Our dogs have been to many boarding /day care places to keep them busy while we work. Hands down this is the best place. The dog loves it. John and Mel are the best. You can tell they truly love what they do and love to play with the doggos! Chloe goes 2-3 times a week and has many friends she loves to see there.

I was nervous about boarding my pup since she is a bit scared of other dogs due to being attacked before. We used K9 to 5ish and had the best experience! The booking process was very simple, communication was top notch and the facility was great! I very much appreciated the pictures they put on Facebook to see what the pups are up to. I felt good about them being able to introduce my pup safely to all the other K9 friends there. We will definitely use their boarding services again! Thank you all!!

We are so thankful for K9to5ish! They gave us such peace. Our dog had so much fun here! The owners are really the kindest people! They are easy to work with & seem to truly enjoy the pets. They made our vacation much more relaxing knowing our dog was having fun while we were at the beach. We did daycare some half days some full days while we were in Navarre. When we walked in the second day our dog nearly leapt out of his carrier to get to them. Surely let us know he enjoyed himself the day before. We got to see photos of him having fun on their Facebook page. Here’s hoping they have availability on our next trip to Navarre. The Google phone number is incorrect. K9 to 5ish takes the best care of my furry, four legged family members. I love getting pictures and updates from Melanie and John of them while I am gone. They are very accommodating and have my fur babies’ best interest at heart.

We had such a great experience day boarding our dog Jack. They take dog introductions very seriously and make sure that each dog is in the right play group which is very important to us. The staff is very kind and sent us pictures throughout the stay. They were flexible with pickup and drop off which we really appreciated! We will absolutely be back and would recommend them to any dog owners!

We recently hired Paws and Claws to stay with our 3 poodles, and we couldn't be more thrilled with the exceptional care our pups received. Jeff stayed at our home to care for our 3 dogs, during a recent vacation. We loved the updates on our pups while we were out. Also, one of our dogs was not so into eating and Jeff went above and beyond to get him to have his meals. We highly recommend Jeff and Donna and have plans to use them again!

Jeff and Donna have been our go to pet sitters in Richardson Texas and now in Florida. We trust them completely with our two dogs. We just got back from ten days out of state, and when we walked in, we found our dogs were happy and healthy and excited to see us. They quickly calmed down and treated us like we hadn't been away! Clearly, they received great care. Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved Paws n Claws. They took amazing care of our fur babies and went above and beyond. We received photo updates of the pups which made our trip more enjoyable knowing that they were in such great hands. They even gave my dog his antibiotics while we were away. I cannot say enough about the quality of their work. Jeff and Donna both came to visit prior to us using them the first time for an overnight sitting. Our dog had no issues with them and that is always a good sign. They are very quick to respond, thorough, and easy to work with. They were very attentive to our pets needs (which aren't much) but still no issues. We have recently used their services again on a multi day trip. Zero issues, good communication, updates multiple times per day. They will continue to be our "go to" folks when we need someone to step in and take care of our dog when we cannot take him along. GO BIG RED!!!

Jeff and Donna are the best! We have two Chihuahuas that require very precise care and they handle them beautifully! Every time we leave town or just need some extra care during the day they are available and professional. Our fur babies love them and I can’t recommend them highly enough!

We have two airedale terriers who do not like to be kenneled. We used Jeff and Donna several times over the holidays.and our dogs loved them. The dogs were not stressed at all. We appreciated the daily texts updating us on our fur babies. We will definitely be repeat customers.

Our little Morkie, Sadie, loves Donna and Jeff. They treat Sadie like she is one of their own. They have been taking care of her for the past 1 1/2 years. They’re the only ones we allow to take care of our baby. We highly recommend them!

We have used Pamela for several months now. She is great with all our pets! Even our less than social female bird tolerates her, although our male has totally fallen in love with her. I think he would rather be with her than with me!. I highly recommend Pamela for your pet sitting needs.

