It is disappointing that none of Stuart‘s previous sits left a review. Had they, I would not have trusted Stuart to look after my pets. I cannot in good conscience do the same. After he left, I found out during a particularly rainy night, my dog met my neighbor at their car at 9 PM. The neighbor took my dog to my house and Stuart opened the door and looked down at sopping wet Moose and said “oh how did he get out?” quite casually. Another night, two of my horses were loose wandering around the neighbors house, and could easily have gone into the street. But the worst was when I found out HE DECIDED that my laminitic mare, who was confined to a dry lot, needed to go out in the pasture and graze. This was after 7 months of struggling with her insulin levels. Needless to say this has set her back to the point of barely being able to walk again. While Stuart has it listed that he has experience caring for horses, he has absolutely no knowledge of them. I could go on but I will stop here. This is my first bad experience with a sitter from this site, but bad enough that I am considering canceling my membership.
Incredible couple! Peaceful, super smart, friendly and the pets were so happy and content! Our house was immaculate and they went above and beyond! So deeply grateful for the peace of mind!
Neil and Anne looked after our two Jack Russels for the weekend. We were sent regular updates and photos of our very happy girls which was so reassuring for us and thoughtful of them. We came home to two very contented dogs and an immaculate house. We felt completely reassured that they gave our much loved pets lots of care, cuddles and walks. We would have no hesitation is recommending them to look after your house and pets and would love them to sit again if they ever wanted a Hampshire break.
