Michelle took care of our two dogs, Sammy and Layla for two nights. They’re pretty chaotic dogs but she managed them very well. She was very responsive when we texted her to check in on them, and everything was in order when we returned. She did an outstanding job!

Michelle is so awesome! She recently watched our little Boston terrier, Lola while my husband and I were away on a work trip. We loved the cute little updates she provided, and Lola was always well rested after the long walks she got under Michelle’s care. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter or walker! She is incredibly responsive, sweet, and attentive— will definitely book again.

Michelle did a wonderful job taking care of our dog Max, while we were out of town. She made sure that he had plenty of attention and activities to do. We received lots pictures updating us on his daily routine— they were so cute, and max really warmed up to her! Will definitely rebook in the future when we need a sitter!

We were very pleased with our experience boarding our 2 dogs at Fluffy's. From my initial call to get information, to drop off, Reanna at the front desk was so nice and helpful! We were on a 5 day trip and I only received 1 report card, I would have like to receive atleast 1 more. But that's OK. I was a nervous dog mom and called everyday and the overnight lady was also so wonderful in giving me detailed info on what my doggies were up to for the day. Don't let the location or small building deter you. My doggies were safe with staff that made me feel like they cared.

Great dog boarding service. There are discounts for the first service. It’s a small facility, so your pup will get individual care by the staff. Clean facility and responsive staff with any questions or concerns you have. You also get report cards during your pups stay. Would recommend anything you need to board your dog.

Fluffys is a small business, with an older facility. I think they did an ok job with our dogs and the dogs seemed happy. We did enjoy getting the report card with pictures, and at intake they were very adamant about receiving all shot documentation which was a positive, And they are very reasonably priced. With that said, I was given a tour of the facility which is older and small. The indoor play area is smaller than our living room, and the outdoor is not much bigger. There is no room for active dogs to run. Along with several things I noted about the facility one of the main things was lighting it was dimly lit and that added to the bad feeling. All of that could have been looked past if it wasn't for the smell. I realize facilitys have to clean. But the chemical smell was awful and I couldn't tell if it was urine or chemical. Our dogs came home covered in the smell head to toe. If we had another choice we would not have left our dogs here, and they will not be returning. The staff is friendly and I think at one time this might have been a nice place, but the lack of upkeep and current cleaning practices have really downgraded this location. I think in a pinch this is a safe place for your pet, but not a great place for your pet. Also. I have read the list of services they offer and even if I had been interested I would have changed my mind on arrival. There is no obvious tech there for grooming or any other care. I think this is a family owned business and they are doing there best but..this business is in serious need of remodel and revamping.

Love Fluffy’s pet resort! Employees are super nice and my dog loves it there. He’s stayed overnight twice already and goes to daycare several times a month.

We were extremely hesitant to book our 2 frenchies here for 6 days, but the price can’t be beat. The place smells absolutely horrid, and even though I uploaded shot records to their reservations online they still asked for them in person which is tedious and extra when already done online. Nonetheless still left them, as I had a friend with a positive experience. We only received an update on them on day 3, never before that or after that. The morning of pick up I received a call asking if I still wanted them bathed, while we were on the airplane about to take off back home.. What if I hadn’t answered? This would had been an amazing time to disclose that our 2 year old pup had been BIT TWICE WHILE UNDER THEIR CARE! Yes you read that right! When we arrived for pick up, I had to request their expensive leashes be give back as they tried to keep them.. We also saw they had both of our dogs in the same little box area, when we requested they NOT be put together as our girl is only 6 months old and not yet fixed we separate them. When we got to the car, and my son noticed our boy had a bit mark and blood all over his back legs! Instead of going back in to confront them, we drove off as quick as possible to get away from that place. He has been sick from the trauma and stress ever since we got home! Upon his being extremely sick, it has become extremely apart he was given different food from his own and way overfed! DO NOT BOOK HERE! This is your warning. Maybe a great place for large dogs, not your family lap dogs!

They are so kind and sweet. They treat my baby like he’s their own dog. Once he lost his favorite bone while boarding there and they sent us not one but two replacements. Prices are great and Cooper always enjoys his stay.

