Lisa has been taking care of my cats ever since I moved to The Villages almost a year ago. I do think the girls like her more than they like me. Lisa provides daily updates and pictures when I’m away and handles all of the requisite daily chores perfectly. She’s also flexible when travel plans change or flights get canceled or delayed. I would recommend Lisa to anyone looking for a reliable and conscientious pet sitter.

Lisa is great. She genuinely likes her pet clients. In addition to feeding and cleaning up after him, she plays with him and brushes him if he is willing. She keeps us updated through texts and sends pictures. We feel very fortunate to have found Happy Home Pet Care.

Panacea is the best pet resort we have used in the past 15 years. Roger, Claire and all the staff are fantastic! They really care about your pets. Our rescue lab/terrier mix was timid with other dogs. But after a few daycare days with individual play time, she was introduced to other dogs about her size. She realized how much fun it was to run and play with other dogs. She was anxious to go every morning when she realized it was daycare day. She was out the car door and running into the office without even looking back at us. We boarded her for 6 nights in September. When we went to pick her up, she did not want to get in the car. Panacea's staff helped to improve Selah's social skills, and we are grateful for that. Their pricing is extremely fair, and the care they are given is the best. The resort is super clean and the kennels with the enclosed patios ensure the dogs are comfortable all day. We highly recommend Panacea for daycare and boarding. We are moving to New Hampshire, and we know she will miss her weekly daycare days. Thanks to the entire team for a great experience!

I recently brought both my cats to stay here while out of town, and I am very happy with the experience. My first impression was that the staff was friendly and the area where my cats were staying was clean. The staff is also very accessible if you want to check up on your pet(s).

Boarded our four dogs for 5 nights. First time boarding and the process went smoothly. They took great care of our dogs. Process was simple, and customer service was great. Kennel and out door area nice and clean. Will definitely use them in future.

I can't say enough wonderful things about the team at Panacea!! They take SUCH amazing care of my furboy in doggie daycare. He loves it there, plus safely with other dogs (his new friends) and comes home exhausted and happy each day which tells me he is getting what he needs daily. I love this place and the entire team!!!!! Panacea is also very affordable!!

I have been using Panacea for over 9 years for two different dogs, current dog a greyhound. They are wonderful: Roger, Barbara, and Claire. I drive 25 miles one way to leave my dog there. It is the only place I would leave her. Since my review is old, I wanted to update it. I am still using Panacea for over 12 years now, and would not leave my dog anywhere else.

I have been boarding my now 15 year old blind Chihuahua with Panacea for several years. Today I took him in for a bath and nail trim. I had been very lax in getting his nails clipped as he isn’t a good patient and a loud one. It always sounds like he is being killed!! The groomers at Panacea weren’t happy with his nails since they couldn’t get them short enough with out bleeding so they told me to come back in a couple of weeks and they would trim the nails again. Even though he was a pain they were very good with him as always. I would highly recommend Panacea for boarding and grooming.

Our doggy max is a big dog who loves to play but also loves his rest. Panaceas staff are so amazing at finding that balance and keeping him happy and healthy. They’re so courteous and have high expectations and procedures to keep everyone safe. So happy with them!

Interviewed a few different people to pet sit my two cats. Knew instantly that Ana was the one I would go with because she asked good questions and took notes of everything we discussed. My cats fell in love with her instantly and one of my cats is very scared normally but Ana won her over very quickly. Will definitely be using her more in the future and would highly recommend her to anyone needing a pet sitter.

