Shae (Norwegian Elk Hound) is traditionally skittish around new people, but once you’re in your clan she’s your BFF. They took the time to get to know her and make her comfortable and she had a fantastic time while she was there. The team is great and is always willing to give you an update when you call. 10/10 Shae can’t wait for her next stay

Southboro Kennels is absolutely amazing, and I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. really a wonderful family owned small business. We had never boarded our two corgi puppies before, or left them for a more than a weekend, but we went to Hawaii for 14 days and kept our pups with them the entire time. Southboro Kennels was incredibly knowledgeable about all breeds in terms of personality and how to care best for them. They absolutely went the extra mile to make both our dogs and us feel comfortable while we were gone. I can definitely tell both dogs had an awesome time there, and our younger one even seems more social with other dogs since coming home. Will be boarding there for all our future needs!

I'm so happy I found this place! I have a fear reactive corso who takes a while to warm up to new people (once he does he's the biggest softy). This makes finding boarding for him very difficult. Everyone at Southborough Kennels was amazing with him! They took the proper steps to slowly get him comfortable with the facility as well as all the staff he would come in contact with. They were so patient, understanding and professional! He's only spent a handful of days here so far, but I can tell he's already happy to see the staff and to get out into the yard and play ball.

Boarded my two large breed dogs here, one of which is an unfixed female under a year old. They kept them together and not in group sessions because of the female's status (which I wanted anyway). They were also receptive about my concerns about bloat and to not have any of their play sessions for at least an hour after they had eaten. I feel confident about leaving them there again.

Our mini-poodle, Teddy LOVES it here! We have left him here for a week at a time and at pick up he greets the staff with the same eagerness as us! Great that the dogs get a private run, and we add two play times daily. Bath on his way out is a plus - today he was quite.ready for the 4th of July 😀 …

It is a great spot for our dog to stay and be treated well. We have been long timed customers and we are on our next generation of dogs as guests. They always race to go in and are tail wagging when they come out. Mitchell, Amanda and Zach are dog people and hire a great team. Highly recommend them.

This place not only watches your dogs, they care for them. We picked up our anxious dog after her first overnight ever and she was calm and happy, no excessive energy or fear. Both our dogs love it here.

I had my kitten boarded here for 5 days last week and they took such good care of him! Everyone there is extremely nice and helpful. I was nervous about having to leave my kitten behind for several days, but he was in great hands and given lots of love and care. I will definitely continue taking my pets here when I am out of town.

We have been coming here for years. They have always been fantastic, trustworthy consistent. The staff have always been attentive, caring, and really love being with the animals. The runs (for the dogs) are indoor/outdoor and fairly large. Our dog Jesse seems to enjoy it, he comes at least twice a year for extended vacations. We also boarded our cat Loki here (when she was still around) We have been coming here since 2013 and will continue. I highly recommend Southboro Kennels! This is hands down the best kennel I have ever taken my dogs to. The staff are so friendly and helpful and truly cared for my dogs while they were there. They knew my dogs so well by the time they went home! I highly recommend Southboro Kennels and they will be my go-to moving forward.

I can’t say enough about this place, one review isn’t enough.. It’s not everyone who can tend to 110lbs, 18mo old St Berdoodle and the pictures speak louder than words. Every detail was attended to, perfectly groomed, and not to mention our pup smelled great!! The ladies at GoldenPaw put extra TLC into everything they do. They worked with my nervous puppy, and he looks better than ever. THANK YOU. I will continue recommending your services for daycare, walks, and now grooming too! We've been using Golden Paw for weekly dog walking for a while now and we're very happy with them. Our dog is so excited every time they arrive to pick him up - his whole body wags with his tail! Any time I've needed to reach out to reschedule, cancel, or just ask questions, Golden Paw staff are extremely responsive and caring. One week, our dog wasn't feeling well and I let them know he may be slow or reluctant to walk. They replied to me that day to report back on his walk and ALSO replied to me (unprompted) the next time they walked him to report that he seemed to be doing better. They really go above and beyond and it shows how much they care about the dogs they work with. I can't recommend Golden Paw enough!

