Tom and Lois are fantastic! We have been using them for the past five years to watch our cats. Then when we got our dog, Charlie, we signed him up for their dog park service, where they pick him up and take him (so convenient!). Charlie loves going to the dog park and hanging out with his other dog pals. They have done a great job watching our cats over the years and now also watch Charlie when we go out of town. Charlie loves them! They are very flexible, thoughtful, responsive, and most importantly treat Charlie and the cats like their own. I highly recommend Wags2Whiskers!

The absolute best. I first met Lois after a traumatic event with one of my 2 dogs with a previous walker and she sat with me and them, made the connection, and clearly truly loves them as I do. The app is so easy for scheduling and communication, the billing and payment is easy…all of it!! Simply the best service I've ever had for my dog babies.

Working with Lois and her team has been amazing. We have a reactive dog who can be a handful. But Lois is a pro and took the time to discuss our dogs history and meet her in person. She's also got an amazing team who all are experts at handling reactive dogs and are all great to work with! Our dog now has a group of new trusted friends who make sure she gets outside during the day. Definitely recommend.

Wags2Whiskers are the only people we trust with our dogs and in our house. Our Aussie girl fear barks with strangers but is overjoyed to see Lois. They have demonstrated perfect reliability and compassion which is what you need from somebody looking after your "kids".

Tom and Lois are the best. I have been using their services since 2014 for both overnight visits and daily park runs. My pups love them. They are reliable and have the pets best interest in everything they do. I had a dog who had medical issues and I completely trusted Tom and Lois to take care of her and they did not disappoint. Very grateful we found them after moving from the city to the burbs.

I have been very impressed with Wags2Whiskers. Lois was highly recommended from a friend who has watched their dog for many years during vacations. She has an obvious love of animals and goes above and beyond to be flexible, helpful, and keep our little beagle happy during the day. She also sends fun pictures of our dog, so I can rest assured she is out and about and staying active.

We’ve had a great experience with Home Away From Home. Laura and her family treat our little guy Winston like their own, making him fresh food, letting him run free in the house, and just basically providing the royal treatment. He’s a pretty happy dog but some of his happiest moments are arriving there to see Laura and the dogs, quite literally leaping out of our arms with excitement. We’re so thankful for the times and memories he’s had/continues to make with them.

We have been taking Archie to Laura for about a year now and could not speak highly enough of her! Archie absolutely LOVES going to Laura’s house. Laura is so attentive and sends updates during his stay which we always enjoy receiving. She does a great job of grooming him at the end of his stay as well. We always know he is happy and well taken care of when we are away, which is such a great feeling to have when away.

Laura has been taking care of my dog for the last 3 years. My dog is always on exited to go and she comes home happy! It gives me great peace of mind having Laura taking care of her when we are out of town!

We have been taking our Bernese Mountain Dogs to Laura for 10+ years. First Chelsea and now Leo. They LOVE her and her family. Both my dogs would get excited when we turn down her street and into her driveway, so I know they’re happy to go for a short visit or a long vacation. I also appreciate Laura’s updates and photos when we are away. We love this place and so happy to have found her!

Goose has been staying with Laura while we are out of town for almost 3 years now! He LOVES staying with her family so much his tail starts wagging when we enter her neighborhood. I know when he is there that he is treated like family and that he is so much more comfortable than he would be staying anywhere else. I will only use Laura for boarding and grooming, because I know she will take care of my dog as if he is her own!The care he receives at Laura’s is unlike any other doggie daycare/pet resort facility we’ve tried for Goose. He loves playing with the other dogs in her yard! I couldn’t recommend Home Away From Home more for your pups!!!

Laura is an amazing dog sitter. Laura and her family are very knowledgeable, compassionate and kind people. Laura had taken really good care of Bento for the past 4.5 years. Laura makes sure to send pictures of your pet while you are on vacation. She is the best dog sitter❤️

Laura watched our 6 month old pup Remy for a week while we were on vacation. He had such a great time playing with other dogs and running around in Laura’s big yard. I know he was well taken care of and loved. Laura also gave Remy his first groom and he looked fabulous. 😃 She also pays attention to details, like giving each dog a personalized “Home Away From Home” tote bag, and treats for pup and owners to take home. Laura is the best!

We have been using Laura for several years. She takes excellent care of our two dogs. When I pull up to her house they know they are at ‘Laura’s’, both wagging their tails and happy to be there. I love getting the pictures and updates as well, as it is such a thoughtful gesture to see how our fur babies are doing. I also have my Cavalier groomed by Laura, and she does a fantastic job!