Ana and Julian have been taking care of my puppy for months now. They came by about a month and a half before I even started work, because I wanted to have someone lined up. They then went out of their way to stop by again when we finally got close to needing them daily to check in on my pup! My pup LOVES Ana. She takes such good care of him - she asks questions about my training with him so she can continue it when she is here. She always sends me photos and videos so I know he's happy - it brightens my day to see him so happy! I recommend Ana and Julian 100%!!! They will help you with whatever your pet sitting needs are! I cannot recommend Like your Pet enough! As a pet owner we always worry about leaving our 2 babies when we have to travel and cant take them but since we met Ana and Juliana we know they are in good hands and are getting lots of love. Whenever we are away we get lots of pictures and our dogs absolutely LOVE them!! I’m such a loyal client that I moved to the same community as them so that they can continue to look after our babies and I’ll continue to follow them wherever they go 😂😂😂😂

Ana and her husband are such sweet people! I felt very confident that they took wonderful care of my puppy. You can tell that they both genuinely love animals. Like Your Pet did such an incredible job with my pet. I can’t recommend them enough! They came to my home daily while I was on vacation and everything was seamless. They texted me daily with updates and pictures of how my pet was doing and when I returned home, my pet was happy and healthy. They answered all my questions and were always available. They sent me pictures and videos of Milo several times throughout the day while they were taking care of him. Very Highly recommend! My dog Roxy spent two weeks there. She is a nervous dog of 11years mixed breed. They handled her with kit gloves. I know she got exercise because she lost some weight and a a spring in her step she had been lacking for a wile....

I am so lucky to have found Brooksville Acres Pet Resort as they are the best ever!! Linda, the owner is so nice and accommodating as is her Staff. The Resort has a separate house where small dogs, like mine, have their own space and the area is like a home like setting. The rates are reasonable and the accommodations always clean and yes, like a Resort. My Dog Rocky Bowboa has stayed at the Resort five or more times and he is always happy and healthy when I pick him up. While he is glad to see me, I can tell he really has enjoyed his stay and has bonded with the Staff who treat him like their own pet. I moved to FL eight years ago,, but am a Dog lover who traveled for work and have boarded my dogs for over 30 plus years. Brooksville Acres Pet Resort is the best ever!!!! I highly recommend Linda and her Staff.

I took Spike there for the first time. Brooksville Acers came highly recommended by a good friend. They were so wonderful with my dog he was happy and looking handsome after the bath they gave him, with his new bandana when I picked him up. I would highly recommend them to anyone. The place is beautiful and the small dogs have there own house to roam in and not be cooped up all day.

We have a 4 year old boxer that needed to be boarded for the second time in her life. The first experience at a different location was ok, but here at Brooksville Piper did great!!! They thought she was “sweet”, which she is, and she didn‘t have any issues while there. They even gave her a “Report Card” which was such a fun and cute way to show us how she did during her stay. It was such a relief when picking her up to see how happy, well taken care of, and clean she was. We highly recommend Brooksville Acres and will definitely bring our fur baby back to them in the future!!

5 years ago was the first time I had to board my Babies. At that time I had just two. Honey and Noodles. I left for 10 days and was so nervous the whole time I was gone. When I returned home I was so pleased at how well taken care of my babies were. I have used Brooksville Acres Pet Resort and spa a few times now. I do not go away often but have gone away twice already this year and I no longer worry. I know they are in good loving hands. Now we have 3 Babies with the addition of Puddin. For a puppy with loads of energy she has a great time playing with her new friends. Honey who would rather lounge around all day loves to lay on the couch just as if she was home. The Staff is great! Our doggos seemed to have a great time after our trip. Booking our trip for them was easy and we felt confident they'd be healthy there with the guidelines to stay. The price was fair for two dogs to stay, AND they came home nice and clean with a complimentary bath. Plus they had adorable goldendoodle litters on site as well that were available for adoption at the time I was there.

We brought our dog Diamond to Brooksville Acres for the first time. She’s an 80lb Doberman. We were nervous because she has separation anxiety and didn’t know how she was going to behave since this was her first time going. The staff assured us that she will be fine and in good hands. During our trip we called to see how she was doing and they told us she was doing great and enjoying the company of the other dogs there. When I picked her up she didn’t want to leave and she was cleaned with a nice bandanna on. She made sure to say bye to all the employees that took care of her. I would definitely recommend bringing your furry friends here. They will be in great hands. And the staff was great!!! Thank you guys again!!!

