Wayne at The New Forest Dog Hotel was absolutely fantastic in looking after my dog, Casper, for a week while I was away. I loved receiving the daily updates with videos and images —it was so reassuring to see how happy and well-cared-for he was. Thank you again, Wayne.

What a fantastic place to leave your dogs. Wayne is so good with the dogs. We left ours with him for 3 nites to go to our daughter's wedding. Within half hour he was sending us mini videos. We got updates twice a day. Would highly recommend him. Thanks Wayne - you are a star.

I was looking for somewhere that would be home from home for my German shepherd , and I certainly found it here. Wayne sent me photos and daily updates, and Tillie looked so happy and relaxed I was even concerned that she wouldn't want to come home! She came home looking well, happy and healthy, ( and nicely groomed 😃) Tillie loved staying with Wayne and the other dogs at the New Forest Dog Hotel, and will certainly be checking in again soon. Thanks Wayne , you made me and my girl so happy.

A great relief to find a friendly and professional hotel for our beloved pooch Big Max. Wayne and Scott are lovely hosts with a fantastic set up. Max stayed 1 night as a trial before longer stays later in the year and we have no problem recommending The New Forest Dog Hotel.

Superb place. Great facilities too. For my dog max, it's his home from home. Wayne and scott are caring, dedicated and very knowledgable about Max's needs. Max has such a good time there, that when I collect him and drive off he audibly pines till I'm halfway home!

Our two Newfoundlands found the whole experience of staying at The New Forest Dog Hotel very relaxing , from the cooling paddling pool to the relaxing sun lounger and exercise area , they cant wait to go back! We could not fault the level of service provided .

Our cockapoo Charlie has stayed with Jamie 3 times now and he has such a good time. She looks after the dogs as if they are her own and is very knowledgable. Jamie has extensive grounds for the dogs to enjoy and Charlie is always looking fit, healthy and loved when he returns.

Our goldendoodle Honey loves going to stay with Jamie for her holidays and cant wait to get out of the car when we arrive . Jamie is so professional and kind to the dogs. There is so much space for Honey to run around and she gets very long walks. We would never consider leaving her anywhere else. Thank you Jamie for being there for Honey.

Barkers Home Boarding has provided an absolutely outstanding service for our spaniel Lottie over the past three years. Lottie loves being with Jamie and always enjoys her holidays there, she seems reluctant to leave again. Jamie is outstanding and totally reliable and is a real testament to her business. If I was a dog, I would check myself in !

A truly wonderful place to board your dog in such a beautiful private setting and safe, secure surroundings. Our dogs absolutely love it, they howl with excitement as we turn into the lane leading to Barkers, they leap out of the car and don’t look back! They completely adore Jamie and her wonderful walks, she is totally professional, so kind and capable and we feel a huge relief knowing that they’re in her competent hands whilst we’re away. We’ve found nowhere else comparable and would recommend Barkers without hesitation.

Archie's been going to Barkers twice a week for day care and regular sleep over's for 5 years now and he loves it! There's not even a backward glance when we drop him off. He's grown into a sociable obedient good boy and that's largely thanks to Jamie who is amazing. We can't thank Jamie enough for giving us piece of mind and our boy such fantastic and fun adventures, and tiring him out too! We'd thoroughly recommend Jamie and Barkers - she'll look after your good boy or girl like they're her own.

Barkers is the best dog care we have ever used. Jamie has provided a place for our Springer Spaniel on numerous occasions and each visit has been extremely positive. Our springer literally bounces out of the car when we arrive and quickly settles in. The care provided is exceptional and we would highly recommend Barkers for either day or boarding. It is home away from home for dogs.

Can't recommend Barkers enough! Our cockapoo, Arlo, loves Jamie and is so excited to see her and arrive at her house. She is so lovely and fantastic with dogs and we feel very happy knowing he is being looked after so well whilst we’re away. Thanks Jamie!

