I came here for the first time nervous because I have never used a dog groomer before. K9 was so amazing and answered any questions I had along with being so friendly to our pup. Our pup came out jumping and so happy. He did not want to leave! I will be using them as long as I am in the area!

Decent place. Prices are a little high for just a wash and nail clipping. Someone clipped my dog's black nails a bit too short and didn't notify us so there was blood when he got home.

My Darby was well taken care of while I was on vacation. I will use them again and highly recommend. They really love dogs and are considerate of what the owner requests.

This is the first and only place my dogs jump from the car run up the steps and are happy to go in for their stay. I love that both my dogs stay in the same kennel because they are use to sleeping and eating together, I always get their blankets returned washed. Both dogs always seem to have been well cared for. They are always happy to return again which tells me they are looked after. I highly recommend k9 designs

See below, I am not pleased. I boarded my dog in Germany and in Florida with no issues. I was upfront with the owners. My wife drove 30 minutes to drop our dog off before her flight to DC and my dog was refused by the owner. From my understanding, it is your job as a dog boarding agency to take care of ALL dogs from princess puffy to Cujo. To pick and choose who is boarded after stating you would take our cherished family pet is absolutely unacceptable.

The Place for pet grooming and care in Wayne County. We have been doing business with them since their opening and have never had an issue. Good honest ppl making your fur babies styling & happy.

I completely trust my animals are okay here. Fran is so nice and her staff are genuinely caring. Bunch of animal lovers. I would suggest suggest them to anyone who has animal kids but can't bring them along.

Bentley approves no doubt... He loves his day at the spa. Several ways to communicate with the business is a plus. Sometimes a quick Facebook message to page is all I have time for so it's a huge help while balancing a busy life. Fran absolutely loves everyone's pets... Highly recommend.

My sweet Rylie June absolutely loves Yappy Days! She is always so excited when we pull in to yappy days and gets the same energy back when she walks inside by the staff! She basically runs out of my arms with excitement. They take such good care of the dogs and treat them as their own, all for a reasonable price too! She is a husky and they are infamous for their bundle of energy, but my Rylie comes home so tired from playing all day and it is so nice to know that she had that much fun (especially in the pools😂). She’s my little water bug baby! Also! I’ve never had any issues with boarding as well! They’ve always fed her properly and i’ve always gotten my belongings back! Grooming is awesome as well! Carlee is so amazing and kind even when my Rylie can be dramatic. Carlee is patience with her! 10/10 for Yappy Days We love them!!!!

Moved here a year ago and we have tried several groomers! Finally found Carlee at Yappy Days and I’m here to tell you that she is the BEST! My dogs Russell and Scout absolutely love going to see her every 5 weeks! I recommend her 100% for anyone looking to find a grooming home for your pup!

We’ve had several great experiences with dog groomers in Glynn County for both of my dogs, so when I say Carlee at Yappy Days is the best, I mean it sincerely! She always does a wonderful job with my doodle puppy. Since he is in training to be a service dog, it’s especially important for him to have good experiences that don’t stress him out, so seeing how excited he is to see Carlee every couple of weeks is very reassuring to me. I’m so glad we found her!

I love Yappy Days. The establishment is clean and runs well, they take great care of the dogs as if they’re their own. The employees and owners are all super kind, i’ve never had a problem with any of them. My dog LOVES coming for daycare, it’s always the highlight of his day, and I don’t blame him! Yappy Days is the best place to take your dog in the Brunswick area, take my word for it!!!

My dog Mason absolutely loves coming here! He loves the staff and he is so excited to greet them and play with his friends. They do a great job making sure he has a fun time and he is always tuckered out from playing, they always give me cute updates on anything new he does. He sprints to the car on his daycare days and runs right in the door. We bought the half day packages and they are well worth it.

Raven has a great time each time she visits. The staff greets her with enthusiasm, and she barely turns around to acknowledge me as she runs to the door to go see her canine friends! I purchased the discounted package of 20 half day (6 hours) visits, and we could not be happier.

