Shawnee has a wonderful way with animals. We have left our dog with her numerous times. She has treated her like her own. We have left her for over a week at a time and Yoshi can’t wait to go.
I boarded my two dogs my Bouvier de Flanders, she's 62 pounds and doesn't really like new people and my Woodle (mix of a Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier and Standard Poodle) he follows her lead. After interviewing many people we choose Paws to Claws. My husband and I were confident that we had chosen the best place for our dogs. Surprisingly my Bouvier liked her. I boarded them for 10 days. While we were gone my Bouvier had bonded so closely with her she would try to get on her lap to give her kisses. It's amazing that they bonded that closely in such a short amount of time and really tells me we made the best decision. When my husband and I arrived to pick them up we seen them before they saw us and they were happy and playing. I would highly recommend Paws To Claws to everyone.
Shawnee has always taken great care of my animals and highly recommended!
Shawnee is very polite and truly loves the animals.
Highly recommend Shawnee to care for my furkids!
Shawnee is amazingly awesome with my Scooter🐾🐾 …
Great!
Blue Ribbon Dog Pet Resort and Spa is absolutely fantastic! My dog always comes back happy and well-groomed after every visit. They even handmade a custom decorative neckerchief for her, which is just the cutest touch. The staff does an incredible job, and I always feel confident leaving her in their care. Highly recommend!
Took my two fur babies to Blue Ribbon this morning for the first time. They took excellent care of my girls. Not only was the grooming perfect but it was affordable as well. My girls were so happy and beautiful. This will be the only groomer we use. Highly recommend them.
Tucker agreed to not cut my daughter’s dog low. He pointed out the dog was matted ONLY under the collar. I agree that he could blend it more in that area but said again PLEASE DO NOT CUT THE DOG LOW. The dog was shaved all the way down. The owner said that they found more matting. This is not true BUT in the event that it was, calling the customer to tell them I can NOT do the service on the terms that we agreed would have been the correct thing to do! The owner claimed they HAD TO SHAVE THE DOG… you don’t have to do anything the customer ask you NOT to do, especially when Tuckers exact words was “ I WILL NOT HAVE TO CUT HIM THAT LOW, only by his collar”. IF anything, you should have let the dog stay the way you “claimed” he was. Decline the service if anything, but don’t do what you want when you were giving specific instructions. This is an emotional support dog and Blue Ribbon doesn’t even care about the damage they have cause. One simply phone call to say change of plans and allow us to agree or decline. This was the worst experience ever.
Blue ribbon grooming has bin a Vero Beach favorite for all your pet grooming needs they used to have a monkey 🐒 inside it was super rad …
I am so glad to have found Blue Ribbon! The people are fantastic! Most boarding facilities keep your dog in a kennel all day and night with 2 walks. Here they do daycare all day and kennel at mealtime and nighttime. It’s so much less stressful on the dog! When you walk in you don’t hear stressed dogs barking and crying. Just satisfied little pups in the playroom or sleeping. I feel 100% comfortable leaving my Lilly here. I’m so grateful to everyone at Blue Ribbon- Thank you!
I'm very pleased with how my dog's grooming appointment turned out! Martin clearly knows what he's doing and he listened to everything I said when discussing our grooming needs. He even said Charlie was well behaved, so I KNOW Martin must be great with dogs as Charlie is usually sweet but nervous and high maintenance.
Such a great groomer! We have been going for a couple years now and they do magic with our dog Beauty. She does not like us brushing her so she shows up to the groomers a mess sometimes and they get her perfect! We just need to get there more often so she's easier for them to do. Highly recommend!
Great Job Blue Ribbon!-My 2 Babies Mahina and Albert look so Good ALWAYS after their bath a hair cut! Excellent- I higjly recommend
Very professional. My dog went in very wet and sandy and they gave him a great haircut and cleaned him up really nice!
