I've met the owner for Fetch and have chatted with Anthony a few times. He is always patient and accommodating. He seems to really care for his furry clients. I have worked with one dog walker so far and she is also super sweet and kind and helpful. I feel comfortable having Fetch enter my home while at work to walk my dog.

Very happy with Fetch! We used the boarding service for 5 days. Process was easy and convenient. We received daily communication and pics. And they took great care of our Coco. I highly recommended them. I’m looking forward to using their service again!

Fetch is amazing!! I was looking for a place to leave my Goldendoodle for a night and they exceeded all my expectations. My puppy had such a great time while I was away. Anthony kept me updated and sent me photos through the Fetch app. He was very professional and took good care of my pup. I highly recommend them for any pet service!

My experience with Fetch! Pet Care has been overwhelmingly positive. I had been searching for weeks for a dog sitter that I felt comfortable with until I found Anthony and Fetch. I was very pleased with the Fetch dog walking service I used while we were out of town. Kathy was totally reliable and really bonded with my dog, as he did with her. I received notes about their walks, maps of where they walked, and pictures along the way. According to the people he stayed with, he came back happy and tired- perfect! I will definitely use them again!

The Fetch team did a great job of taking care of my cat while I was on vacation. Janae and Anthony are very caring pet sitters and I felt very comfortable that my cat was in great hands in their care. Every day I received a detailed log on daily feeding and health of my cat. I was also sent pictures of my pet which showed that my cat was happy and cared for. I highly recommend The Fetch team!

I needed a dog walker and found Fetch. I couldn’t be happier. Archie (our dog) loves Maria. She is great with him. The cats like her too. The process was easy and Anthony is professional and on top of everything. I would recommend then 100%.

I loved everything about Fetch South Miami! I got two phone calls to collect information about both of my cats, and one was even from the manager himself. Once one of their workers signed up to take care of my cats, she and Anthony and the manager came over a few weeks before I left for an initial meeting with my kitties and to gain any information Vada (my pet sitter) would need for the time I was gone. She took notes throughout and got acquainted with my little ones. While I was away, I was provided with journal entries of everything that happened during the visit as well as pictures which I loved! Overall awesome experience and will be using Fetch (and Vada!) again. :)

Recommend 100%. Our dog doesn’t look back what he sees Daisy house. She makes him feel welcomed and loved. We get pictures of how he’s doing. Overall great to have someone trustworthy when it comes to our puppy. Thank you for all you do.

Highly recommended! I've trusted Daisy to watch my pups for nearly a decade now. Anytime we need to go out of town, Daisy gives us peace of mind knowing our Frenchie is in great hands. He gets so excited the minute he sees her. She treats him as if he were at home. You won't find anyone who cares for and understands dogs better than Daisy does. Whether its a weekend or a month, your dog will be well cared for.

I must admit that I was very concern leaving my dogs under someone else's care and away from home. Daisy is not only very knowledgeable on handling dogs, but very loving as well. She put me at ease and sent me off with a don't worry they will be fine! She sent me pics and videos every day and I would not hesitate to bring them back any time we go away. Good service while pet sitting at my home but brought in fleas that took me 6 months to get rid off. Pet sitters must make sure their clothes are free of pests when visiting homes.

This is the only grooming place I will trust with my Pomeranian. The staff is sweet and loving with Luna and always surpass my expectations.

She's great with animals and her staff too. If she finds a anything wrong with my dog that I may have missed she calls me right away and gives me recommendations. The service is quick and my dog and cat come out smelling fresh and clean!

We’ve been taking our dogs to Scottie Paws for over 7 years and I have never had a bad experience. We do grooming and boarding and the service is always great! Love the staff! When boarding, they send us pictures and keep us posted on how our dog baby is doing during their stay. I LOVE that they are a green facility and don’t use any harsh chemicals which is huge. They also do dental cleanings which have tremendously helped our dog’s teeth health! So grateful for this business and thankful for all they do for our little fur babies!

