Barbara and Mike are so lovely. They let me come earlier and helped me get to their house easily, which was amazing due to my horrible jet lag.

Both of them deserve 5 stars each, but the biggest stars are Jimmy and Alfie. I felt like a super fan whenever Jimmy came into the room. Such a loving baby and so beautiful!

Alfie’s an adorable little potato that will follow you every where just for cuddles. You cannot help but fall in love with him. He’s curious and gentle and very well behaved.

I hope to see them all again soon 🐓❤️

I had a wonderful time house and dog sitting for Ryan and Jasmine. I fell deeply in love with Roxanne and Wolfie, their two amazingly sweet older Pomeranians.

Wolfie and Roxanne are the perfect companions, and they have a surprising amount of spunk for two older dogs. They really just love to be next to you, whether you’re watching TV, or sleeping 😊 Since they are senior pups, they occasionally will go to the bathroom on the floor, but it’s very easy to clean up, and taking them outside for potty breaks outside is easy enough, but sometimes they can’t quite make it.

You can’t ask for a more beautiful location then their home. It’s just a few minutes walk into town for coffee and food, and Morrisville is nestled in the middle of beautiful mountain ranges. It was a great and relaxing house sit. You ideally need a car to be there to take advantage advantage of hiking and skiing in the area.

I did wish that I sought more clarity on details before the sit began about expectations and other bits about the home, however, I’m greatly appreciative to both of them to working through it during the sit, and being willing to communicate with me. I would be happy happy to sit for them again, and will miss Roxanne and Wolfie until then!

Lindsey
Lindsey was a great host and made us both feel so welcome. Her and Ruthie have such a sweet bond and you can see how much they love each other. Ruthie had so much love to give, with plenty of snuggles and kisses. Walking and feeding time were a breeze. She was so well behaved on her walks and she sits and waits patiently for her food.

Thanks again Lindsey for a great stay in Nashville. And thank you Ruthie for being such a good girl. 🐾

James
I would highly recommend pet sitting for Jim in Iznajar. Seamus and Finn are 2 super dogs - both very affectionate and great companions. They are great fun on a walk and their recall is very good so no problem walking off the leash. They are sociable and curious with other dogs.
The location overlooking the valley is beautiful - there is a terrace where you can have sunny breakfasts and that's where Seamus & Finn like to hang out.
The accommodation is first class with a comfy lounge area - full kitchen with fridge-freezer and dishwasher. The upstairs bedroom & shower room are very nice.
Jim is a super easy going guy - very friendly, generous & welcoming.
Overall I had a marvelous time and would highly recommend this pet sit.

Katherine
We had a wonderful time sitting for Ella and Gus from start to finish. We met up with Katherine a few days beforehand for a quick walkthrough which helped to prepare us for the 9-day sit and gave us a sneak peek at Gus and Ella, who right away we could tell would be a dream to take care of. Both so friendly and cute.

The sit itself was amazing. Their home is so cool and has a very warm energy to it. There are lots of fun touches and cozy areas, plus we loved the privacy all the surrounding trees provided. It's just outside of Albany so if you like sightseeing during a stay, there's a bunch to do nearby. Kate left us some recommendations for attractions/food in the area, as well, but we didn't really end up exploring the area much because we were just enjoying spending our days with the pets so much that we didn't want to leave.

We quickly got used to our routine and all the silly things both Gus and Ella would do. Gus currently refuses to turn left out of the driveway, which apparently is a recent development, and watching him completely stop moving until I obeyed and went right never failed to entertain me. He enjoys taking walks though and is such a happy walker- I loved watching his little ears bounce around as he made his way up and down the hill.

Ella will sit by her food bowl literally thirty minutes after having her breakfast and act like she is soooo hungry again, which always made us laugh. I think I would describe her as food motivated haha and if she finished her food first she'd dart over and try to eat Gus's. They are both self-sufficient, although we followed them around all the time anyway because we couldn't help ourselves. Ella ended up being the best little lap cat and her purring put me to sleep on more than one occasion. She's the sweetest.

We would absolutely sit for Katherine again. We left yesterday and have already found ourselves bringing up Gus and Ella in casual conversation today. Safe to say we clearly miss them but we're so happy that Katherine is reunited with them :)

Highly recommend!
