Paradise has been exceptional. The Front Desk is always professional and courteous, and they are busy, but they are always attentive. I bring my dogs for Doggy Daycare and Boarding when needed, and I would not consider any other place. I highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a fantastic facility for your animals.

Christmas Eve and pickup the 26th. My 4 mo puppy was so happy being dropped off and picked up. The people are fantastic. You explain any concerns, mine was rough housing with other dogs. They wrote everything down and when picked up you are told a review. Clean, very well kept and they have video cameras. I was extremely happy with my pups experience and will definitely board there again. Book early bc they fill up quickly. I got a cancelation just called in so was very fortunate. Highly recommend 👌.

This was my dogs previous daycare/boarding center! We recently moved out of the state which is the only reason we have stopped going. This was one of the best centers in the area! The staff was also so kind, I would see photos posted on their Facebook page of my dog so I would know he was having a great time playing with all his friends. The cameras are perfect for checking in and seeing how your baby is doing. The prices are very reasonable for boarding and for daycare. They also have things we added on like nail trimming or baths. He never came home with any injuries and when he did come home he would sleep for days. I would recommend this place for anyone in the area looking for a safe and trusting place to leave their fur baby.

What a fantastic place for dogs! This is the second time I have brought my foster dog Bucky in for doggy daycare and loved watching the live camera. I love seeing all the employees interacting with the dogs. This morning one of the girls was even dancing with them!!! So CUTE! They also offer pedicures (nail trims) for the dogs and are very friendly. I love the photos that the staff took as well. This is the place for your dog!!

On 9/29/2024. I had no electric I have GS called around Fri and Saturday to find a hotel for me and my dog Bruno I was more concerned about my dog. I called paws inn paradise Saturday morning. I am so grateful foe them I was able to bring my dog Bruno. I can't say enough about the service they were amazing every one was so kind. Ron, Owner/Founder, understands that are pets are family members not just pets. He ensures that his staff is trained to provide the most enjoyable experience for each and every one of our pets with the understanding of the anxiety they may face being away from home. They provide daycare, grooming, boarding, bathes, pool time and obedience training. I have utilized other daycare services for my dachshund and boxer before, but would never consider anywhere else but Paws Inn Paradise for their care.

The folks there care as much about my dog, as they do for their own pets!! My little French Bulldog is small, but she goes in with the big dogs, because SHE doesn't know she's small. Matilda definitely has BDE, Big Dog Energy!! Bring your gig for doggie daycare or boarding both services are grest!!

We board our dog, Dawson, here and refuse to go anywhere else! The owner, Ron, is the sweetest and the staff here is the best. They always go above and beyond! Our dog can be full of nerves while we are away, he sometimes gets diarrhea. We got a text and a voicemail with an update on his condition AND that they gave him a stool medicine to help with the runs (free of charge). This is just one incidence of their attentive and caring staff. They even have live camera feed that you can watch while your dog is enjoying playtime with the other boarded doggies. On a separate occasion, I accidentally arrived two hours before they opened to pick up my dog. While I waited in the car the owner had pulled up in their business truck and waved at me as I sat in the car. He came over and offered to have me come inside so he can take care of me , he simply couldn't have me waiting out there for 2 hours he said! This was the owner, Ron, and he made my whole day!

The folks that work here are simply the best! I was incredibly nervous boarding our dogs for the first time! Everyone was so kind and reassuring! I was able to get a room with a camera so I could check in on them whenever I needed to, which helped me so much! The dogs looked like they were having a great time in the toy room!

The most awful experience I have had. NEGLECT! NEGLECT! NEGLECT!! Less than an hour after I dropped my dogs off I received a call that they were being aggressive and they’d be monitored. For the next 50 hours my dogs sat in their room without a single walk or bit of attention from any staff member! THEY WEREN’T WALKED ONCE! My dogs peed all over their blankets and floor and were forced to sleep in it! The staff had NO solution to clean it for them to have a clean area to sleep in. After day 1, the ONE water bowl they provided stayed dry! You can see on the video it was dry and when I went back to pick my dogs up I saw it was dry! We live in FLORIDA, it’s 90+ degrees outside! How NEGLECTFUL! It’s HARD TO BELIEVE that an accredited facility wouldn’t have a solution for an aggressive dog outside of PURE NEGLECT! No water! No walks! What did I pay $250+ for???? The owner says their camera system records however he cannot provide me any footage of my dogs being cared for OR aggressive!! STAY AWAY! BOARD ELSEWHERE! They DO NOT care about your animals!!!!

