Diane, who answers the phone and questions, was so quick to respond and very helpful. Lois, the owner, was so easy to communicate with and understood our special concerns. Robin, our pet sitter, was amazing! She was on time (actually early each visit) and she was so very comfortable with our large dog Ocala. Robin was easy to communicate with, understood our concerns for our tempermental baby, and overall a GREAT pet sitter! We highly recommend Wiggles and Wags LBI ! To the point, that my husband suggested that we fly Robin into any of our vacation locations so that she can sit with Ocala! Thank you, Wiggles & Wags!

Lois was fabulous with training our pug puppy. Our puppy was taught how to sit, stay, touch and also did agility training. I would highly recommend.

Lois and her team took excellent care of our 2 big rescues while our daughter was getting married at The Sea Shell Resort in Beach Haven this past September. They stayed with our dogs at the hotel, while we attended the Rehearsal Dinner and the Wedding event the following day. We couldn’t be happier with their attentive, caring service. Our dogs were walked, fed and just plain happy! I was so pleased with the level of care that I recommended Wiggles and Wags to our wedding planners at the Sea Shell. BTW- we were 1st time customers. Highly recommend!!

We're experienced dog owners who had never used a trainer before. We now have a very sweet but stubborn :) Golden puppy and realized after a couple of months of trying on our own that we needed help. Lois came highly recommended by several people in a local group and we couldn't be happier with the progress she's made with our pup. Ruby now responds to commands, plays fetch and, most importantly, does not run out the door unless instructed to do so. She is always VERY happy to see Lois! We highly recommend Wiggles and Wags!

I can’t say enough about Lois and Amanda. Lois trained our crazy puppy Finn now he’s a much better pup. Both Lois and Amanda have dog sat at my house for visits and overnight - always giving updates on the dogs even pictures!

Lucky’s is the absolute best! We have been brining our pup here for doggy daycare for two years now and he loves it! He goes bananas just hearing the name Lucky’s and cannot control his excitement the second we arrive. It is a great feeling knowing your pup loves going somewhere and all the staff members are just amazing! 10/10 recommend Lucky’s Bed and Biscuit :)

My dogs are my children therefore I do a lot of research before sending them somewhere. Therefore Google reviews are so important!!! First I have two dogs one is a German Shepherd and the other is a Siberian Husky thus it makes it hard to find places that will take big dogs. When I stumbled across Lucky's Bed and Biscuit I loved the photos especially the video because I knew my dogs would be accepted. Then I started reading the Google reviews and I was really impressed! I make a trip to New Jersey once a year to take care of stuff for my dad this trip however was going to be different because my dogs couldn't go to a lot of the appointments that we had scheduled during my two weeks. I called during Memorial Day weekend to book my 10 visit package and my one overnight stay and was very excited to find out that my package included an extra day because of the holiday sale. The receptionist was polite and helpful on the phone booking my package, my overnight stay and helping me book my first two play days. Upon arrival for their first play day the receptionists at the front desk were helpful and made the check-in process easy and took their time answering my questions. The check out process was just as easy and I could tell upon picking up my dogs that they loved their day!! One of the things that I loved about this place is the extra packages that were available because this made it less stressful for me trying to find other places such as a groomer, so during my dogs stay I was able to get a brush out and I was also able to add a food package to their daily food to ensure that they were eating during their stay at the facility. Also I need to mention that one of the things that I loved was when picking up my dogs I was handed a summary of their day which help me because it told me how they played who they played with, if they ate along with how many times they went to the bathroom. As a parent it's important to have this because I am able to see if my dogs were stressed being there just by how they ate their food and how many times they went to the bathroom. I am so glad that I found this place and I'm excited for future trips because I now have a safe place for my dogs to go and have fun while I'm taking care of other things. PS I should add that in the mornings when the dogs saw I was getting dressed they would literally run to the door by their leashes and wait for me so they could go to Lucky's Bed and Biscuit!!!

My Bentley LOVES Lucky’s Bed & Biscuit! I wish I could bring him everywhere with us, but there are places that don’t allow dogs. I feel confident and worry free when he is at Lucky’s because I know he is well taken care of and having a lot of fun!

Obsessed with Lucky’s and will plan to use them every time we come to visit family in Beach Haven! We booked daycare with only a couple day’s notice and even scheduled a nail cutting service the same day without any issues. When we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and professional— To our surprise, we were also able to arrange to have our pup dropped back off in Beach Haven (and got to avoid so much traffic on a busy summer weekend)! Oh and the retail selection is amazing!! They have a HUGE assortment of toys, leashes, apparel and doggie treats. We also loved that he was returned to us smelling better than we dropped him off (even though we just had his nails trimmed)x Plus, getting a puppy report card so we got to know what he was up to all day was sooo cute and nice. Btw The hat we had to buy him didn’t end up fitting… but now we get to return it right at the Lucky shop in Beach Haven!

This is a truly elite facility. It is pricy, but you are absolutely getting what you pay for here. They will give you a tour of the facility and you should take it. They have a pool for the dogs and the rest of the indoor/outdoor areas are really nice. They will also pick up and drop off your dog if you’d like. We are not as high on the grooming they offer, but their doggy day care services are truly top notch. We wish this was closer to home!

Our dog loves Lucky's. Sh always comes home happy and healthy. They treat her like ther own. We wouldn't consider send her anywhere else

The best groomers around! Always so sweet and so patient and do a fantastic job! I use them for my pup and my parents who live up north (when they’re not in LBI) even drive down to have their dog groomed here. Fantastic group here! And our dogs ALWAYS look great!