My dogs have spent many days and nights at Home Away from Home over the years. I rest easy knowing that they are well-cared for by Laura and her family. My first dog was a lively golden retriever who loved being with the other dogs; and my second dog Taylor is a quiet labradoodle who prefers being with people. Either way, Home Away from Home is a good place for them to be when we are away.

Our family suddenly had a great opportunity that would take us traveling almost every weekend for months! First thought was..."who is going to take care of our cats?". I didn't have time to do the extensive research, I usually do, and I did a search and Tails-a-Waggin 4U popped up. I phoned Peggy, and instantly got a great feeling from her. We have now been using Tails-a-Waggin 4U for awhile now. Peggy is wonderful, and had paired us up with one of her sitters..Linda! I can tell you that we do not have an ounce of concern, about the care our furkids receive, while we are away. I highly recommend Peggy, and her staff. Our cats, and our family, adore Linda. There are no words on how amazing and kind Peggy is! She took care of my fur child Luna (female cat, age 7.5 yrs) for 4 days and was the best. She understood that my gal can be a bit shy and timid around new people and was extremely patient with her. So patient that my cat warmed up to her and allowed Peggy to brush her. She has been the only person, outside of my husband and I, who has been able to accomplish that! We were even surprised to see cute little report cards about Luna. Peggy knows exactly what she’s doing and is always prepared if any situation arises. Anytime we need a pet sitter, we’ll always reach out to Peggy. Cannot recommend her enough!

Peggy is the best! She's helped us out for years by watching our cats and walking our dogs 2-3 times per week. Our pets love her, and she cares for them like they're her own. She is professional, responsive, and very dependable. Couldn't ask for better.

Peggy and our dog walker Colleen have been so amazing to work with. I was nervous to get a dog walker because we just rescued our dog and he is terrified of people and can be aggressive. From the moment I called Peggy she assured me that they are open to dealing with him. Colleen came to me our dog several times before she began walking him and over the past few weeks they have become the best of friends!! He even lets her rub his belly!!! Excellent service! Peggy came to our rescue when our regular pet sitter suddenly went out of business AND right before a big holiday weekend - so it was hard to find someone fast! She was able to stop by the next day, meet our Muttley and learn his little tricks and took amazing care of him while we were away for a week. She texted photos and updates every day and wrote a report on him each day as well. Really great, affordable, RELIABLE and very great with communication. I highly recommend!

The owner of this small business, Peggy, is a kind and energetic woman who is running an outstanding pet sitting service. She is very quick to respond and just a truly good person. The sitter for our area, Linda, is an absolute darling. I don't think I can truly describe how kind, patient, and caring she is. She consistently makes us feel like we can trust her with our home and pets and like they are more than taken care of. It's like having a reliable community member who can watch our spoiled pets while we're away. Kat and Alex are fantastic. Our rescue dog Cheerio was digging up our back yard; she needed more exercise. We contacted Kat and within a day, Alex was walking Cheerio regularly. Professional, friendly, dog savvy and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Katya was the best decision we’ve ever made about our dog’s boarding when we needed to travel overseas for 2 weeks. She and her family are very kind people and they took the best care of my dog with special needs. Bobby loved staying with Katya and her family - they took him for joyful walks, played with him, followed his routine schedule and administered medicine as needed. Have been coming here for years. Staff are always happy and helpful. Both our dogs love it and always come home happy, exercised, and enriched. I know my dogs are always safe while at daycare because someone is always with them. Also while they are boarded because someone is there overnight with them. Not many places offer that, I’m so glad they go above and beyond. They treat your pets like family!

We love Pete and Macs! Our husky Boomer can't wait to go to day care each week. The staff takes care of him like their own and we are so grateful to have this wonderful home away from home for him to be cared for and hang with his other dog friends!

I have been using Pete and Mac's for a couple years now for boarding. I recently boarded my elderly dog 14+ years for about 11 days because of a family trip. I never had issues prior to this and although I was nervous I trusted that he would be in good hands. When I picked him up his nose was bleeding on top which has happened before when he was crated. I noticed he was also not able to open his right eye. I waited a few days and the eye became much much worse, cloudy and pussing. I took him to the vet and it has now been over $350 and counting for his eye due to a laceration. When I called Pete and Mac's they explained he was as trying to get out of his crate and needs a noodle. They did not offer to pay for my vet bills and I feel like this is negligence and that they should have done a better job watching my dog. I still have another follow up visit and I am guessing that this will be close to $500+ for me!!! I already spend my vet $550 to board him! I usually never complain but this is something I feel should have been compensated. Needless to say I will not be using Pete and Mac's again.