I needed my kitten picked up on short notice. The kitten was in Boston and I’m in Marlborough injured and unable to drive so I couldn’t pick up the cat. Golden Paw was able to get the kitten for me and I’m very happy with how they handled things. Everything was delivered right to my door in perfect shape and very quickly. Fernanda was very helpful and personable. I couldn’t thank her enough. I will be using this company for service again. If I could give another star I would.

My puppy Oliver loves Golden Paw! The staff are very friendly, my puppy comes home safe, happy and exhausted! He gets so excited to hop in the car in the mornings which says a lot for my scared little guy. We love Golden Paw and will continue using them every week!

Best experience! We have been sending our Lab to golden paw since he was a 4 month old puppy. He is now 6months and golden paw has taken such great care of him. We use the awesome pet taxi service to pick him up and drop off while we are at work. Everyone is so friendly and really love all the pups. We LOVE the posts on FB showing how much fun they are having at daycare. We could not be happier with our experience at Golden Paw😁

Hands down the best hidden gem of a doggy daycare, overnight boarding, and dog walking service in Central Massachusetts. I work in Marlborough and live in Westminster. It’s peace of mind to bring my dog who is an 11 month old Dutch shepherd to Golden paws where he gets so much exercise!! All of the staff members are very knowledgeable and friendly when it comes to all breeds. I have referred two friends to Golden paws who also are very happy. I highly recommend Golden Paws! The best part is that they had a free trial to make sure it was a good fit before even spending any money….so why not give it a go? Sherman, my dog would love more friends!!

Millie has been with Golden Paws since 2021. I can not say enough goods this about Fernanda and Pam. They are by far the best at what they do. Millie goes to daycare and absolutely loves it, comes home and goes to bed. They dog sit when I am away and take such great care of her. By far the best !

I left my dog Bobby at Golden Paws for 3 weeks while I travelled overseas and I was extremely happy with the service they provided with a personal touch . Fernanda took the trouble of taking Bobbyto the vet when he had an issue with his eye and provided me with regular updates on how he was doing . I came home with a freshly bathed and groomed dog . I decided to take my dog for a full grooming at this location because of the excellent reviews here and it was the best decision I made. Fernanda was so nice and so accommodating. Everything is very manageable on their website. The groomer (I forgot her name now 😢) was a doll. Not only my dog looked so cute but she was very patient since it was his first time there and he is very anxious. Definitely returning and I already looked into boarding with them 😄

Zoe is in love with this place, I leave her there whenever I work and travel. Zoe has been at Golden Paw for over a year now, super well cared for and the caregivers are great! I highly recommend.

Lori and her team are the best..My dog Rex absolutely loves going Stow Road Pet sitters day care. He has fun, enjoys , plays is well cared for and treated like family. Lori is very caring and has a gift with dogs. Rex knows as soon as we turn into their exit and is so excited about going to his “play play” session. I am very grateful to have met Lori and team for Rex.

Lori and her team are so great with my dog Zeke. He comes home from half day care happy and tired every time. The drop off service is incredible. This is a smaller place and the dogs get a lot of attention and care. I really appreciate all the pictures and videos!

Steven and Lori are absolutely gems! We did an extensive search for pet sitters and gravitated to Stow Road Pet Sitters due to their overwhelmingly positive reviews. We were very nervous leaving our four kitties alone while we traveled. Steven and Lori were so kind and patient. Their thoughtful and often times very funny recaps of their visits along with the photos really set our mind at ease. Definitely recommend!

We were on a search for a kind, reliable, trustworthy border to send our Shiba Inu, Benny, to for an upcoming family vacation and we got so much more. We began daycare services with Lori about a month ago. The initial drop off for doggy daycare was a little overwhelming for Benny as he hadn't been in a group play setting with other dogs before. Lori was great to slowly introduce each dog one by one, and shortly thereafter, Benny warmed right up! Now as soon as we turn onto Lori's street for drop-off, Benny knows exactly where he's going and can't contain his excitement! We've also noticed that Ben is much calmer and better behaved at home. We highly recommend Stow Road Pet Sitters for anyone looking for services for their pet.

