We had an amazing 3 weeks with Inca & Saba. They are such fun and kind dogs, time flew by in their company. Taking care of them was effortless, whether around our walks in the woods, napping in the living room late afternoon or playing ball in the garden - they just really enjoy human companionship. They are both lovely and so different characters to each other. Saba is pure energy, she is always running around waiving her tail and she is obsessed with her ball. Inca is more of a quiet soul, and will lay her head on your lap gently asking for cuddles. 🥰 They are also very well behaved and know plenty commands and even to go away when you request it. Camilla and Tom are great hosts, very welcoming and easygoing. The communication was smooth from the start, and everything has been explained upfront. Their home is gorgeous, located in the country side, on a huge land with gardens, woods, orchard and with many great paths at their doorstep. We certainly enjoyed our runs in such idyllic setting. What a lovely dog Jess is, affectionate and playful. Very laid back. We had some lovely walks. Dunbar and the harbour are lovely. It was nice to be able to walk to the beach. The house was lovely and welcoming. Thank You for the wine and cake. Hope to return.

I just want to say that the latest review is totally outrageous just because a company closes for 1 hr for lunch for their staff to be able to take a break. We always tell our customers that we close between 1pm & 2pm we are one of the only kennels in the area that actually open on Sunday afternoons. This person proceeded to climb our wall and sit on top (as photo shows) of it trying to intimidate myself while I was eating my lunch. As I explained to the customer I am insulin dependent diabetic and need to eat if we didn’t close for lunch I would not get the time. My Manager uses the hrs lunch to groom & or feed any dogs that need it. The owner was off site and I told you she would be back later( 5pm.) I can guarantee that the dogs were not dehydrated nor were there water bowls empty as I had only just been round the dogs checking them & filling any that were low before I went to lunch. I am very proud of we’re I work and we all strive to make it a happy place for all our guests to stay it has upset us all to read this person’s review. I shall be reporting it as I felt very threatened and intimidated by them.
Our cat has just spent two weeks here. It’s clean and the lady who greeted us was very friendly. Our cat is now home and appears to have been well cared for and is happy. I would have given 5 stars but we were very surprised that we were away for exactly 2 weeks ,our cat stayed 14 nights, but we were charged for 15 days. Not only this, we were charged for three weeks of added insurance rather than two. We’ve used other kennels before for both our cat and dogs and insurance has always been included in the daily price and we’ve never been charged for a 15th day for two weeks. We accepted the insurance was an additional charge as we read about it prior to the stay but were very put off that we were gone exactly two weeks and had to pay a third week as well as another days boarding, especially as other kennels don’t do this. It gave us a feeling we were being conned and has put us off using these kennels again. A shame as we would have returned if we’d felt they were more transparent with the pricing at the time of booking.
I'll not be boarding here again. From the £10 markup fee for insurance per dog (this is not something I've EVER had when using kennels for the last 25 years, seriously, they need to just add it into their costs), to having to take the dogs into the kennels ourselves, to being sold a "luxury" kennel, which is just an unheated, not very large concrete kennel (basic is the word, not luxury), I'll not bother with this lot again. It was very expensive, not very nice and the dogs stank of wee when we got them out. They're more expensive than a dog sitter, we provided all food and they were not very friendly to boot. The dogs deserve better.
We have been using The Huntsmans Dog and Cat Hotel for a few years with no complaints. They are always accommodating, friendly and our dog is happy to go there. He gets very excited to see the staff, which in our opinion is a true reflection of the kennels and he always comes home happy and healthy.
