I highly recommend Karen and Lexi. This was my very first time using THC and I am so grateful that Karen responded to my request. She put me completely at ease and made it and excellent experience! Cooper and I met them at their car when they arrived and he and Lexi had an immediate connection, almost as if they knew each other! I felt very comfortable leaving and when I returned I could tell that Cooper had been well loved and taken care of. They are a very sweet mother and daughter team!

Kristin

Kristin is a lovely person who communicated well and went above and beyond in leaving the house in excellent condition. Her fam seemed to like the pets and even (maybe especially?) the bearded dragon had wonderful care. We were fortunate to find Kristin.

Joanne & Alan

A short 2 night sit, we returned to a clean house and happy cats. Joanne supplied plenty of cat photos and updates too.

Carl and Rachael were very personable, considerate, pro-active and great communicators. They left our house spotlessly clean and did things, like mow the lawn, that we didn’t even ask them to do.

Rachel was an excellent sitter, taking care of our two dogs for the weekend. She easily handled giving one of our dogs his eye drops. Rachel kept our house clean and washed the linens before leaving. Our dogs loved Rachel and Aaron! We’d not hesitate asking them to house/pet sit again in the future.

Alla was very communicative and accomodating with scheduling the sit. She sent photos and updates of the cats and left the apartment very clean. I would happily have her cat sit again.

Michele is a kind and wonderful sitter. She was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. She made sure to send us updates and we came home to a perfectly clean home and happy pets. She even cut fresh flowers and herbs and left a little bouquet on the windowsill.

Jonathan & Kristin

Jonathan and his family stayed for over a week at our house. Our property has a unique layout that can be confusing initially. They were very proactive in getting settled in and making my dog feel comfortable with the new situation. He was very easy to communicate with during their stay. They left the place clean and tidy at the end of the stay. I was very happy with their care of the house, plants, and our dog. I would highly recommend Jonathan and her family.

Louann & Steve

Louann has taken the utmost care of our furbabies and the home we live in while we were visiting family in Florida. If she has any questions Louann texts or calls us to address it. Our animals are unique. One of our pups, Tuffy, is a distemper survivor. This requires him to have medication given to him three times a day! Another of our pups, Trooper, is 9 1/2 and he suffers from chronic pain and also needs daily meds twice a day. Our third pup, Takota, is just a big loving lap dog weighing 110 pounds! I was short on medication this last trip. Louann went to the pharmacy and picked it up for me, she is very thoughtful and goes out of her way to make others (animals and humans) comfortable. Aside from the 3 pups we have 4 horses. Two of the four also have daily medication. Our oldest gelding needs his capsules blended up with canned carrots and added to his hot grain mixture two times a day. Another needs his meds once a day. They all are brought into the barn and turned out again after they eat their hot mixture of pellets. While they eat the stalls and lean-too are cleaned up of manure. Hay feeders and water are filled. Louann even deals well with unexpected occurances. Our wash machine broke down the night before we left. Louann worked around that inconvenience and even handled communicating with the repairman and securing the dogs when he came out. Louann leaves our house in a much better condition than when we left. She even cleaned the fireplace glass, I'd forgotten how pretty the etchings are! When we returned from our trip Louann had a scrumptious pot of chili on the stove, a fire in the fireplace and candles lit! I highly recommend Louann for any house/pet sitting you need, I will always request her first when I need a sit in the future. I am so thankful to have met Louann and her hubby Steve!

Hava was the PERFECT house/cat sitter for us. She clearly cares very much about a person's space and more importantly, their furry family members.

From the start, Hava was very easy to communicate with, graciously coming over a day early so we could show her our place and exchange keys. We felt our two cats would be in very caring and responsible hands the minute we met her.

She proceeded to keep us updated regularly and was extremely patient with a little project our landlord needed to do. We came back to a checklist of what Hava cleaned before she left (which was essentially the entire apartment). Most importantly, we came back to two very relaxed and happy kitties who probably missed their new friend very much! Next time we are out of the city, we know exactly who to contact to watch our place!

Karen jumped in when a scheduled sitter canceled and boy was I lucky.  She is the all-around best in every category.  I was especially happy with how she related to my very shy and standoffish pup.  The last video she sent has Tashi wagging her tail.  A big achievement that speaks volumes for how Karen cared for her.  Also, the house was left in tiptop shape with fresh flowers for my welcome home.  I'd leave 10 stars if I could.