Darby loves going to Pete & Mac's in Palatine for daycare! And for me, it is good to know that while Darby is having fun, he is also safe because Pete & Mac's has a maximum capacity of dogs in the daycare room each day and they are also good with their vaccines protocol. Pete & Mac's is also helpful and accommodating to us. There were a few days we had to board Darby urgently and they were able to take him on a very short notice.

Our dog goes crazy if we say "Doggy Daycare?" He can't wait to see his freinds and run & play. He gets lots of playtime in the morning and afternoon, he has his own good sized pen to hang out in, rest and eat when he's in his down times. They take great care of him. It's super clean and the staff seems to really love the dogs they care for...they know our dog well and that he loves snuggles. He comes home happy, clean and wiped out. :) We checked out a lot of places in Palatine and this one was a step or two, above the rest.

I am so happy with the care my babies received at Pete and Mac’s. They even each got a bath before coming home. I will definitely utilize this facility in the future. I was so worried initially but now? I’m very comfortable and know my babies are safe and taken care of. Thanks to all the great staff for dealing with my calls and being kind.

This was the first time I have ever had to board my dog at a facility and I will admit that I was pretty nervous bringing my dog here. She does not do well with other dogs so I was very happy to see they have options for dogs like my own, as well as 24/7 supervision in the building (most boarding places do not do this). I cannot stress enough how incredibly happy I am that I brought my dog here! She was perfectly fine going to boarding area when we said our goodbye (didn't even look back), and was her normal happy self when I picked her up. She showed no signs of stress when she got home. The staff was even kind enough to call me the next day to check and make sure my girl settled in at home fine. I highly recommend this place if you have a dog who isn't dog friendly, they will be in good hands! Harli-Quinn and I are both looking forward to the day we come back.

We are really happy with Pete & Mac's for our dog! I think they do a nice job keeping the dogs safe but allowing them to get a full day of playtime! It also seems clean and staff is friendly!

Pete and Mac’s is such and awesome place to take your fur baby’s .I have two that go five days a week and they treat them like family all the staff is so caring.they are always willing to help honestly they helped me out of a very difficult situation and through it all I always new my baby’s couldn’t be in a better place . I read a review from someone who gave them 1 Star I believe they should get ten out of ten I tell everyone to take your fur baby’s to Pete and Mac’s you won’t regret it I love them ❤️

Tailchasers did cat-sitting visits for our two kitties while we were away for a week vacation. They went above and beyond and made sure to wash their bowls and give them play time and deal with their skittish/picky eating habits. The cats were well fed and happy when we got back! I loved how easy it was to organize and input all the pet information on the portal and keep it updated. I didn't have to worry about leaving notes all over my house. Their online scheduling was also very straightforward and customer service was very responsive when we had to change some dates. Overall was very low hassle and gave us lots of peace of mind! Especially the pet photos they take like the one attached.

Last weekend I used Tailchasers for the first time and cat sitter Leslie was awesome! She came to my house multiple times a day to care for 4 cats and she was there at the time she said she would be there. I know this bc at the end of each visit she sent me a 'report card' on each cat which included specific details about what was being fed to each cat and included multiple photos of each one. She even spent time working on building friendships with the more skittish cats. I've very happy with my experience with Tailchasers. I will definitely use them again!

We started with Tailchasers recently to help with weekly walks/at-home visits with our two pups (our previous walker with a different service was closing down her business). The process to get information on their services, then schedule a meet & greet with our assigned walker and officially start services was super smooth. We had an intro call with Phalycia, where she was extremely friendly and thorough. We then had some follow-up emails with her and Randa (TC owner) to get a few more of our questions answered and then schedule the meet & greet with Leslie, our assigned walker. It all went so well and smooth. The first walk/visit with our boys was great. Leslie posted so many adorable pics in the post-visit report. I also like that you can see the route they walked. That's super helpful! We plan to use their pet care services for when we travel, too. We look forward to working with Tailchasers and being a client of theirs for many years to come.

