This was our first time using a pet or house sitter and the bar set by Leslie is very high! She is warm, friendly, communicative, responsible and very clean. Upon arriving, she immediately bonded with our rat terrier, Oreo, by bringing him a new frisbee (his favorite toy/activity) and throwing it for him in our backyard. Leslie has a sweet and mellow dog, Benny, who is now Oreo's new buddy! She kept my husband and I updated via texts/pictures of their daily activities, our house, and was proactive in asking questions before she left. She even dropped our dog off at the kennel for one night at the end of our trip since our flight was too late for us to get home for him! Our home was clean and had fresh flowers from our garden that she put in vases for us! Such a simple and nice touch! We have asked Leslie to come back to sit for us again for 2 weeks in August. I'd highly recommend her to take care of your pet(s) and home too!

Prashant and India were fantastic pets sitters for us. Both were dependable and were even kind enough to allow some service people into the home to do some repairs. Our dogs were well looked after and we got daily updates on how the dogs were doing. Prashant is very knowledgeable and gave us a few strategies to combat some negative behaviors that we were seeing with the dogs. Could not recommend them more. They will be missed.

Elaine was the best dog and cat sitter I have ever had! She was so loving to the boys, kind, reliable, capable and took fabulous care of my two dogs and cat welfare. Jacob sat for us during our holiday in March. We do not have any pets but we do have garden plants etc to look after. Jacob did a fantastic job of looking after the young plants that had arrived by post the day before we went away. He sent us regular updates and photos of how the plants were doing. We came home to a very clean and tidy house and thriving plants. Jacob did a great job and we have no hesitation in recommending him. If he comes back to the Uk and we require a sitter we will contact him first. Well done Jacob.

5 stars? Minimum, seriously, Tyler exceeded our expectations and we are DEMANDING when it comes to caring for our 4 pups! Fortunate to meet Tyler in person about a month prior, instant rapport, and she was basically born surrounded by animals. Professional high energy, and enthusiastic love for animals! We asked Tyler "Why the heck would you drive 1.5 hours from Nashville to hang in our small town?" Tyler replied "Have had animals all my life, current Nashville location cannot, I need my animal fix!" Tyler arrived the evening prior to our departure, met our 4 dogs, the eldest is special needs with bad hips, the youngest a wild child 2 year old husky, and in the 15 years of having family or friends assist with our pup sitting, this is the most positive and enthusiastic our dogs have been to anyone outside our home. It was an instant love affair. Our dogs are so spoiled with mom & dad working from home, nearly 24/7 attachment, they typically become depressed, despondent, ornery, you name it, even if we go out for 2-3 hours. The 3 instances where we did an overnight trip or the like, they acted as if we had abandoned! When we came home after 3 nights away (was going to be 5 but business cut our first vacation in 10 years short), when we walked in the 4 of them looked up as if to say "Oh your home how nice" and were content as if we had never left. That is a FIRST in 15 years. Not only did Tyler provide us with updates, photos, messages, etc. she organized (we did not require nor ask) our complete chaos of a large kitchen drawers, pots pans, you name it, it was the most organized we have been in a LONG time. Our eldest handicapped Husky, usually has accidents in the house at least once a day. The youngest 2 year old loves to chew up the carpet, toys, bedding. Under Tyler's watch, no accident, no chewing, and total happiness from a new affectionate friend! This was our VERY FIRST Trusted House/Pet sitter foray, and Tyler far exceeded or expectations, and set a standard that will be difficult for others to follow. Allowing a total stranger to watch your beloved pets and home is a serious undertaking, and Trusted House/Pet provided us with a rock star. Family and friends alike joke how we are over the top with our dogs, and Tyler did not bat an eye, and provided a seamless transition of puppy affection and well being. This review may seem over the top to some, all I can say is this is 100% true to life, and other Home/Pet owners are welcome to reach out to us for further referral. Those who are able to work with Tyler depending on her work/travel schedule would be well served to invite her without hesitation. Laura was amazing with communication from the very beginning. She sent updates of photos and videos without even being told or asked to do so. She was watching our cat and treated her like her own. Laura was also very responsive when we were trying to find a sitter for our dates and answered any and all questions we had about her experience with pets and house sitting. I would recommend her to anyone! :) and hope we can have her house sit again for us.

