We loved this Kennel. The owner was very friendly and eager to take care of our dog. We left her for a day trip. It is very clean and set up perfect for inside and outside care. I can't say enough wonderful things about this place! Karleen loves and cares for my dog like her own. When I go on vacation I don't think twice about commuting 4hrs round trip so my pup can have her own vacation in the mountains. Her tail wags uncontrollably when she sees Karleen.

The absolute best place we have ever board our dogs. Very friendly people and overly caring.. It is one of the cleanest and most spacious facilities for dogs. It is absolutely night and day from most places. Will use them any time we visit the area in the future.

I was so nurvous leaving my dogs with total strangers. This summer we were going on a family vacation and didn't have family to watch my dogs, so I had no other choice. Eight mile was the best. They had our dogs for about a week and my dogs loved it there. They are were so good with my dogs. I will definitely use them again!

I practically never leave reviews, But we have had nothing but over the top, exceptional service at this daycare! Syndra (the pup!) Gets SO excited whenever we pull up in the parking lot, and ALWAYS comes home so happy (And tired!! After having a border collie, That's the best part of her coming home!) I love watching her on the cameras when it's her turn to play. They match the playgroups AMAZINGLY. My pup was around 6 months old when we first started coming, and they put her with the Seniors regardless of her age (She was a shy pup!) And they let us know when she graduated to the medium group!! I LOVE this place. You guys are lifesavers!!!

We love Lucky Dog, and so do our boys. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and they take excellent care of our fur-babies. We go to LD for both daycare and boarding, and have never had to worry about a single moment while our boys are in their care. Highly recommend these professionals.

I have been taking my JoJo to Lucky dog for over a year and she loves it and they love her. Whenever she comes home, she is always exhausted from all the play. I have taken her there daycare and for overnight boarding several times and I always have peace of mind that she is being taken care of.

We love Lucky Dog! They have taken such great care of my dog, Pippi, for day care and boarding. I trust them and have peace of mind knowing that she is in good hands while she is there. She went from being very shy and nervous to go to now being excited when we pull into the parking lot and more confident and outgoing. She has really come out of her shell because of Lucky Dog and is more socialized with dogs and other humans. They take such great care and give extra attention to Pippi when she really needed it, which has helped her so much. We are very grateful for Lucky Dog.

We have an extremely shy husky in our family who is terribly anxious around strangers. Since we've taken him to Lucky Dog, we have seen his confidence improve as he continues to have positive new experiences with all of the staff and other customers. He used to be afraid to enter the door; now he gets excited and howls when we tell him he gets to go. The staff know Kenai on sight and clearly have taken a lot of care to get to know him. Love this place! Oskar and Mollie had not been boarded for about three years. They just finished a 9-day stay and are happy and healthy! Mollie even lost weight with a consistent diet and lots of play. The exit bath was amazing as both dogs were so fresh and clean. If you want to feel good about leaving your dogs, Lucky Dog is the place! Great staff, great place! Boarding includes play/daycare, which is perfect & essential.

We are very happy with the care given to our 2 dogs while we were traveling for 12 days. They visited 4 times a day, every day, even in over a foot of snow that fell during this time. They fulfilled every special request - even brushing both dogs' teeth every day. We received reports including pictures after every visit. They are very reliable and kind. I wouldn't hesitate to use their service in the future.

The most amazing service possible! First, you can tell Marley (my dog) absolutely loves every pet sitter that comes to spend time with him. Second, they take the most amazing pictures ever! Third, from a business perspective, they have outstanding customer service and helped us out a few times as we made first time customer mistakes! Highly recommend them!

DID NOT GET SERVICE! But I need to note their amazing customer service. Called for 6 days of sitting 5 days before we needed it. They told us what they could manage with the short notice. They then told us they could accommodate our entire schedule thanks to the owner stepping in to care for our pups! Rare to find an owner who goes the extra mile. That level of commitment is why I will trust them in the future. This time a relative stepped in last minute and gave our pups 24hr care so we canceled. The owner was just happy the pups were getting the best care possible. Come for the professionalism. Stay for the love.