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED, AVOID, AVOID AVOID!!! WATER BOWL BONE DRY WHEN COLLECTED. MY DOGS SEEMED TO BE COMPLETELY DEHYDRATED & NEGLECTED. I had to give one star as giving zero wasn’t an option. Drove all the way from south wales and was running 3 minutes late, I called to let them know I was just around the corner and the owner was extremely abrasive when I asked them if they could hold on for a few extra minutes as we got caught in a bit of traffic. I asked the owner if I could pop round to the kennel where my dogs were and collect them myself if the only staff member on duty was on lunch. She then proceeded to shout at me down the phone for suggesting the idea before making a snarky comment “good luck getting here on time” and then hanging up on me… Then hid away at collection so I couldn’t speak to her. After waiting for an hour outside the gates for the only staff member to finish lunch who couldn’t have cared less as she also argued that because she was the only person there, her lunch break was more important. It literally took less than 2 minutes to collect our dogs when I was finally allowed to collect them.. We also paid an extra fee to have the dogs walked, I am highly doubtful that they actually took them out. I will be reporting them for animal neglect. Dry water bowls in the middle of summer, in a hot kennel is UNACCEPTABLE!! Understaffed & incompetent. AVOID!!!!!
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE KENNELS!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Apologies in advance as this review is a long read but it’s about my overall experience with these Kennels and I hope it helps anyone else who is looking to keep their fur babies here! Wow!🤩 Where do I start?! I honestly can’t fault this place! My Frenchie, Zeus who is 4 years old stayed here for 2 weeks while I went away on holiday after not being away for 6 years🫤and I’ve only ever left him once☹️. I was really nervous and I feeling guilty about leaving him as he has such bad separation anxiety, he doesn’t get along with other dogs (not that these kennels mix dogs from different households anyways) and Zeus can be a bit tricky to look after if he is left to be looked after by someone else😕but the staff here were absolutely fantastic!🤩 Before I called the Huntsman’s, I called A LOT of other kennels more local to where I live but none of them felt quite right, just because of how Zeus is with the things I mentioned above. After starting to loose hope I decided to look for somewhere a bit further out from where I live and I found this place! Even though the Huntsman’s kennels are a 45 minute drive from me and another thing to add to the list of things Zeus isn’t the biggest fan of is a car journey, I thought I would give it a go and make the call. And in the end it was all worth it (even the car journey🤣)! When I called and spoke to a lady (who I can’t remember the name of, sorry😫) about booking Zeus’ stay, I got such a positive feeling just from the first phone call! For a start she said that they let people come and have a look around the kennels beforehand if they want to but I didn’t feel the need to and that’s got to mean something because I worry a lot as you’ll realise the more you read😅. The lady who I spoke to told me all of the information which she needed to tell me and when I had my questions (which I had a few of🙈😅) she answered them and explained everything to me so kindly and without a problem. All of this made me feel even more positive about booking Zeus in for his stay. Even before dropping Zeus off, I called them again just to go over a few things because like I said I worry a lot😅 but they were always so polite and helpful. When Zeus and I arrived to drop him off for his stay, as soon as we walked through the gates I was immediately impressed by how fresh and clean the place looked! When Zeus and I walked into the reception area we were both greeted with a such a positive and friendly welcome. Eloisa (who is one of the staff members) asked me if I wanted to be shown around as I didn’t go down to look around beforehand and she also asked if I wanted to go with her to take Zeus through to his kennel. When I went through I was speechless! The kennels looked so lovely and they were kept so clean! After Eloisa and I dropped Zeus to his kennel and I said my goodbyes, I went back to reception with Eloisa and I explained everything about Zeus I wanted to explain. Eloisa was an absolute star through Zeus’ stay with them! The other staff members were incredible too but Eloisa offered to keep me updated about him through WhatsApp and sent me messages and photos of Zeus while he was there (which I am so grateful for thank you!) When I picked Zeus up he was as clean and healthy as when I dropped him off! And baring in mind all of Zeus’ little issues as I like to call them, he seemed so happy that I don’t think he wanted to leave! What else can I say?! (You’re probably thinking please don’t say anything else after reading all this)😂. But overall as you can tell, I was just so impressed with this whole experience. It’s made me feel so much more comfortable about being able to take Zeus somewhere where he is happy and comfortable. I’ve already booked Zeus in again for when I’m next away! The Huntsman’s kennels are the only Kennels I will be using from now on. Thank you all so much for your time and care you took whilst looking after Zeus, it’s very much appreciated!😊⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
My daughter took her dogs there when she went on holiday, the staff there were fantastic and you could tell they looked after the dogs and cats so well! The kennels and the grounds were spotless. Would recommend them.