Picked up my dog about an hour ago and he smells like pee and was whining because he had to pee so bad. We got one report card the whole 7 days he stayed there. I had to call to get an update on my dog. Not happy with the service. I also portioned out enough food to have a cup of food left over with instructions on how many cups to give him. He was returned with over half of bag.

This place has no lights in the suites for pets n low lighting inside besides the front desk area. I will not have my pets go there period I don't care how cheap they may be. You pay for what u get it wasn't a lot of staff only 2 people there, one front desk n other cleaning up. Not for me n my pets.

Shelby is an EXCELLENT dog sitter, she really does love the animal she is trusted with and she took exceptional care of our Dalmatian. He ended up loving Shelby more than us 😂. We are apprehensive about leaving our dog in the care of most people whether it's the vet or PetSmart-- but in all, she completed made us feel more than relieved in a few hours whilst we were on our week long trip back home to Florida. Listen y'all, if you have an opportunity to book; do it. Her rates are more than reasonable, she's understanding, flexible, communicative, extremely nice, gentle, and caring. She does send you updates daily and goes out of her way to make sure your dog is taken care of. She's flexible and willing to do whatever it takes **within reason** to keep you and your pet happy. Since we're moving back to FL, we have openly told her that we'd love to bring her over because of how good of a job she's done. Also, she's a top notch photographer! Thanks again!

Shelby watched my 8 year old Pomeranian Kai for 5 days. I received daily updates (sometimes multiple a day) with pictures and videos of Kai going on all types of excursions. Kai was returned back to me safely and even had a cute bandana for the Thanksgiving holidays. Thank you Shelby for taking great care of my baby.

Shelbs was great with my energetic labradoodle, Bo. She picked him up and dropped him off, and went above and beyond by giving him multiple baths after he got into a muddy puddle (multiple times lol). Throughout his stay, Shelbs kept me updated with plenty of pictures and messages, which gave me such peace of mind. Their communication was excellent, and I always felt informed on how Bo was doing. I would absolutely recommend Shelbs to any pet owner looking for top-notch care. Bo had a great time! Thank you Shelbs!!!

We had an amazing experience with Shelby! She took wonderful care of our dog, giving them lots of attention, playtime, and all the love they needed while we were away. She was punctual, communicative, and made sure to send us regular updates and pictures, which really put our minds at ease. We came home to a happy and relaxed pup and could tell he had a great time. We’ll definitely be booking with her again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a responsible, caring dog sitter! Especially moving from Houston to Dallas and needed someone quick and now sticking with her for next time we need a sitter!

We used Shelby for Thanksgiving. The location was convenient and drop off and pick up was a breeze. We got lots of updates: pics, & videos ..we could see our Lucy was having a great time and was well taken care of! We will definitely book with Shelbs again!!!

Shelby was super friendly and very kind. She followed the routine that we established at our home and made sure to send updates everyday if not multiple times per day! Charlie definitely came back a better behaved pup than when we dropped him off, and I couldn’t ask for a better person to pet sit!

Took great care grooming my blind dog! He had only recently gone blind and she took her time to make sure the dog was comfortable. He was so happy and smelled amazing when we picked him up!

I am beyond happy with my service here. Debra is so sweet and kind. I love her! My dog has bad anxiety and she made sure to give my dog some extra loving so she’ll be comfortable. When I dropped my dog off she was so anxious, when I picked her up, she was walking all over the place like she owned it. Also, Debra sends you pictures of your dog throughout the day. She’s very reasonable and understandable!

we just boarded our three dogs last minute for a two-day boarding stay and i’m so glad we did! i always feel so guilty leaving my dogs at kennel boarding facilities where they get little-to-no attention and are cooped up the entire time. i was immediately interested when i stumbled on rub my belly, and the rave reviews is what caught my attention. as soon as we parked to come in we saw a gang of little dogs in the back yard all running and playing together (and barking excitedly at our trio when they noticed them) and when we went through the front door we knew this was the place for our pups. it smelled like cleaning chemicals and maybe laundry - it had a strong scent of a place that was being constantly cleaned. it did not have a “dog” smell or a urine smell like another reviewer mentioned. there is some older furniture that the dogs have free reign of, and lots of things both inside and outside for them to jump and climb on. the facility is like a small house turned doggy playhouse. i love that the dogs have freedom to run around and roam and just be dogs! it seemed like the most fun little canine vacation. miss deborah took an immediate interest in our dogs and made sure she knew their names and asked a lot of questions about them! it was obvious she is passionate about what she does, and she was really warm and kind. she sent us a few pictures too which made my day while we were traveling! i would definitely recommend rub my belly to anyone looking for a unique, kennel-free place where you want your dog to play with other dogs and have direct interest and attention from someone who cares. i definitely plan to return my dogs to rub my belly in the future! thank you for taking such good care of our babies!

