Due to Hurricane Milton, I was mandated to stay at work for several days and I didn’t have anyone to take care of my puppy. I’m very grateful for this facility to care for my boy and staying in contact with me. I’m usually one of those who are hesitant in placing my dogs in a dog boarding facility because of all the horrible stories I read on the news. This place puts me at ease and I’m grateful for their services. I’m definitely booking again!

Dear Madison is the only place I trust to take great care of my pup! I love popping over to Instagram to see his smiling face playing with all of his friends in my stories during the day! I know he is being well taken care of by Jean Ann and the staff. The dogs all play so well together and always look like they are having so much fun and I am confident that my boy is being well taken care of. Highly recommend! FIVE STAR!

After reading lots of reviews and testing places out, we landed at Dear Madison Pet Service! Best place ever! We call it the farm and our girls get so excited when we tell them they are going to the farm. As soon as we turn the corner to the location the excitement starts. Jean and the staff are really good with our girls knowing that one is a handful. They accommodate her craziness so she is safe. I feel they treat our pups as if they were their own dogs. Highly recommend Dear Madison!!

Jean Ann and her staff are nothing short of amazing. We use their service’s weekly for our dog and he always comes home happy and worn out. Their facility is always clean and Jean Ann is always responsive especially if something is wrong. I would trust my dog with no one else and my animals are my top priority. Our family loves Dear Madison Pet Services! It's really a home away from home for our dog. We have been using the doggy day care service, boarding and grooming services for over 3 years. We have been using Dear Madison Pet Services for our dog Ziggy for the past three years. He absolutely loves going and gets excited when we turn onto their street. We use them for both boarding services when we are out of town and weekly doggie daycare. Jean Ann (the owner) truly loves what she does, her staff is wonderful and the dogs are well taken care of and have so much fun! I'm so happy we found such a reliable, trustworthy small business for our dog.

I discovered Dear Madison through a friend when we adopted our Pup, Chewy (large breed) in 2020. I wanted to start socializing him with other dogs. A mistake I had made with my other dogs who had passed away during Covid. Jean Ann was amazing, I got photos and updates whenever I sent him. She knew I was nervous about leaving him. Fast forward three years and we use Dear Madison for doggie day care and boarding for BOTH my pups (we got another in 2022). If you know me, you’d know my dogs are part of my family and I trust them completely with my Pups, especially since one of mine is a bit extra. I refer Dear Madison’s to all my friends with dogs. I truly love Dear Madison and the owner Jean Ann.

I found Dear Madison last year at last minute when I really needed someone for Coco. I am so lucky that I found them because they take care of coco so well and she is so excited to go every day! The people who work here and the owners are some of the most genuine people I have ever met. They are so flexible and so nice. I highly recommend them!

Sam is great. She tries her best and I feel better using her than rover. She treats my animals like they are her own and she is very communicative and timely!

Where do I start, Wow A+++! Samantha and her phenomenal business are highly recommended. Samantha took care of my 2 large babies, cat and tortoise while my family and I were out of town for Thanksgiving. She was punctual and kept her communication with me detailed and sent me photos. She provided peace of mind during the holidays which is hard already while in a pandemic. She is trustworthy, experienced but more importantly a balanced personality of high energy and calm. I love Your Puppy My Pad. Elizabeth is the perfect mom-substitute for me. What have impacted me the most is that she treats the pups as if they were her own with lots of attention, awareness of their habits and needs at all time. She has even sent me funny pictures and was able to detect a potential medical issue on my pup. She is now 8 yrs old and healthy with the best pet nanny in town. I don't mind driving an hour to leave her because I can travel and work at ease. The picture was taken right when she stepped on the grass when drop her off at My Puppy My Pad.