My pup has the best time at Hounds Town! The facility is super clean and the staff love my dog and it shows! I highly recommend this facility to others!

Wow! First time boarding for both my pups and for a whole week. Fantastic experience from beginning to end! Mia and Sweetpea were well cared for and we enjoyed watching the videos of them playing daily. We had a couple sweet updates from staff as well. When we picked them up they were bathed and so happy! I never had one doubt that they were not cared for 24/7. Thanks to you all! Wonderful place and fantastic staff. I am so happy to know that when we need this service, we have an amazing place to go! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.🥰🐕

My dog Ash loves other dogs. He was very excited when we walked into the building. When they brought another dog out to meet Ash, they were both excited and happy. The people are friendly and happy. Ash is going to love it here.

Worst experience ever for myself and my dog. Don’t know the difference between playing and aggressive behavior, don’t waste your money. Whole thing was not operated to the well being of the dog, just who they decide they want to deal with. So if you have a very excited dog like me, don’t expect any accommodations 🤗 not only did I get shamed by the staff, BY A CUSTOMER. Telling me I shouldn’t take my dog out, how his dog can’t feel “threatened” when my dog is the size of a beagle and he has a DOBERMAN. Who’s the real threat here? Left this place so upset at how my dog was perceived, his vet knows he has anxiety and gets excited but has never been labeled aggressive. You bring out a dog three times his size to evaluate him, so yes hes going to want to get to his height to play. Could’ve gone better so many ways , I’m just happy I didn’t give my money to a place that cares so little about those dogs that are a little different. Also, DID NOT HELP HIM CALM DOWN BY PUTTING HIM IN A ROOM WHERE CATS ARE BEING BOARDED.

I've been taking my German Shepherd, Gunner to houndstown for a little over a year now and I have absolutely no complaints! I was definitely nervous bringing a German Shepherd because a lot of other places had made it very clear that although they do accept German shepherds, they don't really like them, and my dog won't feel safe somewhere he's not accepted. From the very first phone call, I could very quickly tell that not only did they accept German shepherds, but they absolutely loved dogs, all dogs! I am very particular about my fur baby and his care, he has separation anxiety and houndstown is the only place I've ever taken him that not only is he okay with being separated from me, but he's always excited to be there! Again you can tell the owners and all of the staff genuinely love animals, and it shows in every way! Gunner has a very elaborate diet and they have never once have tried to make me feel bad for how much extra work it is for them during meal time which I'm sure is already very busy for them, They actually even compliment me and seem excited that I feed Gunner so well (which shows further how much they care about your fur babies as if they were their own) I feel like every time I drop Gunner off there's a new staff member I've never met before there very excitedly greeting Gunner by name telling me how much they've missed him and how excited they are to take care of him! You can tell they pay special individual attention to each dog, Gunner only likes eating off of raised feeders which I forgot to mention but they noticed he wasn't eating his food off the floor and provided him a raised feeder, they also noticed that he doesn't like eating when I'm not around, so they literally in addition to microwaving his food, crushing up his vitamins and supplements and medications and having to make all of that and some kibble together also sit with him and spoon feed him to make sure that he finishes his food, And they never seem anything less than eager and excited to do it! I promise there is no better place for your fur babies, if my Gunner feels comfortable here I highly doubt there is a dog who wouldn't, at least not eventually for some of the more nervous doggies. They also have a Facebook group that they post videos on daily so you can check up on your fur baby and see how they're interacting with the other doggies. Give them a call and schedule today, you won't regret it!🐾🩷 Sometimes

Hounds town Clearwater did a fabulous grooming job and my dog had a great time at daycare. Everyone was kind and caring!

The staff is so kind and always willing to give updates on how our pup does. He’s still getting used to it but he’s happy and tired when he leaves. We love that they customize his experience by placing him with pups with the same energy levels.

