Smart Parke was amazing for my dog, Zara, while attending her boarding stay! The staff are always so kind and attentive, and it was clear they genuinely cared about her. The facility was clean and well-maintained, and I loved knowing she was getting plenty of playtime and attention. We loved seeing all of her daily report cards and being able to check on her at any time with their cameras! When I picked her up, she was happy and relaxed, which says it all! I’m so grateful for the wonderful care she received and will definitely bring her back for future stays. Highly recommend!

We’ve been bringing our dog Bandit to Smart Parke a few times a week since May and we have nothing but wonderful things to say about it! The staff here genuinely care about Bandit and we’re so happy to have found a place where we know we can drop him off and he’ll be safe and looked after. Every time we bring him home from daycare he’s calm & all tuckered out from playing all day, and he gets so excited when we drop him off in the morning. I’ve recommended Smart Parke to several coworkers and have even found out that a few already bring their dogs here to play too! Thank you Smart Parke employees for everything you do- but thank you especially for providing a safe & caring environment for our little guy!

I have been very impressed with Smart Parke. The staff is absolutely incredible, everyone is so friendly and genuinely seems to love dogs. My dog looks forward to going to daycare and it's so nice to see him happy. I love that he has plenty of space to run and play with his friends. I used them for boarding as well and it's been such a relief knowing my dog is safe and well-cared for. I also love the daily report cards with a short video that lets me know he's still having fun and eating his food while I'm away.

So clean and happy in there! I love being able to check on my buddy at all times via video feed. He had such a good time with all the other dogs and I could see the energy all around was a healthy natural pace. The staff have a great handle on things. Plus, he was nice and clean when we picked him up. Seemed to be "smiling!" I'm excited to have a place I can trust with Bolt when we need it.

What an incredible doggy daycare experience at Smart Parke! They love my Zoey and take care of her as if she was their own. The management staff and team members are kind, friendly, and efficient. They truly have a passion and care for dogs. Over the last several months my mini dachshund has become like family! Thank you Smart Parke for taking care of my fur baby Zoey! This was our first boarding with Smart Parke and they created a wonderful environment for our puppy to have a safe and fun stay for 3 days. Our pup came back happy, clean, and a bit more pep in her step! Thank you to the entire staff for an stress-free experience and having a wonderful facility and live web cams to ensure her stay was fun.

They really care for the dogs. My dog is always so excited to go for daycare as soon as I mention it to her that she starts shaking and doing a happy dance and pretty much tries to drag me in the door. I initially worried about taking her because she is reactive to other dogs but when she is there, it isn't a problem. Plus you can watch on the camera feeds from your phone. Boarding is great too.

We love taking our girl, Kona Pie, to Smart Parke! She always comes home smelling clean and super tired from lots of play time. I love that you can access the cameras and stalk what your pup is up to throughout their stay. All of the staff is SO SWEET and you can tell they really care about all the dogs there. We've taken her there a good handful of times and are always so happy with the experience. We're fans for good!

Sherlock and Clover loved their first time at Smart Parke! They played hard and made lots of new friends. They fell asleep and snored for our 2 hour drive home!!

Smart Parke is the absolute best! I took my Doberman in yesterday, thinking I will do private day care, because I just wasn’t sure or comfortable with how my dog would be in camp around so many other dogs. Shortly after drop off, I received a call from the lead Amanda, who said Judah was sad and stressed alone in his room, and asked if she could carefully evaluate him for camp, because she felt he’d do good. I trusted her even tho I was nervous. She called again shortly after telling us Judah was doing great and having so much fun in camp! This is a real game changer for me because now I have a place where I can trust to leave Judah and know he’s well cared for and having a blast with all his doggy friends!! He came home happy and tired and we couldn’t be more pleased! Thank you to the entire Smart Parke team and Amanda for the love and care you provide for the dogs and for running an excellent operation!! Judah is a big proud boy!!