PlayTime Pet Sitters is amazing! I recently had to travel for a week and had to leave my little dog for one of the first times. Susan, Amber, and the team were so wonderful and did everything they could to work me into the schedule. My little guy was so well loved and cared for while I was gone. PlayTime Pet Sitters were great with our dogs! Since our dogs get far too stressed in a kennel we used to rely on friends, but that was a lot to ask. Playtime Pet Sitters came the the rescue and allowed us to make sure our older dog got his medication on time, and gave our puppy much needed play time. We got photo updates along with a description for every visit and they managed to clean our yard, get mail, packages, and put out the trash too! I'm glad there's such a reliable service in our area and we're looking forward to using them again.

We recently needed someone to take care of our aquarium while on vacation. Playtime Pet Sitters came to our rescue. Hannah handled everything with expertise, sent us detailed notes as well as pictures of her visits, and assured us that all was well. I used them over my December vacation in 2023. They're absolutely amazing. There was that mysterious dog disease that was going around and made pet parks and boarding facilities a risk. So I looked into pet sitters. They were very communicative with me about each visit they had each day, made sure to send pictures of my dog, and they eventually even found where the one cat was hiding! (and send pictures of the cats as well). My dog scraped her nose on something and they handled that very well. All of this is great because my dog is older and would have been very stressed in a boarding facility anyways. The ability for her to stay in her room, in a familiar setting, was great. I'm definitely using them again.

We’ve been a customer for over 5 years and have always had the best experience. They are so kind and thoughtful with our pets. I’m glad they are here, I feel like I can enjoy my time away knowing my pets are taken care of.

This is a review I should have written a long time ago! PlayTime Pet Sitters are amazing. Whenever we need to go out of town, they take excellent care of our little Tonkinese boy, Chip. They provide him with his asthma inhaler, and take care of him so well that he is always happy when we get home. We appreciate the photo updates and the attention to detail. After going through many other boarding solutions (which our cat hated), we could not be happier with the at-home care PlayTime provides. We are so thankful for each of you - Kerry, Ally, Hannah and Brittney (who braved a particularly nasty snowstorm for Chip), you are all awesome. If I've forgotten anyone else, Chip loves you too. :)

We have certain needs for our pets and Vanessa not only makes sure those are met, but goes above and beyond. Highly recommended! When your puppy or grown dog, goes to Vanessa's house for daycare or overnight care, there are a number of things you can count on. 1. Your dog will be treated like a member of the family. Vanessa welcomes the dogs she cares for into her home and her family. 2. Your dog will become a member of a pack. Vanessa has 3 of her own dogs and screens all new dogs coming into that pack for compatibility. No mean aggressive dogs allowed! 3. Your dog will come home exhausted and happy! Vanessa offers lots of play time for the pups in her care. She even provides a kiddy pool to cool off in on hot days. Lots of play time and interaction with other dogs always guarantees a happy and content dog upon pickup. Vanessa came to my rescue after I brought home an energetic Australian Shepard. I work full time and was not able to give this new puppy the attention and exercise she needed. I started taking my pup to Vanessa's at about 5 months old 2 - 3 times a week. When I brought my pup home, she was quite content which made my training so much easier. I am very grateful to Vanessa and her kind and professional approach to taking care of other peoples fur babies.

Vanessa was a true professional that took care of our animals like they were her own. Dependable, trustworthy, and caring, she did an amazing job looking after our fur family. She updated us on our pets continously and even sent pictures! We have tried other pet sitters but Vanessa provides a level of service that is exemplary. We have found our go to pet sitter and truly appreciate her caring and compassion for our animals.

Vanessa is amazing and we feel very fortunate that our paths crossed. Our “Ellie” came from an abusive situation so she has trust issues with new people. When we recently relocated from another state to Colorado we knew it would be challenging finding the right connection to care for her while we are out of town. If we could have moved our FL doggy sitter with us it would have been nice, as there was much anxiety about finding a new caretaker. Vanessa has been nothing short of incredible. She drove up to our home and did three introductory visits prior to us going out of town. This was beyond our expectations and we were thrilled to see how Ellie took to Vanessa. Since then we have taken two trips out of town and Vanessa has been wonderful. Each and every day we received text messages giving us an update on Ellie, along with several pictures of ‘play-time’. It brought such peace of mind knowing that she was being well cared for, and in our home. We felt very connected the entire trip, and never worried. Typically when one boards their pet it is always comes with a sense of worry. However, this has not been the case with Vanessa. I always felt at ease, and excited when the next text message would arrive with a new daily update. Not to mention the fact that she goes above and beyond making trips during winter storms to ensure Ellies' needs were taken care of. From the moment you meet Vanessa you will see that she is compassionate about animals, excited about her work and always seems to have your pets care as her top priority.