Our rescue dog has just spent 10 very happy days at the Huntsman's. We have only had her 4 months so were a little anxious about how she would cope. Thanks to their brilliant care and high standard of cleanliness, she has come home a very happy, confident little dog. I can't recommend them highly enough. They took trouble to show us around and ask what personal needs the dog had. We are now confident that we have somewhere safe and caring for our little one to visit when we go have holidays or mini breaks. Many thanks. See you again soon. Do not leave your dogs here !!! Just picked my two dogs up after a one week stay , Both are very under weight , you can see the bones on my French bull dog , staff where rude I spoke to the owner about my poor under weight dogs And she was so rude and even pushed me you can’t push a paying customer when they are complaining about there dogs . Will be calling the RSPCA . If you love your pets please don’t leave them here . Also they don’t care if your dog has kennel cough vaccinations, as one of the staff told me they don’t make the dogs have them . They also don’t walk them unless you extra . And the cages are dirty full of dog poop When I went to pick them up . This was at 12.30 so clearly just been left from over night . I paid 22 pounds per dog pulse 10 each for two week for incurrence up front !!!
My little one has stayed three times now and always seem to have fun. Walked lots and sleeps well for days after. Loads of photos and text message updates which is reassuring when leaving him there. Will continue to use her services.

I have just collected our dog. It was her first visit. She was happy when we dropped her off and excited to see us when we collected her today. She had a lovely time and is sleeping with content. Can't fault the guys and girls at this place. Both of our cats love going here. It's like they know they are going on their own holiday. All the staff very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended little Furlong if your fluffy babies need a week or two away.
We have been taking our cat to Little Furlong for six years now and we would never go anywhere else. The team there are wonderful and look after her exceptionally well. They always remember exactly what she likes and needs, even if it’s months between visits. She’s an older cat now but we always know she’s in the best hands and taken care of so well. We can’t recommend them highly enough.
We have used Little Furlong kennels for 3 years now , our dog Sam runs to the staff, he loves it there , we are very happy with the service they provide for our fury baby.
I haven’t used this place, but I never will. I’m leaving this review because I came to view the cattery and I honestly couldn’t wait to leave, what a dark and depressing place. It was a beautiful sunny day and it felt like a prison for cats. The enclosures are so small, lifeless and not all of them even have some sort of outdoor access to get natural light. It was not homely at all compared to other cattery’s in the area. This is the cheapest and I can see why!! I’m sorry to say I wouldn’t send my cat here, and they need to give it some new life if they plan to continue running a cattery business. I can’t comment on the care/attention they give to the cats I’m sure it’s fine, but the enclosures are probably better suited for smaller pets like guinea pigs or something, rather than a cat!

For nine years I have been using Little Furlong Kennels for my precious poodles. I am so impressed by the care, attention and affection they receive from the staff. The dogs are happy to go there and well and happy when I collect them. My older dog is now 16, mentally and physically frail, and I wouldn't leave her anywhere else! Thank you all so much.

Our two cats stayed here for the first time for 8 days and although initially I was a little worried at leaving them (dogs were rather noisy ) and they are quite nervous I was reassured by staff I didn't need to be and they were right when we collected them today it's clear they have been well cared for and happy in our absence, coats clean and groomed and well kept, we have two very calm kitty's home again Thank you Tina and the team we will be back again. !
We take our Hutch here for his own little holiday whilst we are on ours and he absolutely loves it, he cannot wait to get out of the car to stay here. Very happy with the service, such lovely people and completely reassured that our boy is safe and well looked after!

