Laura and the team have been absolutely amazing with my dog storm. Following a recent accident, they have been accommodating in dealing with his new abilities, making sure he gets lots of cuddles and generally supporting me at a difficult time. Can't fault them at all, 100% recommend.

We use We Love Pets Haywards Heath for home boarding. Laura is an absolutely delight! My dog Lilly truly loves meeting her and when I need to be away I always know that Lilly is well cared for. There is great communication of the boarding (once Lilly is there) as well as every time I need to book an additional date. It is a difficult thing to find the right company to watch pets when we go on holidays (and to trust it!) but I feel like we have found a solution which works perfectly for us. Laura is an absolutely delight and Lilly is super happy every time we need to go away.

I can't recommend Laura and We Love Pets Haywards Heath highly enough! My lurcher is a fussy old man but he wags his tail with delight every time I drop him off and makes himself right at home on Laura's sofa without even a look back at me! Finding a doggy day care that you can trust is so difficult and I'm delighted with Laura & her business. She really cares for my boy and ensures that he's comfortable and happy. She is really easy going and flexible, which is useful when London trains are misbehaving, and nothing is ever too much trouble. She only has one or two dogs at a time, so there is no concern about unsettled groups or manic walks with multiple dogs. If you want a friendly and reliable dog sitter, walker or boarder, don't hesitate to get in touch with Laura, your pup is in the safest hands!

Our dog loves staying with Laura at We Love Pets Haywards Heath for home boarding. She loves the family dynamic and we always have wonderful photos of her playing, out for walks or snuggling with the family - so we know she is well looked after. Our little sausage dog has been to Laura’s several times now and she absolutely loves it! Laura takes great care of her and is very happy to send photos and texts to reassure us whilst we are away. It’s so reassuring that we have someone so lovely to look after our precious pup when we aren’t able to. We would definitely recommend her!

Laura and her team have been walking our lively labrador a few times a week for a year now. I don’t have a single negative thing to say about them! Although he’s very lively, our dog can also be quite nervous in new situations and Laura really took the time to chat to us about that and made sure all of us were totally comfortable which was so reassuring. All the walkers are just the loveliest people and are all amazing with our dog. We very consciously chose a dog walker that doesn’t use a van with cages and doesn’t walk huge numbers of dogs at a time. We love pets either walk locally to our house or the walkers will transport our dog securely in their own cars. Our dog is regularly walked with another dog but prior to this happening the team made sure they would get on well and were a good fit for each other - I don’t believe this is something other local dog walkers do. We can tell how much our dog loves the walkers and that makes us love them too!

We were introduced to the 'We Love Pets Team' when our cockapoo was still a young puppy. From the beginning I had peace of mind leaving our puppy in their care. They clearly have extensive experience, Laura and team were keen to maintain routines and training, were possible. Our puppy loves being in their care

Just picked up our lovely Sausage from Laura’s who owns the Haywards Heath branch, he has been so well looked after. The true test for me was as we walked him to drop him off I had to let the lead go about 100 yards from the house and he ran to Laura’s front door squealing with delight. There is no way he could go into a kennel as he has bad separation anxiety, when he stays with Laura he is part of her family, he adores the children and has a very soft spot for both Laura and her husband. Laura also looked after our two Hamsters and again we have come home to them being happy. I would recommend Laura to anyone!

Our dog Marlow absolutely loves boarding with Laura. He truly is part of the family when he’s there, and we have no worries at all except maybe if he’ll ever want to come back home to us. Laura and her team are so lovely and accommodating, I’m so glad we found them!

Laura from We Love Pets dog sat our mature German Shepherd at our home for two days. Upon first meeting, Koda really liked Laura and we felt very comfortable leaving our precious baby in her hands as well as our house. Dillon always has such a good time with Kirsty and Matt. I feel totally relaxed with him being there both for day care and on his little holidays when we are away knowing he is safe and having loads of fun. He now just runs in through the door without a look back at me - so clearly loves it there!

Ennio loves his walks with everyone from We Love Pets. I have bumped into a couple of his walkers (who I have never met) when out for a walk or in town. He goes bonkers and introduces me to them😂. I also receive lovely photos of him enjoying his walks, one is attached to this review. Every time I return from work, I am greeted by my content pooch eager to tell me what a great time he has had.

