We had our toy cockapoo, Lady groomed here today. The staff was both friendly and helpful, and it was obvious that they treat your babies like their own. They did a wonderful job grooming Lady. I dropped her off at 10:30 and they had her done right after 12! So happy with our service and would recommend her to anyone! Also super affordable!

Best Buddies Pet Care is a great place to go with your dog to learn how to train him. They have a very non impactful way of training that is very effective. If you have a dog: old, young, or in between then go there and let them help you so that your dog will be happier and more secure.

Oh my goodness! Where do I even begin?! I am so thankful to have found Best Buddies Pet Care and am SUPER excited for their recently opened daycare/boarding facility. After the owner of Olive's previous daycare facility sold the business, we found that service with the new owner was less than desirable. So, on the hunt we went for a new daycare for Miss Olive and we came across Best Buddies Pet Care (B&B) and I sent an email inquiring about tours. Kimie was beyond pleasant and very helpful in answering my MANY questions. We went ahead and scheduled Olive for a complimentary assessment and a tour of the facility. The day of our appointment arrived and upon entering the lobby door, Kimie was right there to greet us and Olive loved her! The facility is sparkling clean, beautifully decorated and modern. It is comprised of a lobby, a grooming area, the main daycare/boarding room (cage-free with a television, an electric fireplace for ambiance, a trundle bed along with small cots for puppers, and a state of the art artificial turf potty area), and a back room that has seperate, gated off "mini rooms" (used for feed times and if a pupper needs some alone time). The entire place felt homey (not overwhelmingly large) and I love that their focus is more about quality than quantity. Kimie, thank you so much for taking the time and giving us a tour and answering all our questions. This discerning dog momma is so happy to have found you & Olive is looking forward to playtime and boarding with you again!

I LOVED my experience. My pup was taken care of so great, I had to leave town for an overnight and they were able to help me last minute. I felt so safe and comfortable after meeting them and seeing the extraordinary facility they have set up for the dogs to play all day. Not only this but I got text updates of how he was doing along with some update photos to see my boy having the best time with his new friends! This is a wonderful place and highly recommend if you want more one on one care for your pup and to know they’re being loved and cared for.💜

We rarely have to board our dogs, but we decided to travel just before Christmas and I was so happy to find London Ridge Pet Resort! Adriana is so friendly and very obviously loves sharing their home with their doggie guests. Our dogs were so well taken care of and happy while we were gone, and we loved the daily photos we received. I loved that they would have lots of room all day to roam freely and not be confined to a small kennel or crate for any amount of time. I’ll never take them anywhere else. My dog Charlie and I had a meet in greet with Adriana and her family. It's apparent how much pets are loved and treated like family.This place is great. Charlie felt comfortable and at home. The grounds are gorgeous very clean. Charlie is excited to come back soon

This was our first time leaving our dog at this resort and we were so pleased we did. Luca was welcomed with open arms, the playground is perfect for dog socializing, exercising and resting. Adriana was very helpful and kept us informed of Luca’s status. So thankful we found it, affordable too.

If you are looking for a place that feels like home for your pups London Ridge is the place. Our Goldendoodle loves coming here and playing with his friends. We have left him twice up to six days and feel very comfortable, knowing that he is well taken care of and gets the attention that he needs. Adriana is amazing and our pup Bentley gets so excited when he sees her. The backyard space is a resort for your pups. It is spacious, clean and they even have their own cabana if they want to hang out. I give this place five stars, and would definitely recommend to family and friends.

London Ridge has become a second home for my dog. Adriana and Danielle are amazing, incredibly patient, loving, caring and kind. I am very grateful to have found them!!!

We needed a place for our lab to stay since our usual pet resort was booked. I contacted London Ridge Resort, Adriana was quick to respond, and luckily had availability. Our lab loved his stay because of the home away from home environment. We are so grateful we finally found a place that is close to our home and treats our lab like family.

The best dog sitting/boarding! We felt like our dog was open vacation like we were. She was so comfortable and excited to be there. Also Adriana was so communicative with pictures and texts letting us know all was well. Appreciate them so much!

My fur baby had such a a good time and was so well taken care of. This was the first time I had been away from her overnight and her stay was four nights. I was sent pictures while I was out of town showing how much fun she was having. They take such good care of your dogs and make them part of their family so I don't think my fur baby missed me at all. I'm going to start using them for daycare as well as when I go on vacation. We love Fetch! The dog sitters are wonderful, caring, and trustworthy. Tom (owner) is so responsive and helpful. I’m so glad we found this service for both the midday walks and for overnight care for our pug when we are out of town. We highly recommend!

We have used Fetch- San Gabriel Valley for multiple trips over the past year. They have given two of our cats medication as well as providing excellent kitty over all care. Tom and Daniel are great. They even checked our 6 foster kittens and mom for a day while we went Disneyland. Highly recommend.