I am so pleased we found Pawsitivity for our dogs. They are treated so well, loved and cared for like part of the the family. Irma always has so much good advice and knowledge and has made my girls feel settled from the moment she met them. They have some great walks while there and always come back chilled and happy! Highly recommend Pawsitivity Dog Daycare, Boarding & Walking 🐾 Lando loves his weekly walks, his days at day care and his stays at boarding, Irma and Marco are so lovely and look after him so well, they keep us updated throughout the day and send us pics of him on walks. Lando has definitely grown in confidence spending time with lots of other dogs, thank you Irma & Marco!
Marco and Irma take exceptional care of our cockapoo. I was nervous leaving her but Irma sent me pictures of her playing. She comes back exhausted and gets very excited when she knows she is going there.

We’ve sent our dog to Irma for a few months now for both daycare and boarding. With pictures and updates we get to see the fun he’s having. They take great care of him and we know he’s happy there for his home away from home. With walks on the beach and in the woods, he’s well exercised. Would highly recommend Pawsitivity Dog Daycare if you want your dog to feel loved even when they’re away from you.
I've not been using Pawsitivity for long but my Spaniel always looks so happy in the pupates Irma sends me and posts on social media. They are really flexible and often helped me out at short notice. I feel confident when Rocco is with them as I know he's always well looked after. Would highly recommend Pawsitivity to anyone who wants their 4 legged friend looked after.
When we went on holiday to France this May, Irma walked our two dogs every day. We were kept up to date with lovely messages and photos. It really made us feel content that they were being looked after so well. We will definitely be using this service again as the pups loved her so much.

Irma took over from our puppy trainer/walker when she moved, and we were worried Alfie wouldn't settle, but we were wrong he absolutely adors Irma, and when he comes back is bouncing around so happy and full of himself. He is interacting with other dogs far more .It's really more of a social play date that we wanted for him . He really looks forward to seeing her . We couldn't be happier.
Sarah from pet professionals was a life saver. I rescued a bully who had never had any training and was hard work. We have had a 1:1 and attended the adolescents course and our dog has been transformed. Sarah was always at the end of the phone and did an extra session when we really needed it. She is fantastic and you know she loves dogs and is passionate!! I would recommend Sarah to anyone who needs training especially with adolescents. I understand my dog so much better and know why she does stuff.

Peter Turner and Katie looked after our two cockapoos for 10 days. They were wonderful, the dogs had a sleep over trial, which really set our minds at rest. Received lots of photos. We couldn't have left them with a nicer couple. I highly recommend using them, we were able to go away and enjoy our holiday knowing our were happy.

It didn’t take long for Chrissie to become one of my pup’s absolute favourite people! Group walks are really good for Max’s confidence as well as making our lives easier, and he comes back happy and tired every time. It can feel a little scary trusting your dog with someone else but we were reassured from the start with updates and pictures. We’re now utilising her boarding services too as they have such a great relationship! I would happily recommend Pet Professionals and Chrissie to anyone looking for walks or boarding for their pooch.

Staff are wonderful and very professional. The dogs are well looked after and Dizzy seems to love it here. He has even made 2 new friends. Have booked more sessions for him.
My girls go to the 'nursery' 2/3 times a week. The people are amazing, great with our dogs and very knowledgeable. Despite having a poorly dog, they are happy for her to attend and make sure she is ok. My girls love going and don't want to leave!!

I use the barking success day care for the puppy social mornings and occasionally for 2 hours each day for my 18 week old deaf Dalmatian pup! They are brilliant with him and very good at helping him build confidence, he’s always well looked after and the staff are lovely to him! Would highly recommend.