Very BEST around! Teddy loves to get groomed now! Very professional, they also show true love for each dog that arrives! ❤️
Having had the privilege to get to know the staff at Village Pet Inn and to use their services and products, it is evident that great thought and care has gone into every aspect of their operation. The staff are intelligent and caring people who treat every animal in their care with the same unreserved love and compassion they would accord to their own pets. I can think of no better business or people to entrust my animals to, and having a quality-first philosophy behind their business makes it a one-stop-shop for any pet product I need from real food to harnesses and supplements. I highly recommend both the people and the business to anyone in need of boarding, daycare, grooming or pet products.
Amanda and crew are so professional, caring and warm. My mini dachshund, Randell, loves it when I bring him to Village Pet Inn for boarding or Doggy daycare. They greet him with open arms and he's so excited to see them. So grateful to have found this place!
Extreamly nice and accommodating people. Sheries, Mikela very helpful too. They took great care of our Shitzu/terrier of 25#. We boarded overnight. We asked if he could be socially interactive with some of the dogs and they were VERY accommodating. Sheries was so caring that I thought she was the owner of the business. We will definitely return here! Thanks.
I am furious. My 3.7 lbs. Maltese was injured by one of their groomers (Debbie Berry). Her SCALP was bunched under the overly tight rubber band bow in her top knot. Resulting vet bills and medications= $288. The apologetic owner returned my money for the groom, paid the initial vet bill. Now refuses to pay the last $84 (I paid addl $49 for meds). Said she feels she has been "more than fair". Has decided my dog is being treated for "yeast" (she seems to know more than my vet...). The groomer still works there. The last photo is my dog's current condition. Her hair may or may not grow back. I have been taking my dogs to this facility for about one year. The quality is inconsistent (and I have addressed this with the staff more than once), but overall, the staff is friendly and nice; obviously that does not prove competency or integrity. All of the staff has changed twice in the last year.
I gave five stars to the Village Pet because I took my fifteen year old boy in to get groomed. He is very sweet and weighs 45 lbs. He also has arthritis in his back joints. Roxy has groomed him before and recently joined this establishment. She takes very good care of him and I will go to them again! The place was clean and the staff professional and friendly!
I took my dog (my baby) to get groom. Did not want my baby shave at all. The Groomer knew that unfortunately she didn’t care. She could have call me before hand. I would have pick my baby up and took her somewhere else. Not only my dog was shave down uneven but cut in different spots and she didn’t tell me. I have a 7 month old Yorkie. Now she looks like a 5 year old Chihuahua. That been in a dog fight! NO ONE FROM YOUR OFFICE CALLED ME AT ALL AND YOU WANT TO SAY MY BABY WAS MATTED I JUST POSTED A PICTURE OF HER BEFORE AND AFTER PICTURES YOU TELL ME WHERE HER FUR WAS MATTED! BY YOU BEING THE OWNER AND READING THIS I SHOULD HAVE GOT A CALL THIS MORNING FROM YOU!
I visited relatives I need a place to board my Jack Russell for a few days. they took great care of her, even applied some ointment everyday for ant bites that she received while in Florida. She doesn't get along with other dogs so I requested that you be kept separate and that wasn't a problem. I would definitely use them again
I have been a customer of Village pet Inn for years!! My Teddy is the smallest of all daycare dogs and I absolutely love the staff-Amanda the manager runs a very caring and tight ship...Hats off to Cierra, and Sherisa on the daycare side!! They treat my baby like he is their family and he loves going there!! Mikayla in the shop is truly a breath of fresh air....She was so accommodating to the people I have referred there and actually followed up on a sale of a collar for my daughters dog asking if the collar fit!! I had the pleasure of meeting the new owner and he really loves animals and makes the clients feel welcome....The facility is always clean and welcoming!! Highly recommend!! They even send me videos and photos throughout my day of their interaction with my baby!!
Had an emergency visit and was serviced as soon as they could. My miniature schnauzer was treated and ready to come back home. Everyone kind and professional. Can highly recommend.
