Never did I think I would have a pet in doggy daycare, but I’m so happy I tried it. Best place EVER! Great place for my pup to run off some energy and become well adjusted to other dogs. The onboarding process was very easy, and I felt so comfortable leaving my pet in their care. Not only is my pup well taken care of, but she’s become so well behaved in the process and I attribute that 100% to the daycare. Cherry on top is they have cameras for “check ins” and also offer grooming services at a reasonable rate.

I cannot say enough great things about this place! I took my two doggies there last week for the first time. They were getting introduced to daycare because they will be boarding there overnight soon. My senior Peekapoo was also getting groomed there. They knew we were a little apprehensive because she is 14 and has had a bad experience with grooming and boarding at other places in the past. They all reassured us she would be fine and they would keep us posted. Throughout the day they sent us pictures and video of her and she was sooo happy 😁! The groomer sent pictures of her after and made sure we were happy with her groom. They have a webcam you can watch throughout the day to see your fur babies playing and having so much fun with the other dogs there! They love on your doggies just like you would and they treat them with such care. My larger dog was wore out when he got home! 😄 I could go on but I won't. Do not hesitate to take your doggies here! They are the best around!! ❤️❤️🐾🐕

Pleasant View is the BEST!!!!! They love our babies like they are their own. Our dogs get so excited pulling in the driveway, they know exactly where they are. Special Thanks to all o the staff that have dance parties and bubble parties with the dogs. Our babies LOVE them!!! So blessed to know our babies are safe and having the time of their lives when away from us.

I can’t say enough good things about PVPS! The staff is amazing and super friendly. They provide appropriate activities and the dogs are very well supervised. They take amazing care of my “babies” anytime they are there. My two dogs get so excited as soon as we turn in the driveway and they are worn completely out when we pick them up. We have used PVPS for both daycare and for boarding. I highly recommend Tina and her top notch staff.

Through circumstances beyond my control, last year I had to surrender my furbaby, Murphy back to my friends at Proverbs 12:10 Animal Rescue. Tina Wehrs and her amazing staff stepped up and welcomed Murphy into their group in Pleasant View. I was heartbroken to leave him,but the wonderful staff sent me daily pictures of him and videos of him 24/7 interacting with the other pets boarded there. They loved him as much as I did. They groomed him and sent pictures. They watched over him until he was reunited with a new mom and dad. Would recommend Tina to anyone looking to board their baby or just a place to pamper them. They would not be in any better hands.

We have been bringing our dogs here for a year and a half. Boarding and daycare. We and our dogs love it here. The staff is very kind and you can tell they love working here. The daily photos posted to social media are so great to see especially when you need to board them for an awhile. Today we picked them up and they had crafts done such as an ornament for the holidays. Not to mention the grooming staff (we use Tiffani) are phenomenal. I never have to think twice or worry about my dogs when I leave them at PVPS, I know they are in wonderful hands. Shout out to the staff, we appreciate all you do for our boys, love, Ben and Baxter.

If I could give more stars I would. I was so nervous sending my puppy somewhere, but with constant photo updates and the yard live cam my nerves were gone. Augie loves the workers and the pups! He gets excited pulling onto their road and would go everyday if it were up to him. It’s a family environment with tons of love! They do amazing things for the pups as well as fostering! I highly recommend!

We have been taking our boxer to PVPS since they opened their doors almost 2 years ago. You could not ask for better people to take care of your babies! Tina and her staff are absolutely wonderful. Our dog loves to go to daycare at PVPS. We also have boarded her there when we vacation and I never have to worry about her. They accommodate her special food and sleeping needs. She gets tons of playtime and lots of love. The facility is spotless and there is a huge playground for them to run. If you are looking for a great doggy daycare or need to board your pup, I highly recommend PVPS!

My fur baby got the very best grooming yesterday! We are so excited we found this pet spa and daycare. The staff are very caring and loving. Doggie daycare is always fun. I would give them 10 stars ⭐️ if I could!!

