They're competitively priced, and very flexible when it comes to delays in being able to pick him up when I've had to travel and results in flight delays and cancelations. Being able to bring him here and know he's taken care of, and seeing his excitement when we arrive is more than assurance that they love him here and he loves seeing them and his fellow dog friends. We LOVE a pet villa!! Our dog has been going here since she was 4 months old, including boarding. She always has so much fun and we love seeing her pics on their instagram! They also do a great job trimming her nails.

I have a Belgian Malinois who is very high energy and at first, very anxious dog but if given the chance, can warm up and be very loving. A Pet Villa Staff gave my dog the opportunity and were patient with him. Now he loves going there every time. Prices are reasonable as well.

We love taking Stewie here. They always take care of him whether he’s going there for grooming or when we need to board him. I definitely recommend that you take your fur babies here.

I brought in Archer for a meet and greet and immediately he loved the team. I was so happy they had the patience and took the time to build his confidence with the other dogs. When I came to pick him up, he was so excited and happy. He did not want to leave without saying bye to the team members at pick up. His report card was super helpful too! After Jackie told me about the packages, I made sure to make the purchase. When not visiting his grandparents, he will be hanging out with his buddies at Pet Villa :)

This place is absolutely amazing!!! We’ve had such an awesome experience every time we come! The business is always extremely clean, all the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable! Julie was the one that always helped us originally and there are a few other employees that have taken care of our dogs who have been just as perfect! We’ve been coming here for about 6 to 7 years with our previous dogs and now we bring our dog Hunter who actually enjoys coming! They have unbeatable prices! I would highly recommend bringing your pets here because they are super trust worthy!

We have been taking our dog to Dogtopia on Branham for a few years now, just to use their grooming (bath) services (not daycare.) The staff have always been great and friendly and very helpful. But this morning, our dog got sprayed by a skunk (gaaah!) The Dogtopia team found time to fit him in for a bath less than an hour later, and he came home smelling a million times more amazing than I had ever dreamed. They did such a great job, and really went the extra mile to help us ASAP. Thanks Dogtopia!

So happy we found Dogtopia, and now we can travel guilt free! Our corgi pup, Lola, came home exhausted and happy after her first night boarding. I love the webcams they have set up and how much free play time they get. It’s so nice to be able to check in on your pet. Every staff member we’ve interacted with has been friendly and cheerful. While it took a while to get an assessment (4-5 months), I’m happy they do it because we have assurance the other dogs aren’t aggressive. Booking seems fairly easy though once you’re passed the assessment.

I love this place and more importantly my dog loves going to this place for daycare, boarding and Grooming. He always starts jumping in the car when he realizes he is going here. Dogtopia is the best dog boarding/ daycare in the Bay Area! The facility is clean and odor free, the staff/owner are very kind and obviously care about our dog/s. 100% would recommend boarding or having your dog stay the day for daycare at Dogtopia!

My husband and I and our Chihuahua love dogtopia! The staff are amazing with all the dogs, you can tell they are all dog lovers! We've taken our dog there for several years now and done both doggy daycare as well as boarded him there while we were out of town. And recently we've been taking him to doggy daycare every few weeks so our pup can see his friends and also so the good folks at dogtopia can grind his nails for us! Ry The Pet Guy and his team have made our trips abroad much less stressful! We know that our precious little dog is safe, cared for and relaxed while he is with Ry. All the staff are very attentive and send us pictures of our wee pup while we are away. Ry and his staff provide a calm environment for all of the dogs. Ry The Pet Guy and his dog walkers are life-savers! I adopted my 3rd rescue over the pandemic, a year old German Shepherd with a lot of energy, and finding Ry has been such a relief. He gets picked up twice a week by Gabe who takes him for his pack walk and even works with him on behavioral issues. He sends spectacular photos of their pack walks and video of how to continue the training exercises. Gabe goes above and beyond to connect with the dogs. Best of all, when we board all 3 dogs, they love him and the rest of Ry's crew and come home happy and relaxed. Absolutely top service for dog care!