I called in today to get prices and information. Very unfriendly and unprofessional. I was put on a speaker phone all the time while the owner was telling the person what to say. Owner was very rude the way how she talked. Will not be going to a place with such arrogant customer service skills.

I live near Miami Lakes and I came to Scottie Paws for the first time today to bathe and groom my Scottish Terrier, Whiskey. I was very happy with the way Whiskey was groomed. Nora took fantastic care of our dog for a week while we were out of town. During this time she was easily accessible and posted updates frequently for us to view. We would have no problem recommending Nora to family or friends and our dog certainly can’t wait to return!

We left our 7 month old puppy with them during our 13 day trip to Europe and the experience was excellent. Everyday i would receive pictures of our doggie happy and playing with one or two other dogs . We didn’t feel guilty but rather enjoyed our vacation !

Nora took wonderful care of my two Frenchie fur babies! I was having dog mom guilt for having to send then to a sitter for the weekend but Nora reassured me making me feel more at ease. I was referred to Miguel and Loving Paws by a fellow Goldendoodle owner and his precious doodle who told me Miguel was the absolute best! I spoke with Miguel about grooming my puppy and his first concern was how important it is to give her a positive grooming experience. My puppy took to Miguel right away. It was obvious that he's an animal lover and a kind and gentle person. My puppy came out of the van happy and looking absolutely gorgeous! We also have a Collie that was groomed for years by another groomer and would always put his head down and didn't want to get into the groomer's van. When he met Miguel he was all happy and excited. We had Miguel groom him and he went right along with Miguel and came out of the van excited and looked very handsome. I've had dogs groomed at home for many many years and have never experienced the professionalism, service and caring that Miguel and his team give. He's a keeper!

Miguel and Eduardo are the absolute best!! We take our golden-doodle, Bentley, to them for grooming and boarding. To say Bentley loves them is an understatement!! This is a testament to their love, care, and attention they provide to him. Grooming a golden-doodle is not easy, and Bentley always looks adorable and so happy after his grooming!!

Loving paws was recommended to me by a friend and they seriously do not disappoint! They’ve been grooming my dog for over a year now. I’m very particular with groomers as I’ve had my fair share of bad experiences. However, loving paws provides excellent service. My dog is on a schedule, and when he’s due for grooming, loving paws always schedules him accordingly. They arrive timely, work efficiently and my dog always looks great! My dog loves them as much as I do, as he’s so comfortable around them. I recommend them to all my friends and family!

I recommend this company’s service with my eyes closed. They are careful caregivers that truly care for pets and make sure they deliver the best service possible. My dogs have both been a client for about a year and they have never dissapointed. They are my go to for dog boarding and walking. My dogs already know when they are coming and get excited to see them. They also make sure to provide feedback on how my pets are doing everytime and have all the delicacy needed to handle my grumpy old rescued chihuahua that is usually aggressive and not very easy with handlers. They know how to deal with him and after a year of services he already loves them so that shows professionalism! I recommend them hands down!

Laura and Brandy are my lifeline in Miami. They go above and beyond for my French Bulldog, Eugene, and myself. They are amazing with animals in every way and I trust them completely. I have left Eugene for both long and short stays, as well as having him walked multiple times a week. You always know your pet is being completely cared for when you leave them with Laura and Brandy. As someone who has used pretty much all of their services, I can not recommend them more.

Laura and Brandy have been a godsend, providing prompt, compassionate care. While many claim that they have a special connection with all dogs, these two have demonstrated it with their action. The first time that I left my boys Nicholas and Simon was for my trip to NYC. I was very nervous because we've never been apart from each other for more than one day. Bark’s Club has the best dog sitters around! After trying several different companies to watch our dogs (and cats) while on vacation, we finally scored when we found Bark’s Club. They are our go-to when we are leaving town and need someone to care for our pets in our own home. Laura and Brandy are true animal lovers and are extremely caring, honest, and thorough when it comes to watching your pets. We know our “kids” are safe and happy while in the care of Bark’s Club and we are able to enjoy our time away from home without a worry.