Absolutely Incredible.... I will not lie, I was hesitant because David did not have any pet sits before this one (gotta start somewhere) but because he did the background check I decided to contact him. We had a great phone conversation and the decision was made. He came to my house the night before I was leaving to learn all the ins and outs of taking care of my fur babies and then put himself up in a hotel for the night before the sit date. The next day he came over in the morning to learn a few more details before I left. I could not have chosen a better house sitter for my 2nd house sit . David communicated with me daily, sent pictures and we spoke via facetime. My little guy was feeling sick when David started and with diligence, love and kindness he was able to get my little guy eating again and feeling better. I would invite David back into my home over and over again but I am pretty sure he is going to be in high demand. Thank you David for everything!

I have always found Lynn and Rog to be professional in every way. I cannot imagine taking my pets to anyone else. The negative review made 4 days ago does not reflect the excellent care that they take with other people's precious pets. I personally do not believe a word of it Plus, if your experience was negative on several occasions why keep taking your dog back.
Excellent day care for dogs. Very friendly and my dog gets very excited when he sees the owners. Would definitely recommend very highly.
I saw the previous post and just wanted to say that I was sorry you had that experience with Waltham Rambles but Lynn and Roger have looked after our dog for the last 5 years, for daycare and boarding and we have nothing but praise for the way they have cared for her. We have found them so accommodating and committed to providing the best care possible and we are very grateful for this. Our dog looks to them as her second home.
***DO NOT USE*** Rude and unreliable. It saddens me to have to do such a review, however, I feel the need to share my experience. Earlier this week I enquired with Waltham Rambles to see if they could take care of our 10 week old puppy as we had booked a UK holiday but unfortunately we didn’t realise our accommodation didn’t accept pets. Lynn was very accommodating at first…offered a trial day then after a successful day she said she would look after Barney for us whilst we went on holiday. First and second day were absolutely fine, regular messages and updates saying how good he was being. Then we get to today (the third day)…I messaged Lynn to see how Barney had been and the response I received was simply rude and upsetting. To hear from a ‘professional’ dog carer that our puppy was being an ‘absolute nightmare’ and driving Lynn and Roger ‘insane’ was very very upsetting. This message was followed by ‘I will never offer to have a puppy at short notice again, and definitely not for £25 a night!’ I responded offering more money for them to continue to taking care of Barney but Lynn replied ‘I’d rather someone just came and got him’. Whilst I appreciate puppy’s are more work than an older dog, Lynn and Roger were fully aware of his age when agreeing to look after him. Of course he’ll cry when you leave the room or he can’t see you. I don’t have a degree in dog care but I know he would require a little extra care than an older dog. The most frustrating part is we later received a message saying how much she cares about Barney’s welfare which wasn’t mentioned at all at first but actually how much he was driving them insane!! Now, our family holiday as been cut short and we’re over £1500 down as we can’t have Barney away with us. My husband collected Barney and was greeted with ‘well we just couldn’t get on with him’. Barney is a beautiful puppy cockerpoo who is just a baby himself. I trusted Lynn to take care of him whilst we were away but instead all I received was rude messages. Such a shame as I know how well thought of the business is in our local area, however people need to know the above before booking.
Waltham Rambles is a brilliant home away from home place for dogs. It didn’t take Lynn and Roger long to make Boy feel loved, relaxed and settled when we left him for a 5 night “sleepover” for the first time. We were worried that he would struggle with being away from home and separation from us as he was bit of a velcro dog. But we didn’t need to worry - Lynn and Roger were just brilliant. Ever since Boy is always very excited every time we take him to Roger and Lynn. Not only we have a piece of mind that Boy is well looked after when we have work commitments, Boy has also become more independent and confident having spent some time at Waltham Rambles 🐾❤️
Very caring & trusted family run business. I always feel comfortable leaving my dog with them whether it's for a day, the weekend or for a week. They even send photos to show how happy my dog is. Wouldn't leave my dog anywhere else.