I am absolutely beyond grateful for finding Lisa and Your Puppy, My Pad. After adopting a 10 week old puppy who refused to be alone at home, escaped his playpen on multiple occasions causing me to miss work, I was flooded with anxiety and in total desperation to find someone to watch him on the days my husband and I are at work. When looking into doggie daycare, I didn't know where to begin. Something told me to send Lisa a text for availability. She immediately called me and put my mind on rest. She talked and listened to me about my stress and was so quick to schedule a meeting to meet my puppy the same day. Her home is so welcoming and relaxing. I spend a few hours with her and my pups so he could get used to her home. Although most of her "clients" are not puppies, she knew exactly how to meet the needs of my anxious puppy and she pays close attention to his needs (as far as bringing him along to her meetings, holding water up to him to keep him hydrated, etc.). Lisa is also helping to train him on a leash, how to be more independent, helping him overcome his crate anxiety, and so much more. I couldn't recommend her services enough!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Your Puppy My Pad is a safe and fun place to drop your small four legged friend off when you need a sitter. Elisabeth is well educated on your pets needs and is excellent at teaching dogs basic skills for interacting with other dogs. I would recommend my friends and family to trust their loved ones in her care. Since her services are hosted from her house, your pet also gets the comfort of being in a home as well as the opportunity to hang out with other dogs and make new friends! Over all, Your Puppy My Pad offers the best pet friendly environment for your smell pets!

It's definitely worth the drive from Carrollwood to go to Your y, My Pad in Wesley Chapel. There isn't a time that my daughter and I haven't shown up to find all these little dogs having an absolute blast!!! Highly recommend you bring you sweet puppy to join in the fun at this home based doggy day care, earning their place as a Finalist in Best Of The Bay 2023 is quite impressive and well deserved!

My fur baby Leah loves it here. Glenda sent pics throughout the day showing Leah having a good time with her new friends. Glenda home is very pet friendly. Her home has a nice size backyard for the dogs to play. If I could I’d give this place a 10/10. Absolutely amazing!

If I could give Glenda 10 stars, I would. I had to get away for our wedding, and she was just so kind and accommodating to us first and foremost to our precious fur babies. She updated us, and not only that, they seemed so happy there. The BEST dog sitter we have ever had. I would not hesitate, and she will treat your dogs as her own. They came back home happy and tired from all the fun. I’ve never used a pet service like Autumn’s Bed & Biscuit before and was a little apprehensive about having someone come into my home to let my pup out, but I’m so happy I did. Glenda was an absolute pleasure and even came by a day early to meet with our Sophie at our request. She walked her, played with her, gave her treats and even sent us photos of their adventure! We look forward to continuing to use their services.

We just picked up our babies from their 8 night stay at Autumns bed and biscuit and we have a 16 yr old who is blind and a 9 yr old who has health restrictions and they were as happy with their stay as we were. They weren’t stressed and quickly settled in. We got daily check ins from the owner and was very pleased with how well she communicated with us. This is only their second time being boarded but the first with Autumns bed & biscuit; it definitely won’t be their last stay here. With our first boarding experience we were left a little traumatized as I feel so were our babies which is what caused us to go on the hunt for a new place for them to stay while we were on vacation. We couldn’t be happier, they were treated so well and it made our vacation more enjoyable to know our babies were made to feel right at home. 10/10 I would recommend! You can enjoy your time away without worrying and knowing your fur-babies are well cared for will put your mind at ease if you’re a nervous Nelly like me. Thank you so much!

We rarely leave our spoiled Gigi anywhere out of our home. However we left her at Autumn's Bed & Biscuit Pet Sitting for a family trip. Gigi was so happy to be there. Glenda went above and beyond! I have an 11 year old lab, Kira and a 4 year old lab, Barley. You can imagine quite different energies plus we have no yard. Glenda took the time to get to know each dog and their needs. One needed cuddles and one needed to run and play. Glenda didn’t miss a beat. She took the time to give each dog the attention they needed while really forming bonds with them. Each time she came over she had to harness the dogs before taking them for a walk. She always put my dogs safety top of mind. She was able to handle walking two large labs at once handling pulling from one dog. She sent check ins each time she saw our babies and really put this worried mommas mind at ease. We are so thankful to have found Glenda and promise you will not be disappointed! Milo had a great time while staying at Autumns Bed & Biscuit for a few days. We were sent several pictures of him having fun with the other dogs. We were happy to know that he was in good hands and living his best life while in Glenda's care. I would highly recommend.

