Beth and Matthew have been my first house sitters - and I was their first house sit too. Beth and Matthew have been great. I was a little nervous as this was the first time I've the zeewoi platform and service. Beth contacted me to let me know that one of my dogs had a sore on her chest and sent me a video to let me see and decide what to do. We agreed my dog needed to be seen by a vet and within a few hours my dog had antibiotics. Beth even popped into a shop to buy my dog a jumper to wear as the vet had recommended this to stop her scratching the sore. When I got home Beth had washed all their bedding and the house was clean and tidy. Both Beth and Matthew are a lovely couple and I would definitely recommend them both if you are looking for reliable and trustworthy house and pet sitters.
Erica was great! Easy to communicate with and very self -sufficient when we ended up being out of service for several days. Pingo and the house were clearly in good hands, we came back to a spotless house with a freshly made bed and a happy dog. We'd definitely have Erica again!
I am so grateful to Victoria for taking such wonderful care of my elder cats,, Zoe and Mischief, my home and my garden! She stayed in touch, and even sent photos of Zoe and Mischief, which further reassured me that my kitties and my home were in good hands while I was away. This was my first time using zeewoi. Not only did I have to prepare my home for a guest but prepare myself for leaving my boys with someone I had only met through a zoom call. Right away, I was put at ease as Sharon just gravitated right to my boys. She asked questions about info that I had missed in my welcome pack that made me rest assured that she was on the ball. Throughout my trip, Sharon kept in touch with me about how the boys were getting along... I was so relieved hearing that their usual playful selves was apparent. Given that our flight home was going to be late, she insisted on waiting until we were heading out of the airport before leaving the boys with their last walk until we came home. When we walked through our front door, the boys were chilling out, our home was spotless, and she even washed the bedding. I can recommend Sharon with 100% certainty that your pets will be in great hands. Thanks Sharon for everything.
Jaclyn was a wonderful sitter for our dog Tucker! She was always quick to respond to communications, she was easy-going and excited to sit with Tucker, she shared updates (with pictures) while we were away, and she left our house cleaner than when we left - she even ran the dishwasher, which we forgot to do before we left! She and Tucker bonded immediately, and when we returned home it was clear that he had a great time with Jaclyn. We can't recommend her highly enough!
I can’t say enough good things about Felicia! She was willing to come over ahead of time so we could meet her. Lele took an instant liking to her (and I think it was mutual).😁 Felicia showed up on time, checked in on a regular basis while I was away, and sent photos of Lele, too. I tend to over prepare, and Felicia was accepting of that and helped me feel okay about my preparation and absence. I felt very comfortable leaving, knowing the most important thing, Lele, was well taken care of. This is my first time using zeewoi, so I didn’t really know what to expect. Felicia far exceeded all of my hopes and expectations. I would absolutely love to have Felicia come back again!
I am so glad that my cat, Duque, and I met Sharon! She is a wonderful person, very kind with pets, thorough with house care and communicative. Sharon's cleaning (and brownies!) went above and beyond and my cat did not seem to have missed me much when I got home. I recommend Sharon if she applies for your sit and we hope to welcome her back to our home one day.
Julie and Adrian were ideal pet and house sitters. Julie and Damian are very friendly and made sure to go over details and ask questions when they arrived. We came home to very happy and contented pets. Our dog and cat clearly got lots of love and attention (also clear from the great photos that Julie and Adrian sent us). The house was immaculate when we came home. We could not ask for better, more trusted, house sitters.
Although they are experienced pet sitters this was their first sit with zeewoi and they were wonderful. Jyoti (our cat) was completely at ease and spent plenty of time on their laps. The chickens were well looked after and they managed the broody one efficiently. Excellent communication before and during the house sit. They followed our detailed instructions conscientiously and left the house clean and tidy. They cooked a meal for us on our return and we enjoyed getting to know them. We would welcome them back any time and highly recommend them for future sits.
Lea was so wonderful, we highly recommend her. She was friendly and communicative throughout, sending us daily updates and photos. We returned back to a beautifully cleaned house and a very happy cat, we are so grateful- she was an absolute delight