The owner is very nice person and I believe she loves dogs. So I scheduled to board my dog with her. When I went to drop off my pet I knew I had made a mistake because as soon as I walked in the place smelled strongly of urine and appeared generally unclean. I did not want to leave my dog but it was to late to make other arrangements. This was a lesson for me. I will never make arrangements for my pet with a place I have not personally visited prior. This was my mistake. Thank goodness my pet was fine . My lesson has been learned and I will never make this mistake again.

If I can give this place a 10 star rating, I WOULD! I just got my pup, (13 weeks) my work sent me out of town last minute and they forgot I have a fur baby... they didn’t check if the hotel they booked me was pet friendly. It wasn’t, Deborah answered so kindly, gave me all the info I needed, we agreed on a time that I would be dropping my pup off the next morning, well, I had to leave earlier than anticipated. I called Debora at 6am, she answered and was ok with me dropping off my pup at 6:30am!!!!❤️❤️ Such a life saver!! She sent me pictures of my pup on a daily basis and when I went to go pick up my pup... my pup was all over her but obviously jumped off of her as soon as my pup heard me!! I highly recommend this place!!

I dont like leaving my dog alone all day, but was worried about others taking care of him, but they treat him like their own!!! They are all so sweet and amazing and truly care about all the dogs there! I trust them with my boy Bowser completely and I can tell he has an absolute blast every time we bring him. They have all sorts of cute activities, themed photoshoots, and regular services(nail clipping, bath, ect.). And they give the cutest lil "report cards" when you sign them up for stuff(i almost always do). I 100% recommend them and wouldnt trust anyone else with my boy.

We spent a week in Arlington and needed a place for our dog to play so he wouldn’t be stuck in a strange hotel room. We chose Wag Time Pets after researching daycares and are so pleased we did! They took the time needed for our dog to get comfortable with staff and then introduced him to their Pack little by little. My favorite part was a report card provided to us, as well as text updates and pictures about his adventures! Needless to say, he was comfortable and enjoying his time with the pack. Thank y’all for allowing us to enjoy our vacation with the peace of mind knowing our beloved mutt is being very well cared for and having fun, too!

I have 3 fur babies that attend WagTime dog daycare. I love the staff and the attention that my dogs get. From the all day play to the special treats and of course all the fun projects, my dogs come home happy and tired. My youngest had a hard time acclimating as she was adopted during Covid. WagTime took special care of her to make sure she socialized with other dogs. She is thriving and so happy to go to play all day. WagTime is the best.

Jasper has grown up at Wagtime! It is his happy place. The staff love on him and as a result he is well socialized with both humans and other dogs. He comes home happy and exhausted and for a blue heeler…. That is a most excellent day! Appreciate the staff and how well they communicate. Staff loves reporting to parents about what the dogs accomplished during their visit. They create cool activities and fun photo opportunities. They really do genuinely enjoy caring for these beloved animals. Super clean facility with easy drop off and pick up. Highly recommend Wagtime…. All the time!

I cannot say enough good things about Wagtime Doggie Daycare. From the moment the friendly staff greet you and your pup until pick up time, it’s obvious that my Ziggy has had a great time. When we arrive he runs right to the door anxious to get inside and play. I have and will continue to recommend Wag Time for quality pet care. We have also boarded there as well and have been equally as pleased.

The Wag Time family is unmatched. They ensure that my boy is well taken care of for daycare stays and prolonged boarding stays. We are blessed to have Wag Time in our lives.