Above the Clouds Pet Sitting was like having our dog stay over at our best friend's house. Very personal, intentional, loyal, and collaborative. Vanessa handled River with great care and affection at a time when she really needed it. Not only would we do it again, but we're already scheduled for the next visit.

They are great the owners have been very accommodating and understanding with my circumstances and the employee that comes to care for my 2 dogs is great. My fur babies love her and look forward to seeing her. Seemed to start out ok but soon saw that he was not ever there for the amount of time I paid for. Maybe 10 minutes tops. I have moved on and requested my key back several times with no response from them. I would not recommend.

We are very fortunate to have found this company. We have used lucky pet for two vacations now and both times we ran into a situation and had to extend our stay and our service. Gary was extremely responsive and made sure our pup was taken care of. Both Jessica and Gary took care of our dog while we were away and it was a relief to be able to see pictures and updates. Our dog is a rescue and she would not do well at a kennel so having the comfort of knowing we could leave her at home in her surroundings and visits through out the day makes the service more than worth it!

They killed 3 of my frogs and never did anything about it. They lied about taking care of my small animals, they were never feed or gave water. Their food was never touched. They were paid to be there for 30 mins twice a day and were there 10 mins twice a day early in the morning and late at night. I will never use them again you shouldn't consider using them. They automatically took money from me and never paid me for the frogs I lost. I would give a negative number if I could. Horrible service

The company's employees failed to complete the terms of our contract. Sitters were supposed to come check on my cat for 15 minutes a day. Thankfully I was able to see them coming in and out of the house through my ring, because I saw that they were not staying anywhere near the 15 minutes. When I got home today, I found that the medicine that I requested be administered to my cat, was never given. I am so absolutely disappointed. I will happily never use this company again. Don't ever use them! This is your warning!

I am so, so grateful to have found Lucky Pet at Home! When I was in a bind, the owners really helped me out. They were so accommodating, and have been nothing but amazing every since. The care my pets receive from Brittney (and Gary too!) is beyond exceptional, and I feel as comfortable and safe with them in my home with my fur babies as I would with my own family. The online system is so convenient too. I can't say enough good about these wonderful people and their services, and I would recommend them to anyone!

While the people running the service are incredibly kind, my experience left a lot to be desired. I was able to book last minute for a month’s worth of services, so that was great. Updates on the pets are hard to come by and pictures of them are even harder. One of my cats is very good aggressive so I was really sure to give details instructions on how to feed them so that the food aggressive one didn’t wind up eating everything. Came back home to one of my cereal bowls and both of their bowls overflowing with dry food. The non food aggressive cat has lost quite a bit of weight while the food aggressive one has definitely gained weight. The litter boxes have definitely been cleaned at least once since I found a trash bag full of the old litter stuffed in my trash can. In the day since I’ve been back both cats have been sick all over my carpet due to the food situation (nonaggressive threw up after trying to eat too fast; aggressive one has been having diarrhea which tends to happen when she over eats). Not to mention I found one of my drinking glasses being used to measure out their food. The app is great in theory but rarely actually gets used.

We have been using LuckyPet services over the last year. They have been nothing but courteous, prompt and loving to all 5 of our animals. We highly recommend their services as they go above and beyond everytime! We always feel so great knowing they are taking care of our pets while we are away.

Business failed to fulfill service contract. Specifically, sifting/cleaning cat litter on a daily basis and topping off the fish pond. When we returned it was obvious that neither the litter nor the fish pond were attended to per our agreement. In addition the pet service employee was to spend 30 minutes twice daily to attend to these task but was observed spending as little as 5 minutes per visit. Lastly, given the poor service we requested our property keys be returned. Two weeks later after multiple phone calls and text requests--to the business owner--one of the two keys were returned. The second key was finally returned after another follow-up with the business owner. In summation, the trust I placed in this business to care for my pets was violated--which is unfortunate given the owner seemed sincere; however, actions are more telling than words. That said I cannot in good conscience recommend this business.

