Annie sat for our cat, Tuna, over a long weekend. She was extremely kind and self-sufficient. When we arrived home, Tuna was relaxed and happy and our apartment was as clean and tidy as we had left it. Annie would be welcome to sit for us again any time, we'd highly recommend her.
I could not have asked for a better first experience with zeewoi! Jordan and Nataki were great at communicating from the very start, and they sent me pictures and updates every day. I didn’t have to worry for a moment that my cat Anya was feeling lonely because I could tell she warmed up right away, even though she’s usually quite shy! They also went above and beyond making sure my apartment was tidy for when I got home. So grateful and would definitely be honored for them to sit for me again any time!
Francesco has been taking care of my furry babies and my place while I'm away for well over a year now, and I couldn't appreciate him more. He is a joy to communicate with, and the most reliable person one could hope for. Being able to count on him while I'm traveling makes a world of difference, because I know I don't need to worry about anything while I'm away. Benny and Zumba love him and are very well taken care of. I know because I come home to two very relaxed and happy kitties. I am super grateful to have found Francesco!
Hannah and Joseph were so kind, so communicative, and clean! Kevin seemed so happy in all the photos they sent. Not only did they wash my sheets and towels they used (without my requesting it, simply out of the kindness of their hearts), they ALSO then put my fresh sheets on the bed! 🥹❤️ Such incredible sitters. 10 stars!
Misti was wonderful! She was able to come by before I left town to meet my dog, Grace, which I really appreciated. She sent daily pics or videos and made sure that Grace got tons of snuggle time, which is a major requirement to keep my dog happy :) Cats and skateboards are evil enemies to Grace and it sounds like Misti experienced both and handled it flawlessly! Misti was a great communicator, left everything tidy for me when I got home and Grace was super mellow and relaxed, which tells me she got all the care she needed while I was gone. I highly recommend Misti - I'll definitely be asking her to sit again!
Lilly and Thomas stayed at our house and cared for our dogs for a month. I think they took the dogs to the beach nearly every day. Seeing pictures of our dogs on the beach made our time away from them feel so much better. Our house was immaculate when we returned, and we felt so fortunate to have such kind and loving people step in for us in our absence. Anyone would be super lucky to have them in their home.
Gwynn was wonderful! She was super communicative, flexible to come to our house beforehand to get oriented, and attentive to details. She connected with our pup, Scout, immediately and we felt so assured that he would be well cared for with her. We hope Gwynn can come stay again another time!
I was thrilled to have Courtenay as our sitter. We had a few last minute changes and she was very accommodating. She is a very pleasant, well spoken person who bonded very quickly with our dog, Pepe. We were in Europe and Courtenay keep us we’ll informed via internet, pictures and all. We came home to a clean house, a happy pet and a delicious pie she left for us in the refrigerator. You would be very pleased to have her as your sitter. Lucy Hottle
Wendy was great, she kept us updated on the dogs and all the fun she had hiking with them on the mountain. I returned home to a very tidy house. My dogs just loved her. I will definitely have Wendy sit for me again and would be very lucky to have her do a sit for you.
Julian and Susan were amazing, we came home to happy healthy creatures and a clean, tidy home and yard. They communicated with us during our vacation, both about anything unusual and just to let us know when things were going well (as they were the majority of the time). They are very adaptable and capable people, I highly recommend them for your home and pet needs.

Leslie consistently demonstrated outstanding communication skills, both initially and throughout the entire process, and I would gladly give her more stars if possible. Leslie arrived as scheduled, and instantly the animals fell in love with her and Bennie. Our cats love our dogs but usually won't come in the house when a strange dog is here but they didnt even hesitate to come meet Bennie. Bennie was very calm and a true gentleman. Leslie sent pictures throughout the sit reassuring us the gang were all getting along and enjoying her and Bennie's company. She read through the welcome guide before we left as well as we showed her around. It was very nice getting the chance to know her a bit before we ledt the following morning. We felt very comfortable knowing our home and pets were in good hands. It is very apparent when you meet Leslie that she truly does love animals. When our Molly decided to hide, Leslie called us right away because she feared Molly may have gotten spooked by a firework going off in the neighborhood and escaped under the gate. I felt so bad for Leslie because she blamed herself because it was on her watch. I have trackers on all my pets and it turned out that Molly was still in the house and just hiding really well. She can curl up.pretty small. Lealie took our Lab to check the walking route and see if Molly was there. When I called and told her Molly had to be at the house because her tracker showed her there, she returned to our home and Molly hreeted her as she came in the front door. I was very appreciative of Leslie's phone call though because she didnt wait hours to call, she searched the yard and house and called right away. We decided to cut our trip short a day and asked Leslie if she minded if we came home a day early. We let her know we didnt expect her to leave early and made sure she was comfortable with our decision. As a pet parent, it is imperative that we remember the sitters are also on vacation and we didnt want to intrude on her time. As it turned out, we ended up stopping by the ER on our way home where my husband was diagnosed with a brain aneurysm. Unfortunately we had both the RV and my car and I needed to figure out how to get them home. I reached out to Leslie who offerred to give me a ride back to the hospital after I dropped o e vehicle off at home so I could retrieve the second vehicle. BTW, the surgeon was able to repair my hubbys aneurysm and he will be coming home soon. Leslie was a comfort during this frightening time and even stayed an extra day to help out and care for our home and pets. She was a teue blessing. Leslie left the house spotless along with so.e fresh flowers for me when I got back from visiting my husband. If you get an opportunity to host Leslie in your home, rest assured your home and pets will be well loved and well taken care of. We.would welcome.Leslie back anytime. She is not just a pet sitter, she is a new trusted friend.
Abby was truly the best pet sitter we've ever had. We were never concerned or worried about the care of our pups and home. All the neighbors have told me that the dogs looked happy on the many walks. She sent videos of photos about every other day. We hope that Abby will stay in our home next summer as well. Abby is very highly recommended by our whole family, including the dogs!!!
Lani is an excellent Pet Sitter and housesitter. Communication was easy, our pet Cleo appreciated her loving care. We came home to a relaxed and happy cat. I would happily ask Lani to housesit again.
Martin was a very conscientious and thoughtful house sitter who took excellent care of our pets and our home. He was reliable, self-sufficient, and a very good communicator. He clearly enjoys and cares for animals, and our house was spotless when we returned. We recommend him wholeheartedly!