You can rest assured your pups will be taken well care of here. She is definitely a go to when it comes to pet sitting. Rather than checking with the boarding locations only to find out they are closed, go to her. She will work will work with you and is a life saver when you need somewhere to board your pets in short notice. I highly recommend heather. My pets came back safe and sound and you could tell they enjoyed the stay.

I can’t express my gratitude enough for Heather! We had a literal last minute emergency, visiting from out of state and she was so quick to help us. She was direct with what she needed from us in order to look after our two dogs- 2 under a year old none the less! I was relieved to see she had other dogs eager to play with mine, all with wagging tails :) She was extremely communicative to which put me at ease when leaving them for a few days. I highly recommend her to anyone in that area, your fur babies will be well taken care of and loved ♥️

We had a last minute cancellation with our condo and was unable to find another that would allow our 5 month old Cavapoo. I found Heather on google called her because of her great ratings. I am so glad I did because she was wonderful. She was very accommodating and kind. And the best part was that our Cooper LOVED her! He enjoyed his stay and being able to play with all her other sweet pups! I cannot thank her enough for taking such good care of our little boy!

We were in a desperate last minute situation and in extreme need for our pooch to have a place to stay. I reached out to Ms Heather and she probably assured me that there was no worries that she had me. We were displaced from hurricane Helene so that made us out of towners with no contacts. Miss Heather was friendly and courteous and helping me with any of my needs. She assured me that there would be no issues and she could watch Sully with no problems. Upon arrival she called out to Sully like myself and my wife do and he instantly took a liking to her. This is the first time we've ever left our dog with anybody, he spoiled rotten and I will tell you when I was backing out of the driveway I had a sense of calm knowing that he was going to be will taken care of, and that's exactly what he got. It is small business owners like Heather that utilize their gifts of hospitality and love for animals that will always keep me coming back. I cannot say enough good about this place. I would highly recommend due to their clear communication and also their fair prices. Some people would take advantage when they know you're in a situation and charge you double and triple of what something should cost. Miss Heather was honest and willing to help me in a time of need which I respect so greatly! A+++

So thankful to have Heather's Hugs N Kisses when our family needs to travel. She treats our dog, Nacho, like one of her own and really cares for him. The dogs are allowed to free roam inside and outside instead of being locked in a crate for days and her prices are very reasonable. We have had her watch Nacho three times now and we will continue to be repeat customers.

Heather is wonderful and our dog loves staying with her. She always respects his prescription diet due to allergies. She's a great communicator. She also let us know immediately when she spotted signs of an ear infection and waited for permission to take any form of action.

My 1.5 year old puppy Henley had an absolute blast here. I evacuated from Hurricane Milton and was in a serious bind. My parents have six cats who hated his presence in their house. I found Navarre Beach Pet Retreat after a few hours of research, called and spoke with Mackenzie. She was absolutely wonderful in helping me fill out the necessary paperwork and rushing to make sure he was able to go to their daycare. She got me out of a real bind. Henley was absolutely pampered while he was there. There were check ins whenever I called the first and second day (I was feeling the separation anxiety because Henley and I have never been apart for more then a couple of hours, he didn’t seem to notice). There were nightly reports when I picked him up at 6:30pm and they even took him to the beach for the first time in his life! He was exhausted every evening and left the kitties alone. They were even able to accommodate my request to bathe him. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring him back if I am ever in town.

Very happy with Navarre Beach Pet Retreat! When I found out it was Dr. Dyson’s facility (vet at St. Francis), I knew it was the only place I would trust for boarding my pets. We just used their facility for our two dogs and cat over the weekend. They all seemed happy and well taken care of. I was surprised yet very happy to see that the cat’s bungalow wasn’t just a small cage, but a multi tiered space for her. We will definitely be using them again in the future. I’m very protective of my animals and have a hard time trusting anyone to watch them, but I’m glad I have found someone locally I do trust. My family is able to take trips now, when before I would avoid it due to not trusting anyone to care for them adequately. Thank you for taking care of our babies!