This was our first time using a pet service. We typically have family to watch our pets and we can say with confidence Pet Nanny treated our pets like family. Deb was amazing in setting up the scheduled visits and provided great suggestions on how to prepare for our leave. We appreciated all the updates and pictures while we were away. They gave great care in every detail on their visits and are so friendly. Our pup had so many great walks we can tell he's missing them already. We would highly recommend using this service. I’ve taken my dog to other training classes and did what I could using YouTube training videos but I wasn’t making progress. Deb Norris was able to tailor training specific to my pup’s needs. She has a passion and knowledge for dog training and she’s able to communicate it in a way that makes sense. I highly recommend her and My Pet Nanny for training. Deb is the BEST!

We have entrusted Deb and her Pet Nannys with our four beagles for years! They are trustworthy, professional, and very responsive!! I really appreciate the caring displayed by Deb Norris and her team. I have an elderly Westie and a very high-strung younger dog who came to us as a rescue. I think both would not enjoy a stay at a kennel very much. With The Pet Nanny, they get to stay in the comfort of their own home and get cuddles and walks four times per day. The Nannies send an update to me after each visit. It allows me to enjoy my trip without having to worry about my fur babies.

The best pet service I've ever had and I've lived all over the world. I'm able to leave my pets in my home and My Pet Nanny will take care of them! If we're traveling, they can pet sit with as many as 4 visits a day and they have no problem caring for my dog, cat, chinchilla, and sugar gliders! They do overnight PJ visits, puppy day care, day visits/walks for working families, you name it. The owner is also a certified trainer and offers all sorts of training including training during walks! Can't speak highly enough about this team of professionals!! Love everything they offer and do for my family and beloved pets!

The facility was very very clean, organized, well taken care of, and efficient, and the staff were very friendly. You could tell they cared for your pets and enjoyed the work they do. I felt like I could trust them with my pets and I felt like the facility was top-notch, clean, organized and a safe place for my dogs. I also loved that I could opt in for digital report cards of my dogs, as well as baths for them before pick up. When we picked up the boys, they were clean, happy and so tired after a week at Pet Paradise!

Just picked up my pup after 2 days of boarding. This is how this place returned my dog. I picked him up at 9 am, and after 15 minute wait I was told that they were bathing him because he had stepped on poop. 2 things wrong with this picture. The first one and more obvious, these pet suites are not cleaned or not cleaned often at all. Second, if you are bathing the dog, the least you can do is dry him up. Certainly not a place I recommend. Will go back to The Lodge. Never had any issues there. Hope the best for your business.

My dogs always love it here! We have used Pet Paradise for boarding as well as daycare. My dogs are always so excited at drop off and happy and tired at pick up. The booking process is extremely easy with their app. The facility is clean. The staff is always friendly towards us and our dogs. Its also nice that they have webcams to be able to check in on your pup during play time

Legolas had such a fun stay at Pet Paradise! The staff are amazing and really care about your pets. It’s obvious that they prioritize the health and safety of the pets. I got a really thorough pawgress report and the furever connected feature was worth it just for my own peace of mind. Seeing the pics of my little boy having a blast made me less homesick for him. The team is amazing. The facilities are clean! Legolas came home exhausted from playing and having so much fun and he was so happy!