Lengthy review but I promise it’s worth it, especially if you have a nervous/anxious pup. I moved to the area about 3 months ago & if you’ve ever moved with a dog- you know it’s just as much as a transition for them as it yourself. I have a dog who was a pandemic pup who I raised in the rural south & I was pretty nervous about moving him up to a metropolitan area. I knew finding him a daycare was going to be quintessential for his success. I wasn’t sure how he would take to it, but I’m happy to report that it has been an amazing experience. What I have loved about Tailchasers is that they originally listened to my concerns about his anxiety and skepticism for new scenarios. Their daily routine has proven to be helpful for my dog & I can tell that Sarah, Allison, Diane and the rest of the staff really care about the dogs entrusted to their care. Their daily report cards are fun bonus to the day and the biggest factor of all: my dog loves being there. So much so, he would run to Tailchasers from my house if I’d let him. He went from being so nervous to even go in the front door to being filled with excitement once we arrive in the parking lot. I’m super grateful to have found a place that I feel safe and confident bringing my dog to.

So friendly! Super clean! Fur baby is always so excited when we pull into the parking lot. Best part is she's super tired at the end of the day!!

Unlike most other pet resorts, every single staff member to a "T" maintains a super calm demeanor, takes as long as they and your dog need to acquaint, and mutually respects every interaction with your pet family. Training services are available (and awesomely effective). Cleanliness is second to none. Top choice!!!

Our dogs love this place. Whether it is for grooming or overnight stays, they have never failed to provide the best care for babies. I truly feel that they are in the best place when we travel. We always return to well cared for, happy and healthy pets.

We have been boarding with Best Friends for about 7 years now. We never had an issue. Michelle ( the manager) is always super friendly and always accommodates our needs. We use their salon as well. Given our pup is not an easy going, they are doing their best and never refused to provide a service.

I had initially given 5 stars. But I'm changing it to a 1. Tonight we picked up Erin after a 3 night stay with grooming. She's lost weight, she's limping, she's uninterested in her favorites treats, her human children, or food. Her nails are jagged and extremely short. We've had great experiences in the past but this one is so bad we won't be boarding her anywhere again. My kids are distraught with worry over their best friend who also returned wheezing.

Easily the best dog boarding we've ever had. Our three big dogs are always so happy to visit and play or stay overnight. The staff all know us and our three dogs, and treat us like family. Our dogs come back to us happy and tired every time we take them. Fantastic facility backed by an exceptionally amazing crew!

We were pleased from our initial phone call to the day we picked up our cat , Olive, after 9 days of boarding. We were impressed with the communication of staff members and their attention to details to make Olive comfortable! We will definitely call on Best Friends when the need arises!

Best Friends is my dog’s favorite place to go! The staff is friendly. They always welcome Logan in by name for whatever service we are there for. I like Best Friends because when the dog stays overnight I receive an emailed picture and update of how my dog is doing.

I bring my small dog to be groomed at Best Friends Pet Hotel, and Sarah and the whole team are wonderful!! They make my dog comfortable and beautiful while there. Thank you so much for making my dog always look his best!!

For 10 years, Sarah has done the most amazing job with all of our dogs! Just took our Berner mix puppy to her today for his first grooming. She’s the best!!

Absolutely LOVE Wee Little Paws Inn! The staff is amazing and treat all the dogs as if they were their own. My miniature Australian Labradoodle is happy to arrive and comes home wagging her tail and tired out from playing most of the day. They only accept small dogs which is comforting and they greet Maple by name when we come through the door. The five stars are well deserved : - )

I love Wee Little Paws! By far my favorite pet boarding place ever. The staff are extremely friendly, detailed, and truly care about your dogs and look after them as their own. I have gone through multiple boarding schools with my dogs and always had to worry about if my frenchie received her meds, but Wee Little Paws pays close attention and put my mind at ease. Wee Little Paws took care of my three French bulldogs for 3 weeks and even filled out a detailed report card for every meal given, type of stool each day, times meds given with staff initial, etc. I cannot thank the amazing staff for taking such incredible care of my babies. They had a lot of fun, see you soon!

The staff here are remarkable! They really care about our fur babies! The Inn is clean, organized and our Prudence wags her tail with glee at drop off!

I had a very disappointing experience with Wee Little Paws Grooming. I specifically spoke with the morning manager and requested not to cut my dog's bangs, to have the nails cut and ground, and to trim the cheeks. When I picked up my dog, I was shocked to see the bangs almost entirely cut off, the cheeks untouched, and bathe. When I expressed my frustration, the new manager's response was cold and unempathetic, insisting that they had done what I asked for. I’m upset because of the terrible bangs, the young groomer felt bad(not her fault). The mgr felt he did me a “favor” not to charge for the bath. It is not about the money:( I did pay for the services I came in for and tipped the groomer. It seems there has been a change in staff, and the service quality has clearly suffered. I will not be returning.