We’ve used them multiple times now, and many times this summer most of them have been for last minute trips. Everyone is always prompt to return phone calls, clean facilities and our dog has grown to know the place now and walks right in with a smile! We feel confident she is taken care of when she is with these wonderful people, always receiving picture updates via their app.

i have boarded my dog here 3 times now and the staff are all very friendly and i feel so comfortable leaving my dog with them! it’s very hard to trust others with your pets but i fully trust them and i would 100% recommend this place to anyone!

My husband and I boarded our cat here for a little less than two weeks. We love this facility! I was nervous our cat would be in a small cage, but that was not the case at all! She had a multi-story bungalow with lots of room to rest. The front desk was responsive and informative when I called to check in and see how our cat was doing. She seemed very happy when we picked her up. Would highly recommend!!

Very happy with Navarre Beach Pet Retreat! Our dog used to get very stressed out in boarding with all-day group play, but here he can be on his own with lots of options for extra love and attention. It was nice picking him up and he was happy and healthy! His favorite part is the beach walk add-on. So glad to have found this place.

UPDATE: Lisa with the facility gave me a call and stated that this charge is an error within the system. She gave me a credit on my account for my pets next stay and was super helpful in resolving the issue and explaining what had happened. Updating review to be the full 5 stars! Let me just start by saying the facility is great. My dogs are happy when they leave and always look healthy. The issue I’m having is the pricing on “late” check outs. On Saturday and Sunday they are open 8:00-10:00 a.m. and then 5:00-7:00 p.m. But they do charge a late fee of $70 per dog if you pick them up after 5:00 p.m. which is pretty insane to me since the only other option is to pick them up earlier in the day. I don’t know if it’s just me but typically if you’re boarding for a weekend or weekend night, you’re driving or flying back on Saturday or Sunday which almost never puts you home before 10:00 a.m. Therefore, my $140 “late” fee is inevitable.

Well, totally was excited to accidentally stumble upon this place while taking our kids to prom as we are new to the area and looking for somewhere to bath and board our Great Dane…that was until we were informed they were going to tow our vehicle. See we accidentally passed the slippery mermaid sushi bar and turned in hopeful that the parking lots connected. When they didn’t and we realized they were closed we just walked over to let the kids eat before their very important night at prom! We were then informed that they were going to tow us although they were closed and only 2 cars were in the parking lot. There is no easy way to turn around as it is a 6 lane highway with a median. I would have gladly done so if they were open or busy but closed I figured no harm. Obviously I was wrong and we will not be using this facility for our dog! Kindness goes a long way and obviously that is not their strong suit!

Both of my pups love going there and they are very accommodating in getting schedules coordinated. Definitely recommend.

Not sure I would come back here. Our dog was stinking of urine and her bed was soaked. With urine They did not care for her adequately. Charged us 4 days for three nights If you can don’t book here. Beware !!!!!!!!!

This place is so awesome. I bring my dog here for 3-4 day long stays when my husband and I go out of town and he is such a happy boy while he’s there. I love that I am able to check on him through all of the cameras, and the staff are so friendly and very responsive. They never make me feel like a crazy overprotective dog mom (even though I am) and they always give Ace the extra amenities that I add on for him, so it’s nice to know that he is really getting the snuggles and one-on-one time when I pay for it! Also this facility doesn’t use the harsh chemicals for cleaning that other boarding places do. I took Ace to another place and he got a rash from the harsh cleaning chemicals, by happy dog uses a diluted bleach mixture that’s safe for the dogs as soon as it dries and my little guy has never had a bad experience with them. Definitely bring your dogs here!!

My pup Finn has been going to Happy Dog for doggy daycare since they opened and he LOVES it! He is always so eager to get inside and play with his friends (dogs and humans alike)! He plays hard and is always exhausted when I pick him up. Happy Dog has many perks, such as live video footage of the play areas and daily report cards with photos and details about your pup's day (to name a few). It is clear that the staff truly cares about the wellbeing and safety of each animal. There is no place like Happy Dog Resort and I highly recommend!!

My dog Huncho loves it! His really enjoys the pool, that’s his favorite thing to do there!

