First time client. Could not be happier with the wonderful service provided by Pet-Professionals today. Our very long haired Tortie cat needed de-matting. This was carried out at home with great success inspite of some initial reservations (and 'swearing') from my cat. Thank you both. We've already booked our next visit!

Chrissy from Pet Professionals, walked our Labradoodle whilst we were on holiday. The photographs and updates were fantastic for peace of mind and our dog was clearly having a wonderful time! Chrissy was friendly, informative and provided clear and helpful communication. She clearly loves dogs and dogs love her too. Our dog certainly did! Would definitely recommend Chrissy and Pet Professionals.

Peter Turner and Katie looked after our two cockapoos for 10 days. They were wonderful, the dogs had a sleep over trial, which really set our minds at rest. Received lots of photos. We couldn't have left them with a nicer couple. I highly recommend using them, we were able to go away and enjoy our holiday knowing our were happy.

Sarah has a heart of gold,she goes above and beyond in the level of care for our dogs Sarah is the best dog walker/ carer we could possibly have shes flexible kind and a lovely person who my dogs absolutely adore. We trust Sarah implicity and thoroughly recommend her.She is just the best we couldn't do without her.

It didn’t take long for Chrissie to become one of my pup’s absolute favourite people! Group walks are really good for Max’s confidence as well as making our lives easier, and he comes back happy and tired every time. It can feel a little scary trusting your dog with someone else but we were reassured from the start with updates and pictures. We’re now utilising her boarding services too as they have such a great relationship! I would happily recommend Pet Professionals and Chrissie to anyone looking for walks or boarding for their pooch.

Rosie helped us for a fortnight providing regular walks for our dog. Communication was brilliant with lovely photos and updates - our pup had the best time! Wouldn’t hesitate to use Rosie’s services again. Thank you so much x

We contacted Sarah as our 1 year old cavaooo, Obi was petrified of going to the groomers due to the clippers. We had tried numerous groomers who were unable to finish the groom. We were at our wits end. Sarah came to visit obi and listened to all our concerns. She was absolutely brilliant with obi and I really trusted her with all her advice and knowledge. She gave us a training programme to follow daily which we did and after 2-3 months we noticed a difference with obi not just with the clippers but his overall behaviour. Sarah was always available if we had any questions or needed advise. Nothing was ever too much trouble. We’ve now worked closely with a new groomer and along side Sarah’s advice obi was able to have a full groom with no anxiety and I would go as far to say he had an enjoyable experience. I would 100% recommend Sarah to anyone who has a nervous dog. Her knowledge and patience is second to none.

We really enjoyed the Transforming Teenagers course! Sarah is very knowledgeable, kind and happy to help, I would definitely recommend to anyone with an adolescent pup. Thank.you!

Friendly professional service in your own home and very reasonably priced. The two ladies were very experienced and gentle with my elderly long haired cat who had matted fur. Definitely recommended

Jack originally told care of my elderly dog Stella who was in her last months. He was so kind and gentle with her. He now looks after new puppy Pippin who is challenging! but with his expert handling and patience has helped to calm her. I would trust Jack to look after any dog with care. kindness and understanding.

Jack has been taking care of our senior bulldog for a few years now with drop-in and house sitting care. He's fantastic and we are happy to have him care for our pet. Our dog has some special needs that Jack handles confidently. His communication is clear and quick, and it’s clear our doggo has a great time with him. A+

Jack is kind and gentle with my Jack Russell who is now nearly 14 years old. He has walked him regularly for several years and has also house sat. Jake takes several medications which Jack has managed without problem. Would definitely recommend Jack.

Jack is very thorough, attentive, and professional. He had our dog Izzles wrapped around his finger and Izzles was eager to see him. With having mobility issues he helped us with her appointments and nothing was too much trouble. We couldn't recommend Paws & Play highly enough.

Jack offers a great service. He walks our dog Laska in the mornings. She is always very happy to see him! Highly recommended!