Absolutely love the staff at Hounds Town! My dog goes to Hounds Town a few days a week and it’s helped him tremendously with his social skills. I love that they don’t breed discriminate and gave my boy a chance. 💙💚💚💙 …

The folks at Hounds Town know dogs. Their dog management philosophy is rooted in dog psychology and really works. Our dogs always come home tired and smelling good after their baths.

Nice staff, affordable prices especially with the bulk package (that never expires) My dog is always happy at drop off and pick up. It’s very clean appearing with a non-dog smell compared to some daycares. Thank you!

Liz and her team took great care of my two pups Benny and Coco on a field trip. Coco is 17 and was handled with extra loving care. I got loads of pictures sent to me throughout their time away. Her team is super sweet and I can honestly say I have no reservations about leaving my fur babies with them. I thought the bus was super clean, beautiful and set up for safety. Communication was superb. She has a great business and is truly unique and Tampa Bay is lucky to have her here. What a gem.

We have used Home Sweet Home Pets each time we travel. They are reliable and send us daily photos. We feel like our pets are in great hands with them. Highly recommend.

Home Sweet Home Pets took great care of our animals for 5 days while we were out of town. We had them come twice a day for feeding of our 2 pets. Our dog is sweet but a bit nervous around strangers so we were a little concerned about living her in general. Elizabeth was able to come over for a meet which made us feel better before our trip. Between the pictures, conversations with Elizabeth, and our pets mood when we came home we know they were in great hands! I would highly recommend them as pet sitters/ walkers and we are sure to use Elizabeth and her mom again if they are available next time we have the need.

I can’t say enough good things about Happy Camper! The staff couldn’t be better more kind and caring toward my dog Daisy and their customer service is wonderful. I’ve used the day care program, boarding, and grooming services many times and Daisy always can’t wait to go back. They know us both by name and are just as excited to see her! Trainers Dave and Rose are the best of the best and their training program is well worth the money. Best day care and boarding program in Tampa Bay!

Finn is a graduate of Happy Camper behavioral class, and he also spent two years in day camp until we retired. And he loved it. Today we had him groomed by Brittany, and we are extremely pleased with the results. We will be back in a couple of months when he will surely need another bath and haircut.

we have been coming to Happy Camper for almost 3 years old since our Bernie doodle was six months old. The staff is super friendly. It is wonderful to see a business that does not have a constant turnover in staff. Rose from the front desk is such a sweetheart. The activity calendar Ie absolutely historical. Best place in town for doggy daycare or boarding.

My dog Brodie has been coming to Happy Camper ever since he was old enough at 4 months old (he is now almost 2!). The staff is great and always friendly. Brodie runs inside every time we pull up, he loves it! He’s always so tired when he comes home from lots of playtime with his friends. We feel comfortable boarding Brodie at Happy Camper too, knowing that he is in good hands. When he sleeps over, we get daily photos of him that we always look forward to. When my husband and I moved to Tampa, we had to take him to a different camp because of the distance, but we noticed Brodie would not react the same, or run inside all excited like he does Happy Camper + he was also a bit standoffish with the staff. We were so glad we moved back to St Pete last year and Happy Camper is his daycare again!!

Both of our dogs have been going here for several years. Our older dog has been going here since she was a puppy, for about 5 years. Both dogs absolutely love it for the daycare as well as boarding. The staff is super friendly and amazing with the dogs. Would highly recommend to any family looking for a great place to send their fur babies. We have different temperaments for the two dogs, so if you're worried about placing them with appropriate play groups the are very aware of this and place dogs in appropriate play groups. The play groups are broken up by age of dog, size, and temperament. Also, love the birthday party packages and the pictures with Santa.

I was so happy we chose to board our dog at Happy Camper! This was the first time we were leaving him and for two weeks so I was very nervous. Happy Camper treated my dog like their own and he had so much fun! I got daily photo updates which really eased my nerves and I was able to see what he was doing! We could tell he was happy to be home but missed all the other dogs and fun activities he did every day. I will be bringing my dog back for daycare and any future boarding I might need!! Thank you Happy Camper for being so great to my pup :)

I wanted to give a HUGE thank you to the Happy Camper Family. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeableI, the facility is amazing, and I am beyond thankful to have Jax apart of your family! It’s been 6 months now since my fur baby first started coming here. They have everything from daycare, boarding, grooming, AND training. Jax just graduated obedience school with trainer Dave… his new best friend. He’s definitely the dog whisperer. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I also take Jax in for boarding and I get daily photos, videos, and updates with all the fun activities they set up for them. Truly a life saver, I constantly recommend them to anyone I know with dogs!!