We took Hugo to Happy Dog Resort for a year while living downtown. He received the best loving care we could hope for! He would cry with anticipation starting a few blocks away and couldn’t get out of the car and in with his friends soon enough! We had to move out of state and were sad to have to leave Happy Dog and all the loving staff!

My dog stayed for about a week and an absolutle blast. Clean facility, perfect staff that genuienly loves dogs, and lots of play mates.

The camera at their business placed at the playpen was a big plus. Not having been boarded before and having not a lot of exposure to other dogs, It was very reassuring to see our dog with other dogs- adjusting so well. Overall, we were so happy that we could just relax, not worry, and they would take care of his needs (including meds) and everything. That piece of mind came at a very reasonable price.

They are excellent, first they took grand pup in (a hurricane escapee hunkering here till its safe; Grand pup used to go to another place here when we lived here. When I tried them he wasn’t warmly welcomed. Therefore, I gave these new folks a try - (Happy Dog Resort)?and we highly recommend them!! Accommodating and they use ‘ideal’ dog handling procedures. The place is state of the art, too! Try it out - our goodest boy, Goose was treated like a king and made several new fur friend’s. ❤️🐕 ps they let you see them while you are away and they play.

My pups, Gemma & Jonas have been going since they opened & love it so much. They are so eager to get inside & play with their friends, both dogs & people. Jonas is a bit timid around new people & esp men but they have been so great working with him & I've even seen Jonas follow some of his fave handlers around & they've been men! They've stayed before for both long & short stay boarding & never had any problems. I love the report cards & the ability to watch live videos while they're there. The handlers at Happy Dog Resort are awesome & I know they're always going to have a fantastic time & come home exhausted.

We have boarded our dog there multiple times and he has been well taken care of every time. The staff is friendly and caring. They provide food and treats if none are sent with your pet. I usually send a blanket as my dog likes to burrow under it. Any bedding sent is laundered and fresh smelling when you pick up your pup. I would definitely recommend them!

I use this place for my American Bulldog often. He loves staying there and the people always spend time loving on him. It makes me happy when I hear this because normally he’s nervous around people but he always warms up so quickly to them and they always tell me about how good he’s been and that they all just love giving him lovings. Highly recommended

Horrible place. I got the presidential suite for my chiweenie. He's a little scared to new people I informed them of this. Got the room for 3 days and he was only taken out once. Then I go to pick him up and he smells horrible laying in a soaking wet blanket, the staff informed me had a accident. A accident they obviously didn't clean up or bath him!!!! Never will go back to this place! He was so scared shaking. I called repeatedly to check on him and they said everything is fine.

Three took such good care of my sweet doggies, Roscoe and Bailey. Roscoe is an older one and they were patient with all my questions as we never hoard him. Bailey is a frequent flyer and she seems to really enjoy her stay(: Everyone is very professional and kind.

I was very reluctant on boarding my two Golden Retrievers because they've always traveled with us and have never been boarded but Spanish Trail made me feel at ease. We arrived during their faculty meeting and they still opened the door for us (something they definitely didn't have to do). The staff was very friendly and patient with our pups....and our pups weren't exactly willing to cooperate. We started in the Junior Suite and moved to the Luxury Suite the following day. When we picked them up, they were happy and the staff gave us all of our blankets, food & toys we brought them. Our pups smelled great and it looked as though they were recently brushed. One thing to keep in mind, when you pick them up on a Sunday, make sure to press the buzzer rather than knock. They told us this but we forgot. 🤦 Very pleased with this place and their staff. I boarded my dog here while my family and I vacationed in Pensacola beach for a week. I got the web cam room halfway thru the week because I have never been away from my dog for an extended period of time because he has horrible separation anxiety. They only took him out 5 minutes in the morning and 5 minutes in the evening (i literally kept the web cam up 24/7 and if i didn’t my dad did). They told me the only way he would get more time outside is if i paid for it. I already paid $384 JUST for the boarding all together! We will not be back here to board him ever again. It is overpriced just for my dog to sit in a room all day with no attention!