Jamie provides a loving, fun & safe environment for our dog Wilbur. He loves staying with her and runs in to her without a backwards glance. It's such a relief to know that's he's living his best life while we're away.

I can’t praise Jamie highly enough. She is so reliable and has helped us out so many times. Bret and Tasha absolutely love staying with her, I think they may prefer her actually! She always keeps in contact and we love the photos she sends when we are away and she is looking after the pups for us. Thank you again Jamie!

Ipetsit have been amazing. From the moment we met Karen we knew that she was the right person to look after our boy and they haven't once let us down. Baxter our 14 month old Labrador has been going now four days a week, for three months and the transformation in him has been truly brilliant and heartwarming. He was so shy when I first took him and it was hard to leave him, but Karen is so reassuring and professional. I could tell she knew what she was doing 100% and that made everything so much easier for me and within a matter of days maybe a week he was truly loving it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend ipetsit. The peace of mind I have when Baxter is with them is worth every penny.

We have been using i pet sit for our mini schnauzer Murphy since he was a puppy when we first moved to Salisbury 18 months ago and have never looked back since! Murphy absolutely loves spending time with the i pet sit pack and I think he would probably spend all of his time there if he could! He has built a lovely bond with Karen and it has become a home from home for him, which is so important to us, especially as he has quite bad separation anxiety. When I drop him off for the day he can't get through the door quick enough to meet the other dogs and I can always tell he's had a good day from the lovely updates and pictures I receive, as well as having a very happy dog when I collect him! I pet sit have always been really accommodating and have helped me out many a times at the last minute when I've needed doggy day care, especially when I went into hospital to have my son and had to stay in for a few days. I also work long shifts with early starts but never too early or a problem for I pet sit to collect Murphy at a convenient place for me, as well as offering longer hours so that I can pick him after work, which is a great help and I know Murphy is more than happy with this! I can't recommend I pet sit highly enough to anyone looking for a pet sitting service in the area, as you won't find a more friendly, caring and professional service. Murphy is a part of our family and there's nowhere else I would trust more to leave our dog in the care of. Thank you I pet sit, Murphy can't wait to come for his next play date! :)

I Pet Sit have literally transformed our experience of owning a dog. Not only is it our dog's favourite place in the world – and she comes back happy and tired – but we feel incredibly reassured when leaving her there, she's cared for incredibly well, they really take the time to get to know each dog and their personality, and they take safety extremely seriously. We couldn't recommend I Pet Sit any more highly.

We're so happy with this cattery, Nikki clearly loves cats very much and our cat looked very happy in her well thought-out holiday home! There was lots of space for her and it was really secure. She will be a regular visitor!

We were on holiday in the Bournemouth area recently and wanted to leave our dog Maya in a 'good' kennels. We were so lucky to find Doggie Lodgers, which is nothing like a conventional kennels. Annette, the owner, is fantastic with the dogs she looks after. Long walks in the New Forest (with frequent videos sent to my phone). Free run of the downstairs of her home and we knew Maya was enjoying and safe. I would recommend Annette to anyone to look after your fur baby 👶

We were on holiday for a week and didn’t want to leave our dog Ollie behind but also wanted to have a few days out without Ollie. A few months before our holiday I made contact with Annette and we had an initial chat over the phone. She was friendly, professional and explained how doggy day care worked and wanted to understand Ollie’s needs and how he would cope with the other dogs etc. We agreed on 3 dates that Ollie would attend day care which helped with planning our days out. Annette was absolutely brilliant with Ollie and sent us some photos of Ollie having fun with the other dogs and when we picked him up she gave us an update on how Ollie had been during the day. She also gave us some ideas on days out and was flexible with pick up times. Thank you Annette knowing that Ollie was safe, happy, having fun with his friends and been looked after made our holiday 😊