Tom and his Fetch team are wonderful. Daniel is an excellent caretaker. My cats are well cared-for by him and they are happy to see him. :). I have been using Fetch for about two or three years and have had a 100% perfect experience. I recommend Fetch highly.

Tom is the nicest and easy going owner but also very responsible and professional. MarieClaire who walks our dogs is a very competent and diligent walker. Our dogs get excited each time she comes to pick them up and go off happily. Would recommend them in a heartbeat!

Fetch Pet Care and in particular Marieclaire has taken wonderful care of my two cats while I've been away several times now. They are easy to work with, take great care of my animals, provide daily pictures and updates and all at good prices.

I recommend Fetch for your pet sitting needs. I've been using them for over 5 years and every sitter we've had has been responsive and caring. They will come and feed and sit with your pets. They also do a few other minor housekeeping actions like getting your mail. Highly recommended.

I reached out to them and Kylie immediately responded to my request/inquiry. Kylie helped to schedule a consultant to meet our dog and to go through his routine while we were on vacation. Kylie and Steph came to the consultation and they took thorough notes along with playing with our dog and making him comfortable with him. While we were on vacation, Kylie sent me the cutest and the best photos of our dog. The photos made us miss him even more than we already did. On top of the photos Kylie sent us a recap of the day with our dog. It was so thorough and detailed about the day. Really happy I found this boarding facility! Staff is very friendly and my 2 dogs are well taken care of. One of my dogs is shy and the other dog doesn’t like strangers. Here, they are welcomed and the staff truly cares about them. Thank you all!

My girls really enjoyed staying there for the first time. They stayed a week and were very timid at first but eventually calmed and relaxed. It definitely helped seeing posts of my girls on Instagram periodically and see how they enjoyed the pool and their stay. I’m definitely boarding them again in the near future. These pictures are adorable of my baby girls.

I have used Heavenly Pet Resort many times and left with the feeling my dog was in good hands.The reactions I saw in my dog after picking her up, could have been just the newness of being back home. She was very thirsty when she did get home. But like that old saying "you can lead a horse to water but you can't make them drink", I think this fits my dogs reaction to being home. Plus she finally settled down after 4 hours of us reconnecting, took a breather and a nap. But, all being said and done, this is a caring and friendly place for furbabies.

This place took great care of my pups while I was gone on vacation. My 2 pit bulls looked good at pick up after they got their bath. They boy had a cute fall bandana on and my girl had a cute flower attached to her collar. They both seemed happy. Thank you for taking good care of my pups while I was away. I was in need of a last minute place to keep my puppy at while we had renovations done to my home and remembered this place was right down the street from where I live. They got my little puppy Ozzy in and picked him back up 2 days later. The front desk staff not sure of their names but the girl with the black hair thank you for being kind and helping me with checking ozzy out and also to the other front desk worker thank you for booking ozzy in for his stay. I'll Definitely be going back to you guys soon .

Poor customer service skills over the phone. I was looking to bring my Dogo because I saw a wonderful video of a Dogo swimming at their facility. I call them up and I was told they don’t take his breed. I tried explaining to them what I had saw on their social media and google. The person at the desk tried to tell me it was a Great Pyrenese I saw. Thats when I realized this place isn’t the right fit if I want my dog well taken care of especially if they can’t tell the difference between a Dogo and Great Pyranese. The facility looks enjoyable but I won’t be recommending any of my new pet parents/clients to board their dogs here due to the lack of professionalism over the phone.

Great place. A little nervous leaving Coco for the first time. But she was clean and happy when we picked her up. She even gained a couple of pounds (that she needed). Overall great experience.

Tiger is an absolute lifesaver! Since moving to Los Angeles this year, we’ve been on the hunt for reliable pet care for our high energy dog, Poppy. Tiger is amazing. We found our sweet pup off the street and he is very shy and has a tendency to run away when we leave him with other people. Tiger listened attentively to his history and has been amazing with him, accomidating all his quirks. He loves walking with Tiger’s pack! She gives the dogs amazing adventures every day. Tiger always makes sure to give our shy guy a little extra attention. She’s obviously a very experienced dog owner. She’s also been very flexible with our schedules. She is kind, responsible, and knowledgeable. We feel very lucky to have her around.

I have relied on tiger for all of my dog boarding needs and the occasional dog adventures for the last two years. Tiger is very reliable and really great with the dogs. I love that my dog gets social time with other dogs, a ton of exercise and always comes home happy and tired. Tiger is easy to schedule with, and provides pick up and drop off, making her service people friendly too.

