Halston and Josh are amazing! From the first time I talked to them on the phone to when they headed out after we got home from our trip, we could not have asked for two better people to take care of our dogs and house. They were reliable and easy to communicate with before, during, and after our trip. We came home to a clean house and most importantly, very happy dogs. Aside from a satellite phone for emergencies, we were completely out of touch for 21 days while were rafting the Colorado through the Grand Canyon. In preparing for our trip, I had a lot of anxiety about what to do with our dogs while we were gone. A friend told me about TSH and I am so grateful. Immediately upon talking to and then later meeting Halston and Josh, I knew the dogs would be in good hands and I wouldn't have to worry about them while we were gone. I felt confident that even if something happened (as things sometimes do with busy dogs and country property) they would be able to handle it. We overlapped with them on each end of our trip and they were lovely to hang out with. They have an open invitation to come back anytime.
Nicole was fantastic and I would be happy to have her back (so would the cats)! Our communication was seamless and easy going. Nicole was gracious enough to be flexible with my crazy travel dates where I needed to return to the apartment part way through the trip and crash on the couch. From the photos she sent, the cats adored her - I'm surprised she could get any work done with them constantly piled in her lap. I was away for 3 weeks and not once did I worry about my babies. We hope to see her again soon!
