We are very happy with the care given to our 2 dogs while we were traveling for 12 days. They visited 4 times a day, every day, even in over a foot of snow that fell during this time. They fulfilled every special request - even brushing both dogs' teeth every day. We received reports including pictures after every visit. They are very reliable and kind. I wouldn't hesitate to use their service in the future.

The most amazing service possible! First, you can tell Marley (my dog) absolutely loves every pet sitter that comes to spend time with him. Second, they take the most amazing pictures ever! Third, from a business perspective, they have outstanding customer service and helped us out a few times as we made first time customer mistakes! Highly recommend them!

DID NOT GET SERVICE! But I need to note their amazing customer service. Called for 6 days of sitting 5 days before we needed it. They told us what they could manage with the short notice. They then told us they could accommodate our entire schedule thanks to the owner stepping in to care for our pups! Rare to find an owner who goes the extra mile. That level of commitment is why I will trust them in the future. This time a relative stepped in last minute and gave our pups 24hr care so we canceled. The owner was just happy the pups were getting the best care possible. Come for the professionalism. Stay for the love.

PlayTime Pet Sitters is amazing! I recently had to travel for a week and had to leave my little dog for one of the first times. Susan, Amber, and the team were so wonderful and did everything they could to work me into the schedule. My little guy was so well loved and cared for while I was gone. They sent pictures and communicated everyday with me. I came home to a very happy, healthy little puppy! I’ll faithfully use PlayTime Pet Sitters for future travel again! PlayTime Pet Sitters were great with our dogs! Since our dogs get far too stressed in a kennel we used to rely on friends, but that was a lot to ask. Playtime Pet Sitters came the the rescue and allowed us to make sure our older dog got his medication on time, and gave our puppy much needed play time. We got photo updates along with a description for every visit and they managed to clean our yard, get mail, packages, and put out the trash too! I'm glad there's such a reliable service in our area and we're looking forward to using them again.

We recently needed someone to take care of our aquarium while on vacation. Playtime Pet Sitters came to our rescue. Hannah handled everything with expertise, sent us detailed notes as well as pictures of her visits, and assured us that all was well. I used them over my December vacation in 2023. They're absolutely amazing. There was that mysterious dog disease that was going around and made pet parks and boarding facilities a risk. So I looked into pet sitters. They were very communicative with me about each visit they had each day, made sure to send pictures of my dog, and they eventually even found where the one cat was hiding! (and send pictures of the cats as well). My dog scraped her nose on something and they handled that very well. All of this is great because my dog is older and would have been very stressed in a boarding facility anyways. The ability for her to stay in her room, in a familiar setting, was great. I'm definitely using them again.

We’ve been a customer for over 5 years and have always had the best experience. They are so kind and thoughtful with our pets. I’m glad they are here, I feel like I can enjoy my time away knowing my pets are taken care of.

This is a review I should have written a long time ago! PlayTime Pet Sitters are amazing. Whenever we need to go out of town, they take excellent care of our little Tonkinese boy, Chip. They provide him with his asthma inhaler, and take care of him so well that he is always happy when we get home. We appreciate the photo updates and the attention to detail. After going through many other boarding solutions (which our cat hated), we could not be happier with the at-home care PlayTime provides. We are so thankful for each of you - Kerry, Ally, Hannah and Brittney (who braved a particularly nasty snowstorm for Chip), you are all awesome. If I've forgotten anyone else, Chip loves you too. :)

Great alternative to kenneling! Deb and Lacey were our sitters for 4 days and they texted us pictures from each visit as well as wrote a little note about the visit that day. We were a little nervous at first to have 'strangers' in our home taking care of our pets, but I will never hesitate to book PlayTime Pet Sitters again (nor will I think of them as strangers). Our dog and bunny were so well cared for and always looked to be having a blast with their new friends. Great service, reliable, and responsive! I am so grateful to have found this service as our boy likes to stay home when he can. I think it relived us all of so much stress being able to keep our fur babies at home knowing they would be taken care of. All in all a 50/10. So so glad I decided to try PlayTime Pet Sitters.