We have had Karen walking our dog for years. She is fantastic! Not only is she great with Lola and Lola adores her, she gives us complete peace of mind knowing that Lola is safe and well cared for. There are some fantastic dog walkers in the Grimsby area but for us we would never use anyone but Karen.

Little tinkers really is an amazing service, from advice to classes and dog walking to agility claire really has it all, I would be so lost without her and so would my pooch. Jerry and Daisy absolutely love coming to doggy day care!!! Really happy with the care my puppy receives at daycare. He has become more social and confident around other dogs as well as people after being here a few times. We love the updates on the Facebook page and the report cards at the end of the day are adorable!! Would highly recommend!
Our dog Billy has been coming to doggie day care for almost a year now and he absolutely loves it. All the staff are lovely and spend a lot of time and energy making sure the dogs have a good time. The regular photos and videos they put online are great to see while at work and show how much effort they put in each day.

Derek my Boston Terrier has been looked after here since we brought him home. He comes home exhausted because he plays all day, he bloody loves it. The staff are lovely and the FB updates during the day are incredible.
Our furry friend absolutely loves going to see all her friends at doggy daycare both furry and humans. She either plays, relaxes on the sofas (lazy 😆) or is getting cuddles from her human friends. It has helped her socialize both with other dogs and people and we would like to thank everyone for looking after her and her furry friends so well. Xxx
Chip our cockapoo has been coming to daycare once a week for the past year and he absolutely loves the place. He comes home completely shattered after a fun filled day. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is considering daycare for their pooch.
Ethel has been coming to Daycare for over 3 years, she loves it. The staff are amazing and I feel 100% comfortable leaving Ethel in their care knowing whilst I’m at work she’s having fun playing with her furry friends and the staff!
My 6mnth old pup loves it here and it's helped with his socializing and confidence. They even give me a report card about his day to let me know how he's been. The staff are brilliant and I don't worry about him when he's there.

We had 2 small border terriers, Phyllis & Archie who used to go into a lovely kennels near us. Then sadly we lost Phyllis and Archie was lost without her. The lady at the kennels told us that Archie would not be able to stay with her on his own as she would be very worried about him, as he is such a nervous dog, made all the worse because of Phyllis not being there as his security. She suggested Barking Mad home boarding and we immediately rang them. Claire came out to see us to meet Archie and took every detail about him. We explained how worried we were about leaving him and she said she understood as she has 2 dogs of her own. Anyway we had a trial 2 nights and he was fine, so we went ahead and booked with her for our next holiday. She sends photos of Archie when we are away and keeps in touch throughout to give you peace of mind. Archie now seems to love his 'holidays' as much as we do! The service that Claire provides is professional, friendly and caring. I would now not go anywhere else.
Really like the Barking Mad service - my terrier Maxie always enjoys his "holidays" and l have the peace of mind knowing that he is in good hands. Will use every time l go away and recommend to all dog owners - especially if your dog (or you) are on the nervous side and don't want to use a kennel.
I have used Claire's barking mad service a couple of times now and it is given me the peace of mind to go away more often without feeling guilty about leaving him behind. Really well organised and extremely good value for money. Overall hard to fault!

Looked after our dog, Regan for a week in May. He's quite a handful and full of energy but came home a happy boy. Booked again for August 2024. Highly recommend.
Was a little worried at first as my girl is temperamental and untrusting of strangers. (Just her breed) anyways.... Great couple and excellent facilities will definitely use again. Oh am my worry at the start... totally unnecessary. She took to the place like a duck on water.
My Luna loves Melissa & Graham at Creature Comforts , they really love looking after you pooch, they are really caring and the condition of the kennels is superb. Really happy I found them and do not worry for one minute how Luna is getting on because I know she is in good hands , Thank you both for being so lovely xx