If there was a thousand star option, that’s what I would rate Bark’s Club. I lived in an apartment with tree dogs and worked from home. To say it was miserable for my babies would be an understatement as I found too many times to be too busy to take them on long walks or to take them to the park and it was most difficult to leave and have nowhere i could trust for not only their safety but their happiness too when i was away on business that i just tried to never leave until i found Bark’s Club. Not only was Laura and Brandy available many times in an urgent plea for help to run up and get my babies to take them potty and for a walk for me but also fantastic to take them to the dog park, take them to the groomer and most importantly keep them for me while i needed to be away. Barks Club was even available to make arrangements to pick them up and bring them home for me!! Every time my dogs saw Laura and Brandy they were so excited and wanted to leave me and go with them!! I have a pug with separation anxiety and he is perfectly fine and happy with Bark’s Club. I honestly do not have words enough to express my loyalty and gratitude for the absolute best care anyone could ask for for their beloved dogs besides to tell you that i have moved for business reasons now after a year with Bark’s Club and when i go on business trips i arrange them to leave out of the Miami airport which is now 4 hours away so i can give my babies to Bark’s Club for safe keeping and piece of mind while I’m gone. There just isn’t any better than that!

I was at the right place at the right time when I met them (Trails and Tails Dog Park), needing their type of services just 2 weeks later, where they happily accepted, it's been nothing but excellent service, excellent personalities, excellent communication throughout, excellent ladies all around! 4 times so far this year, needing their expert attention and services for my boy, Oliver, and zero inconveniences! Friendly professional staff clean place dedicated to your pet during their stay. Easy appointment, drop off and pick up. I enjoyed receiving email updates and pics on my dogs stay. You can go on vacation and know your pets are given attention and being cared for properly. They also bathe them before you pick them up so they smell great ! When I picked them up they were relaxed and happy. My dogs returned home very happy and looked very well taken care. Thank you and they will be coming back again.

I was so impressed with how clean and fluffy Jack was when I picked him up, he smelled soooo good! Thank you! And the puppy report cards give you a piece of mind while your dog is staying away from you, they were super cute.

I've been taking my almost 2 years old Boston Terrier to this location for over a year now and I can safely say I've never had any issues with DGW Miami Gardens. My puppy runs in there so excited each and every time which is always a great sign that he enjoys being there. He's spent up to a week there and I always feel safe and have peace of mind knowing my pup will return to me safe and sound while also enjoying play time with his doggy friends. I also love that at DGW my doggy isn't locked up all day like at many other lodging places, rather he spends all day playing with his friends and running about. I HIGHLY recommend taking your doggies here!!

This was the first time I took my dog to a daycare. He hasn't had much socialization since we lost our other dog and I was a little nervous. The new client application was easy. The lobby was clean and the girl who helped me out was great with my shy and nervous dog. The status report I got in the middle of the day and when I picked my dog up was great too. I would recommend this place to all my friends.

I love how detailed they are and how they greet blu by her name every time 🥹! the staffing is so sweet and friendly 5 stars for costumer service! I had to board blu for Mother’s Day and when i picked her up they gave me a Mother’s Day card! How sweet and detailed is that 🫶🏽! Thank you so much for being great to my blu!

Took my dog here for a much needed grooming session and he has never looked better. He suffers from anxiety, as a lot of Australian Shepherds do, but his groomer Camila had such a calm and gentle demeanor that she was able to put him at ease immediately. She did a fantastic job keeping his fluffiness while cutting the excess. We will definitely be back!

I have been taking my Beagle Baby for over a year. They are very affordable, love those fur babies like you wouldn't believe. Each dog gets undivided attention and unconditional love. My dog's tail wants to fall off as soon as I tell her she's going. Thank You for loving her so much!!!