The most amazing experience for my little guy at Brooksville Acres Pet Resort! My boy felt loved, attended to and away home! I’ll never leave my mini poodle anywhere else when I need boarding. Our Basset Hound, Charlie, loves Pet Lodge. He goes everyday for doggy day care and always comes home exhausted from playing all day. He is so happy when we drop him off as he runs ahead of us to get in. We also use Pet Lodge and Spa for overnight boarding when we need it. They love on him and we love the cameras where we can check on him while he is there. The staff always keeps the place so clean and it always smells so good. Love this place!!!

We have use this place before to board our dogs and have never had an issue in the past. I booked a stay for my dogs for the end of this month a few weeks ago. I was charged $40 and told that it would go toward the cost of the stay.During that phone call I was not told that it would be non refundable if I canceled. Due to the recent storms our plans had changed and I had to cancel. I gave them a two week notice… They told me that it was a booking fee and non refundable. Not ok Do better. Will not call again.

Caretakers really love the dogs. They plan special events for them. Today was Beach Party with sprinklers and pools. My shy baby is becoming more comfortable around dogs and people. Thank you Pet Lodge!

After doing much research, we've decided that the best place to leave our sweet girl Mia Grace is Pet Lodge and Spa. We read reviews after reviews on many places. We compared prices, but more than that we were looking for quality of care given, interactions given to fur friends, compassion for us fur parents that are struggling with leaving our fur child and accommodations available for fur child, service needed flexibility and convenience. Pet Lodge and Spa exceeded the expectation in each area. We scheduled a tour in November, and Stephanie was so tentative with us and our Mia Grace. She answered all questions and helped rid me of guilt that I was feeling for having to board Mia Grace. Then on playdate day, she was helpful in checking Mia Grace in and reassuring us that she would be fine. Mia did great. We have now scheduled a several day stay for Mia Grace while we travel for the holidays. As guilty as I feel for leaving Mia during the holidays and for such an extended amount of time. I know she is in great care. Also, Stephanie has gone above and beyond in reassuring me plus reminding me that Mia Grace is only a webcam away, with phone access for any concerns I may have. I can't speak highly enough of how wonderful the staff and facility is for your precious fur family members... and for your fur momma hearts! A. Parks

Pleased with the overseeing of the animals in their care & their setup. We had our dog groomed. He is a Norwegian Elk Hound...lots of fur...he looked good and smelled good when they were done with his TLC.

We have been using pet lodge for more than 5 years. They are very knowledgeable & our pets love to come & play. We have used other boarders in the past, but once we came here we were hooked.

Pet Lodge and Spa is a solid, safe place to take your pup for day or overnight care. The team is helpful, dog-loving, patient, and responsive. I will take my pup there again. What I liked was that they seemed very conscientious of placing my dog in the right play group and keeping the play groups a safe size. I watched my dog on the camera play and interact in a play room with other dogs his size and temperament. I would strongly encourage the team to ensure cameras are working, install them in all play areas, and find some outdoor space for the fur babies to play. Urine accidents in the play areas could be cleaned up a little quicker. It’s probably a good idea to have your pet bathed before pick up if you are overnighting them. My one year old playful Aussie mix needed a deep cleaning after being there 4 days when I was out of town. Thank you Pet Lodge and Spa for being here for our leesburg fur babies!

I love that they are very adamant about vaccinations because that means they really care about the well being of our pet and all the others. I also love the fact that they went above and beyond to make sure my fur baby eats. They fed her turkey dogs , steak , beef and chicken broth, pumpkin, rice , peas , and green beans to get her to eat. I love how enthusiastic the staff are when my fur baby and I show up. I will keep using this facility and most certainly recommend it

Our two pups love stay and play! They get so excited when they hear the word “daycare” and go running inside to the staff each time they arrive. The staff is kind, attentive and I know our boys are in good care while they are there. We definitely recommend their services! ❤️🐾 …

Can’t recommend enough. They do cool stuff with the dogs. I know it’s great because when I ask Athena if she wants to go to “doggy daycare”? She gets so excited to go. Even though they give her baths. And she hates baths. We’ve done daycare, baths and we board her there like twice a year for vacation. She is always excited to go.