I wasn’t quite sure what to expect but Gary went above and beyond his services. I think he did such an amazing job caring for our cats, then finding them a wonderful new home! You will be forever in our hearts!! Thank you so much! ❤️

I have worked with Leona on multiple occasions. My dog was originally signed up for group classes with Spruce Mountain, and after one class, he had a hard time with being around the other pups. After speaking with Leona, she offered to switch him to individual sessions and we would revisit group training later. Due to my schedule, and living 45 minutes away, this was greatly appreciated. Leona has always been flexible, worked with me, has even boarded my pup with her to do some extensive training that I have not been able to do myself. This is my first puppy, and the work Leona has done, continues to do, and I am sure I will continue to work with her has been nothing short of fabulous. Leona not only trains my dog, she cares about my dog, his well being, and gave me the sweetest gift after he was boarded with her. It was a collection of pictures of him in various mediums and it melted my heart. I love working with Leona and so thankful she is such a pleasure to work with!!!!

Leona is the ultimate dog trainer! Hands down, she is the best animal trainer - I have had the privilege of knowing Leona for over 6 years and she has trained my 2 dogs expertly and compassionately. My dogs ADORE her yet they respect her authority. If you love your dogs (and who doesn't?) you won't regret hiring Leona for all your training needs.

Leona has helped with both our 9 month old puppy and some walking issues with our 9 year old dog. Leona is always patient with both the customer and their pups and does a great job providing positive reinforcement. Additionally Leona is passionate about helping the families that come to her for help and she provide external resources for information. My pups love Leona and we will be going back for any training needs!

Leona has been great figuring out our dogs who are all rescue with issues. I like a trainer that can work on issues and not just sit. She has such calm demeanor that dogs are attracted to her and listen to her. She truly in this for dogs and to help their owners.

I give this 5 stars but wish I could give more. Leona, shes kind and very knowledgeable and is extremely trustworthy when it comes to talking about my dog and just in general... and was extremely helpful and superb with training & regarding anything!!! We have been clients of Leona since early 2021. No complaints until our cat died under her care. At first, our cat’s death seemed from natural causes. However, upon returning to our home, there were things found in different conditions than when we left them. What was found in our house makes us question the care of our cats and we will not be trusting Leona again with our pets.

Leona is the sole person that will work with you, no passing off to another trainer. She has helped us with noise sensitivity, lease work, nail trimming and other issues. We love her!

Sam is the best dog sitter Ive ever had! He’s so attentive and active with the dogs. I always feel super safe and calm leaving Axle with him. Axle loves being with him so much that I have to force him to get in the car with me to go back home. That’s how you know your pup was well taken care of!

Not only do we love and trust Sam to watch our dogs but THEY love and trust Sam. Anytime we are gone or working we have zero concerns knowing our Leonard and Lola are under Sam’s care. Even if he isn’t watching them, If my dogs hear his whistle, they go running to him to say hi! They adore him. Sam is not only a reliable caregiver but is also a great trainer. And he’s always a phone call away if I have any questions at all regarding my dogs behaviors. He is an asset to us in helping raise our little rescues and we wouldn’t want them spending their days away from us with anyone else. I could not recommend Sam in any higher regard!

Seriously could not have found a better dog situation for my sweet mini Aussie Olive while in CO Springs for a recent work trip. Sam was great, and it’s apparent he enjoys the dog’ company! Olive is a shy girl, and this was a great way to get her socialized in a friendly environment with an attentive human to moderate. Sam communicated well and sent lots of photos throughout the day too.

My dog (Porter) has so much fun here, he doesn’t want to leave when I pick him up! Sam is so thoughtful and attentive in caring for dogs. I love that each pet gets a tailored experienced based on there needs. I enjoy the frequent updates/pics and convenient/flexible meet-ups. I am able to fully engage in my trips knowing how well my dog is being looked after by a handler who is highly experienced. I can’t recommend this service enough. 1000% satisfied