Extremely disappointed with their day care services! My husband went to pick up our golden retriever. Nobody was at the desk, and this is not the first time he had to go looking for some help over in the shop. When he was finally able to get someone to get our dog, she went into the grooming area and retrieved him from a crate!! Our 80 pound golden retriever from a crate!!! Once again, not the first time this has happened. We send him to day care to get exercise and release energy. If they cannot handle this then they shouldn’t be a day care! I’m furious and can assure you we will not be bringing our dog back there.
My puppy loves going here. She gets all excited when I tell her she is going to doggie daycare to play with her friends and she can barely contain herself until she is inside. The staff are all so nice and they truly love the doggies. It is a safe and nurturing environment for all pups. The owner, Cindy Wald, is a knowledgeable dog trainer and you can be assured your pup is well taken care of here.
My only regret is in not finding A Dog’s Life sooner! Mocha and Boomer LOVE their new dog daycare. They’re getting the socialization needed along with lots of love and care. Cindy is so knowledgeable and thorough in her teachings. Both for dogs and humans. All of the employees have been super sweet and really show how much they adore their four legged friends. So happy Barry referred us to you all! You won’t be disappointed bringing your companions here! They offer training, daycare, grooming, nails and provide lots of puppy tail wags and face kisses for your fur kids. Introductions are done properly and the pack responds well. All dogs are up to date on shots and mannerisms learned by all staff so they know how to handle them. Eyes are ALWAYS on the little dogs. Big and little hang together and do good with one another. I’m impressed and have already learned a few tricks to teach my smart but knucklehead puppy 😂 See you all again soon and Thank you for taking such great care of our fur kids!!
I cannot say enough about A Dog's Life. We have been bringing our JRT puppy Sadie for almost two months now. We immediately entrusted Cindy to teach her some much needed obedience. Two months later we have a much better behaved little girl. Cindy is an excellent trainer. JRT puppies can be difficult but Cindy has given us very valuable tools towards having a very good dog. Thank you so much Cindy and staff.
A great staff of people who absolutely love dogs. They are knowledgeable and professional. Thank you for taking care of Bentley, who loves coming to the doggie care. I know I’m in good hands. You guys are the best!
If I could give this place a 0 I would. If you have a large young dog do not bring them to this place. They specialize in old or small dogs. A energetic dog is too much work for them. We explained before bringing her that she had separation anxiety and that she was rescue. Cindy the owner assured us that they would take care of her and that her place was the right place. Turns out they would put her in a crate when she misbehaved also known as punishment. She does do well in crates. They admitted to her in there several times. We were not told that she was put on time out until I had a conversation with Amanda who says she's the manager. They went as far as telling us when we could bring her back and for how many hours a day she could stay. A dog daycare would be all day care. We both work and have no one she can stay with due to her separation anxiety. I didn't send her for almost 2 weeks. Today we sent her and Amanda said she can only stay for half a day. They got paid and I didn't send her for 2 weeks. How can a day care tell us when and for how long to leave her. Defeats the purpose of their claim to be a day care +"training" facility. Amanda was very rude to my husband and to me over the phone and asked for me to find another place to send our dog and hung up on me. We went to pick her up and got our money back for the remaining day. I will gladly take my pup somewhere where they care about dogs and are knowledgable about different breeds. Needless to say they can't handle pitbulls. This place is horrible. Some of the workers have nasty attitudes except the ladies that pick up the phones they are very nice. Read some other reviews on here. I'm not the first to say this. Good riddance to this nasty place. Update: how can you remember me when I wrote this review 8 months ago. Of course you wouldn't remember me. It's not a "nice try" I gave my honest review from our experience with your horrible business and rude staff including you! Your reply wasn't nothing short from how a high school girl would respond. Leave your lame "Karen" jokes in 2020. Smh.
💯 highly recommend! This group of women helped get us through a very difficult year with our new pitbull. We worked together to create a plan that included coming to daycare for partial days so my boy would be successful. By working together, he ended up being able to tolerate longer visits, eventually stay all day and interacting with all breeds of dogs excellently. KAREN- I do NOT believe your review of a dog‘s life daycare is remotely accurate. It sounds like you wanted to drop off your dog and have the staff “fix” it for you while you are at work. If you are not willing to help yourself and your dog by making a plan for it to be successful, maybe you should reconsider your entire situation. Dogs with issues take a tremendous amount of time and commitment and your angry and less than accurate review shows you are highly lacking in that area. You have 💯 missed an opportunity to work with a highly experienced and dedicated team!