Our dogs love this place! Just move to the area. Was looking for a great daycare for my three dogs and this is it! Very friendly and helpful staff. Five play yards and a lot of room for your pups to socialize and get some activity out. Highly recommend

Stay and Play is amazing! Mary and her staff are wonderful and they love your pets as if they were their own. We have been away the past year but will be bringing Lola back this week. She misses all of her friends at Stay and Play. I would give millions of stars if I could. Do not hesitate to take your pets to Stay and Play, you can rest assured they are in the very best of hands! I did research for weeks on different places to board my animals for a trip. I have 2 dogs and a cat. This was the only place I felt comfortable enough to leave my dogs for a day let alone my 11 day trip. My dogs are very active and have free range over 30 acres at home so being cooped up was a huge worry of mine. They did amazing! They were outside ALOT had tons of interaction with humans and other dogs. They were loved on and cared for as though they were at home with us. Our cat Tink was in heaven with her own private Oasis with lots of loving throughout the day. I'm pretty sure she loved the alone time from her brothers 🐕 I was able to add pictures and special treats throughout their stay and a bath the day of pick up for the boys. The price in my mind couldn't be beat! I love that they also offer day care for the dogs as well. We have done that and let's just say they came home and slept like babies. I won't be sending my animals anywhere else.

I have been bringing my dogs to Stay & Play for over 8 years. It’s been wonderful knowing I can leave them there and go away with a clear head. The staff is just incredible… you can just tell they love animals. When I leave my dog Dakota at daycare or overnight she gets so excited in the car on the way there. That speaks volumes. My dogs love going to Stay & Play. Every time we go there they get so excited. They are always greeted by staff that are so happy to see them. When they come home from Stay & Play they are wore out, so I know they had a great time playing with their friends. They facility is clean, the staff genuinely love dogs, and they offer a discount for multiple dogs from the same family. I would highly recommend checking this place out.

I cannot say enough AMAZING things about this facility. I am a travel nurse and I travel with my pup and I have to board him once every few weeks to go back home (CT) and I trust this place more than I’ve ever trusted a facility with my baby boy. They play with the pups and make sure they are all in appropriate playing groups. They feed him accurately and make sure he gets the amount of exercise he needs for the day. I also bring him to daycare there and he gets so happy when we pull in because he knows he’s going to have a day full of fun and playing! I love this place SO much and I’m so bummed there isn’t a place like this in CT because they are incredible! I HIGHLLLLLLLYYYYY recommend.

We absolutely love stay and play! Our dogs have gone several times for over night stays. When we pull into the driveway their tails start to wag and they are so anxious to get out of the car. The people who work there are so sweet and love our dogs. We call to make appointments they always respond by using our dogs' names. We also get a bath before we bring them home after a stay and my husband and I feel it is the best bath we have ever received.

Emily and Bill did an outstanding job watching our 3 dogs. Their service was exceptional. They went above and way beyond what we would have expected a sitting service to do and it was greatly appreciated. They gave great reports after each visit and sent wonderful photos. Bill and Emily are wonderful! They have taken care of our fur babies for many years with the utmost of care! We have a pit bull who has never done well at typical boarding places. It is so nice to be able to have him stay in his happy place with people who truly love him. My mom had an older dog that she could no longer take care of. Sadie was 12 years old and had always had stomach issues. Bill and Emily worked with Sadie for weeks as we tried to find her a good home. With their love and attention, they figured out what caused her stomach issues and developed a diet for her. She went from throwing up multiple times a day to not throwing up at all. She is currently with a loving family, and we are so grateful for Bill and Emily for taking the time to figure out what diet works best for her. You will not be disappoint with their service. I HIGHLY recommend them!