Lori is the best! I needed vacation home visit cat care-not just the normal food, water, litter care etc. –but both of my cats are on several medications which need to be given every 12 hours. She came for a few pre-visits to meet and get them comfortable with her (and she with them). During the vacation week, VERY attentive to them, their needs, my needs(!) and a bonus – I loved the visit reports including multiple pictures (and even videos) that were sent to me following each visit. Lori is very professional in all aspects of her care and love for animals, and I will definitely use her again.

We had an amazing first boarding experience with Lori! Our pup is a super nervous guy and this was his first time being away from us, but Lori knew exactly how to care for him and make him feel comfortable. Lori was great about keeping us updated with daily texts and photos/videos. It was clear from all the photos/videos how much fun he was having! We are looking forward to setting up some daycare days so he can spend more time with Lori and play with more doggie friends!

We trust her with our dog for both daycare and for overnight boarding and know that each time we drop him off, he is extremely well cared for. Stow Road Pet Sitters is an incredible facility for daycare and boarding. Lori and her team work incredibly hard to make sure dogs get the best care, and truly care for the dogs as if they were their own. Lori is an excellent pet sitter! We boarded our 1 year old Labrador with Lori for two nights at her home. She recommended we do two different meet and greets to ensure that our pup got along with her pup giving us the peace of mind we needed before boarding. They became great friends! Lori is incredibly communicative sending photos as frequently as you’d like. We will definitely be using Stow Road Pet sitters again!

We have used Lori’s services for overnight dog sitting twice now, and we trust her more than anyone with our girl! We have traveled internationally for both of our dog’s stays, and Lori constantly kept us updated with plenty of pictures, and it clearly shows that she gives the pets in her care lots of love and attention. We have a 5 year old, somewhat timid rescue and I was nervous about leaving her, but she LOVES Lori and her whole family! They truly open their home to the pets they care for as if they were their own, if I lived closer I would use all of Lori’s services! If you have the opportunity to have your pet cared for by her, take it! You won’t be disappointed!

Gevorg boarded our rescue miniature schnauzer who was aggressive towards strangers (including minor bites), increasingly disobedient and had performed very poorly at previous training. We also had regular follow ups with him throughout the following months. Since his training, our dog is much more trusting of strangers and generally more confident when out in the world. His obedience has come on leaps and bounds and we’ve learned many techniques to keep his training progressing. He’s increasingly becoming excited as opposed to terrified when people enter the home and we hope this will continue to progress thanks to his training. He’s also now great on the lead and also become great with other dogs. Gevorg is very busy and popular but it’s definitely worth it if you have a challenging case. We don’t know what we would have done without his training!

Bring your dog to Gevorg @ Boston Dogtor. You won’t regret it! We rescued our lab/pitbull puppy at 4 months old and from day 1 he was a challenge. After the first two months, we were so discouraged that we almost gave up. Then we met Gevorg, and everything changed. Gevorg gave us hope when nobody else could. He demonstrated real results within just a few days, and he put together a customized training program that, 6 months later, we are still following today. It was clear to us from day one that he cares deeply about helping troubled dogs and that he is in this business with his full heart. We are very grateful to have met Gevorg and have gotten his help with our Milo.

Was referred to Gevorg-Boston Dogtor- by staff @ Buddy Dog Rescue Sudbury for my terrier chi Marvin who was biting -his aggression was out of control. Gevorg and team patiently worked w/ Marv for 2 months in the board and train program. He has been home 2 months now as a changed pup... calm, affectionate and zero signs of aggression towards humans. Can't praise Gevorg enough for all the support and what he has taught us! Thank you!

Gevorg and his team are incredible. We feel so lucky to be able to leave our dog Tuck in his care whenever we’re out of town or our work requires long hours. Tuck cannot control his excitement when we pull up to Gevorg’s for a day of daycare or a stay of boarding. He comes home happy and exhausted from all of the love and play! We have been training with Gevorg since Tuck was a puppy, Tuck looks to Gevorg as his alpha and is so well behaved for him! He loves being a part of Gevorg’s pack and so do we as his clients! Their new online booking tool makes requesting day care and boarding appointments seamless and Gevorg is always quick to respond via text or what’s app as well. They are flexible with our pick up and drop off times making our life easy. I can’t wait to see all of the new facility upgrades that are coming soon! I think Tuck might never want to come home!! Thank you to Gevorg and his team for giving us a place for Tuck where we know he is happy, safe, looked after and cared for when we are busy and can’t do that for him ourselves! Not to mention the foundation of training that we would be lost without! We are seriously grateful that Tuck has a second home with Boston Dogtor.