Recently moved to Nashville and we were looking for a place to care for our pets while we visited our home! Not only did they take great care of our pets, they sent us email updates about how they were doing, and we could tell by the way they spoke about them that they really care, that they really spent time with our pets and interacted with them often. We dropped them off for Labor Day weekend, and weren’t able to pick them up on Labor Day as their lobby was closed, and they generously didnt bill us for that day of caring for our pets! Great business run by good people. Would definitely bring our pets again.

Preppy Pet exceeds our expectations every time that we board our cocker spaniel. All of the staff there are very professional and have treated our pet like he was one of their own. Their booking process is seamless, and their facility is well maintained. Have been using them for over a year now and would not want Chase to go anywhere else!

My dogs love it! Everyone is very kind that work here. They do great at boarding and so far have behaved! I opt out of the baths so that my dogs only associate boarding with things they love and I appreciate having the option to do so. Very affordable as well!

Preppy pet is a wonderful place to entrust with your animals. Our two pups love it; they don't whine or try to escape when we take them. They provide excellent care to my senior dogs, and I am so glad to have Preppy Pet as a resource.

Our puppy, Buster, had an amazing stay with Preppy Pet in Hendersonville! He is 7 months old and we had an opportunity to travel and needed a place to board him that had an impeccable reputation! This was our first time to board him and when we dropped him off the staff literally met us at the door and treated him as tho he was a celebrity walking the ‘red carpet’🤩 We loved seeing his sweet face on the Preppy Pet FB page several times while we were away! When we picked him up 5 days later he had been bathed and looked so beautiful wearing a green bandana! And, again, the staff was awesome! Thank you Dana, Jody and staff for making this ‘first’ a wonderful experience for us🐾

These people treat you and your pet like family from the moment you walk in the door!! Your pet will feel all the love and I wish there were more people like this in the world. I've never boarded my rescue dog who has separation anxiety, but a death in the family forced us to leave town and didn't have another option for our pup. I was nervous when I pulled up, but Dana met me out at my car to help me with my pet and his belongings and immediately made me feel comfortable. They posted photos of my pup during playtime, gave him a great bath and even made him a personalized bandana with his name on it! When I picked up my pup, I was greated by smiles and condolences as they remembered my loss and even snuck a condolences card in with my dogs items which was hand written!! I will be bringing my dog back just for playdates because this was such a great experience. Great pricing, great people, happy pets!

Very clean and well kept. The owners are on site 24/7. They treat and care for every animal like there own. There pets are on site also. If l lived closer to them my pup ( JoCee ) would be there all the time. And I don't let her out of my sight. I give them a 5 star rating.

I brought my dog to preppy pet because I trusted she would be ok. The first time I left her for puppy play time I came home and she had explosive diarrhea all over my house for days. She got so sick I took her to the vet for 200 dollars. I called to let preppy pet know and they told me that it was nerves. I understand dogs miss their owners so she could have been nervous. Then this last time I brought her I come home on Saturday and my dog is coughing so bad and not breathing well. I call the emergency vet and she tells me she has kennel cough to watch her very closely which I did and I brought her into my primary vet the following day sure enough she had kennel cough. I was very upset. Then when the owner and I finally talked I explained that she was very sick and that I had a 300 vet bill. He told me that it happens and that sorry the dog is sick but most likely sick because MY DOGS immune system isn’t good. My dog was very healthy coming into preppy pet now she is extremely sick. Do not bring your pets here. The only thing I asked the owner for is the daycare fee back it was two days so about 60 bucks he refused to reimburse me for that but he would give me a discount when my dog comes back. I told him I would not be bringing her back so no refund. If you care for your animals don’t bring them here.

Oh my goodness!!! Today was our first time getting groomed at Preppy Pet, and we will never go anywhere else. Grooming is usually a terrible time bc we have two large Goldendoodles, and the haircuts rarely turn out cute and they come out acting like they have been tortured. Not today!! Hero came out soooo happy and super cute!! Not to mention he was recently sprayed by a skunk (twice), and the smell is completely gone and he smells so good! Jody is an angel! She is so patient and kind and you can tell he was treated so differently at Preppy Pet. They are kind and wonderful. The dogs don’t wait in kennels for hours bc they get to take breaks to play and go outside to the bathroom. This place is a gem. We are starting a Jody fan club at our house. Preppy Pet, you have won us completely! Thank you!

