I cannot say enough good things about Diana (the owner at Forest Hills in Home Pet Services) and our walker/pet sitter Diana. Both Diana’s are amazing. We are so incredibly grateful for all that Diana (our walker) has done for our family. It is so hard to find someone who cares as much about your fur babies as you do, and Diana truly does. She loves our two dogs and two cats as if they were her own and keeps our apartment spotless when she comes. She walks our dogs 2-3 x daily, is always on time and cleans up after the pups. She even makes the dogs beds, something I do not even do every day. We are grateful beyond words that we found her. Thank you for all you do Diana!!

Great service. This is a comprehensive and caring service. I have two Cats and live in Forest Hills, NY. I recently moved and needed a new Cat Sitter. I am so glad I found InHome Pet Services. They came to do a meet and greet and were super thorough asking questions and building the profile of my Cats. During my time away they were caring, updating me, and answering patiently all my questions and asks (I get anxious when I am away from my Cats). Big thank you! I used this service for weekly dog walks. Service was always fantastic, prompt and professional. I moved from the area and haven't found anything nearly as good.

I highly recommend In Home Pet Services! It was the first time since we adopted cats that we went away for a longer amount of time. Diana was very quick at getting back to us to set up a time to meet, and schedule the visits. My cats were taken care of extremely well and our apartment was left spotless. The communication was seamless and we will definitely be using their services again.

I recently left my old dog walking company that have been with for 3 years due to certain circumstances.I was in search of a new dog walking service until one day my neighbor recommended Inhomepetservice because her friend use them. When I first met Diana and she introduced me to Shaily I immediately felt so comfortable I immediately knew that they were the people to take care of my dog. I've only been using IHPS since January but am so happy I chose them. They are all fantastic and my dog clearly loves them. I feel extremely comfortable with the walkers and know they are truly looking out for my dog. For example, after my bulldog's eye surgery they were providing feedback on whether or not she looked well that day- what more could you ask for! Not to mention they offerred to give her medication at no extra charge. They're always available, even last minute, so I can say they are really reliable. I would highly recommend them if you're in the area and looking for a dog walking service!!

After moving to Queens last year, we tried a couple of different dog walking services but found In Hope Pet Services to be the best. They have been reliable, conscientious and professional. My dog enjoys his walks with them and they are very good with giving feedback on his behavior. I recommend them highly and my dog gives them five 'woofs' and two paws up.

What a great find! With a schedule taking me out of my house on an inconsistent schedule 7 days a week and both daytime and night, In Home Pet Services has been there to be a loving, caring presence to my dog. My dog has some medical issues requiring some special love and care for walks, food, and giving of medicine. But they have embraced every situation and my dog adores them. It is such a relief to know my dog is well cared for as I need to be out of the house for work or pleasure during the day or evening. They are stupendous.

I have nothing, but good things to say about In Home Pet Services. They are kind, professional, trustworthy and I could tell my cats were receiving the proper attention when I would come home from vacation. They took great care of my 2 cats Alexander and Puma. Even when I emailed last minute to extend my trip back home in Texas they responded right away and they also let me know the cat food and litter was running low and they could pick it up for me.

So happy with our dog walking experience! We've been getting walks from Jamie and the crew on and off for a few years. She's always great at communication and super reliable and of course our dogs love her and Liari. Our dogs can be a bit strong and stubborn and it's no problem for them. The app works smoothly and the whole process is seamless. I would highly recommend these guys for dog walks. Oh- and good prices too!

Our dog is difficult - he has separation anxiety and will refuse walks and food when we leave. We needed to attend a funeral last minute and couldn't bring him with us. Lauren was patient and even hand fed him his food! We will no longer be afraid to leave him and hope to use Happy Pets more frequently.

We had Aaron watch our cat for five days while we were away, and could not possibly have been more pleased with his work. Aaron's notes each day were clear and detailed, we were able to see photos of our cat at each visit, and Aaron left our apartment spotless, down to the organized stack of mail that he picked up and piled for us. This is an excellent company - Jamie was a genuine pleasure to work with, too. We look forward to using Happy Pets NYC again very soon!

Happy pets is absolutely amazing! We had them walk our dog Zack weekly, and were never disappointed. They were courteous, timely and always kept us in the loop. We had them do multiple overnight stays with Zack and they treated our home with respect and always put Zack first. I would highly recommend happy pets to anyone who needs a reliable, friendly and professional dog walker.

