Brian was an amazing house and dog sitter for us. He was communicative, friendly, funny, helpful and made some things at our house even better than I left them! He was super responsive and our dogs seemed absolutely happy and the house was in perfect order. 100% recommend!

Holly was prepared for the New Providence experience - her previous experiences in the Bahamas and with dogs were no doubt helpful. Holly is outgoing, energetic, proactive, and industrious. She takes on experiences and challenges as opportunities. She made garden and beach improvements and caught and prepared the best cracked conch ever. We especially appreciated her expertise and special care of our 3 dogs, and the attention she gave to their individual and collective needs. She communicates well and sent photos showing the dogs were having their best beach days ever. Mudpie the Cat was happy with a privileged position on the bed. We are happy to recommend Holly as a Trusted House / Pet Sitter.

I was fortunate to have Doreen stay at my home to keep my cat, Fozzie, company. Fozzie is pretty set in his ways. He doesn’t like change. In the past when I’ve left him with someone coming once per day I was greeted upon my return by being shunned by him. It would take a few days for Fozzie to get over being mad. I’m happy to say that was not the case this time. Fozzie was his usual self and seemed quite content. Doreen was still at the house when I arrived home. She was just finishing up laundering the used linens and towels. The house was neat and clean. Turns out Doreen has quite the green thumb and had taken to nursing my withering orchid plants. My plants don’t generally thrive. Doreen passed on a few tips and I hope to keep them on the road to blooming. I would highly recommend Doreen, and her husband Rick, to anyone needing pet or house sitting.

Julie & Adam took awesome care of Gus & Rosie....and on such short notice. Clear communication, tidy home & happy pups when we came back. They're welcome to come back anytime :)

Wonderful dynamic husband & wife duo, in whom you can have complete confidence. Positive and engaging personalities, attentive and eager. What more can one want? The dogs loved them and were expertly cared for; the house immaculate on our return.

The most honest feedback that I can leave about Mark and Patricia is just “Wow!” They were honestly above and beyond any expectations that I could have for house and pet sitters. They were great about satisfying my beautiful kitty’s needs for comfort, companionship, and a little supervised outdoor time. And, they kept in touch with me on a regular basis with photos and videos. Mark and Patricia were also delightful to work with and interact with. I truly feel like I’ve made new and lasting friendships. Lastly, they left my home in better shape than how I left it for them. Simply amazing!

Rodger and Loretta were amazing sitters. Gracie fell in love with them immediately and from the pictures they sent, I could tell they were having a good time together. They kept me updated and left the house cleaner than they found it, including washing the sheets, and making up the beds! My neighbors enjoyed meeting them. I would invite them back in a heartbeat and highly recommend them.

I had a troubling experience with Victoria that I feel is necessary to share because I believe it’s important for others in this community to be aware of what happened.   Victoria informed me she was leaving day 6 into an 18 day stay with a little more than 12 hours notice while I was 600 miles away with no backup plan for our dog Jackson.    The first few days with Jackson went well. She communicated when I reached out along with pictures of them laying together on the couch and getting along very well.  On day 6 she texted me to say Jackson had growled at her while physically trying to get him up from laying on her.  She said she was frightened and asked if I had anyone else that could watch him.   I immediately called her to try to understand what happened and explained that he was most likely startled rather than wanting to attack her. As I was asking questions about the incident, as I felt I had a right to do, she became extremely defensive and yelled at me on the phone. Admittedly my voice was heightened due to panic but I did not yell. I was simply trying to understand the extreme change in her demeanor from previously texting me she doesn’t easily get flustered, stressed or live in fear to being so frightened she wanted to leave. Knowing my questions upset her I apologized however after ending our call she immediately texted and said she was leaving at 10am.   Despite repeatedly telling her that my son, who lives nearby, was out of town, and that I had no other options, she showed no consideration for my situation. Her decision to simply leave our dog stranded was incredibly distressing. I had to cancel my evening plans to find alternate arrangements for the remainder of our trip, which, happens to be my other son’s wedding.   While there are other details that aren’t directly related to her pet-sitting duties, I believe it’s important to highlight the lack of professionalism and consideration she showed. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision through my experience.

Theo was absolutely wonderful, he sent frequent updates while I was away, and I came back to comforting clean house and a very happy Eddie. Would certainly ask Theo to sit for us again!

James and Jessica took great care of Bob. It was stormy one night and James let me know that he gave Bob his anxiety med. They had a playdate with my neighbor's dog and Bob seemed very well taken care of. They were self sufficient and left the house exactly as we left it. Thanks for taking such great care of Bob!

Ragan was fantastic! She kept us informed and had great communication throughout our trip with pictures and other information. She clearly has a heart for animals it shows! If you need a quality sitter, I wouldn’t hesitate to have her back! Thank you Ragan!

Jenna and Jeremy clearly looked after Arthur so well, I don’t think he even noticed we had gone! Their communication ahead of the sit was great. The house was clean and tidy when we returned. Would 100% recommend them for any sit.