Best place ever!! The Ruff Life are so amazing!! They helped our shy PWD come out of his shell and get comfortable with new people and dogs!! They have helped him become a whole new dog!! We love the report cards they send on daycare days!! Capone gets so excited when we tell him it’s school day and he’ll get to see Marshall!! He now runs right in and is ready to play! We were looking for a place for our Baby Kiya to go play and socialize with other dogs. She loves her time with Ruff Life at Doggy daycare. She comes home exhausted and smelling extra clean on her bath days. We would highly recommend Ruff Life!

Luna has never been to a facility groomer just a mobile groom, momma was nervous and Luna gets anxious. The staff at TRLR was so nice and friendly. When I picked her up I was informed she did well only a little anxious as expected. She was so calm until she saw me 🙈(hi, I’m the problem, it’s me). They were so great and we’ve scheduled another appointment. Thanks so much The Ruff Life Resort!

We board both of our corgis here and they love it! Our puppy goes to doggy daycare twice a week and is so tired when he gets home it’s great! They send report cards and photos daily, two are attached to this review. Would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable service.

I highly recommend Ruff Life for boarding! I have tried multiple boarding facilities in the Clarksville area and they are by far the best. Yes they are a little more compared to others in the area but it’s worth every penny. I feel confident leaving my boy there. I get pictures and report cards to give me a piece of mind. The staff is very friendly and call my boy by name when we come in. Reservations and communications are made easy with their online portal. They don’t answer the phone much but they always call me back when I leave a message. And I don’t mind because that means they are busy talking care of our precious furry family members.

Fairly disappointing grooming service. First time using this place, had high hopes and expectations. My dog was still wet enough to soak my car seat after picking him up, so now my car smells like wet dog, and it doesn’t seem like they brushed him very well. I had to brush him when I got home and got a whole second dog off of him. I expect some post grooming shed, but this was excessive. I only give a second star because he seemed like he was well taken care of emotionally.

The Ruff Life Resort is by far the best place for doggie daycare I could have found. My Sofia loves the place, the people and the various activities. She literally jumps out of the car to get inside and then charges to which ever staff is working at the front desk, looking for scratches and pets and kisses. And she gets them!

If we could leave a zero, we would… We witnessed a small golden poodle run across four lanes of traffic from the Ruff Life resort .. after stopping four lanes of traffic, we were able to rescue the dog and return it to the resort only to realize there’s another dog loose running around free, no collar… When we finally got the attendant to answer the door, she seem to be unapologetic or not concerned … Do not take your dog to this resort, especially if it’s small they can get out of the fence .. I hope no other dogs escaped before we saw the poodle..inexcusable

I am always nervous leaving my dogs with anyone so we left grandpa lol with Ruff Life this weekend and they sent 📸 photos and he looked so happy to be there and making friends. I asked them to bathe, de-shed, and trim his nails. He smells and looks so good. Thank you for taking good Carr of Cooper for us. …

Southern Paws took great care of our two bunnies while we were on vacation. It made it so much easier on them to stay in their familiar environment at home rather than move them somewhere new. Twice a day updates with photos and the whole thing was a breeze for us. We're so lucky to have a company like this in our town. Highly recommend!!

We just use this service last week and I am extremity grateful for their service. At first I will admit I was very Leary about leaving my pets. But once I've see the level of services they did offer. I felt so much more at ease and was able to enjoy the rest of my vacation.. I received daily Post and updates, I soon realized it was actually a vacation for my pets as well. Great service 👏

Highly recommend! We had a wonderful experience! They took care of our 3 cats (two 4-year-old males & a 17-year-old female) for 8 days while we were on vacation. Lori, Tracy, Stephanie, Cherie & Kelly did a great job and sent updates and photos every day. When we returned, we found a Welcome Home card and framed photos of our cats. It was so sweet! We will definitely book with them for our next trip.