Hailey helped administer fluids to our 15 year old cat Sylvester with kidney disease twice a week for over 10 months. She only stopped coming because she moved, otherwise we would still be using her. She helped teach us how to do it ourselves and made sure we knew how before she moved. She is a Godsend and true Angel for us who helped us take great care of our cat. She is kind, caring, reliable, punctual, and such a sweetheart. She is very knowledgeable and trustworthy and can help with all your pet care needs. She is very communicative and really cares and it shows. She was so great to us and our cat Sylvester. It was such a wonderful experience and we would recommend her for any of your pet care needs. Hailey is truly one of a kind and there is no one better. There aren’t enough words to describe how great she is. Hire her as she is truly the BEST!!!

Having Hailey take care of my almost 18 year old Ragdoll cat for IV treatments 3 times a week, is a Godsend! She took great care of Cozy, with professionalism and TLC. I’ve known Hailey for 2 years. We had a great experience working with Hailey to pet sit our senior cat. Our cat requires administration of medicine twice a day and Hailey was able to handle our cats needs. Hailey is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Hailey was also very responsive and had great communication with us. We will definitely reach out to her for future opportunities.

We have been dropping our hyper pointer 3 year old pup here for day care and planning to board him in the future. We love it and it’s perfect setting for our dog. My dog is usually the one who gets easily overwhelmed around big large group of dogs. And I see that every other dog day care around here is so crowded and chaotic . We are glad we have found BOWWOW!

We boarded our dog here for a week while we were at a beach hotel that didn't allow dogs. I didn't realize from the website that there was no outdoor space for the dogs. During doggie daycare, the small dogs were all in one room up front. No toys, nothing interesting except for the other dogs, and no designated restroom spot, so they would just mop the floor if a dog went in the center of the room. My dog seemed happy when I picked him up (and when I dropped off more food mid week) but two days after we picked him up he developed a terrible cough that persisted for a week.

We take our 50lb, 2 year old mutt here about once a week for day care, and then sporadically for overnight stays when we go out of town, and our girl loves it! UPDATE: Now seeing what this place is compared to "Smart Parke" in Laguna Hills, I am changing my review from 5 stars to 3 due to the lack of amenities and services in comparison.

BEWARE BEWARE If I could I would put 0 stars. This place is not well taken care of. I took my dog there one time and 2 days later she got kennel cough from one of the dogs there and off to the vet we went. That was the only other interaction my dog had with other dogs. I paid for a 10 day pass and i requested a refund I have been calling for my refund. I still have no answer and no refund. This was over a month ago now. Every single time I call it get sent to voicmail. This place has the worst customer service. DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE they might get sick

We have boarded both a dog and a cat many times over the years. The animals love BowWow and so do we. Martina and Chris are the BEST caretakers for our pets. You will love them too.

Always get my pets nails cut here. They never bleed and the nails are always nice and shortly trimmed. The staff is very nice and I always feel like my pets are in good hands.

Our dog loves coming here now. She never got along with other dogs but now she hangs out in the play room with many of them. The owner decided to give it a try one time and now our dog handles it wonderfully. Staff is always friendly and caring. Our girl doesn't come exhausted like she used to after being boarded.

Large shop. Clean facility with friendly staff. The only place I will leave my canine children. It is pretty nice set up for daycare as well and they have different areas to separate animals. A couple rooms are in front with big windows and I am always amused by the dogs watching me and enjoying the activity while many are lounging in beds scattered in the room and others are running around playing. Have you ever wondered what your dog does when you leave him? Wonder no more.

I love this place. It's very clean and spacious. Reasonable rates and they do a great job grooming when I come to pick her up. I love that they text me pictures every day of my dog interacting with others. It gives me great comfort while I travel.

Noriko and Scott have not only made the place much nicer, but also provided our sweet pitbull Marley with wonderful care. At one point, we had to be away a lot, and they sent us pictures every day. When Marley got sick, they even took her into their home until we could get back. Highly recommended.

My family and I are so grateful to have found Sylvia! She just watched our one year old chihuahua for 5 nights and we couldn’t be happier. Our girl, Ivy takes some time to warm up to new people and within a day, Sylvia had her walking on a joint leash with another dog and living her best doggie life. She bonded with Sylvia and her daughter and I feel comfortable leaving her with OC Pet Nurse next time we are out of town. Thank you for your patience, kindness, and amazing pet knowledge, Sylvia!

