It was a real pleasure to meet Steven and his 2 gorgeous furry friends - Alfie, a 2 year old Springer spaniel who has the sweetest nature, and Casper, a talkative 5 year old big ball of feline fluff with beautiful green eyes! Steven showed me where Alfie's favourite walk is - a few minutes drive to a beautiful riverside walk where Alfie is in his element when in the water. He is a very happy and inquisitive dog who wants to be friends with everyone he meets along the way. His recall can be a little intermittent (even with treats!) especially if there is a combination of water, children and other dogs off the lead! However, as he loves his sticks so much, if you head to a pile of wood/branches to get him one, he is so keen to have a stick that he'll be right next to you, to just catch his collar. We had some lovely walks together, including one through Frome, a really lovely town with lots of little independent shops. Steven has a full and informative Welcome Pack, and their care routines were straightforward. Thank you, Steven, for your warm welcome and for trusting me with your homely home and your furry house mates, it was a pleasure that I would recommend to other sitters : ) Annie
Maria, Nicolas and their two adult children (students) are very friendly and they welcomed us in their home with a nice family meal 2 nights before they left on holiday, so their dog Dandy could get used to us. Dandy came from a shelter and had previously been traumatised so they were understandably a bit nervous about leaving her behind, and we thank them for our trust in us. Their cat, Levchik, is very easy to look after and was usually out all night and sleeping all day. We had the bad luck that the house next door in the process of being renovated extensively, so combined with Dandy being in heat during most of our stay, our time in Ghent wasn’t as relaxing as we had anticipated but those were circumstances beyond Maria’s & Nicolas’ control. Luckily, Dandy warmed to us within no time and she visibly relaxed during the long nature walks with us. The 3-bedroom house is small but modern, with a small courtyard to enjoy the sunshine. They were so kind to lend us their bikes, so we could explore the city centre of Ghent (just 10 minutes away). The neighbourhood is friendly and we chatted to a lot of dog owners, so we had a nice introduction to what it is like to live in the Belgium. If you like culture, beer, chocolate and history, you'll love this city just as much we did and the location is just perfect!
It was such a pleasure sitting for Indrani and Richard! Scruffy and Ziggy are very easy dogs. Always by your side, Scruffy spends most of the day sleeping but he has a lot of energy when playing and also during the walks. Ziggy is younger and is at full energy all the time, it is really fun to watch him running around when he plays with his ball. Both are lovable! Indrani is always available for any question or situation that you may have. It is important for Richard and for her to have pictures during their time away from home, they have a very special connection with their dogs as you would notice if you are lucky to meet them. The house is beautiful and clean, surrounded by an amazing landscape of the Campo. It is a very quiet and private place, we could enjoy the pool in the mornings and work from the sunroom in the afternoons. It is important to be mindful of the water, as it comes from a natural well. We reused all the water we could to water the plants around the house to avoid any wasting. It is important as well to be careful about what goes to drainage, from food leftovers in the sink to toilet paper in the WC. You can walk the dogs around the house because there are many different routes to choose from, but in the mornings we preferred going to a nearby lake that Richard showed us on the first day. The dogs really like the car and walking around the villages, so you would have a lot of options to plan your days. Thank you for letting us take care of your family. It was a wonderful time and we would be delighted to see you again in the future.
Mr Darcy is a very chilled-out cat who loves being stroked while he is eating, and while he is on the other end of the couch. Kevin and Sheila are also very easy going and have the world's best house manual! Nothing can possibly go wrong. Unfortunately, they had to return a day early. I would highly recommend them and their apartment conveniently located in Montpellier. And of course, the opportunity to spend time with Mr Darcy.
We were happy to have the opportunity to meet this wonderful family. It was a spontaneous last minute sit and all if adapted rapidly to the new plan. The communication was clear and direct, very easy going. Erwin and Whiskey… they are amazing. Their Catmusment gear is super impressive, tailored to their VERY different characters (as said by others) and a joy to entertain. It took them few hours to warm up to us but, shortly after we were BFFs. They are super expressive or super chill. There’s no in between. The flat is as described and it was great, at the end of excessive exercise session (well.. for the cats) to fall asleep in the super soft bed. We try inviting Erwin and Whiskey to sleep with us. They set their boundaries very clearly:)
Katie and her family were very nice and the communication with them was always easy. The house is beautiful and the neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Rocky is such a sweet boy, always happy and very very loving, we will miss him for sure!🥰🥰🥰

Starr and Chris are Toby and Mina's home away from home. I am no sooner driving by Brookdale Lodge and they know where they are going and get excited!! Starr and Chris have been a lifesaver for me in last minute needs, as well as a peace of mind so I can relax on long vacations. What a better place for my pups to be where they have a yard to run around with new dog friends. All the cuddles and love at night inside the house.