Attentive and responsive. Even got updates with pictures while we were away. A special touch was a welcome home note with framed photos of our dogs when we got back! Will use again and would recommend to a friend!

Southern Paws is the best dog/cat sitting service. We have 2 dogs and 3 cats. We used them for the first time Nov 1- Nov-7 2023. We were sent daily updates on our fur babies and pictures! The daily report cards were great! We were able to relax and enjoy our vacation knowing our babies were being taken care of by such wonderful and caring people! We will definitely be using them again!!!!

We recently used Kathy and her team for the first time for our senior lab while we were out of town. They are amazing!!! I absolutely loved getting daily pictures and reports on how she was doing. We arrived back home to a very happy pup and a framed picture of our girl on the kitchen counter. I cannot recommend Southern Paws Pet Sitting enough!

The team at southern paws did an awesome job with my cat Lenny while I was out of town. I love the communication on the app. They are so friendly and helpful. Next time I go away, I will definitely use their service and would highly recommend it to anyone I know.

Southern Paws is amazing! I just went on a trip for 8 days and they took very good care of my kitty. I got an update each day of how he was doing. They are very thoughtful and you can just tell that they care very much about your pet. They make sure that they know beforehand any special needs your pet has. They are also very responsive. So glad to have stumbled on this company and will recommend to anyone in the area.

I would give them 10 stars if I could! The level of detail and care was wonderful. The staff of Southern Paws communicated with me before, during and after our weeklong trip. We hired them to come for daily visits for our two dogs. Each day they sent a "report card", as I called it, detailing the day along with pictures! Honestly, I think the dogs are still looking for them to come through the door. Thank you to Kathy Jarrell and her amazing staff! I'm attaching a picture of what I saw when we got back home. Sooo thoughtful and sweet!

Had a last minute trip just following the holidays and they were gracious to take on boarding my mom's small dog, while we took her to see her sister out of state. When he refused to eat his food we had taken for him, they were quick to try him with some they had there...which he loved! They even sent us home with a baggy of it for him, to buy us time to go buy him some of it. He seemed happy with the attendant; although he was happier to have the car ride back home! Mom rested easier knowing her sweet furbaby was in pet loving hands!

Great folks. Hate to leave the babies but too big to travel by plane. They took care and we were able to enjoy our vacay. Thank you!

I love bringing my dogs here. You can tell when a dog is nervous to go into a place and my girls are never nervous walking into Town & Country. They walk right in and gladly prance their ways into the kennel. It's so easy to board them together too. Every time I pick them up they're obviously happy to see me but they leave happy. They are so well taken care of here and you can tell my dogs are treated as if they were their own. I highly recommend bringing your dogs here! Great price, beautiful and clean facility and a very friendly staff :)

The pet care givers here go above and beyond taking care of our canine babies. I have used them several times and they are very professional and loving to my babies. This place is wonderful! They have such great care to our dog Harmony, who had really bad separation anxiety and fear of everything really. This dog tore apart our house and got worse as she aged. They were very affordable, patient, loving and kind to her and us! I immediately turned again to them when we had a family friend who died and owned a dog. They even remembered me from the 2 plus years prior! They helped us find a new home for this dog that couldn’t be taken by any friends of the original dog owner. They did it out of the kindness of their hearts and their love for God. This dog had been through so much after losing his “mommy” that this boarding company wanted to help this dog find stability again. It was an emergency situation. Any dog is safe and well cared for with this company!

Both my dog and I love this place! We live in Northern KY and board our pup here when our travels take us near Nashville. Everyone is always super friendly and efficient. We have boarded her places where she seemed overly relieved to see us... not here! When we pick her up, it's a quick greeting and back to sniffing, tail wagging, and happy trotting! She seems so relaxed when we leave and is excited when we drop her off. We feel NO guilt at all about letting her stay at Town and Country while we travel!