Kate was an excellent house sitter and pet sitter. She was thoughtful, sensitive, and attuned to our cats and the particulars of our house. It was really easy to communicate with her and she was responsible and conscientious about everything. When we came back our cats seemed unfazed by our return which was a great sign and it was obvious that she spent lots of time with them and gave them lots of love. The house was spotless on our return and she even alerted us to a health matter in one of our cats. She sent lots of cute updates and was easy going when we messed up a logistical detail on our end. Just a delightful person all around. I'd love to have her come again and if you have a chance to have her housesit, jump on it. She is a gem.
We've had many pet sitters over the years (this is our first time using this app) and Missy is the best sitter we've ever had for our dog and cats. Our pets, particularly our dog, adored her and was really sad to see her go. It is obvious she loves animals and immediately understood the pack dynamics and the pet personalities. She kept the house tidy, litter box clean, and the animals so well loved. Because she was traveling from far away, she stayed with us the night before our trip and the night we came back. It was a pleasure to get to know her. We would welcome her back to our house as a friend or a sitter anytime. Highly recommend!
Ce was an amazing house sitter for our best bud Atlas. She not only took amazing care of our needy pup, she took great care of the home as well. I honestly think she left it cleaner than I left it for her! We certainly hope she is around the next time our best friend needs a friend. If you're looking for a responsible caregiver for your pets and home - look no further!
Jeremy and Brooke were fantastic! We have a senior dog and a over hyper pittie. They gave Daisy her meds and had lengthy walks with Fin to burn off some of his energy. Brooke sent me regular texts to show me precious pictures of the pups by the Christmas tree, which warmed my ❤️. The house looked great when we returned. They are awesome detailed sitters and will make your pets feel loved and secure!!
Jennifer was great and I would highly recommend her. Right from the start, Jennifer was clear and helpful in her communication, and she was very available to us throughout the stay via messaging. She sent pics of our fur babies regularly - without asking - which always makes us happy when we're away. And the biggest compliment I can give: when we came home, our pets were relaxed and happy, and no hidden cat messes to be found (we've had this happen with previous sitters a lot). I would love to have Jennifer stay at our home again in future.
What an amazing couple we had as pet sitters for our two dogs! You can truly feel their love for animals. Nancy sent pictures a couple of times letting us know that they were having fun also with our Cody and Carson! Our home was perfect when we got home. They even left a beautiful potted flower and card on our island in our kitchen. We highly recommend this couple! Jim & Wanda

I have used Pawsitive Ruff House Pet Sitting exclusively for nearly 5 years since we moved to Florida. When we travel I don't trust anyone but Sibahan and her team to come care for our dogs and now cats in our home. Our babies love her and she has earned our trust...she takes very good care of our babies and our home.
Sibahan Sanders loves every pup that is in her care. My two love going to pawsitive ruff house. Black and white big bou and merle pup in photos playing with frens!
I feel so confident with leaving my baby girls in their hands. They send you pictures of how your puppies are doing. They have a wonderful home, they have even done emergency situation is with us and helped me out of so many issues. The picture I have attached is at her house they always feel safe and they love them
If your looking for a pet sitter look no further. These guys are amazing. They truly treat your pets like their own. No cages, their houses are just Like your pet being at home. They send you updates and pictures. Lots of playtime and love while under their care.
I would like to recommend Pawsitive Ruff House Pet Sitting LLC as being the pinnacle of service for pet boarding. Sibahan Sanders always goes out of her way to make your furry friend happy and safe. We have had our Maggie out to her for 2 years now, and she just LOVES Sibahan! She has come to our aid in the worst possible circumstances, often with no forewarning. Finally, with our Maggie in her last days, she and her wonderful spouse Cory Sanders came over to say so long. It was touching, and SO compassionate. She really cares about our pets, so I highly recommend her for any boarding needs you may have. Five stars for sure. So give her a call this holiday season! 🥰😉
This is the best pet sitting service you could ever want for your furry family members (and even feathery or scaly ones too). They take your pets into their home as a part of their family while you are away and your pets enjoy themselves so much they forget you are gone! The drop in service is also convenient if there are times your pet will feel more comfortable in their own home, in their own bed, but still need someone to visit to feed them, take them out and help them not feel lonely. We love Shavahn and the personalized services her team provides, and I wouldn't think of hiring anyone else!
Kim and Siobhan are absolutely amazing. They truly treat our animals like family! We've trusted them for 2+ years, at their home and in ours. While away on vacation, we feel so safe and secure that they are watching our 2 cats and 4 dogs. They love our furrbabies and send pictures and updates. Kim even raced over immediately when we were out of town and had a household emergency that we needed checked in on. We are just so thankful to have these ladies in PC!!
This small business is better than the ones that are "chain" pet sitting company's. I have a Husky, I have left my dog with this company 3 or 4 times now and i have absolutely no complaints. There has not been one time that i have not been able to drop my baby off they always make room. AMAZING communication all day and night if need be to check on the pup. Pictures in morning, play time, and night time to keep me updated. every time i get my pup back he is always smelling good and tired out from all the playing. From suiting their needs as in maybe my dog being spoiled and sleeping with me so he has to always be in the bed to bathing or even brushed at pick up. Not to mention you get all this great service and it doesn't break the bank!
So we moved to this area during summer 2020 and got their name off of Facebook recommendations. Sarah watched our two pets (dog and cat) since we had to move but our stuff had not arrived for our house yet and we were in a hotel. They were amazing. Sent pictures and we could stop and see them both. Our dog had other dogs to play with and he came home exhausted!!!! Fast forward six months. We have taken small trips and Sarah has watched our animals and stopped to check on the cat every time. They are affordable, loving to our animals and will come and pick up or drop off since our schedule is so crazy. Sarah has even taken our dog in to get bathed for us. She is amazing and 100% would recommend them! They have been great and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Better than a big boarder and takes care of your animal like their own. ♥️♥️
We used Pawsitive Ruff House Pet Sitting when we needed to travel up north for a week. They treated our two dogs with so much love and attention I was almost fearing they wouldn’t want to come back home. We received updates and pictures daily. They can also handle dogs with special needs with medications, feeding, etc. This is absolutely the best pet sitting service. We’ll definitely be using them again in the future.