Sam has been a life saver, helping me now for 1.5 years with a very active Husky who loves playing and running with the Pack. During this time, Sam has provided great training and discipline skills that have been very noticeable here at home. Sam has been the very best since he has started caring for my dog, Harlow. Sam the Dog Man was fantastic with our Girl Belle!! We are enjoying an extended road trip with our RV and our Pup and we (on occasion) have a need for daycare/overnight boarding for her. Sam has been very responsive and super easy to coordinate her care with. We met for a meet and greet and toured his home where he is very organized with the care of his "regulars" and those passing through..... like us. He is clearly a "Dog Person" and enjoys what he does. He takes the pups to the best local dog park each morning to play and run and wear themselves out.... Belle was whooped each day after pick up and was calm all evening. He also offers care for doggos who prefer quieter time and individual walks instead of group play. This is where you get the best service and loving care for your pets. I have a big dog who needs medication twice a day. He doesn't like the taste and Jason has always been able to get him to take the meds. Jason is caring, loving, and in return is loved by the animals and a friend to us. When we spend a month out-of-town, he kept us informed weekly how the animals were doing, which really made us feel comfortable. I recommend the great service and Jason Brown wholeheartedly!

Jason is the best pet sitter we have had. We have parrots who are free flighted in our house. Jason never misses a visit even during snow storms (we have cameras in our home after having prior pet sitters miss feedings). He also has to administer medicine, soak one of our birds in warm water to prevent fecal impaction, and pick up dropped toys. Jason does every thing we ask and we have used him for years.

Beware! Beware! Beware! We recently had Jason Brown watch our pets while we were out of town for 8 days. One of them was special needs and needed pills administered daily. Jason Brown promised us before we hired him he was capable taking care of our pets even with the added med tasking. Jason Brown failed us in every way possible. He failed to come over as promised. He may have come over twice. He failed to administer meds to our pet. He failed to recognize the very obvious signs that one of our pets was in severe distress from a UTI and needed medical attention ASAP. He failed to call us to let us know of the situation. He had our vet contact info and knew we had informed our vet of our trip. Had he called us to inform us of the dire situation we would have found a way to get home. But he didn't because he wasn't there to see how dire it was. As a direct result of Jason Brown's inability to do his job, which he promised us he could and would do, our pet died. I can't think of anything much worse than a pit sitter killing your pet. I wouldn't hire Jason Brown to mow my lawn, let alone get anywhere near a pet, and you shouldn't either.

Jason is such a highly responsible trustworthy and all around good person that my fur babies & lizard love and feel comfortable with! I feel completely happy leaving them in his care. I recommend Jason to everyone I know !!

Jason was honest, reliable, and reasonable. He took care of our pets and our home with great care and pride. I would recommend him to everyone!!

My pups were very well taken care of. I like that the kennels are heated with a doggie door to go outside. Highly recommend, I’ll use them if I ever need them. Very friendly host as well.

Decided to do a last minute rafting trip in Canon City and called Holly last night to see if she could have our two puppies under the age of six months. Richard and Holly were super nice, professional, and so kind and caring to our two puppies, Oakley and Oginalli. Their kennels were super clean, air conditioned, and so fun for our pups. Would DEFINITELY use them again to watch our pups!! Thank you!!!

Holly and her facility are fantastic! We left our two medium sized dogs with her for a week while on vacation and they seemed happy to be there. I love that they had access to automatic waterers and the building has it's own evaporative cooler. Definitely taking them there for future trips!

We boarded our dog (Omen) here for a week on short notice and it was wonderful! The building is heated (in cold weather), super clean, and he had so much space to run around and play in. I was also able to check in to make sure he was doing okay while we were gone. I will definitely board our dogs here in the future, and will recommend to all of the dog owners I know :)

I left my 15 year old dog Angel at Kinsey Kennel and was so impressed by the super clean facility. Your animal has AC when it's hot and heat when it's cold. I would not leave my pet with anyone else....plus, the owners are very fun to talk to.

Left both of our chessies there when we left to get married. Owners are very nice and took great care of our dogs. Lots of room for them to play.

Can't find any better place for my 2 boys lucky and peanut they were well takencare taken care off thank you. Air conditioned for the hot days and heater for the cold days. Clean and lots of space for the dogs to run. Super costumer friendly

Holly took great care of our Maggie while we visited our daughters on Thanksgiving. Large run and friends to bark with.

Richard and Holly have a love for animals. They have a great facility and make sure your animals get the love and attention they need!

Had my dogs there they did a great job and very friendly people I will be using them again