They are just amazing! We left our dog, Fred, with them for our first holiday since getting him as a rescue. He is dog reactive when with us and we were very unsure about how he would be. They managed to mix him with other dogs and the photos of him happily running with others and enjoying himself, put our minds at rest. Would definitely be using them again. First class service . Everyone is always very polite, knowledgeable and they genuinely love all the dogs , cats and other animals they care for.
Brilliant!! My dog loved his stay and he is booked in again for April. He has clearly been so well exercised he has slept almost solid for 2 days. They provide food and beds so you don’t need to take anything with you. Plus they have the adjoining day care if they want to go there for a couple of days as well. They put up pictures of your pup and they also gave him a bath and nail cut for a reasonable price. I like that it is excellent care for an affordable price. They also offer luxury pads although we didn’t use them this time as it was a bit last minute Ralph is booked in there for the next time. It is so nice to have somewhere for Ralph to go that he enjoys. They have lots of bits to play with and jump on ect and they take the dogs out for walks. They show so much love for them so it’s home away from home.
Mine simply is the best. When we leave our little one with Mine, he is so happy to be there, he doesn’t even look back at us when we leave. So we leave him with Mine with a lot of confidence. Mine always shares pictures and updates. Her love and passion for her job and dogs is so clear. We have been boarding our little one with Mine for years now. Always had such a positive experience. Our boy comes back much better behaving, well socialised, even smelling all clean and lovely😅 Mine deserves max stars and more. Highly recommend her.
I am so grateful for the service I receive at 'Mine is yours pet care.' I get messages, pictures and videos reassuring me that my puppy is having a wonderful time while I am away which helps me relax and enjoy my adventures my dog can't come with me on. I totally trust this company with my Oscar. I truly believe Nina and Sarah have a strong and intricate understanding of not just dogs generally, but specific breeds. I was gone for 3 days and when I returned I had returned to a calmer and generally better behaved puppy. Mia (the family dog) is also such a such a friendly and lovely girl, she makes a great asset to the team. I am unbelievably happy that I found Mine and Sarah. They are so dedicated to providing outstanding levels of nurturing care. The service they provide is miles apart from anything else I have seen. Mine clearly has excellent canine knowledge and constantly provides me with really helpful advice. My 20 week old puppy loves her time with Mine and Sarah - the photos and the videos they send back this up; its so lovely to see her so happy and stimulated when I can't be with her. Our dog has been going to Mine is Yours for over a year and she is always incredibly excited to go in the morning. She is so happy and loves seeing her friends there, and we love seeing the photos of her day. Mine's love and enthusiasm for dogs shines through in everything she does with them, and she goes above and beyond in her care and play. We are always confident to leave our dog in Mine's care as we know she will be treated as if she were her own dog. We would thoroughly recommend Mine is Yours to anyone who is looking for dog day care.
Would give more stars if I could! Mine is Yours really is just that, Albus is like one of the family when he’s there. As someone who works away frequently, it’s such a relief to know that Albus is safe, happy and living his best life. He comes home from daycare and boarding having had the best time (and would probably stay longer if he had the choice). The perfect place to leave your pup knowing that not only will their needs be met and they’ll be loved as much as if they were at home. Thank you!
I would give 100 stars if I could! Belle has been staying with Mine and family for days and overnight stays since Feb when she was a little 2.5kg 3 month pup, and has the most wonderful experience every time. She is loved and cared for, and has an absolute blast with Mine’s amazing dog Maya and the other dogs. Her doggy social skills and confidence have been brought on no end by the positive interactions and socialisation she has during her visits, in a safe environment where her individual needs are catered for. I can relax knowing she is in the absolute best hands (and enjoy the photos and updates during the day). I am so grateful to Mine, who is such a warm person and clearly a true dog lover and expert - I couldn’t recommend more!
Our little Jack Russell had to stay with Mine for 4 nights and we were very pleased with how Mine showed a wonderful warm and caring nature towards her. We felt at ease and happy about our doggie being in the care of Mine’s boarding and we will be using her in the future for sure.
Mina was super responsive, and we met a few hours after our messages to chat and discuss Mushu and his potential stay. I was quite anxious as this was the first time Mushu would be away, and there was only four days' notice. I met Mina, her partner and Maya, and instantly they built up my trust, and I was happy to leave Mushu with them. They cared for Mushu brilliantly. I loved the updates, photos and videos that made abundantly clear that Mushu was enjoying himself. I had an airtag on him in case something happened/wanted to see where he was, and I completely forgot about it. A testament to how much I was confident and relaxed. I couldn’t be happier with how it went. I also feel lucky as it was so smooth to chat, meet and book with such short notice. Needless to say, Mushu will be coming back for care, walks and whatnot. Thank you for making this an extraordinarily positive, stress-free experience for Mushu and me. I was slightly concerned Mushu would not want to go home… thank you for everything!