There are not enough words to describe or explain just how AMAZING Pixee’s Paws is! We found them when we had to board our puppy this last summer for a week. It was a very difficult decision to board her that long because she had been having seizures and was on medication for it. I was terrified to leave her and it was the first time to be away from her. I cannot say enough about how well the communication was and how well my baby, Skylar, was taken care of! The staff made the whole process for us both, mainly me, very easy and I knew I had made the right decision in trusting them with the care of her! Since then we have been taking her for daycare because she absolutely loves going there! Today is Skylar’s 1 year “Gotcha Day” from when we rescued her and there was no question about it that the best way to celebrate her big day was to go to her most favorite place in the world!!! Every picture that is text to me while she’s in daycare at Pixee’s Paws she is always smiling. It makes my heart happy to know that they love her as much as we do and take such great care of her!!! Pixie Paws is the Best! Ryder, our Doberman goes 2x/week to socialize and be more active. He is so excited when he knows it's his day to go! He is so tired when he gets home from all the activity. We love it there! Wonderful caring staff and management!

The Pixee’s team is the best! They go out of their way to create memorable experiences for the dogs and owners. They recently celebrated October birthdays and Nicole took some amazing pictures of my pup! Thank you Nicole!! Overall, the services at Pixee’s never disappoint. I utilize their daycare and training (Ms Tina is the best at training!) services, and I can always see the dedication to ensuring that the dogs are happy, safe, and having fun.

Pixee’s is so wonderful and such a life saver! We send our fur baby Benny here for daycare and boarding and are so grateful to them for taking such good care of him! They keep you updated and send the cutest pictures. Once during boarding Benny wasn’t eating and they fed him by hand. They also have someone that stays overnight during boarding so your dog is never left alone in a crate and scared in a new place. We are so grateful for Pixee’s! Definitely check them out!!

I don’t know where to begin on how wonderful Pixee’s Paws is! We left our 2 hooligans, Jean Harlow & Clark Gable, for a week. They had their own fantastic vacation! The facility is spotless & there’s so much for the fur kids to do!! A track, relaxation room, playstation area & so much more! The staff is stellar! Great communication & awesome photos, not to mention the live cameras! They had so much fun & slept for 2 days when they got home. Haha. You could see in the photos how happy they were & how much fun they were having! Thank you, Pixee’s Paws! We won’t leave our kids anywhere else!!

Absolutely love this place!! 10/10 the staff is amazing, they keep you informed at all times through text and constant awesome photos, quick to respond, encourage you to watch the live cams and voice any concerns you have, they have an amazing variety of clothes you can purchase, customized items made by staff, everyone is so friendly and welcoming. This was mine and The Countess's first boarding experience, she is 9yo and never spent a night away from family, the staff made her feel so comfortable and welcomed, I dare say she didn't want to leave, she had a person with her in a bed(no cages)all night, and honestly we won't ever use anyone else, no reason to! The prices are very affordable, and the fact that they are cage free is an absolute plus. If you're looking for somewhere amazing for your fur baby, please! Use Pixiee Paws, it's truly a pet palace! Can't express how much I love this place.

I love this place and so does my fur baby Dallas. It does not smell like most facilities do, very clean! It’s like home away from home. Dallas loves his new fur and human friends. I got so many pictures throughout, updates, along with camera access. They truly love and care for your babies. Everyone has been so nice, I am so thankful I found them!! He was worn out and fell asleep as soon as he got in the car. Thank you Pixee’s Paws!💕🐾

Finally found a happy place for our puppy! Now we can feel confident and secure that she will be in good hands. No crating! Only plenty of comfy couches and beds and lots of humans nearby for hugs.

I can't say enough about Pixee's. This is the best place to leave your dog for a day or boarding. The staff is awesome. It amazes me with all they do and provide. I also use their training services which has been fun and awesome! I love that Marlene is worn out from all the fun she had. She is always eager to jump in the truck and head to Pixee's. I never worry about my girl while she is there. She gets the attention that she needs and she plays hard with all her little friends. I can always check on Marlene anytime because of the cameras. They have a class act and they are down to earth folks and love the dogs as if they were their own. First photo is after a day at Pixee's. We absolutely love Pixee’s! We’ve been taking our dog Luke there for several years now. The staff are always so excited to see him and always so sweet to him! (Luke just looooooves Tina!) We get pics throughout the day of him and we know he is having an absolute blast. We didn’t take him for a few months after we had our daughter and Mitch text us and ask how he is doing and that they miss him. If you’re looking for an exceptional group of people to care for your dog like they are their own - this is the place!

