We are so grateful for Annie's service while we lived in Waltham. The website is so easy to use to request services and I loved the daily emails after her visits. While my cat is skittish of everyone, Annie took the time to make sure she felt comfortable during her visits. She also came over a visit before our first visit to get to know us and our cat. I highly recommend Annie for pet services!

We’ve used Annie’s services twice so far, and will definitely keep doing so! The scheduling is easy to do, and she’s easy to communicate with and so sweet. We loved receiving the updates and photos of our Bob! Leaving our baby has always been so difficult, but it’s easier now knowing he’s always in such good hands :)

Annie was my sitter for my cat Brendan when I temporarily lived in Waltham for work. Annie took care of Brendan on a few last minute urgent occasions. Once I was gone for 2 weeks. She really saved me. She’s a lovely person who truly loves animals. When I returned from being out of town Brendan always looked content and litter box clean. You and your pet will love Annie.

New to the area and needed in-home cat care on fairly short notice. Annie offers a variety of services at reasonable prices - it was easy to request services, get a consult, and schedule what we needed. Annie is fun, thorough, and professional - will definitely use again.

Can’t say enough about the Dog Retreat and Spa! My dog has been going there for 2 years now and the staff treats her like an angel! The owners are so thoughtful about how they run their business and it makes me feel very relieved and safe to leave my dog there 3 days a week when I have to go into work! They’re the best!

Our Millie certainly has enjoyed both lodging and day care at the Dog Retreat and Spa. We feel confident that she’ll be taken care of while we’re away, and the staff have always been courteous hand helpful.

We are so, so lucky to be able to send our puppy to daycare at The Dog Retreat. Jalene and her team are remarkable—they are so caring and are incredibly wise about dog behavior. (And humans as well!) My puppy has been going to The Dog Retreat since she was 4 months old, and her experiences there have been an incredibly positive influence on her socialization and her open, happy, secure attitude towards other dogs and people. When we arrive at The Dog Retreat in the morning, she runs to the staff there, wiggling with delight. The Dog Retreat has helped to ensure that she is growing into a happy, friendly, confident dog—-and I know that she is always safe and in the best care possible when she is there. We have used the Dog Retreat & Spa for several years, both for day care and for grooming. Ed and Jalene and their staff are wonderful with our three dogs and have been very helpful to us as well, with training tips, equipment loans, etc. We live a mile away, but they are conveniently located on 128 for all you commuters. You won’t regret taking your dogs to this fabulous place. Our dogs are all happy AND stylish.

Weird experience. They seem to want to be revered for their exclusivity (perhaps to gain affluent patrons?). We already use another highly regarded day care service, but wanted a location that is more convenient. These workers seemed to want to boost the business of trainers by shoving their contact at me at the end (they were printing MANY of these for easy distribution as they handed one to me). My dog already presses buttons and catches frisbees but they insisted on more training before they would allow our dog to be accepted. Do they want my money for day care? Maybe they want more for additional services. The first worker seemed frustrated that she mislabeled my dog as "anxious," then after the tour they all said he was extremely well-trained and a "sweetie." What's the problem then? Awkward. **After looking at the other negative reviews, it seems they nickel and dime you for additional fees without warning. Bullet dodged, thankfully. In retrospect, they said they were struggling during the tour, so that explains a lot.

I went in for a tour and evaluation for my dog. This place is clean, the way I gauge is by baseboards, even in the common areas and bathrooms there wasn't any dust or dirt. I was very impressed with how organized and willing to share they were as I walked through the facility. I may be accepting the job in the area and if and when this will be my new doggie daycare. Clean, vents set up to clear any airborne virus etc. Cleaning/sanitizing system every night for the dog play areas, vet onsite, enrichment programs, in the process of expanding the facility, oh yea and don't forget the rehabilitation shop and 4 onsite groomers, grooming available 7 days a week. This team treats there employees well with full benefits and the owner was happy to share these details as well. It made me feel very good to know where I am leaving my dog and to know that no matter what its really a on stop shop. I was very very happy leaving here after the tour and evaluation.

We love the Dog Retreat and Spa! Their staff is friendly and takes great care of my puppy. They have longer hours available for daycare which is great when I have to stay late at work. It’s easy to reserve online and you get pictures with each stay. They have indoor and outdoor areas depending on the weather. They have many options for boarding too so you can select what’s best for your pup. Highly recommend!

