Can I give six thumbs up? Merid is sweet and very cuddly (in her own specific spaces). She's an easy cat to care for and very lovable. We really liked spending time with her. And Lisa is an amazing homeowner! She really thought of our needs, making sure that we had a space, towels, soaps, and everything else we needed to be comfortable. She's a great communicator. She answered questions for us that we hadn't even yet thought to ask. She's also a great conversationalist. We would absolutely come back!
I only stayed with Guinness 2 days, but it were pretty cool, Guinness likes long walks, so I took him to Buena vista Park that it's very near Meryl's and Jack's home, it was a great hike, he is such a good boy, at first he was a little shy but we ended cuddling and taking a coffee in Duboce Park Cafe. Meryl's and Jack's house is great, is full of art, I really enjoyed hanging in the multiple couches they have :) and it was great meeting them, they seem like a lovely family, + Meryl has a great collection of travel books! If you are considering sitting Guinness, go for it, he is such a cute lab! Thank you again Meryl & Jack 🤍
Oliver & Jeff are great hosts- very welcoming and caring. They provided lots of information and recommendations for the local area as well as clear instructions for their gorgeous pets and home. Winston and Aujus were a pleasure to look after. They enjoyed lots of cuddles and play time. Aujus can sometimes get a bit frightened on walks but with encouragement and care she will happily continue. Aujus reminded me very much of my baby back home so got spoilt heaps (and I tried to find a way to sneak her away with me when we left, but I'm sure she would have been missed 😂). Winston was also gorgeous and very well behaved, so was easy to spoil as well. The apartment is beautiful and has everything you would need. The area is fabulous with lots of character. We explored the many places to eat and have coffee, and found it very easy to travel into the different areas by public transport or walking. We loved our sit and will definitely miss Winston & Aujus. We would not hesitate to return to look after them again. Linda & Laurie
Thank you Sally Anne. Communication was incredible and so flexible and accomodating with arrangements. Max and Bailey are absolutely beautiful dogs who are a pleasure to be around. Loved the nearby walks. The cottage is warm and cosy with a stunning garden fit for a sunny afternoon. Definitely sit if you get the chance!