I came to pick up my puppy after a 4 day stay at the ranch. After I paid, I was handed my dog and told he had a gash under his eye because he was attacked by another dog. I asked what happened and was told that my dog mounted another dog who didn’t like it and then bit my dog. I was told that I needed to socialize my dog better. So another dog bites my dog and I need to socialize MY dog better? My dog came to the ranch a week prior for a meet and greet, which he passed without issue. My dog has been to other doggy daycares without incident. To tell me that it’s my 10 lb Bichon mix puppy’s fault he got bit is frankly, outrageous. I then asked if he was seen by a vet. “No, but we’ve been cleaning out the wound.” I asked when this happened - it was on Tuesday. So I wasn’t notified AND my dog received no veterinary care for 2 whole days. That is unacceptable, uncaring, and negligent. I then spent the next 3 hours at a vet’s office getting my puppy the care he needed. I won’t be coming back here.

Great time dropping off two dogs here for day camp. They enjoyed the property and staff. Nice property with lots of shade and big play areas. When we arrived, we were greeted relatively quickly but also saw signs directing us to office where staff also was. Noticed staff outside with dogs during playtime during drop off which was nice to see the dogs supervised during play time. Horse barn converted into nice large rooms for dogs during nap time and overnight boarding. Will be a returning customer.

My first choice for boarding whenever needed. We have a Labrador Retriever who loves to play with other dogs and water. Dog Dude Ranch is an amazing choice for him. The idea of him not spending hours in a cage while we are enjoying a holiday is very appealing to us. Everyone at the ranch is also super nice and helpful. I just got home from a long trip, and I could say I almost don't recognize my dogs after a week at the Dog Dude Ranch. I could swear they look younger. They are both little old guys who are not so active anymore. And after a week at the ranch they are both happy, running, and playing!This was more than a "resort" for both. Their coat is shiny and their eyes are bright. This is the healthiest they have looked in months, especially my little diabetic guy. This week at the ranch did wonders for him. His blood sugar numbers are the best for the first time after being diagnosed last year. I couldn't be happier with the way they look and feel after their little "summer camp" this week and am extremely grateful to everyone at the ranch❤️❤️❤️

My dog Tank had a wonderful time for doggy daycare. I also received pics while he was there. Dog Dude Ranch is very clean and the property is kept up beautifully. I was greeted immediately and their employee Axel was super kind with Tank. He gets a little anxious when I leave him, but Axel was very kind with him. Not every place can handle big dogs like Tank, but Dog Dude Ranch did a great job. I look forward to leaving him more days for doggy daycare.

Absolutely the best boarding facility in Miami-Dade. They go above and beyond for you and your pets. Amazing company. They helped me so much during hurricane Milton after I evacuated. They waited for me after hours to board my 2 dogs, after a long delay on the road due to the increased traffic. I can’t thank them enough for the support in they gave me in that difficult and uncertain time. They’re the best.

Beauregard has been a loyal member of the Pet Squire pack for years. He rides on Cesar’s doggy bus, he helps keep calm and order among the pups, and he even celebrated his 5th birthday at the facility. I work long crazy hours and can rest assured that my boy is in the best care. I receive multiple pictures and videos throughout his day - whenever Cesar arrives to pick him up or I drop him off - he is as happy as a clam knowing he’s in for a fantastic day! It's not easy to feel safe and sound leaving your pups to stay with anyone, but pet squire makes it so easy to do so. Our two dogs absolutely adore them! The staff at pet squire also seems to love our dogs, Monty and Stormy. They always come back super happy, whenever we need to do grooming they always do a great job, and the pups smell great after too! Would recommend them every time, thank you staff for always treating the puppies so well.

Pet Squire has been amazing to work with. My dog moved down to Florida with me from PA and they were very patient with her gaining back her confidence while she is adjusting/acclimating to the move. They set her up with the most perfect trainer and send picture and video updates throughout day care and training sessions. The staff is very responsive and welcoming. Pet squire is second home for my dog! My dog is very sweet and enjoys being around people so I am always anxious to leave him... However, the pet squire staff is so loving with him and take such good care of his wellbeing that I feel he is safe and happy with them. Also the prices are reasonable and the team provide great service as far as scheduling which is important to me that I have a tight agenda. This place is awesome! The dogs get to free roam all day, not locked up like typical boarding facilities. They are very clean and organized. When you walk in it doesn’t smell like a pound. They definitely ensure your baby is comfortable and safe. They go out of their way to accommodate your babies needs. The staff is also very friendly!

