Millie is a sweetheart and got used to me quickly with lots of purrs. The apartment is lovely, very clean and comfortable with everything you need while still being nice and compact. Being right next to the train station means it's super easy to get into central London. Stephen was really easy to communicate with and provided all the information I needed in the house manual. For me it was a great place to get some quiet work done, with Millie for company, while still being able to go to things in London. :)
What a wonderful countryside sit and two fabulous dogs to accompany us. Boris (yes, he looks like him) and Zindzi were very active and great to walk around the various woods / fields. Bluebells were in full bloom. Thank you Paula & Dennis, for the welcome into your lovely home
What a delightful housesit! Mindy is such a gracious and generous hostess. She treated us to takeout from a local Italian restaurant for dinner on the night we arrived, and showed us the ropes of the home, neighborhood, Colonial Williamsburg, and dog care. Niko is a sweet, gentle, good boy who takes his time to warm up to you but then becomes your little shadow and cuddle buddy as he gets used to you. His care is easy and fun, and we enjoyed taking him on walks and car rides. The house is comfortable and cozy, with great wifi for anyone who needs to work while staying. It is located in a safe, gated community just 10-15 minutes from Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens. There’s an abundance of great restaurants and sightseeing opportunities in the area, and Niko loves to accompany you on most of your adventures, which is a great bonus! We would absolutely recommend this housesit to others and would be glad to come back anytime to take care of sweet Niko.
We had a GREAT sit with Tommy for Lisa! Communication was great before and during our sit and Lisa was super accommodating throughou, even though we didn’t get to meet in person. Lisa’s home is beautiful inside and out. It is about 8 miles up immigration canyon from Salt Lake. So you feel very peaceful and remote, yet with only a short drive to civilization. Tommy is a good boy. Lisa left earlier in the morning before we arrived, so Tommy met us without Lisa and he wasn’t sure who we were, at first, but we took him for a walk in the snow and he was our instant buddy. We had a lot of fun with him for the days we were there. This was a great sit in a beautiful home with a great pup. If you have the chance to sit for Lisa and Tommy, Do It!! Thanks so much Lisa!
I had a great stay at Trudie and Stephen’s lovely home. They were very welcoming when I arrived and gave me a good tour and clear instructions. Also a useful one page with the essential information. Peela is a gorgeous dog, very friendly and easy going and a great companion on some long walks along the beaches and cliff tops. She is very obedient even when faced with the temptation of a baby vole or a hedgehog pretending to be dead. An extra bonus was the supply of raspberries from the garden. This was a very enjoyable sit with a top canine companion 🐾
I had a great time sitting for Jo and her family. The house was very clean, spacious and homely with a fantastic garden (and trampoline). The cats were friendly and very easy to care for, their hamster Evie has a great personality and is very active! Jo was easily contactable and left excellent, clear and informative instructions. Transport links are great and good food shops in easy walking distance. Definitely would recommend and stay again the in future!