Excellent service! Recently used We Love Pets Crawley to walk my dog during the day and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Kirsty was super helpful in getting started ensuring all my questions were answered, and booking appointments was super convenient and flexible. A professional and helpful company that took great care of my dog.

Our pups B+M love their time with We love pets. They’ve visited for stay overs with their boarding service while we have been away and have had many walking sessions. We know they love their time with Kirsty and Matt as anytime we walk past them or their house our pups get extremely excited. It’s really comforting knowing B+M are with people they’re comfortable with and who obviously love animals. We wouldn’t consider using anyone else.

Highly recommend Kirsty and her team at We Love Pets. Updates are sent with photos. Kirsty very kindly helped us out when we needed our cat looked after very last minute.

This is more of a dog kennel with a cattery included. We took our two cats to this cattery two weekends ago and I was not best pleased with the customer service. When we dropped them off at reception they didn't ask for the cats names to see who was who and as a result when it came to collecting them my partner said he was there to pick up and said our cats names and the receptionist looked at him like who? Our cats were there for 5 days! I felt the service was very in-personable and would not take my cats back. You can tell it's all about the dogs.

I've used a few kennels in my time but Cherry Trees are hands down the best. The animals have clean, well insulated and warm looking sleeping areas. The location and country side, enclosed fields etc gives confidence that their exercise needs are being met. It did not have the usual kennel stench that you find in some places. The staff were friendly and are happy to give you a tour around the facilities to ensure it is the right fit for your standards. The kennels are clean. Only downside is that they get booked up fast. But that's a testament to how good the kennels are. Staff are always helpful and seem genuinely to love animals and enjoy their jobs there.

My two huskies absolutely love Cherry Tree Kennels. They never look back and just want to get inside when we visit, which is a relief when you go on a holiday. They come back tired and happy dogs. People working at Cherry Tree are all very nice but ultimately it’s the happiness and wellbeing of our dogs that matters while we are away. Thank you for all your hard work!

First time using them following a settling in day. Our dog seemed happy to be back and keen to go in. Dropping off and picking up was well organised , though it can get busy at key times so you may need to wait for a few mins. They checked they had all the right information. He came out clean and happy too. Not remotely stressed. I do know what a few others mean about the small kennels/ no runs etc, but our dog certainly didn't seem to mind and apparently enjoyed his playing time out and his walk.

Not the place for us unfortunately. The facility looks (from the front desk) to be in good condition and fairly well run, and people were friendly over the phone. We waited months for a regular slot to come up and ended up visiting three times in recent months for a half day and two full days. Unfortunately on two of the three times I dropped my dog off I found the person running the front desk very unfriendly and unwelcoming. I even called after the first time I experienced this to ask whether I’d done something wrong with checking the dog in which had accidentally annoyed them - which I hadn’t, so assumed it was a bad day and let it go. On the third visit, again, she looked less than impressed with my bouncy Labrador, she didn’t know we were coming despite having booked, and so decided this wasn’t the right place for us anymore. On collection I cancelled all my future appointments and no one asked me why so I left it at that. Lots of glowing reviews from other customers, so might be the wrong fit for me and my dog.

Rue (our flatcoated retriever) had her first over night (2 nights) stay at Cherry Tree (we had a trail session a couple of weeks ago, where Rue stayed for just the afternoon). Although Rue cannot reply properly, when we picked her up, she greeted us as enthusiastically as always and then went back to the lady who brought her out and was equally enthusiastic, so we took that as a great sign that Rue had a great time. The whole process of booking Rue in, dropping her off ans picking her up was straight forward and shows the many years of experience they have running the business. We will have no hesitation in Rue staying again.. Highly recommended.

