Sam and Lisel were incredibly kind and communicative, and we could not have asked for a better housesitting experience. Their flat was gorgeous, clean, and in a fantastic and central part of Edinburgh. Georgia, their pup, was a joy to care for and we adored all the snuggles and puppy kisses she gave us while we were with her. We would come back in a heartbeat, and anyone would be lucky to look after Georgia for Sam and Lisel!
Sam was so kind and welcoming to me, she was a wonderful person to work with! Her home was clean and beautiful and in its own little world, I loved staying in this house and would 12/10 recommend to anyone covering, yes do it!
I had a really great sit looking after Henry and Pippin in this lovely suburb of DC. Tara and Steve are extremely welcoming and friendly hosts and made me feel right at home in their lovely house. Communication with Tara was great from the start and she left clear instructions for looking after the pets and taking care of things. Henry and Pippin are a delight to look after, both very good natured and real characters. They get on great and it's a lot of fun to see them play together :) The house is spacious and comfortable with everything you could need including a fully equipped guest suite. The neighbourhood is very clean and picturesque and only a short metro into the city centre. I can highly recommend this sit and hope to come back again sometime in the future. Thanks again to Tara and Steve (and also for the delicious homemade pizza!)
I absolutely loved this sit! Saheli is a wonderful dog and is so easy and such a joy to take care of! Supna is phenomenal with communication and her mom and dad helped me settle in and get to know the house, responsibilities, and answered every question I had. She even made me a delicious vegetarian dinner when I arrived! It was some of the best cooking I’ve ever had. Saheli loved her walks, ate twice a day with no issues, and took her medicinal supplements every morning with ease. She is such a sweet and lovable dog! I really enjoyed the pool and long walks with saheli around the gorgeous neighborhood. There is a lake behind the house that is gorgeous as well with all sorts of wildlife in and around it. Their house is very cozy and the guest bedroom was comfortable. I loved this sit and would be happy to help again anytime! Thank you supna!
Cleo is the most low-maintenance cat in the universe. I saw him, on average, once in the morning as he headed out the cat door, and once in the evening when he'd check out his food bowl. Once he's assured that someone is feeding him, he's good to go! Since he's an indoor-outdoor cat, there's not even a litter box to manage. Also, Diane's home is lovely and conveniently situated just a few blocks from quaint downtown Mount Vernon.