There isn't enough space to express the gratitude I have for A Dog's Life Doggy Daycare, it's owner Cindy, and the staff she employees. Not only was my dog trained by the owner but she helped me find the right dog for my family when ours passed. He not only makes our family happy but he also brings joy and happiness to everyone else that sees him about in our adventures around town. Words fail to capture the love one feels for our furry companions. If you work a lot and feel bad for leaving yours at home, know there is an alternative. There is a place where your "fur baby" can go to hang with their buddies while you go bring home the bacon. Bring your pal to A Dog's Life Doggy Daycare.
I have not yet brought my recently acquired French Bulldog Lily to the facility because she is not spayed but when she is she will be going here. Cindy the owner has went above and beyond without ever meeting me with helping me understand how to handle my dog that has come from an abusive and neglected environment. We may not of kept her till now without Cindy’s help, she has turned into a wonderful loving lap dog, but is a work in progress!!! Excited for the day Lily can have wonderful well deserved days at A Dog’s Life!!!
My Rottweiler, Chihuahua and my pitbull loves this daycare!. 10/10 recommend this place.
I found an adorable little pup in my work parking lot and she immediately became part of the family. The first week we had her, I had to take her to work with me to try to figure out how I was going to make it work! She is 5.5 months old and my fiancé and I work full time Mon-Fri. After doing some research, I came upon A Dog’s Life. We met with them and instantly loved how knowledgeable they were! We signed her up for 4 days to see how she would do. It is SO convenient. We pull up and one of the staff members comes out to greet us and picks her up. She’s never scared when she goes with one of the staff members and she is usually one who cries the second she’s taken away from me, so that is a BLESSING! When we pick her up you can tell she’s had a full day of activities as she goes right to sleep in my lap on the ride home! Every morning we get ready to go and put her harness on, she gets so excited knowing she’s going to play with friends! I feel at ease knowing my little pup is in the best of hands when she’s away from me. I can’t recommend them enough!!
Dylan our 5 y/o lovable yellow lab has been coming to Pawprints since he was a puppy! He goes to daycare, attends trainings, and has been boarded numerous times. His favorite is the swim time!!! He LOVES the place and can’t get in there fast enough when we drop him off! Staff is AWESOME!! VERY grateful!! We HIGHLY recommend!!
My mini Aussie and I have attended Puppy Kindergarten and Beyond Puppy classes. He has learned so much, and so have I. I’ve used their boarding facility, and rely on daycare when needed. Each employee takes the time to answer questions and all are knowledgeable and caring. It’s a safe, fun and loving place for your baby!
My Toto has been going to Paw Prints for over 14 years . When Lisa and Shaun first opened. Toto loved going there . They were awesome the staff was outstanding. Now 14 years later they are incredible. Unfortunately I had to put my baby to sleep on Tuesday . But next puppy will go straight to Paw Prints. I could not recommend enough. Training, playing and boarding are outstanding. Toto will miss you guys and so will I . See you again soon . Thank you for taking such great care of my baby.
Although the facility looks wonderful and they do seem genuinely concerned for the wellbeing of the dogs, my first experience with their policy of a doggy daycare visit for evaluation didn't go smoothly as I was not informed of an additional cost for the dogs to be evaluated. Also, one of my dogs was made to kennel in a high traffic area with, in my opinion, too much stimulus to be able to settle and rest without making noise, therefore, he was not passed for the evaluation and I was asked to bring him back for another cost and he would be placed in the actual boarding area. I feel like this is in an effort to extract additional costs from me. When I expressed my concern about whether or not they would except him when the time came for boarding, they assured me they would be able to. So, why the extra stress of getting my dog there for another evaluation and charge? Do not get me wrong, I have read and spoken to people who have utilized this service and all have high praise, but I am not in favor of charges not divulged at the start nor the policy of repeat evaluations do to an unfortunate choice on the part of the provider.