Such a fun experience for my puppy Monday- Friday! He’s always cared for here and loves the entire staff. Tail starts wagging every morning we make the turn into the parking lot. :)

I visit Pet Paradise in order to train my dog. I bring her to the fence to get exposed to other dogs. From what I can see, the outside area looks very clean with a water area for the dogs to play

I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience at Pet Paradise during Labor Day weekend. While I appreciated the initial call about my dog's scuffle, I was shocked to discover multiple injuries upon pick-up, to include a cut above his lip, several gashes on his face and one on his ribs, a slit on his throat and two punctures in his ear, indicating a concerning lack of supervision. My expectations for a safe environment were not met, and the communication from management, particularly with Jennifer, felt dismissive as she repeatedly spoke over me and shifted the blame onto my partner. Despite assurances that we would receive a refund for both the vet visit and the stay, we have only received the latter. This experience has left me uneasy about entrusting my pets to this facility due to their lack of safety and care. We will not be returning.

We LOVE Donna! She is the best cat sitter. She genuinely loves all the cats she cares for as if they're her own. The minute my cats hear her voice, they come running to her. They know she is a true gem. She also sends videos and photos when she visits and is quite a fabulous photographer too!

I found Donna (Feline Fine) last Spring as my husband & I were preparing to transfer from Texas to the WC area. I was also preparing for a 3 week vacation out of the country and it was very urgent for us to find a trustworthy cat sitter for our 2 young kitties. Donna was professional and quick to respond and offer referrals for me to contact, she took the time to understand our kitties specific needs and routine. Donna closely followed the feeding and playtime instructions I provided, ensuring that our kitties were comfortable and content in her care. We always have complete peace of mind, knowing that our kitties are in capable and caring hands. Overall, I cannot recommend Donna enough as a cat sitter. Her professionalism, compassion, and dedication to providing exceptional care are truly outstanding. As soon as I interviewed Donna for a cat sitter I could tell that she was going to be a really great person for the job. She is so kind and caring! My cat fell in love with her! An absolutely awesome experience! So glad we hired Donna. She really went out of her way, not only to play with the cats every day, but also sent us pictures and videos every single day. In addition, she went above and beyond when we lost power and the air conditioner was down while we were on vacation. She helped us work with the electric company as well as the air condition repair people. Simply amazing and can’t see enough!! Hire her!

Donna is great and both of my felines love her. She is very conscientious and organized. She also has an eagle eye for anything that has changed with your pet and will let you know immediately. I trust her with my fur babies and appreciate the level of care she shows. She truly does treat your pet(s) like family.

I've had many cat sitters over the years, but Donna is far and away the best. She sends photos and videos on all her visits. We have/had older cats and she gives meds when needed. I never have to worry when they are in her care. I am moving and will probably never find a sitter as good as Donna!

Can't say enough about how accommodating they were at the last minute as we're leaving for jaimaca and out prior boarding calls to let us know they were evacuating due to Milton..the staff was fantastic and our dogs text us w the burner phone I gave them..in case it got rough in Genpop;) we will certainly board w them again even though they're almost 2 hours away. Thank you to everybody who stayed w them during and after the hurricane we truly appreciate it more than yall know!!

I had to shelter my two dogs for the hurricane last minute. The staff was friendly, attentive and even ready to take on the challenge of my recent rescue pup. Despite the power outage following the hurricane I was kept informed and reassured that my babies were cared for and due to the fact I am a first responder I was tied up at work. The staff kept in touch and extended my dogs’ stay on a day to day basis. My guys, Asher and Ali, were well cared for and I received a positive feedback on their personalities. Thank you again to dedicated staff. I was able to perform my duties without a worry.