Annette is the best, she gives owners absolute confidence that whilst in her care our fur babies are well looked after, fully engaged and in a learning environment. They both love going to stay and each time come back better able to mix with other dogs and apply their training. I fully recommend and endorse Annette and Doggie Lodgers. Annette is the most amazing person if you are looking for a doggy lodger/doggy sitter! I had never used one of these services before but Annette was able to reassure and advise me, I am so glad that I did! Annette offers a very friendly service, firstly with a meet and greet, which enabled our doggy Luna (German shepherd pup) to become familiar with Annette before staying for the first time. Annette also provided regular 'pup-dates' as we liked to call them, while Luna was staying with her, which included photos and videos of Luna while she was being looked after - which was super reassuring and made me smile while I was at work :) Annette kindly walked, fed, played with and looked after our baby, while also doing some training with her! Luna had a great time whenever she went to stay with Annette and thoroughly enjoyed her walks with Annette's girls. I honestly could not recommend Annette enough and will be in contact for future doggy sitting requests - you will feel at ease knowing your fur baby is safe and sound while having an absolute blast :)

It’s been an absolute pleasure to meet Annette, she has truly made a difference in my dog Charlie. She’s very easy to work with, friendly and approachable. All it took was half an hour of her time and he was a totally different dog and behaves far better now on the lead and I feel more confident and in control. Next step is too tackle recall and off lead training and I will definitely be seeing Annette again.

Annette is excellent ! My dog loves spending time with her and the other day care doggies. She comes home exhausted ! Always has a lovely wag and excited to see you welcome as soon as she sees Annette , that says it all to me. And you get videos of the lovely walks and dogs playing. Wouldnt send my little girl anywhere else.

We cannot express our gratitude to Doggie Lodgers highly enough. Our Labradoodle Ted has stayed four times now, twice on daily visits and twice "on holiday ". We are so pleased to have a place for our boy in the knowledge he is having fun and being loved by...... Highly recommended. 🐕❤️

Annette really cares for her doggie guests. Our Retriever girl Charlie loves being there when we’re away, either for a day or for our holidays away. The daily photo and video updates keep us in touch. I’d thoroughly recommend Doggie Lodgers.

We could not leave our cockapoo Roger with anyone else! Annette offers our spoilt pooch a 'home from home experience'. Roger positively loves his stays with Annette, and we always love receiving the regular videos and photos of him enjoying his long walks and playing with his doggy friends! I cannot recommend Annette highly enough. From our first meet and greet she put my mind at rest that Bailey would be well looked after and treated as one of her family. I received regular videos and photos. She has a wealth of knowledge and has a genuine affection for each and every dog in her care and, I will definitely be using her services again. I throughly recommend Ringwood Dogs run by Isabelle Pape. My springer is a very busy dog who needs mental stimulation and challenges. He gets just that every single week, both of us have a fab time and he’s just passed his IMDT Grade 2. We started on the 6 week puppy course and we’ve progressed to the “grownup” classes. What is really great is that the group continues training all year round, unlike some other classes that cease during the winter. Isabelle is a terrific instructor and very knowledgeable. Her help and advice is not confined to the training ground, she is able to advise on all aspects of owning a dog. Don’t go anywhere else!

I honestly & truly do not know where to start. I have had 5 dog trainers in the past and none of them are like Isabelle. From the second I met her, I knew she was the real deal. She has 18 years experience and boy does that show. I’ve learnt more in the few sessions with Isabelle, than I have with all the other trainers put together! She uses positive reinforcement rather than punishment which was a huge deal to me. Because of her help, my dog is improving day by day and I couldn’t have done it without her extensive knowledge and training skills. She’s is worth every single penny and she is an absolute joy to be around. 10/10 and more! Thanks Isabelle, would be lost without your help. Look forward to more training 😊