My doggies home away from home! My two GSDs love Town & Country so much. They are always so happy to stay. It's I'm so happy to have finally found a trustworthy Petsitter for my babies. I cannot say enough good about this sweet family. They took care of my pets even at the last moment. They truly care about each and every single pet and parent they service. We have four dogs: two Pyrenees, one medium collie, one small terrier. I don't trust my pyrs with anyone, especially the largest one. This place is incredible with them. They really know how to handle my dogs and the dogs always come back clean, happy and healthy.

I can’t say enough good things about Paws & Claws. We had a fire in January and while waiting for our home to be repaired had to move into a rental. The rental was not senior dog friendly. So, we made the hard decision to board our sweet collie, Mitch. The level of care and just how much they love each and every animal is what meant the most. We felt safe knowing he was in good hands. He also had an absolute blast there. He’s a very social dog with both other dogs and people. We would frequently pop online to watch him in the cameras enjoying the outdoors during doggy daycare. If I could give 4 3/4 stars that would be our honest rating. We had two minor issues…. One he got kennel cough. It happens but just worried us. He had to come home until he recovered, and again the rental just wasn’t a good setup for him. Also, there were several times we’d get the call his food was completely out after it was out. We usually got a heads up. Luckily we were renting in H’ville and could bring it over quickly. He was there right at 6 months. I would really recommend consider Paws and Claws for your boarding and/or daycare needs. Including are a few of the pics of him for Facebook, which they would post multiple times a week

Very friendly, you can tell the staff really love our pets. First time boarding our dog but it won't be the last at Paws and Claws. Had her groomed while she was boarded and she looked and smelled beautiful when we picked her up. Appreciated their attention to kennel cough by offering a booster vaccine at check in which we readily agreed to.

I used Paws and Claws for years when I had an English Bulldog and an elderly miniature schnauzer. The staff took great care of my fur babies. Both were on allergy meds and had other needs. Both pups attended doggie daycare and were boarded when I traveled.

THIS IS THE WORST MOST IRRESPONSIBLE AND NEGLIGENT FACILITY IVE EVER CAME ACROSS - We brought my 6 month old FULLY Vaccinated basset hound puppy to this facility for the first time April 8th, as at the time, I was starting a new job which required me to be in the office for the first week. Now the first day we brought him (from 8am - 3pm) upon bringing him home, everything seemed fine except Walter (our dog) just seemed very tired that night, however, we just attributed it at the time to being exhausted from playing so much. The next day after we brought him home it was the same thing, however, at this point, our INCREDIBLY food driven HOUND dog, seemed so tired that he was slow to even get up and eat his dinner whereas normally he cannot get up and to his bowl fast enough. So, Wednesday, when I dropped him off I let the front office staff know – I told him that he (walter) was showing signs of being extremely exhaused and that I thought he was likely getting too much playtime – I asked them to dial it back and only limit him to about an hour of play in total for the day. They said yeah sure thing. That night, when we brought him home, it was even worse – he was extremely slow and not want to get up and eat, go potty or even get his bone. NOTHING, which was extremely out of character – however, after I talked on the phone with his vet, since they said while although he was slow, since he was still eating/drinking that they likely thought it was just over exhaustion/ soreness so we were advised to keep him home to give him time to rest. The next morning I woke up and now the fatigue was coupled with a honking cough. We immediately took him to the vet as early as we could that morning and was told that in fact, it was kennel cough. Now being as we hadn't take our dog to ANYWHERE where he was around any other dogs in months (the only time was when he went to a month long board/ train program in knoxville when he was 3 months old), we immediately knew he had to have contracted it here. I called the office and immediately made them aware so they could let other dog parents know as if someone had told me that prior to me bringing my dog in, I would have made OTHER arrangements to protect his health and was assured that they would. Fast forward to TODAY – after 5 vet visits, 3 chest x-rays, one blood panel, one PCR (Polymerase chain reaction) test, THREE antibiotics, TWO rounds of steroids, AND an anti nausea medication (Maropitant Citrate- used to help him keep his food down since hes on SO MANY antibiotics) AND over $1,400, we are STILL fighting whatever god forsaken respiratory illness our PERFECTLY HEALTHY puppy contracted from this place (literally had a clean bill of health from his vet a week prior to us coming here). Attached some photos too so you can see what this place has done to my poor boy. I called today to see if they are alerting other parents of this occurrence but was met with a gentleman who politely said, "to the best of his knowledge they have not had any sick dogs here". LOL YOU ARE KIDDING ME. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE (Not to mention liars) – If you care about your dog, OR your bank account for that matter, save yourself and don't take them here to these unprofessional, negligent staff. (IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD)

Very happy with this place! Our baby Riley loves it here and you can tell she is very loved by all the staff! They definitely go above and beyond for your fur pups! My only complaint would be how terrible the "live camera" quality is and the price increases. Other then that absolutely recommend this place for boarding and daycare!

