Camila and Henrique are simply the best house and pet sitters! We have had such a positive experience it's really difficult to know where to start. Their communication with us before they arrived was really good and we had every confidence that they were committed and would show up. Our first impressions when we met them were only good and even our very shy cat came out to meet them! During the stay, we received pics & videos of Kato so we knew how things were going. Camila & Henrique are self sufficient and can cope with electric trips and gas running out, usual stuff for older apartments in Singapore, but maybe not usual for other properties. Their ability to cope with unexpected domestic issues was very encouraging and of great comfort and meant that we could continue to enjoy our trip overseas. When we arrived home, our apartment was spotless - they had tidied and cleaned everything and had washed the linens!!! This was not expected, but it was so very much appreciated. We absolutely loved having Camila & Henrique as our house sitters - they are a welcome addition to our amazing community. We have no hesitation in recommending these guys and would be very happy to provide a further reference if needed.
My dog Pancho bonded so well with Anita that upon my return, he hardly gave me much attention. For that, I am grateful that I was able to leave him at home in her care where he felt loved and secure while I was away a few weeks. Anita was an additional second sitter after my first so I had to trust based on a good phone conversation. She is a great communicator, keeping me informed and asking necessary questions. A nice and reliable person who will truly care for your pets, I recommend Anita to anyone
Melodye and Rich were great pet-sitters for us! Due to our travel schedules, we were never able to meet them in person, but coordinating arrival and departure was seamless. They took care to regularly send us pictures of the animals and check in about the house. Based on how indifferent the animals were to our return, they were well cared for in our absence! Two things are of special note. First: our animals can boycott food when new people come around; Melodye and Rich made extra effort to add treats like chicken to their food to encourage them to eat. Second, they had some trouble with ants in the house while they were there; the normal methods we use to manage them (Terro pods) did not seem to be doing the trick, so they tried some essential oil blends to discourage them. Their approach to both of these demonstrated a welcome level of creativity and care of the animals and the house. We are grateful they were able to pet sit for us!
