We had a wonderful experience using Your Pet AuPair for our wedding. Nicole was so flexible and responsive throughout the whole process. She came out to meet our dogs beforehand which put me at ease. She took great care of our pups and got them to our venue for pictures with all their wedding attire, and then safely back home and settled in. It was one of the highlights of our day seeing them and we were able to get pictures that we will cherish forever. She even got a picture of us with the dogs! I highly recommend.

We absolutely love Your Pet AuPair! We have been clients for almost 2 years and we feel so happy with our experience. Nicole and her team are excellent communicators and provide so much care and peace of mind whenever we are away. The client portal is such a fun tool to use and we love our daily journal updates and photos of our pets! There have been a few times when a cat was sick and we had some last-minute changes, and Nicole was always happy to accommodate and make sure everything went smoothly. We love all of our sitters and highly recommend this company if you're local to the Bel Air and surrounding areas!

Nicole and her staff are wonderful. We have never had an issue scheduling or tweaking schedules if needed. Our dog is pretty high energy, yet she and her staff seem to handle him well. He looks forward to his walks, and is a much better behaved dog when he gets his exercise. I would recommend Your Pet AuPair for any of your dog walking needs (....i'd bet pet sitting wouldn't be any different).

Nicole was absolutely amazing, professional, and timely when caring for our dog, Crush, on our wedding day. Our doggy Halo Loves her dog walkers!!! She gets so excited when they come to pick her up. They are all great with her. They take pics of their outting and give her water and/or treats if needed. Catalina Chao worked with our little puppy, Piper! She was just 6 months when we started and I saw an immediate improvement in behavior! She helped my husband to learn that training is about providing a safe environment for our dog, not about aggressive control over her! She gave us great hands on help and support! Plus her explanations for how to do things and process was very helpful for us since we both have ADHD! We can’t wait to bring her back for a check-in/refresh!

This is probably the most convenient doggie daycare around. Whether you need daycare for a half day, full day, or even boarding, they make it very easy to set things up. I added a premium bath and received my dog feeling loved, super clean, and you can tell he had a great day. Great customer service, and you get report cards that help you know how your pet did. Highly recommended.

My girl loves it here! I was worried about where to keep her for our vacation. She is just a puppy so has a lot of energy. A friend referred us here & he was absolutely right. She absolutely loves Best Friends Furever, Joppa. On her first day, she made new friends instantly. She gets to play & swim all day (she loves the puppy pools). We are currently boarding her there for a 5 night vacation & I check her new pictures out they upload daily. It makes me feel good to know she is in good hands. The staff is great & so welcoming as well.

We brought our adopted puppy Penny here for the elite training program because, frankly, she was a handful -- a husky, shepherd, bull terrier mix at 12 months old and 45 lbs. However, Catalina was up to the task! She accomplished so much in her 9 weeks that we could not have done at home having our 2-year old and our other commitments. Catalina provided the steady hand and consistency that dogs need in these first two years. I never saw her lose her cool or get frustrated with Penny, nor have I seen the other staff ever say an unkind work about a dog, whether visiting, training or boarding. We loved having the live feed during the day to see what was happening, and the training video report cards were a great help. The ladies at the front desk were awesome and so were all of the handlers. The in-house grooming services are excellent, too. We will continue to bring Penny here for play dates throughout the year. I gave them a 5-star rating, not because they are perfect but because you will not find a more caring group of people and well organized team than this Joppa BFFE location.

I have had a great experience so far with our 3-month old puppy, Charlie, attending full day daycare at the Joppa location. I was super nervous because I wasn't sure how he would react or how other dogs would react to him or how well he would be taken care of. The handlers are awesome and well trained to keep a safe and fun environment.This week starts week two and we plan on continuing with 2-3 days a week for him to attend. I love that you can watch them all play on the cameras during the day (although Teeny Field 1's camera is super blurry....Teeny Field 2's camera is perfect). The staff are super friendly, all around, and show Charlie all of the love. The hours for drop off and pick up are great (although a 7pm pick up during the week would be better because I work in PA but that's just my personal wish...the hours in general are great for the majority of folks and that's all that matters so I will make it work!) I plan on expanding our services at BFFE to include boarding, training and grooming in addition to daycare. Thanks for all you do to keep our dogs safe and happy as well as exhausted when they get home!

