My doberman Thor (18 months) has been walking with Jan and Matt everyday (except lock down of course) since late last year and honestly they have been the best thing to happen to us. Thor absolutely adores them and nothing is to much trouble, he gets the very most out of his walks and always comes home well exercised and very happy. They have got him happily socialising with other dogs, have helped fix his recall issue and generally improved his behaviour all round. Very happy with them, we wont be going anywhere.

Matt is amazing! He clearly loves dogs! He took our energetic young beagle in at late notice and treated him as his own! He knew so much about beagles already and he didn’t mind having Oscar! Matt sent us pictures and videos regularly so while we were away on holiday, we had a peace of mind that our dog was in very good hands. I would recommend Ruffles without any hesitation at all! We couldn’t recommend Ruffles highly enough. Matt came to the rescue at very short notice due to a change of plans, to look after our 10 month old puppy and she had the most wonderful time staying here. Matt sent us photos and updates whilst we were away and we knew she was in fantastic hands. They take care of all the dogs as if they were their own, and every time Luna sees Matt and Jan she gets so excited, showing us how comfortable she is with them and how much fun she’s had. We will certainly always use Ruffles for home boarding in the future.

Our very lively, strong and intelligent 2 & a half year old black Labrador Ace stayed with Matt for a week in August for the first time. Matt is a very kind and calm person with a lovely home in a fabulous location. On our meet and greet visit, Ace immediately took to Matt and I could see that he would be very well looked after. His love for dogs is very evident and I was confident that he would care for my boy like his own. Matt sent us regular updates and fantastic photos of their walks and play at home with lots of reassurance that Ace had settled in well. When we picked him up Acecwas very happy, confident and looked well fed and content. We immediately re- booked with Matt to look after Ace for our next trip and would 100% recommend Ruffles. Matt has been brilliant for our Tez! Ruffles has had our puppy regularly for the last 4 months and it has been amazing for his socialisation. Matts house is perfect for dogs with a safe garden and we received photos of our pup every time Matt had him for the day. Would always go back to Ruffles when dog sitting was required.

Could not recommend Ruffles home boarding enough! We went away on holiday for one week and felt completely at ease leaving our little Westie/Yorkie Cross knowing she had her own little holiday at Ruffles. We really enjoyed the daily photo updates of our little dog on her adventures and it really helped us enjoy our holiday knowing she was in such good hands & enjoying herself! Thank you so much for looking after our little girl.

Cannot recommend Matt and Ruffles dog boarding enough. Dexter had a great holiday with them. It's the first time I've ever left him with someone other than family and was a bit nervous. Matt put me at ease straight away and sent lots of pupdates so I knew Dexter wasn't missing me too much! He was exhausted due to the amount of fun he'd had. Thank you for fitting us in at late notice. Dexter will definitely be back

We are so pleased to have found Matt, he recently looked after Archie our springer spaniel who is very excitable, but sensitive. Matt is such a calm relaxed person , Archie really was comfortable with him such a relief , when we picked Archie up we could see how happy he was and not stressed. Matt kept us updated and sent us lots of photos. Archie is already booked in for his next holiday . Thank you Matt

Peanut has a great time staying at Ruffles Home Boarding and is looked after just like she’s at home. We get lots of updates to see how she’s getting on and she always looks very happy. We are delighted to have found somewhere we can feel confident leaving her.

Caroline is fantastic. She’s looked after my grumpy old cat several times now, he’s usually very wary of new people but absolutely loves her. I’m able to relax while I’m away knowing that he’s well looked after and happy in his own home. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Caroline to anyone!

Caroline has been has been looking after my diabetic cat for many years now & I can relax knowing he is well looked after & his insulin is administered as is needed. I get daily updates and he always seems content and happy.

Highly recommended. Caroline does a fantastic job taking care of our cat who needs daily medication when we are away. Our cat doesn't always like company but Caroline has won her round, and the daily videos she sends are really reassuring.

Fantastic service by Caroline of Caring4paws ltd. My furbaby is a timid old girl and doesnt take kindly to new people or changes in routine. Therefore I was worried about going on holiday for the first time since giving her a home. Absolutely nothing to worry about. With daily videos and photos, and contact from Caroline when my furbaby had scratched her face and required some healing spray, completely put my mind at rest. Happily looking at next years holiday knowing my furbaby will be in extremely good hands. Thanks Caroline.