My girlfriend and I went on a short vacation, we usually take our dog with us but could not this time. We decided to board her, which is something we have never done but this place had nice reviews. First, when we picked our dog up from the boarding place on Monday, the first thing we noticed was that her left eye was red and filled with gunk/boogers. It progressed into the night and by Tuesday, the infection was so bad that she wouldn’t open her eye and was pawing at it constantly. I had to take her to Mid-Cities Animal Urgent Care, where they gave her a cone around her head and bacterial infection eye drops. This emergency visit cost us another $150. It’s hard to believe the staff didn’t notice her condition, and if they didn’t then they clearly weren’t paying attention to her. Second, this was our first time boarding and we were told first night would be free, however I got charged for 4 nights (Dropped her off Thursday, picked her up Monday = 4 nights) which I didn’t see until the receipt was emailed to me. Lastly, we opted in for the $15 per day play sessions. Later on, after discussing it with my girlfriend, we were unsure if that meant individual or group play, so I called to ask. When talking to the lady on the phone she told me group play was more expensive, so we decided to just leave her at the $15 individual play, however the lady told me she would “temp test” group play for future reference and that this was free of charge, I said sure that’s fine. Looking at my emailed receipt, I was charged 2 days of individual play and also 2 days of group play. All in all, we can say we won’t be boarding her here again.

We won’t take our dog anywhere else! We absolutely love it here and the staff. I know my dog is always taken care of whenever she’s here for boarding or daycare.

Pet Resort in the Gardens has genuinely been such a great experience for us & our pup. Cooper, our 4 year old Australian Shepherd, always has a blast. Leaving my dog is always nerve wracking & upsetting, but knowing he is in great hands is so very comforting. I love the text updates & pictures I receive when he’s on his “vacation” at the resort. The kindness from staff gives me so much peace of mind. I’m sure it does for Cooper, too. It’s incredibly evident that Pet Resort in the Gardens values the animals in their care. So glad I stumbled upon this place. I cannot recommend it enough!

Abby and her team always take such great care of our Annie (Chocolate Lab) at day care, even when Annie is a real troublemaker. They put her in “Time Out” so the other dogs aren’t bothered by her overly eager style of play. But they always give her the attention she needs while making sure the whole group is having safe fun. And when we go out of town, we never worry one iota about her when she’s boarded for overnight stays. And having the best vet clinic on planet earth in the same parking lot, should there be a need, is a HUGE bonus. We love Pet Resort in the Gardens and all the staff that help improve our four legged family member’s quality of life a little better.

After 10+ years of bi-monthly patronage we are canceling our account and will no longer use or reccomend the services of The Pet Resort. Very sad day realizing their new management team has completely lost sight of common courtesy in their pursuit of the almighty dollar.

Pet Resort is a great place! My dog dory has been going since she was a puppy. She loves to be there with the staff and her dog friends. They recently added whip cream Wednesdays. She is obsessed!! Thank you for loving and taking care of my baby!!

This is my preferred boarding place in all of DFW. They are owned by a Veterinarian and the clinic is right next door. The employees are folks who love their jobs and most have been there for years. I never worry when leaving my pup there - he loves it, and they love him, too. Stop by for a tour any time - you will be impressed with the cleanliness and organization, too.

Our pup, Ashe, has been a regular daycare attendee for over two years. Ashe is very nervous around strangers but Pet Resort in the Garden's staff was soooo very patient with her. She now loves spending days with their crew. We are extremely thankful for Pet Resorts care and attention with Ashe.

Rowdy my puppy loves this place. Second visit he got loose from leash but ran straight to front door and waited on me. His pictures always show him looking happy and having fun. I recommend this place to anyone who loves their pup and don’t mind spending a little on them!!

I absolutely recommend Happy Tails! I have used Samantha's services since Feb 2020. She is an incredible person and care taker. She definitely has the dogs' best interests at heart. I love how the dogs have free range in the house and the choice to be on the furniture-- it is not a typical boarding facility where they are in their kennels/crates/"suites" for most of the day, limited to very short bathroom breaks, and only allowed extra play time if it was paid for. Even when I moved to Austin, I still brought my dog to her if I had to take a trip. She is the only dog sitting service I trust. I love her pupdates. And I am confident that my dog has had nothing but great experiences and felt comfortable staying there. I even worked for a dog boarding facility for a while and had access to free boarding, but I would rather drop my furbaby off at Happy Tails. I am living in San Diego now, and I still haven't found a professional and quality service like Samantha at Happy Tails.