We love best friends fur ever! My dog Ellie has a blast at daycare, and boarding when we travel! The staff is very knowledgeable and loving towards all the dogs! We trust them with our baby and know she will be taken care of and have so much fun! Bff gives us peace of mind and we love the pictures and report cards they send!

This is the first time I’ve taken my dog to a day care and she loved it! The early drop off hours are awesome! I loved being able to watch her on camera during the day and they even uploaded pics to her profile. Great care for my girl!

I had the pleasure of working with Catalina at B.F.F.E and I would do it again with my next dog! Catalina was so knowledgeable, hard-working, and helpful throughout the entire journey. Loved loved LOVED taking my puppy Eloise here for her 2-week training. She trained with Catalina & I saw such amazing improvement just in those two weeks. Great staff, play areas, and much more. During her training program, I not once had an issue/hiccup in the process. Highly recommend for your puppy or older dogs!

We came in with our roughly one year old dog who was very dog reactive. We could barely take him on walks. In the 9 weeks of the elite program, he no longer has a bad reaction to dogs, he has mastered sit and stay, and he has enjoyed going to “school” everyday. His recall has gotten incredibly good as well. The entire staff was so attentive and diligent to Radar’s care. We are so grateful to Catalina for helping our boy be the good dog that was always in him.

We could never say enough amazing things about Crystal and how devoted she is to our pup. We found her right as we adopted our husky as new puppy and she has been able to be with him and watch him grow for the past two years now. Our pup loves her just as much as we do! Crystal always goes above and beyond to make sure that our dog, our home, our privacy, and our things are treated with care and respect. She has so many times stayed longer with our dog than necessary in the event that he had an accident, got sick, or something out of the ordinary happened. She is in CONSTANT communication with us and gives really excellent visual reports on how her time with your pet has gone. She even does little things like bringing in mail and sending us homemade treats (which our dog LOVES). She will treat your pet and your home like her own. We don't know what we would do without her!

Crystal takes extra time with my Great Dane and his guard dog instincts. She is patient while he warms up, and has him sitting in her lap by the end of every visit! She just knows animals. I never worry when we leave our boy with her. She’s professional, responsive, and flexible. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with our boy!

Even though we have an anxious cat, she would try to still play with him and even checks on him under the bed or night stand where he hides when she comes. She would keep on trying and that warms my heart because Fredrik is scared, anxious and was traumatized when we adopted him so he doesn’t do well with other animals and other people. Cheryl would just keep her distance at the same time let him know she’s just there in case he wants to play. It makes me and my husband happy that we have wonderful people taking care of Fredrik while we are away. We loved our experience with Whittington! Our pets were loved and cared for. You get photos of your pets each day they visit as well as updates. You can request additional visits if you feel it is necessary. This was so much easier than wrangling our cats into carriers and boarding them and way less stressful for our cats.

We were very satisfied with our services and the daily communication while Jessica and her team cat sat for us. Our cat received attention, playtime, and pets but her personal space was also respected. We loved the pictures that were sent to us. All of our requests regarding caring for our cat and home were followed. We would definitely use them again for our next trip!

I cannot say enough good things about them. We have a very fearful dog and they’ve shown absolute expertise in working within his boundaries. After each visit, I get a message with photos and an easy to read visual to know which dog peed/poo’d, drank/ate and it’s so lovely seeing them happy and in good hands. I love that we can ask them to come 4 days a week if my husband is traveling or as little as 1-2x/month on long days. It’s so nice that they try and give consistency in who comes, but honestly I’d trust anyone Jessica Whittington has trained.

Barton Manor is the only place we will leave our dog, Charlie. After poor experiences with boarding at other venues (Charlie being placed in "timeout" and left in a crate for most of the day, UTI's or some other illness when we bring him home, etc.), Barton Manor's staff provides Charlie with the same love and attention that he would get at home. He's always excited when we get to Barton Manor and practically runs to the door to be let inside. Management is also incredibly flexible with pickup/drop off and understanding when plans change. We recently welcomed our first child into the world and Barton Manor allowed us to cancel/move our boarding appointment without any issues as well as pickup during off-hours due to unforeseen circumstances. Truly amazing ownership, staff, and care for your pet.