I have taken my dog to a few daycares where she has slept over at. My pup has had terrible anxiety from them but never once has she acted anxious when staying at Happy Camper. I love the text updates that I get from them as well. It keeps my mind at ease. I know my little one has a lot of energy so I appreciate their patience! I plan to do a training class one day soon.

I moved here 2 years ago and needed somewhere to board my dog when I occasionally travel. The staff are great and sincerely care about my pup. That, with all of the photos and texts they send, really gives me peace of mind. We even take him for dog daycare just to socialize and get extra exercise. Can't wait to start bringing our new pup here, too! Thank you for being amazing with Enix (and soon Dewey).

Whenever we travel and are unable to take our dog with us, family members watch him. For our most recent trip, our family was unavailable. My dog is my baby, and I was super nervous to try boarding with someone else. I reached out to Miriam based on her phenomenal reviews. She responded promptly to my inquiry and was very friendly. We did two “trial” daytime daycare visits before overnight boarding. For the actual boarding, My dog had the best week ever!! More importantly, I survived the week as well! Haha! Miriam is amazing! Anytime I texted her for updates she not only responded but sent pictures. Thank you Miriam! Cooper can’t wait to come visit again.

Cozy Doggie House is the first place Zensu has ever stayed for doggy daycare while I went to the beach & the Salvidor Dali museum. Miriam is also the first person, other than me, who has ever groomed him. What a great experience for us because of her excellent care! I recently moved to the Clearwater area and found Miriam online and after a few day visits we left our dog at her place for the holidays. Very happy with Miriam … she loves your dog as much as you do. She did a great job grooming our poodle with attention to detail. We’ll be boarding our dog with her because she has a cage free, stress free environment and has plenty of room for the dogs to run around in her fenced in space. Happy we found this caregiver.

Updated to add: my rat terrier just came back so happy! We’ve been using Cozy Doggie House for 2 years now and they keep delivering an amazing service. They even renovated the area and dogs are secure and well taken care of. 1000% recommended Miriam is the best. She took care of my rat terrier for over two months and she sent me pictures whenever I needed them. I can’t recommend her enough, she really cares about pets, all her family are dog lovers so she was raised with all their love and she transmits that love and confidence to them. She also give them baths and pamper them! Is such a relief for me, I would have never ever left my dog if it was not with her. You won’t regret it!

I was in a pinch, and Marian helped me out. She seems to have a very good understanding of dog behavior, and I felt comfortable leaving Oscar with her. She also responded promptly whenever I asked for an update. I would definitely recommend Marian and plan to use her services again in the future.

Let me say Kelly Willis of I Let the Dogs Out is AMAZING! I contacted Kelly in November of last year to help with my new Boston Terrier puppy. From the first moment I met Kelly, I knew she was the one I wanted. Kelly has NEVER let me down. She is professional, absolutely reliable, and my baby girl loves her, the most important part of all. Everyday she gives my baby a massage, her specialty! SunnyRai is spoiled and I am a happy mommy!!! I never worry about my baby with Kelly. Kelly is awesome!! I initially chose her because after reading her profile, I knew she understood the love many of us have for our pets. I was stressed about leaving our boy because we just lost his brother a month ago. Kelly formed a bond with him instantly and made him feel safe - not to mention he was able to stay in his own home. She was completely reliable, kept in touch with us the entire time, and sent photos to let us know he was fine and having fun. I think all of us were able to relax knowing Kelly was around. I would give Kelly 11/10 stars if I could. My fiancé and I always have a hard time traveling because in the past we’ve had to board our puppy and have never had the best experiences… Now we can travel knowing our animals are in the best care. This past weekend we left our two kitties and puppy in Kelly’s hands and she did so much for us. Our puppy has separation anxiety & Kelly gave her all of the loving while we were gone. She took her on a couple of walks everyday and cuddled with her every evening. She sent 5+ pictures and videos everyday to ensure us That our puppy and kitties were having the weekend of their lives! I’m so thankful we found Kelly and can now go on worry-free vacations knowing our animals are in the best care. Not to mention, our house looked sooo much better than it did when we left! She took such great care of everything- inside and outside. Thank you, Kelly!