I wish we had found Isabelle first for puppy training. We did an 8 week puppy course (NOT with Isabelle)and at the end was very disappointed as some of the most important commands had not been addressed. Isabelle was recommended to us for a 1-2-1 which we booked and we learnt so much from her in a couple of hours. Molly our puppy black Labrador was a different dog with Isabelle. Isabelle is a great trainer, well organised, calm and gets results. We were left with training sheets that we do on a daily basis. We will be having another 1-2-1 and then plan to join a class so Molly can mix with other dogs. If you’re thinking of puppy or dog training then look no further, Isabelle is the lady to help you. I can’t recommend Ringwood Dogs highly enough. We started with puppy training with our first dog Patch 3 years ago and we have been going weekly ever since. We now have 2 dogs and have gone through puppy classes, obedience and used the 121 service. Both dog and owner are so well looked after and the classes and 121 service builds your confidence and works to your dogs strengths.

Isabelle at Ringwood Dogs is just amazing! She was recommended to us when we first got Hattie our miniature cockapoo puppy and a couple of sessions with Isabelle and Hattie (and my husband and I!!!) soon had the basics in hand!!!! She was so good that when I knew I had to start going back to the office I contacted Isabelle and Hattie now goes to doggy day care with Isabelle twice a week. She also boards with Isabelle when we go away. I can not recommend Isabelle enough, her training is based on positive reinforcement, her understanding of dog behaviour is just phenomenal and she has created a lovely homely environment for the dogs to learn, play and thrive....thank you Isabelle!

I have done the Puppy Manners course and attend the regular training club on a Saturday and highly recommend Ringwood Dogs. Isabelle is a brilliant dog trainer - patient, attentive, informative, always positive and all classes are lots of fun. I have learnt so much and have never enjoyed training classes as much as these and look forward to training classes every week. My once nervous puppy is now so much more confident and loves learning new skills and training is progressing very well. Thank you so much Isabelle!

Absolutely brilliant! We were lucky enough to find Isabelle and Ringwood Dogs almost 3 years ago. This was shortly after the lockdown periods of the pandemic, so we had to wait for a few months to join a class. However, the wait was more than worth it! We started with the Teenage Loonies course and the progressed to the training club follow-on classes. My furry friend loves the classes, 'singing' in the car for the entire 20 minute trip there, frantically excited to see all of his friends, 4 legged and 2 legged. I love the classes too, but can control my excitement slightly more than my little friend can....! Training is such fun, for both the dogs and all the owners. It's a great group and Saturdays wouldn't be the same without Ringwood Dogs. Isabelle is so very knowledgeable and makes training so much fun. We all learn, without even realising it. She is helpful, approachable and experienced. Every time we go, we learn something new and the relationship with my little furry friend grows even more. Training is made to be fun, the dogs are all eager to learn. Isabelle has also helped us at home on a one-to-one basis, with a specific problem. She helped us get through the problem, and our little furry friend didn't even realise it was a learning session. He just couldn't believe his luck, to have another session with one of his favourite people. We are just so delighted that we found Ringwood Dogs. I would never hesitate in recommending Isabelle! If you're lucky enough to be able to try one of her courses, do it! Isabelle Papé trains people (and their dogs) by showing kindness, rewarding, giving confidence. It's just wonderful.

My daughter and I have been taking Acorn to puppy classes with Isabelle and they are absolutely fantastic. We are learning so much every week and we can’t wait to go to the next class each weekend. Isabelle is extremely knowledgeable, and is a kind and patient trainer, who demonstrates how to do everything we learn, in an encouraging and effective way, she is also very funny and makes the classes fun as well as informative. We would highly recommend these classes, there are homework and revision sheets which are really helpful too, we are enjoying the classes just as much as Acorn does, which is brilliant! Thankyou Isabelle, Acorn is learning so much!