We've been using Ry The Pet Guy for over 2 years and have nothing but great things to say about them! Our dog (the one on the far left) goes 3 days a week, and has boarded with them for long weekends and extended stay when we have been out of town. Our dog loves the entire staff and has no problem being away. Gabe has been picking-up/returning her, and our dog can't wait to go in the morning! Gabe lets us know the 30 min slot he will be coming, and sends us daily photos. He is friendly and delightful to work with and we trust him to leave our dog inside if we are not at home. He also does some obedience training!

Ry and team are so thoughtful with their dog care. This is the *ONLY* dog boarding place where our pup gets excited to go with them - all other places we've tried, our pup gets scared and nervous, breaks your heart as a dog mom! Instead, when Ry and his guys show up, our little girl cannot wait to jump in and head off to a weekend with her friends - did I mention they pick up your pup too? So convenient! Better still, Ry takes magazine quality photos and will send them to you while you're away from your beloved pup. Are they the least expensive option? Of course not, but the quality of care, the love they show these dogs, and the piece of mind of knowing our girl is well cared for while we're away makes it completely worth it. I would highly recommend Ry the Pet guy. Our original plan of care from a dog sitter fell through at last minute and our pup (Frenchie) has never been away from us. So I was a little nervous about leaving him but Ry and his staff were super warm and welcoming with Stitch. He was so excited and doing zoomies on the property when we arrived. He is a huge ball of energy so I was curious how he would do there. Throughout the 3 days we received daily updates on Stitch and pictures of his walks and adventures. It was such a good feeling to be reassured he was happy, well cared for and having a great time with other dogs. We will definitely be using their boarding services again. As someone who had never left my dog alone, I was understandably nervous about leaving him in the care of strangers. But from the moment I dropped off my pup, Indy, I knew he was in good hands. The team at RTPG are true dog whisperers, and had Indy comfortable and happy from day one. Throughout my trip overseas, they kept me updated with pictures of Indy on epic walks with his new friends, and I could see from his eyes that he was having the time of his life. They even helped Indy overcome his fear of bigger dogs, and gave me tips on how to be the best owner possible. When I picked Indy up, he was better adjusted than when I left him, and eager to return to RTPG. Their facilities are spotless, they come and pick up your pupper and drop him off for daycare as well. Overall, I can't recommend RTPG and their team enough. They truly care about the dogs in their care and go above and beyond to ensure they have a great experience. Ryland and his team are amazing! They take such good care of my fur baby, Harry, who can be an odd ball, and frankly, a handful. They understand dog behavior so well, and give my dog so much love and attention. He gets so excited when he knows that he is going to stay the weekend with Ry and team. We’ve been taking our mini Aussie here for about two years after trying multiple kennels. It’s a bit far from home but so worth it! The prices are great, it’s clean, and the staff is so friendly. We do short weekend stays and extended stays (7+ nights) and our dog always comes back happy! We’ve never had an issue and it eases our mind that there’s a vet on sight if needed. Thank you to the loving staff at Springdale for taking such great care of our pup when we are away!

A wonderful place that we take our siberian husky Lulu. She always comes home exhausted from playing with the other large dogs. She bounds with excitement the 2 days a week she goes. We have also used the groomer services there a couple of times and She looked and smelled wonderful.

We boarded our insanely energetic puppy, Dot, and very anxious senior dog, Rosie, with Springdale. We’ve always used Rover and have had a few bad experiences but I was still apprehensive about boarding our dogs at a kennel. As soon as we arrived I felt at ease and knew they were going to be safe. The pups have a large, shaded, enclosed play area that a bunch of dogs were playing in when we pulled up. The gal who checked us in was so friendly and made me feel like our dogs were going to be well taken care of. It feels like a Vet office and there was an intake process where we told them about Dot and Rosie. What made the biggest difference for us was when we picked them up. Firstly, we were late getting in and the same gal who checked us in stayed an extra half hour so we could pick them up right from the airport. I could have cried I was so relieved, I didn’t want to go another day without our dogs. She should get a raise. Springdale was also $420 CHEAPER than Rover for the same number of days. I had always thought kennels would be way more expensive. Our senior dog typically loses weight if she’s away from home but when we picked her up from Springdale she hadn’t lost a pound. I know she was at ease enough she was able to eat regularly, which made me feel so much better. Dot was smiling, covered in dirt, and stunk like dog so we know she had a blast with her new friends. As soon as we were home Dot and Rosie instantly relaxed like they had never been away. AND Rosie has a cherry eye that pops in and out. It popped back in the morning after we picked them up! We will use Springdale as long as they stay open and I would highly recommend them to anyone who are anxious dog parents like us.