Our mini schnauzer stayed with Pet Squire for 3 days. Marisel took great care of our pup, including her special dietary needs. We opted for the private suite (pup is older, and a little antisocial) and she loved it! We loved getting all the updates through WhatsApp and the attention to detail. Our pup came back happy and healthy (different than our experience with other pet hotels). Would definitely recommend!

My 1 year old English Bulldog is my only baby. I am a helicopter mom to the core so I was reluctant to go on vacation because I didn’t trust that anyone could watch my girl the way I wanted. I have an 8 year old and 1 yr old highly anxious dogs. The 8 year old has never been boarded, so leaving him with anyone other than my parents was a stressful thought. Vilma came highly recommended by a coworker, so I decided to take a chance. Now, I could never think of leaving them with anyone else! The booking process, attention to detail and learning about my boys’ needs was top priority. She sent pictures and updates each day and even did personalized special arts and crafts with them! The second time leaving them with Vilma, they ran straight to her and didn’t even care I was leaving. Thank you for treating them like your own ❤️

Vilma has watched my little baby twice so far and I don’t ever see anyone else pet sitting my baby EVERRR!!! She is the sweetest going to extra mile to make sure you feel that your little one is safe with her. We had a great first boarding experience with Somi. They took great care of our pup, and the prices aren’t bad. We boarded him during a weekend trip and they sent us pictures/ videos of him during playtime and they have webcams available so we were always able to check in on him whenever we wanted (day or night). Facility was super clean and staff was very friendly. We are now planning to take him back for doggy day care and will definitely be using them for future boarding needs as well. Highly recommend.

I wouldn’t want to leave my dog anywhere else. My baby is a 2 year old Dutch Shepherd with a lot of energy. Somi has the space and the right staff to make sure she has her needs met. The staff really makes this place what it is! They treat the pets very well and take the time to understand what they need and adjust to their personality. They also send pictures and videos during her play time which really helps with peace of mind. I would definitely recommend to everyone!

Unfortunately, the resort lied when we inquired if our dog had picked up an eye infection during her stay. A superior of the SoMi Pet Resort stated, and will likely reply to this review stating, that (coincidentally) the eye infection was never observed during the dog’s stay, including the “bath & inspection” on the final day. Interestingly/Mysteriously/Miraculously, we noticed intense discharge in the dog’s eyes as the dog handler brought the dog to us, and again in the parking lot of the SoMi Pet Resort (which of course is located several miles away from SoMi/South Miami, the name is used as a clever marketing gimmick to signal luxury and safety). Despite having access to 2 emergency contacts, along with the Vet’s information, we were never made aware of the eye infection until we had to discover it ourselves only moments after the final “bath & inspection”…. As you all know, a lingering eye infection can result in permanent damage to the dog’s eyes. Our dog had clear signs at the moment we retrieved her and were alarmed enough to go back inside and ask management - they denied any knowledge of an infection, despite clear, “visible to the naked eye,” evidence to the contrary. Based on their disinformation, we now have no idea how long our dog has been infected. To the second lie: we visited the pet resort twice prior to our trip and received in-person verbal confirmation, as well as a 3rd confirmation over the phone, that the dog would receive 2-hours of play time. It was not until my emergency contact visited the “resort” (more like dog prison with little jail cells resembling a dog shelter covered in urine) that they informed us the dog was receiving only 1-hour of play time due to it “being the summer.” Again, an extreme chance coincidence that this was not readily addressed until *after* the dog had checked-in to her little doggie jail cell and the charges began accruing….you will likely hear back from a “Samantha” or a “Michelle” to dispute this review …. But I challenge you to ask yourself, “why would a friendly dog owner take the time to write this review if these statements are not factually accurate?” Again, this location is nowhere near south Miami and is in fact in the lower demographic and higher crime area near coral way and 79th Avenue. I will give credit to them that they sent a thorough response to my complaints — of course they denied any and all liability and knowledge of these disappointing actions (LOL) It is cute the dogs play with other dogs, but “resort” is a term used loosely…imagine the dogs stay in tiny prison cells…picture a typical animal shelter, but with less space inside the room and less separation between cages. When we toured the space the dog stays in there was actively urine dripping from one dog’s cage into another dog’s cage, separated by a 12”-24” aisle. And yes, we paid for ann expensive option - the private doggie room, etc. Sad, to say the least. I do laugh to myself when I think they had the “nerve” to write in an email to me that they didn’t notice discharge while the dog was in their custody, and that the sickness and eye discharge must have MAGICALLY appeared between the moment we took the dog and arrived at our car in the parking lot. Proceed with caution, you’ve been warned ….