We went to view this kennels, whist the staff seemed lovely and friendly, the area looked lovely also, but I did feel very sorry for the dogs particularly the ones in what seemed like a shed, they were behind frosted doors and closed inside there, the sizes of the areas they were closed into looked far too small particularly for one big black dog in the corner with no access to an outside area for them to relieve themselves or any sight of the outside for who knows how long, we were told if it was hot they were not let out so I was very unsure where they were supposed to go. We were told staff left at 4 half 4 after they were fed and this concerned me as to how or where a dog was supposed to toilet from that time until the next morning. We cancelled our bookings and I don't think I will ever forget that shed and how it made me feel for those dogs in those small areas. Such a shame as the staff seemed hard working and lovely and assumed most kennels have an attached outside area onto the back of them which is closed off at night, just not right for our dogs particularly as my dog will not toilet where he sleeps and I can imagine would feel very stressed and bored.

Sarah has been walking our two dogs for over a year now. We couldn't be happier. She is reliable, professional and amazing with our two cockapoos including one who can be tricky at times on walks. We have used a few dog walkers over the years but Sarah stands out from the rest. We would be lost without her.

Sarah is very professional and friendly. She takes extremely good care of my two cats when I go away. She always provides a first class service and I can relax knowing she is going to be there for them. My cats are very fond of her too! She provides daily updates and is an extremely good communicator. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone to look after their pets in the HH area x

Sarah looks after my cat when I'm away and can't fault her. She is really responsive on email and Whatsapp. The initial meeting is really helpful to meet her, show where everything is and get my cat used to someone else being in the house. I love the photo updates every day, and Sarah was particularly helpful when my flight was 8 hours delayed and managed to squeeze and extra visit in to make sure my cat was fed.

Sarah watches our 2 cats whilst we are away, and has done for nearly 2 years now. I cannot fault her service and her communication is excellent. She comes when she says she will, and the cats are always well looked after. I can't recommend Sarah enough!

We can’t rate Furryminds highly enough! Sarah takes great care of our cat whilst we’re away, sending us regular updates and pictures so we know she’s ok. She keeps her fed and watered, changes litter as needed, and she even keeps an eye on the fish for us too!

Sarah provided excellent care for our indoor rabbit. After our initial meet with Sarah, we felt completely reassured that our rabbit was in great hands. We recieved a message when Sarah arrived and left our house, with a little update with how he was doing. I highly recommend Sarah as a pet sitter! It's great to be able to leave our rabbit in the comfort of his own home, knowing he's being well cared for.

Sarah has always been very professional, prompt and is our dog's new best friend. Always texts if we are out to say how the walk went, really great service. I totally recommend Sarah for regular or one off pet services, fantastic.

I found Sarah through Facebook, straight away she was professional and prompt. I have 2 golden retrievers, which can be a bit of a handful but Sarah made friends with them straight away and they always look forward to their walk. Sarah always texts me to when she has arrived at my house and how the walk went which is a great touch as it reassures me all is ok at home. Sarah was great looking after our 2 cats while we were on holiday. Our cats got to stay in their home where they feel comfortable, and Sarah ensured they had plenty of food and playtime during their visits. My dog goes to Happy Dayz Dogs twice a week and he absolutely loves it. The team is brilliant - always friendly and professional and they really do look after the dogs in their care. I absolutely trust them with Max - he gets play time , rest time and opportunities for ongoing socialisation.

The Happy Dayz Dogs team are fab. They are all super friendly and professional. Our dog Norman absolutely loves going every week- he practically runs in from the car! They’ve been super helpful with giving advice and guidance when we’ve sought it and they also have a dog groomer on site which is useful.

My dog always goes in with her tail up happy to see everyone, never hesitates. The staff are amazing and very caring. After walkies and playtime, the staff go in for cuddles and spend time with the dogs. My dogs confidence has grown when she encounters lots of dogs together and she is less nervous around big dogs.

Happy Dayz Dogs is a wonderful doggy daycare Team! My dog has been attending daycare regularly for the last 3 and half years, since she was a young puppy. They were all a massive help with her training, recall and socialising from day one, they take great care of her likes shes their own, and she is always excited to see them each week. Anyone I meet who asks about daycare, I tell them all about Happy dayz, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to all dog owners.

Friendly staff always. My dog goes once a week and always loves going. Lovely walks around the countryside. They also have a dog groomer who works from the same place so it's very convenient when a groom is needed they just do it on the day she's at daycare.