We absolutely loved that we found Happy Tails! We travelled out of state for our wedding and had two LONG drives so decided to board our spoiled fur baby for the first time and we couldn't have felt comfortable knowing he was comfortable, safe and SO happy! Samantha is absolutely great to work with, communicates GREAT and you can tell that her and her fiance just love dogs! Every picture and "pupdate" we got, our pup was clearly so happy, relaxed and loved! We'll absolutely use her for our remainder of time stationed here!

For more money, we could have gone with the pet resort, where our dog would have been locked in it two by two room and would only be let out four times a day to use the bathroom with no contact... plus we would have had to pay for an extra day because they don't take drop offs on Sundays. We decided to take our dog to Happy Tails. First of all, Samantha picked up our dog and dropped her off at no cost because we were within the limits. That was so convenient. She gave our pooch plenty of love, attention, and healthy treats in a clean, home environment. She had our dog there with other friendly dogs, which was a great experience for our dog. She took her on walks, gave her healthy treats, and she even sent pictures and updates.

We boarded our dog Maggie here while out of town for a little over a week and we are very happy with our experience. I would highly recommend Happy Tails if you are looking for a trustworthy place for your pup to stay. Samantha was awesome from the beginning- very quick to respond to emails/questions and she sent us updates while we were away. It took Maggie a couple days to get her energy back once she came home so we know the dog had a blast too!

I cannot say enough about Samantha And Happy Tails Dog Sitting.We have used her services For close to six years. Our dog is always Happy to see that she is visiting. Samantha has gone out of her way to offer to pick up Our dog When we had emergencies and had to go out of town. It’s not often we choose to board our dogs and sometimes unforeseen circumstances can occur that leave you helpless searching for someone last minute who you can trust with your loved ones. Our dogs are our children and they mean the world to me and my wife. We can count on one hand the amount of times we’ve had our dogs stay the night at someone’s house in a 3-year span. The point is we don’t trust anybody to watch our pups, but Samantha was the exception to this rule. When I first met her she invited me over to their house and I had the opportunity to chat with them while they were introduced to Kona and Penny. We chatted for 45 minutes while the dogs ran around their beautiful and clean backyard. I felt comfortable with leaving our kiddos with them. While we were away, they would always send us updates and photos of how our dogs were doing and have accommodated us and our crazy schedules countless times. We had a traumatic event occur recently and within an hour of me saying I need to drop off the dogs and catch a flight to the other side of the country they responded without hesitation and said, “We got you!” Samantha has an extensive background with animals that puts my mind at ease in the event something weird were to happen. Cannot recommend Happy Tails enough!

We have had our Chocolate Lab- Ryno stay with Samantha and Zachary twice. Thank you for taking care of our fur baby. We can go away on vacation or whenever we need and know that he is being taken care as their own. Samantha has so much love for each dog she watches and it shows. Ryno is always happy and worn out when he gets home.

We love Happy Tails and so does our dog! We were new to town and wanted somewhere that our anxious dog would be comfortable. After just a couple trips there, she now jumps in Samantha's car & barely even says bye to us! Samantha does pickup/drop off, which is super convenient, and she sends regular updates and photos, which really helps set you at ease. Plus, our dog comes home exhausted from playing all week, which is an added bonus after a busy day of traveling. Would highly recommend for your fur babies!

Happy tails dog sitting was fantastic! My boys were right at home and had a blast. My husband and I were able to enjoy our vacation because we knew that our fur babies were in such great hands. They sent pictures and awesome updates while we were away. My boxer can have some anxiety when we leave, but not with Happy Tails, he is happy as can be, eating, playing and sleeping. Do yourself a favor and choose them, you will not regret it! - thank you!

I had to leave home for 3 weeks and Happy Tails is where my dog Dooley stayed!!!! I could not have been happier. Samantha is amazing. She made me feel so good about being away for so long. I had updates and pictures of him. She was so amazing to my baby. This is the best place I have ever had the privilege of using for Dooley. Thank you again!!!!