I am so glad I found Boston Dogtor, I cannot thank Gevorg enough for all he has taught me and how well behaved my dog is now because of him! I have tried several trainers and they wouldn’t pick up the leash to those wanted to try prong and e- collars with no affect. Gevorg at Boston Dogtor took my 1.5 year old energetic “brat” who jumped on or over tables, pulled, growled at other dogs over food and toys, showed aggression and protective instincts where she was acting more and more like a “stereotypical pit bull” and yet he turned her into a well mannered dog! Before Gevorg, I didn’t think a day would come where she could be trusted to walk around the house without a leash. He does not hesitate to make corrections to how you are managing your dog as well as how you are correcting their behaviors. He ensures you are positively reinforcing good behaviors and correcting the negative (lunging, growling, pulling, barking, whining) in the second they occur. I could not be happier with the results my dog has shown to the point friends, family, neighbors and passerby’s comment on how well MY dog is (they need to take theirs to see Gevorg).

Boston Dogtor has been amazing! They have helped me train my GSD for more than a year, and have boarded him 4 times for extended trips. Compared to other trainers I researched, they approach training from the objective of creating a happy dog that’s fulfilled mentally, physically and emotionally — and they are successful because they have a behaviorist running things — not just dog trainers. That’s a HUGE difference. They don’t just teach dog tricks—they work on core fundamentals of the owner-dog relationship. Sad my puppy has become an adult I’m able to understand how his needs change and how I can be a better owner and leader. As a result I’ve had significantly better experiences than friends who have used other trainers. My pup can do tricks: he closes the drawers and cabinets while I’m cooking but it’s because he has a job and he loves it. He even turns on the music on command. He’s obedient and never disturbs dinners or begs for scraps. And *I* have learned how to extend the training to teach him new skills. But when any concerning thing happen, I talk to them and get rapid feedback about what to do to correct the issue. I recommend them to any owner who loves their dog and is willing to put in the work to form a deeper relationship with their best friend, and become a better owner.

Gevorg is the absolute best. 4 years ago we got our puppy and he was a handful. We called Gevorg based on reviews we had seen, and he helped train Bergie with obedience in the most compassionate and caring way. He would stay engaged with us via text and videos (and even in-person 1-on-1s!) to make sure if we had any problems we could learn and solve together. These days, Bergie is a regular at Gevorg’s daycare and boarding and is always so excited to see him! I couldn’t recommend Boston Dogtor (Gevorg and all the staff) high enough!!

They are extremely knowledgeable about dogs and training hard behavioral issues. My dog at 5 months was terrified of everyone and everything! We tried several trainers and then decided to do a board and train with Gevorg. Once we got her back she was a new dog. Now I can take her to busy streets and she loves it! She even gets to meet new dogs and people with no issues (she used to be super reactive towards other dogs). They are super busy, but definitely worth the wait!

Gevorg has a special ability to communicate with dogs and people. From the moment we met him for a consultation we knew he was a perfect match for us. We were having issues with our dog becoming reactive on leash and a tendency to try to control other dogs and people - This resulted in my confidence being shaken which only Exacerbated the situation further. Gevorg has been working with not only my dog but has worked with me to regain the confidence I once had and my relationship with my dog as well as his behavior has improved immensely. The only thing I regret is not meeting him sooner. I would recommend Boston Dogtor and his staff without hesitation!!!

I have nothing but positive things to say about Gevorg and his team at Boston Dogtor. Gevorg is patient, dedicated, and has helped tremendously with my border collie who struggles with severe car and people reactivity. Excited to continue to work with the team and help my puppy realize his full potential.

David and Katie were very nice and open to accommodating our needs. I took Abbey, our miniature poodle, for two "meet-n-greet" sessions. The first visit, I stuck around to watch the dogs interact, their dogs were significantly larger than Abbey and I wanted to make sure they would all get along, which they did. The second visit I left the premises, Abbey, at 11 years old, has developed a separation anxiety complex and I wanted to make sure David and Katie were willing to deal with possible whining and howling. That visit also seemed to go quite well; they said she did act out, but they were able to distract and calm her. So, I can only speak to our two meet-n-greet sessions, due to an unfortunate last minute change of plans, but from those two sessions with this couple and their dogs, I would not hesitate to leave Abbey with them in the future.