Used this place last summer it was our first time ever boarding our dog Zoey. Picked this place due to all the good reviews an we are glad we did. She did great. Have no complaints an will deff use them again if needed. But we don't ever need to board it's super rare. But when we do will be giving them a call.

We have boarded our dog at Barton Manor since 2014, and we could not be more thrilled by the Barton Family and the care our dog receives while staying with them. They are some of the kindest people. They treat our dog (and us!) like a member of their family. Their facilities are superior, and they are constantly making small improvements that only enhance the incredible care our dog receives (like constant temperature monitoring of the kennel spaces and a community play area). I trust them with our pup implicitly. Highly recommend!

I was looking for a place where my 8 month old puppy could make some new friends and burn off some of that seemingly endless puppy energy and Dogtopia is just the place. She has made lots of new friends who love to play as much as she does and the staff are wonderful. She comes home exhausted and I know she had a good day. Also love the Webcams so I can check on her while she's there.

I have had such an amazing experience with dogTopia. Upon arrival, I was greeted, friendly faces, everything was just welcoming. Not to bash other dog services, but I took him to Bestfriends FURever at first but I believe they need a little bit more experience handling pitbull/Lab mix. Anyways, nonetheless Maxx went in for his meet and greet. It took less than 10 minutes with the people interaction and then he was released in with the other dogs and Max did so well. I am glad that I found Topia so that way Max can get out the house and have some outside time while mommy is at work. Not only that majority of the dogs here are rescues and Maxx is a rescue so that helps a lot better because the staff definitely know how to tender to them and make sure that they feel safe and know that their parents will be back they're not just getting dropped off again. They also let you stay for the meet and greet and not just drop your pooch off which best friends forever does just a heads up. :)

Our dog has been going to Dogtopia weekly for several months now and she loves it! We have had nothing but a positive and welcoming experience from all of the staff. Every morning when our dog comes in she is greeted by name and with the biggest hello. I love seeing her play on the cameras and having her participate in the weekly events (agility courses, picture days, treat days). She has made best friends and gets so excited every time she goes (2-3x weekly). We plan it strategically when our dog goes so that she is tired for the next day. When our dog comes home she is soooo tired from playing all day and it lasts through the next day! The staff make the business as awesome as it is!

We love Dogtopia! Ruby has a lot of energy for a puppy and she looks forward to playing with all of her friends twice a week! The staff are amazing with the dogs. They are always tentative and kind and make me feel completely at peace knowing my girl is in great hands. We love the extra treat and event days they throw in.. she loved her cauliflower tater tot, frozen yogurt, and grilled cheese. Mommy loved the artwork Ruby created with her paw print as a tulip. I’m sure she’s going to beg me to visit more. We are very thankful for all the staff does to give our girl the BEST experience!

My dog was attacked and no accountability was take what so ever she had two teeth knocked out and lacerations all over her face Update: we finally got a small amount of information after we got the police involved. The owner cc all the higher up on the email to cover her own butt. This place is terrible. If I could do a haft a star I would. Update number two: they don’t like real reviews because they removed my review DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!

I had a terrible experience with Petsmart Pet Hotel who mixed up our reservation date. Reached out to Dogtopia of Bel Air who very quickly came to the rescue. I was able to make a same-day boarding reservation for two dogs. The front desk staff were super friendly when I arrived. Overall very accommodating, friendly, and customer service oriented. I am a first time customer, but my first impression is very positive and I am certain that I will be back. I highly recommend this business!!!

My dog attends Dogtopia of Bel Air for both daycare and boarding. She loves it here. She is an apartment dog, so being able to go play and run with other dogs is the highlight of her week. I appreciate how caring the staff is towards both me and my dog. Would definitely recommend.

From the very start, which was my phone conversation first thing this morning with Katelyn to learn about the facility, to arriving at 9:30 am for our same day Meet & Greet, to touring the facility, to watching my puppy play comfortably and happily with others her size, to seamlessly securing unlimited weekly daycare for our baby Monday - Saturday, to picking her up after her first day of play with a VERY waggy tail, today was wonderful! I am very happy that we found you!