I am so grateful that I found WiseDog Pet Care. Emily and Bill have the best communication I have experienced with pet care. I love the updates and pictures we receive during their visits. We have 3 big dogs that don't have the best mannerisms, but Emily and Bill made us feel at ease knowing they can handle them. The billing and scheduling are truly easy. Emily and Bill from DogSmith of Greater Orlando Pet Sitting are great! My husband and I have two Labradors and we went away to Europe for almost 3 weeks. During that time there was a hurricane in Florida, and we were concerned to say the least! Emily and Bill took care of the situation and made sure our dogs were safe during the hurricane and for the rest of the trip. They kept in constant contact and provided regular updates and photos. I was always reluctant about having anyone babysit my dogs however when I met Emily and Bill they definitely changed my mind. My dogs love them so much and they are so incredible with my dogs. Emily really goes out of her way to play with my dogs besides just feeding them and fluffing their beds. I feel so happy and secure knowing that my dogs are being taken care of by DogSmith of greater Orlando. I have two Labradoodles and they both weigh around 70 pounds. I would highly recommend this company because I feel very fortunate to have met two people that really love dogs and make them happy.

At first I was worried to have someone come to my home when I am not around. Also not knowing are they who they really say they are. Or will I come to an empty house. They came over before the pet sitting to introduce themselves and to meet their client. I would highly recommend them for pet sitting. They took care of my Dachshund Oscar for 4 days and did a wonderful job. When I got home I could tell they took good care of him. Also, I received 3 messages a day with updates and I have documentation of every visit. They are very professional and trustworthy. I will be using them in the future.

Kathy Fowler brings old word "professionalism" back to the meaning. Upon first meeting, she arrived ready to ask us any and all pertinent information that she would need in order to care for our dog and meet our expectations and made record of it. WE had not placed out dog in the care of anyone for 4 years because she is a total member of our family and we were hesitant to have her cared for by anyone else. As our children aged, our demands changed and we found that we could no longer make it back to the house during sports events, day excursions, and week-ends/overnight trips and vacations where we couldn't take our dog. WE trust Kathy implicitly, she has access to our home, walks our dog and keeps her overnight in her own home. Our dog by nature is a guard dog, but she allows Kathy entrance into our home and runs to her car for overnight excursions and always returns home happy and healthy. For the past 2 years, Kathy responds to our texts in a timely manner (our requests are often last minute) and she has always arrived at the time that she commits to. She has gone above and beyond expectation's and has become an extended member of our family through our dog as he really loves Kathy too! We can't recommend her enough! Our last minute scheduling could be annoying to any other business but Kathy takes it in stride and works to accommodate us. Plus, she sends us text updates and pictures of our dog while we are away. Communication is outstanding!!!!

Staci is the absolute best in Spring Hill! She watches our girls weekly while we are working! She also does excellent with our nail clipping needs! She is responsive, respectful, patient and most of all trustworthy of our dogs and all their needs! We have also boarded all 3 of our dogs overnight which I have to say I was a nervous wreck over it, NO REGRETS! Staci’s Pet Sitting has been taking care of my dogs when I’m away for a couple of years. Staci and her team recently watched my 13 year old baby for 9 days and it was great. It was reassuring to know he wasn’t alone for long periods of time, especially overnight. When I came home my boy didn’t seem stressed at all. It was also nice not find any dog poop in the yard, my mail in the house and the plants watered. Thank you Staci until the next time.

My 2 fur babies are new to Staci, but after their first "meet and greet", they ran to her like I wasn't there! It took away all the anxiety I had about leaving them. Staci with Staci’s Pet Sitting is by far the only person I would allow to take care of my dog. We have been with Staci’s Pet Sitting for about 1- 1 1/2 years now and because I have a very sensitive emotional wild pup she goes above and beyond to take care of him as she would her own dogs. She comes to my home almost daily, and my pup has stayed at her home. Staci is very knowledgeable, experienced, and very loving. She has helped us out on short notice and is extremely flexible in regards to schedule changes on my part. We honestly could not do what we do if we didn’t have Staci’s Pet Sitting in our lives. I was recommended to Staci when I desperately needed someone who could come to my home and trim my dog's nails and trim the hair on his pads. Today was our first visit and I can say that I was thrilled! Staci is very professional and works beautifully with animals...you can tell she loves them! Staci is a godsend! She is the only person I would trust with my dogs and my home. I couldn't be happier with her care! I have an older German Shepherd and a Kelpie that does exactly what he wants to when he wants to, and they are very content and happy with Staci's care. This is a great place for your fur babies! Their set-up is awesome! 6' PVC privacy fence surrounding nearly a quarter acre where they can run and play. If they get hot or tired, they can use the doggy door to go into the designated air conditioned doggy room. Your pets will think they're at a resort made just for them. Stacy and Andy will care for your pets as if they were their own.