I found PlayTime Pet Sitting after using Catagonia for my pet sitting needs for 4 years. PlayTime was more affordable and easier to set up because we didn't have to pick-up and drop-off our cats. The online portal makes it easy to send in all the information the pet sitter would need to take care of our pets. The owner is very kind and answered all of our questions before we booked with them. Kika came by the day before we were leaving to pick up the keys and meet our cats. Our cats were instantly comfortable with her asking for attention! Kika sent us daily pictures of our cats playing. I attached some to show how comfortable and happy our cats were. Kika even watered our plants for us! We couldn't be happier with Kika's service. We are definitely sold on PlayTime Pet Sitting and will be using them when ever we go out of town. Edit: We unfortunately had a bad experience when Susan came to take care of our cats in November. We came home and our cats had not had their litter changed or food refilled in a while. I know this because our cats scarfed down the food we put out when the bowl was empty when we returned (picture attached). We did ask Susan to fill it to the brim and normally it takes our cats 2-3 days to go through a full bowl. Our cats also tore into a pack of freeze dried treats they'd previously refused to eat and the treats were all over our kitchen floor when we returned (pictures attached). Our cats pooped outside of the box and smeared it on the floor and staircase. We've never had these issues with our cats before. Susan came over straight away when I called at 11:30 PM to let her know about the damage we'd returned to. She refunded us for the visit and promised to give our keys back. She never returned the keys, even when I texted a reminder. We changed our locks and are now regretfully on the hunt for a new sitter for our next out of town trip.

They do an excellent job of taking care of our cats when we are out of town. We’ve used them exclusively since moving into town and we have always been very satisfied with their professionalism, availability and timeliness.

We are so happy with the service offered by PlayTime Pet Sitting and Dog Walkers. We have used them every week for 8 months and have only positive things to say. I practically never leave reviews, But we have had nothing but over the top, exceptional service at this daycare! Syndra (the pup!) Gets SO excited whenever we pull up in the parking lot, and ALWAYS comes home so happy (And tired!! After having a border collie, That's the best part of her coming home!) I love watching her on the cameras when it's her turn to play. They match the playgroups AMAZINGLY. My pup was around 6 months old when we first started coming, and they put her with the Seniors regardless of her age (She was a shy pup!) And they let us know when she graduated to the medium group!! I LOVE this place. You guys are lifesavers!!!

We love Lucky Dog, and so do our boys. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and they take excellent care of our fur-babies. We go to LD for both daycare and boarding, and have never had to worry about a single moment while our boys are in their care. Highly recommend these professionals.

We love Lucky Dog! They have taken such great care of my dog, Pippi, for day care and boarding. I trust them and have peace of mind knowing that she is in good hands while she is there. She went from being very shy and nervous to go to now being excited when we pull into the parking lot and more confident and outgoing. She has really come out of her shell because of Lucky Dog and is more socialized with dogs and other humans. They take such great care and give extra attention to Pippi when she really needed it, which has helped her so much. We are very grateful for Lucky Dog.

We have an extremely shy husky in our family who is terribly anxious around strangers. Since we've taken him to Lucky Dog, we have seen his confidence improve as he continues to have positive new experiences with all of the staff and other customers. He used to be afraid to enter the door; now he gets excited and howls when we tell him he gets to go. The staff know Kenai on sight and clearly have taken a lot of care to get to know him. Love this place! Oskar and Mollie had not been boarded for about three years. They just finished a 9-day stay and are happy and healthy! Mollie even lost weight with a consistent diet and lots of play. The exit bath was amazing as both dogs were so fresh and clean. If you want to feel good about leaving your dogs, Lucky Dog is the place! Great staff, great place! Boarding includes play/daycare, which is perfect & essential.

They are great the owners have been very accommodating and understanding with my circumstances and the employee that comes to care for my 2 dogs is great. Seemed to start out ok but soon saw that he was not ever there for the amount of time I paid for. Maybe 10 minutes tops. I have moved on and requested my key back several times with no response from them. I would not recommend.

We are very fortunate to have found this company. We have used lucky pet for two vacations now and both times we ran into a situation and had to extend our stay and our service. Gary was extremely responsive and made sure our pup was taken care of. Both Jessica and Gary took care of our dog while we were away and it was a relief to be able to see pictures and updates. Our dog is a rescue and she would not do well at a kennel so having the comfort of knowing we could leave her at home in her surroundings and visits through out the day makes the service more than worth it!