Sylvia was absolutely amazing with our two-year-old cat, Parker. I was anxious about leaving him while we were on vacation, but Sylvia quickly put my mind at ease. She not only took excellent care of Parker but also went above and beyond by sending regular photos and videos, so we knew he was in great hands. Her genuine concern for Parker’s well-being was evident, and she even offered helpful suggestions to improve his care. Unfortunately, we've recently moved out of the area, so we’re no longer able to use her services, but we highly recommend Sylvia to anyone looking for a reliable and caring cat sitter!

We did extensive research and visited several providers before using the services of OC Pet Nurse. We selected Sylvia to board our Border Collie as we felt that the attention and services provided were the closest to the experience that our dog has at home. It was important to us that our dog had a "family" environment, minimum of two walks per day and human supervision. Sylvia also provides daily photos and videos as well as a brief status of how our dog is doing. We wholeheartedly recommend her.

OC Pet Nurse Sylvia handled our rowdy boxer puppy with care! She will be our new puppy sitter going forward. We had a great meet and greet first and she got to know our family and out puppy's needs. So far we have had pet sitting at Sylvia's home for a very long Disney day. Then we did a 3 day stay for a work conference. It was so much easier to leave her at their safe home environment and we got pics throughout the day to know she was having fun and getting tired. I wish we knew Sylvia when we had our older boxer before he passed, as she would have been very familiar with his complex medication regimen. We will definitely board our puppy here if we need to go out of town. When she gets older, we would hire Sylvia for walks as well. Sylvia had some great training suggestions for us as well. Highly recommended pet sitting and boarding from OC Pet Nurse!!

I am SOO lucky I found Sylvia!! I was taking a week long trip and was nervous to leave my dog at a regular boarding (I've had bad experiences before). But Sylvia's place was AMAZING!!!! Her family is incredibly welcoming and they are all so sweet to their pet guests . I received multiple pictures and videos of my dog every day to let me know how he was doing. Above all else, Sylvia looked out for my pet's health. She made sure that the other dogs were friendly with my dog and if one was ever aggressive, she would make accommodations to avoid any incidents. After the full week, my dog is in perfect health and had so much fun playing with the other doggies and her kids! Sylvia is a hidden gem! The absolute best!

Sylvia is WONDERFUL!!! We are able to travel with peace of mind knowing that Sylvia is providing loving and great care for our two dogs. Finding Sylvia has definitely been a blessing to our family! She is knowledgeable, kind, and reliable; and you can tell that she genuinely loves animals! She is very loving to the dogs and genuinely cares about their best interest. Plus she even watches our tortoise as well :) She sends pictures regularly, spoils them with healthy treats, takes them for walks, and cares for their overall wellbeing. Plus, she's a very nice, warm, and honest person! Sylvia is gifted at what she does, and we are so thankful for her!

When I needed a day and night- always present dog sitter I was lucky enough to have OC pet nurse recommended to me. I found I could count on Sylvia de la Para to treat my dog like she was a new member of their family. The dog was played with, taken on walks, and carefully fed and watched. Sylvia was very careful to try to follow any instructions I gave Her about the dog. She brought years of experience caring for people’s pets and her experience as a Vet Technician to reliably and kindly taking care of my pet.

To sum up Sylvia's service in one word: wonderful!!! I met Sylvia through my community chat group when my puppy was barely 5 months old. I was looking for someone reliable and trustworthy to watch my puppy because a number of dog sitters I had worked with just didn't work out too well. The benefit of having your dog in Sylvia's care: - socialization - exercise and stimulation - and a lot of TLC ** And Sylvia is a trained veterinarian nurse ** My puppy loves Sylvia's two cats (adorable by the way) and her children (adorable that goes without saying). I felt having my puppy spending time in a family with children and pets was very important for her development, and Sylvia's family was perfect. Don't just take my word for it. Check it out for yourself. I trust my puppy in Syliva's care and looks forward to the updates I get. Whether I was away for weeks or just at work, I can relax knowing my puppy in good hands.