Jamie and Christina are consummate professionals. We are able to have a consistent walker each time we need help with our dog. My wife and I have crazy work schedules. Sometimes we need to schedule a walk same day with short notice. They are so caring and make every attempt to accommodate our needs. We get email and picture updates from each walk. Christina even checks in using GPS. We also get updates on whether our pup goes #1 or #2. On hot summer days our walker even leaves extra water and turns up the AC so our pup doesn't overheat in our stuffy apartment. Could not be happier with happy pets!

Extremely expensive for doing so little. $20 for 30 minutes, which starts when they see, not enter, your front door. If you live in an apartment 30 floors up, you just paid 5 minutes of nothing. So it's best if you live on ground floor for them. Don't expect them to take stairs if you have a short flight of stairs; waiting for the elevator is a good time-killer. I've came home to open doors that I am very certain I closed before I left, I always check before I leave. So who knows what else they do.

Great experience for both me and my dog. The business itself is clean and friendly with a big space outside for dogs to play in the pool and run around. Each “room” is individually air-conditioned, and unlike any other doggy daycare, I noticed no odor whatsoever. My dog stayed for over a week. Though he was a little homesick the first day or so, he quickly worked up an appetite playing with all his new friends to the point where he went through all his kibble. Fortunately, the owners were kind enough to inform me and replace it for the duration of his stay. Prices were more than reasonable, especially if you go out of town often and become a member. Next time I go on vacation, I’ll utilize their grooming services as well.

I would like to say this is the BEST place for my furry baby dog ever 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 I’ve been looking for a daycare/boarding where they regard my dog as their own, and I finally found Pawtel. By it’s name you can tell it’s where your furry kids would feel like at home and got the service like at an hotel🏠 I personally mind the environment of where I sent my dog to spend her day a lot, including how friendly the staff are and how clean the environment is. ✨First of all, I DID NOT smell any odor when I step into the store like other places I’ve been to. Secondly, different from other usual daycare/boarding🛏️ I’ve been to where they caged dogs, each dog at Pawtel has his/her own spacious room with a special venting system. The other thing I like is that there would be staff being and playing with them🎾 Among all, what I care the most is HOW MY DOG feels, if she ever shows scared or not willing to step into the store again, I would say BYE to the store forever no matter how good ppl say it is. Lastly, they provide 🌟ONE STOP SERVICE🌟including bathing and grooming there🫧🛀so my dog could enjoy her time there being the dirtiest but happiest dog and get bathed/groomed before coming home 😍 words can’t fully explain how satisfied and obsessed with Pawtel, you should go and experience it yourself !!!! Pawtel in College Point is amazing! It's really close to my home, which I was very surprised and excited about. This is the second time I've visited. The staff is friendly and gentle, providing great service without using harsh machines. They truly care about the dogs and offer treatments tailored to each breed. Plus, their prices are fantastic. My dog and I are so happy with the results. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love this place! Every time I bring my dog, ChanTa, for a bath, they do such a great job—he always comes out so clean and happy. Its the first time I came here , I was really happy with the service. My dog is very nervous, and they made sure to take their time to take her in. They also explained everything they did and recommended that I take Roxxie for a check-up for an ear infection that I wasn't aware of. We will definitely be back

Very professional and responsible pet boarding! I have been working with Pawtel since three years ago and whenever I travel, my dog Peco is well taken care of here. They have a large foster area for the dogs to live in and a lawn for them to play on. Highly recommend:)

It was our first time being away from our puppy since the day we got him, and they made us and my dog feel reassured about leaving each other. We left for vacation for a little more than a week. They are amazing at what they do. They fed him well, gave him his medications and took great care with him. The daily photos and videos made us feel less guilty about leaving the dog because he looks so happy with them and looks like he was having so much fun. I will definitely leave him again the next time I need, and will recommend to others.

We could not be more pleased with our experience boarding our pup for 2 weeks with Emily & Alan. From the start we were reassured that she would be in good hands. And the daily photos we received of Nell and her new playmates confirmed that we made the right choice with Wet Noses. Highly recommended.