So glad I found this place. I have a Samoyed that was in need of some serious grooming. I took him to two other places and both could not handle him which I understood since he is not a fan of the brush but I was not ready to allow him to be shaven quite yet. After searching around some more I found The Dog Retreat and Spa and decided to request an appointment online. I provided a quick description of our situation on their appointment request form (which probably came across as a desperate cry for help) and Jalene called me back immediately to tell me that they were more than willing to help and set me up with an appointment right away. Once there I was immediately impressed by the size of the facility, the cleanliness, and the professionalism of all the staff. I dropped my dog off with Jennifer who gave me a clear and straight forward description of everything she was going to do and informed me that I would get a text half hour before he was ready. Based on my last two experiences with groomers I was expecting that text to come an hour later along with a request to bring him back another time to finish. However that text would not come till way later. Jennifer was able to completely transform him! Jennifer succeeded where other had failed and seemed to have had no problems with getting him through his grooming. She even notified me of some concerning rashes on his stomach that are from a skin infection he developed and even though he was already being treated for it by our vet it is good to know they keep an eye out and inform people about stuff like this. I was amazed and could not be more impressed with how good she is at what she does and how professional this place is. My dog will be coming back every month and I would highly recommend this place to everybody.

Our dog loves his days at daycare! He is always so excited when we pull up. The team has been so good at communicating. It's really easy to schedule daycare as well!

Our maltipoo, Zeus, has been staying with The Dog Retreat and Spa, for 4 years now for usually 3 to 4 times per year. My husband and I can enjoy our vacations knowing Zeus is well cared for. The Dog Retreat sends photos of our pup daily so we can see him playing and relaxing. The premises are clean, well-lit, provided with a sprinkler system, hard wired smoke detectors and an alarm system. Staff follow our feeding instructions, pay close attention to the pets' needs and sleep overnight to make sure there is continuous oversight of the facility. I’ve been using Above & Beyond for the past 2.5 years to walk my two dogs, and I can’t recommend them highly enough! They have a wonderful way with my nervous pups, making them feel comfortable and secure. We've been using Above and Beyond for years, and they truly live up to their name with their above-and-beyond care for our cats. They are responsible, friendly, and genuinely great with animals. Above & Beyond Pet Services is wonderful. I transitioned my King Charles Cavalier to dog walks about 12 months ago from doggie daycare as I realized he preferred the one on one attention. Sophia has been his primary walker for several months now. She is very attentive to Asher and will always mention in her notes if she notices anything out of the ordinary. I met her and she is very kind and caring. I know that Asher is in good hands and that she is able to adjust to his needs each day which differ based on my schedule with him and if we walked the prior night or earlier in the morning. I know that he looks forward to spending time with her whether they walk or play depending on his needs for the day I know she is giving him lots of love and attention. I am so grateful to have this incredible reliable and professional service for my dog who is my family.

Elise and Lillian walked our aging pup under the senior walk program (2x a day). They were both amazing, and Maya loved all of her walkers from A&B, but these two take the cake! We are so grateful for Above and Beyond and the services they provide. When we adopted our puppy, we never expected it to be so hard to find dog care but once we found them, they have been amazing. The entire company, from the office staff to the walkers, especially Katsumi, treats Quinn like she is their own. I've been using Above & Beyond for years, and they've always done a great job taking care of my two cats. I have them bring in my mail, in addition to putting out food and water, and scooping the litter. I get nervous about leaving my cats for trips, but the daily email updates A&B sends with photos of the cats and the services they're doing really puts my mind at ease. They've always been easy to schedule and communicate with. Would highly recommend.

Ted and the team helped immensely when we needed immediate care for a family member's cat. They were so communicative and sent photos and a summary every time they came over! I highly recommend their services.

My spouse and I (and our dog) love Skipton Kennel. We have a quieter dog who is reserved with new people and dogs and we worry a lot about leaving her in a safe situation. We live in Boston and happily drive out of our way to get her here. I toured multiple different boarding/daycare businesses before settling on Skipton. They are great and we never worry about leaving her. She’s very happy there and always comes home happy and isn’t stressed out. Their social media posts of the dogs playing crack us up and we look forward to them everyday we are gone. They take great care of our dog, are always helpful, easy to get ahold of and accommodating if we need to adjust our reservation We never worry about her while she is with them.