Our dog had his first meet and greet visit which he thoroughly enjoyed. We meet the owner and staff and we toured the play areas and boarding area. We liked everything so much and feel the staff is very caring so we're bringing our dog for a half day play time in a couple of days.

Maggie is so excited to come to “school” as our family calls it every time! We love how everyone knows Maggie and loves her as much as we do! Maggie loves playing with her friends and always comes home tired and happy! Jessica and her team at Prancing Pooches are the best! Our anxious dog warmed up to them right away and they handle him without any problems (in fact, with less problems than we have with him!) They are totally reliable, trustworthy and very accommodating. We use this service most weeks for a walk and sometimes for a stay-n-play. They take good care of our pet.

The team at Prancing Pooches are the best! They have been walking my dog for years. My senior dog, Myles loves his dog walkers. Prancing Pooches has been our cat sitter for the past four years. Jessica is wonderful, very attentive, responsive, and professional. As a specific example, on our last trip out of town, one of the cats decided to stop eating (the cat was just being a diva, but she has a medical condition that could have been more serious). Jessica sent us daily text updates and was very attentive to our cat's needs. It's terrible being away from your pets, especially if they may be sick, but I knew the cats were in good hands with Jessica. I highly recommend her and Prancing Pooches.

We have been going to Dogtopia since the beginning of this year. Communication with the staff is awesome. Staff is awesome. Our girl loves it. She is excited and ready to go. Boarding has been a plus.

We LOVE Dogtopia of Towson! They are always excited to greet our Shibas. The center is clean, they remember even the slightest of requests. Their webcams are clear so you can see the coaches professionally interact with your dogs, but most importantly, my dogs are so much happier in every aspect of their life. They get along with one another better once home, and they actually sleep through the night now! What a Godsend! My dogs slept in today for the first time ever! Sadly I let them sleep in instead of going to daycare, and now it is early afternoon and they are giving me the side eye because they aren't at Dogtopia. LOL. I won't be making that mistake again. Come check them out. You won't be sorry!! It's a great place!

My Macee Pooh is such a sweet girl who is very timid with Men. Every person I met at the Towson location was so pleasant and professional and gentle with our MaceePooh!!! She come homes tired every time, even if she's just in the "Gym" getting her steps in with the pac. The staff here were great with keeping me calm about leaving our baby for the day.

Fantastic. I was nervous about taking my dog for day care. He is BIG ENERGY, and a fairly large dog. But this team are pros. He had a great day, and they do a great job. I’m a big fan.

It’s so calming to know my fur baby boy is in good care when I can’t be with him. He will also be boarding with them while I’m away on vacation.

My puppy Roscoe loves Dogtopia! He has grown so much since he started attending 1-2 days a week. He was extremely anxious when he started attending and the staff showed so much patience and care with him. Now he runs straight to the door and happily trots to the playroom with the Canine Coaches. The staff has been friendly and communicative since day one- special shout out to Hailey for always calming my pet parent anxiety! Our recent boarding experience was especially great. My husband and I were very anxious to leave our pup for a week and board him for the first time. Everyone was kind and understanding and listened to our litany of instructions. During our trip we recieved email updates and phone calls. He had trouble eating one day, and I recieved a call asking to add broth to his food. His final day, he was bit by another dog. When Hailey called it was clear this was not a normal occurrence and she was anxious herself, but showed professionalism and compassion. He was taken directly to the ER and I recieved a detailed care plan from both Dogtopia and the vet. (The other dog was dismissed from care.) He was fine and when I went to pick up his boarding items, he ran straight to the front door and greeted all the canine coaches with kisses and playfulness while we waited for his items. Because of how well this situation was handled, I still 100% trust the staff at Dogtopia and will return when his injury has healed. The love for the dogs in their care is apparent.