Stacey was absolutely wonderful! She came out to our rental and took care of our two fur babies for a day. She came and met them the day before and both my dogs took to her instantly. So thankful for her and her love of animals! I highly recommend her to anyone and everyone!

Our two recently adopted shelter pups LOVE going to Remmi’s World! We tried a different boarder before and they were so stressed out. I’m so glad we found this place, because they’re so excited to go and play in the huge backyard and they’re obviously well-loved here. Stacy even arranged their first day (trying to figure out if they’d be ok here) to be on a day when there was a compatible pup for them to play with.

Remmi’s World provided excellent daycare for our two dogs. We wanted to explore the Weeki Wachee State Park (where dogs are not allowed) which is only an eight minute drive to Remmi’s World. We would definitely use Remmi’s World again.

Our German Shepherd stayed for 4 days! We received updates and photos of Jax with his new friends he made. Great place, very happy! Would definitely recommend! Thank you for taking great care of our boy.

I cannot say enough good things about Stacy and Andy! This is our fur babies second time visiting with them and everything EVERYTHING - the care, affection, attentiveness, safety and accommodations at their property is top notch! We first used Remmi's during a semi emergency situation where we had to return home to Pennsylvania for a week. We have 4 little ones and are very leery of leaving them with anyone, not to mention traveling out of state for a week. Stacy and Andy were not only wonderful with our babies but made sure they sent us updates and pictures several times a day to ease our mind. One of our little ones is a very temperamental Chihuahua who does not care for men. 2 days into their visit, Stacy sent us a pic of her sitting on Andy's lap watching a movie! What a great experience I was very hesitant at first, honestly,I was worried. But I will tell you,Andy was fantastic with my puppy daushound Lola. This was our first time leaving our dog with anyone but our family. I was so happy with how everything turned out and so happy we chose them. we had so much peace of mind knowing how well taken care of he was the whole time by this company. We’re new to area. Christine was always professional and quick to respond and Tiffany was great with our two cats. We received daily photo updates which was nice. And Gotta Go will be our permanent cat sitters! Definitely recommend!!

Christine is so fantastic! I have 5 cats and a parrot- a house full! The two boy cats are very skiddish. She was able to give the boy who needs medication to him daily. She took amazing care of my place, checking on things, and my parrot/girl cats adore her. Having pictures every day gave me such peace of mind. I live partially in Europe and without Gotta-go, I don't know what I would do! You all are a blessing!!

I was very pleased with this service. I had only had my pound pup (not a puppy though) a little over a month. She is 5 years old and very energetic, medium-sized and a little intimidating to some folks. I was skeptical how she would behave with someone she had just met. Oh yeah. She is a jumper and I currently have only a 4' fence. I have about 1/2 acre fenced and only the east half has enough obstacles (however, there is still a gate that can be easily jumped), and it is easy enough for her to get to the other side where there are no obstacles. Lots of temptation. I have been working on her boundaries. There have been 2 times where she got over the fence just because I was missing (once I was on the front yard a day after I got her and once she just stood in the front yard and barked for me, my brother had her and she knows him). I suppose she bonded with me quickly. I was relieved not to get a text. I was surprised that not only did she do well, but I was sent about 10 photos through the portal and email showing her playing in the yard. I definitely plan to use Gotta Go! in the future.