Our dog has been going here for over 5 years since he was a puppy and loves it. All the staff are so friendly and they keep everything very clean and tidy. Great doggy sofas too. Highly recommend!

Gemma and Maria are fantastic and would not leave Willow, my whippet anywhere else. They carefully manage their dogs and ensure they are a good fit. They were able to manage my nervous but whizzy whippet puppy with skill and she has been attending for 18 months. I always feel Willow is safe, she is never left alone and they understand how to meet her needs. Willow has a fantastic time at regular day boarding, she gets walked, playtime and plenty of space to take herself off for a sleep. Willow literally pulls me up the drive excited wanting to go in. Willow always comes out happy. I am confident Gemma and Maria knows Willow's breed needs and meets them and she gets lots of cuddles too. Willow has also stayed for a week when I went on holiday and it is like a home from home for her so she was settled and happy straight away. For day and night boarding there are plenty of photo updates which I screenshot as they take beautiful photos. Communication is good and timely with clear general information and information needed to be communicated about Willow. Horsham Pet Care really is a 5 star provision with the welfare and needs of the animals central to everything they do.

Gemma and Maria run the best daycare service, Watson always has the best time and gets so excited to go back every week! They are affordable, kind and so caring to all the pets. I love seeing the daily updates on Instagram :)

Gemma and Maria provide such wonderful 'home from home' day care and boarding for my dog Poppy, providing love, comfort and beautiful walks in the countryside and woods. Poppy is a rescue so was very anxious early on and I very carefully chose Horsham Pet Care because instinctively I just knew it would be perfect for her as soon as we met for our introduction session. Gemma and Maria have patiently and lovingly built her trust and confidence and Poppy is so excited to go there. Gemma has looked after our dog for 2.5 years now - walking her twice a week and house sitting if we go away. She’s always reliable and our dog adores her :) we’d recommended Horsham Pet Care to anyone!

Gemma and Maria take such good care of our Labrador x Vizsla and he is always so excited to go see them! He can be a anxious when away from home but they manage it so we’ll and I never have a single second of worry about him when he is there. We love seeing pictures of him having fun and burning off some energy!

Our cockapoo is always so well looked after and is always so excited to go to day care! It’s lovely to see photos throughout the day of him out on walks or having a rest with all the pack. Definitely recommend.

This is the second time our Labrador has stayed, this time for two weeks. They are amazing and really care. Request are accommodated and Habibba gets enough exercise. She comes home happy and I don’t worry about her while I’m away. They have also had to cope with her being in season both times which they handled perfectly!

I cant recommend Keepers enough. I have used them for many years and yet again my Beagle Pip had a lovely stay and was very happy when I picked her up. You can just tell that all the staff love what they do and it shines through. A big thank you to Lisa and the girls. See you all again soon.

Keepers kennels are excellent! Very reasonably priced! Polite! Professional and very trustworthy! They managed to get reggie booked in for a 5 night stay at such short notice which was just amazing! Originally I was very hesitant about leaving him in a kennels as we have never been separated for a long time and he can be a bit of a handful! I was sent pictures and a video update which was great! He seemed to have an amazing time and gave out lots of cuddles to them all! Thank you again guys! See you again :)

My dog has just spent the weekend here and I’m so happy with the result! I was worried about leaving him as he’d never been left before as due to Covid a previous visit had to be cancelled. Also my dog was born deaf so I’m always concerned about leaving him with new people as given his breed, he can be full on with people he doesn’t know. However I picked him up this afternoon, he was incredibly happy and healthy and was more interested in the staff than he was in greeting me! So without doubt, I know he had a great weekend and would be happy to return. Also, on the first day, I’d messaged the kennels about his feeding schedule as I’d forgotten to say when I dropped my dog off, I got a message back later that evening saying that my dog was settling in well and playing with the other dogs, which was a massive weight off my shoulders and allowed me to enjoy my weekend away. Having no experience on kennels previously, I can’t say whether the pricing is considered average however I was more than happy with the price and found it to be very reasonable.