Alan and Emily are absolutely amazing! If I can give 10 stars I would! I reached out to the them to board my 7 month mini golden doodle for 2 nights while my family and I went on a little getaway. They were extremely sweet and were able to care for him. Our puppy has never stood away from home, never attended any day care or boarding. They were so welcoming and made him feel at home from the very start of introduction. Alan and Emily did a Video call assessment and a walk through of their lovely home, they were extremely thorough in explaining the process and made me feel very comfortable leaving my puppy in a safe environment. They asked questions regarding his vaccination records and sent history documentation forms via email to complete prior to our call as well as answered all of my questions and concerns with ease. I received photos, videos and updates throughout my time away and my puppy did GREAT! He was so comfortable and transitioned very well, it was amazing to see him socializing with everyone and the other dogs in the home. Communication, Professionalism and all the the above was outstanding. They were both an absolute pleasure and are definitely a keeper!

We are very pleased to have had our puppy Rocky been left with Emily and her family. I know that he was taken care of well and enjoyed his stay by the updates and pictures which were sent to us. Emily and Alan provided great care to our pup Chase while we are away. We received daily photos, seeing that Chase was having fun times with his furry friends brought more joy and relaxation to our vacation. They went above and beyond when our return flight was delayed til late at night, they stayed up late to bring Chase back to us when we finally arrived home. I would recommend them to all pet owners, I’ve asked them to care Chase many times in the past, always had great communication and great services from them.

A THOUSAND STARS!!!!! ☆☆☆☆☆ We LOVE Wet Noses for our rescue dog. We have been using their services for the past 3 years and cannot say enough wonderful things about Alan, Emily (and their whole family)-- they have been such a life saver for us and our pupper-- who tends to have some separation anxiety and would NOT do well in a kennel overnight. They have always been consistent/reliable, easy communication, and so kind/warm/understanding with our dog and her quirks. It's such a relief to know she is in good hands and in a safe/cozy environment when we are out of town.

Before meeting Alan and his family, leaving for a vacation was stressful because we worried about leaving our pup Zeppole for even one night. We can now go way and not worry! She is so well taken care of and comes home so happy! We love the daily updates and pictures. And we love how warm the whole family is...they make Zeppole feel totally at home. ***Update*** 5/2023 - a year later and still relying on Wet Noses to keep my pup when we are away. They are amazing!

Alan and Emily are the absolute best! Remi is my first pet ever, and I’m nervous about whether or not I’m making the right decisions for him all the time, but I feel completely safe and reassured by Alan and Emily every time I leave Remi in their care. I know that Remi is always well taken care of and that he’s having fun with his friends at daycare. I’ve also left Remi with Alan and Emily overnight on multiple occasions, and I never have to worry because they constantly update me with photos and videos. They are very attentive to his needs and preferences — I feel like they even know him better than I do sometimes! Also, Alan and Emily are extremely warm and flexible; they always try to accommodate my needs in terms of scheduling. I appreciate them to the max and recommend them 120%!

For two weeks at Wet Noses Pet Sitter, Alan & Emily cared with love and dedication for our beloved Dachshund-Canela; during this time the little sausage felt better than in her own home. She was always accompanied by friends of the same size as her, and under the supervision of a responsible adult, who daily provided photos and videos of our furry. BTW in the pictures she’s the little pumpkin. I had to leave short notice and have 4 pets (yes , I know full house) 2 cats and 2 dogs . I can’t tell you what a happy feeling it was to see the dumb pictures of my guys just being happy . They love their aunt “Vee” . It made going away so less stressful . The most important little beings in my hands were being cared for by someone who CARED. I would recommend Vee wholeheartedly to anyone I know . All pictures from different days she was in my house . lol

Venus came in clutch for me when I had to go out of state for a few days and needed someone trustworthy to look after my boy Milo. She took great care of him, providing photo and video updates throughout the day, ensuring my fur baby was well looked after. Venus also offers drop in visits for those who have multiple pets! I'm so glad my boy and I have someone local to turn to when I need an extra caring hand!

Vee is hands down the best pet sitter I've ever used. At the last minute, my cat needed eye drops twice a day and I was going out of town. Vee came over twice day for a long weekend and took such amazing care of him. She let me know her ETA every day and sent photos and really thoughtful updates. I've used a few different cat sitters/cat sitting businesses in Brooklyn and Vee surpassed all of them. Her background as a vet tech is also really comforting. Will definitely work with Vee again!!