While I was out of town for a long planned trip north, my sweet pup “Pepper” rode out hurricane Milton at the New Tampa Pet Resort (first visit) with great care being given to her. They communicated via text and sent a picture showing that she was happy and healthy the day of the storm. A staff member stayed overnight with the pets. BEWARE!!!! I’m giving this 5 stars but….. My pup came back with $185.36 in vet bills from injuries and smelling like he swam in a swamp. First, the staff is very nice and transparent. While away they communicated everything with me, including his injuries (from playing). I was unable to see where or what his room looked like, but I also did not ask. Might be nice to be given a tour if able too. Also, it cost more for your pet to have free time. So the price of the boarding goes up and up. I would do your research and price everything out before you commit. If I were in a pinch and had to go here again , I’d say YES. Clean lobby and friendly staff make me believe it’s a good place. 5 stars

Mochi loves it here! She goes to daycare 2-3 days per week. The staff are very attentive and really love the dogs. Is hard to keep her contained when we pull into the parking lot! Great place!

We are so happy we found New Tampa Pet Spa. The customer service is awesome, they are so nice on the phone and have a texting service that is so convenient when your stuck at work. The grooming service has been incredible. It’s hard to find someone that can cut doodles and the groomer has some serious skills! Both of our doodles look amazing. They even give you a report card when you pick them up, it’s cute. We definitely will be going back New Tampa Pet Spa is by far our favorite so far.

I have referred several friends for their grooming services. I can always get an appointment in a timely manner and they do a good job with both of my dogs. They also have reasonable prices.

Always appreciate the work they do keeping my babies happy and healthy. Super easy to book stays, always responsive to messages. Love the report cards with photos at the end of their visit. Great place.

Southern Grooming and Boarding is the absolute best place to care for your precious pets while you are away. They are kind, caring and professional, and you can always have peace of mind that they are giving your four legged family all the attention and affection they need. It’s a great facility that is clean and spacious with plenty of area for dogs of all sizes to run and play. We have been using Southern Grooming and Boarding for many years and it always our first choice!

Five stars and far beyond!! Awesome dog boarding place for our dog! I can’t say enough good things about Southern Grooming and Boarding and their team! Our family has been bringing our dog Tobi to them for years and they have always taken care of him 110%. Every time we pull up to Southern Grooming and Boarding, Tobi cannot wait to get out of our car and run through the front door of this place to greet his friends. He is so excited I can barely hold on to him. A dog doesn’t lie on how they feel about the place they’re staying. This speaks volumes about how much he loves his second home away from home. It is his vacation from us it seems. He always comes home happy, healthy and smelling awesome! They send us awesome pictures of him playing and having a good time every stay. The care that they demonstrate for our Tobi is above any other care that we can receive at any other boarding or vet facility. They treat other people’s pets as their own family members. It’s wonderful because the owners are very active in the business and they live right there on the same property within steps of the boarding facility unlike commercial facilities. They have around the clock video cameras 24/7 surveillance inside and outside to keep an eye on all the dogs day and night and we really liked that. I have especially noticed that they take great care to hire only the best caretakers to work with the dogs. Everyone I have ever met over the years that works at Southern Grooming and Boarding has been nothing but caring and compassionate towards our dog. They let Tobi out to play many times a day and their playgrounds are visible which allows anyone to see how sweet they treat the dogs, unlike many places where you cannot see the staff’s involvement behind closed gates and privacy fences. Our dog has a lot of hair so they take special care of his let outs and monitor his temperature and health at all times while he has playtime. If there are any concerns, they are the first ones to call us and ask us or tell us if we have noticed anything different or if there is a concern. With Tobi’s meals they take proper notes at drop off to ensure that any food or medication that we have are administered correctly every visit. I feel that our family has a direct line to this business because we text and call at our leisure and are always updated in a timely friendly manner about Tobi’s day. They are very approachable with their business manners and matters. The price is very affordable in comparison to their peers, especially for the care that we get. Most places charge for play time or medication to be administered but not Southern Grooming and Boarding, they give every dog the same amount of care they would their own pets without any additional charges. We are definitely getting our moneys worth not to mention peace of mind. Their hours of operation are very accommodating, and we have even had to drop off our dog beyond their hours of operation and they were happy and willing to accommodate us on this on several occasions because of emergencies at no additional cost. We always have the bath package added to our stay. Our dog has a lot of hair and undercoat and he is always washed blow dried desheded with his nails clipped and grinded soft to protect our floors at home. They even clean his ears and give him a cute bandanna that matches the holiday we may be in at that time. In order to bath and dry a St. Bernard at home is next to impossible for us. So we really appreciate this service and it’s a fair price and worth every penny to us. We are always notified about Tobi’s well being and his care. I am so glad our family found Southern Grooming and Boarding they have been such a Godsend because when leaving our dog, we want to be able to enjoy our vacation and not worry about his care. Southern Grooming and Boarding is truly a hidden gem that we travel over 30 minutes from another city and pass numerous other boarding facilities to get to. They are well worth the drive! I “highly” recommend them!