Caroline takes great care of our cat while we are away. She is reliable and caring and keeps in regular contact with videos. Very good value for money, would certainly recommend.

Caroline from Caring4Paws has wonderful cat whispering skills that make my timid house cat feel immediately comfortable with her each time she visits him. I love that she asks lots of questions about his routines and hiding places, spends plenty of time grooming him (his favourite) and sends me videos of him happily accepting a fuss. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough and it makes travelling so much easier knowing he’s content and comfortable.

I cannot tell you how blessed we are to have Caring Paws look after dog. Caz looks after the animals with amazing love and care. My dog doesn’t even say goodbye when we leave him with her, it’s certainly a home from home I cannot recommend it enough Thank you

Our dog has been a regular boarder with Caroline for about 4 years, when we go on holiday, and Caroline has also visited our cat at our home. Our dog is treated like royalty every time (even gets Christmas dinners and presents!) and has lovely long walks and loads of attention. We've always felt very comfortable to leave our keys with Caroline and would not hesitate to recommend her for any pet sitting, visiting, walking and boarding. Caroline regularly updates us and sends photos and videos during the pets' time in her care, which is lovely as you get to see how well your pet is being cared for.

We cannot praise The Puppy Pad enough. They have been looking after our little Bertie for about 3 years, might even be a bit longer than that! They are so amazing with this little boy! Nothing is too much trouble for them! The whole family gets involved with him and every time we leave Bertie, I have absolutely no worries that he is going to be looked after to the highest standard! You will always get updates and photos while you are on holiday and I know my fussy little Bertie gets first class care all the time. Can’t recommend The Puppy Pad enough! I wouldn’t let anyone else look after him! If The Puppy Pad can’t look after him (which is very unlikely) then we just wouldn’t go to whatever we had planned. The Puppy Pad has changed our life for dog care ❤️

We have used the Puppy Pad now a couple of times for our pup for when we are away. After only having him a short while before our first holiday, we were super nervous about him going but Nicole made me feel at ease straight away. I had absolutely nothing to worry about, he loved it and is a true home from home for him. We are kept uptodate of what they are up to and the activities Nicole does with them is brilliant! He is so sad once he gets home as he has had so much fun with Nicole and the rest of the Puppy Pad! I would highly recommend her and will always use the Puppy Pad as my first choice for doggy holiday care! x

My fur babies second home 🥰 Nicole loves my doggos like they're her own and they love her right back. Before finding The Puppy Pad I was worried about going on holiday abroad leaving my boys behind, but I now suspect they have a better time than me. I couldn't ask for more. Nicole is simply wonderful. We highly recommend The Puppy Pad and we are truly grateful.

My boy loves going to Puppy Pad. He is happy and worn out everytime I pick him up. Much better than big daycare places as they get more attention and loving environment. Definitely recommend.

If I could award The Puppy Pad more than 5 Stars I would! Moving to Castle Hill, I was quite nervous about my dog going to daycare as she'd previously stayed at home with family while I was working although I had nothing to be nervous about! The Puppy Pad is perfect for her, I get regular updates and photos which show just how much fun she's having! Her tail is ALWAYS wagging! And she even squeals in the car with excitement to get to daycare as she's so excited & makes me run down the road to get there so I don't think that can sum up just how much she loves it in a paragraph but sending your dog to The Puppy Pad would honestly be one of the best places for them and I can't recommend enough!

The Puppy Pad looked after our 2 dogs when they were one year old. It was our first time going away and leaving them somewhere. I was extra nervous as one of the dogs had hurt his leg. Nicole went above and beyond to take extra care of him and made them feel at home. I would highly recommend The Puppy Pad as they have a genuine love for dogs!