Lily had a great experience. Enjoyed her day with David and Katie’s 2 dogs, and topped it off with a trip to the brewery. Highly recommend, Lily will definitely come again.

Marley (our puppy) had a ton of fun here! She was soo tired when we picked her up. She’ll definitely be back soon!

Shelly has groomed my dogs for about 8 years now, and she is the best! All of my dogs are nervous, and one of them is a rescue who is extremely anxious around strangers, but Shelly does a perfect job with even that pup! She cuts my Chinese Crested Powderpuffs beautifully. Top notch, worth every penny.

Barbara, Pauline and all the sitters I've had are amazing. I am ashamed I haven't written this review earlier. We have been using them for a few years now and I always rest easy knowing my fur babies are in good hands. They make sure they have emergency plans in place for all our critters and take such detailed notes. They have watched my cats and turtle. My cats are sheltered pandemic babies who have met very few people and are skittish. I am always amazed that they get at least one of the cats to come out and play! Also, great communication and updates. Highly recommend!!

I took my dog for the first time today and I am so happy with the service. It was an hour and half and my dog was groomed exactly the way I wanted her to be.. Friendly staff and thank you Michelle for your efforts..

Friendly well educated staff. Maggie is very anxious but I feel comfortable leaving her in their hands. They do such an amazing job. We have been coming here for a year now and I will never go anywhere else. My mom and a few of my neighbors now bring their dogs here too and all love them. Highly recommend.

Wonderful groomer - easy to get an appointment, incredibly friendly staff, very reasonable prices. These people clearly love animals! They see very understanding with dogs who need a little extra care (anxiety, illness, etc). At other facilities you feel like you are an imposition, but not here! Definitely the best local groomer.

Today was our first visit and we were so impressed. Our little lady Gracie who is 17 and needs extra tlc and patience certainly received it there and then some. I highly recommend them. When we picked her up which was an amazing thing in itself as it was all done in an hour and she looked and smelled great but she was not stressed at all. Was actually happy and so comfortable. I also thought it was very affordable too.

I am a brand new customer with a sometimes difficult, older little dog. Very finicky as well. I was in need of a new groomer and my vet recommended Companion Pet Sitting. I have found them extremely caring, professional, knowledgeable and most importantly patient with an out of the ordinary dog, who by the way looks absolutely amazing! If you're someone who needs a new groomer, I can highly recommend them! Wish I had known of them sooner!

I have an old man cat who complains incessantly and demands walks. Sitters from Companion Pet sitting have been so kind with him on their visits. They are very accommodating and it's a great deal when you book them for longer visits.

I’ve been bringing my fur baby to Skipton for 9 years. I can’t imagine bringing him anywhere else. He absolutely LOVES going, so whenever l leave him there, I have complete peace of mind. In my opinion, that is PRICELESS. Prior to COVID, he went 5 days a week and boarded when I went away for vacation or business. Even though I work from home now, I still bring him once or twice a week so he can engage with the other dogs. I appreciate the staff at Skipton truly wants to “get to know” all the dogs prior to allowing them to board. They are not just looking to make money by booking dogs to board that they don’t know or haven’t boarded or been in daycare in years. They are choosing what is best for the dogs over making money. I commend them for that. The staff is absolutely amazing. They regularly send me photos throughout the day and have even grilled steak for him. (Apparently, he wasn’t in the mood for the grilled chicken I sent). I’ve recommended Skipton to all my friends with smaller dogs and we all agree. You can’t find a better place around to trust your fur baby with.

I simply cannot express how happy I am with the care my babies receive at skipton pet lodge. It is truly and amazing space for the doggies to be. Amanda and Jacob do an amazing job with providing updates and beautiful pictures. The owner is also very hands on and involved with the care of the dogs and it’s very refreshing to see the level of commitment she has towards our fur babies. Everyone is very responsive, kind and engaging. My dogs run to daycare - something that has never happened at any other daycares we have been to. I have complete peace of mind when they are at Skipton! Cannot say enough positive things!

