Marcus has been looking after my dog (and previous one) now for approx 10 years. I have used both day care and boarding. You can tell he loves the dogs and the dogs love going to his facility. During the summer its great to see the dogs in the pool cooling off or just enjoying air conditioning. The dogs are socialised and trained throughout the time there. He has a good knowledge of dogs behaviour & health, which he is always helpful to discuss. Nothing more true than the statement "home from home". Thoroughly recommend Marcus's services.
We have been using Marcus's day care and boarding services for our cocker spaniel Dex for over 2 years. Dex absolutely loves his time there and trots off quite happily to Marcus in the mornings on his day care days, even waiting by the door for him. We couldn't be happier with the service & facilities provided, Marcus takes great care of the dogs which gives us such piece of mind when we are away. Highly recommend!
Marcus is both caring and knowledgeable. Defo not your standard kennels. Hands on, expert care with plenty of interest and stimulation. We only leave our Wolfie to stay here 2 or 3 times a year, but it's important to us that we can have a happy holiday knowing he is having one too. Highly recommended.
We left our sweet Newfoundland Amari with Marcus when we went on our summer holiday and it was heaven knowing that Amari was having a holiday as well. We could truly relax knowing she was safe, happy and having the time of her life! Buckinghamshire Dog Walkers has so much space and active play in built on site not to mention the care, knowledge, experience, safety and playfulness on hand from Marcus and his team. (Amari even came on her season early while we were away !! And Marcus had the knowledge and experience to look after her and his other boarders so that we came home to a very happy (and chaste!) dog.) We are delighted to recommend Buckinghamshire Dog Walkers. Leaving your dog with someone is an act of faith but with Marcus, it’s simply the right thing to do. Thank you, Marcus x
Marcus has cared for our three dogs impeccably since they were puppies. Not only loving them and caring for them, but supporting us in discipline where agreed and guiding us with behaviours as we encounter them. We feel completely safe knowing our babies are in the best care, and he always keeps us updated so we don’t ever miss them too much!
Marcus has looked after our Boxer boy for 7 years both via day care and boarding and has provided more than a home from home environment as I think it is actually better than home! Heat lamps for winter, air-conditioning in the summer, walks that are stimulating and fun. Marcus has supported him after various operations including providing an orthopaedic bed for his sole use and held a special party for him on his 10th birthday - these unique and special touches are what sets Marcus apart from other daycare services. Our boy comes home happy and tired after a day at Buckinghamshire Dog Walkers and has remained fit and healthy and well socialised. We can't thank him enough!
Marcus has been looking after our dog for over five years since he was a puppy. Great care, good training, and extremely convenient and flexible service. Highly recommend the business.
Highly recommend. Marcus and Justyne have looked after my dog for four years. It’s a home from home with plenty of space and stimulation. Monty loves it! He comes home, happy, tired and clean. 🐾🐾🐾 …
Marcus is absolutely fabulous he has had Mocha regularly for me right from the start Mocha loves going to Marcus and obviously has a wonderful I can honestly say i never ever worry about Mocha when i am away Marcus' care of the dogs is second to none Thank you Marcus
Five star quality dog care and boarding facility. The owners treat our dogs like their own - a home away from home. Highly recommended.
Vicky did an amazing job, going above and beyond, while boarding my dog Summer for 3 weeks. Constant updates, she was really well looked after, and came back to find she didn't want to leave. Would highly recommend
Amazing service - my Dog Sammy always comes back happy content and I know he’s always safe and well looked after each visit - he loves going for his regular holidays whilst I’m working away.
Totally unreliable.Over a period of time I have now sent 4 messages through different means (including the website contact page) enquiring about dog boarding and all of my messages have been ignored. No empathy was offered when I mentioned that one of my dogs had recently died from cancer! It was ignored. I would have appreciated some response even if it was to say that “no boarding is available , sorry to hear about your dog.” I would not want to leave my dog with someone who lacks empathy and professionalism. Doesn’t deserve the business
Honestly, Vicky is THE sole best person to have look after your dog, whether for the day or overnight. Her love for all things dogs is undeniable and you can see that from the great care she gives whilst still offer competitive pricing. Our dog Wilson loves her and the walks so much he just wishes he got to spend more time with the 'The Dog Mumma'. Highly recommend!!
Vicky is the only person we'd trust absolutely with our dogs - they sometimes don't want to leave and get very excited when they arrive.
Would only ever send my dog here! It’s like a home from home for my dog he loves coming to Vicky !
best place for dogs very satisfy from them keep it up guys all the best
We have just completed the Pawsome Puppy course, it has been absolutely amazing for us and our German Shepard Jasper! Every class was great, the weekly information following each class was so helpful and will help us keep up the training! Both Debbie and Jamie were fantastic and could not have done anymore for us. Going to miss our weekly visits. Hopefully be back soon.
We recently completed the 3 week course of Watch Me, I really enjoyed it; have learned some great skills to earn my dogs attention and engage with him more. Everyone we met at Potter Paws was helpfu and friendly. The booking couldn’t be easier. Thank you!
Had our first training session here this afternoon and we really enjoyed it! The email instructions that were sent through upon registering, were very comprehensive and easy to follow. When we arrived the trainers for both sessions (there were two running simultaneously with plenty of space between), were waiting by the gate to direct us to the correct area. Our trainer, Tash, was very friendly, knowledgeable and interacted with the group in a professional manner. There was a good balance of explanation, question and practice.
The three week Watch Me course which I have just completed with my young Labrador was very useful and interesting. We learnt about three or four main strategies each session to use to help our dog engage with us. I have noticed a real improvement in my dog's engagement since I have been using the strategies. I would definitely recommend this course to others. The trainers are also always friendly and helpful and the small group size is ideal.
We started on a 1 2 1 course with Potter Paws 8 weeks ago for our reactive dog. Although he wasn't reactive in the usual sense (he didn't bark but would lunge towards other dogs because he was excited to see them), he has improved so much. …
I recently attended the 8 week Life Skills course at Potters Paws with my 6 month old Labrador puppy Freddie and we had a great time learning new skills and reinforcing previous training. For example sit, stay, come, eye contact, loose …
Debbie and Tash were great. My puppy was lucky enough to be able to attend Saturday puppy training in September 2020 once lockdown eased. Murphy always had fun and took massive naps after each session. They were even flexible when lockdown …

When we got our little puppy Freddy in June, we quickly enrolled him on the Pawsome puppy course. It was the best thing we ever did for him! He really enjoyed it, rain or shine it was great fun for the owners and the dogs, and learnt …
We loved attending The Pawsome Puppy course. We got the chance to meet other puppies and share our mutual struggles and pleasures from our new additions. It was a supportive and informative environment, gave us lots of things to consider and how to gain the best from our fur babies.