This place is all about loving animals more than money! The vet is so down to earth and made me feel like my dog was in the best hands and he was understanding about my limited budget... The techs, Alexis, and i did not get the other girls name, were very knowledgeable and just great with LilMan. This was our 2nd visit with this place and this is where we will remain. Our Husky has been enjoying his stays here for years! The staff always happily greets our dog & they are very friendly. What's also super conveinient is that there's a Veterinarian located next door, just in case you may need to schedule an appointment to get caught up on your dogs' vaccinations or any other needs. We use Springdale Kennel for long term boarding, but i've seen many just drop off their dog for a few hours at doggy daycare! That's a great idea too! Our dog loves the socialization & the caring staff here.

The front receptionist with bangs has no empathy for dogs. You can just tell she dosent enjoy her job not working with dogs. My dog just got surgery and I was clear about that from the begging and she continues to grab her in a very harsh way right infront of me. Both of my dogs came stressed out from this place. And with burn marks on their fur that I saw until we dog home . I am very disappointed with this and feel horrible with myself for leaving them with these people. Rather pay more in another place than have my dogs treated poorly. #neveragain! #animalabuse

My very high energy bulldog puppy has participated in both day training and group classes with Dawna and her staff. She also attends daycare four to five times weekly and has done a multiple night boarding stay while we were out of town. We could not be happier with the care and training she has received. She was behind with her socialization skills when we brought her home but at Canine Corral she is placed in appropriate play groups and able to continue to improve her social skills under the close watch of employees. In between play time she is very comfortable being crated for needed down time. The webcams allow me to enjoy watching her interact with the other dogs and staff. I can also conveniently add-on a bath or nail trim when needed. My puppy loves going to daycare and happily greets staff at the door and heads right in. She is definitely still a work in progress at just 10 months old, but she is much better behaved at home and listens and responds to commands that she once ignored. She also interacts much more appropriately with her senior Yorkie brother and her cat brothers. Dawna and her staff has laid the foundation for her to be the well behaved bulldog we know she can be and we are extremely grateful!

Our dog loves it there - always excited to be dropped off and always happy when we pick her up. The staff is genuinely caring and knows every dog by name. The owner, Donna, is dedicated to the dogs. Most importantly, they get to know the personalities and temperament of each dog and group personalities together so the dogs have a good experience.

We have been using Canine Corral for several years for weekly day care and occasional overnight stays for our labrador retriever. She absolutely loves it there- in great part due to the incredible staff. In fact, she starts barking with excitements several blocks away and can't wait to get inside. I have been taking my dog Winston to Canine Corral for two years now. The staff here are amazing (especially Megan and the owner Dawna) and know how to deal with dogs that can be a bit more challenging to handle than most. My dog has some fear based aggression with new people. Most other daycare/boarding facilities would automatically reject a dog like mine because of these issues. Canine Corral has a wonderful owner named Dawna, who happens to be an amazing dog trainer. She runs Happy Tails Dog Training that Winston and I completed together. She saw his problems and helped me be a better, more confident owner with him. That in turn makes him a better, more confident dog so he can be more secure and not so fearful of new people. The staff are amazing and I feel great knowing I can drop my dog off for daycare or boarding and that he is in the best place for him to be well taken care while I am gone!!