If there was a 6th star, this place would get it from us! Courage goes to Yappy 3 times a week for day care (or as we call it, "school") and he has learned how to be a REAL DOG! He was a rescue with a lot of trauma and anxiety but the team at Yappy Days worked with him from DAY ONE to make sure he felt comfortable. He LOVES Yappy Days and the entire Staff! Each member took real care to make sure Courage felt safe, welcome, and respected in the space. He has stayed overnight countless times and always comes home with a smile. He is a confident and happier dog because of Yappy!

Since 2021 we have enjoyed working numerous times with Kendall Underwood of Underwood Pet Sitting. Kendall is friendly, professional, quick to reply and responds to any unexpected issues immediately. She keeps a record of our pet’s needs and takes care of minor household requests, as long as it fits into our scheduled half-hour timeframe. We love the fact that Kendall checks in with us on the day we return home and confirms that we have made it home safely and that our fur-baby doesn’t need care for longer than anticipated. Whenever possible Kendall tries to keep the pet-sitter the same each visit, so that our 11-year-old cat can become familiar and comfortable with his sitter. The visit reports the pet-sitters provide us after each visit are greatly appreciated. Overall, we have been pleased with the pet-sitters that have taken care of our precious pet.

We LOVE Underwood! We’ve booked a few times with Underwood and appreciate the thorough process they take to meet our fur family, understand their unique needs, and keep them on their routines. We’ve been in a bind before having boarded our dog who did not do well at the boarding facility. Underwood saved the day by checking our dog out of the facility, escorting him home, and then taking care of him for the remainder of our trip, all on short notice. So thankful and appreciative of them treating our furry family members just like one of their own!

Kendall, Heather, and Doug are all fantastic. Very easy to schedule. Very trustworthy. They give daily written reports, administer medication, play with our animals and send pictures. Our experience with Underwood Pet Sitting has been fantastic. We do not live in St. Simons full time, but are there frequently and sometimes need a sitter for Piper while we travel. Underwood Pet Sitting took amazing care of our senior dog while we were out of town. We received daily texts/pictures to let us know how she was doing and had written progress reports when we arrived home. We would definitely recommend Kendall and her team. They were professional and made us feel at ease being away from our pup.

We went on a 7 day vacation and left our 5 dogs and kitty for the first time for this long. Kendall and her staff were amazing! They were able to handle our “pack” and left progress notes for each visit. I got text messages and pictures everyday! Having 2 Great Danes makes it hard to find someone who can handle such a large breed, but they did and my girls loved them (all of them did!) 1000% recommend Underwood Pet Sitting!! 😀

Kendall is my second favorite hooman! When my other hooman goes out of town Kendall is always with me to play, love, and keep me safe! Great snacks too. Yum. I just adore her !

We recently used Underwood Pet Sitting for our 4 dogs while we were in town for my sister's wedding. We have used pet sitters in the past, but I've never felt truly comfortable leaving my fur babies with anyone until we met Kendall! She sent us great updates so we could relax while we weren't with them. She left us an awesome report card so we knew everyone's status upon our return. The dogs were so relaxed and happy with her. I wish she was in Atlanta because she is absolutely wonderful! We highly recommend this company if you have pet sitting needs.

I cannot speak highly enough about Underwood Pet Sitting. I met with Kendall for an introductory appointment to discuss our 3 senior cats and 2 guinea pigs. Kendall was thorough, professional and kind. When we returned it was obvious that our pets had been very well cared for and their needs were met. We also received some notes on the cats behavior and demeanor while we were gone. My oldest cat is 16 so having someone keep a close eye on him and his senior moments was such a relief. This is the best pet service I have used to date!

I have been using Mulberry Family Pet Sitters for around 3 months now and cannot say enough good things about them ! I have a very high-energy GSD and they are more then equipped to handle him and come in daily for mid-day visits . They recently added two new sitters and they all treat him like their own . I get daily pictures which puts me at ease every day knowing he’s been played with and given love while I’m at work. When it rains my back yard gets muddy and they have no problem taking him on a walk instead or playing with him in the house , they are super flexible and super commutative ! My dog ate something he shouldn’t have when I was at work , which turned out being very toxic (hide vitamin D Pills if you have them) and she alerted me right away , gave me an update on how he was acting and offered to take him to the vet but my husband was able to come home and take him. The entire weekend I was updating Sarah , it seemed like she was just as worried as I was for his well-being which shows how it’s more then a job to them and they genuinely care for your pets . If your looking for sitters to treat your dogs as their own and to love them like you do , mulberry pet sitters are the ones to pick!