Starr and her husband Chris have been an absolute god send for our coonhound, Albert. She genuinely helps even the most sensitive and wary of dogs flourish in the most organic and comfortable way. My dog LOVES visiting Starr and he is not a dog that likes to be away from his family. We have stayed with Starr a handful of times now, and for however long she has space for our loud fart machine; we will absolutely continue to go! We actually travel 40 min to take Albert to her. We have a more high energy and working / hunting oriented minded dog that can not necessarily find balance somewhere soley catering to a lap squishy. I don’t believe a lap squishy wouldn’t also LOVE Starr as well tho, I think her unique gift is how well she is able to understand all dogs. She goes out of her way to make sure she is brining all the dogs a very unique and necessary level of security they all need.
This place was so wonderful. Up until this point I had always taken my little guy Charlie to be boarded at a kennel and felt really bad for doing so. Starr and her family were wonderful. She sent me photos and updates and was incredibly understanding of the fact that he is a rescue boston terrier with a ton of energy. I read another review that stated she and her family treat dogs like family and they really do. It was such a comfort to know he had other dogs to play with, human company, and a comfy bed to curl up in at night. Many thanks to her and the wonderful service I received.
Starr and Chris are a Godsend! I have a 22lb, 15 year old, blind, deaf, special needs dog who is also currently dealing with severe separation anxiety after the passing of his original caretaker of 11 years, followed by a cross-country move. Starr and Chris babied him better than I do, which I didn't think was possible. Starr literally carried him everywhere, so much so that he didn't even need his leash during his stay. They administered his eye drops, ear drops, and antibiotic perfectly. They kept him clean, warm, and most of all, loved by the whole family. Starr even sent me photos and updates, and let me know he was eating and took his meds. I am so, so grateful I found them and will absolutely be back anytime I have to go out of town again. Starr and Chris have given me such peace of mind that my baby will be taken care of. I feel comfortable going out of town because I found them to care for my little old boy. Thank you so so so much Starr & Chris.
My 13 year old pup loves it here. She was timid at first and they knew that and gave her the attention and love she needed and now she is acclimated and happy. They are a cool, sweet family and treat the dogs like family when they are there. The yard is clean and awesome. All good over here at Brooktails!!!!! ❤️👍🐶 Oh, oh plus they send pics when I’m at work of her playing. They make me smile when I get them
We have two pups that we love very much and are very protective of as they are of us. We wouldn't take them just anywhere to board. Over time and through experience, we have built good repour and trust with Brooktails and wouldn't take them anywhere else. Starr, in my opinion is fast becoming a dog Whisperer. She has an innate ability to connect with the dogs, what I find most genuine is her great love for dogs. Starr is caring and compassionate and what impressed me was even carried her own pet insurance which tells me she really cares and is attentive to the needs of her fur babies
Our two dogs had such a great time with Starr and her family. They have a great backyard where dogs can have plenty of time outside playing and zooming with their friends. Starr and Chris were very careful and nice with our dogs, sending plenty of photos, giving me daily updates. I would definitely recommend this family if you want your dog being well treated and part of a family. My dogs went back home happy! Thanks again!
My dog Sherman had the best of care at Starr's. He was an older model with special needs and Starr took the very best care of him. I relish the photos and videos she took during the years he spent with her. Even now Starr sends me photos and videos as she comes across them. He was always so happy there. I highly recommend this business. Starr is truly a dog whisperer.
We had Pippin with Starr and Chris for 4 days - and he had a rocking good time there. He was well cared for, and Chris and Starr sent us pictures showing him settling in with his new friends. Awesome place ! Lovely large yard for dogs to do what dogs do ! Will definitely bring Pippin back here when we go on our next trip.