They killed 3 of my frogs and never did anything about it. They lied about taking care of my small animals, they were never feed or gave water. Their food was never touched. They were paid to be there for 30 mins twice a day and were there 10 mins twice a day early in the morning and late at night. I will never use them again you shouldn't consider using them. They automatically took money from me and never paid me for the frogs I lost. I would give a negative number if I could. Horrible service

The company's employees failed to complete the terms of our contract. Sitters were supposed to come check on my cat for 15 minutes a day. Thankfully I was able to see them coming in and out of the house through my ring, because I saw that they were not staying anywhere near the 15 minutes. When I got home today, I found that the medicine that I requested be administered to my cat, was never given. I am so absolutely disappointed. I will happily never use this company again. Don't ever use them! This is your warning!

I am so, so grateful to have found Lucky Pet at Home! When I was in a bind, the owners really helped me out. They were so accommodating, and have been nothing but amazing every since. The care my pets receive from Brittney (and Gary too!) is beyond exceptional, and I feel as comfortable and safe with them in my home with my fur babies as I would with my own family. The online system is so convenient too. I can't say enough good about these wonderful people and their services, and I would recommend them to anyone!

While the people running the service are incredibly kind, my experience left a lot to be desired. I was able to book last minute for a month’s worth of services, so that was great. Updates on the pets are hard to come by and pictures of them are even harder. One of my cats is very good aggressive so I was really sure to give details instructions on how to feed them so that the food aggressive one didn’t wind up eating everything. Came back home to one of my cereal bowls and both of their bowls overflowing with dry food. The non food aggressive cat has lost quite a bit of weight while the food aggressive one has definitely gained weight. The litter boxes have definitely been cleaned at least once since I found a trash bag full of the old litter stuffed in my trash can. In the day since I’ve been back both cats have been sick all over my carpet due to the food situation (nonaggressive threw up after trying to eat too fast; aggressive one has been having diarrhea which tends to happen when she over eats). Not to mention I found one of my drinking glasses being used to measure out their food. The app is great in theory but rarely actually gets used.

We have been using LuckyPet services over the last year. They have been nothing but courteous, prompt and loving to all 5 of our animals. We highly recommend their services as they go above and beyond everytime! We always feel so great knowing they are taking care of our pets while we are away.

Business failed to fulfill service contract. Specifically, sifting/cleaning cat litter on a daily basis and topping off the fish pond. When we returned it was obvious that neither the litter nor the fish pond were attended to per our agreement. In addition the pet service employee was to spend 30 minutes twice daily to attend to these task but was observed spending as little as 5 minutes per visit. Lastly, given the poor service we requested our property keys be returned. Two weeks later after multiple phone calls and text requests--to the business owner--one of the two keys were returned. The second key was finally returned after another follow-up with the business owner. In summation, the trust I placed in this business to care for my pets was violated--which is unfortunate given the owner seemed sincere; however, actions are more telling than words. That said I cannot in good conscience recommend this business.

I wasn’t quite sure what to expect but Gary went above and beyond his services. I think he did such an amazing job caring for our cats, then finding them a wonderful new home! You will be forever in our hearts!! Thank you so much! ❤️

I’ve been bringing my (now) 4- year-old GSD and 12-year-old mixed pups here for a few years now. My old baby is usually really stressed out whenever he’s away from me for more than 37 seconds, so I don’t know what magic they work at Countryside but both always come back relaxed and tired, but definitely not stressed. Their grooming services and staff are top-notch and I love that I can board my dogs together, but away from other dogs. Everyone I’ve interacted with there are definitely pet people (their orange tabby cat is the sweetest), and I can’t recommend them enough for anyone that needs their pet boarded.

The best boarding place in town! Why? First, because they love your dog like their own, second, they care really well and third they don't judge because of the breed. I couldn't be happier with the experience. A warm friendly staff always greeted me nicely and made me feel at ease. The facility is clean, and well-organized and has plenty of space for the dogs to play and relax. Thank you so much for taking care of my dog Apollo!