I would absolutely recommend Mulberry Family Pet Sitters to anyone. I am so happy I found them! My family went out of town for a couple of days, and this was the first time I had to leave my pups behind with a sitter, so I was a little nervous about finding someone who would take good care of them. Sarah immediately put my mind at ease when we talked on the phone the first time. She is very passionate about what she does and super thorough when it comes to the details about pet care. Cheyenne took great care of our dogs while we were gone, and at every visit she sent me an update that included details about the visit and pictures too! 30 January 2023: I would like to take some time to express how happy my husband and I are that we found Sarah [ family] to care for our senior dog. Our former pet sitter became ill and unable to continue with caring for him. And a friend that would care for him at times when the pet sitter could not, no longer felt comfortable caring for him because of his laundry list of health conditions. So for 6 months we did not have a pet sitter so we either took him with us or one of us stayed behind. I would monitor off and on online for a pet sitter in the local area so we found the Mulberry boarding facility. And we setup an appointment within days with Sarah. Immediately upon meeting Sarah and walking into their business we felt the warmth and she showed kindness and care for Abel as well as my husband and I. She did not look at the fact that he has a laundry list of health conditions to include 6 different types of medications. She immediately agreed to taking him in as one of her guess. Please let me explain pet sitters are available in the areas but when your pet becomes a senior dog it is not a good option to leave him in a boarding facility. I can't say it enough how happy we are with the Mulberry Family Pet Sitters business. There is visible love for our pet and visible care and concern for him. He after just one visit is very excited to go there. And lastly our pet belongings is inventoried and washed and he also receives an exit bath. I give this business a 5 + ++ Stars!! Absolutely the best that we have been in contact with. It refreshing to have this business in our local community.

The women at Mulberry Family Pet Sitters are amazing. We've used the service twice now, once for a planned vacation and the second time for an out-of-town emergency. In both instances I knew my furbabies were going to be taken care of, as were my plant babies, and I was able to go on with one less thing to worry about while away. Cheyenne, Keana and Sarah have been wonderful to my three dogs and I love getting each report (complete with pictures) after their visits to my home. 100% recommend!

We recently adopted 2 kittens and I was worried about leaving them alone for the first time while we were on vacation. Sarah listened to my concerns and helped ease the anxiety I had about leaving them. Xavier came over for the consultation and to meet Callie and Felix. He explained everything and left us with a welcome packet. I got a notification when they arrived at my house, pictures, health updates, and a report each time Xavier and/or Savannah came over. I will definitely be using Mulberry Family Pet Sitters again.

I needed to go out of town for two weeks and I couldn't find an airline that would accommodate my 44lb cocker spaniel. I searched about ten boarding facilities because I am always worried about where I leave her. I liked the reviews that I have found for the Mulberry Family Pet sitters and was pleased. I arrived at the facility early for a meet and greet so that Sasha would feel safe. I must say, out of all the places that I have boarded Sasha, this was my favorite. I was given a photo EVERY MORNING, and an update on how she was. I felt REALLY comfortable around the second day, no worries. Upon my return, everything that I bought was inventoried when I dropped her off and all of her bedding was washed and cleaned, along with all of her dishes upon my return. I am so happy to have found this place and I HIGHLY recommend this facility if you are in search of a GREAT boarding facility to leave your family member. I will use her again in the future, because she is clean and cares a lot about your fur babies.

