From start to finish, Ross exceeded not only our expectations, but our pup's expectations as well. His communication before and during the sit was superb; he provided us with detailed daily updates and made sure to constantly send us beautiful pictures of our boy. He was respectful of the space - you would have never known he was there! He managed to tire out our energetic two year old with long walks and multiple trips to the park! If Olie had to choose between staying with us or going home with Ross, I am sure he would choose his favourite new friend! We so appreciate him spoiling and loving our boy as much as we do! 10/10 recommend Ross as a pet sitter. You won't regret it.

Suhein, upon first meeting, immediately got on the floor -my 3 dogs all gravitated to her-basically enveloped her. That was a great start-they all liked her. I left explanations about their overall care and she was not reticent about any of it. While I was away, Suhein communicated with me about my little doggies and sent photographs that demonstrated her connection with them. You animals lovers can only imagine how good this felt. Upon returning, the house was in perfect order AND she bathed all 3 of my dogs. She was a perfect PET MOMMA!!! I am so happy to have her in our lives. She is intelligent, knowledgable and simply a beautiful soul.