We just dropped our pet off for a week with Crystal. Prices were very reasonable considering other companies in town. She made us feel at home and comfortable watching our pet for so long. She has a large property and is very professional. She has the experience and loving attitude to take care of all your furry family members. I won't hesitate to come back next time we go back out of town. Thank you for the wonderful experience!
My dog loves to come here and see Auntie Crystal! The dogs are well taken care of and get to enjoy a home environment unlike typical daycare and boarding establishments with concrete kennels. Great opportunity to interact with other dogs in a stress free environment. The prices are phenomenal as well. KEEN highly recommends!
Crystal is an absolute rock star. Our dog can be a bit of a rough player so we were nervous to leave her for 4 nights with other dogs. Crystal spent a LOT of time with us helping to integrate Bailey and before we knew it, she was perfectly joined in with the other dogs. Crystal sent us updates and pictures and even washed baileys bed and blanket the morning that we picked her up. Crystal knows every trick in the book to keep the dogs happy and behaved (including leaving action movies on in the living room all evening when there was a thunderstorm so the dogs didn’t even notice the thunder) Tons of play and outside time and undivided care from a vet technician? All for a fantastic price? Sign me up every time!
I wish I could give 10 stars. Crystal has been a lifesaver for us throughout the years, managing our dogs “particular” personalities and keeping them happy and safe while we travel. She’s literally a dog whisperer and if your dog has struggled in boarding elsewhere I encourage you to reach out to her. Shes flexible and accommodating while treating your pets like one of her own. Meeka and Rufus thank you!!
Crystal watched our older kittens for a little over two months while we stayed with family waiting for our house to finish. She did such an amazing job! She kept us informed with pictures and videos, she made our kittens feel right at home! I will definitely reach out to her again when needed and highly recommend her :)
Me and my husband stopped in to see the sites of St. Augustine and needed somewhere for our dog to go. We called Crystal and she was more than willing to take our dog in for the night.. She was amazing and very friendly. Our dog was able to run free in her home and not be caged up. We picked him up and we knew he had been taken very good care of. If you ever visit St. Augustine and need a dog sitter for the day or night give her a call.... We highly recommend her to anyone. Thanks Crystal for loving our dog like your own. You r amazing!!
No surprise that Crystal was the exceptional person and the quality pet sitter that I loved to give my happy crew to! She really cares for each family and pet so well, and I felt that the best time that my pets had were when they visited her home for two weeks while I was out traveling the country! Loved her service and love for pets! Thank you Crystal! I am referring everyone to you! And Sugar and Twilight say hi too!
So pleased with the amount of care and service provided. Crystal was more than willing to help me in a pinch and take my dog for the day for a few hours. Shes super friendly and is very knowledgeable. She cares so much about what she does and I felt so comfortable leaving my baby with her. I would recommend her to every single person I know. Will definitely use her again when in the area.
My family went on vacation and we left our family dog with Crystal at Preferred Pet Care in FL. Our dog was in her care until she cancelled on us, less than half way through our vacation. Let's back up - A few days after dropping the dog off at Preferred Pet Care, my daughter tried to connect with Crystal. After a few days went by and my daughter still hadn't heard back from her, she decided to send an email and Facebook message as well. About an hour after sending those notes, my husband and I suggested she call Crystal using a different phone number, one Crystal wasn't familiar with... This resulted in Crystal picking up and subsequently, yelling at my daughter, telling her she wouldn't watch our family dog any more. Why did she decide to stop watching the dog? When my daughter dropped the dog off at their house, Crystal told my daughter that she could text her (Crystal) to ask for dog photos. Our daughter was grateful for this and texted Crystal for pictures of our dog, no more than once a day, if that. Crystal then stopped answering my daughter's texts and wouldn't pick up the phone. However, once my daughter was able to connect with her, Crystal yelled at my daughter, saying she was the most demanding customer she's had, because she asked for photos once a day (if that). Again, Crystal said she could ask for photos... Crystal was: - Not responsive. - She was rude. - She didn't care about the wellbeing of the dogs in her care (no dog toys were ever present. - We spent a day of our vacation searching for someone to pick-up & care-for our dog. - We were concerned for the safety of our dog.
Crystal is a very knowledgeable and patient person with the animals. I needed someone that could care for a young energetic pup that has not yet been been socialized. She was understanding and amazing. She got him right out there in the mix. I look forward to having her watch my little guy in the future. Im so happy to find her!
Dropped off two dogs to stay for nearly a week, they do better together. The staff was very kind in taking in the two pets from me at the door and immediately, calmly walking them. The two did very well while we were away, but additionally, those available are too cute to let pass by.
Very pleasant and good!!! I am new to the area and will be coming here again! Called on a Saturday morning to have my dogs nails done. They were able to accommodate. We arrived while they were preparing for a storm. Very busy but still made us feel welcome and impressed in all they were doing to protect the animals in thier care. They did a wonderful job on his nails. Thank You.
I had a great experience with them when the shelters in my own town of Palm Coast weren't great. They were kind of talking down to me when I was there but not at the ark. The adoption fee concludes puppy shots and neuter spay which is great and they've been wonderful and flexible about when I can be there to get these things done
We recently moved to Satsuma and I took my babies here to get groomed today. They were super nice and Deb did an awesome job!
I truly cannot express the relief of finding these angles , they took on a baby orphaned kitten with a severe eye infection, got her food , found her a foster and she was able to go to the vet the next day. I truly hope the little black and white kitten recovers and finds her forever home. This place also has dogs and cats for adoptions, they also take donations and volunteers .
We adopted a kitten. They were thorough in making certain he was going to a good home. He had his shots and I took him back a month later to be neutered at no expense to us. I have heard nothing but good remarks from others about this place. Seems very clean and the staff are very compassionate.
All the staff are very helpful & ease to talk to, very friendly gang of girls. They helped me get this beauty!
The adoption lady was not friendly she wanted to dominate how you felt and what you wanted to do. We introduced our dog, she didn’t growl or show her teeth or anything and they didn’t want us to adopt a dog because she thought it wasn’t meant. They put her our dog in a high stress situation with meeting the other dog with a cat and bird and just wanted to dominate everything you did. They made us even come back in after only see the pups for a few minutes. We will adopt from somewhere else and I will not recommend adopting from here. Puff your chest at someone else and make them feel weird adopting another dog. Super unprofessional telling us what we need to do and what not to do.