Our dog always has a good time with his friends at Skipton! Alyson and the team are very kind. Good hours for pick-up and drop-off too.

My dog loves Skipton and I do too. He gets excited when we are a block away because he knows he is going there for daycare or boarding. The staff are awesome. They also know my dog so well, so when I have had a question about him, they have given great advice & support.

I absolutely love everyone at Skipton!!! My dog can be...well...challenging. She is dog-aggressive, which is not ideal at a daycare/boarder, but they are fantastic with her and make sure she still gets lots of love. Huge plus that they are attached to Kindness Animal Hospital as well. 15/10 would recommend. Seriously so lucky that we found Skipton!

Skipton is the best! They take excellent care of my maltipoo. Aly and her mom always great us with a friendly face in the morning and they treat us like family. I can tell how much they love and care for the pups - they are Grade A professionals. Shout out to Kim, too who has taken amazing care of my dog since we was 2 lbs and 10 weeks old. I recommend them without hesitation!

Exceptional! This family run business puts your dog first in all ways and has excellent customer service. They accommodate reactive dogs, dogs with other special needs, and are friendly to pitties. I always feel at ease bringing my pup to them and know she’ll be safe and well cared for while I am away. I’d give 6 stars if I could.

Best Kennel in MA. Have been living my dog with them for more than 3 years on overnight stays when I need to travel and the puppy love it. The team is super respectful, responsive and flexible when I need or have some emergency. Being a business owner and dog owner – there are times that he needs some alternative care when he cannot attend work with me. I am extremely careful and persnickety when leaving a family member with someone else. I did a lot of research, interviewed several places and I wanted to share about my experience Skipton Kennel and their doggie daycare program. This is my first experience with needed a service like this because we recently got a new puppy. He has gone a few times at the Waltham location and in my opinion it is FANTASTIC and the staff is AWESOME. I was so impressed with the care and concern of the owner Karen for my new puppy. She asked all the right questions and quickly responded to my questions. The staff is also so attentive to my needs and more importantly my puppy’s needs. He has gone several times now and each time he has received the best care possible from all of them. He is active and gets to socialize, run, and play with other dogs/puppies with his same temperament. When I have picked him up he is calm, very relaxed and tired. He is never stressed but always happy to come home. This makes me feel very at ease leaving him in such a wonderful place. I am happy to recommend Skiption to anyone who would need a daycare service for their dog.

The best place we have found for our boxer pit mix. They know how to take care of all types of dogs, the owner is a hugger! They treat you and the dogs under their care like family. The play area has a few dogs out together at a time so it's never an out of control crazy pack.

I am obsessive about anyone who takes care of my dog. Karen and her team are simply exceptional at caring for and loving my dog while providing a safe, imacculate and fun home away from home where I feel comfortable bringing Bella. I have been taking Bella to Skipton for daycare and over night stays for nearly four years and there is no other place I would trust to take care of my dog.

My husband, pup, and I moved to California literally over a year ago and still talk about how wonderful Tail Waggerz is as a day care and boarding facility. We have not been able to find anywhere in LA that comes close to the Tail Waggerz experience. The staff is SO caring and sweet. The facility is wonderful--indoor and outdoor spaces. And the doggie/staff crate-free sleepovers are exactly the environment my dog wants if he's not at his own house. We miss you, Tail Waggerz!!

My husband and I booked our mini dachshund puppy for his first grooming appointment at TailWaggerz and we are extremely happy with their services! The front desk person was very friendly and showed us a video of our puppy playing with another dog while he waited to get picked up. The price was reasonable and our puppy came home smelling and looking great (with a very festive St. Patrick's bandana!)

We are so grateful for Tail Waggerz. Our dog has been a regular at daycare since he was a puppy and always comes home tired and happy. The staff is super friendly and knows the details of our dog's day. It's also incredibly convenient that they have grooming attached in the back. Usually our dog only has his nails trimmed. Yesterday we had the very unfortunate experience of having our dog sprayed by a skunk. The smell was obviously horrible. We brought him in for grooming and the job they did with him was amazing. We are so grateful and relieved.