Not A Home Away From Home and Certainly Not The Best Days Ever! After an unexpected death in the family, I was required to go to Tampa, FL for a few days. I hired A Home Away From Home to care for my very sweet 10lb poodle (Presidential Suite). Prior to his stay a lengthy questionnaire was completed regarding his daily routine (feeding times/medicine/age/sleep pattern etc), camera access was also granted for monitoring. Day 1, after relaxing for a couple hours, I observed my dog begging to use the bathroom (barking/wagging his tail/clawing at the window/turning around in circles/scratching & clawing at the door). I immediately phoned the office, and he was quickly let out (for 10-15 mins); and then returned where he remained for the remainder of the day. Day 2 (Sat) same thing. My dog awakes for the day, and remains calm until he sees or hears someone around 730a-745a. And again, he's begging to go outside to the bathroom (I'm crying my eyes out). He begged about 45 mins before being let out (830a); and then quickly returned. He remained in his suite until 530p, where he is then let out for a few minutes, and returned for the remainder of the day & night. Day 3, pick-up day same thing. I watched my dog beg for about 45 minutes to 1hr to go outside, as I drove to their facility. Upon arrival, I peak into my dog's suite, and find him still begging to go to the bathroom outside while other smaller and larger dogs enjoyed the sunshine. *No Accountability *No systematic adherence to pet care policies and procedures Spoke with Dr. Liz (8a Mon), and the first thing out of her mouth was "I should consider a home pet sitter", and as I told her my entire family was in Tampa due to death (if not, he would of never been there). She also agreed with my recommendation that there needs to be more accountability and adherence to the pet care needs as provided in the lengthy questionnaire prior to check-in. *Not once did I witness him eat on time. *I'm sure if he got his medicine on time. *Nor did not get a progress/check-out report (cause they don't know).

What you do is appreciated, but please get your sign fixed. It’s making the whole neighborhood bright at night, and irs very blinding and distracting for traffic.

Great home away from home for MoJo. Every camp counselor who I've had interactions with has been professional, courteous, respectful, and engaging. I like that there are cameras in the playrooms, and I can peek in to see how my dog is communicating with other dogs and the counselors' interactions with the animals. They have been a good addition to helping socialize my puppy.

My pup loves Camp Bow Wow! She always looks forward to going and gets very excited when she sees the building. I love that I can watch her on the camera throughout the day and I know she’s being taken care of.

We love Camp Bow Wow Pensacola! During the interview process, they gradually introduce your dog to the staff as well as the other dogs at the camp to make sure they play well with others. The staff is always friendly and really seem to love dogs. They monitor the dogs the entire time they are in the play yards. My favorite thing is the cameras. I am able to see how Rupert is doing at any time by logging into the app! The grooming services are exceptional! I love that I am able to leave a member of the family in the hands of people I can trust.

It's pretty easy to get a booking and the kids all seem to enjoy being with the dogs. They're good about making sure that the dogs are dog friendly before adding them to the "pile" so to speak. My dog has black nails which are more difficult to trim, but they do a great job with them!

Camp Bow Wow is amazing! It’s clean and all the staff love their job and it shows. As soon as I walked in I got greeted and they did a good job explaining everything to me. You can tell all the staff are animal lovers and I felt very comfortable leaving my dog in their care!

We've had our pit bill mix at this place multiple times with no incident. Last weekend, Jethro spent the night at this place. A few hours later, we received a call that Jethro was involved in 3 different incidents with different dogs. Eventually, they told us they had to pen Jethro due to his violent behavior. We picked him up the next morning and spent the following week inquiring about the incidents to see what happened. It took over a week to get a call back. We finally get to talk to the owner and she only provides one video of Jethro and another dog. Both dogs were waiving their tails as if they were being more playful for 2 bigger dogs. When asked about the other incidents, the OWNER said she didn't have access to the other videos and didn't provide them. Dishonest and unprofessional!

Buddy attended Camp Bow Wow while on vacation and had a great time. They might have smaller yards than other camps but he had a good time and enjoyed checking on him when I could (service issues when at the air show).