My 3 girls stayed for 9 nights and I had to visit a veterinary practice for emergency appointment straight after I picked them last Friday. The youngest girl, a Havanese puppy, in a long coat, was suffering excruciating pain after being left for days with a mass of mixed feaces, urine and hair, tightly attached to her bum, leg and tail. Vet described her state as terrible due to negligence by the kennel staff. She had to have administered strong painkillers before the mass could be removed after long, soaking in a soothing bath. Words can't describe the amount of suffering this young and vulnerable animal experienced, let down by people who were responsible for her welfare. The owner diminished responsibility. She responded in her email with a sarcasm saying that she was looking forward to see the pictures of her affected body area and finished by saying "enjoy the rest of your weekend". I have attached my girl's picture and picture taken after the mass was removed from the affected part of her body. The damage still looks horrific. Update This review was reposted without pictures as too graphic. My girls stayed for 9 nights in July.

Keepers are professional, reliable and friendly. I have always seen the dogs treated with respect and in a gentle manner. They will look after your dog as if it was their own best friend. You could not ask for more.

My 2 English Setters spent 12 nights here. They have come home in excellent conditions and whilst very pleased to see us had the good manners to say goodbye!! The kennels are a 45 min drive , but well worth the journey. I will use them again.

Tommy & Charlotte have looked after our cat Domino for a couple of years now, and are fantastic. They're a lovely couple, go above and beyond, and are reliable and trustworthy. Domino loves them, couldn't recommend them enough.

Tommy and Charlotte have just looked after my cat sky while we went on a weeks holiday. I cannot recommend them enough they have been absolutely fantastic sky is usually a very shy cat with strangers but they have brought her out of her shell. It was brilliant to have video and photo updates throughout the week of what she's been up to. Would definitely recommend and use scales feathers and fur in the future. Thanks guys!

Scales Feathers and Fur were simply the best. Having known Tommy for several years (working with us) when we heard about his new venture with Charlotte we were so excited. Our first, definitely not last experience was fantastic. Jess our adopted black and white cat can be very demanding, indeed her nickname is 'Bosskins'. We have to confess to being a bit nervous (for Tommy and Charlotte) leaving our little friend with them to look after especially has she has a thyroid issue so needs a pill each day. However, on our return she was so perky and purring and happy - I think she misses them more than she missed us! Everything was in order and we have lovely photos as well. The contact while we were away was great at putting our minds at rest but most importantly was returning to a happy content Jess. We would not hesitate to recommend them - from the first visit (where Jess didn't even reveal herself!) to the the day we came home. Tommy and Charlotte recently took care of our cat Cricket for 9 days, plus some other property chores. They are an excellent team and we had every confidence in leaving both Cricket and our property in their charge. We thought it was great that it is a two person business, for backing each other up. We returned home to a happy cat, which is something as he really can be quite demanding. This is a very professional couple and we have no hestation in recommending their services.

How lucky we were to find Tommy and Charlotte! I returned to f/t work 9 months ago and was no longer able to support my mother in law with walking her dog. Chico is a bright busy gorgeous boy, but needs close attention as loves a chase! Tommy and Charlotte instantly understood Chico and have been simply fantastic in their support of both him and my mother in law. They've been flexible when urgent appointments cropped up and have helped out, over and above, when the cat needed to go to the vet. On top of it all they've sensitively introduced Chico to another lovely dog and so now he has a companion a couple of times a week on his walks. I cannot recommend Tommy and Charlotte highly enough - extremely professional and capable animal lovers who are great at their job and understand their clients as well as the animals they care for.

Tommy and Charlotte were lovely people and amazing at looking after our large menagerie while we were away (2 cats, 11 chickens, tropical fish, 2 tortoises and 2 very spoilt house rabbits). We came home to happy, content animals that didn't seem to have noticed we'd even gone away. They were willing to do anything and everything we asked and (being the obsessed pet parent I am) I was thrilled to get updates to let me know how everyone was. I will be using Scales, Feathers and Fur again and I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to be able to relax in the knowledge that their scaley, feathered and furry friends are in safe caring hands.