Sarah was amazing with my dog, Grace. I was so grateful to Sarah for her being willing to take Grace last minute for a few days when I came down with COVID and was quite ill. I don't know what I would have done without her and her family's help. They were loving and attentive, and Grace came home MUCH calmer than when I had dropped her off. If you are looking for a pet sitter or dog walker look no further! My pups received the best treatment and the most attentive care. I was worry free while I was gone. I received updates often and they took the time to adapt to the instructions I provided. They even made the extra effort to sanitize everything and have it prepared for me upon pickup. They took care of my chickens, goats, and my bearded dragon! They were amazing and so accommodating and clearly cared and took an interest in my animals. Returned to Savannah for a visit. Called and had Maggie watch Bentley at our hotel. She was great. It was nice to go out and not worry about him. She took him on a walk and sent me pictures during her visit. Blissful Buddha watched our pets when we lived in Savannah, they are amazing.

I've been using Blissful Buddha Pet Services since I moved to the Savannah/Pooler area about 3 years ago. We absolutely love them! I have older dogs who don't do well with boarding and take medication. They're wonderful at walking and making sure my old babies have love. Brooke is great! My house is always as I leave it and she has wonderful communication. They'll send a text update after each walk with pictures and a 'paper' detailing what they did. They're always reliable too! We had a seriously delayed flight and they were able to fit in a last minute walk. Can't go wrong with this service!

Having recently moved to Savannah with our two dogs, we were somewhat skeptical that we would find a pet sitting service that equaled the one we used in our previous city. Like most pet owners, our expectations for care are pretty high so we began the process of finding a new sitter with some trepidation. My first contact with Blissful Buddha (BB) was with Tyler who listened to what we were looking for, acknowledged our concerns, and ensured us that BB could exceed our expectations. He explained their services, answered all my questions and scheduled a time for a new client meet and greet. The sitter arrived for the meet and greet on time and was armed with a detailed questionnaire. I’ve interviewed my fair share of sitters, and I know that there are those who ask questions and take detailed notes and those who do not. Those who do not do not get to watch my dogs. The BB sitter was very thorough and asked detailed questions and took notes about our dogs’ eating schedule, sleeping habits, temperament around other dogs, walking schedule, medications, local veterinarian, house alarms, etc. I always provide notes about these types of things for our sitters, but by the end of our session, I felt that the sitter had covered all of the questions I’d normally have and touched on all the concerns that are covered in my notes. She left us that day with a good feeling. On the day of our trip, we had to leave for the airport before the sitter arrived for the first visit. This is always a bit stressful because not only are we leaving our pups, but we also worry about the sitter arriving on time and being able to get into the house with no issues. So, we always anxiously await that first check-in from the sitter letting us know that all is well. Happily, we didn’t have to wait long. Within minutes of arriving, we received a text from the sitter that she had gotten into the house and was greeted by happy pups. She even sent some pics. And I’m pleased to say, this was rule for our entire time away. Each day we received multiple updates and pics letting us know that the dogs were doing well. This meant so much to us and let us enjoy our time away without feeling any anxiety about their care and well-being. Without a doubt, Blissful Buddha exceeded our expectations. The entire experience from the first phone contact to the follow-up email from the owner after the service was first rate. They do a wonderful job and have earned our trust. We’ve already booked their sitting services for our next two trips.

Katie with Blissful Buddha is not only amazing with our four dogs, but she's quite the photographer, too! We have one blind and deaf terrier, one blind Shih tzu, one giant aussiedoodle, and a sassy toy poodle. They all were comfortable with Katie from the moment they met. Medications were given, our wood floors remained clean, playtime and snuggles were enjoyed, and we received photo filled texts with each visit. Happy dogs = happy humans!

Updated 5/31/24: I’m still hiring these pet sitters years later and have nothing but nice things to say about all of them! They took care of my senior cat with advanced kidney disease and were so kind and gentle. At one point she was on several medications and special foods and they were so great with her. I also had someone come over every week to help me administer subq fluids and was/am so grateful for their compassion and care at the end of my cat’s life. These days they’re looking in on my 4 young rambunctious cats and I love all the sweet photos and updates. It’s priceless when you know you have people to trust 100% when you’re gone. ——————— I just hired Blissful Buddha to look after my cat and everything went perfectly. I chose them based on their positive reviews and am so glad I did. They are very organized and professional which made a great impression. The lady who came to my house for an introductory visit was very friendly and asked several questions to make sure my cat was taken care of and that they did everything I needed - that made me feel comfortable with trusting them right away. They sent an invoice which had the schedule of the daily visits - it was nice knowing when my cat was being checked in on. Every day the sitter sent a picture and a detailed report about everything going on with my cat and the house - I never had to ask a single question because they detailed literally everything. The people here from the owner to the pet sitters definitely go above and beyond with how they treat both the pets and their owners. Their thorough communication really makes them stand out from other pet sitters. I am super impressed and will be reaching out to them whenever I need pet care in the future.