I picked up my sister’s dogs with her today and I just have to say this place is 10/10. They gave her a report card on both of her pups during their visit and even how they ate everyday. The staff also posted videos of them on their story so we were able to see them having fun while we were away. All I can say is the staff is great, place looked clean, and all of the doggies looked so happy there.

We recently relocated to The Great State of Florida from California. I took our two German Shepherds to Somi today. I rarely ever write a review, however Somi deserves a shout out for sure. I was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the facility. It was so clean and extremely well managed. Our GSD's had a great time and cannot wait to go back.

Somi Pet Resort is fantastic! The staff is incredibly friendly and always makes you feel welcome. The facility is very organized, and I love how clean everything is. You can tell they really care about the pets and their customers. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great place to care for their furry friends!

I love this place but unfortunately my dog got kennel cough while he was there for 4 days. I spoke to someone at the front desk after we took him to the vet . The girl at the front desk told me it’s like dropping your child at daycare you never know what they will come home with. It really not what I wanted to hear. Unfortunately I don’t think we will be going back .

I absolutely love this place for overnight stays. Before my puppy was spayed and could be in the general population, they boarded her in a lovely private room and she had solo play time setup with a staff member. They have great add ons for enrichment and wonderful customer service. I recently boarded her and selected the pool activity for her. She loves to swim and run around. When I picked her up I noticed she came home with raw paw pads and was worried so I emailed them about it and within MINUTES the manager Cullen or Collin (sorry) called me to provide insight. He was very knowledgeable and let me know why some puppies can get that (less calloused feet. etc.) and also added extensive notes to her chart. He told me the staff will be mindful of her sensitive feet and provide extra check ins when she’s playing in the pool from now on. This company actually cares about your fur babies.

We are traveling the states and needed to find a place for our two pups to have a good time while we went a few places. From beginning to end this place was absolutely amazing!! They pampered and lived our doggies, even when they were timid to meet new people. They went above and beyond to make this experience phenomenal for all involved!!

Hi my name is Catalina I left Lucca on Thursday the 13th and went to pick him up Monday the 17th, I requested that he gets a blowout for when he gets out of the pool so he doesn't get hot spots but that wasn't the case, after i pick him up he wouldn't stop scratching his face and ears and during the day and night he wouldn't stop vomiting. We took him to the vet this yesterday morning where we spend $751.78 to find out he has hot spots all over his face and an ear infection. I spoke with one of the managers yesterday and she said she would refund me the $21 blowout were should have "prevented" the hot spots. I don't think it's fair for me to spend $309 for the stay that they had with you plus $751.78 for the vet bill and just get $21 as a refund. I get a call this morning from the same manager saying that the refund cannot be done and he already came like that, he stayed 4 days with you guys and saying it's my fault that my dog look like this where I paid $21 for him to get dry so this doesn't happen. Do better on your customer service because I wanted to speak with the general manager and I cannot do that until Friday.