I’ve been taking my Pitbull mix here for a year and a half. I always get great reviews about how good and sweet he is. This dog has NEVER been aggressive I recently took him here for an overnight stay and I was called that evening and told he had attacked 3 dogs on 3 occasions and was penned and wrote up for it. For over a week I requested to see the video and got no contact. Finally a week later one of the owners contacted me and said I could come in and view the footage. I went in and was provided with footage that included about a 3 second interaction with my dog and ONE other dog where they were both wagging their tails and biting at each other’s faces like big dogs do. No injuries and when they were sprayed they parted and that was it. There was no way to tell in the video who the initiator was…I watched it 4 times. My dog was continually blamed as the initiator and when I asked to see the footage of the 3 incidents with 3 dogs multiple times I was told it most likely existed but she didn’t have access to it. I will never take my dog back and would leave zero stars if it were possible.

Love this place! I dropped off my dog for his first interview and I knew he would be safe and loved while he was there! The staff are so friendly and the facility is very clean and cozy!

My 3 star review has more to do with what kind of facility this is (and it’s handlers) than my dogs’ treatment - which was fine with one exception. See below. If you’re looking for a place to exercise (wear out) your dogs with indoor continuous walking in circles for hours with little unstructured socialization or outside play, this is the place for you. If you have a big dog who likes to rough house and there are no other comparable sized dogs present, this is not the place for you. If your dogs are tired due to early morning run and just need a quiet place to crash (for day care), this is not the place for you. I also recommend handlers be trained or made aware of when a dog is extremely thirsty. While I have no concrete evidence of this, I think my big dog was denied admission because he’s an American Bully. From the online reviews re injured dogs, I think the philosophy here is to not admit Bullies or dogs that “appear” intimidating. If you have one, this may not be the place for you.

The only place I will use. I had to use a different one in the past and my dogs came home with kennel cough. We went out for a ln overnighter over the weekend. We dropped them off in the morning picked them up the next afternoon.

The absolute BEST cat boarding facility I've ever used! The staff were amazing! Very friendly, caring, and attentive to the animals. The facility is clean. There's even a veteranarian office on site!!! If I weren't leaving the area, they would be my go-to every time!!!

When I picked Luna up in April 2024 after her overnight stay, I was disappointed with her condition. It was strange for her to be gasping for breath and eager to make her exit. As we were on our way home, she had a persistent cough. I stop and observe her carefully. Her ability to breathe was being constricted because the leg portion of her body harness was forcefully placed over her neck in the wrong position. I had to undo all the remaining loops in order to take off the harness. The treatment of my dog Luna, is unacceptable. Despite years of going there and recommending their service, I am now extremely reluctant to even think about returning.

Very disappointing....I have never been able to get a return phone call from anyone there.....I just keep calling back to make my reservation or inquiry. I have used them for a year now and boarded our cat maybe 6 times.....never thrilled but she seemed fine staying there until this last visit. It was evident she got very little attention. Came home smelling like urine and felt filthy. Our cat carrier came home with what appeared to be paint on it and it too was filthy. Bottom line: it didn't go there in the condition it came home - we literally threw it away. I called to relay my disappointment. The manager was fine and understanding. They did decide to offer a portion of the stay and comp it. However, I have yet to see the credit. It's been over a month now. Again, trying to track it down and have left 3 messages now. This will be the last I do business theres.

Had a great experience with the staff. My dog is older and is quite anxious, but the staff was very accommodating to my old pup during his stay. I recommend this place to anyone who's nervous about leaving their fur baby for an extended time and want a peace in mind.

Walked in unannounced and they showed us around. What a great doggie day care and the boarding room is adorable. Dogs have stayed now a couple three times. Always happy to go in and happy to come out!

Olive Branch is my vet and I leave my dog at the Play N Stay and have never had a bad experience (knock on wood!). I have always found the staff friendly, caring and they listen to my concerns and needs! Our dog has stayed at the Play N Stay 2 times, so far, and has done well. When we pick him up we get a "progress report" which I think is great and cute! I've called to check up on him and staff has always been friendly with the reports! It's a clean place, lots of space to run around and socialize outside and his vet is RIGHT next door in case of any emergency. I recommend them to anyone!