Kelly was amazing. She sent updates and pictures constantly and I felt so comforted knowing my boy was in her care. I am normally an anxious mess when I leave him but she put my nervous mind at ease. I would highly recommend her to anyone! Oh and my pup absolutely loved her!

We hired Kelly to watch our 3 Shih Tzus overnight in our home for 3 nights. 2 of our dogs have anxiety and typically don’t accept strangers. She visited twice prior to our leave date and all of our dogs loved her immediately. She sent us daily pics while we were away. When we got home, the house was immaculate and the dogs were calm, as if we never left. We had given up on finding an in home pet sitter, then we found Kelly. She is personable, dependable, and loves animals. We are looking forward to using her services again.

This is the second time in a month we have asked Kelly to care for our German Shepherd who can be a bit of a handful. Kelly is amazing and we never have to worry that our four legged family member is being taken care of. He clearly loves her from the photos she sends at every visit! She is punctual and did exactly what she agreed to go in a very professional manner.

We love having Kelly watch our little guy Ringeaux. We love the fact that she watches him in our home where he is most comfortable. Better yet is that we know he gets plenty of attention and love while we are away. As he is generally a one person dog but even when I get home he seems just fine staying with her and at her command. Even over my own. To us that is priceless!

Kelly is amazing! Our dog Louie (he's the little white Westy mix currently in the gallery) is blind in one eye, and has bad separation anxiety. We needed someone who could spend a lot of time with him, and Kelly came through in spades. She stayed at our place for 5 nights and spoiled him rotten! ( Which his ok, he deserves it! ) She sent a bunch of pics every day, and we could see he was 100% comfortable with her. She quelled all my anxiety about leaving Louie behind. We also have a cat, who stayed mostly hidden, so she made extra effort to place her food near the hiding place so the cat wouldn't have to come out if she didn't want to. Kelly followed all instructions about food, etc, to the letter, and cleaned up after the animals superbly. We could not be happier with her!

My fiancé and I recently took a trip to Clearwater, FL, and stayed at a beautiful hotel right on the beach with our two beloved fur babies. I called Petra about caring for our brand new kitten while we went out of town. She responded to me right away. She set up a free consolation for the next day. I was so pleased when I met her. She was very very friendly, easy to talk to and mature. She took notes on everything and was very sweet to our kitten. When the time came for us to go out of town we felt assured he was in good care. Petra came every day we were gone. She took photos of our kitten and sent text messages as well. We had great peice of mind knowing he was so well cared for. She brought him a new toy and we can by the photos he was having a blast. We will be using VIP Pet Service again and again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone seeking pet care.

My sweet highly-sensitive rescue kitty Phoebe had never been left overnight since I rescued her ten years ago when I found out that I needed to be out of town for ten days. To say I was over-protective of my little fur-ball is an understatement. I reluctantly researched local pet-sitters, and made an appointment with Petra Taylor, owner of VIP Pets of the Belles, to come to my home to discuss her caring for Phoebe in my absence. I was immediately struck by her warmth and caring, as well as her total professionalism. She took detailed notes and we agreed she would come in twice a day to spend a half-hour each visit with Phoebe, feeding and "loving her up." Petra came in morning and evening, exactly as scheduled, checked in by text, and upon leaving would send me little notes and a few photos that Phoebe was doing just fine. On one occasion, she even sent me a short video of her purring contentedly, assuring me she was eating well and just fine. Every two or so days, I would call her by phone and she further assured me that all was well. I am SO GRATEFUL that I have found a wonderful loving care-giver for my kitty. I recommend VIP Pets of the Belles without qualification. Thank you, Petra, and I'll be calling you in January!!!

Petra has been walking our English Springer Spaniel all winter. “Gronk” loves her and knows when she’s coming. He’s a rescue and quite a handful. Thanks Petra, you’re the best!