We can't thank Tommy and Charlotte enough for the care and attention they gave to our kittens whilst we were away. The photo's and updates were appreciated and helped put our minds at rest that the kittens were perfectly happy and enjoying themselves. Tommy and Charlotte were a lucky find on our part, such a lovely attentive duo, and clearly love their job. No task was too much for them, even watering the tomatoes, closing curtains etc To top it all off, their rates are very competitive. Brilliant! We have used 3 different pet sitting services in the past and scales, feathers and fur are by far head and shoulders above the rest. The main reason for this is the fact that they spent quality time with our animals, playing with them and giving them love! This pet sitting duo is a 'must' if you want peace of mind and your pets to have a ball whilst you are away,😀🙂

Our cat & dog love Tommy & Charlotte more than they do us! They are always sorry to see them leave. We couldn't ask for more for our pets while we are away, we know that they are looked after and given the care, love and attention they need.

Charlotte and Tommy did my horses once a week over the winter. They are 2 lovely people, always friendly and caring, always on time and the work is carried out to a high standard. I really do recommend them to anyone with animals.

Tommy and charlotte have been walking my dogs for a couple of weeks now. All of them especially Mia are very excited to see them and can't wait to go walks, even little sooty who is nervous of new people took to them straight away. Just picked our cat up from his 2nd stay at Hammerpond kennels and cattery and we couldn't be happier. Biscuit has clearly been brilliantly looked after and is really happy. The staff are incredibly caring and do a fantastic job. In fact they are so good, that we have already got Biscuit booked in for next year. We really couldn't recommend Hammerpond highly enough.

Thank you for taking such brilliant care of my two young dogs, Bertie and Willow! Both had never been in kennels before so was a little anxious about how they got on. Staff ever so helpful and when I called the second day to see how they were, they described some of their quirky little ways perfectly. This put my mind at ease completely and then when I had to add another night due to work in the house overrunning, again the staff couldn't be more helpful. They came out clean, happy with tails wagging and well fed. Couldn't recommend more highly if I could and despite being an hours drive away, will happily keep using Hammerpond in the knowledge my dogs are being looked after well and are happy 😊

The team are wonderful and very friendly, I used to work there many many years ago and it's gone from strength to strength. We trust them to do a fab job of looking after our cats when we go away.

FIFTY TWO QUID FOR ONE DAY. That is disgusting. That is GREED. There's no option to put no stars, but that is what this deserves. They charge you £26 on the drop off day and £26 on the pickup day, even if it is less than 24 hours. Outrageous. We will never use this kennel again.

Looks good and knowledgeable staff. Update: One of my dogs came out with p##s stains over his White fur, which tells me it's not very clean and not attention is paid looking after the animals. Cancelled all other bookings.

Our two Staffies stay with Hammerpond Kennels every time we stay with friends in Horsham, because their dog is reactive to others. One of ours knows where she is up to two miles from the kennels and goes mad with excitement. They both love going in and have a whale of a time when they're there. And when we collect them, they may be glad to see us, but also a little sorry that they have to go home. Hammerpond offers excellent care, is great with medication and it is clear they love their work. I cannot rate them highly enough.

As soon as we first met with the staff of Hammerpond Cattery, it was evident that they love and will care for the kitties and doggies in their care. They were super friendly and happy every time we talked, and, they take cats for single day stays as well! Our kitties have stayed with Hammerpond Cattery twice so far and came home happy and relaxed each time. I'm grateful to have such a great place nearby where I can confidently leave the little furballs knowing they'll be loved and looked after.

Absolutely can't rate these guys high enough, have been forced to put my dear collie in kennels a couple of times in the last six months due to hospital admissions. The staff have always been super friendly and helpful and Charlie has a fantastic time and is well cared for.

Thanks for looking after Norman. He seemed to have a great time and will be sure to book him and his mum in for future needs. Would recommend to anyone considering using for their boarding of their dog.

What a great experience! My rescue dog (who I've had for 2 years and not left before) stayed for 4 days, we didn't know how he would be but the staff were amazing with him. He was a bit nervous and subdued but they obviously spent time with him and exercised him with other spaniels so he settled well and was very happy when I collected him. Thank you again so much.

Kieran is absolutely brilliant with our dog. He’s reliable, really cares about animals, takes him for such great walks and even sends brilliant pictures. I know Milo is in such safe hands when we are at work and loved as much as we love him. I highly recommend Kieran for his very reasonable and excellent service.