Vee's been my cat Geneva's sitter for a little over two years and I couldn't be happier with her. She's easy to communicate with, always responds to texts, and is happy to give updates and share photos of her visits. Plus, Geneva is very shy and skittish and Vee is one of the only people ever to win her over. I've had Geneva for almost 11 years so that's saying a lot. Highly recommended if you're looking for a reliable pet sitter.

Venus has watched our pets for over ten years. She knows their names and personalities, keeps us updated on their shenanigans, and will send the occasional photos when we’re out of town. We couldn’t recommend her more highly.

What a gem. My pets are typically shy around new people, but they warm up to her right away. Finally, a person my pets enjoy whenever ever I'm away.

Kevin is an awesome resource. His gentile loving nature makes my pets feel very comfortable. I never have to worry about my pets when Kevin is caring for them. I never have to worry if medication is given, he has even taken my dog to the vet for me while I was out of town. Kevin gives the animals plenty of TLC, brushing and petting to make them feel at ease while you are gone. Kevin is meticulous in both his personal habits and the care he takes of your home. When he is house sitting, you will return to a spotless home. I would recommend Kevin for any pet and/or house sitting needs.

We moved to South FL from PA in 2015 and needed to find a fantastic pet (kid!) sitter. After reading his reviews, checking out his personal website and communicating via email, we had a good feeling! Kevin was extremely efficient in communicating with us from our very first contact, and flexible when scheduling our initial meeting. Upon arrival, we and our 85lb (anxious!) Sheepdog felt comfortable right away! Kevin had no problems at all letting Dawkins sit with him, snuggle him, and kiss him. In fact appeared to even welcome this, and we LOVED that! Kevin took a lot of notes, and was he was prepared and had paperwork ready for us to fill out that covered everything you can possibly imagine to ensure he could provide the best care possible for our baby. We secured our babies first stay with Kevin before he left after our initial meeting b/c we just knew! Fast forward, and while we were away (three nights where we had Kevin stay at our house), our house and baby couldn’t have been left in better hands. Kevin came before we left so Dawkins didn’t have to be alone and he was here in more than enough time so we could review everything again just to be sure. Kevin was in contact with us throughout our entire trip away. He sent us pictures, videos and funny stories! He didn’t need to ask us anything b/c he had such great notes, but I also knew he wouldn’t hesitate to if needed to. It was evident from all of the photos and stories that Kevin just loves animals and puts them and his clients comfort first. (I imagine if you didn’t want photos and such Kevin would surely respect that - his clients are his priority!) Our dog has hip dysplasia, along with some other “special” needs and it was MORE than clear Kevin took this into account. Our baby was relaxed, comfortable and happy when we returned! Kevin even waited until I arrived home before he left! In addition, Kevin spent SO much time here and never left Dawkins alone for very long – which we even understood if he needed to but he didn’t! Finally, Kevin left our house in better shape than it was before we left. It was sparkling clean and everything organized and put the way we left it. He even washed the sheets and remade the bed!! Kevin’s truly a blessing and beyond perfect as a house and pet sitter. We used him throughout our entire time in FL before we moved!

Kevin has been our Pet-Uncle for over 8 years. To say that he is a Pet sitter will NEVER cover everything he has done for our kids, and even ourselves. He has stayed in our home for weeks at the time, and when my husband had to stay at the hospital and I had nobody to take care of my 3 kids at home, Kevin did it. Nobody, and I mean NOBODY, I will trust more to care for my kids and my home. To know that he is now in NY and not around the corner from us in South Florida, it is a WIN for NY. We will be a reference for Kevin and everything he did for us at any time.

Kevin took excellent care of our cats, kept us updated the whole time we were gone and left the apartment in great shape. He is easy to communicate with and is prompt in response to texts. Would most definitely recommend.

This is the only place in the neighborhood allowing self service for dog baths and I really appreciate them for this. They provide shampoo and towels but I usually bring my own. My dog really doesn’t like baths so it’s easier to bring her here than try at home.

Brought my family’s newly adopted kitten for a bath and the service here was exceptional. As soon as you walk in until you leave. They truly care about the animals and the customers. I will be returning for grooming and to buy my supplies from there and support the neighborhood family owned business.