I really can’t say enough good things about Skipton! I’ve been taking my boy here for about 3 years now. I’d be lost without this place. He is on the sensitive side, but he acts like Skipton is his second home. He adores all the staff, and they are fantastic with him. It’s so obvious everyone at Skipton cares deeply about each dog that comes through their doors. They carefully select the dogs they take, which I am very appreciative of. They foster a safe and friendly environment, and I never have to worry when I leave him there. The home style facility is an amazing fit for us, and the staff sends adorable photos throughout the day. Many thanks to all the staff, you all are wonderful!

I have been going to Skipton for a few years now, and I absolutely love it there and Stacy the owner! My dog is always so excited to go in, and gets so excited when he sees her (or any staff member). He has boarded there too, and I love that he gets to sleep in bed with whomever is there! I also feel more comfortable that she only allows day care dogs to board. It helps me know that he will get along with everyone there! HIGHLY recommend them! Keep up the great work!

Waited 2 weeks to get my puppy in for a "trial day." Yes, she's shy and a little scared of other dogs, so she was cowering. FIVE MINUTES later I got a call to come and get her. Stacy tells me, "Well, I can keep her for a bit, but I don't want to traumatize her." Basically, her chance is over, come back and get her. I used to bring my old dog here a few years ago and we loved it. Not sure if there are new owners, but it's changed. Not friendly.

Skipton Pet Lodge is the best! My dog doesn't do well in a cage and that's one of the reasons why Skipton is the perfect place. The dogs can go outside, hang out in the inside lodge area or take a nap if they want, and they are supervised at all times. The owner and employees are awesome, and they love dogs as much as I do. I won't take my dog anywhere else because I know he is safe, happy and cared for at Skipton. Thanks for all you do!

I called Stacey the owner a couple weeks ago asking about the possibility of boarding my dogs in July while we are away in Greece for almost 3 weeks. I told her we may have family coming to stay at our house while we are away so it’s still up in the air. I wanted to provide the dates just to cover all my basis and not have to worry about them being booked and she assured me it will be fine if I just call within the next couple weeks. She didn’t even want to hear the dates!! Couple weeks later (today) I call and say we still don’t know for sure if they are coming but at this point I’m not counting on it and to book the given dates. Stacey now tells me she can only accommodate a few of the days out of the almost 3 weeks because they are booked. I said you assured me I’d be fine in July if I just called back and her response is “it’s been booked” She also told me she only boards dogs that go to daycare there…my dogs have been going to daycare there for years. They aren’t regulars anymore like they were before Stacey took over because my husband now works from home and it’s not needed. I will be writing reviews like this on all her platforms. Very unprofessional. I know many families that take their dogs to Skipton but I’ll let them know how you’ve handled this situation..just in case they don’t read this review!

I really don’t love leaving my dog anywhere, but this place puts my heart at ease. Joanne is fabulous, she will text you pictures and updates on how your pooch is doing. Gus is happy and exhausted at the end of the day when I pick him up on my work travel days. I know pups that sleep over and they have the option to sleep on beds and couches or be crates if that is their normal preference. We just had Gus groomed there for the first time and OMG he looks beautiful and is so so soft. It’s the best grooming of his life.

My dog has a ton of energy so I have been taking him to daycare here for a few months now and it’s been amazing! He is so much calmer at home now and has a great time hanging out with his friends all day! He comes home tired and happy! This is such a great place.

Natural Care Kennels was an amazing kennel! The ownership of this Kennel has recently been changed and the new owners are fantastic! They are very friendly and personable and you can tell they really love the dogs they care for! The dogs have lots of room to play in the kennel and have their own private outside run they can access as much as they like through out the day! Shirley and Dave take excellent care of the dogs and take their specific needs into account when they are there. I will definitely be back!

First time leaving our two dogs in kennels since moving to MA and could not be happier with the care they received at Natural Care Kennels. Our Golden is so anxious and usually comes home from boarding 10lbs lighter as she doesn’t eat. Dave noticed she wasn’t eating and gave her different (high quality) food and she looks great (as does our other pup)! So pleased to have found this boarding facility and highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good quality, caring place for your pups to board!