Boarded my dogs for the first time in June of 2024. I made reservations in April and had my estimate done then. Even called the place to confirm boarding fees! A week before I checked the online boarding reservation to verify cost. Then the day I dropped off my dogs the fees were $100 dollars higher. When I questioned the cost the gentleman indicated that as of June 1st they increased their fees. I questioned my original booking and was met with a response that didn’t make sense. I also questioned why I was not notified of there price changes. No real clarification was provided. I paid in full and boarded my pets as I did not want my disapproval to be taken out on them. We were leaving on an international flight the next morning with not many options at that point. I picked up my dogs 9 days later to see that they seemed very well adapted which made me happy. I emailed the place three times about the additional fees and wanting some clarification or for them to at least acknowledge the original boarding fees quoted! No response to any of my attempts. I am happy that my pets were cared for and seemed well taken care of during their time. However the dishonestly and lack of communication with this place and their prices have resulted in me not wanting to board there again.

Kendra is the best Tec available. She was SO attentive to my dog and actually sent me videos of my baby happily interacting with other pups. I’ve had bad experiences with kennels in the past, but I ABSOLUTELY recommend Countryside over ANYTHING else in the area!!

If you want your dog to be around other dogs socially & have a lot of room to run & play then I totally recommend Countryside Kennel.

We have boarded our two dogs here for multiple occasions over the past two years. One of our dogs is reactive with high anxiety and we have appreciated their willingness to take him and provide him with a safe place to stay when we are out of town. While we’d prefer not to have to leave him in an environment that brings him stress, we have been doing home renovations, so having someone stay in our home when we leave hasn’t been feasible. Two weeks ago we boarded our dog with them again for 4 days, but this time with a prescription for Trazodone. This has been helping tremendously with minimizing his anxiety, his reactive tendencies, licking, and hot spots. We were hopeful that this boarding experience would be much less stressful for him than usual, while using this medication. However, upon picking him up, my husband was informed by one of the owners that “he was doing fine, so I only gave him the medication one day. I don’t really like medications, so I try not to give it unless they need it”. When I heard this I was unhappy our requests weren’t followed, but grateful that our dog was not showing signs of his anxiety. When we arrived home I was able to take a closer look at our dog and I discovered he was covered in hot spots and had a wound under his right eye. I knew this could have been avoided with the medication they admitted not giving to him. I immediately called back and spoke with Ann, who assured me their records indicated he was given all the appropriate medication but that she would look into it and call me back. Little do they know, we purposely sent him with exactly 10 pills so We could know how much he was given. We returned with 9. I never received a call back and it has been nearly a week and a half since we picked him up. I am upset that the owner felt he could make a medical decision about my dog when he is not a vet nor the owner. The medication was to protect my dog, not minimize his barking for the kennel owners benefit. We will never return.

This place is absolutely amazing!!! We we’re going overseas and needed to leave our dog and cat for couple of days behind.I was looking for right place for days.It was hard, because we are in Colorado since August 2021,so we didn’t have any experience.I found Countryside Kennel,but still was a little scared,because our animals never been without us.Now I know it was unnecessary!Countryside Kennel,did wonderful job(even with Macy - aka “The Blanket Destroyer”😂). We picked up our animals after 11 days,and they were in wonderful shape,clean,happy(they even clipped Macy’s nails,which we forgot to do before our trip)!!! We came back home,and I noticed that they gave them little Christmas gift bags with treats for dog and a cat!!!Wow!!! If you want or need to go somewhere and can’t take with you your animal, this place is wonderful!!!.Feel comfortable,spend wonderful time,and don’t worry,because Countryside Kennel is like home and they taking amazing care of your baby! Sarah has been watching our animals for over a year now and I cannot say enough wonderful things about her! She really does go above and beyond to make sure our pets needs are met and they seem to just love her! She has been available last minute when I went into labor a week early and we didn't have family that could help quite yet! Sarah is absolutely wonderful. She is a natural with animals! She has extensive knowledge of dog care and is comfortable with the full spectrum of dogs. We have an elderly Boston Terrier and French Bulldog. She is absolutely trustworthy and we have never had an issue with her having access to our house and our dogs have always appeared well taken care of. Bonus is that she always takes amazing pictures of our dogs that tend to make an appearance on our Christmas cards :) We highly recommend Sarah!