Sam LOVES his time at Paws and Claws! We have found the staff to be extremely friendly and great with animals! We also like the cameras to check on Sam throughout the day. We highly recommend Paws and Claws!

This is the best dog daycare paws down! My dog loves to go here for daycare and boarding. He comes home nice and tired so I know he is getting all the exercise and socialization that he needs. The staff are very friendly and they get to know the dogs by name! I live seeing all posts throughout the day of the dogs having a good time! They have so much to offer your fur baby like stuffed Kongs, whipped cream days, Christmas ornaments with pictures, and valentines cards with their pictures. So so much more. Southeast Vet is number one in my book! My dog had some health problems and now is doing wonderful thanks to these kind, compassionate people. Everyone always had a smile on their face, and the animals are well taken care of. Highly recommend for anyone looking for the best animal hospital in town!

I LOVE Paws and Claws. I first reached out to them in a panic- my house had flooded and we had no where to go. A hotel couldn’t accommodate me, my husband, our son, and two dogs. I had to board them. Paws and Claws were so understanding, and so kind. They made sure my dogs were loved on their two week stay, and worked with me every step of the way. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and understanding. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Literally the sweetest person ever. Nicole is so detail oriented and asked all the right questions. We hired her for one overnight dog sitting service and we were so comfortable having her in our house and watching our pup. She took him to our doggy playground at our complex and walks too. We were able to see what they were doing because she took pictures and updated us often. We used to take him to doggy daycare but will now be using her exclusively for out of town trips we can’t bring him along! All photos were taken by Nicole! There’s more but I’ll spare you all. 😂

Nicole is the best! We’ve had her as our regular sitter for around 6 months now, and i’d highly recommend her to anyone looking for loving pet care. She is always very flexible with my partners schedule, as sometimes he has last minute jobs and last minute cancellations. I truly feel like she cares for our pets and treats them as her own. I love receiving little messages and photos of my pets when she’s visiting. Thank you, Nicole!

If you’re like me, your pets are your children and it’s important that you have someone you can trust to take care of your babies the way you do when you’re away. I’ve trusted Jolly Paws for the last 4 years to do just that. I always get picture updates on how my babies are doing and they always look so happy to see Nicole. She has relieved any anxiety that I’ve had about being away for any period of time. Reliable and affordable and helped me out several times in a pinch. Highly recommend!! ❤️🐾

I am so thankful for Nicole and the wonderful service she provides. I travel for work and leisure and Nicole has always taken the best care of my cats when I’m gone. I had a cat become chronically ill and I knew I could count on her to make sure she got her medicine, encouraged her to eat and spent time with both cats playing with them and loving on them. She is such a blessing to me and my cats. I don’t know what I would do without her!

My pup, Morty, loves his walks with Nicole! She walks him 2-3 times each week. Nicole is loving and truly cares about his well being. She’s very cognizant of ensuring his safety and the safety of my house. Nicole communicates clearly and in a timely manner. Highly recommend Jolly Paws!

Nicole has taken care of my cats several times. I have 3 special needs cats that she provides special food and treats for. I also have a couple of feral cats outside that she makes sure get their usual food. She sends me pictures so that I know everything is fine at home and I can relax and enjoy my time away. Ms. Nicole is amazing! She takes such wonderful care of our cat who generally does not like strangers and has a touch of separation anxiety. Ms. Nicole is always on time, keeps everything clean and sends us fun and detailed updates with pictures so we can see how happy our little furry beast is.