I volunteer with a rescue organization, Golden Gate Labrador Retriever Rescue, and can not say enough about the care, training, and services Dawna and staff have provided for so many of our rescues. They have provided daycare (and boarding when needed) to help get our rescues more socialized with other dogs and people. I, as a rescue representative, am confident in the care our dogs receive while at Canine Corral. I am presently representing a dog that has some issues and Canine Corral has been working with him on a once/weekly basis until he is adopted. They are respectful and understanding of his quirks and are in no rush to end his daycare. This dog is exhausted when picked up from his day at Canine Corral, and we are relieved to know that he is receiving the extra care and expertise to help him gain some confidence along the way in finding a new home.

the great reviews are true! We chatted with Alexandra and Ed about their services for our two kitties. They were very responsive and set uontime to meet in person. They are insured with pet CPR certification. They were friendly and welcoming, yet thorough and attentive with questions. They took fabulous care of the cats, and shared pics of them and the immaculate litter box. They even changed the litter genie and swept up stray litter. The cats seemed quite happy. Shout out to this fabulous service. It gave us such peace of mind, which is so important. I cannot recommend them enough.

Alexandra & Ed have been taking care of our dog for almost two years now. We've had them walk our dog regularly during the week and have also had them stay over while we've been out of town. Lovable Pet Sitter took care of my cat for two weeks and they were fantastic. I got text message updates and pictures as well about my cat every time Alexandra came over, which was great and a huge relief. They provided an extremely reliable, excellent service and I would highly recommend it. They also have reasonable prices that are on their website and very straight forward.

Ed and Alexandra are THE BEST dog sitters we've ever had! They've been our dog sitters for over 5 years now and we've never had any problems - quite amazing considering that one of our dogs is prone to anxiety issues and the other is aggressive towards other dogs. So leaving them at home "unsupervised" or going on walks can be challenging and daunting. Oh and did I mention that they're both 70lb Akitas! We usually hire them for our long vacation trips, anywhere from 2-4 weeks and we always feel that our dogs are in good hands. The reassurance they provide is why we keep hiring them. We can tell when we come home from our trips that our dogs felt comfortable too, and in fact, probably miss Alexandra because of how well she takes care of them. As other yelp reviews have mentioned, Ed and Alexandra are very thorough and leave "report cards" after every visit in addition to email/text updates with picture to show "proof of life" haha. Those pictures ARE the best! They will also water plants, check mail, take out trash and do additional services included in their price that you wouldn't expect a dog sitter to do. And to show how committed they are, they recently stopped service in Mira Mesa, where we are, but told us that they would continue to be our dog sitters because of our long relationship and their relationship with our dogs. Needless to say, we were so relieved and thankful - that's great customer service! If you want trusted reassurance at an affordable rate, HIRE ED AND ALEXANDRA!

My cat never warms up to people right away, but she instantly greeted Alexandra. I swear she is the cat whisperer! I have a senior dog and a cat with diabetes and she is able to give them all of their medication without any issues! She is reliable and knows how to care for animals in a professional and caring way. She also has great advice and recommendations so I can better care for my animals when asked. Her services are exceptional and she goes above and beyond for each animal. She developed a deep connection with each of my animals so I feel most comfortable leaving them in her care. It puts me and my pets at ease knowing she is caring for then when I am away or in need!

My two Chihuahuas have stayed with Danielle a few times now and I've always felt they were in the best hands! Twyla has some resource guarding tendencies which Danielle is skilled in handling. And my old man Wilson has kidney disease which gives him poor appetite but he always eats for Danielle. I would absolutely recommend!!

Four Paws is great. They are very caring and professional. Our dog had an emergency surgery and was on medications. We needed someone with experience and also knowledgeable about after care surgery since we couldn’t cancel an important trip. A very difficult situation for us and even though our dog was stable and was already 7 days since the surgery we were worried. We found Four Paws on line. We met with Danielle and Bianca and Immediately felt confident leaving our doggie with them. Danielle kept us informed about our dog’s progress and the medications intake. Danielle made especial arrangements the first few days to accommodated our dog’s needs and to make her feel comfortable and safe!. After that event we had left our dog a couple of times with Danielle and Bianca and each time it has been a great experience , our doggie is happy and We finally go on trips with a peace of mind !!!