Found this place on google and came highly recommended by a dog groomer in queens. I was having trouble finding a cat groomer to give my little guy a flea bath. This place was great! They were friendly, fast, fairly priced and even took pictures of my cat during his dry time for me to see and sent them to me when I requested them for memories. The woman at the desk (forgot to ask her name) helped me put together my new carrier as well! Very friendly and understanding! Will be back for a bath in the future! Thanks guys!

Joe and his staff are the only groomers that I trust with my furbabies. I’m always super happy with their service. The owner Joe is always amazing, friendly and professional. I always feel safe leaving them in the care of him and his staff. It’s super easy to also pick up some pet supplies while I’m there. I live in Nassau county and drive them to Queens because they’re so great here. I highly recommend them for all of your pet care needs.

Take my furry baby there to get his nails cute. There so good with him love taking him here. Very professional and friendly.

The owner is super nice, the place looks clean. My dog stayed boarded there for 3 days. He was well taken care of. There are pet food here as well as treats leashes and other pet items. They also do grooming, haven't had the chance to do that yet since the weather has been wet.

My entire family went to celebrate my son's wedding in Portugal and I was nervous to leave my puppie, Becker for 7 days in just any day care. I could not be more happy for the excellent care they took my pet. Joe and his team are very friendly and even send me pics and a video of my little one. And, he did an excellent job with his grooming while I was away. Of course, I will go back for his service and recommend to anyone looking for a place like Joe's Dog Days and Cat Nights! They did an amazingly fast and efficient job of clipping a very wild Kitty's claws. No waiting time. Walk in and walk out. And so inexpensive!!I deducted one star because it was upsetting for the kitty to hear all the barking dogs. It is a pet hotel. I think we arrived at play time! But I have to say they are super experienced and great at what they do.

I love this place! If you looking out for your pet to be happy and comfortable for daycare or boarding this is the place. Grooming appointments are flexible and do an amazing job cleaning your pet. My dog is big and strong also very energetic. Not once did they ever complain about taking care of Leo or refusing any service. Leo loves this place and will keep coming here for the lovely services. Bark and Bone started walking our doggie "Miles" earlier this year and we couldn't be happier with the service they provide. They're very responsive and always accommodating if I need to cancel a walk or re-schedule it. I love that the walker sends updates immediately after the walk is over and takes pics of how the walk went. I've attached some pics of our happy dog that the walkers have taken on various walks. Wonderful company that we hope to use for as long as our little guy still has working legs :)!

We love Bark & Bone! I've been using B&B multiple times a week for the last year. They always communicate, they're easy to schedule with, and all of the walkers we've worked with have been respectful and helpful. Bruce (my dog) always looks so happy in the photos they send. I can't say enough good things about Bark n' Bone. I have a senior dog and her safety and well being is always top of mind, especially as she ages. The staff here were always very attentive to her needs and made sure she had great walks while I was away. I highly recommend their services for those looking to have their pet taken care of by some of the friendliest people in the business!

We love Bark&Bone! When my husband and I moved to a new area of the neighborhood, our dog Barley had a hard time feeling confident walking down the street. We decided to enlist the help of Bark&Bone to take him on socialization walks with other dogs who were confident walkers to show him there was nothing to be afraid of! Kelsey, our weekly walker, is always on time and you can tell she really cares about the pups she walks and Barley has become much more confident. We also can't get enough of the photo updates!

Bark & Bone is a fantastic dog-walking company that provides excellent service. I've been using them for more than 2 years now and couldn't be happier. All of the walkers I've had are wonderful and super professional, and Olivia is the best. She and everyone work with you to make sure your pup is getting their needs met in the best way, and I feel like I can fully trust them.

We adopted Sophie in October. While my partner has continued his commute to the office throughout the pandemic, I've just started going back to the office. I've been anxious about transitioning from being at home with Sophie full time to going into the office a few days a week, but knowing that she's in Bark & Bone's capable hands has made the process so much easier. Dawn, who walks Sophie, provides detailed reports about what Sophie and her pup pals are up to, including, as others have mentioned, great quality photos. Getting a notification that a report is ready is one of the highlights of my day (and my coworkers love looking at them too). The app is user friendly and intuitive, and the whole team is super responsive. Coming home to a happy, well-exercised dog is the best! Highly recommend!