This was our first time going away in 4 years and leaving our dogs behind. My one dog is a rescue and we could not leave her in a kennel. Called and told them this would be her first time since we rescued her and that she did not like being in a kennel when I got her she had serious anxiety to leave me. Set up a few play dates before we left and they did great my dogs and the staff at the kennel. My dogs were happy when I picked them up not stressed out like I was worried about. They really care about the animals here. I will definitely be bringing my babies back . Thank you so much From Gizmo and Cindy Luo mom and dad
I absolutely love this Kennel They have always taken care of my babies. Maggie and Tucker love going there for the grooming. Beth is wonderful, always takes such good care of them. The owner Jeanie is awesome also. Great folks!!
We have such a timid and nervous dog (Teagen). Very happy that they made her feel so comfortable for the time she has stayed! Even better being able to watch her on the live cameras and they did such a fantastic job giving her personal attention! Love love love it! Thank you!
Our 2 corgis spent the weekend and seemed to love their stay and the staff! Everyone is professional and friendly and they played a lot with the dogs. It’s very clean, spacious and well ventilated. We’ll definitely bring them back in the future!
My dog, Lucy, can be very anxious and loud around other dogs. So much so, it frightens our house sitter so we have to board her when we go out of town. She used to fear car rides and now gets excited to "get dressed" and "go see miss Maggie" which brings me to saying: This location is filled with the sweetest, most accommodating, empathetic staff we have ever encountered. I am able to actually relax on vacation not worrying about my misunderstood loud silly girl getting ignored or verbally abused because someone is frightened of her. She is excited to go and she comes home happy and relaxed. She doesn't smell when she leaves or come home and drink gallons of water then pass out, like she has at other places. This lets me know she's not stressed, is happy and getting her needs met. I am so incredibly grateful to have found this place. Thank you so much Maggie for loving on our girl and to everyone here behind the scenes who has helped care for Lucy. You guys are top notch.
We boarded our 2 year old cattle dog for a week and felt she was well taken care of and looked after. This was the first time she’s ever been boarded. She’s always stayed with family, so we loved getting to see her on the webcam. Every staff member we encountered was friendly. They all seem happy and to really care about the dogs’ well-being. Being a high energy, active breed, we felt she was able to get enough stimulation and playtime. We added doggie ice cream every other day. Of course, our pup was extremely excited to see us on pickup. She seems happy, not anxious, no signs of illness, injury or stress, and is her normal goofy self. We would definitely board her here again. I would recommend Pet Paradise St. Augustine to anyone looking for a day camp or boarding facility.
We left our 2 pups here for 10 days. It's really hard to leave them for that long, but the staff there make it so fun and such a loving environment for the pups, we didn't have to worry about our fur babies! When we picked them up, they were clean, fluffed and perky! Ready to go home and snuggle! Thanks guys!💖 …
It’s hard leaving your pet anywhere, but of course it’s not always practical to take them on trips with you. I was so grateful for the special offer Pet Paradise was offering for a free day at the camp to meet the staff. My dog was well taken care of, and I loved the cameras they have set up around the establishment to check in on your pets. We look forward to boarding him here for our next trip and feel at peace knowing he’ll be somewhere safe where he can have fun too. I’d say the only hard part is knowing that since he’s not fixed yet (at the suggestion of our vet to wait for the 2 year mark), he isn’t allowed to play with other dogs, can only have 1-on-1 time, and it costs more money. It’s still worth it to us, just makes us a little sad, knowing it’ll be like this for 1.5 more years any time he has to be boarded.
Oh my gosh! We LOVE pet paradise. We brought our puppy who’s just shy of 3 months, so naturally (we were a bit nervous to drop him off and go)..however the girls at the front desk were so sweet and attentive, I immediately knew he would be in great hands! When we picked him up he was happy, and so excited to go back the following day. 10 out of 10 , definitely will be recommending!
BORDETELLA and MORE! I boarded my dog, Rocco, here 3 times in the last 4 months, usually 11-15 days each time. He was completely vaxxed prior to his 1st stay & has NEVER bit/attacked another dog or human. They would NOT honor the remaining 800+ reward points I had accumulated for all 3 stays. Total cost: $1733! Rocco was diagnosed with Bordetella, AKA Kennel Cough, by my vet' the next day. This was an additional $149.25 for the antibiotics & services. It was during a 15 day stay, and I still wonder how long he had to suffer... I was not offered any compensation, though I requested it after the 3rd stay. They told me it was "the season" for this disease (In July???). My dog, I was told, was separated from the other dogs because of his breed (Staffy/Pitbull Terrier). I never ONCE saw him on the live cams that they provide online. They gave him a white collar with the word "CAUTION" written on the front, yet his "Pawgress Report" stated that he was "Shy, Relaxing & Exploring", cleaned his bowl and is welcome back any time. Each time, I brought toys for him to play with, some did not return. Twice, he did NOT get to play with them, since they came back brand new and squeaking. On the 3rd stay, I asked if they let him play with the toys and was told that he "had so much fun playing every day with them". I picked up one toy, held it up and squeaked it. Rocco usually disables the squeak in less than 4 minutes. I don't like being lied to... The manager informed me that the "Next time it happens again, please notify them" so that they can disinfect the immediate area for Bordetella. NEXT TIME?!? There will be no "next time", I can assure you! -Sonny Zito ( And now, I can expect the same copy/paste, banal and rhetorical reply from them. How they strive to insure customer satisfaction, meeting or beating expectations and possibly a lame apology.)