I am so grateful to have found Danielle a little over a year ago! My 9 year old Pomeranian, Wally, has many medical conditions and Danielle is the only person I trust to leave him with. He has a thyroid issues, collapsing trachea, allergies and had a recent knee surgery. I needed someone with medical experience above a day to day walker who would be able to check in on him and make sure he was ok when at work (and let me know!). After knee surgery he still wanted to get out and about and Danielle walked him around the neighborhood in his stroller - he loved it! I've also used Danielle for overnights and Wally had a blast. He can be difficult with taking medications and picky with food and Danielle handled it with ease (and got him to eat!!!!!). I can truly relax on vacation knowing he's safe and taken care of. Recently Danielle has offered doggy daycare and these are some of Wally's most fun days. He always comes home happy and tired!!! I can honestly say Wally is a happier and healthier dog because of Danielle - I highly recommend her services!

Danielle has been a fantastic pet sitter! She is always responsive and has gone the extra mile to take great care of our cat while we’re away, spending quality time with her and administering medications whenever needed. She sends us photos with each visit so we know that our cat is doing well. I highly recommend Danielle to anyone, especially those whose pets have health conditions and need extra care. We had Danielle at 4 Paws watch our dog while we were on vacation. He is very nervous with new people and we were worried about leaving him with just anyone. I knew as soon as we dropped him off that we made the right choice to leave him with Dani. We received photos while we were away updating us on his status and could see that he was having a great time with her and the other pets in her care. By the time we got back he was so comfortable with them I know I’ll be using them again in the future. Five stars all the way!! I’d recommend them to anyone needing care for special needs animals or just for a doggie play date. We enjoyed our vacation so much more knowing our baby was safe and happy.

Danielle has taken care of our dogs and cat a number of times and has been very responsive and professional in every situation. Our animals are always excited to see her, which shows she has positive relationships with them. She meticulously follows our pets’ dietary regimens and I highly recommend her. Rest assured your expectations will be met or exceeded.

We are so happy to have found 4Paws Pro Care in Santa Clara! Our mini doodle has stayed with 4Paws (Danielle Mores) for extended stays while we had to be away (and a couple of times for daycare). You couldn’t ask for a better experience or better care. Our pup is so comfortable with them that when we arrive she runs in like she is home! We really appreciate their focus on security and chemistry with the other dogs. It is a positive, enriching environment:) Danielle keeps us updated regularly while we are away. And it is a comfort that Danielle has a background as a registered veterinary technician. She has also been flexible when we have had schedule changes. 4Paws is our pup’s home away from home :):)

Danielle has been a great and reliable sitter for our 3 cats! She has looked after our cats many times. She is the first person we contact to drop in with our cats when we need to go out of town. We would definitely recommend Danielle to care for your pets!

This place really cared about my little dog and I had a lot of confidence that they would understand her. She is 11, which is relatively old to start doggie daycare. But she seemed to have a great time and I'm delighted to have a place I can drop in when I need coverage for her.

We've been taking our now 4 year old Shih Tzu to We Dog Care for boarding since his former dog boarding closed. The staff is very attentive and ask a lot of questions when dropping him off. They have been great! We will continue to use their services as we have been very happy with them.

I love that they evaluate your pet before they will have the pet in daycare or overnight. This not only is a safety for your dog but for all the dogs. I also love that I get a verbal report on how our dog has interacted and behaved during her stay. I highly recommend this place

We Dog Care knows about dogs; how to train them, how to handle them, and how to communicate with the owners. Our two Cairn terriers are excited to go, happy when we pick them up, and sleep well when they get home. On a recent vacation we were able to watch them on Youtube, and know they were having a great time. The manager of the Willow Glen location is outstanding at customer service, and we appreciate the little details she notices about each of our dogs. Highly recommend.