We have hired Sarah several times over the past year to care for our dogs. She is great with dogs, she genuinely cares about them and they are always happy to see her. Even when I have neighbor kids doing the pet sitting, I still hire Sarah for daily walking because I trust her judgment and experience. I have a pit bull and a pit bull mix who are not always the easiest to walk so I don't trust but Sarah to walk them properly and safely. I can relax on vacation because I know Sarah is checking on them, medicating them and keeping me informed.

Sarah is awesome! She has done a wonderful job taking care of our pets and we were very impressed with how positive, flexible, and reliable she is. We had never used a pet sitter before and were so relieved each day to receive her updates and pictures while we were away. We highly recommend her!

Sarah is the best! I was very hesitant to have someone else care for my pup Cooper (since he's my first puppy) but Sarah eased the control freak in me right away! She is extremely reliable, knowledgeable, caring, personable and has made my busy work life so much easier knowing my pup is in good hands! She helped with training Cooper she even gave us great and helpful tips that we still use today! She is very easy to contact as she has always been very communicative. My dog has had some health issues since we brought him home and Sarah is so educated on all different areas so having her around has helped us in so many ways! HIGHLY recommend her she's the best!

Sarah Is awesome! She has come by my apartment many times to let my dogs out for a walk and potty break when I have long days at work. She is very accommodating and helpful with my schedule. She also sends wonderful photos of my happy pups through out the walk :)

Sarah is wonderful! My husband and I have crazy schedules and she works with us so well! Even last minute. She always lets us know if she will be out of town at least a month in advance so we always have time to find someone to cover. Our dog Leia just adores her! She is so great with her and we always get lots of pictures during her visit that I just love.

She loves my pup and cat, and the feelings are obviously mutual as shown by the (beautiful!) photos she texts of every single visit. Sarah is the only person we trust to watch our dogs while we are away. I was initially worried about having someone go into our home while we were away, but Sarah immediately made my concerns go away. The dogs love her and you can tell she really cares about them, not just getting paid.

Megan is the best! I wholeheartedly trust her to watch after my dog when I’m out of town. My girl was absolutely spoiled with multiple walks, treats, and cuddles! I love that I can leave my dog at home and she’s in good hands versus going to a boarding facility. I absolutely recommend Colorado Paws Pack to anyone needing help with their pets.

I can not say enough about Megan and Matt. We have two dogs that have some reactivity issues and are very so selective on who they like. They have been watching our dogs for a couple years now when we go out of town for racing. And I trust them completely. We go to a couple places that we do not get service and I do not worry about our guys in their care. I love that I get photo of every visit and they get some of the goofiest photo. The Colorado Paws Pack (Megan and Matt) is an awesome service. They truly care about our cat and sent us pictures when he poked his head out. This was the first time we have used this type of service and couldn't be more happier.

Jordan has been walking my two pups for over 6 months now and I couldn't be happier with her services! I have two high energy, young dogs who are not the best on leash and can be reactive while on walks and finding the right person to trust and understand their needs was nerve wracking for me. After meeting her once, I knew she was the right person for the job and my dogs absolutely love her! I trust her in my home and she keeps in touch with me when she's heading to our house and after each walk. I also love that she sends me a picture after each walk and my dogs are always tired and happy. I can't recommend Jordan and her services enough! She's professional, friendly, trustworthy and it's easy to see she genuinely loves animals and that makes my heart happy :)

Matt, Katie, and Megan have been taking care of our two cats for almost two years now and we cannot recommend them enough! We love getting detailed updates and pictures while we are out of town and feel so comfortable leaving our boys with them, knowing they will get the same kind of care and attention that they get from us. We really appreciate them going above and beyond for us on several occasions, keeping a close eye on one of our cats after a recent vet procedure and even locating the source of a rogue sump pump alarm while we were on vacation. Above all, our boys love them - and that really says it all! We are so happy that we found Colorado Paws Pack!