Let me start by saying this incident happened a couple of years ago… September 2022. I didn’t say anything at the time because I was sooo angry about it, I couldn’t find the right words, and then as time went on, I felt it was too late to post about it. I am making this post now because I tried to take my dog to a daycare where we live now, and she is TERRIFIED- almost 2 years later. She used to love going to PP, and I used to love it too! Until the day we didn’t. I was curious if other people had the same experience we did, and reading PP’s responses to many posts, I am again pissed about this and now wish to share our experience… I dropped my pup (50lb pit mix) off for a full day of day care. I had no worries leaving her there, and she was always happy to go! The last day we were there, they bring her out and she’s moving a little slow. Not entirely unusual, it was a hotter day and she was there all day so I figured she was just tired. They said “she was great” and quickly walked away. I figured they were busy so we left. We got home and she wouldn’t jump out of the car…thought maybe she was tired? Bring her in the house, and she just stood by the door, wouldn’t move. I picked her and carried her up the stairs, when I set her down, she let out the loudest yelp I’ve ever heard out of her… They returned my dog to me with ALL of her paw pads completely raw, a few still had the top layer, but those were hanging by a thread. I called them and they said “yeah, that sometimes happens with high energy dogs with the wet turf.” (If this is something you’re aware of, maybe take better precautions to prevent it?) I can understand why it happens, but I don’t understand how they let it happen.… this is not something that happens in an instant, it takes time. She was suffering…with how she was walking and acting, there is no way she finished her day of playing and they should have checked on her and notified me of her injuries. The daycare employees did not notify me, and acted as if they knew of it and avoided that confrontation. Obviously, my dog needed vet care… sedation, debridement, and follow up wound care totaling over $700… I called them saying this isn’t right, it’s negligent in my opinion. They claimed their lawyers say it’s not negligence and they are not liable. They “made it right” by refunding me for that day, and giving me a $200 PP credit (as if I would ever bring her there again). So, when I read on posts that they provide a “safe” environment and the care of your pet is their priority…that may be the case for most, but not us. I hope nobody had/will have the same experience we did, but it is worth putting out there how PP deals with these situations. Like I said, almost two years later, and my dog still remembers what her last day of doggie day care was like…
We took advantage of the "1 free night" for first time boarders. Our dog loved it so much he dragged us in, tail wagging, for his second boarding visit.
Palm Coast Pet Sitters was a wonderful find. Kelly comes for a in-home (free) consultation. So comforting to meet Kelly, have her meet our dogs and discuss our needs. Very professional and friendly. Kelly assigned Terry as our Pet Sitter. What a match, our dogs didn't want her to leave when we returned, so cute! This was our first experience and we requested a long shift. I was a bit nervous. Kelly and Terry made us feel comfortable and they were available anytime. Terry sent us pictures and messages, that made me 😃. I loved it! My senior dog needed medication and Terry handled that plus all the cuddling he demands, 😆. The paperwork you fill out is detailed and shows that they care. We are looking forward to our next reservation!
We are so happy and blessed to find palm coast pet sitters! Kelly and Jenny right from the start understood the needs of our family. We have three dogs, the one German shepherd needed a little extra time to get to know people. Over the past several months before our vacation we did drops in with me here, then with me not here and the steps worked great! Jenny took such good care of our babies, constantly giving me pictures and updates- communication was amazing! We are so lucky to have Jenny taking care of our crew and will be using for much more events! Highly recommended!!
Kelly is amazing. She has been helping out for 3 years and the animals absolutely love her. My Great Dane gets so excited every time she comes to take care of him and of course the cat is indifferent and just appreciates the kibble but the ferrets love the attention and play time with her. Thank you for all you do Kelly, you make our time away from home enjoyable knowing our fur babies are well taken care of. We appreciate you. ❤️
I’m Just had another stress free vacation thanks to Kelly Winter of Palm Coast Pet Sitters! Can’t recommend her highly enough. She’s taken excellent care of my dog, Oliver and my house for several years now and is consistently beyond just reliable. Kelly does what she loves and it shows. I always get updates, pictures & quick response to any txts and come home to a happy dog who was looking for Kelly earlier this evening.
From the initial meet & greet at our house, to the meet & greet at Kelly's house, and throughout our dogs' stay, an emphatic 5 stars across the board! I can confidently recommend (already have to several friends and co-workers) PC Pet Sitters to anyone who requires their services. Reasonably priced, several options for care, simple and convenient. Clearly Kelly has a place in her heart for all pets & their owners. Craig, Palm Coast
Kelly and her team saved us! We already loved them, but this weekend, when our flights were cancelled out of NY, we had no options and Kelly and team were booked. But… by some miracle they were able to pull on some extra help, make some rearrangement and work things out. Kelly said “Do not worry about your pets! We will always do whatever we can to help. We’ve got them covered and they are both happy and healthy.” We had a changing of overnight guard at our home. She brought her pillow and blanket, and even offered to wash sheets. But… how are they with our dogs? Amazing! We moved from CT in April ‘21. We only use stay-in dog sitters for our German Shepherd (GSD) and prefer our Golden to go to home boarding. Palm Coast Pet Sitters offered this arrangement. Our GSD has health issues and is also particular about people. When she met Kelly for our initial consult/interview, Ava immediately decided she liked her. We were surprised, pleased and very comforted with how Kelly handled her with confidence and a calm demeanor. Her intake form is thorough, and she treated her exactly as we would. When Kelly wasn’t available for our trip this last weekend, she offered Jenny, and assured us we would be happy. We had an intro meeting to decide for ourselves and Jenny was great with our Ava! Very knowledgeable of the breed but also very experienced with many types of health issues, dogs of all temperaments and is very affectionate with her. She gets down on their level. Both Kelly and Jenny worked together to be sure Ava had overnight care with breakfast and morning play, plus midday, afternoon, dinner and bedtime care before our late arrival home. Sophie the golden got two extra nights in her play world. And Sophie being terrified of storms was able to curl up behind Kelly on the couch one afternoon after getting her calming chew and thunder shirt during a bad one. This is how she feels the most safe ♥️ I can’t begin to express how happy, and relieved we are to have Kelly (plus her family), and Jenny care so lovingly for our girls. They are organized, professional, provide detail invoices and payment options. They are highly responsive, and send us pics and video of our girls multiple times a day. They are THE BEST!!!! Pics: Sophie protected in a storm and enjoying the pool party. Ava so happy, and ridiculously silly, but obviously comfortable. If you have been a parent to a GSD…. You know what that means to us. ♥️🐾
Kelly and her team are amazing, I highly recommend them . I have a very skittish type of dog and diabetic on top of it that requires 2 insulin shots a day . And Kelly absolutely had no problem giving my Bandit his meds . When your out of town you get updates and pictures. You will never worry about your pets when in the hands of Palm coast Pet Sitting services!!!
