Lauren and her family are super friendly hosts with lots of tips for exploring Toronto! The communication with Lauren and Cam was outstanding. When they heard that we enjoyed being outdoors and bird watching, they left us helpful hints for wonderful urban adventures. We are also very grateful that we were allowed to borrow some things, it made our vacation unforgettable. The house is lovingly furnished, tidy, very cozy and has a beautiful large garden. Mr. Bruce is a very sweet cat who can be picked up without any problems. He likes to be outside when it's not too cold. He loves food and you are his best friend if you give him a treat from time to time. Bruce has often made us laugh, for example because he purrs when he eats, that's how much he loves food! He is talkactive and meows when he wants something. As he lets people know what he needs, he is very easy to handle. We are so grateful that we were able to spend such a wonderful time in Toronto. Many thanks to Lauren and Cam for your trust. We will never forget our time in Toronto, we fell in love with Canada and we will definitely go back! We highly recommend anyone interested to get in touch with Lauren.
Connor and Rachel were the best, so accomodating and let my friend stay with me and dropping us off at station. The dogs were the best dogs to look after, so chilled out once sat down, just need to be strong to take them out as they like to pull, which is fab when walking up hill lol. Will miss Keira and Fionn , but honestly what beautiful huskies so friendly and sweet. Thanks guys xxx Susan
We absolutely loved this sit! We only wish it could have been longer (it’s surprising how attached we became to these beautiful pets in only 2 days). Max and Fitzy are the best kind of dogs, affectionate and happy, and they had no problems welcoming us in when we arrived at the house. Jeff the cat is absolutely beautiful and very low maintenance, he certainly enjoys affection but keeps himself to himself when he wants to. All 3 of them were a joy to look after and get to know. The house is lovely and very well located. There is a lovely reserve with a dog park just a minute from the house which is perfect for taking the dogs out. Right next to this there is also a bus stop which takes you to Yarraville station (5 mins on the bus) which has a direct train into the CBD. Communicating with Ginger to arrange the sit was very easy and straightforward. She gave us a list of clear instructions and she was readily available to answer any additional questions during the sit. Thank you Ginger and family for a wonderful weekend!
Gina, Bob, and “the girls” made the perfect pet sit for my husband and I. Starting with Bob and Gina - in short, they are two of the most incredible people we have ever met and we've made friends for life. They are extremely generous, thoughtful, caring and overall just two fun people to be around! As for the pets – all three girls are sweet, cuddly, and extremely entertaining. Buttercup and Gidget (the dogs) love going on their morning walks as well as running around the vineyard. You'll typically find Luna (the cat) either lounging in a flower box or hunting for shrews. Needless to say, the farm has everything a dog or cat could ever want! The "farm" is the quintessential location to simply sit back and relax or to explore the hidden gems of Le Marche. You are walkable to town (Ripatransone) and only a short drive to other nearby hill towns and the sea. If you just want to relax, the farm offers some of the most breathtaking views and sunsets Italy has to offer! I 100% recommend applying to this sit and we hope to look after Buttercup, Gidget, and Luna again soon... we miss them so much already!