**Warning to Pet Owners: Disappointing Experience with Bianca's Pet Sitting Service** We entrusted Bianca with the care of our beloved white Labrador, Khaleesi, for two months. During the first month, everything seemed to be going well. We received updates with pictures and videos, and Khaleesi appeared to be in good hands. However, things took a devastating turn when, out of nowhere, we received a message informing us that Bianca’s dog, Cece—a 2-year-old pit bull—had attacked Khaleesi. The attack was serious, resulting in Khaleesi needing stitches in both her face and leg. As pet owners, receiving this message while being so far away was one of the worst experiences of our lives. Khaleesi’s health and safety were our top priority, and we were extremely worried for her well-being. To Bianca’s credit, she did take excellent care of Khaleesi while she was recovering. But after the incident, we couldn’t shake our fear of having Khaleesi stay in the same house as Cece. We ultimately made the difficult decision to have my brother-in-law drive from Los Angeles to Santa Cruz to bring Khaleesi home for the remainder of her stay. In our conversations with Bianca, she mentioned that she was considering rehoming Cece due to the risks associated with having a dog who could be aggressive toward other pets. This made sense to us at the time, given her role as a pet sitter and the fact that she regularly has other animals in her home. However, it now seems that Bianca has changed her mind and decided to keep Cece despite the clear dangers this poses to other pets. While Bianca is a genuinely sweet person, we feel it is incredibly irresponsible for her to continue operating her pet-sitting business with a potentially dangerous dog in her household. As pet owners, our primary concern is the safety of our animals, and this situation has left us with a lasting sense of worry and unease. I’m sharing this review to make sure other pet owners are aware of the risks involved when entrusting their pets to Bianca’s care. While she may be wonderful with most animals, we cannot recommend her services given the presence of her aggressive pit bull.
Bianca, Cici and their family are excellent hosts to our dog anytime we need daycare or boarding. Her flexibility and trustworthiness are only a couple of the reasons we like to use them. Our dog flies out of the car every time we drop him off because it is his favorite place to go. We always have peace of mind when leaving our dog with them and nothing is more important than that!

Recently started daycare here for my new rescue pup, and glad I found Bianca - she quickly gave me confidence that my dog is in good hands, has a great setup with lots of secure space for dogs to play, and clearly is very knowledgeable about dog behavior. After a day with Bianca and the other dogs in daycare, my pup is happy and tired.
Truly a paradise for pampered pups! Introductions with house dogs or other client dogs are well managed, no cages here, at worst a few tie-outs but only while pups are getting used to the rules and the property. BB herself is very friendly and knowledgable, would 100% reccommend!

Danielle is super professional and took great care of my four cats for two weeks! Everyday she sent me an update about my babies wellbeing and pics, she answered all my messages really fast. I used to leave my cats at pet hotels when we travelled, but my cats loved staying in the house, it was less stressful for all of us. I saved her contact for future trips, because it was really comforting to know she was here to take good care of my cats.
I have been using Danielle’s services for many years and trust my pets are in good hands with her! I have a senior dog and a cat with diabetes and she is able to give them all of their medication without any issues! She is reliable and knows how to care for animals in a professional and caring way. She also has great advice and recommendations so I can better care for my animals when asked. Her services are exceptional and she goes above and beyond for each animal. She developed a deep connection with each of my animals so I feel most comfortable leaving them in her care. It puts me and my pets at ease knowing she is caring for then when I am away or in need!
My two Chihuahuas have stayed with Danielle a few times now and I've always felt they were in the best hands! Twyla has some resource guarding tendencies which Danielle is skilled in handling. And my old man Wilson has kidney disease which gives him poor appetite but he always eats for Danielle. I would absolutely recommend!!
Four Paws is great. They are very caring and professional. Our dog had an emergency surgery and was on medications. We needed someone with experience and also knowledgeable about after care surgery since we couldn’t cancel an important trip. A very difficult situation for us and even though our dog was stable and was already 7 days since the surgery we were worried. We found Four Paws on line. We met with Danielle and Bianca and Immediately felt confident leaving our doggie with them. Danielle kept us informed about our dog’s progress and the medications intake. Danielle made especial arrangements the first few days to accommodated our dog’s needs and to make her feel comfortable and safe!. We will forever be grateful with them for helping us during that emergency situation. After that event we had left our dog a couple of times with Danielle and Bianca and each time it has been a great experience , our doggie is happy and We finally go on trips with a peace of mind !!!