Kelly and Jen did a fabulous job taking care of our three dogs and Amazon blue-front parrot. Thank you so much for the reliable and excellent care for our hairy and feathered family!!
My husband and I couldn’t be any happier with Janis. It is a blessing to be able to have someone now we can trust with our 2 babies in our home. She took such good care of Maisie and Lexi while we were away. They loved her. Its out first time using Palm Coast Pet Sitters and they were amazing. Its very hard to trust anyone with your spoiled babies but Janis went above and beyond, we love her. We can not say enough of how amazing this experience was for the babies and us. We highly recomend this 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Palm Coast Pet Sitters. Thanks again for all the love , and all the pics and videos and messages. They are really going to miss you Janis. I strongly recommend them and look foward to our next vacation since we are trully relieved to have found someone so trustworthy and accommodating. 10/10 recommend
I used palm coast pet sitting for about 4 days recently. We were in touch with terry every day, she cheerfully replied, how the dogs are doing , and pictures. We came home to 2 very happy doggos ( big doggos!) the house was tidy the pet bowls were clean and and if I text for any reason , my texts were answered promptly. Would give them more than five stars of that was an option. For sure, we will use their services again.
We boarded our pup there for 6 days. We were in a bind as our dog sitter was not available. The place was dirty and my first impression was that it was a “dump”. Maintenance was non-existent. The play yards did not have one blade of grass, just black dirt. She came home filthy. Most importantly, our dog requires eye drops 7 times a day. There is NO way the drops were given as instructed. We go through a tube of artificial tears every day and 1/2. We sent 3 tubes with her. She returned to us with 2 1/2 tubes. She also requires Cyclosporine and Tacrolimus drops which she never received as the bottle was just as full when we picked her up as when we dropped her off. We send our dog to an ophthalmologist in Jacksonville for eye care. This stay set her back to having green oozing goop we had been treating successfully. If you love your pup, do not use this place for care.
We have been taking our dog Gracie to Cindy's for about 5 years. We know that they take great care of her because she loves going there and she always gets very excited when we pull in yhe driveway. Cindy's is just good old fashioned love for your fur baby!
Dogs are well taken care of. They do not come home with flees or tics, and never dirty. This has been problem at other shelters in Palm coast where they lose the stuff your dog came with but not here. Love doing buisness with them and you and your pups will as well.
Very good experience for our border Collie puppy. They all love dogs and take good care of them
Great place my dog loves it there And everyone takes great care of him. My dog is 16 1/2 and just could not ask for more. Love Cindy and her staff
I have 2 beagles who stayed for 6 days and they seemed to have a great time! They were both happy, well fed, and perfectly clean when I picked them up! All the staff I spoke with was so kind and friendly. I definitely recommend them!!
Our Dog always looks forward to going to Miss Cindy’s.
The staff is always friendly and accommodating and my dog seems to like going there. They have a nice shaded outdoor area and climate controlled kennels.
Cheap, simple, clean, and my dogs seem very comfortable here. Most clients and dogs I see through drop offs seem comfortable with this place, save of course for the dogs that are so nervous anywhere without their owners. No grooming services but one time I arrived with my dogs after they had a potty accident in the car. Staff helped us so much, they brought out fresh leashes, helped lead the dogs out of the car without spreading more and gave them a hose down. Owners get to visit their dogs while boarded during business hours. Booking process even as a new client and/or dogs isn't as time consuming as some other boarding places but they still ask questions for health and comfort reasons and of course, you have to show some sort of proof of rabies vax. This is a great place.
We have tried a few places for boarding and our fur baby seems to have enjoyed the stay here the best.
My dogs are extremely shy and warm up to very few people. Both of them always run into day care and love all of the staff. For their first boarding experience, one of them grabbed their leash and walked herself in. I appreciate the time and care they put into the care. Dumplin and Grits love pet paradise, and the staff of pet paradise always show that they love them!
I only stopped by for a tour and to get information. The staff I encountered were great and informative. They are very transparent with pricing too. The facility seems great. I didn't like that the boarding rooms shared a space with grooming. Although, the grooming area has its own door, it really, really stinks. I have not tried any services yet UPDATE:12/24 I did use their boarding services for 6 days. It was my very first time boarding my 2 boys and from the moment of dropping them off the staff did amazing at comforting, explaining, taking their time and making the whole transition as smooth as possible for all of us. They communicated very well during the stay, did not hold back and information such as not eating the first couple days and/or them having diarrhea ect.(which I knew would occurr due to their separation anxiety and it being their first time beinf with strangers) So there were no surprises when I picked them up regarding their stay and the price-they are very transparent and no hidden fees. I am a very happy, happy customer. My boys appeared just as healthy as drop off and no new or concerning behaviors. They did have kennel cough but I understand, that's to be expected. I will be utilizing their services again and will be adding in day camp. I DO RECCOMMEND Pet Paradise-Palm Coast!
We drop our little dog off for overnight stays. The price is great and she gets to play with other dogs her size which she loves. She really loves this place and is always happy when we drop her off and when we pick her up.
We boarded our dog for 13 nights in September and we appreciated of the staff named Ariel who called us while we were in Portugal to report that our pet had bouts of diarrhea which can be related to a separation anxiety. However we were not happy when we got back our pet with hardened stools on her buttocks and hair and hair was unkept. They could have just placed the hair tie before sending the dog back to us (never mind the combing) but the hygiene was so poor. The resort manager named Sheryl said “your dog is biting”. Now, if that was the case, how come they were able to clean her when she had diarrhea of 2 days. She is nippy but she does not bite. Why can’t 2 people assist her during cleaning her buttocks. It takes at least 5 minutes to do this. This thing happened twice already in that facility but we never said anything on the first offense. Pet Paradise mission states “they have compassionate and dog lover staff” but our pet was unattended . $52.00/day for very unsatisfactory service. If they can’t attend to hundreds of dogs they have, they must either hire more staff, or decrease the number of pets they admit or all staff need to have “inservice on how to care for pets efficiently “ or they may close their business. Very negligent and irresponsible.
Always a good experience for my dog. Almost 5 years since we started with the Paradise for Pets.
Our young mini dachshund Obi, loves it! His most recent visit was for all day daycare. Obi is excited to go there and comes home tired and happy from all the playful exercise he enjoys so much.