Megan is amazing with our Goldendoodle. He has a lot of anxiety and she was so good with him that they are best buddies now. She was wonderful and treated our dog like he was her own. She provides the most amazing photos and updates after every visit too. She made our vacation worry free because I knew our dog was in great hands and that I could trust her in our home. We can’t wait to have her come back again the next time we need pet sitting services.

Matt is the best pet sitter one could ever ask for. When I'm away, he always sends me multiple pictures of my dog and bearded dragon to make sure I could still see them. And on top of that, he takes the most wonderful pictures! My dog, Miyuki, and his dog, Evie, are literal besties!!! She always has a blast when they have a play date. They're pricing is also affordable.

Jordan’s Pack walkers Megan and Jon took such great care of Molly while we were gone! She is a shy gal who needs extra patience and they were so awesome giving her time and space to warm up to them. We felt confident that she was getting the type of care we would give her while we were away. We will be using them again for future vacations!

Tracy is Pawesome! She is kind, gentle, patient, courteous, friendly & professional. She is fantastic with our Kenosha, who isn't thrilled with getting her nails done but Tracy makes the process less stressful & enjoyable for her! She even softens her paws, cleans her ears & freshens her breath! We highly recommend Tracy & Purple Mountain Paw Care.

A Paw Above is the best daycare and boarding spot in the Colorado Springs area. Our two dogs have been to other daycare/boarding businesses around town and after starting at A Paw Above we were blown away by the level of care and attention they have received. The owner and staff members quickly learned our dogs' quirks and how best to handle them. We get updates on how they are doing throughout the day and their progress socializing with other dogs over time. The biggest indicator for us that our dogs love it here is that they are so eager to get into the building every time we bring them for daycare. This was not the case at other daycare/boarding businesses they have attended. I highly recommend A Paw Above, they truly are the best!

We drive 20 minutes across the Springs just so our Charlie can go to daycare here! She loves it, and we love that she has a safe and supervised environment to socialize and play. The staff are wonderful, always answer any questions we have, give feedback, and truly care about your pup. Plus, they post stories on their socials so you can check in and see your pup playing during the day! 10/10 recommend.

I highly recommend A Paw Above to anyone looking for a reliable boarding/daycare! Our dog Maverick absolutely loves playing at daycare here. We left our last doggy daycare because there wasn’t enough interaction for our high energy boy, now Maverick storms through their doors, wagging his tail eagerly waiting to play each week. They also post on their Facebook stories throughout the day, so you can enjoy watching your pup play! They truly do love and care for your dog here!

We love this place and would highly recommend it! They take fantastic care of our dog, Keyote, and have made sure they have gotten to know him and his personality (which can be big). There have been a couple of times my wife and I have had to be gone for work for multiple weeks and we have peace knowing he’s well taken care of!

As an active duty military member I tend to do a lot of traveling. I have been boarding my Great Dane here for over a year. They are super reliable, friendly and responsible. I was really surprised at how well they know their canine customers. My dog has some anxiety issues, so it helps me to feel at ease knowing they monitor him to ensure he’s feeling safe whether in doggy daycare or in his run. They are also very strict about vaccination currency so I’m not worried about him picking up anything there. I highly recommend this place to take care of your pets when you’re away.

Absolutely incredible team at APA! My husband and I were in town from Arizona and found this kennel online. After talking to the owner, Alan, I knew our boys would be in the best hands. We called halfway through the boy's stay to check in on them and Alan was able to give us the most descriptive, detailed report on how they were adjusting and behaving. We were blown away! You can tell they really care. Before dropping the dogs off, we walked through the facility and were very impressed with how clean everything was! My only request would be that they open another location in Scottsdale so we can make A Paw Above our regular kennel!

If you are looking for somewhere for your pups to be well taken care of while you’re away, this is the place for them. I have brought both of my dogs here a handful of times and have always had a wonderful experience. Clean facility and they always are flexible with dates if I need to bring my pups in a day early or need them to stay a day later. I can trust that my dogs (Sylvie and Buddy) are in good hands while I’m away when they are at a paw above.

My dog absolutely LOVES to go to daycare here. I am not able to bring her often, but when I do, I know that she is being well taken care of. She always gets so excited when I tell her where we are going and she HOWLS (which she never does) the minute we turn the corner into the parking lot! The price is reasonable, the workers actually engage with the animals, and I always feel safe bringing her to A Paw Above.