OC Pet Nurse is the absolute best! I have too many stories to list of Sylvia helping me out in a bind, giving me training advice, taking my dog to the vet, doing overnights, and offering a wealth of information about all things animals. Sylvia and her family have the biggest hearts, love animals, are so kind. Sylvia has been helping us for almost 2 years now. We’re lucky to know them!

We are so thankful for finding OC Pet Nurse!! We moved to the area recently, and were looking for someone to take care of our fur baby with love when we go out of town. Sylvia and her lovely family welcomed our pug into their home and he LOVED staying with them. (I'm not sure he wanted to come home!) My wife and I have had a couple trips recently that required us to leave the area for up to two weeks. On our first trip we signed up to have the wonderful people at The Pet Sitter take care of our two cats and I can not overstate how happy we have been with them. Kathleen took care of our pets while we were out including handling special feeding requirements, checking and replacing their water, playing with them and sending daily updates with photos to really put us at ease. Kathleen proved that when you have the The Pet Sitter's taking care of your animals and your home it's not just a stop on their list, it's a priority and we will continue to have them help any time we need to leave. Out cats have gotten a little attached!

Kathleen has been taking care of my cats when I travel for a few years now and they absolutely love her! I love that they are being loved and cared for while im gone by someone I can trust and who loves them just as much as I do. She spends time playing with them as well as the feeding and litter necessities and sends a detailed visit summary of how they were and what they did with photos and videos every day. I don't feel like I need to worry about them at all when she is taking care of them.

I am 100% satisfied with Kathleen and The Pet Sitter team! My cats are always content and calm after pet visits. I enjoy receiving detailed reports and photos of my furry family, busily chasing toys and having a good time. Kathleen knows my cats so well, and she will point out anything unusual or let me know if the cats were in a particularly good mood that day. I feel comfortable leaving the cats in the capable hands and care of The Pet Sitter team!

Kathleen is by far our first choice when we need a pet sitter. We have used her service on multiple occasions. During that time, Kathleen has stayed in communication with us on a regular basis, eliminating the stress of leaving the dog, cat, and house behind. We've used Zuri in RMV for boarding and regular grooming. We've been very satisfied and so has our dog. He doesn’t whine when we drive into the parking lot like he does when we go to the vet, and like he did when we took him to a different groomer before we switched to Zuri. He loves the groomer and the groomer takes time to connect with him too. His baths and hair cuts are always beautiful. His boarding experience was great too. Highly recommend!!

Rita has been absolutely wonderful with our dog Cali and a godsend for my husband and I! She's been watching our now 11 week old puppy for 2 weeks and we're so thankful to have found her. Wally and Tillie (my two 13-year-old cats) love Rita. They always come out when she takes care of them, which is saying something because they hide from any other cat sitters or visitors! Rita is a neighbor’s dog walker - so when I needed one, she was ready & willing. She was professional, and patient with my senior dog, and even able to help on a last minute call. We will definitely use her services again. My dogs Love her too ;)

Everything I could ask for in a dog sitter! She answered her phone right away -- I appreciate that, as I hate having to leave messages for people I want to give my money to. We found a time to meet me and my dog, go over our needs while I was away, dates and times for her to visit. She was very agreeable. She kept in contact with me while I was away, sending me texts and pictures of how my dog was doing so she's obviously very trustworthy. I was so glad he had Rita to visit him. We LOVE Dog Republic! Both of our golden retrievers love playing with all of their furry friends. The pack walks are fantastic! It’s an excellent way to socialize your dog. Their dog trainers are the BEST! Hunter’s very knowledgeable and was extremely helpful with our 2 year old named Blaze. Brandon is our favorite staff member! Such great energy! He’s always smiling and so happy to see our dogs. Kelly is the manager. She’s well organized and always does her best to take care of our baby boys. She’s very responsive when you have questions or concerns. Kevin, the owner, we really like that guy! We’re very thankful for everything he does for our family. Highly recommend! 5 stars!

I have an extremely reactive Malinois! I was referred to Dog republic from a neighbor and oh boy did I find exactly what we needed. Kevin was the first expert to make my boy calm down and act like he has manners. I take both my Shepard's in for boarding when I need to and we also use the grooming services. We are so thankful we found these guys!