My dogs are very shy and slow to warm up to people. It took a couple of months, but they race out of the car to greet the staff anytime they're dropped off. If my picky hounds love the staff, I do too.
We are very protective of our fur baby and Pet Paradise made sure she was comfortable in the play yard with other dogs. We loved how attentive the staff was with our pup.
It’s always hard for me to leave our dog when we go out of town. The staff at Pet Paradise make it a little easier. They give our pup lots of love, playtime, supervised interaction with other boarders and manage his diet like we do at home. The facility is clean, lots of outdoor space and they even have a pool. Our dog has always come home a healthy, happy boy!
fully vaccinated dog otherwise not exposed outside home became ill after boarding and one by one unboarded dogs caught the virus which hospitalized the last dog to catch it. I seriously doubt they clean properly. Theresa Andre RN
Teresa Birge is the quintessential lover of dogs! From the moment she walked into our home for the meet and great, we knew she had the Midas touch. We have left our Springer Spaniel and American Foxhound with Teresa several times. Each time has been a very special time because she passed out love to them like cookies. They love their Auntie Teresa!
Teresa is FANTASTIC!!! I highly recommend her. You will not find any one more caring, trustworthy, and reliable for your fur babies. My husband and I were out-of-town for a week. We did not feel comfortable boarding our dogs and decided to find an in-home pet sitter. Teresa came highly recommended. She came to our house twice before we left on our trip to sit and play with the dogs. That gave us great comfort knowing they were going to be in EXCELLENT hands. We are very thankful for Teresa and will only use her in the future. Daytona Canines Pet Sitting Service is a wonderful asset to the Daytona community. Call her today!! Susan V , Daytona Beach, Florida
Teresa was absolutely incredible with our 2 miniature dachshunds! She sent many photos and videos throughout the day to keep us posted with how our dogs were doing. She was so kind on the phone and in person, and really made it an easy decision when it came time to pick a pet sitter for the day and overnight! Highly recommend Daytona Canines Pet Sitting and Teresa to anyone in the area looking for a great, loving, caring pet sitter!
You will not find a better petsitter than Teresa! She is just wonderful and is so loving and caring. She treated our dogs like they were hers, with hugs and kisses and gentle kindness. She sent us pictures and updates four times a day, and kept a daily log of their activities including outdoor play, potty regularity, eating habits, and indoor fun. We could tell that our two dogs were happy, healthy, and well-cared for, and that allowed us to have a worry-free vacation. I highly recommend her if you need a petsitter, she is simply the best.
Theresa and her husband are wonderful! My dogs have been staying for the day or an overnight stay for over a year now. She also has come to my home to walk them when I have been away. My dogs love going to stay at their home. I feel assured knowing they are in good hands. She really cares. She sends pics to update you while you are away, and takes great care of my fur babies when I am gone. One of my two dogs are skiddish around new people, she offered to meet her before the first stay just so she would be more comfortable the first time I left. It definitely helped, now both of my dogs love it when they go to their home. I can not say enough great things about them, thank you so much for all that you do!
Teresa is an absolutely lovely lady and my Bear came home a happy pup. 100% would recommend her to anyone that needs their dog to be sat. She sends picture updates if the dogs will calm down enough and genuinely cares about other people's pets. Such a great woman.
I have been using Teresa’s services for quite some time now. Whether it is scheduled or calling her last minute (which I’m notorious for) she is always there for my girls. They LOVE her. Teresa and/or her husband don’t just come over, let them out and leave. They spend time with them and play with them, always sends pictures, making sure their food and water are topped off. I know they are in good hands and would recommend her to anyone. She loves all her fur babies. Sandy
What a wonderful, dog loving person Teresa is! We were in town for the races and realized our little dachshund was not happy being left alone. Teresa came and stayed with him, taking him on walks and sent us photos of him while we were away. We could not be happier! She is awesome and we will definitely be using her again. She is the best sitter we have ever had!! Thanks again Teresa!!!❤❤
My dogs love Teresa! She plays with them, she loves on them and she even sleeps with them! I never have to worry about leaving them when Teresa is caring for them. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a responsible, caring service.
Theresa is great with animals, she sent daily pictures and kept me well informed! Our 4 cats loved her... Will definitely use her services again in the future. She is very reasonable, cost wise, and I would recommend her to anyone looking for an excellent fur-baby sitter!
Chris was fabulous with my little Chloe! She took to him immediately when he came by for the initial visit. She has severe separation and storm anxiety so I was very concerned about leaving her. Chris came by three times a day, walked and fed her and spent time with her and put her thunder vest on when storms were coming. He provided me with reassuring updates on her condition during my trip. I was concerned that I might come home to a very upset little baby, didn't know how she would respond to my absence. But she was calm and happy to see me and was clearly made comfortable by Chris's presence. It could not have turned out better! I can't thank him enough. I highly recommend Chris and will confidently have him care for Chloe again for any future travel!
I have been using Chris for several years now for my three dogs. He is always dependable and reliable. He is very kind and relaxed as well as reasonably priced. Me and my dogs appreciate Chris! I highly recommend him for pet sitting in Palm Coast!
Chris is THE BEST!! We trust him 100% and recommend him completely. When we go away, we have peace of mind knowing our fur and feathered babies are getting the love and care from Chris, just like when we are home with them. He is a part of ours and their family. Anyone should feel secure in trusting Chris’ talent, attention to detail, care, and love with their pets. He is outstanding!! Our babies are looking so forward to the next time Chris will be visiting and taking care of them!!! 🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🤗😘😊
Chris's dedication to caring for my pets has been unwavering over the past three years. It's not just about feeding and walking; he provides a level of love and attention that makes my fur babies feel right at home. My older dog, who requires medications, has benefited greatly from Chris's expertise and compassion. What truly sets Chris apart is his commitment to communication. He consistently sends me updates during his visits, which brings peace of mind while I'm away. Knowing that my pets are not just being looked after, but genuinely enjoyed in his company, is priceless. I cannot stress enough how highly I recommend Chris as a pet sitter. His reliability, attention to detail, and the genuine bond he forms with animals make him an exceptional choice for anyone who treasures their pets like family. Thanks to Chris, I can travel with confidence, knowing my pets are in the best hands possible.
Chris is great with our 3 dogs and 2 cats. He's always on time and gives us a report on our pups everyday. He's very attentive and a great communicator. He's spent the night while we were out of town. We are so happy with bis services. Truly an animal caring person. We would definitely recommend Chris!