Pawprints has been amazing! My strong willed super active pup loves going there and falls asleep in the car on the way home. She has a private training session during her day and we both participate in the group sessions and pool parties. I was so frustrated with an unruly puppy prior to Pawprints but now she's a new dog. We both are so much happier. Thank you Pawprints!
My dog has stayed here many times & she’s always treated with the best of care!! I’m out of town during this Hurricane Milton & they have been very great about keeping in contact with me.
I wouldn’t trust any other place with our 2 dogs Lilly & Iris. A true test is when your dogs are practically jumping out the window for daycare and knocking you out of the way to get inside fast enough for boarding!! Swim Club is their favorite!!
Everyone also remembers Rocky, even if we haven’t been there awhile and that makes me feel good. The rates are reasonable and the daycare is great…sometimes I gave them give him a half hour training while he is there. 5-star for sure.
I love this place… they’re clean, organized & takes very good care of your furry kidz. And most of all the dogs have a good time while being boarded!! The staff is very friendly too😊. …
Brought our 3 dogs there to be groomed for the first time. We were concerned because our pups can be a challenge. They took the time to listen to our needs and concerns as we are new to the area. The staff did a great job with our dogs and put them at ease, providing a great experience for them. We won’t need grooming services often but when we do, Pawprints is where we will bring them. Thanks for the fantastic experience!
Melissa is Absolutely, Unequivocally and Unquestionably AMAZING!!! She has a heart of gold and is truly a pet whisperer. We had her take care of our beloved dog while we had to go out of town for several days for my brother's funeral. We have always traveled with our dog in the past and had never previously used a pet sitter. She had made our girl feel almost immediately at ease and took care of her as if she was her own. We give Melissa Our Highest Recommendation!!! We will be using her services in the future knowing that our girl will be in loving and caring hands.
Melissa at Tails A Waggin is awesome! My boys love her and she makes it very convenient to be able to go places with short notice. Also her in home overnight service helps with my dog reactive pup that cannot go to kennels for boarding. Melissa has been helping me by walking my dogs daily while I have been unable to due to surgery. She’s always there when I need her.
Melissa did an amazing job! We were visiting from out of town and we looked her up on Google spoke with her, two days before we were to go on a guided fishing charter. She was very reasonable on her prices and my dogs loved her!! I highly recommend her and we'll definitely use her again, when we visit again!! Thank you!!
My husband and I are huge animal lovers and we love to go places. We needed someone very reliable that would stay over night with our babies. We found Melissa on Facebook and she spent a week caring for our 3 dogs. She kept us updated on how they were doing and sent us pictures daily. It was a huge relief to know that they were cared for and loved. Also, the house was nice and clean, plants watered and our smelly dogs had been given baths. We are using Melissa again in a couple months and will use her whenever we get the travel bug. We highly recommend her.
Melissa was great with our dogs and cat while we did an overnite out of town! No issues whatsoever. Prompt, open communication, friendly! We plan on using her services again soon! Thanks Melissa! 🐾🐾 …
I am so happy to have found Melissa, she took the best care of my high maintenance kitty.. will definitely use her again🤗 …
We are happy to have found Melissa! Melissa watched our dogs while out of town for a few days. We came back to happy pups in great spirits. Melissa is reliable and stays in communication through out the visit. Our place was also left spotless. We will be using her again this weekend!
Melissa has been sitting our pets and stays over with our rescue puggle Tucker and feline Maggie May. The love and attention she gives them is great! She will send us a picture each day we are away. We are so fortunate to have found her! She is coming back to our home in September!
Melissa is great with our dogs and they absolutely love her! We use her for dogs walks and also dog sitting and we would highly recommend her!
Melissa was Awesome, she very friendly, dependable and took great care of our kitties and our home.We finally found a great caretaker of our pets!!!! We will be using Melissa again and again....