The staff at We Dog Care are very mindful of my dog’s needs and her care. I always get a full report at the end of the day. It is as though Artemis was the only dog they cared for.

Great place !!! My 14 year old Shepherd mix has gone to We Dog Care for a year. After trying other daycare options in the San Jose/Santa Clara area ....based on my experiences, without a doubt this is the absolute best ! The staff is friendly, very caring, knowledgeable and takes the time to get to know each dog, their behavior and needs. The safety of each dog is a top priority too. The lobby is large and always clean. After drop off, there is peace of mind knowing she's in good hands and well cared for. When picked up, I'm told how things went that day. With senior dog issues, they match her with other dogs that best fit her energy level and personality. The daycare dogs stay in the daycare area the entire time they are there (from drop off to pick up) unless feeding, grooming or different services are requested. Unlike other places that would put the dogs in individual kennels/crates/cages hours before closing and that's where they stayed until picked up. There is someone in with or around the dogs at all times, I've witnessed that not to be the case elsewhere. Also, no restrictions when daycare is available. I'm so glad to have found We Dog Care and feel grateful to everyone there for the loving care shown to my sweet, senior little girl.

We Dog Care is a professional company that always cares for my dog. When I pick her up at end of day, I get a report on her behavior ( once she got a time out because she wouldn’t stop barking when another female dog took away her male playmate). Don’t take away my man, Joline! I am always comfortable leaving her in their care for the day, or boarding.

My grand-dog is in town and I had to find doggy daycare while I work on Sunday morning. Took him in today for an evaluation and it went great. They were so friendly so helpful and the prices are excellent.

Elon Husk has been coming to We Dog for years. It's his favorite place on the planet. His ears perk up and he jumps for joy when we say "We Dog". Management and staff care a lot about the dogs. I hope they will offer walking services someday when we leave them overnight for multiple days. This place is extremely unorganized. I began having discussions with them on 9/5 about boarding my two dogs. I have used a different boarding facility attached to my vet for almost 20 years. Unfortunately, my vet is having staffing issues and couldn't take my dogs for an upcoming trip. I was told on 9/5 by Dogtopia that they needed to check with management on whether or not they'll take my dog who is on seizure medication because they have a list of approved medications they'll administer. On that same day they asked for dogs' vaccine records, which were up to date, except my senior dog needs an influenza booster. I promptly sent the records within minutes of the request. My vet opted not to give my senior one since there is no canine influenza in Northern California. It took me following up with Dogtopia multiple times to find out about if my dog's medication is on the approved list. I did not find out until after business hours on September 13th that the medication is fine. I told them in response to that email that I would get my dog's booster this week. I promptly made an appointment this afternoon for my dog. At the same time, Dogtopia asked me to schedule the meet and greet. I scheduled it for tomorrow morning (I'm leaving town in three days). I just got a call after 7 PM on Thursday that they've decided they can't board my dog because the booster won't be at least two weeks in her system. This all could have been handled nearly two weeks ago, and now I'm stuck with nowhere to put my dog while I go out of town on a business trip that I can't cancel. I can't speak to the actual boarding itself because I have no experience with it. But this lack of organization and disrespect for a potential client's time (I was honest from the get-go that I needed time to find boarding if they couldn't do it), leaves me feeling like this is a poorly run business.

Amazing staff, clean and safe environment, and simple registration process. I love how they put the dogs first and cater to each individual personality. Our dog always loves going there and playing with her friends. The cameras are super helpful when we’re missing her, but are never truly needed as we know the staff will keep her safe, healthy, and well entertained. We’re so grateful for this amazing doggy day care!

My dog is always SO excited to go to Dogtopia! I love that I can always get her in last minute through the use of the app. I also love that she is always greeted with excitement when we arrive. I feel like she is well cared for while there. Also, it’s fun to be able to watch her on the webcam!

We have been so lucky to have found Dogtopia Blackhawk! We were looking for a safe environment where our little pomeranian could have place to play and socialize with other small dogs and new people and here is that place! This spot is a gem! It is very safe, clean, the staff are very nice and clearly love the animals.