Kieran gave excellent care to our two guinea pigs while we were on holiday. He loves animals and we felt very happy leaving our pets with him. His small animal boarding facilities are excellent. Would highly recommend.

Ace Buddies has been amazingly reliable for Layla. Kieran has never let me down and I always know she is in good hands. I never worry about her. She was introduced to Ace Buddies as a German Shepherd puppy and has grown to be a playful, well behaved and confident dog who loves humans. I give ace buddies much credit in this. Kieran has been great with our dog Tinker. Introducing him to other dogs on his walk has really helped him and he always sends us picture of him when he’s out. Kieran is professional and totally trustworthy.

I cannot speak highly enough of Kieran's truly good natured and professional approach. Every time he has walked my dog, I receive positive feedback which speaks volumes in itself as Gemma can be a bit fussy and challenging to say the least! He has clearly managed to form a rapport with her whilst ensuring she doesn't misbehave! I was also relieved to find someone who is affordable compared to some other dog walkers. Our trio of piggies stayed with Anna for a week whilst we were on holiday. Anna was so kind to look at photos of their home cage and set their holiday cage up in a similar way. They immediately settled and we knew they were in safe hands as soon as we dropped them off. Anna regularly shared cute photos and videos of our piggies which we loved. The piggies got lovely fresh veg, hay and treats. They can't wait to visit again! Anna is so kind and you can tell she loves each and every piggy she looks after. We're so grateful to have this wonderful holiday home near us, and it's very convenient for anyone flying from Gatwick too.

I would never take my guinea pigs anywhere else than her. My boys were there for 3 weeks and she looked after them so well. She kept me updated of how they are and what they doing. She is so lovely,friendly and the best. If you need someone to look after for your small pet, she is the one for you.

My little bun had such a great time whilst we were away for a few days. Anna updated me with pics and video clips, which helped ease that anxiety being away from our fur baby. She also kept a camera to watch over her when away, which was even more reassuring. Anna had everything covered, so we could relax! Thank you so so much.. I can’t recommend Anna at Fluffies & Friends highly enough. She is so kind and caring and I just knew instantly she would look after my piggies well. Their enclosure was kept clean, they had time in the grass run and I received daily updates/photos. 5* i will be booking them in for future holidays. Thank you!

Our 2 guinea pigs went to stay with Anna at Fluffies & Friends for 2 weeks while we were away. They had a fantastic time - great accommodation, loads of fresh veggies, grass and hay. And, best of all, they got such wonderful care and attention from Anna. She clearly spent lots of time with them, getting to know them and gaining their trust. They came home very relaxed and happy to have people, even those they don't know, around them. While we were away, Anna sent us photos and videos of our guinea pigs, every few days. This was great and the kids loved seeing their pets looking happy and having a good time. Anna was also great at passing on information she has learned from looking after guinea pigs for years. We now have lots of new veggies to try on our guinea pigs and they seem to be enjoying them so far. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Fluffies & Friends to anyone and I'm about to book them in again for our next holiday.

Our two fluffy guinea pigs spent a week here, fantastic accommodation, food and enrichment to keep them busy. Anna sent regular updates and I knew the boys were in safe hands. She was also flexible with drop off and pick up, which I really appreciated. Great experience all round.

Our elderly guinea pig has just spent a wonderful week at Fluffies & Friends. Anna took excellent care of Nibbles’ needs and we were reassured with photos and texts while we were away. Lovely accommodation with treats and toys for pets to explore. We can thoroughly recommend Anna’s small animal boarding.

Anna is a professional with a heart! She looked after our two guinea pigs very well, fed them with high quality hay and fresh vegetables daily. The cage was set up very thoughtfully, it was big with cosy corners and it had been kept clean neatly. During the 12 days of our holidays abroad the fluffy ladies enjoyed a wonderful staycation with Anna! We would always book her service again. 5 stars!

My Guinea pigs stayed with Anna for 10 days and had a lovely time. She sent me regular pictures and the cage was super clean and well equipped. It’s so nice not having to worry about transporting their cage around when I want to go away! Super convenient and very reasonably priced in comparison to others I looked at.