We have a 5 year old dog who has been attending daycare several times a week since he was 6 months old. We tried Dog Kidz for daycare for several weeks due to the good reviews. We did not have a good experience. Several times when we came to pick him up, there was no one in the building with the daycare dogs and no one watching them. The small dog group has toys and chews down all the time even when unsupervised. No other daycare we’ve used has had toys because it causes problems with resource guarding. Our dog is high energy and has always been in the medium group at other daycares because of this. Dog Kidz refused to move our dog to a larger play group when we told them he would guard toys and after he started having issues with guarding toys. We had the manager scold us about the resource guarding behavior with the toys even after we had told them it would be a problem. We train and socialize our dog. We are actively training to reduce resource guarding. Dog Kidz did not try to work with him or use our offered solution of putting him in a group without toys. The final straw was when our dog came home with bite marks all over his face and scruff and they didn’t tell us about any incidents. Probably because no one was watching him when it happened. We took him somewhere else (who doesn’t have toys down like all other dog daycares) and he’s doing great. EDIT because I can't respond to the Owner's response. First off, Arlo is a 34 pound large french bulldog, NOT a boston terrier. He's plenty big to be in a medium-sized group. Second, here is a picture of his face after the bite. This should have been obvious to staff since it was obvious to me when I got him home. Finally, yes, we did tell the woman who gave us the intro tour about him resource guarding toys. If that didn't make it to management, I don't know what to tell you.
A clean and very well-run boarding facility. They offer doggie day-care, overnight accommodations and even grooming services. The dogs have freedom to stay inside or go outside in fenced areas. Our dogs get plenty of play-time and exercise.
I have been taking my dog Harry to Dogkidz for boarding and grooming for the last two years. I cannot say enough great things about this place ! Harry gets such great care there and his grooming is always excellent ! They are very caring and professional and I always feel confident leaving him there knowing he will get the best of care!
This is a great place to take your dog. My dog runs in pulling on the leash and I know she has a good time because she comes home and crashes for a big nap after she is there. Everyone working there is very nice, professional and courteous. The prices are reasonable. Yeah, great doggy day care!
We have been taking our dogs there since 2009. great place where they let the dogs run and play together. they have live video cams where you can watch them while you're out of town.
💕Dog Kidz 💕has been WONDERFUL for us and we’ve been going there for many years (10+ since our oldest was just a puppy). Our 2 Weimaraners get so excited as soon as I turn down the street that they start whining to get out of the car to stay and play. Sandra and her team love on our fur babies like they’re family and I always feel comforted leaving them there, knowing they’ll be in good hands. ❤️
We took out dogs multiple times and everytime they come home like they had a blast, and they also look like they had plenty of exercise
Warm, attentive staff who know your dogs. Both my dogs love going there, and have had no negative experiences. Another place I took my dogs previously had too many dogs. Consequently play injuries would occur. DogKidz has been injury free and very good for my excitable pet.
I am very picky of where and who I leave my girl (dog) with. Long story short, my girl LOVES this facility. She cannot wait to get inside when bringing her. And she usually doesn’t want to leave when we pick her up. I closely monitor staff’s interactions with her and how she responds. She is very happy to see any one of the employees, and they respond with the same happiness. She communicates ZERO red flags. She goes to daycare on average 2 days a week. We’ve boarded her once with daycare included. The only concern I had was hoping she knew we didn’t abandoned her. She feels safe, secure, and is very happy here. This place gets very busy over the holidays. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
Friendly staff. They made last minute accommodations for our dog. Our dog was abandoned and has issues socializing with other dogs and people. They are knowledgeable about handling this types of dogs. We fully trust them to take care of our pet.
I have used this service for several years and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Angela and Mike genuinely care for my cats and it shows. More than just feeding and changing litter, they give each a bit of personalized attention each visit. As a result, when I get back from a trip, even a long one, my cats don’t pull the guilt card with me. They are fat and content and always happy to see Angela if she comes by just to say “hi”. You won’t find a better pet sitting service!!!
We have used Angela and Mike for four years now. We had a diabetic kitty so it was very important to us that we had somebody that we could rely on that would come twice a day at 12 hour intervals. They have been extremely reliable and are very compassionate to our animals. Our kitties love them and so do we. I highly recommend using their services.