Brought my little pup in for a groom , I didn’t even recognize him when he came out. He was so adorable looking fresh and clean thank you Allison You did a job well done and I have to say everyone there was very very nice. I highly recommend this place.

An excellent place for small(er) dogs, beautifully maintained and professionally staffed, where they can stay for daycare or longer term boarding. Grooming and training are available. Most services require advance appointments; they become fully booked sometimes months in advance of major holiday weeks. We took our dog Sheila there for eight of her 17 until shortly before she died. She been going mostly for grooming, but she has been there for daycare and came home happy and worn out from playing each time. Sheela never left our side except to go to Wee Little Paws. If we had had to go somewhere she couldn't accompany us, I'd have had no hesitation about leaving her with Wee Little Paws staff for a week. I miss her and them.

We love there’s a small dog daycare option for our furbabies! Makes us feel so confident in their safety. The staff is very pleasant and provide great care of our pups. We take them at least 2-3 weekly, if not more. Highly recommend

We found Wee Little Paws when searching for a place to board our Aussiedoodle while we were off to get married in Hawai’i. As this was our first time boarding our pup, we were naturally anxious, but after meeting with some of the staff and being given a tour, our worries went away. When we picked our pup up, she was of course glad to see us, but we also get the sense that she wouldn’t have minded staying a little longer as well, which is a testament to the wonderful work they do here. Your dog gets time to play and socialize, and is given the utmost attention. They follow your feeding instructions and special requests, and let you go about your vacation/work/activities worry free. This is a great place to take your dog if you have a smaller breed. You can just tell our furry friends are in good hands here. Thanks again WLP! We’ll definitely be back in the future whenever we have any boarding/daycare/grooming needs.

We have been taking Bently here for 8 years. Can’t say the words Little Paws at home or he is by the back door crying to go! They do a wonderful job in playtime, boarding and grooming!! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

We adopted two new puppies about 6 months ago and have recently had them go for boarding and grooming at Doggie Playhouse two times now. Both pups seem very anxious to go through the front door which tells me they have a good time when they are there. When we pick them up and bring them home after their boarding, they seem happy and, at the same time, a bit tired. I think that's a good sign that they are having fun during their visit with their "new friends". We are planning on having them go for some daycare services so they can continue to have fun with their new buddies even when we're not going out of town and need them boarded. Jeff, Joe and the entire staff are great and our mind is at ease knowing they are being well cared for while we're gone.

My golden loves the play time and grooming is also excellent. She squeezed us in for the holidays and did a beautiful job. My golden looks gorgeous for the holidays thanks to their groomer!

We love Doggie Playhouse!! Our lab can’t wait to get out of the car to come in and play. She has been going to DP since she was a pup and can never get enough. We have also boarded her and she comes home tired and happy. Kudos and many thanks to Jeff and the crew who take such good care of our girl! We would never go anywhere else!!

I’m glad we found this place! This is our second time getting our dog groomed here and it’s been wonderful so far. My dog (a very anxious one) seems to like the place and the people working here too. He wasn’t acting scared when I picked him up.

We love doggie playhouse! We especially love Bandit’s groomer, Corey. She does an exceptional job with Bandit even though he’s very cranky and touch sensitive with being groomed. Corey is patient, kind, and loving. She always touches base with me after grooming, letting me know if she found Bandit to be particularly sensitive in any spots while grooming. Bandit had been seeing Corey for the last year, and we will definitely keep bringing him back.

My ver timid senior dog did very well with play time. Everyone who works here is so caring and they understand how to handle the challenges special dogs like mine. I loved that many of the senior dogs are up front sleeping where it’s quiet and soothing for them. Great place for your dog to be a dog!

Joe and Jeff are terrific! They know dogs and do what they can to keep them safe and make them feel welcomed.

Been taking my pups to Doggie Playhouse for over twenty years. It's a wonderful place, and absolutely dependable. Even when unexpected things happen, they get handled. Oh and also: my dogs love this place!