*I work here so this may be biased. But my Blu baby has been to another doggy daycare and she didn’t open up and play as much as she does at dogtopia! Beyond blessed to have such a great job that I can bring my baby too and know she is in good care even when I can’t be in the room with her!❤️

We have used Richlyn Rovers since we got our pup over 2 years ago and they have been wonderful to work with since then. Both the owner, Sherri, and her crew do a great job and send great pics and updates with each visit/walk. They are very communicative and flexible to our schedule and we truly appreciate what they do for our pup! I couldn't recommend them enough for pet walking services!

Richlyn Rovers gets a 10 star review from us!!! We are long time customers but first time with our current Lab overnight. Prior to our trip I was very concerned about leaving our Lab overnight for a week. Under the care of Sherri and her team she did perfectly fine. They are truly caring and very efficient at providing care. All of our instructions were followed to a T! And then some. Pictures and updates were sent each and every visit. It provided me with great comfort to read about and see my Lab under their care in photos and texts. I will always use Richlyn Rovers and highly recommend the loving care they provide to their customers. They treat your fur babies like family. Sherri and her crew have helped walk and care for my cats and dogs over the last 7 or so years. I can tell they care about you and your pets. They are very accommodating when I need something special or need to shift a walking day around. They have even been able to help when I have had foster animals. They even make nervous fosters feel comfortable! Richlyn Rovers are great which makes them in demand. You have to plan ahead for any help you need for travel during typical busy times around holidays. I have no idea what Maureen Tipton is angry about in their review. I have never seen anything like what they describe in all the years I have worked with Sherri's team. It's unfortunate her one star review drags down RR's overall score. I imagine they ask for the manager a LOT!

I have used this pet sitting service for several months now and absolutely love their service. Sherri and her team are highly reliable and treat all my pets like family. I have used them enough times that they are familiar with my pets' behaviors and idiosyncrasies. They give me great updates when I am at work or when I am out of town and have excellent pictures of them. They have also been considerate to take out my trash/recycling even when I didn't request it or forgot to. My two dogs and cat love them and treat them like family at this point. I trust them fully and they give me great peace of mind that my pets are in good hands while I am not home. Highly recommend.

I will really give no stars but I couldn't post without one. I have had a trip booked for many months. I find out they can't sit my dog. I only found out because I emailed to get paperwork. No call, no nothing. Very unreliable people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Go elsewhere!!!

We worked with Tucker from Grateful Dog Walkers for our wedding day. Tucker was absolutely amazing! He was very professional, friendly, and took great care of our girl. We had so many compliments throughout the wedding day. Our dog, Bailey is our whole world and he took the best care of her. Tucker had many phone calls and email/text conversations leading up to the wedding to make sure he had all the details. He even took a few of his own pictures during the wedding which we loved to see! He transported Bailey to and from the wedding and even took her on a hike prior. We never had to worry once knowing she was in such great care and got to be included in our special day. I highly recommend Grateful Dog Walkers to anyone looking for care, especially for a wedding!

So grateful to Tucker and Kelly. Our high energy vizsla pup had an amazing week boarding with them. It was a doggie vacation! She played to her heart’s content with all her new friends and we loved getting the regular updates and seeing that she was so happy. This is truly a special place for doggies.

We had such a great experience with the Grateful Dog Walkers! Our wedding was in Bayside and we had several guests with dogs staying in rentals. The Walkers were so great working with us to create a schedule to fit in feeding and walks for all of the dogs. They also dressed our “best dog” in his wedding outfit and drove him to our ceremony location for us for photos!! The dogs were all very well taken care of. We highly recommend!!!!!

Grateful dog walkers is a phenomenal dog service. My wife and I had to be out of town for the weekend last minute with no one to watch our dog. I booked with grateful dog walkers and immediately got confirmation of booking with Mackey. We felt so good leaving our dog with him because once we pulled into Mackeys driveway Louie (our golden retriever) ran straight up to the front door wanting to come inside. When we were away we got updates and pictures of Louie when we were gone. Mackey takes the dogs on hikes throughout the day which Louie loves. It felt good to know my boy was in good hands. I would highly recommend grateful dog walkers and I will be using their services first for now on!

The whole GDW Team has taken great care of my dogs over the past 4 years! From walks, daycare, adventure hikes, and overnight boarding, they have always gone above and beyond to make sure my dogs are happy, safe, and having the most fun!