When I got my dog he had zero social skills he was a 4 month old Pomeranian that was so hyper and a little crazy. We began dropping little Sunny off 6 days a week for the next 2 years. He loved it so much and loved all his fur friends. Great people, great grooming and the Vets office is on the same property. Great place

Wonderful staff. I boarded my cat for the first time ever. She is about 10. So I was very anxious when I called to inquire about it. Dixie answered all my questions and assured me about things I had not even thought of. We talked by email and phone. She was quick to respond to my emails. I was so at ease before dropping her off. I was further comforted when I sent a late night email on day 2 of her stay, which was answered immediately. Upon pickup 7 days later, they told me about her visit in detail. Sent me home with a few comfort items she used while there. I will use Miss Pearls again, and I hope Dixie is still there, but I am confident that if she were to leave, the other staff members would be just as caring. 2 items to mention. 1. The online registration did seem a bit excessive, but it also made me more comfortable knowing they care enough to not only ensure her shots were up to date but her preferences were listed as well. Such as was she gentle aggressive playful did she lied to be pet played with etc. Was she a biter. Simple questions that gave them some idea of her personality and likes and dislikes. The form serves a purpose, which is another way in which they made me feel comfortable 2. Upon checkout, you have an opportunity to tip. I thought this was a great benefit for me and the staff it's an extra way to say thank you to those who took care of her Thank you Dixie and the rest of the staff for taking care of my baby girl

This was our first experience there. I was a little nervous because my dog can be reactive out of fear. They took their time to be patient with him and said he was actually a good boy during the bath! I could tell everyone deeply cared for the dogs. They all were so excited to meet him and patient. Bruce Wayne will be back! Definitely recommend. (We did the deluxe bath)

My Golden Retriever LOVES this place. He’s been going since he was fully vaccinated at 5-ish months. He gets so excited when we go to drop him off that he tries to pull me around the building to the play yards, forget checking in! The staff are always so excited to see him and, since he’s still a puppy, are more than happy to use our training tools while he is in their care. We love Miss Pearl’s!

This was our first grooming with Miss Pearls and I am very pleased. Harley is a little timid and they took very good care of her. Would definitely recommend!

I left my dog at Miss Pearl’s for a playdate of a few hours in anticipation of a weekend in the future. The staff is very kind and very friendly. They sent pictures and a report of his stay while he was there. My dog, Sawyer, is very shy and they were careful to take him out with friendly, nonaggressive dogs.

Was going to do a walk through with my new puppy then recieved an email stating he needed his DHLPP . I took him to Veterinarian to get his Rabies and Bordatella and gave him his DHPP .I am a retired Veterinarian Technician and know how to properly give Vaccines. My Veterinarian recognizes the shot I gave however Miss Pearl's states they do not. I could understand not accepting a Rabies or Bordatella that was administered at home but not accepting a puppy because his owner preferred to give their own DHPP vax is ridiculous. BTW the DHLPP has Leptospirosis there are over 20 different strains of Lepto and some dogs have bad reactions to that vaccine.

Will highly recommend treated my dog like a queen made my vacation peaceful and stress-free. If you wanna top rated boarding for your animals or your babies this is a place you should go will not take my baby nowhere else

After picking my dog up from being gone for almost 4 hours he was still wet, I was told this was because he didn’t like the dryer. Which I found this odd because he doesn’t mind the blow dryer at the house. My dog has been to this establishment numerous times and never have I picked him up and such condition. It it is obvious that he was not correctly or thoroughly brush as I had to do this when I got him home. See photos attached to see the hair two hours after bringing him home. Very disappointed!

Miss Pearls was so great with my boy, they have excellent communication! He came home clean and smelling so good! We loved Miss Pearls Bed and Biscuts and we will definitely be back!

Just got my puppy groomed here for the first time and both Bella and i couldn't be happier! They did an awesome job! Thank you Miss Pearls!!!