I have used LaMaison Du Caniche for over 20 years. All of my pets have had wonderful care while boarding and grooming.

We have been coming here since 2010 for grooming and boarding. She was highly recommended by our vet. Mrs garrow has always been very polite. We have dealt more with ms pat who has been very helpful with our dog's grooming needs. I can rest assured that our dog loves this place as soon as the car door is open she is rushing for the door and her tail is wagging

They are amazing with my Rottie! All his special needs were met. My fur baby lost no weight there like he has at other kennels. They have large spacious kennels for my big boy who is 145lbs. Heck he looked better when I picked him up than when I dropped him off. Miss Pat is super friendly and you can tell she really cares about the animals. I’d recommend them if you are looking for a place that values you and your animals happiness.

Our dog Winnie went to daycare today at The Hipster Hound because we wanted to try it out first before long term boarding, and all I can say is WOW! What an amazing place, and an amazing experience for our dog. The workers are so friendly and take their job very seriously. The facility is clean and tidy, and does not smell like urine. It's quiet considering how many dogs they board. No ear-splitting barking! I was able to FaceTime our corgi Winnie halfway through her stay and she was sooo happy, playing with other dogs, and the woman I spoke to was very nice and clearly cares about dogs! So happy with our experience here and the level of quality and care at the facility. Will definitely be using them always!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My girl always has such an amazing time at the Hipster Hound. She was a bit timid to stay at first but now just the mention of the word “daycare” gets her super excited because she knows exactly where she’s going. Everyone is always super kind and professional and I know everyone here has a genuine love for animals. My energetic Doberman always comes home tuckered out and happy after staying here. Awesome place to go to! I only go for the do it yourself pet wash. It is a great experience and they provide everything you need to give your pooch a quality bath! All for a super reasonable price. The best part is they do all the clean up afterwards! The tub is big enough for any animal big or small! I have a Sheppard named Peter and he LOVES his bath time! Highly recommend going.

My pup attends Hipster Hound 3 days a week while I work. She is extremely happy when she reaches the parking lot and realizes where she is! She has a wonderful time playing all day and truly loves the staff. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with the staff and am so glad we found this wonderful place for our sweet Winnie to spend her days. Best part is she comes home exhausted and falls asleep as soon as we get in the door so mum can cook dinner!

Amazing facility. Great staff. Kind hard working owner. I board my dog Aggie here. And she attends doggie day care about 4 times a month. She loves the staff and tries to jump through my windshield to go in while we pull in the parking lot. They carry her dog food, so I can but it there. And have even made time to add on a bath at the last second. 10 stars.

The staff are friendly and honest about our dog’s stay, such as letting me know she didn’t eat. She is always eager to enter and quickly finds a friend to play with. We have had no bad experiences and when we watch on the cameras they all look content. I like that they get down time and aren’t with the group the whole time as our dog doesn’t always know when to stop 😆.

I boarded my goldendoodle here for a week while we were on vacation. Every time I emailed them to check on him, they responded that same day within a few hours and gave me a detailed report of how he was doing. They said very positive things about him, which made me feel like he was well taken care of and loved by the staff members. When I picked him up yesterday, he seemed very happy. I like how they give you a printout of how much food your dog eats too. Great experience! I would definitely board him here again and am very thankful for all of the staff members.

Barks is wonderful and so are their employees! So kind, so patient with the pups! I’m so glad a neighbor recommended Barks. My Husky has been going for a year now and he and our family love it!