I am so grateful to have found Danielle a little over a year ago! My 9 year old Pomeranian, Wally, has many medical conditions and Danielle is the only person I trust to leave him with. He has a thyroid issues, collapsing trachea, allergies and had a recent knee surgery. I needed someone with medical experience above a day to day walker who would be able to check in on him and make sure he was ok when at work (and let me know!). After knee surgery he still wanted to get out and about and Danielle walked him around the neighborhood in his stroller - he loved it! I've also used Danielle for overnights and Wally had a blast. He can be difficult with taking medications and picky with food and Danielle handled it with ease (and got him to eat!!!!!). I can truly relax on vacation knowing he's safe and taken care of. Recently Danielle has offered doggy daycare and these are some of Wally's most fun days. He always comes home happy and tired!!! I can honestly say Wally is a happier and healthier dog because of Danielle - I highly recommend her services!

We had Danielle at 4 Paws watch our dog while we were on vacation. He is very nervous with new people and we were worried about leaving him with just anyone. I knew as soon as we dropped him off that we made the right choice to leave him with Dani. We received photos while we were away updating us on his status and could see that he was having a great time with her and the other pets in her care. By the time we got back he was so comfortable with them I know I’ll be using them again in the future. Five stars all the way!! I’d recommend them to anyone needing care for special needs animals or just for a doggie play date. We enjoyed our vacation so much more knowing our baby was safe and happy.

We are so happy to have found 4Paws Pro Care in Santa Clara! Our mini doodle has stayed with 4Paws (Danielle Mores) for extended stays while we had to be away (and a couple of times for daycare). You couldn’t ask for a better experience or better care. Our pup is so comfortable with them that when we arrive she runs in like she is home! We really appreciate their focus on security and chemistry with the other dogs. It is a positive, enriching environment:) Danielle keeps us updated regularly while we are away. Robin's Nest pet care is the absolute best! We have had two of our dogs at Robin's Nest over the years. Our ridgeback Gus is super shy and has been terrified of other boarding places, but loves Robin's Nest. He scratches at the door when we arrive to get inside! We have no worries when we leave Gus for extended periods for travel, and he loves daycare there. Robin and her team are top notch and I love the kennel-free comfortable atmosphere. Robin, Kelly and their team treat our Gussy like their own. Cannot say enough good things about them!
We've been taking our dog to Robin's Nest for about five years now. It's his second home. Robin, Kelli and the rest of the staff are great. They know each dog--his or her home circumstances, care needs and spirit. They walk the dogs, provide treats, and play with them during the day. There is a vast yard area, providing room to roam. Overnight, the dogs sleep in a large room on mattresses and dog beds; no kennels or crates. Once we hit the driveway, our dog jumps from the car eager for another day. We depend on Robin and her crew and trust them completely. I can't imagine a dog getting better care anywhere.
Our dog does not tolerate being alone. Robin's Nest has become extended family. He is happy to go. We have left him for days at a time, as well as, daycare. It is a safe and healthy environment with responsible and experienced people. Don't think a better place can be found.
I have been taking my pups to Robin’s Nest since I moved to the area around 4 years ago. When my pup, with crazy separation anxiety, barrels his way into her yard because he can’t wait to see the staff and other dogs, you know that they are being treated right and they are loved. Robin and staff are amazing, caring and are like extended family.
Robyn s Nest was such a blessing for us! It s a completely unique and family-like setting for your dog. No kennels, great yard space, everyone sleeps on their doggie beds in her home right next to her. It s like a doggie slumber party! At the same time Robyn is very professional and takes the responsibility of looking after your loved one very seriously. There are usually quite a few dogs staying with her and she takes the time to meet any newcomers and makes certain they will get along with the group before she accepts them. This made us feel very safe taking our GSP to her for the first time. We knew that every dog had been screened by her first. Our dog Hunter is very active and needs lots of exercise. Robyn and her wonderful assistant Kelli, made sure that he went on bike rides, walks and even trips to the beach everyday. Hunter stayed with her for ten days over the 4th of July week and we soon discovered that he was very afraid of fireworks. We were surprised, as we hunt with him and he is around gun fire. However, the situation was very well handled. Robyn took the time to comfort him and he even scored the place of honor sleeping right in her bed! (Where he was hiding from the fireworks of course.) When it was time for us to come get him, he was very happy to see us but I think he might have liked it if we could have all moved in, so he wouldn’t have to say goodbye to his new friends! I HIGHLY recommend Robyn s Nest to anyone who needs a pet sitter! You will have complete peace of mind while you are away knowing your dog is being loved and having great play time with other dogs. This was a wonderful experience and Hunter can t wait to go back again to play! Thank you Robyn and Kelli!