We have had Chris as our cat sitter for over 2 years. He is wonderful with our temperamental kitty cat. Always reliable and responsive with good updates of visits. We have recommended him to several of our friends and family.
I give Chris 5 stars because he is Reliable, trustworthy, and wonderful with my animals. I have 2 dogs and a cat: a Cane Corso ( that can be bossy ) a Mix Breed from the shelter.( She's skittish),and A cat,(who usually likes to be left alone). He managed on the first visit to win over all three of my "kids".
Our family has been using Chris at home care house & pet sitters since 2004, to care for 4 of our dogs! Not only when we travel but he has assisted us after surgery while we were recovering but couldn’t take a puppy out. And now daily while we work. He is great with our babies, he sends me updates so I know he visited and cleans up after them. I have referred him to several friends who use him as well.
Chris has been taking care of my 2 year old furbaby since she was 8 weeks old. Trustworthy friendly professional and usually can help me out with last minute changes in my schedule.
I’ve been using Chris to take of my Pug since I’ve had her, almost 14 years now. Hands down he is the best. Totally trust him to stay at my house when I need that too. I recently fell and have needed him daily. He is so dependable and Ladybug sits at the front door waiting for him to come!
Pet camp is great! Agility classes, doggie daycare, dock diving… they have it all! And it’s a very well run place where dogs are #1
Pet Camp isn't just a name, it is actually a place we feel good about taking our beloved pet. From arrival (where he is greeted by his fellow campers on the shaded, open camp grounds) to departure, we are confident that our buddy is in good hands away from home. No additional upcharge nonsense, more bang for the buck than we could have hoped for. If I were a dog, I'd be asking my humans to take me to Pet Camp!
Silke is a true professional dog trainer. Great information. Wonderful class activity level without fatigue. Dogs become students and respond to instruction. Awesome facility! A must for serious dog owners. We are happy Dog Campers!
I had my standard poodle ‘Buzz’ groomed at Pet Camp by their new groomer yesterday. She did a fantastic job! He looks beautiful and smells even better. Ears, nail, all done to perfection. Thank you Silke for finding a real professional to groom our pups. Joanne thank you again!
Is this the place that impaled a dog in their care and gave it stitches? Then making the owner of the Anatolian shepherd pay the vet bill?
Fantastic place for boarding, daycare, and of course, the best dog grooming.
We've been using Pet Camp for years and our golden retrievers have the best time. It's the only place we've found that allows dogs to run outside and have fun. It's spacious and they treat them well.
I've gone to other agility trainings but Silka's style works best. I have not actually used the pet boarding area, however the staff when I have called there are very professional and friendly.
My granddog Loves Pet Camp and we feel she is very safe there.
Great place to leave your dog for the day or a trip. They spend tons of time outside playing with others and are well cared for.
So happy to have found Pampered Dog Boarding. I have two very pampered Caviliers and have avoided traveling since my usual sitter moved out of town. I didn't want to leave my girls at a place where they would spend most of their time caged. Barbara keeps the dogs in her home and treats them as her own. She sends daily videos and pictures and is always quick to respond when I text. I will absolutely use Pampered Dog in the future and will recommend to all my friends with small dogs.
I highly recommend Barbara and her husband Don at Pampered Dog Sitting, and I am SO glad I found them. I am very picky when it comes to my Maltipoo. I interviewed Barbara on the phone, and then visited her home before deciding to give her a try. Her home and yard are spotless-perfectly clean. And the entire environment is geared towards the dogs' safety and comfort. She only takes small dogs and only a few at a time. Bandit is clearly well cared for there and always goes to Barbara (or Don) happily when I drop him off. I have used Pampered Pet for daytime dog sitting, weekends, and I've also left Bandit with them for 10 days on 2 occasions. Very happy with their professional service and I know they love Bandit. Highly recommend.
Traveling without my dog is extremely difficult for me until I met Pampered Dog Sitting and Barbara. My experience with her and the love and compassion she has for dogs is incredible. I highly recommend her and the wonderful care she exhibits.
I don’t like to leave bad reviews. But considering the circumstances, I feel I have no choice. I called her and asked if she had any availability for my Chihuahua and she said she did. I gave her all my information and she said just be there before she closes at 5. My husband and I arrived to her house where she boards a few hours later and got no answer at the door. I called her on my cell while still standing at the door and she answered. I told her who I was and that we spoke that morning with an understanding that I would be able to bring my dog for boarding. She told me that she did not remember speaking with me and did not have me on her records, but I know this was not correct because I had saved her number and her address so I would be able to get there later that day. The only explanation I have for this is that I am African-American and when she saw me on her RING camera she decided to change her mind about keeping my dog. I have never had an experience like this before and it really upset me. She was not rude in anyway but she was dishonest about saying she had not spoken with me when she had. I drove 30 minutes to her destination for nothing which was a great inconvenience for me. I cannot speak on her care of the animals, I’m sure it is great that’s why I chose her to watch my baby, but as for denying speaking with me on the phone after she saw who I was, I will let you make your own judgment call on that. Thank you
My Yorkie Poo is very satisfied with his dog sitting experience. I can tell by how happy he is when we drop him off with Barbara. As for my wife and I, we are also happy because we feel very secure knowing Oakie will be well cared for in a clean professional environment. 5 stars says it all.
It is obvious Barbara loves dogs...and they are truely PAMPERED! I knew they were in good hands as soon as I walked into her house. Barbara really knows dogs :) I will be returning to PDS and going on more trips now that I am comfortable with my dogs' care.
This was my puppy's first time away from us at all. She spent the night with Barbara and came home a very happy doggie. She got all the TLC she needed. Thank you Barbara for the loving care you gave my baby.
I take my Maltese here to Barbara. She's wonderful with her. Her home is immaculate, she takes care of Bella as if she's her own and her rates are more than reasonable. Thanks Barbara.
Your favorite love one will be treasured and well being taken care. I’ve personally seen the owner walk and pamper her pets regularly. I’m always very impressed! You should feel comfortable working with such a caring pet lover.
I used this company to care for my pet for the first time and would recommend it to anyone who needs care for their fur baby. Definitely would use her again. Thanks again Barbara!