5 stars! ***** I wish I could give more stars and I would if it was possible. Thank you to everyone at Roundstone for looking after Fred and Fifi for day care whilst I was working. They came back very happy every day and slept from the minute I picked them up(which was great)! Both were happy and keen to go down with staff each morning, even our nervous pooch! The staff are informative and they really get to know your dog. I felt very comfortable with leaving our dogs with them and I felt they were so safe and cared for. Can’t wait for the dogs to stay with you again when there’s availability. Thank you!! 5 stars! Photo of them asleep as soon as we got home!
My little dog has been going here for the last few months to attend treadmill hydrotherapy following a neurological injury. The staff are wonderful and make us feel very welcome every time. My dog doesn't like water but has been made to feel at ease- he loves to cuddle Justine especially! Thanks guys :)

Fantastic place! From start to finish the Roundstone team was amazing. Welcoming, very thorough, happy to answer questions, kept me included to help my girly, I couldn't be happier. Really didn't think my companion would go in, let alone take part. But, Justine was very patient, and encouraging. Looking forward to going back for more Hydro sessions, and fingers crossed to having my girls leg strong again.
Wonderful hydrotherapy. My two beloved dogs, Monty & Ruby, had rehabilitative swims for about four years collectively; I've used kennels, too. Incredible care & expertise from Justine & Paul, to Becky, Sean, Amy & Lisa. Paul's also done wonders helping my two newer canines with behavioural issues. Many thanks. Highest recommendation
I have quite a nervous dog, who has rarely stayed away from home. He stayed at Roundstone for a few days and returned clean, happy, full of beans and didn't seem in anyway traumatised ( like once before at other kennels) The staff here are all lovely. They showed me a video of him enjoying himself with some selected friends. I feel confident to let them look after him next time I am away. Would highly recommend Rounndstone.
Cannot fault this kennels at all, I was very worried about leaving my two dachshunds as they had never been in kennels before, my male dachshund can be very reactive to new people and our girl is a very nervous rescue, they were just absolute brilliant phoned me straight back and reassured me, we popped over and were given an in depth tour around without needing an appointment it was all lovely and clean no nasty smells, staff looked to always be around and always busy with dogs etc very helpful and in depth with their set up on daily basis. They both went for a trail session and we phoned to check on them, we were told both were doing brilliantly and they even filmed both of them mixing with the other dogs to show me which was lovely. When the time came for them to stay they let us set up their open crate which they always sleep in at home, and their big bed which my male dachshund just loves, they were so good at looking after them for us and understanding of Ted and how vocal he can be. They contacted me when they had a cancelation and again were just fantastic on their second over night stay, they don't close the dogs in ridiculously early which is something that we had found with other kennels closing them up as early as 4pm! Just cannot fault them at all, thank you so much we will hopefully use again when needed in the future. Love from us all x
Excellent in all aspects. It is no exaggeration the hydrotherapy our dog receives and has received over ten years has kept her mobile and happy. The staff are all totally passionate about animals and their wellbeing. Our dog was found to have a severe problem aged two which was life changing and I believe life limiting. Ten years after a happy and active life, though a little slower through age, my dog can walk well and even put in the odd sprint! All down to her care....
Hydrotherapy pool. Everything your dogs needs for a fun and safe swim. Inc toys, life jackets, neoprene snoods etc. Long gradual ramp into the pool. Friendly staff. Area to wash and dry your dog off after the swim.