I couldn’t be happier with Tail Waggerz. I did what most people do. Take to the local Facebook community forum and ask for opinions on where to take my very shaggy golden retriever. I had been going to Petco , which was great, but they never had availability sooner than one month. I got an appointment next day due to a cancellation. Filled out the online intake form , had my vet forward vaccinations and we were off. He was nice and trim, bright coat, smelled like a million bucks! Price was amazing and less than Petco. Can’t recommend Tail Waggerz enough.

Truly couldn’t be happier with my experience thus far, after switching my pup to TW after four years at another daycare in brookline that I knew my dog loved, but I was highly uncomfortable with the people who worked there and the frequent turnover of staff. I feel confident dropping Honey off everyday, and she feels safe and so excited to see her new favorite staff and dog friends. Her boarding experiences have been seamless and she comes home SO happy, as well. She is a tail wagger everyday after tail Waggerz. She didn’t go one day this past week, and I had to deal with her mini tantrum about having to stay home with me. But I digress… Everyone who works there is extraordinarily professional and nice. Robyn, Megan, Abbie especially, and of course everyone else are so friendly and fantastic with dogs. I appreciate that both the staff and dog pack at TW is tailored to meet everyone’s needs, including owners’. What a fantastic place and community to be a part of.

This place is the best! We were taking our dog to a different facility before because, being a Boston Terrier puppy, he would not know when to stop playing and we felt going somewhere where he would be in a private room for a few hours between play times would be a good fit. After a few months going there we noticed the quality of the service began to go downhill... They forgot about more than one meal, causing him to develop a new behavior (started nipping our feet when he was hungry, which has been hard to untrain) due to being put in his room without food. Gladly, we found Tail Waggerz! First of all, all employees are clearly dog people and seem to really enjoy their jobs! They are attentive, keep me informed of everything that happens during the day, and he LOVES going there. Price is fair and there is a good discount for packages. They are always posting great pics and videos of all the fun the dogs are having on Facebook. Have not tried their grooming services yet but I heard great things about them. Keep up the good work!

Tail Waggerz is a 2nd home to my Lily. They are staffed with wonderful, animal-loving humans. I trust Tail Waggerz completely. I know Lily is well taken care of and having a great time. I have nothing but the best to say about Tail Waggerz.

Michael has done a wonderful dog taking care of our dog Penny for the past 5 years. He provides in home care at his home, as well as walks at our house when needed. Every time, my dog gets so excited to see him. He sends pictures and updates while we are away. We are so fortunate to have such a responsible and kind caretaker for our pup while we are away.

Mike has been my pet sitter for 5 years and has provided consistently excellent service the whole time. He visits my furry friends when I am out of town and provides them with fresh food and milk daily. He also sends me a little video of them each day! When I have needed help with extra things (bringing in packages, watering plants), he has done those things as well. He is reliable, kind, and very good with animals. My little guys love him. Mike has also done great with improvising to handle unexpected situations (e.g. I was out of town longer than expected and hadn't left extra pet food). I trust him fully. I have high standards for pet care and Mike exceeds them every time. I recommend him without reservation - as do my pets!

Mike has been walking my dog for about 2 years now, and we couldn't be happier with him. He is flexible, and reliable. When I can't be home to walk my dog, I don't worry because I know I can depend on Mike. After each walk he will always send me an update on how the walk went. He also does nice little things like taking in mail and packages etc. I highly recommend Happy Dog.

I have been working with Michael and Marcia for close to 2 years and I can't emphasis how much I appreciate them. I feel incredibly lucky that I found such trustworthy, kind, and responsible walkers for my dog Gus, who absolutely LOVES Michael and Marcia. I've had my fair share of unreliable walkers, so when I started working with Happy Dog, all my worries and anxiety over whether or not Gus is being well taken care of went away. We LOVE Happy Dog! When we moved to Belmont 6 years ago, I was very worried about finding a reliable & trustworthy person, that also loved our high maintenance frenchie who would care for her during the work week. Michael came to my house to meet our dog, and I seriously grilled him (we joke about this now). Thankfully, I didn’t scare Michael away & he agreed to take care of our Birkin GiGi. The bond that Birkin has with Marcia & Michael melts my heart. One of the highlights of my day is checking Happy Dog’s facebook posts, cannot get enough of the adorable dog photos. My dog is sick often, Marcia and Michael text to check in on Birkin. Marcia & Michael always make sure to stock everyone’s favorite treats! It’s easy to see that this is not just a job for them, they truly LOVE the animals that they care for. I cannot recommend Happy Dog enough!