My wife and I have been clients for approximately 18 years. We have brought two different dogs here, both cockapoos; Mocha for 5 years, and most recently Rocky for 13 years. When you call Lucky’s the voicemail advertises that they’re “where your pets are family.” They live up to that statement every day! Richie and the rest of their dedicated staff are wonderful with their clients and the dogs. Rocky has been in their “serenity suites” the past couple of years as an elder dog and was treated sin such a gentle and loving manner. We just laid him to rest on Friday at the age of 16 (we think), and I just wanted to thank them publicly for treating both of our dogs so wonderfully throughout the years. If we decide to become dog parents again, we will undoubtedly use Lucky’s! We recommend that you do the same.

Our 2 1/2 year old dog Mars had his first stay at Lucky's this past April. He is a rescue and we have had him less than a year. Our usual boarding facility was booked and an aquintance recommended Lucky's. I am very apprehensive about finding the right boarding facility since Mars has anxiety from being in so many foster situations, and also at times is fearful of other dogs. I found their Website to be promising, and their intake paperwork seemed very thorough to get to know him and be able to deal with him on an individual basis. Let me just say we had a wonderful experience at Lucky's and have booked them again! We received daily pictures of Mars with updates on how he was. In addition, if we had questions our emails we answered daily. Haley and assistant manager Taylor really put my mind at ease with their thorough communication. We also had him groomed their which I was really pleased with, they gave him a blueberry facial! He came home in great shape, was happy and had no problems! We even received a report card on his stay! Thank you Lucky's for doing a great job on a holiday weekend!

My Dad suffered a stroke and we had to rush to find someplace for April,I live 3 hours away so we were searching hard for a kennel many said they could NOT help,Cranberry Creek was the ONLY one to help us,even though they were also very busy,they took in April. All the people there were OUTSTANDING!! I can't remember her name but she had white hair and glasses and she was very very helpful and always on top with communication and details. 1000% professionals all the way and their prices are awesome.

Cranberry Creek is the BEST. Hands down. The owner and staff truly love animals, and this is completely evident in their care of both pets and humans alike. I am so very grateful to have been referred here by our vet, and even more grateful to everyone who treats my dog like one of their own. My pup actually gets excited about staying here, and gets plenty of playtime and attention!! I never feel like I have to worry about the quality of care he receives. Drop off and pickup are an easy and smooth process, calling to book is always pleasant - it honestly feels like I am leaving my dog with FAMILY and not a facility. This is both a reflection on the ownership and each and every individual that works here. I can't thank Cranberry Creek enough. If you're reading this and are unsure - call and ask to tour the facility! They're very transparent and are always eager to help.

Highly recommend Cranberry Creek, they are super professional, compassionate, and reasonably priced for the level of service they provide. We have two large and needy huskies and they provide the best care. We've been going there for over 5 years and from day one. They always treated our dogs like an extension of their family. It's like we're dropping them off to relatives so we have peace of mind.

Boarded our dog Finn for very first time and were very nervous about leaving him. Everyone was so nice and welcoming and he was very at ease when we dropped him off due to very friendly staff and calm environment. When we we picked him up we could tell he was well taken care of and happy. Can’t say enough about cranberry creek boarding!!

I couldn’t be happier with our first experience working with Cranberry Creek. After we met the staff and toured the facility, we had no hesitation to leave our pups. It felt more like “doggy camp” than “dog boarding”. In fact, I remarked that I’d like to camp there myself. We loved it so much that we already booked another overnight.

Friendly staff. Extremely clean. Beautifully designed and maintained very well. Prices are reasonable. Gravel car park. Great views. We would highly recommend leaving your dog or dogs here. We left 2 aggressive dogs here for a night, a wee bit apprehensive at first. No issues. I'd give them 15 stars if I could.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND this kennel! Previously took my 100lb lab/mountain dog mix to another trainer... trainer stated too difficult to work with come get him! I sought out Robinswood Kennels from their great reputation in the dog training community. BAM!! This was the BEST decision Ever! Left my dog MARTY there for 2 weeks.. coming back for intermittent training with a fabulous trainer Rick Mc each time. He not only solved many of our issues with Marty but helped us understand what we were doing wrong! The kennel was always clean when we dropped in unannounced which was important to us. A+ in my book!

We couldn't be happier with Rick and Desiree at Robinswood! We came to them a few months ago with our Pittie puppy who we found out in the middle of nowhere. Our baby, Bella, was extremely hyper, more hyper than your typical puppy, which is why we believe she was dumped. Bella would not listen to anyone, would bite and jump, typical puppy behavior, I know, but it was becoming a serious issue, especially the biting. She would act as a bully to my 5 year old Pittie and would send her into full-blown panic attacks. We decided to do the 2 week basic training which turned out to be the key to almost all of our puppy problems! We plan to complete the advance training in the fall! Not only is Robinswood good for training but they are also great for kenneling your dogs when you go away on vacation! Between training and kenneling, we've used them 3 times and we couldn't be happier! It's so worth every penny!!!

I brought my dog Max there maybe 11 years ago and Rick did a good job. Now it seems that Rick has retired and his trainers need training. I do not recommend his place anymore which is a shame. The master is gone and your dog may as well be trained at pets mart for 3 hours except you still pay the price of a professional dog trainer which your dog will not meet unfortunately.

Rick, Eric and Desiree did an amazing job with my 6 month old Giant Alaskan Malamute! He was stubborn would only listen when he wanted, was extemely mouthy the typical puppy behavior that was getting out of control. Takaani spent two weeks there and came back an extremely well mannered boy. The staff showed me what to do and how to continue his training that they taught him.