I was looking for day care for my 1 year old pup and was able to find Jackie through google. She was able to take him 5 days a week, full time, which was what me and my boyfriend were looking for. The meet and greet was great. She really wanted to make my pup feel comfortable. As the days went by, my pup was super excited each morning to see Jackie. She keeps us posted with our pup throughout the day and is extremely reliable! Would recommend to anyone trying to board or day care.
We meet Jackie over a year ago at puppy training. We were looking for someone to board our golden retriever puppy for a weekend. Our Lola was well taken care of and had a blast socializing with other dogs. She now goes 3 days a week for doggie daycare. She looks forward to seeing Jackie and her pups. Jackie goes above and beyond to make sure every dog gets the attention they need through out the day 💛
Jackie is amazing. She is very responsive and flexible. I started going to her after looking for a dog sitter that was closer to my home. She is much more than a dog sitter. Her dog training experience and loving nature elevates her services. Recently, I went on a trip far away and Jackie was only able to watch my dog for a portion of the time I was gone. After I was not able to find other options, she offered to take care of him and drop him off at the second boarding place. She also fed him white rice and boiled chicken when his stool was too soft. Even though she does not take dogs with soft stool she cared for mine as if he were her own. Thank you Jackie. I'm only sad that I'm moving soon and won't be able to see you much longer.
Jackie (of Precious Paws) is amazing. We adopted a sweet but stubborn half-grown pup, and Jackie has worked hard to teach our dog some manners. Our dog loves going to see Jackie every day, because she’s given tasks to do, but also treated with love. Jackie has made a world of difference!
I boarded my 10 month old GSD puppy with Jackie for 5 days and I was extremely happy with how well she cared for my dog. I received daily updates and pictures of my pup and that really helped me since it was my first time away from him. Due to snow storms my flight was cancelled and I couldnt make it back in time for the pickup. Jackie went above and beyond to help board my dog for an extra night. I will highly recommend Precious Paws for your Precious Pups.
I just wanted to share how much I love Precious Paws. My original dog sitter canceled on me at the last minute when I was ALREADY out of town and I called Jackie from Precious Paws who came through for me in a big way. Not only did she come pick him up and watched him until I came back in town, but she sent me updates that included pictures and just text messages that just left me know that he is in great hands and from the looks of things he made himself really comfortable on the couch. This is the exact kind care I was looking for. I didn't want to put him in a place where he was going to be another dog in a cage. I wanted him to have fun minus me and my son and that is exactly what I got. I am so happy with the care and will be back there for services again.

We have been bringing our pup, Spiritt, for a year and a half. Initially, she was shy and needed more socialization. We couldn't be happier with how she has blossomed! The facilities are well maintained, the staff is caring and attentive (they once called to let us know about a minor health problem they observed which we greatly appreciated) and we feel very comfortable leaving her at Sweet Doggies for daycare as well as extended overnight stays. She is always excited to see her pup pals! Additionally, when we pick her up, the staff is kind enough to provide updates on her day and the pup friends she plays with. We also appreciate the social media updates and photos they routinely post as well as the opportunity to observe her on their live video feed. We usually send our dog to Santa clara location but send him for boarding here at Sunnyvale. I love that I can see him through camera. The boarding reservation and application process is smooth and easy. The staff are kind and nice. My dog loves it here!
Absolutely the best dog daycare in the United States. I, and my dog best bud, are lucky to be clients at Sweet Doggies, and each day they just keep on getting better. There is no other dog daycare and boarding as superb as Sweet Doggies. My dog and I are lucky and so grateful to be clients of theirs.
While staying in San Jose for a month we took advantage of the day care option for our toy Aussie. We found Sweet Doggies to always be clean, kind, and friendly. The staff are sweet - just like the doggies. The dogs are all small and there weren’t too many so our Aussie didn’t get as overwhelmed as he has in day care at home with lots of dogs. We also like to be able to view on line during the day. We will definitely keep using Sweet Doggies.
