We really enjoyed our time in Wye with Finn. Finn is an absolute sweetheart. Not only is he a very loveable dog, he’s also very well behaved when you’re out and about with him. The house is in an idyllic countryside setting with plenty of walks out the front door. Although it’s countryside you’re not more than 10-15mins from amenities. Joanna and Az were very welcoming and communicative the entire trip. We enjoyed getting to know them. We hope we’ll be back in the future to sit Finn again!
Phenomenal! An excellent sit, no issues at all! Keith has this down to an art. Great communication, detailed printed information about the house and Raja, a great walk-through of the house and great hospitality. Raja is a fantastic cat. Very friendly and playful but never demanding. Had an excellent time with Raja, staying at Keith's house and being in Salt Lake City (only minutes from the downtown attractions as well as within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and more).
Patrice and Peter were super supportive and walked us through the entire house to get us well settled! Bentley and Fang were adorable and behaved really well the whole week. Bentley is a sweet cuddly dog that loves to keep you company! I’d 100% recommend!!
Hi Sophie, it took me ages to send you my feedback, hope you and bunnies are doing well! I enjoed staying with Riko and Randell very much (sorry if I misspelled their names - I am relying on my good memory!). They were very well behaved and getting used to me quickly - I want to believe so at least, two little sweathearts. Both were a bit cautious in the beginning but still curious to hang out around me; it was fun to wake up in the morning and find them under my bed :) I enjoyed staying at your house which is full of light, cozy and clean. Bristol was wonderful, too. It was very sweet of you to leave me the welcome note, you are thoughtful hosts. Sending virtual hugs to all four of you !
Carla was keen to ensure that I had all the information needed for a comfortable sit - providing short videos and messages prior to the sit (and some edible treats!) Carla was also really welcoming of my daughter, Nicole, who joined me for part of the sit. Pip was an energetic and devoted companion with impeccable manners around food and people. Leo, Nea and Narla are special cats and lovely company in their individual ways and we enjoyed watching how all 4 rubbed along together. There are many beautiful woods nearby to explore - and Carla explained that Pip needs to be kept on the lead. I found that he enjoyed jogging with me (on the lead) at times - which helped to expend his energy! He was also excellent at chilling out:) The house is clean and tidy - with a cleaner every few days.
Our housesit with Poppy was the best! She is delightful; she adapted easily to us, was good with other dogs and off-leash, and not too insistent about a routine. We loved her cuddles and companionship, affording a comforting sense of home away from home. As well, Lefky and Dave were wonderful hosts. During our day's overlap they showed us the community, fed us, and generally helped us feel us home -- including troubleshooting with a SIM card issue. (As a traveller this is the most one can hope for: forging relationships in other parts of the world.) We miss Poppy already ❤️