Kevin and the Dog Republic team have been life savers for us when it comes to our dog Torrey. They trained her when she was a puppy and she loves going for walks with the pack to get out some energy and play with her friends. There is no one else we would trust to take care of our dog! Can’t recommend this team enough.

We used Dog Republic while in town for the holidays visiting family and would highly recommend it to anyone. Our cavapoo couldn't wait to go every time and loved getting photos of their adventures. My Golden Retriever went for the board and train program and the improvements are just amazing! He will be going to board there going forward and get training sessions in every now and then as well to keep up with his progress. Can’t speak highly enough of Kelly, Hunter and the team!

I was very excited to get my 2 pups enrolled with Dog Republic as I would see their vans driving around and they had great reviews. The “temperament test” went great with Kevin; he was personable, friendly, and great with my pups. I started to have my pups go to daycare for a few hours each week to get them acclimated. I am very sad to say I was quite disappointed the few times I had my pups go to daycare at Dog Republic and honestly hated leaving them there. Every staff member besides Kevin and Dani (they both were awesome and very caring, personable people!), couldn’t care less about their job. They acted like opening up the door to let my pups in for daycare was the biggest hassle and would literally drag them inside with the leash. The house was a dirty mess. They specifically promised me photos every daycare session and were the ones to always bring up that the photos would be sent, however I not once got photos and had to ask for photos every single time, or sometimes they would even reply to me stating “they’re playing with their friends.” I’m sorry, but that is a horrible response, I’d hope they’re “playing with their friends.” I’m someone who definitely takes reviews into consideration and wanted to give my honest feedback. I’m sadly VERY disappointed in this place. If the staff can’t even fake a professional front for me at the door, I can’t imagine how they treat the pups back there.

Dog Republic is so great! We use them regularly for pack walks and my dog just loves them. All of the employees are friendly, great with dogs and professional. Since my dog is a puppy, I love that she is getting a good walk, getting a little extra training by being with someone else and other dogs and that it’s fun for her. Dog Republic is a one-stop shop. I have used their day care, overnight boarding and grooming. All are fantastic and they take such great care of your pup. I highly recommend them!

We take our German Sheppard Axel there for pack walking and day camp. They do an excellent job with him and send us an email letting us know how he did for the day. The staff is great with him and are really nice. They have a cage-free environment that is great for the dogs. We have also boarded him there for a week and he loved it. Great place to take your dog!

Dog Republic is amazing! Everyone there has the best energy and you can sense it when you see how excited your dog is to go back the next day! Whether it be a pack walk or boarding your dog will be jumping up and down when they are on their way!! All the pack walkers really care and truly give your dog the best workout! While engaging with other pups and learning how to walk with the pack!

We visited their facility and it reminded us of jail with over 50 dogs in a small yard. No toys or anything else. We then tried them for their famous walks. The pick up was great and we were promised their will walk my dog for at least an hour. My dog has a GPS so I was able to teach her activity fir the afternoon. Basically, she was gone for 2.5 hours and was walked for 35 minutes. That is, for almost 2 hours she was driven in a can while they picked up and dropped many other dogs. I think they can get away with it since no one can actually know what they are doing (unless your dog has a GPS device). Stay away from them! I saw the response of the company and want to clarify. I have a GPS device on my puppy and I have a map with time stamps. The puppy was walked for a total of 21 minutes total. I am happy to give the data to the owners.

My dog loves it here! We found Rebel Run about 2 years ago. They treat my dog (and me) like a part of the family. As soon as we turn into the neighborhood, he perks right up... Once we get out of the car, he runs in and never looks back. It is nice to have finally found a place that gives me a piece of mind when I am out of town because I know my dog is happy and safe.

Wow....I just picked up my dog and she was covered in feces and urine! Of course, I didn't notice until she jumped into my car. But, who cares about the car when your pet has been mistreated. I came home, gave her a bath and she was whimpering the entire time. Literally, feces and dry urine was caked and matted into her fur! My wife called Rebel Run and they offered up a lame excuse, saying that she had an accident and they had hosed her off. If that was the case, why not offer a bath/grooming, or, at least tell me before she jumped in my car. Such horrible treatment of our dog.....never again. Check my Yelp review for pictures.