We love this place. My one dog has been a regular since 2012 or so. My newer rescue has also been a regular since 2016. Daycare helped my dogs be more social and stay busy and gives me peace of mind with long commuting or work days. The staff is always willing to accommodate any needs and take good care of the dogs in general. The crate free and no bark ambience is low stress. They have webcams also we see whenever our dogs are boarding. Great people and service

Sweet Doggies is the best!! We adopted our first dog recently and she has a lot of fears around new people and dogs. The staff have really supported and accepted her. They now regularly send us videos of her playing with other dogs and it makes us so happy! We have taken our dog there for workdays, a weekend, and a 9-day trip so far. You can tell this place is filled with so much love and genuine care. And they have an awesome Instagram account with wonderfully silly posts everyday.
We LOVE Sweet Doggies!! Our dog has been going to Sweet Doggies for almost 2 years now. The staff is super friendly and so is the owner, Evan.. The staff treats our dog like family. Super attentive! They post on IG, send videos. Our dog goes to both locations but mostly Sunnyvale as it’s closer to work and our home. When we travel we would never entrust anyone to take care of her but Sweet Doggies! Our dog is super happy and she loves going to Sweet Doggies!
I can't believe in the span of 7 years and 2 dogs, both of them went to Sweet Doggies and always had a wonderful experience. My first dog Ellie went around 2015 until she got sick and they were so understanding that we couldn't finish the day care package. A few years later we got another rescue pup and since Ellie was a member, her membership was grandfathered over so Teddy did not have to wait on their very busy wait list. He goes once a week and loves the staff and dogs there. Every time we see him post day care he is so pooped out. I love the attention the staff gives including regulating play times and even those security cameras where you can see what is going on. I love their transparency and what they stand for as a great dog day care facility. Thank you to the SD team! <3
We used Sweet Doggies when my fiance and I went out of town for a weekend to give them a trial run and were very pleased with our experience. They run doggie boarding very differently than most typical boarding places. The dogs are never caged - they are each given their own little living quarters that is gated off in an area. They also get to all play together during the day which is nice. I thought that the staff was really nice and open with us. The one complaint that I have is that I feel like their billing system is a little iffy. They have very strict pick up and drop off times, which makes sense from a business standpoint, but I thought in some cases the pricing was unfair. Then again, they do have an amazing deal where you get free daycare for your dog to test them out in the beginning. Also, I really don't have a strong comparison point since this is my first dog since I've become a real person who pays real bills.. so I may just have gone into it with unrealistic expectations. Overall, the service and experience that our dog had won us over. We plan on using Sweet Doggies for our boarding needs from this point forward. :)
My Labrador, Lucy, absolutely loves Camp Happy Tails!! The staff instills confidence, is knowledgeable and truly cares about each dog. The natural atmosphere on a mountain side has got to be a blast for Lucy! To top it off, on site grooming with lots of extra care makes this one of my favorite places For Lucy.
Lisa and her team are the nicest, most competent and loving dog caretakers. I always trust that my pup is in good hands. I have used her services for years and will always keep coming back to camp because I appreciate the quality care.
I dog sit regularly for someone who brought their dog here when I wasn’t available. They put an E collar on her dog while he was there and didn’t tell her until she picked him up. They claim he barked constantly but I’ve never had this issue int he two years I’ve watched this dog. Even at the beginning. In my opinion, you would at least call to get permission OR call with that update. Not wait until the dog is picked up and put it into the notes section of his stay. Poor service in my opinion.
Great place to leave your dog for a governor or daycare. They deliver and pick up your dog too which makes it way convenient! If your dog needs socialization with people or other dogs, this is the perfect place to send them! Trust worthy staff and great play area in the beautiful redwoods of Felton. I highly recommend camp happy tails for your dog!
I just want to take a minute say that Camp Happy Tails has been great. Lisa has been awesome as well as Courtney. Our little guy (not so little anymore) comes home so happy and worn out. And it's great how they post pictures on Facebook! Couldn't be happier to send our pup there!
Happy Tails is great! We have boarded our dogs there a few times and they love it. No cages and lots if play time with the other dogs. Highly recommend

After after 3 months of getting our dog used to being there periodically, we left her there for 10 days vacation just to get a call after second day to pick her up. They couldnt handle her.

Michelle is a VERY good dog trainer. She came to our house for all our sessions with our 17 month old King Charles cavalier spaniel, Nikki. Michelle has a calm, consistent approach to her training. Our little one was very responsive. Most importantly, Michelle is really good at teach the humans how to follow through with the training exercises, leaves you with written instructions and follows up between training sessions. Unless the human is trained, the dog can’t be trained. Nikki was able to learn all the basic commands and address some specific behaviors we wanted addressed. Without hesitation, I would recommend Michelle for trying any dog.