Great place to board your dogs - we had peace of mind leaving our German Shepherd, Bismarck, here and they gave us updates whenever we called. We also had some unexpected changes to our schedule and they were more than willing to accommodate us at the last minute. They’re military-friendly and we will definitely be using their boarding services again in the future.

The staff is so friendly and sweet! They always greet you with a smile. Our dog has gone twice now to be groomed and she comes out so pretty and the softness of the grooming lasts the whole month until we took her back. You can tell she is very happy to go there too because she’s all smiles and tail wags both times now.

I rescue disabled and senior dogs. It's something I feel very strong about. I take care of them like they should have been cared for and more. They are family. I was a wreck taking my 3 dogs to a new location. During and after, I am behind pleased with the love and care they received from Mark <3. He wanted them, and me, to feel great. He wanted to make sure their fears and their "issues" were HIS concern too. They look amazing and smell just as good. I am forever grateful, and I am so thankful that the people who work there are all on the same page of taking care of our fur kids. <3 Also, Alicia helped me with waiting, checking out, but helped me while sharing with me her 31 years' experience of dealing with all kinds of dogs. What a great find. People working here are very helpful. They don’t dilute the shampoo and conditioner so it actually gets my dog clean. The use of truck beds for the wash area is brilliant. The inside has a spray on liner so dogs don’t slip and slide. They have it low enough to the floor and since it looks like a truck my old dog jumps right in without any treats needed. Great place and I will use it again.

We’re to start! The lady at the front is so sweet and helpful! They seem to really love dogs! We use Amanda for grooming our standard poodle and I can not say enough great things about her. He is a very shy dog and she is so patient and kind with him! For a dog who doesn’t love people he loves Amanda which speaks volumes about the love and care he receives while in her care. Not only is he cared for but she is such a talented groomer. He always looks amazing. And she puts up with all our grooming requests! If you’ve struggled finding a groomer like we have please try Amanda. You will not regret it!

The best place to get your dog groomed. Be sure to plan ahead they are very popular. Great customer service. The owner is the best. My chinwa was very fuzzy and had a bad experience at another groomer. They took great care of him, and his coat was perfectly cut.

I started going here after a bad experience at Dogtopia. Thank goodness I made the switch! They are always so accommodating and my dog doesn’t start shaking at the front door like she did at the other place. My Malinois is super timid since I rescued her and she loves going here for daycare without hesitation. I had to board her for one night and she came back home with some confidence in her step. They must have also brushed her because she smelt great and looked clean. Thank you for making leaving my dog so much easier on me and her.

Our dogs Chloe and Zoe (I know...) get so excited when we are driving to Smudge. They absolutely love it and come home exhausted every time! The owner is there regularly and is fantastic with his customers. 5/5 for the review!

Today was the first time my dog had ever been professionally groomed and he looks awesome! Very friendly staff. We will be back for grooming and probably boarding too.

I highly recommend Rampart Kennels! The owner and the workers are the most caring animal lovers around. We boarded our little dog several times this year for 2 weeks at a time and she was happy and excited each time before and after. They did whatever they could to make our little Miley feel comfortable and loved. We never had to worry about her being taken care of properly and securely.

Been taking the pups here for close to 3 years and have nothing but great things to say! The staff are pretty dang incredible and very informative about our pet's stay and go above and beyond to accommodate when possible. This place has made it possible for me to have my mind at ease that my dogs are in great care and pickup has always been happy and healthy! Rampart Kennels is awesome! We boarded our two German Shepherds for a week, and they loved it.

Rampart Kennels exceeds expectations from the moment you call to make an appointment, and from the time you walk out the door. The staff, and the groomer Emily felt like immediate friends and I knew my pup was in great hands. It was honestly fun to chat with the staff and hand my dog over for a few hours and to pick him up knowing he had a great day and was groomed to perfection!

Family owned. I have taken my dog here many times she loves it! She starts wagging her tail and barking when we get on the road close to the Kennels. Friendly staff. They offer daily walks and a wash before your dog leaves. Overall 10/10 experience every time and they are very reasonable on price!
