We are so thankful and grateful we found Luv Your Petz Pet Sitting. Johnny took great care of our bunny and beta fish. I appreciate the photos and updates after every visit, as it keeps me at ease when we are away from our pets. Our animals were super calm around them during our meet & greet, and that’s how I knew they would be in great care and that I can trust them for future services too. I had a complete sense of calm while I was away knowing that LuvYourPetz was taking care of our two cats. They are shy but came out to see Melanie on the first visit. I love the fact that you know when they are on their way, when they arrive and the pictures and comments after the visit. I highly recommend Melanie and her staff.

I can't say enough good stuff about Luv Your Petz. We love our little guy Flannery. So when on occasion we take a weekend trip, we are torn. Once we even tried taking him along with us. Flannery wasn't happy with that. On another occasion we tried boarding him. Flannery wasn't happy with that either. So this last time we called Melanie. She stopped by our home to check out how Flannery and our family did things. And when the time came we were confident that Flannery would be well-loved in our absence. The photos Melanie sent us while we were away confirmed that. But nothing said more about how right our decision was as how contented Flannery was when we finally returned back home. Never have to worry about anything - she calls and/or texts if there are any questions or concerns and is super reliable and qualified to care for any pet, even those with special/medical needs. I don't usually take the time to submit reviews, but LYP is so good at meeting all my requests and expectations that I am making an exception! I especially like the email messages that indicate when a sitter is en-route, details of the visit and their departure time. I also appreciate the pics they take of my kitties - especially when they are playing with a toy or feather wand.

Melonie takes time to know my dogs and lets me know detail of the visit suck as who eats and goes potty. Plus she shares pictures. She is amazing.

This used to be our back up boarding facility and has grown to be our first choice every time!!!!!! The staff is INCREDIBLE, they are always so accommodating and kind. My pups are always excited to go and exhausted when they leave we LOVE Ivy Pet Resort!!

Our dogs (85-lb Lab / 20-lb terrier) actually look forward to this place. We board relatively often and we have no complaints. The dogs are happy, baths and nail trims are good, play time options are useful. We do wish they sent more pictures (or even modernized slightly to add video in the runs), but perhaps for the future. Great pet resort.

Our dog, Magnolia, loves coming here! She has stayed overnight and also comes for daycare. The staff is great to work with and always keeps us updated throughout the day with pictures and videos. Their hours of operation work well with our busy schedule and their website is easy to navigate and convenient when making reservations. We can tell she is well cared for and would definitely recommend the Ivy Pet Resort.

We brought our cat into pet resort because my wife is in the hospital on a ventilator they took extremely good care of my cat . Lilly was very thin and really not in good shape they took her in they even took her home with them to make sure that she was comfortable she ended up passing while there instead of just telling us we had to come get her they took care of her until we could get there they refuse to take my money and gave me a hug these people are angels thank you.

Horrible experience with the Hotel and Boarding service. You get a free pet play day so they can be comfortable with the place before the actual boarding appt. When I arrived, the Facility was dirty and small. I was only standing at the front desk for about 10-15min and left with dog hair all over me. I asked for a tour, which I was told I could do when I initially called for information. But I was told it wasn't a good time. The Staff was not welcoming AT ALL! Two of the 3 ladies were very dismissive and rude. When I returned to pick up my babies 4 hrs later, I again asked for a tour. The same lady that was dismissive before, seemed annoyed that I asked. I was taken straight to a CRATE that all 3 of my dogs were stuffed in. Wow! The crates were stuffed in a room the size of a small walk-in closet. 3 people standing in there was a tight fit . Had all 3 dogs been crammed in there the whole time? My heart was broken. She showed me NOTHING else. And escorted me out a back door. She appeared to not care much for people or pets. But if you do, DO NOT USE this place. This experience made me very concerned about how my babies would be treated during their stay. I immediately sought another facility and I was extremely happy with everything. Pricing was the same, facility clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and gave us a full tour of the whole facility and play area. Some of the staff were actually outside playing with the dogs and misting them with water on a hot day I could tell the dogs there were very happy. I told them about my experience, and They mentioned that the tour right before me expressed the exact same complaint about this place and the staff. Smh There are several other options in the area that are priced the same with way better customer service and amenities for your beloved family member. Please look elsewhere.

Our most recent experience with their boarding was not a good one. The first time two times our dog stayed here, we had little issues. This time, however, our dog came home with a UTI, a large cut on this back left leg that was bleeding, and had multiple instances of vomiting the day after coming home. I get accidents can happen, but a $589 emergency vet visit is not what I had planned for this weekend. It makes me wonder what happens when he is there.