We recently attended a puppy class at Pacific Paw with our 7-month-old puppy, Sunny, and we couldn't be more pleased with the experience! Working with the owner, Michelle, was an absolute delight. Her expertise and passion for dog training truly shine through in every session. Both my partner and I learned a tremendous amount from Michelle. Her approach is not only effective but also incredibly engaging, making the learning process enjoyable for both us and Sunny. Since starting the class, Sunny has shown remarkable improvement. He listens to us more attentively and has mastered new tricks like laying down. Additionally, his interactions with both humans and other dogs have significantly improved, thanks to the socialization skills he picked up during the class. We are excited for more classes in the future with Pacific Paw. I would highly recommend Pacific Paw to anyone looking for a puppy training experience.
Pacific Paw welcomed us into their family 9 months ago, and I am so so happy to have met these wonderful women. They give 10,000% to the doggos daily, rain or shine. They are filled with love, patience and all speak dog fluently. I have a 90lb timid boy and they took the time to make sure he was always comfortable and loved and having a grand ol time back at day care. We call them the aunties and they truly are that to Otis. He loves them, and the whole dog crew there. Every day I get a full report on all the happenings, with occasional dress-up moments included :), and their instagram also keeps me constantly up to date if I need some dog space out time during my day. Doggie day care is so much more than just your dog getting exercise. It's about community, it's about teaching your dog independence, it's allowing them to have a stable group of friends to feel comfortable with outside of their nucleus family. Raising a dog can take a village, and I'm so grateful to have this amazing Pacific Paw community as Otey's village.
Michelle is a top tier dog trainer! She is gentle and compassionate toward the animals' experience, and is effective in her training. I truly can't say enough good things. I trust her more than anyone I know or any trainer on the internet. Michelle and her team are wonderful! Dog lovers all, and all loved by our dog Topsy who is so excited each time they pick her up and she joins the pack for the ride to their morning walk. We found Michelle shortly after welcoming a new puppy to our household and had a great experience working with her. She came to our home and listened closely to our goals and concerns and was tremendously helpful, both with setting a strong foundation of training for our new guy and working with our older dog to ease her reluctance sharing her space. This place is absolutely amazing!!! We’ve had such an awesome experience every time we come! The business is always extremely clean, all the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable! Julie was the one that always helped us originally and there are a few other employees that have taken care of our dogs who have been just as perfect! We’ve been coming here for about 6 to 7 years with our previous dogs and now we bring our dog Hunter who actually enjoys coming! They have unbeatable prices! I would highly recommend bringing your pets here because they are super trust worthy!
We have been taking our dog to Dogtopia on Branham for a few years now, just to use their grooming (bath) services (not daycare.) The staff have always been great and friendly and very helpful. But this morning, our dog got sprayed by a skunk (gaaah!) The Dogtopia team found time to fit him in for a bath less than an hour later, and he came home smelling a million times more amazing than I had ever dreamed. They did such a great job, and really went the extra mile to help us ASAP. Thanks Dogtopia!
So happy we found Dogtopia, and now we can travel guilt free! Our corgi pup, Lola, came home exhausted and happy after her first night boarding. I love the webcams they have set up and how much free play time they get. It’s so nice to be able to check in on your pet. Every staff member we’ve interacted with has been friendly and cheerful. While it took a while to get an assessment (4-5 months), I’m happy they do it because we have assurance the other dogs aren’t aggressive. Booking seems fairly easy though once you’re passed the assessment.
I love this place and more importantly my dog loves going to this place for daycare, boarding and Grooming. He always starts jumping in the car when he realizes he is going here. The owner and staff are very friendly attentive and helpful. I don't worry about my dog because it feels like I dropped him off to a family member
Dogtopia is the best dog boarding/ daycare in the Bay Area! The facility is clean and odor free, the staff/owner are very kind and obviously care about our dog/s. 100% would recommend boarding or having your dog stay the day for daycare at Dogtopia!

My husband and I and our Chihuahua love dogtopia! The staff are amazing with all the dogs, you can tell they are all dog lovers! We've taken our dog there for several years now and done both doggy daycare as well as boarded him there while we were out of town. And recently we've been taking him to doggy daycare every few weeks so our pup can see his friends and also so the good folks at dogtopia can grind his nails for us! We would highly recommend this place!!!