Silvia is wonderful and kind - she takes the dogs on plenty of of walks and is very knowledgable about animals. Our dog loves Silvia and is ecstatic to stay with her. We visited Florence for a few days, and Silvia was very responsive and accommodating. We needed a dog sitter for a few hours, and she was able to help us out. She was great with our dog, and he was pleased with her. Silvia also shared plenty of photos and videos while caring for our dog.
I had a wonderful experience with Sylvia. She came 3 times a day for a month to walk Mia while I was recovering from a fracture. She made my recovery a little less stressful.
She was puntual to pick up and drop off. Also, she sent pictures and videos of our dog. That was very reassurance.
Silvia is very attentive and precise. Full of concern and scrupulous. We entrusted our kittens to her while we were on holiday and she was really great. I met Silvia through word of mouth from friends, a kind and professional person, prepared and attentive to her work. Despite the initial contact difficulties, due to my work, travel and constant meetings, she made herself available via message or telephone and always looked for a meeting point. Before making an appointment in person and having talked at length about the dog and my various needs, he correctly sent me a price list, confirming the honesty and that the price is not made at the moment. The first impression, at our meeting, was positive, competent and attentive, he asked for confirmation of the information previously acquired, trying to evaluate what I said in the field. He asked me a series of questions to understand the dog's character, its characteristics and its critical issues. Having entrusted the dog, upon his return, I found a positive and relaxed attitude, something that had not previously happened with any other dog sitter. The other dog sitter, a person found in an emergency, an animal lover and at a very low cost, was more of an expense than a saving: he passed himself off as a dog sitter only to make money, he had no qualifications and experience as was found with Silvia and Above all, after a few days of foster care, I noticed that the dog had resumed some vices, which he had now overcome and was always agitated. In summary, before entrusting your animal, make sure who you give it to, check their qualifications and experience because the lowest price does not necessarily mean savings.
Extremely unfair person, Mrs. Silvia was supposed to come these days to meet my dog, she called me two days ago but my phone was busy, well since then she hasn't had five minutes to call me back and my messages were not relevant to what I was looking for and the beauty it's because she even sent me the price list but whoever wants to take the piss I wrote to her that I would call her back the next day to clarify and what did she do instead? What a wonderful doggy daycare!!! My guy was all smiles in the pictures sent while he spent a few hours here! It is located in the best spot so you can drop off, hit the museums, and pick up! My dog Buddy had an excellent experience here! They gave him so much love, and he had so much fun with the other dogs! They also sent me lots of pictures of my dog having fun and being loved, which helped me enjoy my trip more. I highly recommend them!

We were visiting Florence with our two dogs and needed a safe place for our dogs to stay while we visited museums. Tuscan Hounds was the perfect solution! They have two convenient locations within the historic district, took in our dogs on short notice, and treated them great! We had never boarded our 11 month old girls before but Tuscan Hounds kept us updated on their antics which made us more comfortable. They even sent pictures and a card about their first stay in daycare! Thank you so much for making our stay in Florence more enjoyable!
TuscanHound helped me so much as I was traveling alone and needed someone to take care of my Beagle girl to visit a museum in Florence. They even adjusted the drop-off time according to the time slot that was available at the Uffizi. The dog care is situated perfectly as it is in direct reach of the museums. My dog enjoyed a really nice stay, was being walked through a calm area (as she was scared of the hustle and bustle of Florence) and I even received some photos of her stay. The TuscanHound is the only place you should board your pets when staying in Florence! The team took such amazing care of our dog Vino, I’m pretty sure vino had a better vacation than we did because of the TuscanHound team! She stayed with Yuli who definitely treated vino like her own. We received so many photos and knew vino was in amazing hands, which eased any worries. Thank you TuscanHound team! We’ll have to come back to Florence just so vino can come back to daycare ☺️
TuscanHound provided a wonderful service for our dog. It was the first time we ever left him with someone. He stayed overnight and TuscanHound « pupgraded » him to the Château service for no extra charge so he could be especially well looked after. They sent regular photos and videos showing him playing in the garden on a water mat and going for a hilltop walk, then relaxing on a big bed. After a long day travelling in our car, it was a lovely break for him !!
We were visiting Florence with our dog and needed a place for him to stay while we are visiting museums. I cant be grateful enough for all the good care that Tuscan Hounds team provided for our dog. He was taken for a walks, met other dogs and was very happy. Apart from having convenient location and taking a good care they also send you an updates about the dog stay and photos. So we as an owners feel calm and secure.
We moved from Florence to the UK and TuscanHound transported our dog Archie by car. We can only recommend their outstanding service. They handled everything from vet visits prior to the travel, through documentation and planning. They made sure that the relocation is as stress-less as possible for Archie, and he actually seemed to enjoy the trip. They made regular stops with 2 overnight stays, many walks and kept him calm and engaged while updating us regularly. Before our relocation we also used their daycare services for several months, and Archie always had a great time. We are over all thankfull for the perfect caring of our Aussi Beetlejuice. The staff is so lovely and we got pictures during the daycare. He also got an AirTag so we felt absolutely safe. If you are ever in Florenz bring them your Dog. It couldn’t be any better! Thank you so much for everything!

we discovered this wonderful dog shelter when we went to Florence from Genoa for a hospital visit and, not being able to bring our furry little girl with us🐶, we contacted the owner of the facility who was immediately available and very kind, sending me photos and news to reassure me, which I appreciated it very much. I had to leave Attila my Jack Russel for the afternoon and the night with them. And we had a great time Attila was calm and they are fantastic they kept me updated with messages and photos they were very kind and available for all my requests. We left Pluto and Minnie yesterday. It was the first time I entrusted them to someone, I was so anxious and scared but the owner was magnificent, she updated us several times during the day with photos and messages and my puppies were fine. I recommend this kindergarten 100% Thanks Woof

Here you can breathe love and passion. Inside we can find everything, from clothing to food. The owners are very friendly people always available. The dogs have plenty of space to play.
We left our little dog 🐶 today, so we could visit the museums in Florence. Excellent service, Mrs. Donatella was very kind both by phone when booking and today having met her in person. Thanks again so much! Our little dog had a lovely day, together with other little dogs and we were updated with photos during the day. I recommend without hesitation.

Excellent solution for visiting Florence and its museums and leaving your dog in caring and competent hands. Mini enjoyed some rest away from the infernal heat of the past few days, pampered by the owners and staff who kept us updated on her status with photos and messages. The facility also offers the possibility of collection and delivery to agreed locations within the city. For our convenience, it was brought to the station area at the end of the day.