We attended the teenage loonies course with Bertie our 10month old miniature poodle. Isabelle was friendly, informative and very helpful. I took my two girls (8+9) with me and Isabelle welcomed them and helped us all learn how to control our loony 😀. She offered us handouts to practice each week which my girls loved and answered any random questions I asked 100% would recommend Ringwood dogs. Thank you Isabelle

I have taken my puppy to 5 training classes so far and she is like a changed puppy. Isabelle is friendly, approachable and just amazing at her job! very information and explains everything really well. Our dog got treated like a king ! Janet is so kind and caring. Our dog was in the best hands and loved how she sent photos with updates and kept a diary. Would not go anywhere else now we have found her. Recommend 100% to anyone .

Janet looked after our Labrador for 5 nights while we went in a cruise. She was wonderful, was very thorough in gaining information about our dog to make her stay as comfortable as possible. She included her in her daily life, lots of walks and out for coffee and lunch. This is clearly more than a business for Janet. We were very lucky to find her and wouldn’t hesitate to leave our dog with her again.

We left our two Old English Sheepdogs with Janet for the day and she was absolutely fantastic. We had never used her before and found her online a little while before holidaying in the area. She was very friendly and professional from the start and put our minds at ease about leaving them in her care. During our dogs stay she kept us updated with their day and activities via message and on the collection of our dogs we were provided with with a diary of their stay along with photos. I really can't recommend Janet enough. If we are ever holidaying in the area again I would not hesitate to use her again.

The care our dog gets here is fantastic. He is always happy to go in, as he is made so welcome. The diversity of walks and activities he gets truly stimulates the dog I would give more stars if I could! I read a previous review from someone who said the garden was full of dog mess???? In all the years we have used JB dog care I have never seen any. Don't let this one unjustified comment put you off, for your dog's sake.

Was really discusting, the amount of dog muck out back was terrible. Constantly trying not to stand in it and then stepping in it anyway, really discusting. Would not leave my baby here if last place on earth

Our two chihuahuas have just come back from a trial night of 'doggy boarding'. Katie was so kind and caring, you could tell she really loves dogs. They are definitely treated as part of the family. My two soon settled in and looked happy and relaxed this morning when I came to collect them. I'd highly recommend Katie. She really knows her stuff regarding doggy fur babies and I'm so happy I can have worry free holidays in future.

Katie is brilliant with our dog. Our dog goes to NFDS on a regular basis for daycare and absolutely loves socialising with her pawfriends, having two walks a day and lots of attention. I’m so glad I found Katie to look after our dog - she is so trustworthy and put my mind at rest with leaving our dog for the first time. I would recommend NFDS for looking after your small four legged members of the family!

We left our two pups with Katie for two weeks and they had a great time! Katie took them on lots of interesting walks and sent photo updates to us so that we were assured that all was well. The dogs were happy and healthy on our return and we could tell that they had been very well looked after - not surprising as Katie is so warm and friendly. I would have no hesitation in recommending Katie and will defiitely be using her services again!

Katie looked after our puppy during the day twice whilst we were camping in the New Forest - this enabled us to go on days out where dogs are not welcome - such as a trip to Paulton’s Theme Park. She was very friendly and accommodating and our dog enjoyed lovely days with her. We would definitely use Katie again as our dog-sitter.

Katie and her family are simply wonderful. Our dog Morty is loved and cared for as if he was their own. He loves staying there for day care or overnights. We feel totally relaxed when he is their care. Absolutely recommended!

We left our dog Mia with Katie for the day whilst we were on holiday from Norfolk. Katie was amazing from start to finish spped of reply and helpfulness 2nd to none. On the day at drop off Katie made Mia so welcome and I felt 100% comfortable leaving her Mia was eating treats and getting lots of fuss she did not even look when I left. During the day Katie sent us pictures to update us and Mia had a 2 hr walk and was happily laying on the couch when I arrived to collect her. I would not hesitate to recommend Katie to any one she is totally amazing

Katie was absolutely fantastic! Our little sausage dog and Cavapoo clearly had a wonderful time, as when we picked them up the next day, they were very happy and relaxed. Katie was so lovely and kept us up to date with pictures.