I just moved here from Indiana and was looking for a new place to take my dog for play time and board if I needed to go out of town. Went and checked this place out. The guy at the desk was super nice and answered all my questions. I filled out the necessary paperwork and gave them a copy of my dogs vaccine records. After that they said they would call me and have me bring him in for his temperament requirement test. Waited a week didn't hear anything so went back and talked to the same guy at the desk and he couldn't understand why I had not been called. So he took my name and number again. It's been 3 weeks and still nothing. Don't know what's up with these people but if they can't make a phone call how are they going to be able to take care of your fur baby.?? I've moved on an have found a great place to take my fur baby. Good luck to the people that goes to this place.

I can tell you all that my dog gets extremely excited whenever we pull up. She is also very happy when we pick her up. So, my Dawg gives them 11 out of 10 Paws.

We boarded our dogs here for a weekend. I was very nervous because I have never boarded them before and they aren’t socialized with other dogs. From the start the staff verbalized understanding of their needs and demonstrated their knowledge during the initial assessment of some warning-sign body language the dogs may show when they are uncomfortable in a situation. The staff when dropping them off were so nice and definitely made me feel better about leaving them. The staff was very sweet and gentle with them from the start. The dogs went with him so easily which one of them is usually pretty hesitant walking with people he doesn’t know. When picking them up, every item we dropped off with them was very clearly labeled and easy to find. The dogs barely seemed to even want to leave and were still hamming it up to the staff. The staff said they were the sweetest boys and they loved cuddling on them. Just an overall good experience for us and for them.

We boarded our two dogs for the evening and as soon as they got there they were so excited. The staff is lovely and very receptive to pet needs. We’ll be back!!

The Good - Our dog seems to enjoy going to Barks and always comes back 100% exhausted (assumingly because he has so much fun). We have had generally positive interactions with the staff and the facility seems fairly nice from what we can see. The cage-less atmosphere is a big plus for us. The Bad- You're almost guaranteed to have to pay additional fees for boarding (for those with traditional work or vacation trip schedules). For boarding you can't do a morning check-in or an afternoon/evening check-out without paying an extra $15 fee for each on top of the $50 per night fee. You can't pick your dog up on Sundays at all unless you make pre-arrangements and pay another $15 fee. The Ugly- We felt pretty scammed on our last boarding. We dropped him off Friday for a 1-night stay and were told we could pick him up anytime before 7pm the next day (the front desk girl even said "Saturday? Anytime before 7"). But we received a call at 6:15pm the next day asking when we were coming to pick up our dog because they were closing (they told us the girl at the front desk made a mistake and they don't stay open until 7pm on Saturdays). We said we were 15 minutes away, our GPS said we would be there at 6:30pm. They said they were sorry about the mistake, but that was too long to wait and we would have to pick him up the next morning. We weren't thrilled, but mistakes happen, ok. First thing the next morning we went to pick them up and the front desk girl (the one who had said 7pm) was very apologetic, but then CHARGED us both for the 2nd night we didn't want AND a Sunday pickup fee. Blown away, I asked "are you really charging us for the 2nd night?". She called what I assume was the manager and they took off the Sunday pickup fee but still charged us the extra $50 for the extra night. Might be a little over-dramatic, but it really felt like they held our doggo hostage and then demanded ransom to get him back. We paid it, but we really lost our trust in Barks with this. We'll probably try to avoid Barks in the future if we can. The ???- every time we pick our pup up from boarding, he drinks a comical amount of water. It's probably because he's too busy running around with the other dogs to drink, but we do hope they have water bowls out for the dogs at all times.

My dogs love Barks. They get so excited to go. They also love the staff which makes me happy to know that they are treated well. And they play hard with the other dogs when there and come home exhausted. But very happy. Barks is strict about all dogs having the proper immunizations and a temperament test to be sure that dogs are in the proper play group. The place is kept really clean too. I highly recommend Barks for day care and boarding.

My pooch Bear has just recently become a client of BARKs, and we have loved the experience so far! He has been both in daycare and also booked twice into long weekends boarding while we were out of town. Check in and check out is quick and easy, the staff are always pleasant and Bear seems to love it there.