Highly recommend Meg’s Pet Services. We were attending a wedding in Greece, so needed someone to look after our 2 British bulldogs in our home for a week. We couldn’t have been happier, Meg kept us updated, with texts and photos whilst we were away. The dogs loved her! She took note of all our instructions, cleaning their wrinkles etc….. even watered our plants. I could go on and on. Absolutely brilliant, we will definitely use again
Meg looked after my 2 house cats and 2 guinea pigs whilst i was away on holiday. They were all so well looked after and were certainly in very safe hands. I wouldn’t hesitate to use her again when i need my pets looked after. It was very reassuring to have someone i could trust, come in to my home and spend time with them, knowing they were being well cared for, whilst i was away. Thank you so much 😊
I have a cat who does not take well to strangers! However, he loved Meghan and was happy to eat his food, take a treat and roll out for a tummy rub. Meghan is lovely, and she will take care of your pet like it is her own.
Meg's cat sitting was fantastic. Our two cats were well looked after by Meg during our holiday. We received regular updates on their wellbeing too.

Everything you could want for your dog when you are going away. My boy is my world but has separation anxiety, and Lisa and her team have so much care and patience. I wouldn’t trust anyone else now! They went above and beyond to help him through his struggles and he came back home an extremely happy dog, thankyou so much to all of you ❤️
Our dog Tilly has had a few holidays here. All the staff we've met are fantastic. We never like leaving Tilly but we know she is well looked after, and a very happy dog when we pick her up.

I've used the Cattery, as have other members of my family, a number of times. The staff are lovely. They genuinely care.
Having booked in several months in advance, we were alerted to issues just several weeks before the stay. We were never alerted to these on the two previous occasions when using the kennels, nor when speaking to the staff on the phone at time of booking and subsequently. Just days before the stay, we were sent text messages from the kennels contradicting previous communications and when we asked questions/for more information we had passive aggressive replies (some deleted by the staff member but screenshotted prior). We were left to cancel the booking at this extremely late notice which was obviously very stressful. Unfortunately you don't know what goes on at the kennels, especially when communication is so poor.

By far the best! Our previous St Bernard used the kennels regularly and loved it there as she did Marilyn & Lesley. Our current St Bernard is the same as well as our 4 cats. All animals are so cared for and treated exceptionally well. It makes me feel so comfortable leaving them when we go on holiday knowing there in such good hands.
After using the same kennels in Essex Twigs aged 11and Lilly aged 10 stayed at Beggars Bush for the first time. We can honestly say we are delighted with their stay as they have come back very happy. Lesley and Marilyn were caring and very honest with their feedback to us about twigs and Lilly's stay at their very well run, clean establishment. We will definitely be regular customers and would highly recommend them.
Lesley & Marilyn absolutely adore dogs, are the best and most precious people a dog owner lucky enough to have found them should know. Our 2 lovely jacks Fudge & Taz, now in dog heaven, loved them and they clearly loved them back. Now Molls has her holidays there, gets excited as we turn off onto the driveway, runs up to the door and never ever looks back as we walk away. Thanks girls.
I went for a visit before I booked my dog in and Lesley and Marilyn were very friendly. The place seems a lovely size, and quite with plenty of space for the dogs to run. My collie seemed quite comfortable during the visit. He is now booked in for August.
We have been going to Beggars Bush for years and both Marilyn and Lesley are great with the dogs. However due to an illness with my youngest dog I chose a home boarder as I wasn't comfortable the ladies could cater for them which was their perogative. All fine so far. So back from holiday now and we have another holiday booked for October and the dogs were booked in with Beggars Bush - that was until this afternoon when I received an email saying because I hadn't contacted them since coming back from holiday they have cancelled my bookings without asking me first. It's such a shame because my dogs loved going there but I won't be using them anymore if that's their best customer service
There is nowhere better for your dogs. We've taken our dogs here for nearly 30 years and, (from experience), do not consider anywhere else. Marylin and Lesley love all their customers dogs and cats.

Our miniature schnauzer has been going here for 2 years. He loves it, especially being able to run around with other dogs when they are exercised. Whe we get there he strains at the lead to go and greet them. Very satisfied.

It's been recommended. But we Both/All know, Collies dont Cope,Well in Kennels & one of Mine is ex Rescue & Now,15. He,d think he,d been Dumped Again & my younger Collie. Was distraught the Only time she,s been Kenneled. I totally agree with Beggars Bush that they Wouldnt Cope