Tao K9 Unleashed and Animal Medical Clinic PET HOTELS (boarding facilities) always take great care of my fur baby, Maxx.

We took our 11 month old dachshund for his first "away from home" trip last week, first for a half day then for an overnight. We were concerned he'd have separation anxiety. We were totally wrong. He was nervous on the first drop off, but couldn't be happier when he was picked up. The overnight boarding went flawlessly. Great Staff who really know what they're doing. I HIGHLY recommend this facility for your pet!

My dog's 2nd home. Great staff and service. Doggie day play has helped with dog's socialization and she's become more confident ever since I started taking her 2 years ago. Boarding was always easy to schedule, even if it's last minute. The staff truly cares about your dog's wellbeing and safety.

The staff and owners are very friendly and professional. My dog LOVES going to day play! And I love that he has a little less energy when I bring him home. All of my pets also see the AMC veterinarians who are conveniently right next door.

The staff at the boarding center is wonderful! They make our drop and pick ups so easy! Thank you for making getting our dogs home after a stressful trip and drive easy and being so cheerful!

My wife and I began using this facility for our dog a couple of months ago and are happy with the facility, staff and the care they show to the animals left in their care. Our goldendoodle gets excited when we pull up to the front for the day play and pretty much wants to go play right away. Every time we pick her up, she is exhausted from all the fun she has had.

I am not in the habit of boarding my dogs, they are both rescues who don't do so well any where other than their own home. So I was a nervous wreck dropping them off, and I didn't feel any better picking them up. I had a few concerns and the woman at the front desk didn't seem to care and left me seriously upset with unanswered questions and very anxious pups. However, when learning of my experience at the barding facility Dr. Suzy was very quick to reach out and take the time to talk with me about my concerns and she took the time to make sure everything had been corrected and even called in some medication to help with my dogs stomach issues that had occurred at pick up. While the people working reception might not always come across as the friendliest people- it is very clear everyone taking care of the animals, including Dr. Suzy, really care for the animals and are doing a great job. I really appreciate the time she took to reach out to me and make sure I got the answers I was looking for and I am feeling a lot better now than I did a few days ago. I would bring my dogs here again knowing now that there are plenty of people taking care of my pups.

Our two cats LOVE going to the Fairburn Animal Clinic—NOT!! But their humans definitely like everything about the clinic! The doctors and vet techs are so gentle with our felines, and customer service reps at the front desk are extremely nice and helpful. The doctors explain any problems which might exist to our satisfaction, and on one occasion carried my heavy cat to the car for me (which this senior citizen appreciated very much). We also appreciate the senior citizen discount. We look forward to continue using the services of this clinic for many years to come.

We brought our dog "Batman" there to get groomed. I was so excited to see him look so happy and handsome. He apparently had a great time and had a whole new pep in his step. He loved his experience. Brandy and Whitney were great and we are so appreciative of the care they took making our special boy look and feel his best. We will definitely be back.

Whitney did a fabulous job with my fur babies. I was really nervous after having a previous bad grooming experience, but she was very familiar with Aussies, and she helped both of my girls feel so comfortable and at ease. And she did not shave their coats 👏🏼👏🏼 their booties look so much better, and their fur was so well brushed that they’re the softest they’ve been since they were puppies. My more social and energetic one was able to get her energy out and Whitney took her time to introduce the world of grooming to her, and my older one is a little more laid back and she was able to chill and relax in a more low key area! Thank you! I will definitely be returning.

My five dogs love Happy Times! They all are excited to go into the building and come home happy, healthy and tired! Tired is good because I know they have had fun at Happy Times. The staff at Happy Times is wonderful! They know my pups by name, know their history, habits and quirks. Their communication is wonderful and the care they provide my pups is exceptional!! Complete adoration and upmost praise for their groomer Pam!!! They have my complete trust! If you are trying to decide what facility for your dogs boarding, grooming or daycare CHOOSE Happy Times!! Just visit them you will see the difference! Call them and talk with them you can hear their compassion for exceptional animal care.

I love Happy Times! I take my dog for day play each Friday, and she absolutely loves it. I also board with Happy Times, and they always take care of my baby girl. My dog also gets her grooming here as well. It is a wonderful place, and I would recommend all of their services.

I had never left my pet before so we were worried but it was for nothing! He seemed happy and healthy when we picked him up! We were gone for almost a week and he seemed to really of done very well while we were away. So nice to know we have found somewhere we can safely and confidently leave our pet!