There is no more wonderful image than Tiger's van full of happy dogs pulling up to your house. And then my dogs see it and lose their minds with excitement in anticipation for another fun hiking adventure. They always come back tired and happy. Tiger is awesome and love your dogs like her own. I cannot say enough good things about Tiger. I know my Rhoda is in the best possible hands from the moment she jumps into the adventure van, until the time she returns home exhausted, happy and calm. I have been using Pet Care by Tiger for 5 years for everything from dog boarding to dog walking to dog hiking. My job is very demanding and requires very long hours. Many times I wouldn’t have known what to do without the love and kindness of Tiger and her attention to my baby girl Rhoda. Rhoda’s favorite is dog hiking when she gets to be a dog, run off leash and socializing with other dogs on the trails and dog beaches. Rhoda is beyond content, and I get to love her guilt free knowing she’s had an amazing time with Tiger.

Tiger was a lifesaver when it came to taking care of our home and two cats. While on vacation we used to go with the huge, nationally known, home/pet care company to take care of things, but a couple of slip-ups gave us pause and made us look elsewhere this time around. Pet Care by Tiger have all the bases covered. They made sure the food and water bowls stayed full, cleaned the litter box, checked the mail, and made sure the home was secure while we were gone. We have a smart home, so I was consistently checking remotely to make sure everything was ok the first couple of days while out of town, but after seeing the thoroughness of Tiger, I quit checking after seeing that she had things under control. The quality of service was fantastic, Tiger is always cordial and personable, and to top it off, I got to support a local business. If you need to be able to enjoy your vacation or need to travel for whatever reason, I strongly recommend Pet Care By Tiger.

We were lucky enough to find Zenia and Barkhaus just before a trip and the reviews and recommendations don't begin to do her justice. She took care of both dogs and was very detailed in their care and handling all their special requirements. Great communication and frequent pictures helped us enjoy our trip. Definitely will be relying on Zenia in the future.

Great experience. Gray stayed over for the long weekend and took care of my 2 dogs, one of them which requires medication daily multiple times. I received daily updates with videos and pictures. Gray took great care of my dogs and the house as well. Would use again for the next trip !

I was nervous leaving my two dogs while I journeyed far from home (they can be a handful), but after the meet and greet with Helen and Z, I instantly felt better. Their background in vet med/pet care and skills for animal handling is also a huge plus. My daughter found barkhaus pet sitters to watch her dog at our house while we went on a week vacation. I have a stray cat I feed and 5 tortoises. Z , Helen and Alyssa came over to our house for a meet and greet and it couldn’t have gone better. They are very organized and took down lots of notes. They stayed at my house for the entire week, taking care and feeding the cat and tortoises. Also taking wonderful care of my granddoger . We got videos, pictures and updates everyday it was very comforting! They also watered all my plants (which is a lot). I felt very comfortable with them staying at my house and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Barkhaus Pet Sitters are amazing! From the meet and greet to 4 over night stays, our family is completely amazed at the level of love an attention given to our 2 dogs. From our initial conversation through our entire trip, these ladies were so professional, organized and great with communication! They sent us lots of photos and videos and always updated us each visit. They helped refresh water and food, cleaned the litter boxes and even swept the area around the litter box to keep it clean. Our cat also had so much fun during playtime with them with his favorite games…. They even made new ones up for him! So glad we found Barkhaus! If I could give them 10 stars I would. Helen and Z are the kindest, most professional, and most knowledgeable pet care workers I have ever met. They have now looked after my two Maltese dogs and my cat. When we initially met, they were organized and thorough, even offering background checks! Each time they visit, they send pictures of my pets and let me know if anything has changed with the animals. They are both trained as vet techs, which is extremely comforting. I am confident they would know even better then I would how to react in an animal health emergency! In fact, when my cat had recent health issues, Helen and Z were the first people I consulted. They are incredibly responsive via text message/phone call, so I always know I can get ahold of them quickly. Finally, their prices are EXCELLENT - they truly offer the BEST care available for the most affordable prices. They view every animal as one of their own, so you will know that your pets are in capable, loving hands without breaking your budget. I cannot recommend them more strongly!!

Helen and Z with Barkhaus are the best!!! At the last minute before our trip, we decided to contact Barkhaus instead of boarding our dogs due to the excessive heat. Z sounded very knowledgeable over the phone and even squeezed in a last minute meet and greet. When she got to our house and interacted with our dogs Rusty and UB, I knew I could trust her with our babies. She was very thorough and professional. Z and Helen treated our dogs as if they were their own. They sent us daily pictures and videos of our happy dogs. They even cared for our bearded dragon. They provided us with wonderful service and gave us peace of mind so we could enjoy our vacation. I completely trust Z and Helen and will be calling them again to care for our pups.

Z and Helen are spectacular!! They treated our cats like they were their own pets. They offered to send videos and photos if we wanted them (we did) and each text made our day brighter. They clearly love animals and you will not be disappointed with this incredible service. And, they do not just show up and get out as soon as possible. They spend time with your pets.