Jeff and the team at Doggie Playhouse are the best!! Our dogs LOVE going to play at DP. The staff treats all the dogs like family. Cannot say enough about Doggie Playhouse. This review is long overdue: we took our Corgi here for daycare and he loved it! He came home super tired which is exactly what he needed. Overall the time we took him there we were very happy with the staff/owner and services. We also appreciated the flexibility of when we could bring him. Eventually we brought his brother a few times which he loved too! We were sad to move as we could no longer bring them. Thank you again to everyone at Doggie Playhouse! Highly recommend! With a dog and 2 cats, there is always a "what am I going to do?!" moment when I'm called out of town --- but I relax as soon as I remember Jessie! Critter Sitters has come through for me every time, even for last minute plans! I rest easy knowing Jessie is taking great care of my little buddies. :)

Jessie has a connection with animals that every pet sitter should hope for. Animals LOVE Jessie and she loves them right back. There are few people that I would trust with my pets and Jessie is at the top of the list. Not only is she a great sitter/walker/playmate, but she is also educated in the medical aspect of animals. She knows what to look for if a pet is not feeling well or acting a bit off. To have someone there when you are not that can quickly make the right decision is so important to a pet owner. Jessie does indeed got the extra mile for all of her clients and I couldn't think of a better person to be with my pets when I can't.

We have two big labs that Jessie takes care of when we are out of town. It is so nice to be able to leave them at home and not worry about bringing them to the kennel. We know they are well attended to by Jessie!

I brought my 1 year old toddler yorkie to here to be groomed. Both Lauren and Elizabeth were so helpful when it came to checking her in and getting us a super great deal. I have been taking my dogs here for 10 years! Unfortunately the prices keep changing. My dogs always shared a room because they are more comfortable together. They would stay in 1 executive suite! As of late they started charging me for 2 executive suites every time they stay over! I understand there needs to be a charge for the 2nd dog, I had asked if I could be charged for the executive suite that they stay in and then charged for a less expensive suite since they don’t even use a 2nd room at all! For some reason they will not allow it.. I need to be charged for two $65 rooms instead of $65 and $40. It makes no sense to me! Also on the website it says that the overnight boarding includes a day of daycare. Well that is not exactly true! We dropped off my dogs at 6:30 pm Friday and picked up Saturday at 6:30 which would be an overnight and a daycare. The daycare is only included the day they get there. So for my 2 dogs to stay overnight and do one day of daycare was $190! That’s just too much! After 10 years I’m going to have to find a new more affordable place to take my dogs!

Oakview Pet Resort is amazing. Everyone there is so kind and willing to answer any questions, they were happy to give me a tour of the facility as well. I took my dog to doggy daycare somewhere else and it smelled SO BAD I would have to give my dog a bath after every visit and the people were so rude. I'm so glad I found a place that's friendly and my dog doesnt reek when I pick him up.

These guys provide outstanding customer service. I feel a sense of relief knowing my dog is in good hands during my workday.

We love this place. They treat our Sully like their own dog. He has so much fun during the day at day care, and has stayed overnight a few times. Super friendly staff. The rates are super reasonable as well. It's best to get the punch card because it saves you $20 over time. Also, Wednesday and Thursday are $25 for the whole day!

What a wonderful, well maintained, CLEAN and happy place to bring your pet! I have tried other places for doggy daycare and was never really impressed, but that all changed the first time I used Oakview. The girls that work the front desk honestly seem to enjoy working there, they always greet my dog like he's THEIR pet, and once they take his leash, he never even looks back at me- a sign that he is happy being there. I don't worry all day at work about how he's being treated, and I like that they have some private rooms and will put a dog in there when he seems like he needs a little "down time". This is by far the cleanest, most well-run daycare I've seen, and my dog and I both loves the days that he gets to go there!

Dog owners please beware!!! This kennel is responsible for multiple pet injuries with a complete lack of communication and disregard for pet owners. My parents brought their yorkies here for a short weekend stay a few weeks ago. They were told that big and small dogs would be separated and that the pets would be closely monitored. At the end of the weekend, both dogs had multiple deep puncture wounds that required multiple staples. My parents were not notified. No voicemails or missed calls. And it happened on the first day before their flight left so they could have changed plans to care for the pups. Looking at other negative reviews in hindsight (which seem to be hidden unless one searched for them) I was appalled to find that this is a PATTERN for this organization. Multiple dogs have been injured without any remorse from management or communication about what actually happened! There is even a person on Yelp who describes having a pet die due to injuries sustained at this kennel. I can only speak for myself and our family pups are obviously traumatized as are my parents by the experience. And judging by the location of the bites it could have been much much worse. Please be aware before trusting your pets with this business.

Great place with great friendly staff. So happy they are following social distancing guidelines. We love taking our dog here. Very affordable for daycare as well as grooming services.