Kennel is kept very clean, all dogs have access to an outdoor run and get multiple breaks from their pen with trips to the yard. We are repeat customers and our dog seems to enjoy going there. Owners have significant experience with dogs. The best kennel option in the area, in my opinion.

David provided our pet Kaizer an amazing experience. Definitely recommend boarding and make sure to reserve in advance as the kennels get booked very quickly.

My dog is a rescue and is terrified of the world, but he loves going here. They are very caring and love all the dogs, with good memories for each animal. Great rates, and very comfortable accomodations.

Our Juju has stayed with David a few time’s and loves it. We only use them when we need to board our fur baby

Dogs are happy to go there. David the owner has real love for dogs and an incredible amount of patience. Would highly recommend it.

Mary took away all of our anxiety about leaving our three month old puppy alone. In December we got the first puppy of our lifetimes and, being retired, we stayed at home for three months doting on her. When friends came to meet Beazie, we observed that she was timid and it took her a while to become comfortable with each new person. We dreaded the inevitable time when we would both have to be away from the house and leave her in the care of someone else. Mary volunteered to come for a meet and greet prior to our first pet sitting appointment. She requested that we run through Beazie’s entire potty routine from beginning to end to accustom Beazie to her presence. Mary instinctively knew how to approach Beazie in a way that helped her become more at ease. She brought treats and a special toy which continues to be her favorite as she approaches her first birthday. After only a few minutes, Beazie was settled in her lap without fear and Mary’s love of animals was clearly on display. Her practical knowledge of animals and their behavior has been incredibly valuable as we have never raised a dog. Mary is friendly, trustworthy, flexible and dependable. We never worry a minute when we are away from the house. We don’t know what we would do without Mary. Neither does Beazie!

I can't say enough good things about Mary Littlefield who takes care of our very timid cat when we travel, which we do often. Miss Violet usually streaks upstairs when she hears a car pull into the driveway, and there she keeps watch from the top step, expecting pillage and mayhem and the demise of us all .... unless it's Mary. Then she comes downstairs quickly and purrs loudly while directing long, meaningful glances toward her sitter. She's utterly shameless in her admiration for Mary. We try to ignore Miss Violet's outlandish behaviour, but sometimes wonder if we should spend more time at home -- put a little damper on this foolish infatuation. There was a crisis three years ago when Miss Violet swallowed a long string, and we weren't due back for another week. Mary handled the situation beautifully and kept us abreast of what was going on before and after the procedure to remove it. (Thanks, Mary!) Mary has apologized for endearing herself so to Miss Vi, and we forgive her wholeheartedly. She's become indispensable to our gadabout family. I can't recommend Mary Littlefield highly enough to anyone who travels and needs to leave a shy kitty at home.

Mary has provided top quality and loving care for both my dog and cat. Her many years of experience she has in the pet care industry comes through in the care she gives. She’s always stepped in to help with any last minute situation I’ve found myself in who’s is invaluable!

I’ve been bringing my princess to this place lately, and I’m really impressed with the way they take care of the pups. The staff is friendly and warm. Coco seems to like it here and doesn’t experience the anxiety she had at her previous place. Coco is a Labradoodle, so she definitely needs a good groomer, and Ms. D is amazing. She does such a great job, taking extra time and care to make Coco look clean and pretty. Thank you, Best Friends!

Love best friends Ashland! They are so good to our girl Hazel, she always has a blast at doggy playgroup and when she is groomed, she looks and smells so good. I would highly recommend.

Millie’s first groom was a great success! The love and care that was shown to her was obvious by her demeanor when I picked her up. Now a happy and clean-smelling puppy!!

So, my pup Maggie has been going to Best Friends for awhile now (since 2021? 2022?). We've had ups. We had downs. Management changeover, new employees, etc. At the moment, we're back up now. Alfredo and team have come together and things are consistent again. Stephanie is our preferred groomer, and Maggie adores her.

I have been bringing my dog here for years to be groomed. Stephanie is the absolute best. She’s kind and does an amazing job on my dog. He always comes out looking great.

We’ve had such a great experience at Best Friends! Our dog Bella loves the puppy play group and we also use them for grooming and boarding. The staff are wonderful and we know that Bella will be well taken care of when there. She’s always so excited when we arrive!