Update: (No allergies, sores and bumps on the legs were due to an infection while being cared for. Most likely from a scratch or nip which can understandably happen. Lymph nodes were extremely swollen and I was lucky to get him to the vet before long term complications. Frustrated that no one saw open sores and decrease in mobility. Difficulty reaching a standing position. Steroids and antibiotics helped and he is almost fully recovered.) Picked up my dog(1 year old) yesterday after two weeks boarding. His legs are covered in hives(hot spots) and is uncomfortable/in pain. His discomfort is so high that he is now for some reason trying to sleep standing up. Vet visit prescribed antihistamines and pain medication. If things do not clear up and resolve it will cost me $1000+ on top of this visit to determine what happened to him through bloodwork, urinalysis and X-rays. As of now I will not plan to return and am just concerned for my dog.

Our dog loves going to SG&B! They are very accommodating and helped us out for an extended stay during Hurricane Milton. Much appreciated! Bath services are great as well!

My husband and I boarded out 4 year old golden, Cypress, and our 1 1/2 year old Border Collie, Brynjolf, for the first time this past week. I was extremely nervous since this was our first time ever boarding and I even cried the entire way home. Southern Grooming took such good care of our babies and even sent us pictures every day they were there so we could see how they were doing! It definitely put our minds at ease especially since we were on the other side of the country. I cannot recommend and thank this place enough and will definitely be using them next time we go on a trip.

We could not love this place any more. Not only is it close to our home and offers a great price, but they truly take the best care of our dogs (and we love the photo updates during their stay!). We've boarded for vacations over the past few years and the dogs can't jump out of the car soon enough when we pull down the drive! We can feel at ease on our vacation knowing that the pups are having a vacation of their own as well.

Tobi loves this place, and so do I. I have always been super satisfied with all of the staff. It’s so nice to find a place that really does care for the well being of your pet when you have to leave them behind when going on a trip. Tobi has even done the doggy daycare several times and comes home worn out from a long day of playing. Very satisfied with the bath service they offer as well. Thanks southern grooming and boarding.

I can not recommend Southern Boarding and Grooming enough! My 7 month old English Bulldog goes almost everyday during the week for daycare. As soon as we pull in he jumps into my lap and can not wait for me to open the door. Once the door is opened he makes a mad dash to the front door to be let inside. Once inside he immediately forgets who I am and runs to the employees. Bruiser is always so excited to be there. Occasionally he will shoot me a glance back when I leave but he is normally so excited to be there I honestly don’t think he even notices me leave. I recently used boarding for Bruiser and my 7 year old Olde English Bulldog. I was nervous since Bella can sometimes be aggressive towards other dogs. I let everyone know my concerns and the guaranteed me it wasn’t an issue. I received daily updates and pictures. Which did help ease my mind. When we went to pick them up I was told they both did great. I was so relieved. I’ve only had Bruiser groomed here once. He came home so soft and clean with the cutest bandanna. As someone who has used all the services that are offered here I highly recommend them!

These folks are great, facilities are clean and, my Manny loves to spend time here.The staff makes sure he is well taken care of and he comes home happy!

Loved my pup like i do, he's 12 and this is his first time being boarded! He had all the comforts of home. Wiil recommend. They were great.