I have used the services of The Puppy Pad since last year where my dog absolutely loves his time spent there. Plenty of socialisation, play time, naps, walks, cuddles all the things he loves to do. He is well looked after. I receive photos during the day showing me what he’s been getting up to. I happily recommend The Puppy Pad to anyone looking for a doggy day and overnight boarding 👍

The Puppy Pad is the best doggy daycare/ boarding we have utilized! Our dog Ralph absolutely loves going to doggy daycare at The Puppy Pad and since he has started, he has absolutely thrived and been so much more happy day-to-day, which are results we didn't even know were possible until he started at the Puppy Pad! We are so incredibly pleased so far with The Puppy Pad! Nicole is so hands on and is always keeping us updated as to what Ralph Is up to when he is at hers- we love this as we are very attached puppy parents! On top of that Nicole is so lovely to communicate with and it is so easy to make bookings with her which takes all the stress out of trying to find available days! I also have to mention that she goes above and beyond on daycare days with themed days and special activities for the dogs. While I am droning away at work it is lovely to get photos of him eating puppy popsicles, having frisbee and bubble day and trying out the puppy pool! Overall I would recommend The Puppy Pad to everyone in the area if I could, whenever he is at the Puppy Pad I never worry If he is okay or doing well because I know that he is having a blast, and living his best life with Nicole and all his other puppy friends! I never thought I'd be so confident leaving Ralph with someone else but the Puppy Pad is incredible. 12/10 do recommend leaving your pup here!! Don't hesitate to contact Nicole, just do it, you and your doggo will thank me later!! 🙂

The Puppy Pad are amazing. I have been sending Pebbles for the past year now and she loves going. She’s well taken care of, she is so excited when we pull up at the front door! I have used they daycare and overnight services. I couldn’t recommend The Puppy Pad enough!

Louise and her team have been amazing with our puppy, Winnie. We live in Greenwich, but are often in Chelsfield to stay with family, and they have been so flexible helping out whenever we need daycare / boarding. She loves to go and comes back exhausted, so we are happy! Prices are very reasonable, too. Would highly recommend.

Louise cared for our two pugs while we went on holiday. The dogs loved her could tell by the photos she sent me. I enjoyed my holiday without worry . I highly recommend louise to new clients she was outstanding.

My little guy Archie is a 1 y/o maltipoo and has been going to doggy daycare here twice a week since he was 6mths. He LOVES it. He has a great time with his doggy friends and adores the staff who take great care of him. He is completely exhausted when he gets home from the day's adventures. I also get him groomed here; he's not a fan so it's nice that it's done by people he knows and trusts. Highly recommend Louise and her team!

I was reasonably happy with padifoots. The walkers are very good and they were always happy to provide updates on my dogs walk when I happened to speak with them. Found the owner to be slightly uncommunicative and forthcoming with information or responding to queries but as my dog loved the walkers i was ok with this. Just been told at 10pm on Sunday that I have 5 days to find a new dog walker as she has moved and will no longer be providing a service to dartford, to say I am fuming is an understatement and I know of other dog owners in my area in a similar position. Moving does not happen overnight and the lack of communication is disrespectful to a loyal client of nearly 3 years. I would not recommend them because of this as you never know when the "goal posts" will change

First of all you need to understand that Lily is my baby and as such, only the best will do for her. That's where Padifoot Pet Care came in. My home life circumstances changed and as such I was going to be spending more time away from home. I went along to meet Louise and to 'check the place out' before committing to leaving Lily in their care, all looked perfect and all my questions and concerns were answered without a flicker of hesitation. Initially I was just looking for someone to look after her a couple of days a week here and there while I was at work. I have to admit that the first few times I was very nervous about leaving her, allowing my mind to wander and imagine all kinds of dramatic scenarios...nothing of the sort happened...in fact, Lily loves it there. As soon as we turn the corner to drive up the road, Lily is alert and making whining noises demonstrating how excited she is to be going there. She has the opportunity to socialise with other dogs, she goes out for lovely long walks and runs around freely with Louise and her team having the time of her life. As I said, it was initially for only a day here and there but it has turned in to much more than that and some weeks she is there every day. She has, on occasions, stayed overnight and again, the first couple of times were the hardest (for me, not her) but she was fine. I love it that she is happy to go there as often as she needs to, I love how friendly Louise, her family and team are and how much care they take of not only my girl, but all the dogs in their care. It makes my day when I see photos posted on their FB page and I can see how much fun she is having. If your dog is your baby and you are having any doubts whatsoever, trust me, this is the place to go, they love and you too will be happy with your choice to take them there. I would definitely recommended Padifoot Pet Care to everyone (in fact, I tell most people I meet about how great it is). If you are in any doubt, just have a look at the photos on their page, Lily is the chocolate lab with only one eye...the one loving life and having a ball!

As a Home Board, the dogs get the absolute best treatment you could wish for when compared to standard kennels.