Mike and Marcia have taken care of both of our dogs, since 2006. They take our current dog, Lucy, on daily walks, which includes some socialization with other dogs - a big deal, since our dog is very much an only child. And we also board Lucy overnight with them, sometimes for weekends and occasionally when we take long trips away. They even helped us when our previous dog recovered from surgery, and provided appropriate and loving care during a lengthy recovery. We trust them completely and do not hesitate to recommend them.

I have known Mike for over a decade. I have entrusted him to care for two beloved chocolate labradors, both rescue dogs. The key word is trust. I trust him implicitly that he will do the right thing for my pets in any given situation. This trust is earned and based on years of integrity, dependability, professionalism, empathy, and compassion. When we got to the stage of caring for a 100lb geriatric dog, Mike stepped up and helped us get through various canine health issues that many times were not trivial. It would have been impossible to have provided quality end of life care without Mike. Mike can “read” dogs and will make good decisions about how the dog is doing and what will work or not work in a given situation. My current labrador is very sweet but has triggers that can lead to bad behavior. Shortly after getting her Mike helped me figure out her triggers and what situations were doable and what was a no go for her. Mike has taken care of my dogs at my house during travel. The last trip, within an hour of him arriving he sent me a picture of my puppy belly up on the couch wanting belly rubs from Mike. She loves and trust him. That is everything to me. I highly recommend Mike and HappyDog.

The absolute best pet care service in Boston! I have used Happy Pet Care for cat visits for years now and they deliver first class service every single time. They took dedicated time to understand my cat's personality and needs before their first visit and I love that I get pictures of him and updates for each visit. When I lived in Fenway I used to use Rover for all my pet sitting needs. But it was a pricy service and I had to do a lot of research and vetting when choosing someone who would look after our small dog. I moved to Brighton during the pandemic and have since relied on Happy Pet Care for all our walking and sitting needs. Mary, the owner is extremely good at communicating. She is quick to schedule us in even the night before (so sorry Mary). We set up autopay so I don't have to worry about the hassle and with fixed rates every time I know exactly what the cost will be upfront as opposed to Rover which can charge me different rates depending on who is working. Happy Pet Care did increase their prices during the end of the pandemic to adjust for the rise in cost of living. I appreciated the transparency about the cost increase and the sensitivity with which it was communicated to me. I would also like to personally recommend Debra, who has cared for our dog multiple times. I feel that everyone at Happy Pet Care gets to know my dog, and seeing the same people get to know her makes me feel secure that she is in good hands and that she can recognize who is caring for her without the added stress of meeting a stranger. Happy Pet Care is a great small business that we can rely on. I have been recommending their services to new dog owners in the area and I would certainly recommend them to you.

I needed a dog walker in Brighton for our new rescue and came across glowing reviews for Happy Pet Care. They are professional, super flexible, and really care about your pet. Mary is very easy to work with and very responsive. Our first meeting was with Jen and she was great with our dog and asked all the right questions. Sean was our main dog walker and he was so caring with our dog - she is 12 years old and he never got annoyed with how slow she needed to walk. The prices are very reasonable, especially for the level of quality care you get. We will greatly miss their services in the suburbs!

We've been using Happy Pet Care for dog walks 2-3 times per week since we adopted our lab mix puppy (now over a year ago). Mary is always so responsive, kind and flexible - which is so important when you have a dog. There have been multiple occasions where we need to switch days, length of walks, or add on an additional walk. Mary has almost always been able to accommodate us! Our walker is mostly either Sophia, Jen, or Mary herself. My pup can be nervous around new people when her humans aren't around, and they have all been wonderfully patient with our pup. We could not ask for a better, more reliable, patient, understanding, and kind dog walking service. We've had Mary, Sophia, Jen, Matt, and Debra walk our pup - and they've all been great. Mary is always very responsive, and easy to work with, even with last minute changes. Additionally, her prices have not gone up, while other services we use for our pup have. The dog walks are high quality with a great price, and a lot of flexibility (because life happens). We're sad that our pup won't have them for her mid day walks while we're at work after we move.