Great place for your fur baby. My pup is a Lab/Pit mix and being here has helped her socialize. This is the only time I see her pull away from me because she loves it hear. Cameras are great too to check in on your pup during the day. I totally trust this group with my baby
I have boarded my dog here a number of times over the years and I have always felt safe doing so. I always choose the kennels that have a video camera so I can see my dog any time of day or night. I have also booked nail trims here and have been satisfied. The staff have always been very friendly to me and my dog seems to like them all (she lets them carry her around with no trouble at all). Will continue to board here as long as I live in the area.
Our two cats spent 10 days in the care of Paws Crossing. They were relaxed when we picked them up, and adjusted well when we got them home. They were clearly well cared for. The people running reception and their care couldn't have been nicer. I highly recommend this "resort " for pets!
Love this place for our dog! They clearly take care and make you feel comfortable for leaving your loved pet while out of town. They welcome anything you want to provide for your dog beyond the necessaties (toys, blankets etc). Our 9 year old German Sheppard is on medication and they take care of it and we know she is well taken care of. We love the cottage so she has the space she needs and we are able to check on her via their webcam. Highly recommend them for your pet if you need to leave your pet at home.
My dog Denali LOVES going to Paws Crossing. We can't even say Paws Crossing because he thinks he going and gets crazy! It's been so good for him to have play time with other dogs.Grooming does a great job too. We board him when we're away and have peace of mind he's in good hands and having a great time! So, we wanted to board our cat for a few days, and decided to try Paws Crossing Pet Resort & Spa. The website indicates several methods to make a reservation, which all ends up contacting them in various ways, and they'll call you back to make a reservation. Well, I tried leaving voicemails. I tried sending emails. I tried their online form. I never got any contact back. Luckily, we managed to find another boarding place which would let us make a reservation in time, but this was overall a stressful experience due to losing time in locating a boarding provider.
I’ve boarded my cat here a couple of times and I’ve always been really satisfied. I have a special needs cat and was rejected by a few places for boarding but people at Paws Crossing take great care of her and are very patient. Plus there’s an ER for pets right next door, so that gives a bit of peace of mind

Allie‘s Doggie Day Camp is nothing beyond amazing! she is so flexible with my schedule and is very prompt with communication. you can tell how much love she pours into each one of her dogs at camp. My pup gets so excited everytime he arrives at the front gate. Allie’s is so clean and organized with plenty of water, mini pools, fans (when hot outside), beds and activities to keep the dogs busy throughout the day.
We were very lucky to find Allie’s Doggie Camp to look after our dog Butter while we’re on vacation. Allie is a delightful lady who genuinely loves dogs and is passionate about her job. Her spacious and well-maintained backyard provides the perfect play area for the dogs, and she keeps us informed with regular updaters via text/email. We just got back from a three week vacation and it was great to receive a video of Butter enjoying a relaxing massage while we were away:). Butter always returns home healthy and happy, clearly having a wonderful time there. Big thanks to Allie for taking great care of our dog and being there to help us whenever we needed it! I highly recommend Allie’s Doggie Camp!
So glad I found Allie's! The facility is gorgeous, kind of a spa for dogs, and very clean. Allie is very professional, very knowledgeable about all things dog and obviously really loves dogs. I trusted her with my Chiweenie, Elliott, for almost 2 weeks while I was away last month and I can happily say I have no regrets about it! I know Elliott got THE BEST care and I know he had a fantastic time with Allie and all the other dogs. I highly recommend Allies Doggie Day Camp.
We love bringing our dogs to Allie! She was nice enough to let our puppy try again with his older sister after failing the first assessment. Now they go every week, and our puppy is comfortable and confident enough to start going alone
My two dogs have been attending Allie's for almost 2 years now. So many places crate the daycare dogs constantly or have tiny spaces to play. Here they have tons of outdoor space, doggy pools, birthday parties, and more. They absolutely love their time there and bye Felicia me at the gate every morning.
Allie's Doggy Day Camp and Boarding is amazing. The first time we boarded our sweet dog there, we got little videos showing him running around playing with other dogs or chasing a ball that was being thrown for him. It helped us miss him a little less. More importantly, the peace of mind that we had knowing our family dog was being so well cared for and that our pup was having fun was so important. Another reviewer mentioned it was more like a doggy retreat or spa, and we fully agree on this.