We have been using the pet sitting services of Angela and Mike for about four years. They are the best! They are quick to return a response, extremely reliable, promptly arrive each day that we are away to care for our cats, and send us regular updates while we are away. They treat our pets with compassion and kindness and care for them as if they were their own. We never worry about the care our girls are getting while we are away. In addition to caring for our cats, they also get our mail, retrieve our trash/recycling containers and water plants. Angela and Mike are a great team that always goes above and beyond.
Angela and Mike have been caring for our cats and dogs for around five years now! They have never said no to any of our requests including several last minute plans! They are always reliable and spend quality time with our animals. Our pug cries out of excitement when he sees them too! They were compassionate with our older sick boxer and now they are doing the same with our new young wild puppy! We always receive texts and updates after their visits which puts our minds at ease. I hope Angela and Mike never stop pet sitting as we never worry about our pets and home while in their care. They bring trust, kindness, and lots of love for the animals!
We have been using Angel Care Pet Sitting and Services for over a year and they are the BEST! Our dog is a rescue and we wanted to find someone or a service who would be a good fit for him and make him happy when we are not home. Angela and Mike always take such great care of our dog as if he was their own. They are very reliable, send updates and even photos of him when we are on vacation. They make sure we never have to worry about our dog and home when we are away. We are so grateful to have had them recommended to us by friends of ours!
Angel Care is the best pet sitting team in the business! Angela and Mike have always gone above and beyond for us and our two cats whether we’re gone for 2 days or 2 weeks. Both clearly love our pets almost as much as we do and spoil them with affection. My husband and I feel peace knowing such wonderful people are caring for our cats and home while we are away and always have excellent communication. We have used Angel Care at least 4 times a year for 3 years and have never had an issue. This is not a company but extended family for your pets!
I love Angela and Mike! I am new to the area but they had great reviews so I used them when I went to Boston for six days. They came the week before to meet my cat, who is very friendly and I gave them his routine and I filled out their forms. Angela came everyday and not only took care of his needs (litter scooping and food and water) but also played with him for at least a half hour to 45 min every day! They even put my garbage out for garbage day. They left the house spotless. My cat loved her. They were very reasonably priced too. Less than what it would have cost me to board him. I will definitely use them again.
For five years our cat, Ozzie, has been lucky enough to have Mike and Angela take care of him. He greets them like part of the family. When we have returned from a trip, Ozzie will post himself by the window where he has always seen their car appear at a certain time of day! And…it’s not just for his expected meal. It’s because he interacts with them and gets plenty of playful attention. Our instructions for feeding, medication etc. are diligently followed…always. The house is as clean as we’ve left it and mail or package deliveries are brought inside. Any “cat messes” are taken care of, and the litter box is never left unattended. All texts or emails are quickly answered, assuring us that all is well. If there are any concerns Mike and Angela may have about feeding problems or unusual behaviors, we are immediately notified. Seeing Ozzie totally relaxed when we return tells us that he is exceptionally well cared for…with no signs of stress or anxiety. Mike and Angela are definitely his “second Mom and Dad” when we must be gone. We recommend their care and services with “five stars” plus full confidence!!
Angela & Mike (Angel Care Pet Sitting) have cared for our cats (and dog before she passed away) for over five years. We have always been comfortable leaving our pets and home in their care. They came to meet our pets and gather vet information, etc. before they began pet sitting for us. They have always accommodated our sometimes last minute plans. They are reliable and go the extra mile. They don’t just rush in and feed the kitties and clean the litter boxes, but also spend time with them, brushing if needed and giving meds. They text each day with updates and I’m impressed that they ask us to let them know when we return home so there’s no chance of the kitties being left alone if we didn’t return home when expected. Simply put, they are the best!
Angela & Mike are excellent pet sitters. They're prompt, reliable, kind to my cats and always keep me up to date on their status. They're the only visitors my little feral cat trusts. They also bring in mail, water plants, etc. Highly recommended!