I spent two weeks out of town and Lisa from Happy Pet Care came by my apartment twice a day to look after my rabbit, Auggie. I've never left my bun alone for a such a long time and was initially anxious about the separation, but Lisa was wonderful in every way. First, she had previous experience caring for her own rabbit, which was important to me because rabbits are nonverbal creatures and require someone who is familiar with their signs of illness or distress. Second, she sent sweet text and photos updates of Auggie twice a day, and it was apparent that he was both happy and comfortable in her care. Third, Lisa went above and beyond in caring for my bun--she weathered fierce storms to check on him, doted on him with his favorite salad greens, arranged a last-minute emergency visit when my flight home was delayed, and showered him with so much affection that not once did I worry about Auggie during the two weeks that I was gone. Can't recommend Happy Pet Care enough, and Ms. Lisa especially! She's my go-to gal from here on out whenever I'm heading out of town.

We have been using Happy Pet Care for about two years now and we could not be happier with the thoughtful, thorough care they have provided for our two dogs and two cats over this time. We have relied on Mary and her staff for individual walks, taxis, and cat sitting. We simply would not be able to manage our lives without Happy Pet Care. Mary is wonderfully responsive and always works hard to accommodate our requests, even when we have to make them at the last minute due to unforeseen changes. Mary's staff, particularly Jen and Renee, have always been nothing short of amazing. Renee in particular always goes so far above and beyond, and she treats all our pets like they were her own. We consider ourselves and our pets to be very lucky to have connected with Mary and her staff.

My fiancé and I recently moved to the Newton area and were SO lucky to have come across Scootie's Pet Care! I had been struggling with trying to find a consistent and reliable dog walker that our French Bulldog could build a relationship with. She loved Liza and the small group of dogs from the very start. I would always receive a text when Liza was on her way to pick up Charlee for her daily walk and we loved the app that she used to walk her. We received an update after each walk along with cute photos which was a nice touch to know that she was happy while we were at work. If you are looking for a friendly and reliable dog walker, I could not recommend Scootie's enough!

Liza and Dillon have been exceptional in caring for my Chico! Over the last year, they have doggie sat Chico one day a week while I work at my office. Liza at Scootie’s Pet Care is the most caring and thorough dog sitter we have ever had! Her system allows us to keep track of our dogs whereabouts and progress, along with the fun updates and pictures to see how much fun they are having! As being an owner of small, senior dogs, I was nervous to allow them to be in a setting with other dogs.. but the way Liza allowed us to do a trial day and also made sure to “introduce them to the pack” in the proper way, made us feel confident that they were being taken care of. Her and her husband both treat our dogs like they are their own. And for that, we are so grateful!

Liza is a dream dog walker. She’s on time, consistent, highly communicative (communicating each day through realtime text updates pickup and drop off times). She treated our dog Luka like part of her family, both for walking and boarding, and we feel like she’s part of our family! We recommend her wholeheartedly.

Our 3-year-old cavapoo had an amazing time at Scooties. We had previously sought daycare at a larger daycare close by, but our cavapoo was anxious and would come home nervous and a bit agitated. At scootie's, it was a much calmer experience with much fewer dogs. He loved it, and thrived. He would be so excited to see Liza at the door. Liza and Dylan are the kindest people. We are so sad that they are moving away from the area, but know that they will be excellent for the community they serve next!

We used for years and found this to be excellent and caring dog sitting for our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. We loved getting pictures through the walkies app and she looked so happy all the time with her dog and human friends.

I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate and trust Scootie's Pet Care. My dog, Boudicca, is a little rescue terrier (10-pound mut) and she has a lot of fears, but she feels very safe with Liza, Dillon, and Scootie. I can tell because of the regular photos that Liza shares of her with the other dogs. Boudee is always napping peacefully, happily playing with other dogs, or on a nice walk outside in the fresh air. I was very nervous to leave Boudee with a "stranger," but Liza took the time to make sure that Boudee would be compatible with the other dogs so everyone would be comfortable and safe. I always feel good knowing that my dog is in such good hands when I have to do day-long or overnight trips and need someone to take care of Boudee.

Toureen is better than we could have hoped for. We can’t thank the caring and attentive staff enough for provide a nurturing environment that makes our dog, Cooper, feel at home. Have not used Toureen for a year or more - based on lack of availability etc. Scheduled a visit yesterday - not so long a wait now but someone called me back and said 'current rabies' and I noted yes, I'm working but she continued to ask about rabies, vet etc. I said I'll bring certificate in but she asked for vet again. I asked to speak to a manager and 'manager' came on line. Tory said 5-6 times the same thing and I said I have to get back to work and Tory said based on 'my tone' she was cancelling appointment. Customer service is poor. Toureen used to be better.

Facility is clean and well-maintained. The staff are reliable and friendly - keeping the right balance of efficiency in processing pets in and out, while being genuinely warm to both pets and customers. My own dog has a rapport with the staff and is very comfortable here.

This place is awesome. I called on a Sunday in desperate need of a bath/hair cut for my mini goldendoodle, Daisy. Chris answered the phone and was super accommodating and friendly. The next morning I brought Daisy in for her appointment and the experience was great. Chris and the gal working at the reception desk were totally understanding of how I didn't want Daisy's hair cut too short, but enough to clean her up. They assured me they would call me if they felt they needed to take more off (due to possible matting). The end result was great! Daisy looked fabulous and she knew it too! She had the biggest smile on her face all day! I'm so glad to have discovered Toureen!

I recommend the place is awesome, and the staffers there listen to the facts. Plus the hours are just right. As well as the days they recommend.

We bring our dog Churro to Toureen once a week for daycare and at least one weekend a month for boarding. She absolutely loves Toureen and we always feel so comfortable leaving her there. I can tell the staff loves her like I do! She never wants to leave when we pick her up. So glad we found such a wonderful place to care for our pup when we can’t!

We take our 4 yr old black lab to Toureen regularly for boarding (5-8 times a year). The staff are extremely kind, helpful and care for our dog as if she was their own. Toureen is not cheap, however quality service and surety are well worth the peace of mind. We also use Toureen’s grooming services. There’s nothing better than picking up our happy (and clean) pup at the end of a trip. The butt waggles alone are worth every penny

I don’t know who Sarah Jean is who posted a negative review and I have been bringing my dogs to Parade of Pets for 7 years, know most of the dogs who board and play there and I have never found a pet care business that is as dedicated to the love of dogs as this one. Melissa is experienced in caring for all breeds of dogs, is particular in which dogs she allows to care for, carefully considering temperament and safety. She is the dog whisperer and I wouldn’t leave my furry family members with anyone else. Sara Jean - no idea who you are or what you’re issue is as I see you have bashed other businesses as well. Move on and find another hobby. Parade of Pets is the best in the area.

Paws About Town are the only service I use for my dogs. I always know when I leave them for boarding they’re going to have fun, socialization, plenty of TLC, and love! It’s a gift being able to go on vacation and know my dogs are having the time of their lives too.

I even got stuck out of town an extra 3 days and it was so incredibly comforting knowing that I could rely on Paws About Town for the extra time and love they give my pup! Affordable in home care and boarding is hard to come by and Paws About Town does it beautifully. They have flexible pick up and drop off schedules, and will even collect your fur pal if requested. My 3 year old Cocker spaniel, Copper, has boarded with them. Copper has some special needs and they met them all with an ease and confidence that helped Copper to relax and enjoy his time away.

We went through a few other walkers before we found Lauren and Jason, and they are far and away the best out there! Friendly, well-organized, personal, well-trained, extremely responsive, and always available to take our little pup for walks. They also provide the best bang for the buck out there! We have even used them a few times for overnights. They pick up / drop off our pup, take her to their house and let her roam. We refer to it as "The Ranch" to our pup, and it might just be her favorite place! Jason and our dog are basically best friends, he always leaves us status reports of her walks and overnights. It is so refreshing to have such a personal service, as the other places and walkers we have used have seemed anything but that. This is key for trusting someone that has access to your home, but more importantly someone that takes care of your dog!

My dogs have been walking 3 times a week and boarding with Paws About Town (Lauren and Jay) for over 10 years, since they opened their business. My experience with them over that period of time, has been awesome! They love my dogs as if they were their own. I don’t worry when my dogs are in their care because I know they will be well taken care of. There have been many many times that I’ve called them last minute to change the schedule, cancel because something came up etc. They are always very understanding and say ‘no problem’. They aim to please their clients. They are always there when I need them the most. Thanks Lauren and Jay for your outstanding service to my doggies!
